President Obama is of the school of thought that capitalism is self-serving and indifferent of the environment. There is some truth in that thought.  But is that reason enough to wreck the institution and begin again?  Everything Obama has done, and is doing, leads one to the conclusion that Obama and following wants to tear everything down we’ve built and begin fresh.  The thought comes to mind that the object is control.

I’m of the school of thought that I am here to bring earth and heaven together as one, and to make capitalism caring.  I’m looking to the individual; Obama looks to the majority rule: democracy. The picture represents democracy.  Majority rule goes for entitlement; forcing though law the successful  to share with those who are not successful, regardless of the reason.   Protecting the environment includes the snail darter, a three inch fish.  Just as much as we humans are entitled, this fish is entitled.

It has occurred to me that we humans were created with reason for a purpose, and protecting a snail darter at the expense of humans was not our purpose.  But I give Obama credit for being created with reason—other than protecting the snail darter.  Everything he does is for a reason.  Add it all up and it comes out as tearing down the old and creating the new in his image, the dictator of what shall be and what shall not be.

I look at earth as a speck of dust and humanity the creation of the universe, our purpose far greater than Mother Earth.   So far it keeps coming back to that.  So far, Obama’s theory has not worked. The situation is far worse now than when he took office.  Obama takes none of the blame.  He’s had to deal with what Bush left him.  Bush was socialist minded. He called it “compassionate conservatism.”  The central thought is central government.   The only candidate running on the Republican ticket that is capitalist thinking is Ron Paul. 

We all know that you can’t change what has been the trend overnight, but what should be the answer is not there, at least in specifics.  To talk specifics means defeat.  The American people don’t want change.  Nothing has yet taken place so bad as to make the majority want change. 

The momentum in America for a century has been toward central government, but with building resistance.  The energy now is great. We’ve yet to figure out what to do to protect our rights. My life was in ruins in 1975.  I studied the Constitution and acted against the federal government.   It worked in more ways than one in my favor.

Compare the planet Earth with a small boat on the Atlantic Ocean.  In August 1976, I entered tropical storm Dottie on Bold Venture, my thirty-seven foot sloop.  Three of my friends were with me. I was at the helm.   We were in the Bermuda Triangle, an area where ships have mysteriously disappeared without a trace; also known as an area of time warps.  Throughout the storm, I was calm and assured that we would not go down.  We arrived at Lake Worth Inlet, Palm Beach, Florida at my estimated time of arrival.  Seas were breaking completely across the inlet. As we entered, seas were breaking on both sides. The sea behind never broke. We slid down it into the inlet.  My friends called it a miracle.  During my two years of living on Bold Venture other inexplicable events occurred.

Obama considers himself keeper of Mother Earth.  For this noble cause, he has a lot of followers.  Compared to the universe, Earth is but a speck of dust.  Obama looks at all humans and all animals with equal rights, including the snail darter.  Obama shut of irrigation of the Imperial Valley in the interest of the snail darter, causing the price of food to soar.  Obama doesn’t take blame for that, nor for the price of fuel rising.

Noble Obama, keeper of Mother Earth (and nothing else), has an agenda.  Obama believes the majority rules:  believes in democracy.  Observe the results.  What would happen if economic disaster struck before  election day?  It could easily happen. Obama’s chance of being elected would be that of a snowball in hell.  The movement to the left has been ongoing  for a long time. The left is counting on a socialist world. To Marxists, socialists, revolutionaries, or what have you, we know that  a few hundred thousand lives are worth taking to save the cause.  What if an American city were wiped out?  It is entirely possible. We’ve enemies that would do this if they thought it would further their cause.   Are the American people prepared?  Obama could declare martial law. He could call off the election.  

What would the American people do to counter such a move?  Would they be in such a state of shock that they would do nothing? I discovered that I’m inextricably connected with the universe.  Since my singular action, miracles have never ceased.  A change is coming and there is no stopping it. Look within. There is nothing to fear.  The universe always wins.

Howdy all!  Well, I miss a couple of days and whew!  It’s Friday!  But all is well; constitutional crises, socialism and communism bedding down in the White House for as long a stay as they can.  Yeah I didn’t miss anything yet.  The only good news is that Robo-Dog might get his bionics removed next week!  That’s when the zaniness begins.  Ever let loose a Great Dane after it had been penned up for six weeks?

‘So yoo wanna be an elected official, enh?  Yoo got any money?  Yoo got any frennds with money?  Huh?  Yoo want to make money as an elected official??  HA!  First yoo gotta give the money, then, and maybe then yoo get some.’  OK.  Maybe getting coopted is not so subtle.  Maybe there are better and easier ways to get the people’s money in your bank account.  Wait,..

Seriously, even in Washington’s time there were those who aspired to be elite in government, just for the fame and fortune that was ‘expected’ of the position.  His message speaks to that.  It also mentions what he thought of political office.  There was nothing to it, except the ability to help the people.  Imagine a man who aspired to the highest office in the land, and he only saw the office as a means to help people.  Wouldn’t that be nice today?  Wouldn’t that be extraordinarily nice today?  Instead, we see these men on our TV; hear them on our radios; begging to be your federally elected employee.  And the national cumulative thought is ‘we don’t trust a single one of them.’  Why?  So many reasons, but the general reason is that they are doing it for themselves first.  So what are we to do?  Should we trust any single one of them?  How do we?  Well, first we need to do what Andrew Breitbart was going to do.  VET THEM!  Search the internet.  Find what you need to find.  Read what you need to read.  Share everything you find.  Then, turn to your Creator.  As said in Psalm 27:1, the Lord is our salvation, and our fortress.  He will protect you.  He protects me and those I love.  Of that I am absolutely certain.  Why should I be afraid?  Why should you?

