There is a debate in TX on 24 May. Newt, Rick and Ron have confirmed their attendance.
There will be a 60 day "virtual convention" leading up to 1 Sept. All of the candidates WILL speak from the same podium!
Our worst hope is to nominate another moderate. Romney's only tactic has been to suppress the turn out, dramatically. If we cannot get our vote out for the primary, how can we consider getting it out for the general election? The current "establishment" track is literally a recipe for disaster!
We will face an effort like we have never seen bent on suppressing the "Tea Party" vote, AS SOON AS we stop beating on each other! Romney has demonstrated the effectiveness of that tactic. The other side may be missing fund raising targets, but those targets are wildly ambitious to begin with. They will have a war chest the likes we cannot hope to match. We must stop, look, and think. We cannot win a pitched battle. We have to adopt an asymmetric strategy.
The asymmetric strategy involves firing up your base, and pinning down your opponent. By giving Obama multiple targets, and large crowds, we put him on the defensive. They cannot focus on one guy! Newt has drawn the fire of the White House, and is the only candidate to do so with an issue thus far. Speaker Gingrich has done that twice! His $2.50 a gallon plan WILL work, and moreover, we need it to work to get out of this debt. He continues to fight the lefts "War on Women" by properly framing the debate in terms of Religious Liberty! We have effectively pinned down the opposition so far, because we have multiple targets.
Next we need to fire up the base. Last year conservatives showed up on the west lawn of the Capitol by the hundreds of thousands. One would think that that momentum was a positive thing. Yet turnout has been dismal this year! The only states where turnout exceeded 2008 were SC and GA. We are killing our goose! Obama is ahead in Virginia! Newt has been the only one this cycle that has shown any ability to rally the base. Even with his low delegate count, Newt is drawing huge crowds. Clearly, Newt is the strongest candidate!
Now for the back story!
I am sure you have heard about the Virginia Ballot fiasco. The "consultant" Newt hired in Richmond, VA turned in 1500 lines signed by the same person. Newt put forth the effort, but was hit by a lame participant. That is all the evidence that will be gathered while Newt is a candidate. In the mix, the former Speaker hired the fraudster. Newt has better things than be all litigious just now!
Then there is the ownership of Clear Channel Radio. Clear Channel holds the syndication of several shows, including Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and others, not the least of which is WMAL (630 AM, DC). Bain Capital owns Clear Channel! Sean Hannity provided the most publicity of Newt's "Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less" campaign that was launched from a couch with Nancy Pelosi on it. Is it any surprise that NO talk radio stars came out for Newt? Republicans don't bite the hand that feeds them.
Add to that the active engagement of Roger Ailes and Brit Hume at Fox. Between the two of them, they are quashing any positive treatment of Newt. This includes giving Newt the hardest questions from the likes of Bret Baier and Chris Wallace. Even Governor Sarah Palin was only allowed to report on who she voted for! Any one who watches critically will see that. They will also see that Newt is complete command of each interview he does. No other candidate can face that pressure, and the heat will only turn up if one emerges! They don't have as far to go with Newt!
So...
What is gained by Newt staying in the race? Well, the target expansion mentioned above, for one. Newt, Rick and Romney are far enough apart that the White House cannot target one without advancing another. We have the benefit of fire AND maneuver now. The democrats are clearly apoplectic over the prospects of a Gingrich nomination. As a candidate, you can imagine a Newt - Obama debate. As President, Gingrich's command of history, and the inner workings of government, will relegate the Democrats to the space between the back bench and the wall. In any election case, the Democrats cannot attack Mitt while Newt is there to take advantage!
The Democrat Attack Machine is immobilized! Thank You Newt!
As for us, we need to make the establishment aware that we are onto their game, and that it puts the entire election at risk. Those that did not show up to vote in the primary will not show up to vote! We are giving up the "not a dimes worth of difference argument". Romney was the ONLY Republican to advocate FOR RobamneyCare in 2009, and Obama used that to beat us over the head and shoulders. The problem with the "dimes worth" argument is that it tends to kill our base! That is the ONLY risk we could take that would lose this election!
We have two weeks to breathe some measure of sanity into this incongruous debacle. If we elect a proven motivator in August, we can eliminate the saturation bombing we will surely face! Take heed! Or prepare to take defeat!

