DEAR SIR,
AIM SO HAPPY TO HEAR YOU CAN BUY AND SELL A CAR OR TRUCK
ON CRAIGSLIST, WITH NO I.D. OR PAPER WORK. AIM GLAD YOU ARE
ON TOP OF IT, SINCE SEPT. 11TH, 2001. YOU ALL MOST GOT A LOT
OF PEOPLE KILLED IN NEW YORK CITY ! WITH NO RECORD -
The facts I wrote in “For the Good of All” on this blog space were printed in The Palm Beach Post on December 1, 1986, on the front page of “Local News.” The article included the names of IRS officials and the details of their lawless confiscation of my property, in violation of court orders. I have the court records proving that the federal judiciary was complicit in the IRS lawlessness.
There was no response to The Palm Beach Post article. It is a well-known fact that federal income tax, as enforced, is lawless confiscation of property, and despised but obviously accepted by the American people. My question here: “What do you think we should do about it” got no response.
The idea of “for the good of all” has been growing ever since Roosevelt’s New Deal law in the 1930s. It has now reached the point of absurdity and still the clamor is for more of the same. According to the poles, the majority wants government entitlements, which are growing in cost to taxpayers by leaps and bounds. Millions of Americans could not exist were it not for government entitlements. When push comes to shove, whether or not you can exist on your sweat, you can bet your bottom dollar your taxes are going up. The IRS is going to become more abusive. The courts are going to continue to hear no evil. Government is going to show more favoritism to unions, those too big to fail, and the poor. It is for the good of all; the taxpayers get lip service. They are going to fix tax unfairness in the usual way, by making the tax code more ambiguous and convoluted. It’s unbelievable. Cruising in a sea full of icebergs at full throttle, we hit an iceberg. While we listen to chamber music, we’re the Titanic, a sinking ship.
Federal income tax, in its present excess, robs the individual of his God-given right to exist on the fruits of his own labor. “For the good of all” comes first. Your silence is deafening. To be sure, there have been many tax protests. Thirty-five years ago, Senator Lawton Chiles wrote me that he received more mail complaining of IRS abuses than all the rest of his mail put together. He attributed it to the fact that with income tax the individual was directly affected. You know; they know. You who are directly affected, what have you done? Mostly protest and protest. A lot of good it does. As long as the taxpayers allow it, politicians will continue to tax more and more and hand out more and more of your sweat for votes.
I did not stand for it. I studied my Constitution and determined that I had the right to take my tax issue to court. You can’t do that everywhere in the world. The IRS was lawlessly robbing me. I had a personal stake in the outcome. That gave me “legal standing.” The IRS had violated the law and my Constitutional right to my property.
By challenging the IRS, the IRS retaliated by becoming more lawless. Lawlessly, the courts allow the IRS limitless mistakes. There is nothing in place to stop this lawlessness. Only if it is my Constitution is government and courts unconstitutional. I started it and the lawless government and courts built my case. Might doesn’t make right.
I got positive results by going to the press and exposing the out-and-out lawless theft of my property, as well as the courts’ tacit approval of IRS lawlessness. By exposing this federal fraud to the public, the IRS put my money back in my checking account. Justice was served my way, personally, but not to a single other taxpayer. What does that tell you? As long as you allow it, Uncle Sam will continue to break in and take your property, of course, for the good of all. As you see here, you cannot expect others to take up your cause for justice. Once you give your sweat to government, it is theirs to do with what they will. The object is to keep what is yours in your possession—cut off government’s grasping hand.
You might say, though, why put in thousands of hours of effort and frustration to win a fight that netted me practically nothing, considering my court costs? What stops the IRS from doing the same again, and again? You might say it is impractical, even nonsensical. It all depends on the objective. It takes thousands of hours to learn to play the piano well. It brings one countless hours of pleasure. Mine was about my God-given rights, not the money. It was a bigger than life cause. It took thousands of hours to learn to play the game and beat the government at its own game. It paid off in many ways. Voices of the past in my Constitution encouraged me. Like magic, it caused me to know and believe in myself. Rather than simply read my Constitution, I read and acted. Knowing who I was and what I was about ended with all of my dreams coming true. If my life could be any better, I don’t know how. I think it was worth the effort.
What would you do if a thief in the night broke into your house. Would you pull the covers over your head and assume the prenatal position? We are not going to do anything to help you. As we see here, you are on your own. You either let the thief help himself or you defend your rights. Thankfully, you still have them. If you don’t defend your rights, the thief with be back and help himself to more. You can count on that. You can also count on the thief to take away your right to own a gun to defend yourself. In that same sense, it is your personal Constitution—your weapon. It is your life, liberty, and property, or the government’s to do with what it will. It’s not for me to say. All I can say is that it paid off for me handsomely to consider it my Constitution. Thank God for my Constitution. Isn’t that what America is about? I mean, if we know what’s good for us, we’re not sitting here in the bleachers. Protesting your tax is a waste of time. Pass this on: We’re players. Thanks to federal income tax, like it or not, you are on the field of play, either to win or lose. If I won, so can you
I am a new member of the Tea Party. I am in complete accord with the principles and goals of the Tea Party. I am also a businessman and a published song writer. I have written what I and others consider to be a perfect theme for the Tea Party. It is called: "The Silent Majority is Silent no More." I would be glad to send a hard copy or an Mp3 of this song to anyone interested. There is no charge. It would be one of my contributions to this Patriotic Movement. To get a copy, you can contact me on this site or send a message to my E-mail: paulvalmusic@aol.com.
Thank You and I am proud to be an American and proud to be a member of the Tea Party movement.

Dear Mr. Rose,
When you next have the chance to interview the president of Iran would you please ask him a few more questions?
Since he, the Iranian President Mr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, seemed to be obsessed with one country or a few major world powers controlling and leading the direction of the IEA investigative reporting discretion. Could you please ask the question, in your own words, in your very cordial manner?
Q1?
Why, Mr. President Ahmadinejad, since you are the only country seemingly not to be in concordance with the IEA oversight terms --- why would you, as only one country, insist that the entire world follow your rules and terms of engagement in nuclear oversight and non-proliferation? (Sorry, Q1.5) Why would you think that you are correct when you are the only country standing in indifference?
Q2?
Mr. President Ahmadinejad, do you believe that I an American could move to you country and live in peace, in peace with the security of a job as you spoke of your country men do, in peace within your Iranian education system, in peace with safety and protection on the streets as you said your country’s children can do so in your neighborhoods, in peace in an Iranian home relatively un-harassed with freedom to live and pray to my God whether that God be Christian, Muslim or Buddhist?