In 2007, federal judge Oliver Wanger imposed limits on the amount of water pumped from the San Joachin-Sacramento River delta to farms in California's Central Valley in order to protect a two-inch endangered fish called the Delta Smelt. As a result, several hundred thousand acres of farmland on the west side of the Central Valley now lie fallow, and many thousands of jobs have been lost. In the city of Mendota, for example, the unemployment rate exceeds 40%. Today, the US House of Representatives debated H.R. 1837, a bill that would turn the pumps back on. House Speaker John Boehner said on the House floor today that using the Endangered Species Act to protect a fish at the expense of food production and economic growth is "a perfect example of the overreach of government." I just heard the bill was passed...please call your Senator and ask them to vote yes on this.

Dear Fellow Americans,

This nation was founded on Judeo-Christian values and for those who say contrary they have believed a lie. For your review I have attached four writings subtitled the good, the bad, the ugly and our blessed hope, a four part series our Creator, who gave us certain unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness had me send across the nation titled “America, Repent or Perish!."  This writing will substantiate our beginnings as as nation, what led us to the point our beloved nation is on the verge of forever being lost, and what we can and must do to save our Republic. We need to return to being the people who are worthy to claiming we are still One Nation under God, because we have lost that right to expect His blessings on our nation. Here is part of the reason why.  Our elected leaders are a direct reflection of the spiritual darkness inhabiting the hearts of "We the People." Still not sure. Ponder this question. Does America look like one nation under God, or more like Satan’s lair?

According to Proverbs 6:17-19 there are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to Him:

1. Haughty eyes: Those who are prideful in their own estimation having or showing arrogant superiority to and disdain of those one views as unworthy.
2. A lying tongue.
3. Hands that shed innocent blood (ABORTION)
4. A heart that devises wicked schemes.
5. Feet that are quick to rush into evil.
6. A false witness who pours out lies.
7. A person who stirs up conflict in the community.

For those of you reading this blog, abortion is murder and we embrace this irreprehensible act against God our Creator. For those of you reading this blog that are pro-choice ponder this question.  Would you be alive and reading this blog today if your mother had chosen to abort you?

President Obama like many wolves in sheep's clothing, claims he is a Christian, BUT the Bible is very clear—we will know those who are His by their fruit. Below is substantiated evidence that no matter what someone says, we have to watch what they do. Our actions speak louder than our words….
 
America’s Most Biblically-Hostile U. S. President

When one observes President Obama’s unwillingness to accommodate America’s four-century long religious conscience protection through his attempts to require Catholics to go against their own doctrines and beliefs, one is tempted to say that he is anti-Catholic. But that characterization would not be correct. Although he has recently singled out Catholics, he has equally targeted traditional Protestant beliefs over the past four years. So since he has attacked Catholics and Protestants, one is tempted to say that he is anti-Christian. But that, too, would be inaccurate. He has been equally disrespectful in his appalling treatment of religious Jews in general and Israel in particular. So perhaps the most accurate description of his antipathy toward Catholics, Protestants, religious Jews, and the Jewish nation would be to characterize him as anti-Biblical. And then when his hostility toward Biblical people of faith is contrasted with his preferential treatment of Muslims and Muslim nations, it further strengthens the accuracy of the anti-Biblical descriptor. In fact, there have been numerous clearly documented times when his pro-Islam positions have been the cause of his anti-Biblical actions.

Listed below in chronological order are (1) numerous records of his attacks on Biblical persons or organizations; (2) examples of the hostility toward Biblical faith that have become evident in the past three years in the Obama-led military; (3) a listing of his open attacks on Biblical values; and finally (4) a listing of numerous incidents of his preferential deference for Islam’s activities and positions, including letting his Islamic advisors guide and influence his hostility toward people of Biblical faith.
1. Acts of hostility toward people of Biblical faith:

• April 2008 – Obama speaks disrespectfully of Christians, saying they “cling to guns or religion” and have an “antipathy to people who aren't like them.” ¹
• February 2009 – Obama announces plans to revoke conscience protection for health workers who refuse to participate in medical activities that go against their beliefs, and fully implements the plan in February 2011. ²
• April 2009 – When speaking at Georgetown University, Obama orders that a monogram symbolizing Jesus' name be covered when he is making his speech. ³
• May 2009 – Obama declines to host services for the National Prayer Day (a day established by federal law) at the White House. ⁴
• April 2009 – In a deliberate act of disrespect, Obama nominated three pro-abortion ambassadors to the Vatican; of course, the pro-life Vatican rejected all three. ⁵
• October 19, 2010 – Obama begins deliberately omitting the phrase about “the Creator” when quoting the Declaration of Independence – an omission he has made on no less than seven occasions. ⁶
• November 2010 – Obama misquotes the National Motto, saying it is “E pluribus unum” rather than “In God We Trust” as established by federal law. ⁷
• January 2011 – After a federal law was passed to transfer a WWI Memorial in the Mojave Desert to private ownership, the U. S. Supreme Court ruled that the cross in the memorial could continue to stand, but the Obama administration refused to allow the land to be transferred as required by law, and refused to allow the cross to be re-erected as ordered by the Court. ⁸
• February 2011 – Although he filled posts in the State Department, for more than two years Obama did not fill the post of religious freedom ambassador, an official that works against religious persecution across the world; he filled it only after heavy pressure from the public and from Congress. ⁹
• April 2011 – For the first time in American history, Obama urges passage of a non-discrimination law that does not contain hiring protections for religious groups, forcing religious organizations to hire according to federal mandates without regard to the dictates of their own faith, thus eliminating conscience protection in hiring. ¹⁰
• August 2011 – The Obama administration releases its new health care rules that override religious conscience protections for medical workers in the areas of abortion and contraception. ¹¹
• November 2011 – Obama opposes inclusion of President Franklin Roosevelt’s famous D-Day Prayer in the WWII Memorial. ¹²
• November 2011 – Unlike previous presidents, Obama studiously avoids any religious references in his Thanksgiving speech. ¹³
• December 2011 – The Obama administration denigrates other countries' religious beliefs as an obstacle to radical homosexual rights. ¹⁴
• January 2012 – The Obama administration argues that the First Amendment provides no protection for churches and synagogues in hiring their pastors and rabbis. ¹⁵
• February 2012 – The Obama administration forgives student loans in exchange for public service, but announces it will no longer forgive student loans if the public service is related to religion. ¹⁶

