To anyone who pays the slightest amount of attention to the on-going battle over the debt, debt-ceiling, Paul Ryan's budget proposal vs. Obummer's budget abortion, and the ancillary debates on both sides, it is clear that we have a real problem in this nation...and it goes deeper than the financial crisis we are in.
It should be clear that, in order (just for example) for Chris van Hollen (ranking Senate Democrat) to be able to go on Fox News and distort Paul Ryan's proposal to save Medicare, while at the same time lying through his teeth about the "Affordable Care Act", or ObamaCare, there must be enough people that will bite into this cowpie pudding for it to be worth his time (van Hollen).
With a stack of charts in front of him, and Fox News host Chris Baer asking the questions, (pointedly or not is a matter of debate), van Hollen uses states from the CBO and other government accounting agencies to mis-represent Ryan's proposal, and completely distort what the actual consequences of Obummercare will be.
Paul Ryan had fairly equal time, although van Hollen did an admirable job of talking WAY more than he should, which is one of the tactics of the far-left from time immemorial. Talking-points is all these libs have got, because the actual facts belay their lies, and they know that.
What should be of concern, or at least is to me, is that at the end, after all the distortions, and Ryan not really having the time to counter the slight-of-hand involved in van Hollens "charts" from "actual government accounting agencies"---(let's all move along...nothing to see here...) these two are laughing it up, they after all are just old friends who have "differences of opinion."
"Differences of opinion" that also happen to be "matters of life and death."
Not a laughing matter, in my book. I don't think I would have been as charitable as Ryan, although I somewhat understand the protocols that go with the office.
Screw protocol. These bastards are liars, thieves, and wolves at the door. The only humane thing to do is to get rid of them in the most humane and fastest way possible before they EAT US ALL ALIVE.

What follows are three articles and/or blog posts that reveal what occurred during a SWAT Team raid that was conducted while serving a warrant at the home of a former Marine’s home in Tucson, AZ on May 5, 2011, which begs to question whether or not we are beginning to witness actions by this President and his minions that normally take place in a police state, especially when we find that the individual responsible for said raid was no one other than the infamous Pima County Sheriff that was also in the spot-light during the fatal shootings that took place in Tucson, AZ in January 2011-You Decide:

“TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - New details are emerging about Jose Guerena, the man killed last Thursday in a SWAT incident at his Tucson home. He was gunned down by SWAT members while his wife and young child hid in a closet.
Now, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department has taken responsibility for the fatal shooting. The SWAT team said it was just executing a narcotics search warrant when Guerena threatened officers with a military rifle.
But the Sheriff’s Department has changed its story on whether Guerena actually fired at anyone.
On Tuesday, candles and tributes to Guerena could be seen outside his home. Family members said the 26-year-old former Marine served two tours of duty in Iraq.
A smashed window and a barrage of bullet holes might be the type of scene a battle-hardened Marine would find in a war zone but not the Tucson home he shared with his two children and wife. Guerena’s wife, Vanessa, said her husband died thinking he was protecting his family from an invasion.
“I saw this guy pointing me at the window. So, I got scared. And, I got like, ‘Please don’t shoot, I have a baby.’ I put my baby (down). (And I) put bag in window. And, I yell ‘Jose! Jose! Wake up!’” she explained.
Jose had just come home from working at the mine. Vanessa said he had fallen asleep two hours before, only to wake up to chaos in his house.
It was Pima County SWAT executing a narcotics conspiracy search warrant, but according to her, neither she nor her husband knew it was the authorities until it was too late.
“You’re saying only (they) yelled SWAT after the shootout?” asked KGUN9 reporter Joel Waldman.
“Oh, yes! Yes,” said Guerena.
Vanessa said Jose grabbed a gun to protect himself from what he thought were home invaders.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Office denies that officers failed to identify themselves. Lt. Michael O’Connor told KGUN9’s Joel Waldman that the SWAT team has a standard procedure when serving high-risk search warrants of this nature designed to prevent the suspect from confusing officers with criminal home invaders.