I have to say, and I hope it's true, "That The Sleeping Giant Has A Waken."
I don't know about you all but I am so grateful to God that "We the People" have finally woken from their slumber. We have a long road a head of us, with my challenges before us, and extremely important decisions to make before the November elections, and what may manifest from the enemies camp. I use the term enemy not lightly, for we as Americans' are facing a party that has never before so boldly infiltrated into our nations political arena. Never before have we ever had such a pro-leftist (Marxist) regime running our nation, and I might add running it right into the ground, trying to disband our constitution, as they work diligently to bankrupt our treasury department, our economy (Jobs/Housing Market), our social integrity and morals with their political correctness movement which is nothing more that Marxist hogwash.
I am proud to be an America, but the nation I do so love, with its freedoms and liberties are slowly being taken away as these Marxist bastards have infiltrated our schools and what has been being taught in them in just over the past twenty years with socialist professors teaching Marxism to our children, not mentioning the slow deterioration of the standards of what is taught in our schools in the first place from 1st Grade on up, better known as drumming down, which began just about 100 years ago and have been making more head way than ever with the ever present assistance of our media as a hole.
As Americans' we need to understand one thing, and that is, if we expect to change what is happening in Washington, we also need to be prepare to change what is happening not only with the news media, but in Hollywood, the story tellers. For it is from the story tellers (the movie Industry as a whole) which first initiates new ideas, that may seem strange and even unacceptable at first, over time becomes more and more tolerated, until it becomes acceptable as part of our society to the majority, even to those who dis-approve, but figure there is nothing we can do anyways.
In closing I just want to say, We as a people must never again accept the status qua, we must never again be silient, we must never again allow those politicians dictate to us what they are going to do, but We the People, need to stand continuously together and dictate to those politicians what they are going to do, or you'll be striped of authority to make decisions for or nation and its people. And that goes for Hollywood also.
Again I am proud to be an America, and I will not be silenced. We need to stop the murdering of our babies, and end this social revolution of sexual sin (homo-sexuality as a life style, for it is not a life style but a life in the style of sin against both God and nature.

It was a fairly depressing day for me...too much to do and not enough time to do it...and what you've done just doesn't seem worthy, or not seeing anything come of all the effort we put into everything here. And then a little something like this just pops up in the in-box out of nowhere, and after watching it 26 times, forwarding it to everyone in "contacts", it occurs to me that there really is meaning and purpose, even if we don't always see it. And those schemes have included the betrayal both of the United States and her allies.
- In 2009 Obama scrapped the long awaited missile defense system for Poland and the Czech Republic because Russia objected.

- Obama will not pledge to keep American missile technology from China, North Korea and Iran, as it would “…interfere with [his] constitutional authority to conduct foreign affairs…”

- Leaked cables show that the US will now provide Russia with ALL serial numbers of Trident missiles transferred to Britain.
- Obama proposes the United States CUT its nuclear arsenal by 80%, yet demands no reciprocity on the part of Russia or any of America’s enemies.
- Joe Miller, 2010 US Senate candidate from Alaska, reports that, under the guise of drawing a boundary, 7 Alaska-area islands and oil rich sea beds containing perhaps billions of barrels were given to Russia in an unannounced, secret deal by Obama’s State Department.
Under Obama’s programs, by 2016, defense will account for 20% of the national budget, yet bear over HALF of the deficit-reduction cuts.
In mid-March, Obama declared he would “…provide the Russians with detailed technical information about the anti- missile systems he plans to base in Eastern Europe…”
And Congressman Darrell Issa said that “the American people should be very afraid,” continuing with “I judge that in fact he is going to sell out our national defense after the election.”
On March 26th, Obama’s conversation with outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev was accidentally picked up on an open microphone. “This is my last election…After my election I have more flexibility,” Obama told Medvedev, who said he would relay that message to the new Russian “president” Vladimir Putin. “On all of these issues, but particularly missile defense this, this can be solved but it’s important for him (Putin) to give me space.”
Why would an American President need to secretly petition a notorious KGB thug for “space?” Because Vladimir Putin is aware of Obama’s criminal abuses of the United States and the American people. He has Obama by the throat, possessing information which can put the Manchurian Candidate in prison for a lifetime. And he is using that information to literally blackmail the American president into betraying the U.S. and her allies around the world.
And though Barack Obama has certainly needed no persuasion to betray the American people and inflict massive damage on the United States since his election, that treachery is now proceeding according to a schedule and terms dictated by Putin, making the guilt of the American President even more obvious and his chances for re-election more tenuous. Thus, the plea for space.