2. Acts of hostility from the Obama-led military toward people of Biblical faith:

• June 2011 – The Department of Veterans Affairs forbids references to God and Jesus during burial ceremonies at Houston National Cemetery. ¹⁷
• August 2011 – The Air Force stops teaching the Just War theory to officers in California because the course is taught by chaplains and is based on a philosophy introduced by St. Augustine in the third century AD – a theory long taught by civilized nations across the world (except America). ¹⁸
• September 2011 – Air Force Chief of Staff prohibits commanders from notifying airmen of programs and services available to them from chaplains. ¹⁹
• September 2011 – The Army issues guidelines for Walter Reed Medical Center stipulating that “No religious items (i.e. Bibles, reading materials and/or facts) are allowed to be given away or used during a visit.” ²⁰
• November 2011 – The Air Force Academy rescinds support for Operation Christmas Child, a program to send holiday gifts to impoverished children across the world, because the program is run by a Christian charity. ²¹
• November 2011 – The Air Force Academy pays $80,000 to add a Stonehenge-like worship center for pagans, druids, witches and Wiccans. ²²
• February 2012 – The U. S. Military Academy at West Point disinvites three star Army general and decorated war hero Lieutenant General William G. (“Jerry”) Boykin (retired) from speaking at an event because he is an outspoken Christian. ²³
• February 2012 – The Air Force removes “God” from the patch of Rapid Capabilities Office (the word on the patch was in Latin: Dei). ²⁴
• February 2012 – The Army orders Catholic chaplains not to read a letter to parishioners that their archbishop asked them to read. ²⁵

3. Acts of hostility toward Biblical values:

• January 2009 – Obama lifts restrictions on U.S. government funding for groups that provide abortion services or counseling abroad, forcing taxpayers to fund pro-abortion groups that either promote or perform abortions in other nations. ²⁶
• January 2009 – President Obama’s nominee for deputy secretary of state asserts that American taxpayers are required to pay for abortions and that limits on abortion funding are unconstitutional. ²⁷
• March 2009 – The Obama administration shut out pro-life groups from attending a White House-sponsored health care summit. ²⁸
• March 2009 – Obama orders taxpayer funding of embryonic stem cell research. ²⁹
• March 2009 – Obama gave $50 million for the UNFPA, the UN population agency that promotes abortion and works closely with Chinese population control officials who use forced abortions and involuntary sterilizations. ³⁰
• May 2009 – The White House budget eliminates all funding for abstinence-only education and replaces it with “comprehensive” sexual education, repeatedly proven to increase teen pregnancies and abortions. ³¹He continues the deletion in subsequent budgets. ³²
• May 2009 – Obama officials assemble a terrorism dictionary calling pro-life advocates violent and charging that they use racism in their “criminal” activities. ³³
• July 2009 – The Obama administration illegally extends federal benefits to same-sex partners of Foreign Service and Executive Branch employees, in direction violation of the federal Defense of Marriage Act. ³⁴
• September 16, 2009 – The Obama administration appoints as EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum, who asserts that society should “not tolerate” any “private beliefs,” including religious beliefs, if they may negatively affect homosexual “equality.” ³⁵
• July 2010 – The Obama administration uses federal funds in violation of federal law to get Kenya to change its constitution to include abortion. ³⁶
• August 2010 – The Obama administration Cuts funding for 176 abstinence education programs. ³⁷
• September 2010 – The Obama administration tells researchers to ignore a judge’s decision striking down federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. ³⁸
• February 2011 – Obama directs the Justice Department to stop defending the federal Defense of Marriage Act. ³⁹
• March 2011 – The Obama administration refuses to investigate videos showing Planned Parenthood helping alleged sex traffickers get abortions for victimized underage girls. ⁴⁰
• July 2011 – Obama allows homosexuals to serve openly in the military, reversing a policy originally instituted by George Washington in March 1778. ⁴¹
• September 2011 – The Pentagon directs that military chaplains may perform same-sex marriages at military facilities in violation of the federal Defense of Marriage Act. ⁴²
• October 2011 – The Obama administration eliminates federal grants to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops for their extensive programs that aid victims of human trafficking because the Catholic Church is anti-abortion. ⁴³

4. Acts of preferentialism for Islam:

• May 2009 – While Obama does not host any National Day of Prayer event at the White House, he does host White House Iftar dinners in honor of Ramadan. ⁴⁴
• April 2010 – Christian leader Franklin Graham is disinvited from the Pentagon’s National Day of Prayer Event because of complaints from the Muslim community. ⁴⁵
• April 2010 – The Obama administration requires rewriting of government documents and a change in administration vocabulary to remove terms that are deemed offensive to Muslims, including jihad, jihadists, terrorists, radical Islamic, etc. ⁴⁶
• August 2010 – Obama speaks with great praise of Islam and condescendingly of Christianity. ⁴⁷
• August 2010 – Obama went to great lengths to speak out on multiple occasions on behalf of building an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero, while at the same time he was silent about a Christian church being denied permission to rebuild at that location. ⁴⁸
• 2010 – While every White House traditionally issues hundreds of official proclamations and statements on numerous occasions, this White House avoids traditional Biblical holidays and events but regularly recognizes major Muslim holidays, as evidenced by its 2010 statements on Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Hajj, and Eid-ul-Adha. ⁴⁹
• October 2011 – Obama’s Muslim advisers block Middle Eastern Christians’ access to the White House. ⁵⁰
• February 2012 – The Obama administration makes effulgent apologies for Korans being burned by the U. S. military, ⁵¹but when Bibles were burned by the military, numerous reasons were offered why it was the right thing to do. ⁵²

Many of these actions are literally unprecedented – this is the first time they have happened in four centuries of American history. The hostility of President Obama toward Biblical faith and values is without equal from any previous American president.