“We will have a lot police vehicles there, with their lights and their sirens on. In this case... because it was a narcotics high risk type of a search warrant, we had our large armored vehicle there with the markings on it. It also has lights and sirens, it was going. So we do everything we can to portray the image that we are law enforcement, we are not home invaders.”
O’Connor also said emphatically that this was not a “no knock” raid. “This case was, we came in very high profile, lights and sirens. We go to the door, we pound on the door. We wait approximately 15 seconds. If no one answers the door, we breach the door with a heavy tool and open the door.”
The officer said that when the SWAT team got the door open, they found Guerena crouched in the hall pointing an assault rifle at them.
According to O’Connor, Guerena said, “”I have something for you!” He said that Guerena “brought this all on himself by presenting himself the way he did.”
Guerena’s relatives disagree. “Now, they’re saying this now that they admitted for him not shooting back (SIC). They want to throw more dirt on him,” said cousin Oscar Garcia.
Garcia is referring to the issue the change story about whether Guerena fired his gun. Initially investigators reported that he had, but then later, they corrected that statement and said that Guerena had not gotten off a shot. Deputies confirmed that Guerena’s safety was still on when his gun was recovered. Also, officials said that reports that some SWAT officers’ shields were riddled with bullets are also untrue.
SWAT gunned Jose down with 71 rounds fired in just about seven seconds; officials said they did not expect Vanessa to be home with their four-year-old son, Joel, who ended up witnessing his dad’s death. Now he has questions about what happened, like so many others.
“The only thing he asked me, ‘Mom, my dad a bad guy? They killed my dad! Police killed my dad? Why? What did my dad do?’” explained Ms. Guerena.
Jose’s relatives want his children to know he did his best to be a great husband, dad and patriot.
Authorities told KGUN9 that three other neighborhood homes were targeted Thursday, all tied to a narcotics conspiracy. They say a large amount of cash was found at one of the homes. But, not at the Guerena house; all they said they found there was “evidence pertinent to the case.” At this time, officials aren’t saying anything more. However, Vanessa Guerena has insisted there were no drugs or money in their home.”

“TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The same day the Pima County Sheriff’s Department issued a letter blasting the media’s coverage of the SWAT shooting death of Jose Guerena, the Guerena family’s attorney is demanding even more answers from authorities.
The May 5 shooting lasted only ten seconds. SWAT burst into a Tucson man’s home on a drug search warrant, fired more than 70 rounds, and left the Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran lying on the floor, fighting for his life.
Guerena’s wife, Vanessa, emerged from the closet she was hiding in with her young son and called for help. She was left alone in the house with her dying husband for about ten minutes after the shooting.
Christopher Scileppi, the family’s attorney, wants to know where SWAT was during that time, and why they didn’t seek medical help for Guerena. He said he understands that law enforcement usually won’t let paramedics run into a potential crime scene until the area has been secured, but he feels that SWAT should have cleared the home within minutes of the shooting.
“Is it your understanding that protocol would call for SWAT to go through the home, clear it, and bring Vanessa and the child out, and not let them linger in there for ten minutes?” asked 9 On Your Side reporter Joel Waldman.
“It is my understanding, and considering what happened and the size of the house, that wouldn’t have taken very long at all,” Scileppi said, adding that his biggest concern is that Guerena wasn’t given medical care after he’d been shot.
“I think it’s tragic on so many levels. On a human, level, it’s tragic. My biggest question is, why was he denied medical attention?”
Paramedics were standing by, but were not allowed to enter the home, despite Vanessa’s pleas to a 911 operator. After an hour and 14 minutes of waiting, emergency responders received word that Guerena was deceased.
“His last thoughts were, ‘I’m defending my home, my wife and children from a home invasion.’”Scileppi told KGUN9.
The search warrants remain sealed, but Sheriff Clarence Dupnik did open up. The Sheriff’s office released a statementWednesday, calling out the media’s “irresponsibility” in asking questions about this case, saying “it is unacceptable and irresponsible to couch those questions with implications of secrecy and a cover-up.”
Scileppi said he took issue with the letter and said the media has helped open the door in answering some puzzling questions. He is expected to announce his collaboration Thursday with a prestigious law firm to help litigate the case.