If, Mr. President, I would offer to do so, live in Iran and document my living and well being as thousands of your country men have been able to live here, in the United States, in as much peace as I do. I know that these many Iranians, many my friends from high school to college to retirement have been able to do so, live well --- live free --- live happy --- raise comfortable families in the United States of America. (Sorry, Q2.5555) Why Mr. President Ahmadinejad, do you think your citizens came to the United States for education, more so why do you think your countrymen fled your prescience, why do you think these families decided to stay in the United States?
I also know that President Ahmadinejad does not feel of these freedoms and democracy, does not want free individual rights for his country men and women, would never, until death, give up his single minded dictatorship. Mr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, will never see lights in liberty and will always run in circles of oppressing darkness. We, US Citizens, in turn will always see the lights of liberty, regardless of the current political party in power, will talk and talk and talk until the small minded dictator, as yourself Mr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, crosses the line --- then we will stop the talk and then we will walk the walk of freedom and we will fight the fight for individual rights.

The mainstream media when discussing the TEA Party mostly performs a continuous non-stop conversation using the Obama propaganda-nonsense re-using their progressive-labels, terms like “racists, hate-mongers, astro-turf, stupid, extremists, and violent.” You can hardly hear the term “TEA Party” on the air without one of those nasty six propaganda adjectives attached somewhere in the "news" coverage. Only very rarely does the lamestream media try to talk sense or semi-sense about the TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party phenomenon. When they do, they mostly seek comparison with Ross Perot’s bumbling political attempts in 1992 and 1996 or call it “a third-party movement,” or even compare them to Ralph Nader. They could be right, but hopefully NOT. Rajjpuut believes Perot failed miserably and accomplished just exactly the opposite of what he hoped to do. By splitting conservative voters, he ensured dramatically easy victories for the progressives and nothing more . . . a very sad legacy.
The TEA Party has a huge opportunity awaiting and at this stage (things might be dramatically different in 2012, 2014 and 2016) the worst thing that group can try to do right now is to raise a bunch of money, field a slate of candidates and seek to elect them as a political party. That would playing the Ross Perot card and playing it very, very weakly. The fact is, Americans are fed up completely with politics and politicians and political parties. Fiscal-conservatives and Constitutional-conservatives (the largest voter-bloc in the country) are especially fed up with politics, more fed up with politics than any other group in America. Politics-as-usual like Ross Perot tried, is precisely the easiest way to waste this moment in history. This moment in history, if handled rightly can be considered: the TEA Party moment! Never has America needed a more intelligent grass-roots movement than it does right now. So what can be done? What should be done?
To succeed at anything it helps to know who you are, exactly who you are and who you are NOT. The TEA Party movement, at its heart, gives conservative people an outlet, more importantly, it gives them hope that their voices can be heard. Right now that is a very huge role to play; and it is right now the best that they or you and I can expect; and most importantly IF they truly play that role properly, the TEA Party can make a huge difference in America and can accomplish many of the things that conservative people in their hearts most pray for.
To succeed at anything, it also is very important to know just exactly what you’re up against and who are your friends and who are your enemies. That the present progressive-dominated Democratic Party is the enemy of the TEA Party seems fairly obvious. Many folks believe that the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Many folks believe the Republican Party is the TEA Party’s friend. Let’s think a little on that. The Republican Party as it was created in 1854 in Ripon, Wisconsin would be precisely the TEA Party’s very best friend. Today the Republican Party of 1854, 1856, 1858 and 1860 would be called “Libertarians,” which means fiscal-conservatives, constitutional conservatives and live-and-let-live liberals so long as you don’t “tread on me.” That was a party that stood for something. That was the Republican Party that freed the slaves. That was the Republican Party that eventually replaced the once proud Whig Party which by 1852 had become an effete party trying to please everyone at once that commanded about 26% of the national vote. Those Whigs were, however, someone we need to understand right now.
The American Whig Party itself arose when the original Republican Party lost its vigor and vision and somebody was needed to oppose the takeover by the executive branch and denigration of the Congress by Andrew Jackson (they called him “King Andrew," the Whigs did) and the Democratic Party. According to Wikipedia: "Whig" was then a widely recognized label of choice for people who saw themselves as opposing autocratic rule. The Whig Party counted among its members such national political luminaries as Daniel Webster, William Henry Harrison, and their pre-eminent leader, Henry Clay of Kentucky. In addition to Harrison, the Whig Party also counted several prominent war heroes and national figures among its ranks, including Generals Zachary Taylor and Winfield Scott and former Lt. Colonel, western explorer and demi-whig California Senator John C. Fremont (the Republicans’ first presidential candidate). Abraham Lincoln was a Whig leader in then frontier Illinois. Except for a few spotty victories here and there, the Republicans who eventually replaced the Whigs were not at all successful until six years later and helped ensure virtually complete control of the country by the Democrats in 1854, 1856 and 1858 which proved to be some of the most volatile and violent years ever and led directly to the Civil War.
So the question remains, is the Republican Party the friend of the TEA Party? And the answer is . . . mostly NOT. Or most properly, NO, NOT yet! If the Republican Party had stuck to its core-philosophies of fiscal-conservativism and constitutional-conservativism over the last twenty years (twelve years under Republican presidents Bush I and Bush II) the nation would NOT now be in the shape it’s in. In fact, by possibly hijacking TEA Party votes en masse without later adhering to TEA Party desires for real meaningful conservativism in 2010 and future years . . . the Republican Party could prove to be as huge an enemy as the progressive Democrats. Right now, as I write this, there are probably eighty to a hundred rather cynical Republican politicos out there, looking at the TEA Party as a “nifty little parade” and planning exactly how they can jump in at the front and lead it.
All that being true, Rajjpuut believes it’s fair to say that the Republican Party has lost legitimacy among fiscal- and constitutional-conservatives. Once burned, twice cautious. The TEA Party would do best to stay independent of the Republican Party and yet NOT stand in direct opposition to it, the Republicans are, after all, the only ones opposing the Obamanations now going in Congress. That Republican opposition has been crucial and the Republicans share many conservative values at least nominally . . . .
http://www.contractfromamerica.com/Idea.aspx
It would be a hopelessly stupid mistake to run candidates against Republicans in 2010, because it would ensure progressive Democratic victory and more Obamanations. The TEA Party needs to show it’s hand clearly as opposed to the progressive elements of the Democratic Party which dominated the senate debate and most of the house debate. And the TEA Party needs to show itself as opposed to at least 90% of the Obama administration’s “transformations.” So far great things have been achieved by simply holding candidates’ feet to the conservative fire. Is that a perpetually winning formula? What’s to be done? What is the wisest course for the TEA Party? What’s best for America?
