Howdy all!  Here comes another week.  What will it bring?  More scandal?  Intrigue?  Comedy?  Drama of course.  I guess that is up to us all.  That is, of course unless you are the first lady.  Then you can take a trip to Aspen for skiing, right after the trip to Hawaii.  Gee, it sure is amazing that the first family can be so adamant about robbing, er, I mean redistributing from the rich, er, I mean anyone and giving it to the poor, er, I mean their friends, and still have time to whisk away to the Rockies for some very extensive bling-letting to recover from all that socialism.

Do you thank your Creator?  Do you pray to Him for thanks?  And if (I hope when) you do, do you thank Him for America?  I do every night.  I thank Him for bringing our founders together at the same time and same place to leave a legacy that is matched by none this earth has ever known.  And it’s OURS!  Best of all, we wish to share it with others.  And that is where people divide.  Most Americans want to share this land with those who are willing to contribute, as mentioned in yesterday’s message.  And, we want those we share with to follow the rules.  As Jefferson puts it, “your right to join us in society, conforming, as I doubt not you will do, to our established rules.”  In other words, he says that it is a foregone conclusion that those who wish to join us WANT to follow the rules, the laws.  And We the People have recognized and accepted this foregone conclusion for the last 235 years in accepting new neighbors.  So why is it so hard for our present administration and pile of, er, federally elected employees to enforce, upon the new neighbors, the requirement to conform to established rules?  It is not a terrible thing for any single person or entity to expect all those within the confines of our borders to follow the laws and rules established by good intentioned legislative bodies.  Everyone within our borders is expected to follow the laws, or expect to pay the consequences if they don’t. 

So, many of our elected employees would rather turn a blind eye.  Some don’t, but many do.  Maybe it’s your representative, or Senator.   What do you do?  The easiest thing is to vote against them, and convince your friends and neighbors to vote against them as well; in the primaries, and general elections.  You don’t have a primary?  Then go to caucus.  Local elections?  Get involved.  BE A CANDIDATE YOURSELF!  I love this country, and my neighborhood.  So I became a precinct commission officer; PCO.  I pray every night, thanking God for my family, friends and country.  But if I just pray, and don’t do what I can to preserve, protect and defend, then I am not living up to the promise of my prayers.  So, what will you do?

Feb 17, 2012--Earlier this week President Obama revealed the 2013 military defense budget for the Department of Defense which is roughly $614 billion, and in it the cybersecurity budget has nearly double. Now the Department of Homeland Security plans to monitor social media sites. Like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and even this site as well.

Also the Senate is attempting to return the controversial SOPA bill but under a new name. I am sure this time, when the internet tries to stop it again,  The Department of Homeland Security will be there monitoring all the protests and could take legal or extralegal actions against them.

Now know that what you put it here will be reviewed by a person at Homeland Security and a report including names could end up on President Obama's desk in the Morning!

After a fun-filled, information-packed hour with our friend David Toy on the RightWing Redneck Radio Rag on BlogTalkRadio, I decided to take a walk on the wild side, and go to Mitt Romney Radio on Blog Talk.  

Huh.

As I was in the chat-room, I asked a few very simple, very polite questions of the various folks there, one being the HOST, starting with "When is Mitt going to address the very important issues before us, specifically, an undocumented foreigner in the White House who has surrounded himself with Communists, Marxists, Islamofacists and anarchists?"  

I was asked "Why?  We'll have to wait until after the Primary."

I responded "Now why would I do that?  This needs to be talked about now..."

Not a word-for-word transcription, but you get my drift.

Next thing I know, the big blue box pops up with the words "You Have Been Kicked Off This Site."

Really.   Just so I understand things clearly, there can be no mention whatsoever of the most important issues facing us as a nation, and a people of the Rule of Law...and a man who presents himself as a candidate for the office of President refuses to answer a simple question as to the Rule Of Constitutional Law...and I get kicked from the site for ASKING a question...

The simple fact that everything done by this usurper is null-and-void, and of no consequence, doesn't matter now ....

Really....

Is there still any question in anyone's mind as to what the real problem is in this country?

When I observe and experience the uncomfortable feelings held by many concerning the various candidates for the Presidency this time around, it is no small wonder that many believe we have been HAD.

I never could really put my finger on the sense of unease I had concerning Romney, until tonight.

Now all caveats have been removed, all questions are now moot and irrelevant.

And I suspect, the same thing will happen when I go to Newts' site, Santorum's, and Paul's.

Romney was so disliked as governor he did not even bother to run for a second. He ran against Senator Ted Kennedy and lost. If Romney could actually win an election, we would have been an insider. Guess he has his unpopularity to thank for that and he is still not liked by the people.

