“CIA Director Leon Panetta, President Obama’s nominee for secretary of defense, co-chaired an initiative to regulate U.S. oceans and cede them to United Nations-based international law.

Panetta’s oceans initiative was a key partner of an organization, Citizens for Global Solutions, that promotes world government.

Also, the group’s parent organization, the World Federalist Movement, promotes democratized global institutions with plenary constitutional power. It is a coordinator and member of Responsibility to Protect, the controversial military doctrine used by Obama as the main justification for U.S. and international airstrikes against Libya.

As WND reported, billionaire George Soros is a primary funder and key proponent of the Global Centre for Responsibility to Protect, the main organization pushing the doctrine. The center includes the World Federalist Movement as one of its members and coordinators.

Panetta faces a Senate vote tomorrow on whether to confirm him as defense secretary.

Until his appointment as CIA director in 2009, Panetta co-chaired the Joint Ocean Commission Initiative, which is the partner of Citizens for Global Solutions in a push to ratify U.S. laws and regulations governing the seas.

The oceans initiative bills itself as a bipartisan, collaborative group that aims to “accelerate the pace of change that results in meaningful ocean policy reform.”

Among its main recommendations is that the U.S. should put its oceans up for regulation to the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea.

That U.N. convention defines the rights and responsibilities of nations in their use of the world’s oceans, establishing guidelines for businesses, the environment and the management of marine natural resources.

Other recommendations of Panetta’s Joint Ocean Commission Initiative include:

• The Administration and Congress should establish a national ocean policy. The Administration and Congress should support regional, ecosystem-based approaches to the management of ocean, coastal, and Great Lakes. 

• Congress should strengthen and reauthorize the Coastal Zone Management Act. 

• Congress should strengthen the Clean Water Act.

The Joint Ocean Commission Initiative Leadership Council includes John Podesta, president and CEO of the Soros-funded Center for American Progress, which is reportedly highly influential in advising the White House on policy.

Podesta served as co-chair of Obama’s presidential transition team.

Panetta’s oceans initiative, meanwhile, is a key partner of Citizens for Global Solutions, or CGS, which, according to its literature, envisions a “future in which nations work together to abolish war, protect our rights and freedoms and solve the problems facing humanity that no nation can solve alone.”

CGS states it works to “build the political will in the United States” to achieve this global vision.

The organization currently works on issues that fall into five general areas: U.S. global engagement; global health and environment; peace and security; international law and justice; and international institutions.

CGS is a member organization and supporter of the World Federalist Movement, which seeks a one-world government. The World Federalist Movement considers the CGS to be its U.S. branch.

The movement openly brings together organizations and individuals that support the establishment of a global federal system of strengthened and democratized global institutions with plenary constitutional power accountable to the citizens of the world and a division of international authority among separate global agencies.

The movement’s headquarters are located near the U.N. building in New York City. A second office is near the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.

The locations are significant, since the movement heavily promotes the U.N. and is the coordinator of various international projects, such as the Coalition for the International Criminal Court and the Responsibility to Protect military doctrine.

Marxist ideology:

The latest revelations about Panetta follow a series of WND articles in recent days highlighting possible concerns about Obama’s secretary of defense pick.

WND reported last week, Panetta keynoted the conference of a pro-Soviet, anti-war group during the height of the Cold War.

Panetta also honored the founding member of the group, the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, or WILPF, which was once named by the State Department as a “Soviet front.”

WND also reported Panetta once proposed allowing Congress to conduct spot checks at its discretion of the CIA, the only government agency that contests the authority of the congressional comptroller general to audit its activities, citing the covert aspects of its operation.

Also last week, WND reported on Panetta’s ties to a pro-Marxist think tank accused of anti-CIA activity.

The Institute for Policy Studies, or IPS, has long faced criticism for positions some say attempt to undermine U.S. national security and for its cozy relationship with the Soviet Union during the Cold War.

Global military scheme:

The connection of Panetta’s oceans initiative to a global center coordinating the Responsibility to Protect doctrine might raise questions regarding Panetta’s defense strategy as he faces a vote tomorrow that is likely to place him at the leadership of the Pentagon.

In his address to the nation last month, Obama cited the military doctrine as the main justification for U.S. and international airstrikes against Libya.

Indeed, the Libya bombings have been widely regarded as a test of Responsibility to Protect.

