The national taxpayer advocates office is an independent orginization within the I R S to help taxpayers who are experiencing ecoonomic difficulties.
The mid year repot identifies challenges and issues for the upconing year.
note: those tax provisions that expired at the end of 2011 are the following
The so called AMT patch which will resul in at least 27millions more tapayers being subject to the Alternative Minimum Tax
The Itemized deductions for state and local taxes paid (11 Million taxpayers), and the deduction for mortgage insurance premiums( about 4 million taxpayers)
The provision allowing persons age 70 1/2 to make tax free withdrawals from their I R A "s to make charitable contributions
Those proivisions expireing 12/31/2012 inclded
The Bush era cuts in marginal taxes, reduced tax rates on dividend and long term capital gains, various marriage penalty provisions, certain components of the child tax credit, the earned income tax credit, the adpotion credit and the moratoria on the phase outs of itemized deductioins and personal exemptions.
While most of these expirig provisions will increase the bottom line tax an millions of middle class citizens, the removal of them the effect of the phase out for itemized deductions and personl exemptions will mean the more affluent citizens will be subject to phase out formulas and reinstate those formulas fror those taxpayers.
The case load of the taxpayer advocates has trippled each year of the past 3 years resulting in an inability to provide the service leaving many taxpayers with problems regadring tax frauds and tax related related identtity theft, high and dry.
The demands placed on I R S persdonell has adversly affectred the IRS"s ability to respond to the taxpayer
assistance orders and the taxpayer advocate directives issued by the taxpayer advocate office and the IRS has ignored and sought to limit th Advocates authority to issue those directives.
The IRS has yet to compy with proposed and inal directives designd to assist victims of preperar fraud.
In June 2011, the advocates office issued a proposed directive to the head of the IRS operating division to implement a procedure for adjusting acounts of taxpayers who have been victim ized. The IRS has refused to acton directive.
In January 2012 the advocate issued a direcive to address problems taxpayers were facing in connenction the correspondance examintion process, including probems with bsolete regulations.
It goes on and on about how the taxpayers are getting ripped off by he executive and legislative branches of government.

Projections: WWIII Deaths 613,870 Americans vs. Your Vote for Constitution
The last few days I’ve been thinking of a dream I had just a few days ago actually. It was one of those intelligent dreams where you get information to think about from, but you have no idea where what you were talking about came from.
Someone asked me about the war with Iran coming because they had read about it in my book “Taking A Stand-The Conservative Independent Voice”. I said, “Yes., but it’s going to cost America more lives than WWI,WWII,Korea, and Vietnam.”
That was it..the end of the dream. I woke up thinking that was really strange. Of course I wondered to myself I wonder how many lives that really is. I also did recall the dream that I had that was actually in my book Taking A Stand-The Conservative Independent Voice, that was published in a rush for the 2008 Independent write-in campaign for President.
It really came down to the wire and I had to rush editing and really rushed proof reading, so there is more spelling errors in it then I’d like that spell check didn’t pick up. Anyway the point is I do recall wondering whether I should put the dream in the book that ultimately I did. Of course here it was Iran and we were involved with Iraq and Afghanistan was still in the future.
Saddam Hussein was put to death close to the beginning of 2007, and it’s incredible to think about a war from 2003 clear through 2011, but the point here is there were only 4,409 soldiers killed and a reported 31,928 wounded in action. That is a remarkable small number for that long of a war and then I started wondering about just how many the 4 wars would actually include as far as a tally for what I had said in my dream.
Well, I recalled doing a Veterans Day Memorial Show that I had done some research in on that subject so went back to see what I could find. Watching it I just started adding up the numbers and the impact started to hit me.
WWI – 116,516 WWII – 405,399 Korean War – 33,746 and Vietnam – 58,209

In my dream there was a projected loss of 613,870 soldiers. That is one staggering number.
When I woke up from that dream I was thinking also about the few numbers that actually have read or followed my blog. As of today, July 3rd,2012 I’ve only had 20,685 page views on my blog which was started also in 2008. Also begun in 2008, was my YouTube Station CODE4PRES that as of July 3rd,2012 with 165 videos has 47,024 views in its entire history.
