"We The People's" authority to amend the Constitution of the United States is derived from

Article V of the Constitution

The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a “two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate, or  by a “constitutional convention” called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures and since the President does not have a constitutional role in the amendment process, the joint resolution does not go to the White House for signature or approval.

A proposed amendment becomes part of the Constitution as soon as it is ratified by three-fourths of the States (38 of 50 States).  The process is called “Constitutional Convention”.

Constitutional Convention has only been used once in the entire history of this country.  I was astonished that it wasn’t congress that got the credit for ending “prohibition” but rather it was because of the united efforts of “We The People” through our collective state legislatures resulting in a forced joint resolution through the people’s right of Constitutional Convention.

What the Constitutional Convention does  is, if the President of the United States refuses to faithfully uphold his oath of office, just as President Obama did when he refused to enforce the“Defense of Marriage Act”(DOMA), and a U.S. Congress Committee fails to put forth an amendment in the  form of a joint resolution, just as the House Judiciary Committee has and is still doing to prevent a vote to amend the United States Constitution defining marriage to be the union between one man and one woman, the citizens of the United States can have their state legislatures  demand and force the U.S. Congress to do so through “Constitutional Convention” and bring forth a joint resolution to amend the U.S. Constitution and the United States President is powerless to do anything about it.

It means “We The People”, through “Constitutional Convention” could hold the U.S. Senate accountable to pass a budget by amending the U.S. Constitution preventing any further spending until it is done.

It means “We The People” through “Constitutional Convention” could establish the law of the land that no tax could be levied against the people without the ratification of (38 of 50) states of the union.

It means the people have a course of action to define and limit the scope of authority of any appointed or elected official.  The Supreme Court’s authority can be limited to the interpretation to the U.S. Constitution and any law or executive order would require the ratification of (38 of 50) states.

It means “We The People” could amend the Constitution to enhance the checks and balances of government  to allow the majority vote of either the House or Senate be sufficient cause for dismissal of any elected official or appointed official, including the Supreme Court Justices.

The Tea Party is in an excellent position to collaborate the state cooperation needed to make this course of action a reality for the American People.   

Will you help spear head the practice of "Constitutional convention" on behalf of “We The People”?  If the Tea Party of Each State were to coordinate efforts and topics of "Constitutional Convention" to each state legislature, "We The People" would not only have a greater voice but also would begin having a greater impact in Washington instead of just every four years or time of re-election

When I was a kid, I couldn't understand why Eisenhower was so popular. Maybe this will explain why.

Why is it, that so many emails I get are from people who ‘have the answer’ to fix our dilemma, yet all they can tell us about their fix is that they need our donations?  WHAT??  And worse, when those who send the emails, asking for money are RINOS, or just plain turncoats?  Picture this; a guy who is a state attorney general, joins the fight on Obamacare.  He is one of the 26.  Then the SCOTUS upholds, defeating the 26.  Then what?  This guy says he only joined to stop the mandate, and now doesn’t even want to repeal the AHA.  SAY IT ISN’T SO, JOE!  Sadly, it is so.  He is Rob McKenna; the man, the myth, the RINO.  Washington State AG, running against Jay Inslee, the liberal’s liberal congressman turned gubernatorial candidate.  Yes, even one of the mighty 26 is a progressive.  Are there more?  How about any other RINO’s in governor races?  How many in races for Congress, or Senate?  Yes, they are out there; hiding like snakes in the grass.  They saw how Obama did it in 2008 and think they can too. 

Resolve?  You need to decide who on your ballot deserves your vote.  Do your homework.  Don’t let those emails, asking for your hard earned money, tell you how great their candidate is.  The wheel has been invented.  Toast is no better now than with the toaster your grandmother had.  These folks may have the answer, and they may not.  So you must do your homework. 