The secret for the TEA Party lies in knowing who they are. The TEA Party is a leveraged group of disenchanted conservatives (about 52% call themselves Republicans; 29% say they’re Independents and 19% call themselves Democrats) who are discovering their political voices. The two key words are the term “leveraged” and the term “disenchanted.” Let’s talk plain English here: leveraged means “potentially powerful.” Disenchanted means “fed up completely.” The TEA Party then is a potentially powerful group completely fed up with the political scene in Washington, D.C. and most of their state capitols.
Rajjpuut repeats . . . the TEA Party then is a potentially powerful group completely fed up with the political scene in Washington, D.C. and most of their state capitols. That is the truth and the truth can set you free. So what is the political reality right now?
http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/mood_of_america/partisan_trends
Democrats according to a recent Rasmussen survey constitute 36.0% of the voting populace and Republicans 31.6%. That leaves 33.4% of potential voters unaffiliated with either party. There are more unaffiliated voters than Republicans and almost as many as the number of Democrats. Many of those unaffiliated voters are sympathetic to what the TEA Party movement stands for; many of them call themselves Independents . . . and as we’ve seen the make-up of the TEA Party is roughly 50% conservative Republicans, 30% conservative Independents and 20% conservative Democrats and virtually all of them are completely fed up and before the TEA Party came along, they were feeling pretty damn powerLESS. But it’s easy to see that if the TEA Party holds the politicians of both parties’ feet to the fire . . . they and “unaffiliated” groups actually control the political process because neither major party holds anywhere near a majority of the voting public's allegiance. It’s just a matter of proper leadership and wisely plotting the course of the groups’ activism and quite frankly, it doesn’t appear to Rajjpuut to be a necessarily expensive process. More on this later . . . .
For the most part, the TEA Party sympathizers belong to a group of people that Rasmussen calls “mainstream America.” The group of people that are largely responsible for frustrating mainstream America Rasmussen identifies as “the Political Class” How does Rasmussen delineate the two groups? Glad you asked . . . .
Rasmussen said in his January 31st survey that 65% of potential voters hold Mainstream views while only 4% hold Political Class views. When “leaners” are factored in 76% of Americans hold Mainstream views and only 12% hold Political Class views. Specifically, polling showed 76% of voters generally trust the American people more than political leaders on important national issues. Seventy-one percent (71%) view the federal government as a special interest group looking out mainly for itself, and 70% believe that the government and big business typically work together in ways that hurt consumers and investors. On each question, a majority of Republicans, and Democrats and unaffiliated voters shared those views. Rasmussen’s results would agree with Rajjpuut’s thinking that the Political Class believes that the politicians know what’s best for America and they are the experts and should be left alone to run the country.
Politicians and folks with government jobs, especially those cushy government jobs tend to belong the Political Class. In Rajjpuut’s memory the highest that Mainstream has ever surveyed is right now and the lowest that the Political Class has evered surveyed is right now. The lowest Mainstream numbers he ever remembers were around 49% and the highest political class numbers were roughly 26% or 27%. The lesson to be learned from this? There’s a lot of disenchantment out there and that disenchantment, if properly channeled is a potentially powerful force . . . a force for positive change.Let’s look specifically at why Mainstream voters are so fed up. Recent top gripes include these taken from the mouth of a mythical typical voter:
1. Politicians throwing money around in hopes of curing problems they created by spending money unwisely in the first place. Since unfunded obligations now have reached $108 TRillion, I’m highly upset.
2. Big company CEOs flying private jets and collecting big salaries while receiving billions of dollars of our bailout money.
3. Government telling us we must give up our freedoms and privacy if we ever want to be secure.
4. Politicians trying to control every aspect of our lives for their own benefit has got me boiling mad.
5. Politicians spending our children’s and grandchildren’s money to fund “set aside” programs that they refused to set aside funds for.
6. The mainstream media aligning itself with the political class virtually 100% of the time.
7. Angry citizens with legitimate gripes being labelled racists, extremists and dangerous violent by the Obama administration and the mainstream media.
8. Everything about the Federal Reserve Banking system and how it helped bring us to this fiscal sinkhole we’re in is totally aggravating to me. Now I understand my dollar is likely to be worth seven cents in about five years.
9. Government refusing to protect our borders.
10. Stimulus money spent without our approval.
11. Stimulus money not creating jobs but just being looted.
12. GM using a bailout slush fund of our money to “pay off its debt five years in advance when it only had one profitable quarter.
13. Chrysler now needing another bailout, their third, since I know good friends who’ve lost homes, cars and hope, I find this infuriating.
14. Some being called “too big to fail” being rewarded for their failure while the ordinary citizen who through no fault of his own has to fear losing his job is just taxed more to cover the bailouts.
15. Politicians, especially the Obama administration abusing the Constitution or using it like toilet paper.
16. Greater taxes and greater spending instead of really stimulating the economy by reducing government spending and slashing of taxes.
17. Government abusing the word “reform” when they only mean “greater government control.” REFORM means “making things better” and that’s not happening with the clowns now in office making our decisions. It’s enough to make you want to vote every one of the bums out of office.
18. Major legislation being passed by the slimmest possible vote margins instead of with 90% approval and both parties involved in crafting wise laws.
19. Having the largest (Baaken Fields) oil reserve in the world within our borders and paying an arm and a leg at the gas pump.
20. Knowing that in Europe (where their media even the ultra-liberal London Times keeps them informed) public opinion has now roundly rejected the notion of “global warming” in the face of the Climate-Gate revelations of scientific mal-practice and corruption of statiscal evidence and yet being faced with cap and trade legislation that will cost a minimum of $220 billion per year. Our media hasn't even run stories on Climate-Gate.
21. Seeing irrigation stopped in California and vegetable prices rise so that the EPA can protect a three-inch long fish. Let the EPA figure a cheap way to keep the fish safe and let farmers irrigate. 40% unemployment in parts of Fresno County is ridiculous! Have politicians NO common sense? I find it mind-boggling.
22. Seeing our tax money go to increase the size and complexity and interference-capability of the federal government when it should be going to increasing the number of jobs the private sector can create.
23. Hearing that a VAT (valued added tax) is about 85% likely after November’s elections on top of increased taxes for 2011 created by letting the Bush tax breaks expire and on top of horrendous income taxes.
24. Seeing that our president is 100% convinced he and only he knows best for us, and whatever thoughts we have about what an American government ought to look like and how it ought to be functioning are totally ignored.
26. Seeing that the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX with Gore and Obama and Goldman Sachs as prominent players) stands to make, by their own admission, "Ten TRillion dollars selling and producing nothing, but just for handling cap and trade dealings in this country when I know that global-warming is NOT true and cap and trade is not needed just infuriates me. That's a severe conflict of interest for both men and yet the mainstream media won't publicize it.