For all intensive purposes you could say the General Public is completely un-aware of any of the work I’ve done. Maybe it just hasn’t quite caught on yet of course the added benefits of advertisement with guest appearances on shows and stories being written about you or your campaign can increase that dramatically as we’ve seen things go viral before and wooed and awed about it.
I started thinking about how many people don’t vote and thinking about the ‘apathy’ in America- reasons that so many Americans didn’t care to vote, or really get in there and push with enthusiasm their preference in voting.
The thought came to me how many people were in the families of the projected 613,870 soldier deaths that would feel affect by those deaths? Of course deaths don’t come close to the number in a war of wounded in battle. If Iraq were a measure we had approximately 5 times more wounded men then we had deaths.
Project that on the projected 613,870 deaths and you get a number like 3,069,350 wounded. With those kind of numbers it would be very difficult not to say everyone in America is going to be affected pretty directly by the war.
The thought of all the mothers in America came to me who would have missing children killed in WWIII.
Voting is such an easy thing to do. If you equated casting a vote meant that you wouldn’t have to choose which one of your children would die, how many people would vote then?
If you understood that defending the Constitution with your vote meant that your children wouldn’t have to die defending it, would you cast your vote for someone TAKING A STAND for the Constitution?
How many politicians in Washington DC have you voted for, that haven’t given a rats ass about Obama not being a ‘natural born citizen’ qualified by the demands of our Constitution?
When I do contemplate the record of Citizens voting for politicians who haven’t raised their voice up, I’m left wondering about the umbrella of God that has surrounded our Nation as the Constitution and the freedoms and liberties kept protected by it, and the prospects of that being removed and what the consequences of that would look like?
America, I encourage you with all my heart to somehow raise your voice and consider this very seriously and consider it very personally as it relates to your own record with our CREATOR.

“Liberals hold their breath on July 4th and breathe easy on July 5th. They are afraid that a majority of Americans might actually read the Declaration and find out that our nation was founded on rebellion against tyranny — “For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent.”
On July 3, 1776, John Adams wrote the following to his wife Abigail:
The second day[1] of July, 1776, will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.[2]
Adams could not have foreseen that the principles of the Declaration are lost on the majority of Americans, and for that our elected officials are thankful.
Consider what Adams wanted us to celebrate: “It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty.” Deliverance from what?: tyrannical government edicts and the unbridled taxing power of the State.
Rep. Paul Ryan — on ABC’s This Week (July 1, 2012) — got it right when he criticized those who claim that healthcare is a right that comes from government:
“We disagree with the notion that our rights come from government, that the government can now grant us and define our rights. Those are ours, they come from nature and God, according to the Declaration of Independence — a huge difference in philosophy.”
Liberals – Democrats and Republicans alike — hate the idea that rights don’t come from them.
There are other principles in the Declaration that the majority of government officials don’t want voters to know about for fear that the people will rebel against them:
1. “When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitles them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”
2. “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”
3. “That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.”
4. “We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in general Congress assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name and by the authority of the good people of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare that these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent States.”
5. “And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.”
Time will tell if there are enough Americans who do understand the importance of the above words and will “alter or abolish” our present government and “institute [a] new government” on November 6, 2012.

I would like someone to tell me why I shouldn't believe SNOPES when they say this information is false.
I received the original message from Director Dee.
We have enough truthful things to make others aware of about our President "O" without adding and sending falsehoods. That only helps those that oppose our views to reinforce their opinions about the Tea Party not an organization to be accepted as speaking for the majority of people.
I didn't check this out and just believed it because it came in an email from the Tea Party, which I endorse, and forwarded it to many others in my address book only to have a reply that it was false information because of what SNOPES states on their site about it.
If SNOPES is not telling us the truth please enlighten me with factfull information about that. On the other hand if it can't be refuted then I request that whoever oversees the Tea Party general mailing to verify the facts before sending it out.