KGUN9 On Your Side has also learned that the SWAT team has also brought aboard its own attorney, Mike Storey. He represents many law enforcement unions throughout southern Arizona. He declined to speak to KGUN9, but did promise to give some answers on Thursday.”

“TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) – The raid on former Marine Jose Guerena’s home has garnered national and international attention, raising numerous questions about excessive force and proper SWAT protocol, with Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik at the center on an increasingly heated and political debate.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department released limited information on the debate, including yielding hundreds of documents, granting an interview with a lieutenant and raw video on the raid. Meanwhile, Dupnik has refused interviews, citing the need to maintain the integrity of the investigation.
However, the raw video has not quelled the debate over the SWAT raid or stopped questions about Guerena’s death, and it certainly has not ended the growing number of calls for Dupnik to come forward and justify what happened.
“It shows they were a bit overzealous. It shows that the Pima County Sheriff’s Office has got to readdress their entire SWAT usage,” said Richard Mack, former Graham County Sheriff, who is not the only one compelled to speak out.
Brian Miller, chairman of the Pima County Republican Party, said it’s not a matter of political affiliation, but the need to examine larger issues surrounding SWAT policies – not just locally, but nationally.
“Are you telling me that after 20 months of looking at this case, this option was the best they could come up with?”Miller asked, adding that SWAT had safer options, including stopping Guerena on the side of the road or serve the search warrant when he isn’t home. Miller expects the Sheriff to eventually explain why SWAT chose a more confrontational method.
“I obviously ultimately hold him responsible for this. The buck stops with him. He is the chief law enforcement officer of Pima County. The swat answers to him and so the tactics and techniques are used are eventually his call,” Miller said.
Also Dupnik’s calls: releasing as stack of documents and disclosing to the Arizona Daily Star that the raid resulted from a 20-month probe, while confirming there is an informant – all the while, stating that more details would jeopardize the investigation. And that seeming contradiction is giving critics more fuel for the fire.
“I think the hypocrisy exemplified by Sheriff Dupnik since the January 88 shooting. Now I find this one absolutely astonishing. I served with the Sheriff and I though he was smarter than this,” Mack said. “Now, everything is his fault on this one. He’s totally responsible for this entire fiasco.”
KGUN9 News requested an interview with Dupnik, but he was unavailable for comment Wednesday.”

Bob Owen noticed the same thing I did. One of the team members fell in the doorway upon breaching and entering the home. The video speaks for itself, but by way of summary, let’s observe the following.
First, Mr. Guerena’s weapon, contrary to initial accounts by the SWAT team, was never taken off of safety. The team took no shots from him. Second, the team mills around for a while before breaching the home. Third, they don’t form into a stack. Fourth, absurdly, they knock and allow only four seconds for a response. Fifth, one of the members falls in the doorway. Sixth, upon shots being fired (by the SWAT team), more than one team member begins backing away from the incident. Seventh, one of the team members who initially backed away moves forward to fire shots over the heads of other team members who are in the home (it’s a wonder that SWAT team members didn’t get shot by their own team). All the while, several team members are standing aimlessly outside the home, doing nothing. Then to top it all off, even though medical responders arrived within minutes, they weren’t allowed into the home for one hour and fourteen minutes.
The Sheriff may as well have sent the Keystone Cops to raid the home. These clowns shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near weapons.

UPDATE #2: So I asked a certain former Marine I know (combat tour of Fallujah in 2007) what he thought about this particular raid. Here are his thoughts. This would be hilarious if a man hadn’t died in the process. Tactically speaking, their raid was foolish, and they are guilty of murder. So this SWAT team wanted to “get some?” Great. Go join the Marine Corps and deploy to a foreign country and fight insurgents. You’re supposed to be peace officers, to prevent things like this from happening. As it was, Mr. Guerena thought his home was being invaded, and so what would you do in this circumstance? Well, you go get a weapon and post up. You send rounds down range to protect your family. Mr. Guerena even had the good discipline not to do that. This whole incident was evil.