The businessman we had as president (George W.) sacrificed the free market to save the free market, created the failing No Child Left Behind and added to the troubles of SS with an unfunded drug program!!

Don’t look to Romney’s business experience look to the POLITICS of this “severely” phony conservative.

Tell me; What kind of conservative uses the power of gov’t to FORCE FREE Americans to buy anything and is PROUD of it?? Somehow FORCE & FREE do not go together when considering someone a conservative, that may just be me but I hope not. Romney created the basis for ObamaCare but we’re supposed to believe that because it was just at the state level that it’s okay. WRONG. No true conservative would do such a thing.

Also Romney fell for the left’s global warming hoax and STILL believes it and in ethanol subsides. Ethanol is a threat to our foods supplies. Even Democrats realized that as they supported letting ethanol subsidizes expire. DEMOCRATS!!! Let a subsidy die! Mitt didn’t.

Businessmen are frugal and watch the bottom line. Right?? Businessmen deal with their own money or investor’s money for profit. As I said let’s look at Romney’s politics when he was governor and using the public’s money:

• Scored a 55 on CATO scorecard of Governors.
• 4 years as governor – 220 days absent his last year.

• Promised no new taxes and raised them excessively.In 2003, Romney actually set the record for the most fee increases enacted by a state, according to the National Conference of State Legislators. In addition, he raised over $300 million dollars from businesses by “closing loopholes” on subchapter S corporations but this loophole closing actually resulted in doubling the tax rates. Indeed, as Peter Nicholas, chairman of Boston Scientific stated, “when Mitt Romney became governor in 2003, subchapter S corporations that were owned by Massachusetts business trusts were taxed at 5.3 percent…..By the time Romney left office, the tax rate on these corporations had climbed to 9.8 percent.” *
• Was 47th out of 50 in job creation of all Governors. If Katrina had not hit he would have been lower.
• State spending ended $5.2 billion dollars higher when he began office.
• He left a $3 billion deficit.
• He spent millions on pork projects such as buying new cars for welfare recipients.
• Initiated most liberal progressive socialized health care of any state in history.  50% (2010 poll) dislike it, and costs are higher than other states.
• Allowed Planned Parenthood to be incorporated into MA law by name as part of the oversight of parts of the program.
• Used executive orders to implement gay marriage
• Romney spent millions of state money pursuing Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) and although they dumped it, then created the Massachusetts Climate Protection Plan
• Romney dramatically limited emissions on six power plants, even going so far as to claim – with radical environmentalists at his side – that one power plant had killed 59 people.
• He continued to grant state aid to four “sanctuary cities” in Massachusetts with no effort made to restrict this assistance. Contrary to his campaign propaganda there was no bill or effort to give drivers licenses to illegals that he “fought.”
• One of his own endorsers (Powerline) admit, “…there is no question that Governor Romney’s initial fiscal discipline slacked off in the second half of his term…” Note: Said another way, he couldn’t even be fiscally responsible for more than  2 years.

Nevada is in the toughest economic shape by far, with a 12.1 percent unemployment rate. Florida (10.6 percent) and Michigan (10.3 percent) have double-digit jobless rates, while North Carolina’s 9.7 percent keeps it slightly above the national average.

Those four states will account for 66 electoral votes in 2012. Both parties are likely to target 10 states that have unemployment rates below the national average — Colorado, Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin. Those states have a total of 106 electoral votes.

Both Ohio and Colorado had an unemployment rate of 8.6 percent in May, just half a point below the national average. Wisconsin and Pennsylvania each stood at 7.4 percent. Those four states will reward a total of 57 electoral votes in 2012, more than enough to cost Obama the presidency if he lost them and the states mentioned above.

Second, in each of the 14 swing states, the unemployment rate has risen from where it stood in October 2008 — just a month before he beat Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) to claim the presidency. The increases range from marginal — just a 0.7-point jump in Minnesota and New Hampshire — to the nearly catastrophic in places such as Nevada (up 4.4 points) and Florida (up 3.6).

Please has anyone came to Las Vegas Lately see all the Casino's that were under construction and have not had Union workers on the Job Sites since 2007-2008 There are still over 70,000 folks unemployed in Las Vegas but you here nothing about this only How Great the Job Market is.

So if the Candidates key on these States regarding Jobs Jobs Jobs it will be win win for REPUBLICNAS !!

The 14 states, plus the District of Columbia, considered safe for Obama in 2012 comprise 186 electoral votes; of that total, 90 are in states where the unemployment rate outstrips the national average — including California (55 electoral votes), where 11.7 percent of the population was unemployed in May.