The list above includes many of the problems that conservative, good and patriotic people are trying to cure when they become politically active by joining or sympathizing with the TEA Party. What can they do but gripe? Does anyone listen?
Politicians really DO tend to listen, especially when it’s nearing election day. Let’s look at the legacy of the TEA Party influence so far. Four elections*** with three resounding victories and one almost-miracle so far. In other words, the TEA Party activism is bringing about change and it’s not even involving huge expense. So why would, should the TEA Party people change a winning formula? They shouldn't. They're doing more to help the country with minimal expense and without becoming a vote-seeking political party then either of the two major parties combined-- don't change a winner!
The TEA Party also has a tremendous new tool at its disposal and to Rajjpuut’s knowledge it has NOT used it so far, more's the pity:
http://www.contractfromamerica.com/Idea.aspx
The TEA Party created this wonderful instrument the “Contract from America” and it’s not using it at all: huge mistake!
The ten items (voted on by sympathizers from the original twenty-one TEA Party concerns) in the Contract from America are perhaps the wisest set of values identified by any political group since the Magna Carta. In brief form, here they are:
And the top ten are…
1.Protect the Constitution
2. Reject Cap & Trade
3. Demand a Balanced Budget
4. Enact Fundamental Tax Reform
5. Restore Fiscal Responsibility & Constitutionally Limited Government in Washington
6. End Runaway Government Spending
7. Defund, Repeal, & Replace Government-run Health Care
8. Pass an ‘All-of-the-Above” Energy Policy
9. Stop the Pork
10. Stop the Tax Hikes
The TEA Party created this wonderful instrument and it’s really done nothing with it. The whole nation needs to educated as to what the TEA Party stands for, and not this brief listing above but rather a full and complete picture. For example, 71% of supporters regarded the #1 item on the list “Protect the Constitution” as important enough to be in their top ten from among the twenty-one items voted upon . . . but “Protect the Constitution is too vague. Their original document which Rajjpuut was NOT able to find, (How smart is that, TEA Party?) required every bill proposed in congress to reference the Constitution of the United States and to cite the provisions of the Constitution that allowed the bill to be considered.
So what’s a poor TEA Party to do?
A. Continue with the winning formula of educating and attracting more members compatible with the three main concerns: constitutionally-based government that’s fiscally-conservative, open^^^, transparent and accountable; and that represents the minimum government necessary to work for the people.
B. Practice high standards and non-violence at all times no matter what.
C. Continue holding the feet of all politicians of every political party and the independents too, very close to the fire. Evaluate all of 'em against the ten planks of the "Contract from America."That is the winning formula. Look for those who espouse and practice conservative minimalist government; and, if they don’t keep their word, kick them out next time and elect someone who respects the Contract from America who will keep their word.
D. EDUCATE! EDUCATE! EDUCATE! EDUCATE! EDUCATE! Imagine how much better America would be today if over the last twenty years Americans were educated and truly aware of what was going on in Washington. Imagine how much better Americans will be in 2020, IF 67% of Americans this year learn the ten TEA Party tenets in the Contract from America and 55% of Americans decide that those ten tenets are important.
E. Love America, read about America and study what America is really about and pass that on to your children and grandchildren.
Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut
*** That is, two big wins in New Jersey and Virginia; and a really huge win in Massachusetts and helping an unfunded conservative oust the ultra-progressive Republican funded with $1 million of Republican money from an upstate New York race and almost defeat the semi-conservative Democratic candidate in the election.
^^^ Open means that perhaps 85% of what the congress does is NOT done behind close doors and both parties and the media are invited.
^^^ Transparent means that bills are clear, simple, short and easily understood and placed online for all voters to read-over 96-120 hours before the first procedural voting begins. Amendments (earmarks) not having anything to do with the fundamental purpose of the bill need to reference the constitution or better yet, be cut altogether from all the bill.
^^^ Accountable means that congressmen and the president honor our established processes; and the constitution; and the will of the voters and are willing to discuss these and the entirety of the bills they're voting on with the media and the people and to ensure that they do NOT personally profit in any way from the bill they're supporting.
This layman walked into the Dallas County Law Library in 1973 to study my Constitution and how to proceed in taking the Commissioner of Internal Revenue to court. I’d written Attorney General William B. Saxbe of my intentions, claiming the income tax had become unconstitutional. The Attorney General forwarded my letter to my Director of Internal Revenue.
Federal income tax personally links me to the United States and the Director is the man in charge. In that I had a personal stake in the outcome, I had the right to be heard in a meaningful way in a meaningful place under the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment. That didn’t happen.
As it turned out, the Attorney General did not agree with me, nor did the Supreme Court. Supposedly, my case had been heard in 1946. The U. S. Court of Appeals ruled that although the income tax was high, it had not become take. The government argued that taxes had not changed so much in 1980 that the same case should be heard again.
My case against the IRS was based on a deliberate mistake. It began with a petition to the U. S. Tax Court. The mistake was corrected and the case was closed. I appealed to the U. S. Court of Appeals on the ground that the IRS mistake was not a mistake. It was deliberate confiscation of property. The U. S. Court of Appeals ruled against me. In the meanwhile, the IRS had ignored the Tax Court order and seized the money it gave back by court order. This fact had no weight in the Supreme Court in the Octorber term of 1980. My cause was not heard.
I filed a complaint in the U. S. District Court for the money the IRS seized in violation of the Tax Court order. The Department of Justice agreed that the seizure was wrongful. My property was refunded. The IRS went to my bank and seized every cent in my checking account. The District Court refused to reopen the case.
I took my court record to The Palm Beach Post. An investigation was made. The IRS admitted that for 11 years it had made mistake after mistake, and in violation of court orders. A front page story was printed, which I mailed to Senator Bob Graham. Senator Graham’s response was that the IRS is permitted to take “Draconian” measures in the collection of the income tax. Thought I would mention this to you.
It can’t be denied. Mistake after mistake after mistake cannot be considered mistake. Reason is fundamental to the law. It is all in the record. The IRS, your government and courts consider themselves above the law—for the good of all. Is the Tea Party going to ignore this federal lawlessness I bring to your attention? What do you think we should do about it?
Someone is calling to take up guns! I can hear it now. From the Progressive Socialist Democrats that have no problem saying what ever it takes to gain or stay in power, how will they spin (lie) about it?
The Democratic Party has been taken over in leadership by Progressive Socialist. People with beliefs and thought processes that most real Democrats wouldn't agree with. The Republican Party isn't much better. Mostly they are moving slower but there are still a lot of Progressive members of the Republican Party.
Both parties are afraid of the Tea Party Movement. The Democrats want to call members of the Tea Party Movement names and attempt to marginalize them. A lot of Republicans want to try and bring them in, but if they did that would the movement cease?