Responsibility to Protect, or Responsibility to Act, as cited by Obama, is a set of principles, now backed by the United Nations, based on the idea that sovereignty is not a privilege but a responsibility that can be revoked if a country is accused of “war crimes,” “genocide,” “crimes against humanity” or “ethnic cleansing.”

The term “war crimes” has at times been indiscriminately used by various U.N.-backed international bodies, including the International Criminal Court, or ICC, which applied it to Israeli anti-terror operations in the Gaza Strip. There has been fear the ICC could be used to prosecute U.S. troops.

As WND reported Soros’ Open Society Institute is a primary funder and key proponent of the Global Centre for Responsibility to Protect.

Soros’ Open Society is one of only three nongovernmental funders of the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect. Government sponsors include Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, Norway, Rwanda and the U.K.

Board members of the group include former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, former Ireland President Mary Robinson and South African activist Desmond Tutu. Robinson and Tutu have made solidarity visits to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip as members of a group called The Elders, which includes former President Jimmy Carter.

Annan once famously stated, “State sovereignty, in its most basic sense, is being redefined – not least by the forces of globalization and international co-operation. States are ... instruments at the service of their peoples and not vice versa.”

The Carr Center for Human Rights Policy served on the advisory board of the 2001 commission that original founded Responsibility to Protect. The center was led at the time by Samantha Power, the National Security Council special adviser to Obama on human rights.

She reportedly heavily influenced Obama in consultations leading to the decision to bomb Libya.

WND reported the committee that devised the “Responsibility to Protect” doctrine included Arab League Secretary General Amre Moussa as well as Palestinian legislator Hanan Ashrawi, a staunch denier of the Holocaust who long served as the deputy of late Palestinian Liberation Organization leader Yasser Arafat.

Right to 'penetrate nation-states' borders':

Soros himself outlined the fundamentals of Responsibility to Protect in a 2004 Foreign Policy magazine article entitled “The People’s Sovereignty: How a New Twist on an Old Idea Can Protect the World’s Most Vulnerable Populations.”

In the article, Soros said “true sovereignty belongs to the people, who in turn delegate it to their governments.”

“If governments abuse the authority entrusted to them and citizens have no opportunity to correct such abuses, outside interference is justified,” Soros wrote. “By specifying that sovereignty is based on the people, the international community can penetrate nation-states’ borders to protect the rights of citizens.

“In particular, the principle of the people’s sovereignty can help solve two modern challenges: the obstacles to delivering aid effectively to sovereign states, and the obstacles to global collective action dealing with states experiencing internal conflict.”

'One world':

WND reported that the Responsibility doctrine founder, Ramesh Thakur, recently advocated for a “global rebalancing” and “international redistribution” to create a “New World Order.”

In a piece last March in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper, “Toward a new world order,” Thakur wrote, “Westerners must change lifestyles and support international redistribution.”

He was referring there to a United Nations-brokered international climate treaty in which he argued, “Developing countries must reorient growth in cleaner and greener directions.”

In the opinion piece, Thakur then discussed recent military engagements and how the financial crisis has impacted the U.S.

“The West’s bullying approach to developing nations won’t work anymore – global power is shifting to Asia,” he wrote.

“A much-needed global moral rebalancing is in train,” he added.

Thakur continued: “Westerners have lost their previous capacity to set standards and rules of behavior for the world. Unless they recognize this reality, there is little prospect of making significant progress in deadlocked international negotiations.”

Thakur contended “the demonstration of the limits to U.S. and NATO power in Iraq and Afghanistan has left many less fearful of ‘superior’ western power.”

The hue and cry is for our children to know our history. I’m all for it! Thomas Jefferson, the author of the Declaration of Independence was a deist. Deism: belief in the existence of God on the evidence of reason and nature, and get this: with rejection of supernatural revelation. 

If you are of a mindset that the universe, including you, is both quantitative and qualitative, natural law and conscious awareness inseparable, but first comes quality—the state of being real—the law, in order to be real, must be natural.

As for supernatural, man’s imagination of what God wants, like killing Jews, there are many supernatural ideas of what God wants. Were Jews aware of this, they would not be calling Israel the Promised Land. Muslims would not be calling for killing Jews. The peculiar thing about an excess of power is that somehow immoratily becomes moral.

“In earth as it is in heaven,” said Jesus, “But first seek ye the kingdom of God.”  There is a distinction. Heaven and earth are quantitative; the kingdom of God is qualitative.