As I said, I am a member and supporter of the Tea Party but we must have oversight within the organization about things like this.

With the 4th of July tomorrow I am asking myself why am I a patriot? Why do I love America so much? What is it about this country that makes me swell up with pride to be an American? Part of it is the rights and freedoms that I have as an American, even when I am not using some of them it I know they are there comforting me with their presence. To me the greatest accomplishments we have achieved are not technological or scientific, it is our advances in the field of freedom that we are most known for. People all over the world want to come here to get some, or bring it to their own country. They are like wow, look at all the cool stuff Americans get to do, why can't we?
And it is cool stuff to many Americans who appreciate what they really have on a daily basis. Many of us don't take it for granted that it will always be there. We understand it was fought for by people who believed so strongly in it that they were willing to give their life for it, and they did not even know what it was yet. They started with a dream a desire and a declaration, a dream of freedom, a desire for self rule and a Declaration of Independence. They knew that was just the beginning, they did not know what they started would become the greatest country in the world.
On this coming 4th of July I will celebrate their sacrifice, their dream and the memory of those who have made the greatest sacrifice of all. It is because of them that I can sit here and write this without fear of my own government. You see many people don't appreciate the fact that we are born free here, they also don't understand that it comes with responsibility, nothing is truly free is it? They say it is our right to question our leaders, it is also our responsibility to do so. The lack of responsibility, both personal and social are what has brought us to where we are now, our country is ill. I wake up everyday concerned about her health, and concerned about the (liberal) death panel that wants to euthanize her. They don't understand that they won't be giving up just the rights they are willing to give up, but all of their rights and freedoms. I as a true American understand what my fore fathers did, I too have a dream and a desire, and as long as I draw breath I will fight to protect the Constitution they gave me! Because every morning when I wake up I understand that nothing is free, most of all freedom! So if you feel we have to many rights here maybe you could move to one of the many countries that will deprive you of them. That is one of your rights, maybe that's what you can do to help America!

You cannot straddle the fence. You have to make a choice! Are you an American, or not? Being American depends on which side of the fence are you on! Are you an American or socialist? You cannot be BOTH! For example:
- If an American doesn’t like guns, he doesn’t buy one. But if a socialist doesn’t like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.
- If an American is a vegetarian, he doesn’t eat meat. If a socialist is a vegetarian, he wants all meat product banned and people who eat them taxed at a higher rate.
- If an American is a homosexual, he quietly leads his life. If a socialist is a homosexual, he demands legislation to garner respect and laws to prosecute anyone who would dare speak against a LIFESTYLE!
- If an American is down and out, he gets up off of his butt and does everything he can to make his situation better. If a socialist is down and out, he wonders who is going to take care of him and has the audacity to complain when the government is slow to respond!
- If an American doesn’t like a TV channel, he changes the channel and doesn’t buy the products that are advertised on the channel. If a socialist doesn’t like a channel, they DEMAND that the government shut down that channel for being “too right wing!”
- If an American is a non-believer, he simply does not go to church. If a socialist is a non-believer, he wants any mention of God or religion silenced by the government and within the government.
- If an American decides he needs healthcare, he goes about shopping for it or finds a job that provides it for him and his family. If a socialist wants healthcare, he demands that everyone ELSE pay for his and everyone elses! After all…that is the “fair way to be!”
- If an American reads this, he’ll forward it to others with pride. If a socialist reads this, he will be “offended!”
I am a TRUE American. My family has spilled blood in every war since we kicked the British out over 200 years ago. We were on BOTH sides of the Civil War! We are American’s by BIRTH and by RIGHT! And now, as an American, I am voicing my concerns about where this nation is headed…and that direction is currently toward a socialist (even Marxist) philosophy. I am SICK AND TIRED of those who promote a socialist agenda without concern for us Americans! And now I am going to do something about it! I am going to speak the TRUTH and I do so without regard for the socialist ideology!