My fellow patriots,
As we sit in our comfort-laden abodes, sipping our lattes or pink lemonades and either wishing the snow would be gone for another year or baseball season would start so there was something interesting to do, the world continues to move forward. But as we seek other interests, we are not listening to the sounds emanating from the world around us. If you would listen carefully you would recognize the woeful sounds of America gasping for its very breath of life and its inner soul.
Yes, the sounds are there. We just don’t listen. We only hear (or see) what we want. As the country gasps for clarity of purpose, we the people figure someone or something else will come along and fix the problems for us. I don’t think so. The warning signs have been there for a long time. A very long time. It is my humble opinion that, during these turbulent times, we find ourselves in the dilemma of our lifetimes. As a country we have been either asleep or just too comfortable in our own cocoons to realize the depth of our plight.
An event took place in 2008 that changed the world we live in. It changed the face of America, it changed the direction of our moral values, it changed how we view the future and how we see ourselves as human beings and it changed the make up of our basic freedoms that we so irreverently tossed aside for entitlement freebies and empty promises by the engineers at the helm.
Thus, I have some questions; As we sit at the precipice of financial collapse from debt and entitlements, how much time do we have? Can we reverse course? What can we as individuals do? Who best to bring us back from the brink? Or are we too late?
The latter question first ... are we too late? No. Not really. That is the one thing we do as Americans ... once awakened from a slumber and the realization sinks in that we are in a pot of dirty soup up to our noses and some bunch of dirt bags are throwing in more slop to hopefully drown us in our own spittle, we fight. We fight hard and will win in the end because we always have.
It’s in our DNA. The sad part is we have to get to the point of losing everything before we stand tall and state unequivocally, “No more. Stop the madness. Stop it now!”

The event I speak of, of course, was the presidential election of 2008. We put a man in office, a man not really qualified to be a dog catcher, much less the most powerful man in the world. We refused to listen to what he was saying. We missed the first gasp of incredulity when he promised to transform America. Oh, we bought into the cliched slogans of “hope and change.” We liked his smile, his ability to read from a teleprompter, his super-friendly demeanor and his charismatic oratorical skills. Yeah, we jumped in with both feet thinking the country would show the world we had found our mojo and racism was gone forever.
Once again, our ears failed us. Our eyes failed us. We failed to hear that horrific sucking sound of our falling into the vortex of calm voices pushing us ever so gently but with assured and deft platitudes, into the hell of our own making.
We found that the dreaded four-letter word that could burn the eardrums of a sweet mother or even a hard-hearted father did not start with the letter ‘F.’ No, no ... that would have been too simple. There are worse four-letter words that not only burn the eardrums but they singe the soul. They change life as we know it. They create an environment of hell on earth. And alas, sometimes they come wrapped in the promises of easy living, free lunches forever and fun times at the social picnic. But as the wrappings are peeled away and truth is revealed, and we see the four-letter words that imprison us with our own trappings. They become clear and defined. They are “fear and envy” and the worst four letter word of all, “hate.”
Hate fuels the fear, the envy, and we bind ourselves to the adversary by falling into the trap of each of them. We can never lose our awareness that those who perpetrate the lie and the hate by using their best tools of fear and envy and class warfare are alive and well and doing their very best to take our basic freedoms away from us. The word and its implications need to get lost from the lexicon of the American landscape. I realize that will be hard for the Left in America as it is what feeds their motivations and goals.
Another part of the ongoing dilemma is that the President surrounded himself with self-proclaimed Marxists, socialists, communists and progressives. Why? Is the answer that he embodies some or all of those ideological characteristics? I think so. Each of them arrived with an agenda to turn America into the vision of themselves and the despicable goal of changing America into a European style state of fear and class warfare. Sadly, we see it happening before our very eyes, but we refuse to stand up and make our presence and our voices known. That must change. We have to get involved. If we sit still for the usual emanations from Washington, D.C. and say nothing, do nothing, we will be nothing. Who to blame? Only ourselves.
Now we are confronted with the possibility of changing the mistake the country made in putting Obama in the highest office in the land by electing a new POTUS. But will we? Will the majority fall on their faces while groveling at the feet of the feed-lot proprietor? Will our defenses be pushed aside by the desire to partake of the entitlements the proprietor doles out as temporary freebies and the empty promises of a better life if only we will give our souls and our minds to this false benefactor? Or will we stand up to the forces of promises of easy living and more and more entitlements? It won’t be easy, but it is necessary, or we won’t live in the America we grew up in.
The election of 2008 was filled with the same promises we are hearing again as the President travels across the country extolling his virtues and penchant for handing out goodies wrapped in the same old hope and change. The empty promises were countless, but we Americans have a habit of short memories. How many of you remember the promises of transparency, the tremendous number of czars, the idea of having our military pay for their own insurance, etc?
We need to reawaken our memories. Give them a jolt. Then each of us should care enough to get off our butts and do something about the crisis we find ourselves in. When we do not, we condemn our progeny to a lifetime of debt and potential servitude to the miseries of progressive lifestyles and socialist living conditions. The era of personal responsibility will be gone forever and the future we leave to the next generations will fall on our inability to shoulder the reasoning of our forefathers and the burdens of freedom. Yes, there is a price to pay for the greatness of America. Are we and will we stand up to the task and be willing to carry our portion of that burden? It is my fervent and continued prayer that we will find the resolve, the strength, the willingness and the love of country enough to make a difference.