Think about the hippie movement in the 1960s. Those same people are now college professors, judges, and politicians—the makers and keepers of America’s laws. Think about Bull Conner and his police dogs, J. Edgar Hoover of the FBI, and Martin Luther King. Think about the IRS and the Tea Party. What comes around goes around.

My story, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012, begins on Good Friday 1975, when I drove away from my old life and never returned. My old life was in ruins. I arrived in Miami, Florida on Easter Sunday for the first day of my new life, at age forty-nine.

In June 1975, I was working two jobs. One was a part time job filling gas tanks at a marina.  I was working part time as a security guard. My shift ended at 12 pm.  It was a hot, sultry night. I arrived at my one-room apartment sweating and dog tired. My key would not open the door. I was locked out for non-payment of rent.  Not one soul cared. In fact the IRS was after me for unpaid tax. The IRS was mistaken. I owed no tax. I had a refund coming that would have paid my rent.  But to the public, I deserved anything that happened. I was a tax protester, someone who was not willing to pay his fair share of the taxes. That’s what you read in the newspaper.  Where was Jesus?  Where was compassionate, caring America? The American people are being led down a garden path.   I had every reason to be bitter and filled with hate. There are no answers coming from the church or government. That’s why you see Jesus placed in a bottle of urine.   You might as well use the Constitution for toilet paper.  I was where millions of Americans are today, and it is going to get much worse. 

How did I go from a victim of circumstances in June 1975 to life that is as good as life gets? Why did I not think, poor me? Why did I not wind up on a street corner begging for a handout?  In June 1975, I was right where Jesus was on the day the establishment hung him from a cross.  For all practical purposes, my life was over.  We live in the jungle. I know the feeing. I’ve been there.  But when I was there I’d also been a successful entrepreneur.  I’d also been a Christian.  I graduated from the school of hard knocks in the summer of 1975 at age forty-nine.  In earth as it is in heaven, coincidentally, my ruling planet, Uranus, had transited to the time when I would find my path of destiny.    

If you want to know Jesus, you do what the Christian faith tells you; and where has the Christian faith taken us?   Empress Theodora of Byzantium called together the high priests of Christianity for an ecumenical council in Constantinople in the year 553, the purpose of which was to replace reincarnation with resurrection. You could not be resurrected if you were not a Christian. Christianity, the same as other religious faiths, is political.  Various religious faiths have brought us to this point; and it isn’t the first time.  

With help from the real Jesus, the Jesus you can find on your own, and no other way, you can climb any mountain.  I give you a choice: your way or the establishment way. In disobedience of the Lord’s command, I’ve partaken of the forbidden fruit. I know good and evil. I’m passing on what I know.

What comes around does not necessarily go around.  There are truly immutable laws of the universe, but there is also conscious awareness.  Those of us who observe are the makers and keepers of the laws that apply to humans.  

On that fateful day in June 1975 that I was locked out, I had something going for me. I had studied the Constitution and acted. Knowing is not enough; praying is not enough; acting is the key word.  

Jesus maintained that by the time the cock crowed he would be denied three times.  Nobody was willing to stick his neck out for Jesus.  The IRS is privileged to make limitless mistakes. No judge was willing to stick his neck out for me. They saw no evil, heard no evil, and spoke no evil.  Jesus was there helping me the whole time. I just didn’t know it. I didn’t know what I was doing, but when the world tossed me—looked at me as lost in my own undoing—faith in myself brought about miracles.  Jesus is there for you.  He is a hundred percent for you.  But you are not going to be helped until you discover your true self—on your own—and act.  Say I, “You are not going to get any help from heaven unless you get off your butt and act.  And, if you are looking for help from the government, good luck.”  The shell game being played against you is about to go up in smoke.

     “Julia” in Longmont, Colorado took advantage of being laid-off from her green job of fifteen months to visit relatives near Bremerton, Washington recently.  Today she described a neighborhood get-together and a heated energy discussion that took place during her last day of visiting.   Washingtonians are funding losses of a totally green (wind- and hydroelectric-power) power company often banned from creating free hydro-electric power because release of the required water force might bother spawning salmon.  In other words, “too much energy” is available and ultimately forbidden.  Adding insult to injury, the price of gas in the state has risen 60 cents in six weeks also. 

     President Obama’s repeated press statements about “his” “all-of-the-above energy policy” caused “Bill,” lifelong friend of “Julia’s” brother “Sam” to say, “If that S.O.B. dropped dead in five minutes, I wouldn’t shed one tear.”  What made Bill’s expletive memorable for Julia?  Bill is a life-long Democrat; like her, an environmentalist; lost his oil platform job near Alabama; and Bill is an Afro-American who voted for Obama in 2008.  “Bill’s’ father added, “someone ought to assassinate that M_____-F_____”  all things considered, not a surprising conclusion from a senior citizen suffering from Alzheimers Disease.

     Is Obama evil?  Perhaps, certainly he’s a liar and charlatan:  the name of “his” all-of-the-above energy policy was stolen from the Republicans and implies that he’s really trying to solve the nation’s energy issues.  But Obama’s solution is consistently “my way, off the highway” green technology that actually doesn’t yet exist.   He’s preventing drilling in Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico and his statement that more oil is being drilled now then ever before is dubious because while there is far more drilling on private land courtesy of GW Bush and Indian Tribes in the Dakotas, on the one hand, drilling on federal lands on the other hand has decreased dramatically under Obama.  His Energy Secretary Chu has repeatedly said we must raise gasoline prices to European levels (roughly twice what Americans pay) “to ease demand.”  

     Chu’s idiocy goes consistently unchallenged by the liberal press, of course.  Even more UNprofessionally, these so-called “honorable journalists” have had five years to vett Barack Obama and consistently gone out of their way to protect him instead:  to the utter detriment of the American economy and Constitution.   Exhibit A:  the mainstream media still refuses to cover Obama’s 2008 interview (on the San Francisco Chronicle website, but the story never ran, and elsewhere on the web) in which he literally bragged about creating cap and trade  and other policies to “bankrupt the coal industry” and “necessarily requiring electricity prices to skyrocket.”    Think about that, without a viable alternative Obama wants to bankrupt the providers of 47% of America’s electricity, what a frigging genius! 