The history books leave out a lot that I bring to light. My unique history of man is grabbing a lot of attention at mymiraclemessage.com. Far more comments are coming in daily  than I can read, highly favorable comments, most from young people.   For your own gratification, you would not likely leave a huge debt for your children to pay. But if government does it, it is quite alright.  It is something about authority that makes no sense. Young people love my history lessons. They tell me they have no problem in where I'm taking them and look forward to my next blog. They are passing what I tell them around.  I've received more than 9,000 comments. No telling what this will lead to in a world that is sick and tired of the current direction. 

According to Jefferson in the Declaration, the law is with the consent of the governed.  Whenever the people’s life, liberty, or pursuit of happiness is threatened by government, it is the right of the governed to abolish said government, and this is what the signers of the Declaration did. Just imagine this. The Americans did away with England’s government.  If England’s government could have gotten its hands on the signers it would have hung them all. Miracles never cease. George Washington and a ragtag army beat the most powerful nation in the world. America’s independent spirit, written into the law, is the reason America prospered—and to become the most powerful nation of earth.  

What happened? Unfortunately, the idea crept into America’s thinking, completely unfounded, by the way, that given the individual’s nature when successful to become self-centered and greedy, it becomes the duty of government to be involved in the individual’s life though redistribution of the nation’s resources. Are we supposed to accept without question that the successful are greedy and the unsuccessful are not; and that all politicians are as pure as the driven snow? No, we don't think that. But we like the idea of cradle to grave security.  Thus, by heavily taxing the fruits of the people’s labor—for the good of all—America progressed toward big powerful government, along with bailouts for the corrupt rich with big bucks to spend on reelections. And, as for President Obama, who wants to transform America, he's a mile off-target in everything he says, the guy is an absolute failure, our President now spends his remaining time in office on the golfcourse.  Redistribution of the nation’s resources, the most costly fraud in history, leaves the nation weak and divided.

Why teach the myth that this is one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all?  It is confined to those on the right side of the greatest fraud of all times. We should teach our children the American people have failed to learn that along with the letter and the spirit of the law comes personal responsibility, and especially for our children.  In a word, it is expedience—higher regard for that which is politically advantageous rather than for what is right and just.   

A house divided cannot long stand. I’m with Jefferson. The law is with the consent of the governed.  Hey kids, it is the people’s right to abolish this government, which has utterly no regard for your rights.  But I've a better idea. Please read on.

We learn from history that the founder of democracy, the Greek Demosthenes reasoned, “Every law is a gift of god—a precept of wise men.”  Right!  His concept was neither immutable nor invariable.  The Sophist conclusion was that justice was either the interest of the strong or at best a convention entered upon by men purely on consideration of expediency.  Expedience is the democratic way of doing things.  The will of the people, if you will, is merely the particular commands of the makers and keepers of the law.  Slavery is no longer necessary for the South’s economy, but by the same kind of reasoning the South’s representatives had in the past, Wall Street people are now seen by politicians to be too big to fail. The talk in Washington, D. C. is the equivalent of a dog chasing its tail, but the peculiar thing about it is that people buy it.

Yes, kids, common sense says that you have the same rights as a Wall Street banker, but expedience says your rights are not as much as is the good of all. Isn't that funny? For the good of all, you, my children, are left holding the bag. For the good of all, to pay out now to the entitled, and you are left with the debt. By the manipulated will of the people, the President, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Fed, and Congress have all joined ranks to save America.  Gee!  Isn't that nice!

Let the world remain on the path we are traveling.  Just leave us be, kids--for the good of all.  I can tell you for sure that you are not about to pay it.  We've been through this before.  By magic, the debt vanishes. What is one percent of a $14 trillion debt?   As usual, the plan is to let inflation pay the debt.  So we return, once more, to natural law.

Patriots, I am heart broken and extremely angry. TEA for Education, a non-profit, invited me to a viewing of the documentary, “Waiting For Superman”. Wow, talk about powerful. I realize many of you are familiar with this movie, but many are not.

The movie exposes how America's public education system is about keeping the teachers unions fat and happy at the expense of our kids. The devastating affect on the lives of “real people”, students and their parents is infuriating.

Despite what libs would have you believe, we spend a ton of money, per child, on education. And yet, public school test scores continue to plummet. Your money is not going to teachers, it is going to bureaucrats and union dues. The democrat party receives 90% of teachers unions political contributions.