UPDATE #3: I’ve had a chance to talk with my son about this some more, and a good summary of what this raid was like is to say that “It looks like the Iraqi Army raiding a house.” I had known that the ISF wasn’t present during much of his time in Fallujah (most of the security forces were Marines and IPs), so I asked him, “Why do you say that? Have you seen the Iraqi Army raiding a house?” He said yes, and I responded by asking him what it looked like? He said “It looks like that. Just like that. People falling all over each other, emptying their weapons, shooting at everything, and shooting at nothing.”

I guess you could call me a Jew. My mother was Jewish. More importantly, I’m Aquarius rising. Just go in and take another’s land and call it God’s will. It was Joshua’s will. The Promised Land was an act of desperation and is today an act of desperation by a people married to a past. The “Promised Land” turned out to be Canaan. The Jews invaded Canaan, and all in the name of their religion, killed every man, woman, and child. Explain that to people with reason and logic. Never accuse me of being religious.
One big holy war—just create a supernatural god that does your bidding, a sure way of control. One Holocaust calls for another. In their awesome spender, with their meaningless babble, it is amusing to observe the rituals of holy men casting their spells over the faithful, and not so amusing to see the results. What better way to cause war than to call another’s god evil and murder everyone of another faith?

Is making America vulnerable to religious attack over something America’s Constitution has no connection the right thing to do? What a pity that America no longer adheres to our Constitution. Getting involved in the Promised Land conflict is divisive. Obama takes the Muslim side. He threw Israel under the bus. Such stupidity! Osama bin Laden blamed America, an America that threw their Constitution under the bus. The very reason that people are blowing themselves to bits to kill “God’s enemies” is religious inspiration.
Hitler blamed Germany’s economic woes on Jews. The Jewish question is the reason I was sucked into World War II. Hundreds of millions of innocent people have suffered and died over religious humbug. Time to lay this nonsense to rest! It is not the Promised Land for Jews. It is all man’s doing. There is now a scientifically proven God of all who loves his creation. Wise up and learn about the new age God.
The Old Testament ends with this: “And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.” Who is “he?” When I read The Gospel According to St. Matthew, I get a completely different story than the one I learned as a Christian. Every Christian is familiar with the Lord’s Prayer. In the Lord’s Prayer, Jesus said, “in earth as it is in heaven. . .But seek ye first the kingdom of God.” There is a distinction. The kingdom of God is internal. In God’s kingdom, “he” is you. Once you find your internal God-self, Jew, Christian, or Muslim, you see things differently than the orthodoxy would have you believe. You find the real you and your destiny. Your life becomes immeasurably better and so goes the world. Welcome to the Age of Aquarius.

A few weeks ago in one of these Rajjpuut Folly blogs, I mentioned that Ayn Rand’s two so-called masterpiece novels (her novella Anthem and her shorter non-fiction stuff are excellent and far better) Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead were the biggest “enduring best-sellers” other than the Bible since 1960. Well, one of the main character of my novel-in-progress: A Member in Good Standing, seems to have struck a similar resonant chord among the populace of the Middle East, yep, you guessed it, Adolf Hitler’s genocidal and war-mongering recipe book Mein Kampf ("My Struggle") is being sold in low-cost editions all over the Muslim world and has become a best-seller there 86 years after it first saw the light of day in Germany.
Who, what and where, exactly are we talking about? We are talking about poor countries, countries where reading usually takes a back seat to just plain survival. For a long time, the least expensive books to be found anywhere among them were pirated western paperback novels and copies of famous old non-fiction western paperbacks hawked by young street hustlers hoping to eke out a living. Now the face of Adolf Hitler is once again being seen everywhere across the Middle East and South Asia on the cover of Mein Kampf. The population of the Muslim World is variously estimated at between 1.22 and 1.57 billion people; roughly 1.1 billion of them are adherents of Islam. Three of the most heavily populated Islamic countries,Bangladesh, Turkey, and Egypt have already made Mein Kampf a best-seller in the last two months. Tiny Tunisia has also been unable to resist Der Fuehrer’s charming rants. In Bangladesh the book has been a steady big-seller since it first topped their charts in December, 2009. In Egypt and Tunisia the toppling of the strongmen dictators Mubarak and Ben Ali has seen renewed street agitation whose most popular chant these days is “Kill the Jews.”