     Here is the simple obvious reality: science is discovered and developed, not mandated by government force (taxes and Solyndra-like subsidies).  So far, the only green-technology that works is hydroelectric power.   Beyond hydroelectricity, as far as the viability of solar-, wind-, wave-, geothermal-, etc. power . . . get this:  right now wood-burning heat and energy’s 2.5% contribution to the nation’s energy bank outdoes all those other highly-ballyhooed sources put together.  In short, except for replaceable wood-burning and hydroelectricity . . . the fact is that viable green technology might never exist.  Mr. President, you’re destroying this country on pie-in-the-sky-bye-and-bye dreams and killing the future and the American dream.

What follows is a letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Senator today requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations recently made by Sheriff Arapio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of undisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces:

Letter To NM U.S. Senator Tom Udall:

Dear Senator Udall:

On or about January 5, 2012, I informed you that I had requested that our New Mexico Secretary of State remove President Obama from the New Mexico 2012 Presidential Primary Election Ballot because I believed that he was ineligible to be our President and/or the Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces because he did not meet the Constitutional “natural born citizen” eligibility requirements.

For your information, to date I have not received a response to my request from our Secretary of State’s office and recently informed our Secretary of State and Governor of this fact, although I did end up getting my response to my complaint indirectly from another fellow New Mexican patriot, as documented below: 

On or about February 20, 2012, I received an email from Mr. Jerry Clark from Las Cruces, who filed a similar complaint with the Secretary of State’s office on January 9, 2012, informing me that on February 10, 2012 the Associated Press had reported the following information regarding the NM 2012 Presidential Primary Election Ballot:

• Republican presidential candidates Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum and Ron Paul have earned a place on New Mexico’s June 5 primary election ballot.
• Secretary of State Dianna Duran said Friday that President Barack Obama was certified to appear on the Democratic ticket.
• Other Republican or Democratic presidential candidates can get on the primary ballot by submitting about 16,000 voter signatures to the state by March 12.
• A committee of state officials and leaders of the state Republican and Democratic parties nominates and certifies presidential candidates for the primary election.

On or about February 22, 2012, I received another email from Mr. Clark, who shared an email that he had received on February 17, 2012 from Mrs. Bobbi Shearer, Director of the Bureau of Elections that informed him that she had forwarded his and other similar complaints to Chief Justice Charles Daniels, Chairman of the New Mexico Presidential Nominating Committee, who reviewed the complaints and drafted an opinion in response to those complaints, which basically stated that “state law cannot grant either the Secretary of State of the Presidential Nominating Committee the power to determine the federal constitutional qualifications of candidates for federal office.”

To be honest with you and with all due respect, after taking time to read and digest Chief Justice Daniel’s opinion on this disturbing issue, I was flabbergasted and in disbelief because I took the time to re-read the ‘2012 Candidate Guide’ that the Secretary of State’s office had provided me and I can’t seem to find anything in that guide that would preclude the ‘Presidential Nominating Committee’ or the ‘Secretary of State’ from having ‘the power to determine the federal constitutional qualifications of candidates for federal office.’

I am not a lawyer and don’t claim to be one, but, as I mentioned to you in my letter of November 18, 2011, it seems to me that our entire electoral system has been turned upside down and/or has been hijacked by individuals/groups with deep pockets who seem to have their own agendas that are extremely different from the ordinary American citizen like myself who still believes in and loves this great Country/Republic of ours as it is. 

I am sure that by now you are aware that on March 1, 2012 Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County Arizona held a news conference to reveal his Cold Case Posse’s five-month investigation into President Obama’s birth records.

For some reason I am not surprised to find out that Sheriff Arpaio’s first ever groundbreaking investigation into President Obama’s birth records is being ignored by the Main Stream Media and the sheriff himself is being personally attacked by President Obama’s administration.

I believe that Sheriff Arpaio is doing his job by listening to those citizens of Maricopa County that elected him into office and thus is charged with serving. Sheriff Arpaio knew that being personally attacked by the highest levels of our government was sure to come. After all, Sheriff Arpaio spearheaded the first-ever law enforcement investigation of President Obama’s birth records only to unearth evidence indicating ‘probable cause’ that a systemic effort to obscure the truth surrounds President Obama’s birth and citizenship took place.

The Cold Case Posse, comprised of retired law enforcement officers and subject matter experts have not yet determined who, when or exactly how the long-form computer generated birth certificate released by the White House on April 27, 2011 may have been forged, but the PDF file itself and important deficiencies in the process of certifying the long-form birth certificate establish probable cause that a forgery has been committed and are asking that Sheriff Arpaio elevate the investigation into a criminal probe because they have identified a person of interest.  The Posse is currently conducting an ongoing investigation to determine whom the forger or forgers were, along with President Obama’s Connecticut Social Security Number.

Nearly, one year ago, the White House held a formal news conference to discredit the so-called “birther” movement and to announce “proof positive” of President Obama’s Hawaii birth, in the hopes that this would make him Constitutionally-eligible to be President of the United States.

That’s the results obtained by Public Policy Polling when voters in Ohio, Georgia and Tennessee were asked “Do you think President Obama was born in the United States, or not?”  In Georgia, 38 percent said Obama was not born in the U.S. and another 22 percent were unsure; in Ohio, 37 percent said Obama was not with 21 percent unsure; and in Tennessee, NEARLY HALF (45 percent) of voters say that President Obama was not born in the U.S. and 22 percent were unsure.

Another recent poll shows half of registered voters would like to see Congress investigate.