In the movie, committed good teachers and administrators attempted to implement common sense changes to better educate students. They were politically beaten down and kicked to the curb by the teachers unions. How dare these teachers and administrators buck the system!

The movie exposes, “The Lemon Dance” a term used by education insiders. Every public school has bad (lemon) teachers. The teachers unions make it almost impossible to fire them. A frustrated principal, once a year, can send his lemon to another school. Hopefully, the new lemon another frustrated principal dumps on him will be a little better than what he had. Thus, The Lemon Dance.

Folks, as I said, the movie made me angry, but not with an anger which causes me to behave badly. I have a healthy righteous anger which inspires me to do something to encourage positive change. I could not wait to tell you about this extremely important and moving film.

For decades, liberals have been selling the myth that urban minority kids surrounded by drugs, poverty, gangs and crime simply can not learn. The typical liberal so-called compassionate solution was to lobby to lower standards and not expect much out of them.

Any conservative who suggests giving minorities the respect and dignity of holding them to the same academic standards as whites is branded an insensitive racist.

“Waiting For Superman” knocks the liberal myth into the stratosphere that urban low income minority students are doomed to failure. The film documents that given the proper expectation, attention, discipline and good TEACHERS, low income inner city minority students test higher than ALL students; including white kids in wealthy neighborhoods.

Another thing I find truly annoying is we black conservatives are called Uncle Tom “traitors to our race”. But, black conservatives are the ones working with the tea party to end the liberal teachers unions tyrannical grip which has wreaked havoc on the lives and education of all American students, particularly minorities.

The national black student high school dropout rate is around 70%. In many New York City minority communities only 17% of blacks graduate public high school. This is horrifically scandalous. http://bit.ly/k8uwfX

Meanwhile, the liberal media, NAACP, Jessie Jackson and company are united in their mission to protect teachers unions. Why? The teachers unions are great financial contributors to the democrats and are in complete solidarity with the left's socialist/progressive agenda.

Sometimes God gives us great gifts in ugly packages. I was devastated when Obama won the presidency. I knew he was wrong for America.

Today, I thank God for our most far left radical president in American history. Patriots have been passively submitting to political correctness and tolerating failed liberal policies for years.

Upon entering the Oval Office, Obama immediately began fulfilling his vow to “fundamentally transform America”.This was the liberal straw that broke the camel's back. Rather than throwing their televisions out of the window yelling, “I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore”, Americans began having tea parties. Thus, Obama birthed the Tea Party.

TEA For Education is a perfect example of which I speak. Unopposed for far too many years, the left has been indoctrinating our kids focusing on “Heather Has Two Mommies” and “going green” while almost ignoring the teaching of reading, math and science.

Also seen in the movie, I was shocked to learn how far down the list U.S. students are testing in reading, math and science compared to the rest of the world. Truly disheartening.

And yet, our kids are well educated about how America and white males in particular, are the greatest source of evil in the world. This is unacceptable and infuriating.

So, I thank God and Obama for TEA For Education. They have chapters in 11 states and are spreading. TEA For Education is doing the Lords work, fighting on behalf of our children.

I would like to give a special “shout out” to TEA For Education Florida rep, Rhonda Lochiatto and national rep, Beverly Elliott for inviting me to the viewing. Patriots across America truly appreciate your efforts. God bless you both for your compassion and commitment to our kids.

Anger is not always a bad thing. As a matter of fact, certain things should make you angry; such as the injustice of extremely bright black and Hispanic students being trapped in failing schools because of selfish teachers unions.

Every indication suggests that Bilderberg-approved  Texas Governor Rick Perry is set to become the frontrunner in the Republican  race to challenge Barack Obama for the presidency, illustrating once again how a  shady, secretive and undemocratic global elite holds the reigns of true power  while Americans are distracted by the delusional notion that they have a genuine  choice in 2012.

“Perry has said he will announce his decision  soon. One member of his campaign team said he was closer than ever to joining  the race and he was testing the prospects in the early caucus and primary states  of Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina. If he does stand, Republicans  at the New Orleans conference predicted he would become the frontrunner of a  so-far uninspiring field,” reports  the London Guardian.

Texas Governor Perry, a protégé of Karl Rove, is  very good at acting like a down-home populist, but that’s all it is – an act.  Perry is George W. Bush 2.0.