In Egypt, some Coptic Christians (a full 10% of the nation’s population) have found themselves stoned and even killed and about a dozen churches have been burned. But the most popular target for righteous Jihad-craving indignation these days in Cairo anyway . . . has been the thirty-plus year peace with Israel that Mubarak enforced . . . hence the newfound popularity of Mein Kampf. The book was outlawed until Mubarak’s fall and the strongman was well-known for burning banned books captured in police raids. Who would have thought Rajjpuut would ever harken back fondly to days of yore when book burning was practiced?
For those of you who just haven’t been paying attention . . . the “scene” is this: led by American Union leaders and funded by the American supposedly anti-war feminine progressive organization Code Pink; and given strategic instruction and tactical marching orders from 70’s bomb-makers and bomb-planters Bill Ayers and his wife Bernadette Dohrn (she spells the last name six different ways and often calls herself “Bernadine;” Barack calls them “friends;” and Bill ghostwrote Barack’s first book Dreams from My Father) for roughly fourteen months now the radical left and the Jihad-seeking Muslim world have been seriously cooperating to bring down American Capitalism and America and the Western Way of Life: ignore this at your peril and mine.
Their first official collaborative act was the so-called “Freedom Flotilla” seeking to run the Israeli naval blockade thirteen months ago . . . a second such flotilla has been scheduled and postponed and rescheduled several time but is now set for early July, 2011. The so-called “Muslim-Spring” uprising beginning in January in Tunisia and followed all over the Middle East and patterned upon the Islamic-nationalist revolt of the Ayatollah Khomeini in 1978-79 in which American embassy personnel were taken hostage for 444 days were their next actions. This so-called Arab-Spring “grassroots democracy movement” even struck at the regime of the much-hated Moammar Khadafy and ended up getting America involved in a third war in an Islamic nation.
Though the lamestream mainstream media outlets in this country pooh-poohed the obvious truth, Mr. Obama’s recent speech about peace in the Middle East through the nation of Israel beneath the bus by insisting that the right place to start in peace “negotiations” was for Israel to make itself defenseless.
Obama, would recoil at this suggestion and argue till he’s blue in the face but our first “post-racial” president, he who spent the formative years of his life attending Muslim school in Indonesia, is clearly an anti-Semite. Let’s repeat that, in case you weren’t paying attention, Barack Obama is an anti-Semite, no doubt about it. By the way, despite heavy and consistent evidence that the revolts have been staged by the terrorist groups Muslim Brotherhood; Hamas; and Al Qaeda; Obama continues to praise the “democratic” uprisings in the Arab world. Besides bombing Khadafy’s troops with our tax dollars and violating the War Powers Act; Mr. Obama has recently sent the new anti-Semitic and anti-Christian leaders in Egypt $2 billion more dollars of our tax money. Did we mention that every single one of his actions and speeches as seen by the Islamic world regarding Israel since taking office in January, 2009, could be accurately described as anti-Jew?
The philosophers have long wondered how a supposedly advanced nation like 1930’s Germany could come under the spell of the genocidal Hitler . . . well with the cooperation of the lamestream mainstream we-worship-Obama press in this country, Barack Obama will soon show us, “it really ain’t so hard after all.”
You will hear “the anointed one” talk a good game about the “unbreakable bonds between America and Israel” but 100% of his eighteen presidential actions and his public speeches (where the Muslim world has easy access to them) have laid out a clear course: the Destruction of Israel. Again, disbelieve this at the world’s peril. When he speaks before Jewish groups in America, the fools still applaud him and even give him standing ovations . . . one would have thought that Hitler’s death camps would have along with all the innocent children he killed – have eliminated all the foolish and gullible genes among the Jewish populace of the world, apparently NOT so.

So what can we do about the high unemployment rate which is really around 18 % instead of the rate that the government states, i.e. approximately 9 %? They do not count those who have stopped looking for a job and they don't count those who only have part time jobs.
So what can the people do to lower the unemployment rate.
1. Stop buying Chinese imports .... buy products made only in the USA. This will encourage the growth of higher paying jobs in the USA and the return of U.S. Corporations.