I am posting this on Facebook as a result of my pride in this nation…not as an offense to Americans. I have many friends who believe in “socialized society” and I care deeply for every one of them. I respect their right for their beliefs MUCH MORE than they respect mine. They are even sincere in their beliefs. But they are SINCERELY WRONG! I can only hope that this posting will shake them to their core and help them remember what made this nation great. If they are offended; then too bad! I will no longer pander to their “rights” or their “demands!”
The GOVERNMENT does not care about the individual like we can one-on-one, as neighbors and friends. (This conflicts with the belief of the socialist who think the government should supply all our needs). The GOVERNMENT cannot solve the problems of this nation through legislation and bail-outs. (Again, there is a conflict with the socialist). The GOVERNMENT cannot solve the problems of this nation through socialized medicine, universal healthcare, and by silencing the voice of the individual. (Again, not only is this a conflict, but it ticks the socialist off to hear these words!)
Only WE…the TRUE Americans…can save our nation. We do it through hard work and sacrifice. We do it by helping our neighbors and opening our homes to those less fortunate. America is NOT Republican or Democrat. America is PEOPLE! We the People! And the American people are going to take this nation back!
Not ONE single social program has made this nation better in the past 100 years. Social Security has become a strain on our tax base and will be completely broke within 20 years. It has FAILED! The Great Society (commonly known as Welfare) IS a strain on society and has enslaved millions over the past 40 years leaving them dejected and hopeless. Yes…SOME have benefited. But MORE have become powerless and struggle with poverty that none in our day should endure. By and far it has done more harm than good. National Healthcare will only add to the burden we must ALL shoulder…and that is downright un-American! It is time to reverse the socialist course this nation has bent toward – especially the turn it has made since January 2009!
I challenge EVERYONE to read this and objectify our society. Are we better off (socially or economically) than we were 3, 5, 10, 20, 50, or even 70 years ago? Income taxes (not the rich) brought us into our first depression. All you have to do is study history. Wartime production helped bring us out of that depression! Is that what we want? World War III? World War II was brought about by “isolationism” because the liberals (socialists) of the time did not “want to get involved in the war in Europe!” It came to our front door. Now we face a new enemy…one that hates America because of our freedom. Want to wait until they attack again? Want to let a rogue power, like Iran, obtain a couple of nuclear warheads? Or do you want to stop them before they have a chance to bow up and strike an ally or, worse yet, our homeland?
The fact of the matter is…I will stand with my last breath and defend this nation side-by-side with ANYONE who loves it as much as I do. Your race, sex, religion, age, eye-color, number of limbs, ability to see, hear, smell, taste, or talk does not matter to me. If you are an American and you care about this nation and what it stands for MORE than you care what this nation does for you; then we are together. But if you have forgotten the words of JFK and are standing there complaining about what the government has or has not done for you, then you are NOT an American and you should get out while the getting is good. “Ask NOT what America can do for you!”
I am just the tip of the iceberg. Americans are waking up and taking back this nation all over the place and from every walk of life. Socialistic attitudes (like those currently taking place with “Occupy Wall Street”) will be defeated post haste. Socialism WILL become a thing of the past within my lifetime. And any future attempts for a socialist takeover will be dealt with quickly and without concern for their “feelings!” Americans are still the majority in this land despite the Socialist strongholds found on the left and right coasts! Americans are STILL the majority despite the manure you see on CNN and the other liberal media ilk!
America is about to experience the “Second American Revolution!” It will take place in the hearts and minds of people from coast to coast and from sea to shining sea! I love this nation and will stand firm for the rights of all Americans. I will stand just as firm AGAINST the socialist agenda!
Give me liberty or give me death! But don’t show up unarmed! I am going to fight with my dying breath for the liberty my family has fought to preserve for 235 years! And I will fight harder and longer than any socialistic punk. You have 235 years of catching up to do! I am well armed and ready to take your way of thinking OUT of my country! Leave quietly and there will be no need for me to defend my nation!