• Missing records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards provide further evidence of systemic conspiracy. After requesting ten years’ of microfilm records of airline passengers arriving on flights originating outside the United States, there was only one week of missing data at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., August 1 through August 7, 1961 – the week of Obama’s birth.
• An individual testified under oath to investigators that he was introduced to Barack Hussein Obama in leftwing anti-government terrorist William (Bill) Ayer’s front yard. According to the signed affidavit, Barack Obama was introduced to him in 1980  as a FOREIGN student “they” were trying to help get into college and obtain financial aid.

Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, consisting of retired law enforcement officers, lawyers, and subject matter experts, examined dozens of witnesses and hundreds of documents. They have also taken sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

Sheriff Arpaio has suggested that the president put all this to rest by simply demanding that the Hawaii Department of Health release to the American public and to a panel of certified court-authorized forensic examiners all original 1961 paper, microfilm, and computer birth records the Hawaii Department of Health has in its possession.

Word of Caution:  Although its great that many Americans are now beginning to wake up and are actively taking some action to have President Obama taken off the 2012 Presidential Election Ballots we need to keep in mind that those individuals with unlimited sources and/or resources, to include the deep pockets of anti-American George Soros, our own local and national elected officials and others, with the help of the MSM, who have spent years planning and successively perpetrating what I now believe could be the greatest fraud in American history are not going to go down without a fight and thus, as a result, I also believe that now more than ever we need to stick together as Americans (it's no longer Democrat or Republican) at this crucial time when our country and/or Republic needs us more than ever to see this thru. A Republic for which so many Americans have and continue to give their all to uphold and defend.

So the question is: Are you going to be part of the problem by continuing to keep your head in the sand hoping this issue goes away by itself or are you going to be part of the solution by stepping up to the plate and doing what ever it takes to uphold and defend our Republic before its too late?-You Decide.

Parents Frustrated With Government School Failure Want Control

Frustrated with the failed bureaucracy that has left one local school operating less-than-satisfactorily, parents in the small desert town of Adelanto, Calif., have decided to take over the school and fix its problems themselves.

Through a 2010 California law, the parents are working up a petition that will allow them to do such things as fire the school’s principal, close the school and reopen it as an independent charter.

“We just decided we needed to do something for our children,” Doreen Diaz, a parent organizing the trigger effort told The Washington Post. “If we don’t stand up and speak for them, their future is lost.”

According to the newspaper, Diaz’s daughter attends Desert Trails Elementary where last year two-thirds of students failed the State reading exams, half were not proficient in math and 80 percent failed the science exam. The school has reportedly for the past six years been ranked among the bottom 10 percent of schools in the State.

If the parents are successful, they are seeking to get preschool classes, a longer school day, a computer lab, every teacher to have a master’s degree, a full-time librarian and clean, working restrooms, among other things at the school. The district school superintendent says the demands are impossible to meet because of financial constraints.

Parents in other school districts throughout the Nation have taken similar steps. The Florida Legislature is voting on a parent trigger this week, and at least a dozen other States are weighing similar measures this year, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.

As you read this, if you read this, I already know there are some that will be thinking, "does this guy really believe what he is saying"?  So they don't have to post the question I will answer before it's asked, "yes I believe every word, otherwise I wouldn't waste time writing it".  Furthermore, for those who might ask, I don't recall ever writing things I did not believe.  For those who are atheists, you may want to skip reading this because I will be mentioning God, and "yes", I do believe in God for some very good reasons.  Congressmen as you read this,..... oh, sorry I forgot,..... you don't read anything," my bad"!

I've heard people, over the past three or four years, expressing  the same concern again and again.  "Something strange is happening in the world, I can't put my finger on it, it's just a gut feeling I have."  I have , also, heard, "it seems as though the whole world is going mad, just look at all the crime."  Their fears aren't unfounded  and they are correct that a type of madness is sweeping our nation.  When day in and day out we turn on the news and hear of children being molested by people held in high regard in our communities. Some of them holding Honored positions within our government.  Then we are told we need to "decriminalize" the actions of these predators because they are "youth attracted"  and mean no harm.  I suppose rape and murder are now just a new expression of love, or at least that is what the liberals want us to believe.  I guess if you can hold a new born child in your hands and jam a hollow rod in the back of his or her skull to suck their brains out and kill them, it makes perfect sense. 

It makes perfect sense to me when people elect a president who makes this God forsaken procedure lawful.  It especially makes sense when that same president justifies it by saying, "if one of my daughters makes a mistake I don't want her punished with a baby".  As I recall having a child is one of God's greatest gifts to mankind, but then I remembered Obama thinks he is God.  God of hell I can accept, perhaps that's what he meant?  If you add up all the unholy, immoral socially destructive behavior emerging in our nation you would be absolutely correct to say we have an epidemic of madness in America.  A few symptoms of this madness our representatives in Washington have approved or considered approving are legalizing humans engaging in sex with animals, sodomy, and laws of religions which allow female infants and young women's reproductive organs to be mutilated or sewn closed.   Makes me wonder, what obscene daemon of hell has "occupied Washington". Just the simple fact that this congress, or any congress, even entertains a fleeting thought of such matters is proof of their incompetence and moral depredation.   Is this what we sent them there to do?

I could write an entire book exposing the symptoms of madness overtaking our great country.  Symptoms like, the lies and deceit behind trillions of dollars stolen from the American people, which congress and the administration call debt that actually does not exist.  Symptoms like, Congressmen and women paid millions of dollars when they cost millions of Americans their life savings, then did the hokey pokey all the way to their banks, which they also stole.  As I said, I could write an entire book, but I need to get to the point of this. 

There is a reason all this is happening now.  There is a way to stop it and repair the damage.  However, as hopeful as that may sound, I honestly don't see much chance that enough Americans are willing to do what's necessary to save their country or their Freedom.  