The number of people available to work is 158,5 million, not the 141 million the Department of Labor is using. When we compute the fraction of people on the unemployment roles out of this larger, more accurate pool, the actual unemployment rate is 11.2%.

The eligibility issue is not going away if the Supreme Court refuses to deal with it!

“(Feb. 17, 2012) — 11:49 a.m. ET – The Post & Email has just learned that the U.S. Supreme Court will be conferencing today to decide whether or not to hear the case of Purpura v. Sebelius, which challenges the constitutionality of the health care bill and Obama’s eligibility to hold office.

Plaintiffs Nicholas Purpura and Donald R. Laster, Jr. call their challenge the “We the People” brief.

Purpura stated that his case is “the best one” to challenge the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act passed in March 2010 by the 111^th Congress and signed by Obama.  He had submitted a Request for Reargument to the Supreme Court’s decision not to hear the case on January 17, 2012.

Purpura has stated that “the reason they don’t want to take the case and why they’re most frightened is Count 6,” which claims that if Obama is not eligible to serve as President, the bill is null and void.

A prayer request was put out by Purpura, and today he stated that he is “getting calls from all over the country” in response to it.  “People are praying at the Oklahoma Air Force base; people throughout the country…they’re even praying at the Supreme Court!  They want their lawsuit heard,” he said.

A new 17-page brief with 15 pages of argument sent to the Supreme Court was dated January 27, with Purpura representing himself.  “What I told them flat-out is that you have no choice but to hear this,” Purpura told The Post & Email.  “Count 6 is the most important.”

Purpura also said that “Sotomayor and Kagan cannot hear this case” because of their conflict of interest, having been appointed to the court by Obama.

Count 6 reads:

• Count 6  Violation Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5; No Constitutional question before this Honorable Court surpasses the importance concerning this issue that must be adjudicated.  Petitioner has never stated Mr. Obama is not a citizen of the United States.  That being said, the Constitutional question exists:  is Mr. Obama a “natural born Citizen”, if not; how can he exercise the authority of the office of President?  Failure to address this Count would constitute a desertion from ones [sic] sworn fiduciary duty and betrayal of the United States Constitution.  (See Article 6, Paragraph 2).  The Court must consider during the years Mr. Obama was developing a power base and running for President Congress 8-times attempted to remove the Constitution’s requirement that a president be a “natural-born citizen,” suggesting an organized strategy…

19. Therefore, the question still exists whether Mr. Obama was eligible to sign “Act” in law, make appointments, institute regulations or hold the office of president?

Of this new development, Purpura told The Post & Email:

• This is really important, because they’re disenfranchising the voters if they don’t hear it.  The first three pages, which are the opening statement, will tell you everything, and so will the last page.  The only count that really counts here is Count 6.  As you know, there are ballot challenges throughout the country, and what I told them flat-out is, “You have no choice but to hear this because we have a constitutional crisis.”  I’m believing, that if you read Count 6, because that’s the most important one in the whole brief, they’re sort-of trapped if they’re honest.  Kagan and Sotomayor cannot by U.S. statute participate.  So we’re in great shape in reality. But will they obey the statutes, or will they do what this administration is doing:  ignoring the law that are on the books in the United States.

Purpura then read from the third page of the brief:

• It is incumbent upon this Court to settle the issue of ‘eligibility’ post haste to afford those in the Democrat Party an opportunity to choose an “eligible” candidate to be on the ballot in November.  To do otherwise disenfranchises all voters and continues the constitutional crisis that has been escalating since the Courts refused to address Hillary Clinton’s 2008 Presidential campaign’s challenge.  To ignore this constitutional challenge will have devastating consequence, which this Court bears full responsibility for failing to perform its fiduciary duty pursuant to your sworn oath taken by every Member of this Court.