Many on the Republican side will say that a third party such as the Tea Party Movement would only take away from Republicans and put Democrats in office. Can either party be trusted? I think not and Washington D.C. needs a shock and make over.
It is important to take EGO out of the picture. Look at some of these elected officials that have been in office so long that they think the seat is THEIR seat. They think they know best and that we are too dumb to understand what needs to be done. Even though these same people vote for a bill they haven't even read.
I say to all Tea Parties get the EGO out and come together and wrap our arms together in a line that can't be broken. We need a true National third party that isn't beholden to the old way of life in DC. We need common men and women making the laws. People who won't write 10 pages to say something that can be said in 1 page. People who just want to go and try and get the country back to the way the founders intended then go home and live.
It is time we think out of the box and act outside of the box. It is time for all Patriots to come together and form a party that is for the people and the constitution of the United States. Where do we start? Getting our EGO's out of the way. We can't have this a a better Tea Party Group or that is a better Tea Party Group. We all have good intentions and desires for our country. We agree about so many things so if we can put the Ego in it's pen then we can and should work together.
Who will take the lead to start a National Tea Party? But with that we also need local Tea Parties. It is time and it is needed.
April, 2010 Platinum Fleecer Award
To honor the memory of the Last Great American Statesman, William Proxmire (Wisconsin Senator for 32 years) whose “Golden Fleece Awards” uncovered shameless pork barrel projects and focused media attention on all manner of self-serving, waste, and corruption in the United States government: Rajjpuut has since June, 2009, been awarding the “Platinum Fleecer” to the elected or appointed official or private citizen most deserving of the illustrious title.
The April 2010 Platinum Fleecer WINNER is:
California Representative Henry Waxman
Waxman hasn’t been as visible as he might have been, but whenever socialistic boondoggles are being contemplated, Waxman has been one of the main “enablers” for House Speaker Pelosi. Waxman, who has been feeding at the public trough in Washington D.C. for over thirty-five years, has since 2006, been Chairman of the House Oversight and Government "Reform" Committee which is supposed to be the principle agency looking out for the citizens’ well-being vis a vis government abuses . . . our single most helpful friend in D.C. Under Waxman’s “leadership,” however, the Reform Committee is just another boot on the public’s neck.
A few weeks ago, all the liberal media made a huge deal out of Henry Waxman saying he would force the CEOs of several large corporations to “come clean” about their recent financial reports (required by law) about how that fiscal disaster known as Obamacare would rape their companies’ solvency. Waxman, the media let us know, planned to punish the corporate leaders for their “irresponsible, politically-motivated statements saying that Obamacare was putting their businesses in financial jeopardy by dragging these CEOs into a hearing “where the truth will come out.” The CEO’s, of course, let it be known that their “revelations” were required by law. Yesterday, Waxman, weaseled out of the confrontation by cancelling the hearings which would have been, by his own design, extremely high profile. The CEOs are disappointed and the liberal leaning mainstream media is either choosing NOT to run the story of Waxman's cancellation, or burying it in a tiny paragraph on page 23.
Waxman is a weasel. He paraded before the photographers and TV cameramen implying he was going to expose these CEOs for their conspiracy to play politics on the American people by making it seem like his beloved Obamacare would set many of them on the road to bankruptcy . . . he would compel them to testify before the American people and bring the fat cats down in shame and defend Obamacare. Waxman, of course, never mentioned that these CEOs were required by laws created by the U.S. Congress to reveal this information on legal forms created by the congressional laws and that this information was uniformly bleak: Obamacare would devastate their companies. Now, not with such a grandiloquent bang, but rather a whisper, he announces the hearings will not take place. His motive, not to be embarrassed in public when his hearings could have been publicized to all Americans . . . and reveal the truth . . . which is exactly opposite to thestated purpose of the Committee that Waxman chairs, a committee designed about the new Obamacare law and to expose the fraud, waste, incompetence and self-serving nature of government programs.
The mainstream media, naturally, did NOT deem the follow-up story worthy of their time or newsprint (you know them, the same group that never fails to run unfounded allegations by Democrats of the TEA Party’s racism, hate-mongering and stupidity). If Waxman was a huge enabler of Obamacare, the mainstream media is a huge enabler of the Henry Waxmans running this country.
Throwing dirt onto corporate America and others who create the jobs and opportunity responsible for greatness is a common Waxman ploy. Apparently the fellow has never seen honest work he doesn’t despise. This compulsory hearing (lots of talk about subpoenas being served in the original story) was to be just another of Waxman’s crusades against evil capitalists . . . but it bit him in the butt and the weasel didn’t have the grace to announce that he was wrong, the CEOs were right and Obamacare would bankrupt the nation as well as its companies – that would have been way too forthright for our public servant Henry Waxman.
Congratulations, April, 2010 Platinum-Fleecer Award winner, California Democratic Representative Henry Waxman , you've certainly weaseled your way into this award!
Ya’ll live long, strong and ornery,

April, 2010 Truman-Reagan-Kennedy Statesmanship Award
In honor of the memories of Harry S Truman (just a letter no middle name), Ronald Wilson Reagan and John Fitzgerald Kennedy, three of the most diligent and competent statesmen in world history, Rajjpuut will be awarding a monthly Truman-Reagan-Kennedy Award for statesmanship. Whole encyclopedias could be written about these three men.
Truman, a hero in World War I made the courageous decision to drop the atom bomb ending World War II and saving an estimated one million American fighting men from death or wounding. He also inspired the Dixiecrats to leave the Democratic Party at great political risk to himself, Truman who was raised a segregationist, integrated the armed forces. And unlike his successor Eisenhower, Truman was an immediate and powerful vocal opponent of Joe McCarthy and his communist witch hunts.
Reagan personally intervened to get the final funding and stinger missiles that spelled the defeat of the Big Red Soviet Military Machine in Afghanistan. His confrontational style (“Tear Down This Wall, Mr. Gorbachev!”) but willingness to talk face-to-face helped bring about the fall of communism and the Warsaw Pact, the end of the Soviet Union and Cold War and yes, the smashing of the Berlin Wall: not a bad legacy for “the Great Communicator!”
Kennedy inspired warm hope among jaded American voters. He, like Reagan, made a courageous speech in the shadow of the Berlin Wall. Most importantly, Kennedy stood tough upon discovering that the Soviet Union had moved missiles to Cuba just 90 miles off America’s shores and put the whole world on a nuclear disaster watch by blockading the island and demanding removal of the missiles. Like his book “Profiles in Courage,” Kennedy, a World War II hero, practiced what he preached.