Encouragement?  Here’s an example of one person who not only deserves my vote, but is a shining example for all to follow.  His name is Shahram Hadian.  And, as you can tell by his name, he is from the Middle East.  But believe me, he is the most conservative Christian candidate for any race in any state I know.  He is running for Wa. State Governor.  Just his life story alone is so inspiring, it makes you want to stand and cheer for him, just like they did at a few county conventions this year across our state.  But there’s so much more.  Just last night, I sent this response to AG McKenna’s request for money and added it to my facebook page, “ARE YOU KIDDING????? You really think anyone on the eastern side of the cascades will give you the time of day? You say you don't want to repeal Obamacare? You say we should just move forward? FINE! I am! I think I will contact the Hadian campaign to see if they need my donations. You say we should move on? WHY DON'T YOU AND GET OUT OF THE RACE???”  And within 2 minutes Mr Hadian responded himself!  No flunky, minion or twidget sent me a canned response.  (They always drive me nuts anyway!) He responded from his home.  AT NIGHT ON A FRIDAY FROM HIS HOME!!!  The only thing I can say is OUTSTANDING!  Please let me know a better word than outstanding.  It’s too weak a word to describe Mr. Hadian. 

Be Encouraged.  There are more people out there like Mr. Hadian running for office.  They are NOT in the best of graces of the RNC (RINO Nimrod Club).  Find them, help them, get their names and faces out there!  And, if you can’t find one, then Help Shahram!  And if you do find one, help them AND Shahram!  Don’t be dissuaded by the name.  I’ve met the man.  He is truly the real deal.

I know this message sounds like a plug, a paid political ad.  I promise you it is NOT!  We must get those RINO snakes out of the grass.  We must help those trying to oust them, in any manner possible; in any city, county, or state.

The time of being disappointed is over.  The time for encouragement, resolve and conviction is now.  Waiting for November is too late.  Help our candidates NOW.  And get registered to vote.  VERIFY THAT YOU REALLY ARE REGISTERED.  I found that my daughters are not properly registered.  They have the time to correct that.  Don’t lose your right to vote out of laziness or complacency.

I read the following Ronald Reagan quote later in the day after the Supreme Court shockingly declared Obamacare constitutional. Reagan's insight sent chills down my spine. Was he a prophet or what?

Reagan said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”

Brothers and sisters, the day Reagan warned us about has arrived. June 28, 2012 freedom was ruled extinct in America. God help us.

My heart is heavy and my controlled anger runs deep. I can not and will not surrender my country to the evil dictator in the black Iron Man suit without one heck of a knock-down drag-out political fight.

As I set here today three question come to mind.

(1) Who was working for Obama doing the healthcare debate?

(2) Who was working for Obama doing the debate, and is now on the Supreme Court?

(3) Who was working for Obama doing the healthcare debate,and is now on the Supreme Court who could had told Obama what to us ,and say,when the law is challenge?

Howdy all!  Well we all are still reeling from the 2 big stories of the day.  Yes we had no clue this would happen, in fact it seemed like a slam dunk what the outcome of one would be.  But, it is true, Nadal is out of Wimbedon in the second round; GHASTLY!  And Derek Jeter tied Cal Ripken’s all-time hit record.

What you haven’t been watching baseball?  What have you been watching, politics?  Or maybe E! network?

OK, Obamacare.  Yes, it was upheld.  Yes I was stunned and a bit angry.  You too I imagine.  At least we now know.  We know where the court stands.  We know where the President stands.  There is no back door chicanery.  And if you had read or heard anything after the announcement today, there was resolve.  Anger, disgust, but yes resolve.  Everyone on radio, on blogs, on forums, on facebook, twitter are resolved to end the nightmare. 

The question is how?  That is easy.  Vote the jerks out.  I don’t just mean Obama.  Your senators and representatives are up for re-election.  Get your friends, church members, neighbors, co-workers and anyone you meet to register.  Make sure you ARE registered.  And vote the jerks out.  And, let those you vote in know they will be watched more than anyone ever, including Obama.  This is OUR country.  They are OUR employees.  They must be INSTRUCTED, not just asked, to do what we want them to.  WE KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR US, NOT SOME BIMBO FROM SAN FRANSISCO, or some dork from Nevada, or even some crybaby from Ohio.

Voice your Choice!  Tell them now who will get your vote.  Don’t let them bask in the silence, where they can happily try to convince you they are perfect for the job.  Tell them they aren’t getting your vote until,…  MAKE THEM SQUIRM!  Make them beg.