If you have read this far you don't need sociology lessons and already know that human beings are social mammals.  We all have needs, wants and desires.  Up until recently most Americans had enough integrity and dignity to control the way in which they met their needs, satisfied their wants and dispatched their desires.  Most of us achieved these ends without harming others and when necessary were willing to sacrifice.  We did this practicing character traits of ethics, morality, and respect for others equal rights.  The character traits I speak of didn't simply manifest  as a result of our DNA, they were learned.   The source of these learned traits is thousands of years old handed down generation after generation.  It is the one and only thing that has made it possible for man to survive and achieve through the ages, it is the word of God, the Holy Bible.  Modern law would not exist without it, mankind would still be scrambling about like animals clubbing each other to death over the bloody carcass of a dead rabbit or squirrel.

The Ten Commandments of God are responsible for mans survival and achievement.  Without them man simply would have disappeared from the face of the earth soon after he appeared.  The law of man will not and cannot protect anyone without the law of God, this I can prove.  Take for instance, myself, I believe in God.  If I were to discover, which will never happen, that God was not real, why would I continue to allow those who cheat and steal from me in government to get away with it?  I wouldn't,  without that moral compass I would find a way to get at them.  Does anyone believe that I would give a damn about "man's law", not on your life.  Furthermore, there isn't a great many like me if you consider our numbers against the population as a whole.

We are trained in modern warfare and tactics to a very high degree.  Most of our number have real world experience and are capable of controlling just about any situation we want.   What would happen to this world if all these individuals were told that morality was no longer something they had to consider, that there was no God to judge them and after this life it's over.  I think any reasonable person can answer that question and the answer would be those types would rule all the rest.  There would be no government, only tribes, and human life would be worthless.

If you keep in mind what I have just written and think of Al Qaeda and the Taliban, I believe you will start to get a picture of what we are up against on that front.  Their moral compass is pointed in a much different direction.  Their "Allah" allows them to dominate, by whatever means they desire, women and anyone not in their tribe.  They are not governed by a God of love, peace and compassion.  They intend to take over all mankind by fear, murder, terror and torture.  God's Ten Commandments mean nothing to them whatsoever.  If  they did we would not be experiencing a war on terror or see women subjugated in ways that demoralize and dehumanize them all over the world.  Women are no more than cattle or goats to radical Islam. 

In the same context the crumbling of our society in America can be related to the absence of respect for God.  Without respect and obedience to God's Ten Commandments there exists no moral compass.  This is the reason certain individuals and organizations push so hard to have the Christian way of life removed from our nation.  So long as Americans believe in God, have  faith in him and practice his word, America cannot be overtaken by them.  In recent years we have seen court orders removing the Ten Commandments from public view in many places.  The excuse they always use is "separation of church and state", however, the way they present their arguments contradict the United States Constitution.  Our current president and past three congresses have done more to destroy the moral compass of America than any other event or governing body in our history.

The results of their actions is clear for every American citizen to see.  Economic collapse, increased white collar crime especially among government officials, moral decay, and the list goes on and on.  Only when our citizens respect God and demand morality and ethics of their elected officials will this nation have any chance to continue as the "land of the free".  America is being crushed under the weight of its own immorality.   America is seen as the most sexually corrupt country on earth in the eyes of other nations.  If you think that's cool I want you to know it is my country too.  I have fought and bled for it and  wish you would just get your nasty diseased ass out of America.

On February 28, 2012 Christian Solidarity Worldwide (CSW) a Christian organization working for religious freedom through advocacy and human rights, in the pursuit of justice, issued a press release denouncing the escalating violations of religious freedoms, citing the case of the Lady in White, Caridad Caballero Batista in the Eastern city of Holguin:'`

"Over the past two months and in the run up to Pope Benedict XVI's visit to the island next month, CSW has seen a sharp increase in cases of religious freedom violations in Cuba. CSW has received reports each Sunday since the beginning of the year that across the country members of the Ladies in White group, the majority of whom are Roman Catholic, are being prevented by state security agents from attending religious services, or are severely harassed when they attempt to do so."

The week of February 27 March 4, 2012 in Cuba was characterized by the same systematic brutal repression against men and women, human rights defenders who peacefully defend fundamental freedoms in the island. As these activists attempt to assemble, protest or go to Mass they are attacked by Cuban authorities and pro-government mobs with stones, clubs and even machetes.

Jose Daniel Ferrer Garcia denounced that the political police has given orders to rip off and tear up any T-shirt or poster that says UMPACU ( Union Patriotica de Cuba) the initials identifying a coalition of human rights groups in Eastern Cuba or any other slogan or motto that authorities consider "offensive".

The ex political prisoner of conscience Angel Moya, who was confined for 24 hours in a prison cell where he was subjected to cruel treatment, denounced that these systematic short term confinements in such inhumane conditions are used to torture the activists in order to force them to stop their human rights activities

State Security agents in Havana warned the Ladies in White that they will not allow that any group of women dressed in white walk together through any street of the capital city, no matter the motive. In Placetas, central Cuba, the arrest of Yris Perez Aguilera, leader of the Rosa Parks Femenine Movement is significant in that a police official removed her pants inside a patrol car and threatened to sexually assault her.

The Cuban political prisoner Ernesto Borges, who's served 14 years of a 30 year prison sentence for espionage, has been on a hunger strike since February 10, 2012 demanding to be released under parole. His father, Raul Borges who has described his son's condition as "very delicate and serious" was denied access to his son this week but reported that a priest named Mario called the family on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 to inform them that Cardinal Jaime Ortega had gone to the hospital of the Combinado del Este Prison, following a meeting with Cuban authorities, and met with Ernesto Borges for more than an hour. The contents of the conversation were not disclosed. Raul Borges is demanding that his son be transferred to a regular hospital and fears that Cuban authorities want to do the same thing to Ernesto as they did to Orlando Zapata Tamayo and makes an urgent appeal to the world on behalf of his son."We are going to go to the prison every day to demand to see him, because we don't want to see him only after he is dead."

Yasmin Conyedo and her husband, Yusmani Alvarez both remain under arrest since January 8, 2012 in the central city of Santa Clara. Yasmin Conyedo is an independent journalist of the group, United Antitotalitarian Front and a Lady in White. Her husband, Yusmani Alvarez is an activist of the Young Democratic League of Las Villas. They are both falsely accused of attacking the home of a communist party official in their hometown of Villaclara who had initially subjected the couple's home to a pro government mob attack the same day of the arrest. Yasmin was transferred to the Prison of Guamajal and Yusmani to the Prison of La Pendiente on January 16, 2012.