I know Obama wrote the book called "dreams from my father", I have been thinking about to write a book dreams from my mother, who died during the culture revolation at the re-education camp, she was emtionally abused by the communist Part from 1966 to 1976. She was educated, and a strong woman with great faith and loved children and their education. Once she was a elementry school principal. Her dreams to have freedom of her Christian faith, she hoped her daguther will be free as blue skye, she named her daughter as blue sky. Communists red guard forced her to bow to Chairman Mao, give up her Jesus to exchange for Chairman Mao; she said to them that the coummunists could force her to say anything they wanted her to say, but they could not take away what she believed in her hart, that is freedom, that is between she and God. Dreams from my mother, she wanted to have freedom to believe and freedom to worship. I will protect the constitution for my children, as my mother to protect us to have us come to the America to have freedom. My dad is 77 years old, he is taking the citizenship test in August, he wants to vote Obama out of the White House when he heard the Abamacare was passed. As conservatives we should orgnize to reach out the new immigrants who will understand liberty and freedom, because many of us come to this country for liberty and freedom and exscape from dictators of the countries.
Racial Politics Thicker Than Justice

When the House voted last Thursday to find Attorney General Eric Holder in criminal contempt of Congress, members of the Congressional Black Caucus walked out.
Why is the Black Caucus trying to make this about race?
It’s about Holder’s refusal to turn over Justice Department documents requested by the House Oversight and Government Committee in its investigation of the “Fast and Furious” operation.
“Fast and Furious” was a “gun-walking” operation conducted by the Justice Department’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). ATF would allow known smugglers to purchase arms from dealers in Arizona with the idea that they would trace them to their destination to operatives in drug cartels in Mexico.
Before the vote, Black Caucus chairman Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) appeared on CNN calling the House contempt vote “....silly and detrimental to one human being.” On MSNBC he told Al Sharpton, “This is partisanship at its most base level.”
Sure, it’s an election year. And if you had to stretch to appreciate the complaint against Holder being made by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif), chairman of the House committee doing the investigation, you might buy Cleaver’s claim that this is just Republican political grandstanding.
But you don’t have to stretch to appreciate the case against Holder.
It seems pretty clear that “Fast and Furious” was a botched operation. The ATF lost track of some two thousand weapons that disappeared into the hands of criminals in Mexico. In December 2010, weapons traced to this operation were found on smugglers who murdered U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry. Others were tied to the murder of at least 200 Mexican citizens.
The investigation into these ATF activities began with inquiries by ranking Senate Judiciary Committee member Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) after Agent Terry’s murder.
The Justice Department, in a letter to Senator Grassley, initially denied the existence of gun-walking operations. But this picture changed when ATF whistleblowers brought facts to the contrary to light. Subsequently, Justice withdrew its letter, saying its denial of the existence of these operations was mistaken.
Inconsistencies in Holder’s testimony before the House committee produced further reasons for suspicion. And then Holder’s stonewalling for months, refusing to produce the documentation that the House committee requested.
Whether there is a fire here remains to be seen. But there is plenty of smoke.
Yet Cleaver calls the House vote holding Holder in contempt “silly?” The chairman of the Black Caucus should have the opposite reaction if only for concern for his own community. Illegal drugs smuggled into the US from Mexico cause havoc among black youth. According to the Center for American Progress, there have been more than 25.4 million drug convictions in the US since 1980, and one third of them were black.
To grasp what’s really motivating Cleaver, I apply what I call the “A Time to Kill” test.
In the 1996 film “A Time to Kill”, a black man in a town in Mississippi hires a white lawyer to defend him after he kills two white racists who raped and mutilated his daughter. When the lawyer makes his closing argument to the jury, he asks them to close their eyes. He describes the atrocities that were done to the girl and concludes by saying “now imagine she’s white.” His black defendant is acquitted.
So close your eyes. Consider the details about “Fast and Furious” and then picture that the Attorney General is not Eric Holder but John Ashcroft (first Attorney General of President G.W. Bush) and that the murdered border agent, Brian Terry, is black.
Would Emanuel Cleaver now call this contempt vote “silly?” Would the Black Caucus have walked out?
For the Black Caucus this is about racial politics.
Fortunately for us, for Darrell Issa (who happens to represent my home district in California) this is about shedding light on what might be broken in ATF operations.