The April, 2010, Truman-Reagan-Kennedy Statesmanship Award WINNER is:
Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn
For the second consecutive month Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn has earned the coveted statesmanship award after sharing the award last time out with James Inhofe. Blackburn has repeatedly demonstrated that she not only has perhaps the most level head in the House of Representatives, but she also has the guts to use it and the faith in our Constitution to ennoble America and her fellow countrymen at every turn in the discussion. Sheis probably the most consistent and one of the most eloquent voices in opposition to the widespread Big Guv expansions engineered by the Obama Administration.
Within a year of her election to congress, Marsha had already been named a “Taxpayer Hero” by the Americans for Tax Reform and is serving her second session as Deputy Whip and is most famous for being the questioner who put Al Gore on the spot about his conflicted connections in the energy industry with the simple, “"The legislation that we are discussing here today, is that something that you are going to personally *** benefit from?”
Recently, Representative Blackburn was one of the Republicans in the room challenging the assertions of Barak Obama about all the good that his Obamacare initiatives would bring to the country. She has long championed tort reform to lower doctors’ malpractice costs and cut down on unnecessary defensive medical actions; across state border health insurance options; and removing abortion and other elective surgery payments by the federal government. Along with Inhofe, Blackburn has probably been the single biggest voice against Cap and Trade. Recently when Obama tried to over-ride the lack of senate votes by making Cap and Trade a de facto law in the form of an Environmental Protective Agency directive, Blackburn was immediately on her feet attacking the EPA for violating its own laws in making the directive; and it now appears that opposition has forced the EPA to delay implementation of its recent directive from this April to sometime next year. Inspired by Blackburn’s tough stance Texas and Virginia have sued the EPA for, using the refuted and disputed IPCC and CRU findings as the basis for their directive when the law says the studies involved must be done by the EPA itself.
Let us once again congratulate the April, 2010, Winner of the Truman-Reagan-Kennedy Statesmanship Award: Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn
Ya'all live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut
*** Rajjpuut’s recent revelation that both Gore and Obama are guilty of conflict of interest in pressing for Cap and Trade legislation and aim to profit Billion$$ via CCX clearly justifies Blackburn’s audacious attack.
When you think about idle or under-used factories all around the United States like those in Indiana, Michigan, Georgia and Tennesse where automobiles used to be built, it’s obvious that for the hoped-for recovery to get anywhere near the 138 million non-farm jobs we had around 2006, those factories need to start up again and get humming with the production of new automobiles, or perhaps, retooled and modernized . . . producing new something elses. For those who don’t think the government is the problem, listen to the words of Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn, a member of the House energy and commerce committee . . . .
“Not far from my district the Spring Hill plant sits idle. GM pulled out of Spring Hill, once the proud home to the Saturn line, in the wake of its bankruptcy last year. Reopening the plant, either for the production of cars or anything else, will be critical to jobs growth in Middle Tennessee. At a listening session with constituents who live in the 7th district and used to commute to work in Spring Hill, the message was clear: to get the plant up and running again, Washington is going to have to do ... less.
“Washington, or more specifically the Environmental Protection Agency, poses a significant challenge to any new enterprise that hopes to revitalize Spring Hill and Tennessee’s economy. While Tennesseans are looking for a new owner to come in, take over the Spring Hill plant and get it producing again, the EPA has proposed a series of regulations that would require businesses to certify they have limited carbon emissions or pay steep fines. These regulations are a result of their “endangerment finding” under the Clean Air Act that carbon dioxide and other green house gasses pose a threat to human life. (Rajjpuut interjects here . . . The EPA was violating its own rules with these “endangered findings.” They are prohibited by law*** from making environmental regulations based upon somebody else’s studies such as the discredited CRU “global-warming” nonsense. They must conduct their own studies and base all regulations only upon their own studies, if the studies prove conclusively that the moves are warranted. Marsha Blackburn continues . . . .)
“The new greenhouse gas rules will require anyone who buys the Spring Hill plant and performs any modifications on it — which they will likely have to do — to analyze all the greenhouse gas emissions from the plant and from all its potential new processes. Any new owner will have to report these emissions to the EPA. All the while, Tennesseans remain jobless.
“Most possible uses for the Spring Hill plant would cause the plant to exceed the 25,000 annual tons of carbon dioxide emissions the EPA proposes to allow, classifying it as a “major emitter.” Major emitters must go through additional review and permitting by the EPA, a process that could take months or years. These are years when an entrepreneur owns, maintains, and pays taxes on a non-productive facility — clearly a disincentive to anyone thinking of reopening a plant in the United States.
“To add to the cost, the EPA will require major emitters to purchase and install the ‘best available control technology’ to reduce emissions to an acceptable level. Even when that equipment is installed, the new owner isn’t done with EPA-imposed costs. Because the EPA found that the Clean Air Act applies to carbon dioxide, any new owners of the Spring Hill plant are open to being sued if the carbon capture technology fails or the plant ever exceeds the EPA emission ceiling. Such a specter of unanticipated cost would hang over the plant for its entire operational life. While potential new owners calculate the possible cost, Tennesseans go jobless.
“As Washington works to balance economic impact with the need to spur energy independence, the EPA lurks on the Hill with these disastrous carbon restrictions in its briefcase, threatening to detonate them on the economy in the event that the Senate doesn’t meet its minimum standard of economy-killing carbon limits. Its actions are a clear executive overreach.”
The rest of Blackburn’s commentary can be found at:
http://thehill.com/special-reports/earth-day-april-2010/93643-epa-stands-in-the-way-of-recovery
She proposed a bill that would void the EPA’s endangerment findings and prohibit the agency from regulating carbon emissions under the auspices of the Clean Air Act in an effort to help the Spring Hill plant re-emerge from its near death experience. She then talked about the EPA announcing a video contest with a $2,500 prize to help Americans appreciate how EPA regulations and the entire regulatory process “benefits the citizens.” The fact of the matter is that the EPA’s regulations are killing the country and are a huge part of the problem and the proposed Cap and Trade legislation would cost America at least $220 Billion each and every year it’s in effect probably much more. One of Mr. Obama’s cronies at CCX (the Chicago Climate eXchange) has admitted on TV that their group sees climate exchange as a “Ten TRillion Dollar industry.” Since that industry produces nothing but only sells literal “blue sky nothingness to the productive parts of the economy (a shakedown, if you will, by the EPA) then the rest of the economy must lose $10 TRillion for the CCX to exist since the output of the whole non-government economy is now between $15-$16 TRillion . . . you get an idea of just what a raping cap and trade will prove to our nation and its future. Clearly, Mr. Obama as a board member of CCX is operating in conflicting of interest when he pushed the legislative process and again when he commanded the EPA to regulate carbon emissions a la cap and trade. You can read the specifics of this illegal and unconstitutonal matter and of Al Gore’s and President Obama’s betrayal in these three prior Rajjpuut’s Folly blogs:
As mentioned often by this blogger, the President has been repeatedly guilty of illegal and unconstitutional acts. After his impeachment, it would also be fitting and proper if the mainstream media that aided and abetted his rise to power and his illegal activities by refusing to engage in journalism but instead served as cheerleaders who refused to vett his connections, his activities and his personal background . . . Obama’s betrayal might be great but the betrayal of mainstream journalism upon the American people has been greater. Here Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn explains the simplest truths that are so basic to understanding how a capitalist economy creates jobs . . . and yet such a story is never a part of the media’s “hot topics,” never.