The following are some of the human rights violations reported from Cuba during the week of February 27 March 4, 2012:

February 27, 2012  Independent journalist Sayli Navarro reported from the central province of Matanzas that numerous activists were confined inside their homes that were surrounded by combined forces of State Security, Rapid Response Brigades and the National Revolutionary Police since 2:00 a.m. Other human rights defenders were physically arrested in the towns of Perico and Colon to prevent a meeting of the human rights group, "Partido por la Democracia Pedro Luis Boitel" that was going to be held in the house of the expolitical prisoner of conscience, Felix Navarro in the town of Perico. The arrests were violent as described by Juan Francisco Rangel: "The agent Alexander Guerra pushed me against the roof of the patrol car and hit my head". Among those activists who were arrested were: Angel Moya, Emilio Bringas (85 years old),Juan Francisco Rangel, Lázaro Díaz, Nelson Ruíz, Caridad Burunate, Carlos Olivera, Zoilo Delgado. Ramon Bolaños Martin reported that Lady in White, Karina Quintana Hernandez was summoned to appear at 3:00 p.m. before a Police Unit of the Antonio Mella Municipality with the objective of preventing her assistance to Mass on Sundays and, particularly of trying to force her to stop being a member of the Ladies in White.

February 28, 2012  The activist Dany Lopez de Moya continued under arrest in Palma Soriano since 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2012 when he was brutally beaten by the police for wearing a T-shirt that said: "BOITEL, ZAPATA , WILMAN LIVE" and UMPACU . Activists reported they had information that he was vomiting blood as a result of the blows he received and was denied medical attention. Further information of this case will follow.

Rogelio Tabio Lopez reported that paramilitary forces carried out an act of repudiation in the Eastern city of Guantanamoagainst the headquarters of the human rights group "Movimiento Resistencia y Democracia" where activists were holding a meeting. Tabio Lopez also denounced that In the town of Caimanera in the province of Guantanamo, a paramilitary mob carrying machetes and clubs attacked and wounded human rights defenders.

Act of repudiation against the house of the Lady in White Karina Quintana, her husband, Ramon Bolaños Martin and their three children who were terrrorized by the eggs thrown against the front of the house. Bolaños reported that it was all orchestrated by the members of the Communist Party and the political police in Palma Soriano.

March 1, 2012  A violent arrest was carried out against the women, members of the Rosa Parks Femenine Movement in the central city of Placetas who were attacked as they were protesting before the Municipal Headquarters of the Cuban Communist Party. Yris Perez Aguilera was beaten and arrested by an officer, Yuniel Monteagudo, who pulled down her pants inside the patrol car and who threatened to rape her. The women remained under arrest, subjected to cruel and degrading treatment in prison cells until Saturday, March 3rd.

In Havana, human rights defenders, members of the secretariat of the 30th of November Democratic Party, were arrested when they were carrying out a peaceful protest at the Jose Marti Civic Plaza.

The wife of human rights defender,Hugo Damian Prieto, reported from Havana that her husband was arrested in their home in Havana, located at: Calle 89 #21410, entre 214 y 216 in the suburb of La Lisa.

March 2, 2012  Luis Enrique Lozada Igarza, a coordinator of UMPACU reported from the Eastern city of Contramaestre that his home was attacked by what he called "a hail of stones".

In Guantanamo, the home of the human rights defenders, Rogelio Tabio Lopez, his wife, Rosaida Ramirez Matos and their son Rogelio Tabio Ramirez was subjected to a search led by State Security and local police forces that began at 9:30 in the morning and lasted until 3 p.m. Both Rogelio and his son were beaten and arrested. The Lady in White Rosaida was detained and released. She denounce on Sunday, March 4 that her husband and son still remain under arrest at an undisclosed location and that she is unaware of the severity of their injuries caused by the beatings they suffered.

Cuban political prisoners Andry Frometa Cuenca, Leonardo Cantillo Galvan and Leoncio Rodriguez Ponce carried out a hunger strike in the Prison of Guantanamo in Eastern Cuba on February 23, 2012 to honor the memory of Orlando Zapata Tamayo and demand that the regime honor the announced pardon of prisoners that has yet to be met. Dozens of common prisoners joined in the hunger strike. Mareycy Columbie, wife of Frometa denounced that her hsuband was beaten and dragged to a women's prison on February 26 without clothes and confined in inhumane conditions and that authorities will not give her any further information. Hayde Galvan, mother of Cantillo is being denied information concerning the whereabouts of her son and his physical conditions.

March 3, 2012  In Eastern Cuba the following Ladies in White were arrested: In the town of Banes: Miladis Pinales and Marta Diaz Rondon. Pinales was released but the whereabouts of Diaz Rondon were unknown. In Holguin: Gertrudis Ojeda andCaridad Caballero.

March 4, 2012  On Sunday March 4, a total of 117 Ladies in White atended Mass throughout Cuba. Around 20 women were reported as detained and prevented from reaching their respective temples.

In Havana, Minardo Ramos Salgado, an independent union leader, was subjected to a short term arrest and threatened not to hold or participate in any meetings.

The Coalition of Cuban-American Women alerts the international community that the lives of those members of Cuban civil society who are actively and publicly struggling peacefully on behalf of fundamental freedoms are in danger. We are particularly concerned with the cases of the political prisoner Ernesto Borges, the activist couple Yasmin Conyedo andYusmani Alvarez, Yris Perez Aguilera and with the continued physical and mental harassment against members of theLadies in White, Laura Pollan throughout Cuba. International recognition of the peaceful resistance and solidarity for these human rights defenders is crucial. We make an urgent call on religious, civic, political, and cultural entities and its leaders, as well as to non-governmental human rights organizations worldwide.