2. Demand that the Federal government lower the tax rate for corporations. Why? The high tax rates are the main reason they cannot compete on the world market. It is not the high salaries or any other reason it is mainly that U.S. corporations have the 2nd highest corporate tax rate in the world. That has encouraged corporations to leave the U.S. instead of settling for a smaller profit margin. They used to be contented with a 5 % profit margin but not any more.
3. Demand that the government impose import taxes on imports from those countries who are not buying an equal dollar amount of our products to the amount of dollars of we spend for their products. That is called the balance of payments deficit. The USA has been running a Balance of Payments Deficit for 20 plus years. Can you imagine what would happen in your business life if you spent more money for products you use than for products you sold or if your family spent $100,000.00 a year and you only made $50,000.00. You would have a terrible deficit after 20 plus years....might even go bankrupt. Because the government can print money or tax the middle class it doesn't become obvious until someone like me points it out.
4. Demand that the 4000 plus factories that moved overseas return. If they do not, give them notice that they will not be under the protection of the American government if anything happens to them.
5. The fact that the factories have left the USA is a NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT. Why? In a next World War we would be hard pressed to manufacture all of the equipment and supplies that we would need in a hurry as we were able to do in WWII. The South lost the crazy civil war not because they did not have good leadership or brave soldiers but because they did not have manufacturing capabilities as did the North.
6. In moving our factories overseas we have given away billions of dollars of high level technical knowledge and know how to the Chinese and in the past to the Russians. That does not count the incredible efforts and success they are achieving in Computer Hacking into our Corporations and Pentagon and Military Contractors companies. Their governments have schools set up to teach computer geeks how to hack into our computer systems.
7. Demand that this global One World Government and Global One World Business stop before we lose our nationhood and become part of a Global Government, i.e., no more USA. They are even talking about getting rid of the dollar and to replace it with a Global currency. Their nonsense has gone far enough. We took a beating in the stock market, in the housing market and in job market. Enough is Enough is Enough! These Globalist are not going to be happy until they impoverish the entire middle class. Then there will be only two classes, the poor and the filthy rich.
8. Stop aborting our children. Many of those already aborted could and would have solved our problems had they been allowed to live. How many geniuses have been aborted? How natural born leaders have been aborted? How many holy spiritual saints have been aborted? We are like the economic joke about the farmer who instead of planting his corn seed decides to eat the seed and does not plant anything and eventually is impoverished and lose his farm.
9. What about all of these tornadoes? Is it possible they are being caused by the Wrath of God (read the Old Testament) because we refuse to turn to Him, to worship Him, to praise Him and to be obedient to His 10 Commandments? He has already shown an infinite amount of patience with our never ending collective sins. It doesn't mean that those hit by the tornadoes are the ones who are sinning. They may be innocent but nevertheless are affected. You notice that all of the scourges we have experienced are hitting us in the pocket book first with other varying collateral damages also.
Isn't it funny that no one on TV or the Radio talks about bringing back the factories or how outrageous is the burden of Balance of Payments deficit to the U.S. So isn't it funny how they have taken our factories and our costly technology and our dollars in return for their cheap trinkets. We are allowing them to get away with it because we have sunk to a new low level of immorality. An immorality which discounts the 10 Commandments and the Bible. As a result we are getting what we deserve, in other words, we are self-destructing and are not even aware of it. To be so greedy and so unpatriotic as to move factories overseas when the people who make thses decision understand that it will destroy our middle class because of the resulting lack of jobs is indeed the height of extreme selfishness and immorality. I would not want to be any of those responsibile on JUDGEMENT DAY and have to answer to the Creator for all of the misery and suffering and collateral damage caused to the citizens of the USA. The Chinese and our other so called allies (or should I say enemies) must be having a great big fat belly laugh at how foolish we have been and continue to be.
We can be FREE again if we get on our collective knees and beg forgiveness from our Almighty Creator for our sins, especially abortion, and for snubbing our Creator and ignoring His 10 Commandments. We need to praise and thank Him for all that He done for us in the past and the fact that he created us. We need to ask for His mercy. Wake up and do the will of God!