Last month, the conservative side of politics lost a champion of truth and a strong voice in the conservative movement with the passing of Andrew Breitbart. He was a man of high intellect, vision and courage. He never backed away from a fight and was responsible for turning out those who sought to endear themselves at the public trough via their egregious actions and poor moral values. He disclosed them and brought them to the bar of justice for the American people to see and judge for themselves. He was a great example for all of us to aspire to. We cannot allow his passing to be just a closing of another chapter in the fortunes of America. We must carry his part of the burden he was so willing to share for all of us.

They are verbally abusive to the citizenry and they display an animus for civility.
I do not like them, because they both display bigotry overtly, as in the case of Harvard Professor Louis Gates, when he accused the Cambridge Police of acting stupidly, and her code speak pursuant to now being able too be proud of America. I view that statement and that mindset as an insult to those who died to provide a country where a Kenyan, his illegal alien relatives, and his alleged progeny, could come and not only live freely, but rise to the highest, most powerful, position in the world. Michelle Obama is free to hate and disparage whites, because Americans of every description paid with their blood to ensure her right to do same.
I have a saying, that “the only reason a person hides things, is because they have something to hide.” No president in history has spent over a million dollars to keep his records and his past sealed.
And what the two of them have shared has been proved to be lies. He lied about when and how they met, he lied about his mother’s death and problems with insurance, Michelle lied to a crowd pursuant to nearly $500,000 bank stocks they inherited from his family. He has lied about his father’s military service, about the civil rights movement, ad nauseum. He lied to the world about the Supreme Court in a State of the Union address. He berated and publicly insulted a sitting Congressman. He has surrounded himself with the most rabidly, radical, socialist academicians today. He has fought for abortion procedures and opposed rulings that protected women and children, that even Planned Parenthood did not seek to support. He is openly hostile to business and aggressively hostile to Israel. His wife treats being the First Lady, as her personal American Express Black Card (arguably the most prestigious credit card in the world). I condemn them because, as people are suffering, losing their homes, their jobs, their retirements, he and his family are arrogantly showing off their life of entitlement – as he goes about creating and fomenting class warfare.
I received this e-mail again and it dawned on me that we need to construct something in form of a petition.
Let’s get this done the right way. Can we “The Tea Party” draft and sponsor a petition of this kind so people can actually sign it, officially support it, and we can then get this thing presented to Congress?