Is this encouraging?  YES.  Why?  Because I don’t want you to sit on your duffs and whine all day, all summer.  Write letters to the editors.  Blog, tweet, whatever your tools; use them.  Let them all know up front, they got a lot to do to get your vote.  And remind them of what George Mason said.  Nothing so strongly impels a man to regard the interest of his constituents, as the certainty of returning to the general mass of the people, from whence he was taken, where he must participate in their burdens.  In other words, the thought of going back to the general population after losing an election to face the music can make a politician think twice before going against his or her constituents.

This truly is a day the Lord has made. Rejoice and be glad in it.  We have now been given focus, resolve and, if you participate the conviction to do what all three branches of government have not. 

Two hundred and thirty six years ago just yesterday, a guy named Tom finished writing these words:

Be angry; whine out loud; scream out your window; kick holes in the walls.  Then, get your focus and resolve and let’s get to work.  We got a lot to do.

As most of you realize by now, Today’s decision regarding Obamacare has nothing to do with Constitutional law. Chief Justice Roberts had to do some creative thinking to declare that the penalty for not having health insurance is really a justifiable tax.
It’s pointless to analyze law to discover legal reasons for the decision. To get at the reason for the decision, you must know Washington itself. It’s the city and social climate here that are responsible for this bad ruling. The social pressure to be accepted as someone important governs the lives of most people here. Social pressure determines what cars people drive, what stores and restaurants they patronize what clothes they wear Social pressure also determines what ideas are politically correct. If you want to be accepted by people and have friends in this town, you must conform to the liberal status quo. That’s why there are so many RINOs here. We elect good people and send them to Washington; in the pernicious climate they eventually become part of the city’s social climate. They conform to local ideas and simply deceive their constituents about the legislation they are voting for.
After 30 years it was Justice Roberts big chance to stand out and join the Washington in crowd. He’s made himself their champion with his befuddled opinion. Now he’s finally welcome on the Georgetown party circuit. In Washington, that’s more important than right and wrong, honesty or deception, or anything most Americans value. That’s why it’s so important to elect fresh people to Congress.

She has taken a quick grasp of the heakth care mess.  She has stated that SCOTUS has passed the buck to congress in the form of a propoosed new level of taxation and she is taking immediat steps to get congress to take the necessary steps to refuse to agee to any type of new tax. This is one candidate who has this independants vote come november

Dear Patriots, I am heartbroken, but fired-up more than ever! If the Tea Party was dying, the Supreme Court upholding Obamacare is unquestionably the rebirth of the Tea Party.

I briefly mourned the death of America as we know it. Upon stabilizing my emotions, I realized that as a Christian, I must trust God. I know some of you will want to slap me across the face for my optimism. Perhaps, the Supreme Court ruling is a blessing in disguise.

Had Obamacare been ruled unconstitutional, Obama's reelection team which includes the mainstream media would have launched a shock-and-awe campaign ranting – Four racist white guys and a black Uncle Tom took away your health care! The Supreme Court ruling has taken that evil low-rent scumbag way-of-thinking narrative away from the democrats.

I believe the Supreme Court ruling in favor of Obamacare will unify a majority of Americans to crawl over broken glass and walk across burning hot coals to vote for Mitt Romney. Obama getting a second term will mark the end of freedom and America as we know it.

Anyone who emails me saying they will not vote for Romney because he is not conservative enough, I will hunt you down and slap you! Just kidding, but you get my point.

Folks, we are about to lose our country. All foolishness, selfishness and pettiness must be cast aside.

We have been given an issue, repeal Obamacare, to rally voters to defeat Obama in a landslide. Let's roll!

Not since income tax was forced upon us has there been such an abominable action taken as what just happened today in the decision of the Supreme Court. I am 63 three years old and after leaving home as a kid, only once in my life I have had a life insurance policy. I now have no health insurance as I don't get sick. I have saved so much money in not paying premiums I could probably buy a Rolls Royce right now if I were given that money in a lump sum.

I will be damned if I will be forced to buy something I "DO NOT WANT!!" If they fine me for not having it, it is again "Taxation without Representation.' A Would ask former President George H. W. Bush..." Would you allow me to force-feed you Broccoli?"

I think every member of SCOTUS should be replaced as soon as the next administration is in control. If that OBAMANATION is re-elected, I may as well leave the country as I will not live amoung people with IQ's of only 10.