Like Obama himself, the EPA has seriously overstepped their bounds and the misuse of bureaucratic power by the president and by the EPA is a huge problem. Ask the folks around Fresno county (the richest vegetable-growing region in the world) about their nearly 40% unemployment in some areas while the EPA to save the purportedly endangered Delta Smelt has forbidden use of irrigation piping and pumping in the region to save the smelt. The Fresno county workers got shafted by the EPA during a drought; and the consumers are paying much more for vegetables thanks to the EPA . . . and the EPA with such nonsense is killing the economy.
Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,
I know many of us will be off from work on the 4th of July, as a paid holiday, but I say we take a tax free day on the 4th. Much like the Boston Tea party our goal will be to show the government we are so against taxes we will spend the 4th of July finding ways to not pay taxes. Here are a few tips:
Dont buy anything on the 4th of July! We can eliminate a significant amount of tax revenue and can raise a whole lot of awareness from those in Washington.
Do not go to work on the 4th of July! I don't mean take a vacation day or holiday, I mean for you to tell your employer that you do not want to be paid that day and you can work if you want too but the impact it could have on society if you didn't, would be great. The amount of income tax revenue from this action would be significant enough to let our elected officials remember who put them in office.
Regards,
Kevin
Discrediting the Tea Party is analogous with discrediting my Constitution, the one that protects my rights, not the one government and courts practice. Mine includes God-given rights; theirs is limited to manmade rights, or “entitlements.” It brings to mind this: Are you interested in enhancing your life?
Something inexplicable , everyone agrees, happened at Roswell, N.M. on July 2, 1947. It began with the observation of a large glowing object flying at high speed at 9:52 P.M. Later that night sheep rancher Mac Brazel, who lived southwest of Roswell, heard a tremendous explosion. In the morning, reputedly, he found scattered over a quarter-mile area fragments of a foil-like material, pliable, but very tough, and always returned to its original shape when crumpled.
About that time, the 509th Bomb Group of the Eighth Air Force, Roswell Army Air Field, gained possession of a UFO disc through the cooperation of a rancher and the Chaves County Sheriff. It was reported by the Bomb Group that a UFO had been recovered. It caused a sensational news story. The report was quickly corrected. It was changed to the wreckage of a weather balloon, but just like many, many government lies, nothing about the government story fit the facts. In any event, since the Roswell event, all UFO reports, and there have been a great many, have been explained away by government. It’s balled lightening, reflections, geese, imagination, planets, swamp gas—we should not question government. Didn’t you know that it was voices of dissent that caused the Oklahoma City bombing? Just asked Bill Clinton.
So why has all hard evidence been hidden? The 509th Bomb Group just happened to be the Bomb Group armed with atom bombs. One question raises another. Why hide the fact that UFOs are real? Some form of intelligence is among us that knows a great deal more than the public knows about what is for the good of all. I think it has a lot to do with the atom bomb. UFOs started appearing in growing numbers only after the A-Bomb was discovered and tested. Coincidence, or could they be here to save us from ourselves?
Who knows what we face? The wise plan for the worst and hope for the best. The opposition, the foolish, spend, borrow, and hope for the best. They’ve been winning elections for 70 years, which brings me to “too big to fail.” What the hell is behind it? It seems to me, considering the end of the dinosaurs, the fall of the Roman empire, the collapse of the British empire, too big to fail is an end in and of itself, merely an excuse by those in control to put off the inevitable: the complete collapse of a system gone awry. In the end, we don’t have a choice. We become slaves. I hope I’m wrong, but it pays to look within for answers that make sense to you.
For instance, in Too Big to Fail, by Andrew Ross Sorkin, a political thriller guaranteed to make you sick in the stomach, Sorkin goes behind the scenes of the financial crises of the Wall Street billionaires to report the backroom wheeling and dealing, and secret alliances made between government and Wall Street in an effort to save the world’s economy from melting down. ObamaCare, the UFO cover-up, the government-Wall Street cover-up, all have been for the good of all?
Are we created, individually, with reason and logic for a special purpose—above the law of the jungle? Are all of us created with equal opportunity? Or, are certain of us blessed at birth with exceptional skills in leading the masses, the holier than thou intelligentsia with a destiny of doing—for-the-good-of-all? My-O-my! My life story says the former is the higher law of nature for humans.
For the most part, my Constitution backs me, but not altogether, Oh no! Although government lies like a dog (for the good of all), as long as the lies are conveniently well intentioned, and couched in constitutional terms by glib tongued lawyers trained by eastern law schools, no matter how unbelievable government’s claims are, the courts mostly favor government. After all, the judges on our benches are graduates of said eastern law schools.
We know that we can’t fight it so we try not to think about it. For generation after generation, the same cycle keeps repeating itself: from freedom to tyranny, from tyranny to freedom. By thinking about it, I beat the all-powerful IRS. So I say screw the courts! I took their sorry record to the press and got a front page story.
There is a subtle energy building that is not measurable, quantitatively. The IRS melted like a snowball in hell. We have no idea of the power that lies within us. The ancients had the right answers, and now the cutting edge of science, the universe is put together in a totally foreign way to most of our thinking. What we see—what the authorities want us to see—is the tip of the iceberg. The cutting edge of science is looking below the surface, at the microcosmic. You can’t disconnect simply because it doesn’t act like the world we know. The quantum mind is the real reality. There is no boundary. Based on what the status quo says, we place the boundary. Subtle energy we know little about is building in us. It may not be discernable, but we’ve reached the point in our human development when we are ready for our next great leap forward—when the spooky action of our minds combine the parts of our brains with experience, from many senses into one memory: my memory; your memory oscillating simultaneously at the same frequency. Subtle energy, consciously and unconsciously, is building, individually: through personal experience, meditation, premonitions, perceptions, intuitions, non-western spiritual practices, cutting-edge science revelations (the “new physics), and whatever. Carl Jung called it synchronicity. Says the cutting edge of science, all of this came to us through prescientific esoteric tradition.
It’s an amazing thing. As long as we allow it, I’m sorry to say, being systematically marginalized by the authorities, it is a matter of time until, zap! Presto-chango, we’re in the future. The change is inevitable. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. You’ve got no one but yourselves to fall back on, so where are you?