I REMEBER WHEN MEDICAL INSURANCE COVERAGES  "DID NOT" INCLUDE ANY PROCEDURES WHICH WERE NOT MEDEICALLY DETERMINED TO BE NECCESARY TO CORRECT A SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITION, ABORTIONS AND TREATMENTS THAT WERE NOT NECESSARY HAD TO BE PAID FOR THE PEOPLE ELECTING TO HAVE THEM . SURGERY TO PREVENT FURTHER PREGNANCY'S WERE COVERED ONLY WHEN THE HEALTH AND LIFE ISSUES WERE MEDICALLY DOCUMENTED.  WHEN INSURANCE COMPANIES BEGAN TO PROVIDE COVERAGES FOR ELECTIVE PROCEDURES, THE PEOPLE MAKING THOSE ELECTIVE CHOICES PAID THE ADDITIONAL PREMIUMS. WHEN ROE BECAME EFFICTIVE, ABORTIONS AND CONTRACEPTIVES WERE ELECTIVES PAID FOR BY THE INDIVIDUALS ELECTING THEM AND THOSE NOT ELECTING SUCH PROCEDURES DID NOT HAVE THEIR INSURANCE PREMIUMS EFFECTED AT ALL.  WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE LATEST ROUND OF LAWS WHICH RESULTS IN THOSE PEOPLE WHOSE MORAL BELIEFS ARE APPOSED TO THOSE ELECTIVE PROCEDURES HAVING TO SHARE THE COST OF ADDITIONAL PREMIUM COVERAGES. MOST OF THESE PEOPLE WHO OPPOSE ELECTIVE PROCEDURES ARE NOT SUPER RICH OR EVEN MODERATLY AFFLUENT AND IT IS NOT FAIR FOR THOSE PEOPLE TO HAVE TO BEAR THE ADDITIONAL PREMIUM COSTS OF THOSE WHO DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT GOOD MORALS. YET, WE HAVE A PRESIDENT,  INFLUENTIAL MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, AND AFFLUENT PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE SHOULD SHARE THOSE INCREASED INSURANCE COSTS. IF THEY ARE WILLING TO SHARE THE INCREASED COST OF ELECTIVE MEDICAL PROCEDURES, THERE ARE MANY OTHER WAYS THAT THEY CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THOSE POOR  AND NEEDY PEOPLE WITHOUT ADDING TO THE RANKS OF THE POOR AND NEEDY BY MAKING EVERYONE SHARE THOSE COSTS.  ELECTIVE MEDEICAL PROCEDURES AND TREAMENTS SHOULD BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THOSE MAKING THE ELECTION AND THE VARIOUS OLRGINIZATIONS WHO PROMOTE THEM.

WE THE GOVERMENT ARE ALMOST BROKE, WHARE IS YOUR HAND OUT THEN/???????????I BELIVE THAT ANY BODY WHO REALLY WANTS TO FIND WORK CAN FIND IT,  IT MAY NOT PAY AS MUCH.  DO NOT BE A GIVE ME.

I received a tax assessment from the IRS. The Bible tells us we are made in God’s image.  As a self-employed person, and now one of the working poor without the right credentials for government handouts, not one of the “Lord God’s” Garden of Eden welfare state dependents, also with a kick in the butt from the IRS while I was living from hand to mouth, knowing good and evil, knowing the United States is not made in God’s image, knowing that in the Bible Job was tested in his faith; I was being tested.

Wouldn’t you know that authority wants you to know only good?  What about this “Lord God” in the story of Adam and Eve who wants us to know only his good?

 The lordly IRS claimed—mistakenly—that I owed $1,500 in tax. A government mistake, I was to learn, the same as the Lord God’s law—that knows only good—taxpayers  are guilty until proven innocent (It’s for the good of all.), with my landlord threatening to lock me out for nonpayment of rent, as the serpent in the proverbial tree of knowledge of good and evil is my witness, the Lord God was confiscating my existence.

It’s people like me that give America a bad name. Jesus was a socialist, you know.  Obama calls his faith in Christ “collective salvation.”  The Lord God decreed that I was to give up my good and evil notion and become a government dependent knowing only good.

The First Amendment of the Constitution, according to fairest-of-them-all, Lord God Obama (he knows religious freedom, Catholics don’t) Obama, the Bible thumper, an ideologue living in Utopia, I’m here to tell you it takes someone knowing good and evil, someone with God-given reason to defeat those worshiping their own conjured good.    

Jesus said the meek shall inherit the earth. He said, “Blessed are the poor in spirit: for their’s is the kingdom of heaven.” He said, “rejoice and be exceeding glad: for great is our reward in heaven.”  He said, “in earth as it is in heaven.”  Jesus was not a socialist. Obama goes on his dreams; I go on sustainable facts. We are all God’s creatures, a God who loves his creation and send Jesus to advise us. Howdy all!  Sorry about not sharing for a couple of days.  It’s been busy at the compound.  Went to a local Tea Party committee meeting, and ended up becoming a PCO.  Uh oh, looks like Tommy Kiley is getting really involved!  Even got my first message; Josh Romney is coming to the Tri Cities,WA on February 21st at 9-10 am.  Sorry about the hour, but they didn't ask me to schedule.  Then, the Mrs. got her new wheels and I was playing with them!  Who says those power scooters aren’t dangerous?  Just try to get around the corner at top speed.  Guess I need to learn how to repair sheet rock.