Looking at what the ancients said, the Age of Pisces is fading into the past, the symbol of which is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions. Pisceans are unsure of themselves. They have a hard time making up their minds. The Piscean personality, of being extremely responsive to what the authorities say, unconsciously absorbing what they order, desperately wanting to do the right thing, and lacking in personal willpower, they do what external authority tells them—without question—hoping the best. Hello-o-o!
Please don’t hang up. When I was born, Aquarius was “on the rise.” As time goes on, according to astrologers, I’d become more the image of what I show the world. The symbol of Aquarius is the water-bearer to humanity. Friendship and companionship are very important to Aquarians, but they have temperaments that are determined and stubborn. They are annoyed when people don’t comprehend. They “know.” (And it gets them in trouble at times, I can tell you. Live and learn.) They hate hypocrisy. They are equals among equals. They are independent and futuristic in their thinking. To Aquarians, might makes wrong. They look within for their answers.
Take your choice, Piscean or Aquarian—feeling or mind. Is it live in hope and die in despair? Nope, at midlife, I cut from the herd and went on my own. I was the pioneer out to establish an identity. I became the Aquarian I was meant to be. My life started improving. Now it is as good as life gets. I’ve just explained the inexplicable.
Peace be with you.
Europe Discards Global-Warming (as B.S.) in Wake of Climate-Gate Scandal at CRU but America’s Media Ignore Story thus CCX Could Bring Obama, Gore, Goldman Sachs Ten$ of Trillion$
A week or so before Thanksgiving last year, the Climate-Gate scandal broke and surrounded the United Kingdoms’ famous East Anglia University and its now infamous Climate Research Unit (CRU) in controversy and notoriety such as Al Gore’s favorite subject, global warming, had never known. The European media took it all in and roughly a week after those thousands of CRU e-mails were aired for all to see, their verdict was in . . . global warming was deemed a hoax. By the twelfth day after the revelations broke, the ever- and oh-so liberal London Times sounded the death knell with their article linked here describing the circumstances of the CRU e-mail leak:
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/environment/article6936289.ece
The appropriately named Times Environment-Editor, Jonathan Leake, began his announcement on the upcoming funeral services for Global Warming hype and hypsters this way,
The storm began with just four cryptic words. “A miracle has happened,” announced a contributor to Climate Audit, a website devoted to criticising the science of climate change. “RC” said nothing more — but included a web link that took anyone who clicked on it to another site, Real Climate.
There, on the morning of November 17, they found a treasure trove: a thousand or so emails sent or received by Professor Phil Jones, director of the climatic research unit at the University of East Anglia in Norwich. Jones is a key player in the science of climate change. His department’s databases on global temperature changes and its measurements have been crucial in building the case for global warming.
Obama’s ultra-brazenness in all areas (his radical associates will surely accuse Rajjpuut of calling Barack “uppity” now) has been an unpleasant and dangerous surprise. His brazenness on C ‘n T is absolutely a crime, an impeachable conflict of interest . . . based upon Obama’s ties to the Chicago Climate eXchange and his position on the CCX board of directors which one of his cronies admitted in a TV interview could become a “Ten TRillion Dollar” Climate Exchange “industry” (they sell blue sky nothingness so the word “industry” is really an ugly stretch).
Of course in the big picture even among Europeans was that a whole slew of the big players (in this power grab loosely based on false climate info) tried to brass it out by attending a world climate meeting in Copenhagen in December, but their hearts weren’t really in it and nothing was accomplished except wasting a lot of fuel in their private jets. Any “event” where the starring role is played by Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez definitely must be considered a flop. Nevertheless, Chavez received amazingly positive press here in America and Climate-Gate Stories never materialized in the mainstream press. So while Europe has abandoned Cap and Trade ideas and global warming scenarios altogether, American citizens who only get their news from CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC and the liberal press such as the New York Times (“all the important news fit to leave out of the paper”) still believe that global warming is a fact and some of them even think that C ‘n T laws are a great idea. This media refusal to cover the Climate-Gate hoax, thus still allows a strong possibility of making Al Gore, Barack Obama, and about twenty other famous and unknown cronies and several progressive foundations ten$ of TRillion$ of dollar$. Rajjpuut recently covered that scandal with these two blog-stories:
So, my friends it comes down to this . . . the nature and extent of the potentially greatest conflict of interest scandal in American history involving a lot of rich progressives and a sitting president and a former vice-president (both undeserving winners of the Nobel Peace Prize) is now fully exposed for anyone with a tenth of a brain to connect the dots and right now except for Glen Beck on Fox News, the American media establishment is refusing to investigate it . . . in fact five and a half months after Climate-Gate broke, they’re still refusing to investigate that pivotal story as well . . . just how much confidence does that give you in the integrity of American journalism** today?
Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut
** As a recipient of his university’s Academic Excellence in Journalism award, and a darn good feature writer in his day, Rajjpuut is appalled by the blatant “support” offered for all things progressive by the mainstream media . . . if Obama is guilty of several impeachable crimes, as Rajjpuut believes . . . then surely the mainstream media are guilty of aiding and abetting for absolutely refusing to vett this president on anything controversial.
An obvious reason why the Left resorts to accusations is because they cannot debate on facts. They lose every time. So many of the Tea Partiers have lived through a few recessions, and have learned that entitlements are the main cause, in one way or another. The Left does not want to hear this, so they attack the truth tellers with name calling. The media has gone so far left, they are complicit in perpetuating the lies.
The Real Reason Liberals Accuse Tea Partiers of Racism
If the Fed won't defend our Country then it's up the the States and ultimately the Citizens. Washington wants the floodgates open so they can stack the democratic vote with more and more minorities.
From a guy in Florida :
My neighbor is a "lefty" of sorts (Obama bumper stickers, gung-ho socialized medicine, "gunsshould be banned", etc.).
So this past spring I put this sign up in my yard after one of his anti-gun rants at a neighborhood cocktail party.
The sign wasn't up more than an hour before he called the police and wanted them to makeme take down the sign.
Fortunately, the officer politely informed him that it was not their job to take such action without a court order and that hehad to file a complaint "downtown" first, which would be reviewed by the cityattorney to see if it violated any city, county, or state ordinances, whichif there was a violation a court order would be sent to the offending party(me) to "remove the sign in seven days."
After several weeks he was informed that the sign was legal (by a quarter of an inch)and there was nothing the city could do, which obviously made himmadder.
I tried to smooth things over by inviting him to go shooting with me and myfriends at the hunt club but that seemed tomake him even more angry.
I am at a loss how to reconcile our long relationship (notice I did not say friendship),any suggestions would be welcome.
Anyway, that's life in our neck of the woods, how about yours?