While spewing Tea Party-style rhetoric about  secession, shooting coyotes and courting the favor of Christian evangelicals,  behind closed doors Perry has been quietly selling out Texas to globalist  interests, auctioning off  highways to foreign companies to turn them into profit-driven toll  roads.

“Speculation that Perry is the Bilderberg group’s  ace card was prompted by the current political climate, which can largely be  gleaned from the fact that Perry is a longtime, unwavering supporter of the  NAFTA Superhighway and related infrastructure projects,” wrote  AFP’s Jim Tucker earlier this month. “These pave the way for the  Bilderberg-supported North American Union (NAU) proposal that would merge the  U.S., Canada and Mexico.”

Perry has also given enthusiastic support to  former Mexican  President Vicente Fox’s efforts to turn Texas into a sanctuary state for  illegal immigrants. He also aggressively promoted the Rockefeller  Foundation-backed HPV vaccination campaign in Texas that has led  to deaths worldwide. David Rockefeller is a prominent Bilderberger,  attending each annual meeting without fail.

Perry  attended the June 2007 Bilderberg conference in Istanbul, Turkey, and in  doing so violated the Logan  Act, a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from  negotiating with foreign governments.

Look beyond the rhetoric and study what Perry has  actually done in his role as Governor – he’s the ultimate globalist – his every  action illustrates how he’s the diametric opposite to the image of the Tea Party  populist that he attempts to portray. That’s why he’s the perfect pick for the  globalists, someone who can suck in the trust of the American people only to  stab them in the back upon becoming president, just as Obama did before him.

Obama himself was reportedly vetted by Bilderberg  when he infamously  disappeared to a secret location with Hillary Clinton in June 2008 in Northern  Virginia, at precisely the same time and location the Bilderberg Group were  convening in Chantilly. Bilderberg luminary James  A. Johnson was also responsible for selecting Obama’s running mate Joe  Biden, having also previously selected John Edwards as John Kerry’s right  hand man in 2004 after Edwards  had impressed Bilderberg elitists Henry Kissinger and David Rockefeller with  a speech he gave at the globalist confab in Italy that year.

In a comparatively weak GOP field, the  establishment cannot take any chances in allowing Ron Paul to gain momentum as  the only candidate who has a real chance of defeating Barack Obama.

As polls have shown, out of the Republican  candidates, only Ron Paul has a realistic hope of success in a hypothetical run  off against Obama – the other candidates are equally unpopular as the  President.

Despite the fact that Mitt Romney has been  anointed by the establishment as the Republican favorite, a  May CNN poll found that he would lose by 11 points if he got the nomination  and went head to head with Obama, whereas Paul only trails the President by 7  points.

Bilderberg’s continual influence in picking US  presidents and potential vice-presidents again serves up a reminder that the  real power structure steering the planet goes beyond teleprompter-reading puppet  presidents and rests in the hands of multi-generational globalists, central  banking moguls and the CEO’s of the world’s biggest corporations, all of whom routinely  attend the Bilderberg Group confab every year.

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said he wanted inflation. He got his wish. Now the question is: Is it getting out of hand?

In the 1940 short film “A Plumbing We Will Go,” The Three Stooges pose as plumbers trying to stop a leaky pipe in a large home while a party is going on.

Since they know nothing about plumbing, it isn’t long before the boys have connected the water pipes to a conduit and water is pouring out everywhere. Of course, the party is ruined and the house is wrecked.

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke is Moe, Larry and Curly all rolled into one, and his efforts to stop the leaky economy have been as successful as the boys’ efforts were in fixing the dripping pipe. Bernanke’s latest effort of quantitative easing — known as QE2 — is running out, and the bubble he created is deflating faster than one of the Stooges’ helium-filled cakes.

Last week, a Chinese ratings house accused the United States of defaulting on its massive debt by allowing the dollar to weaken against other currencies — eroding the wealth of its creditors, the biggest of which is China.

China holds $1.145 trillion of U.S. Treasury securities. That is down from its peak of $1.175 trillion in October, according to a story by the AFP news service.

China, the No. 1 holder of U.S. debt, is now a seller of U.S. Treasuries. Japan, the second largest holder of U.S. Treasuries, may soon be a seller as well. It needs money to repair infrastructure following this year’s earthquake and tsunami.

The stock market was down six weeks in a row before last week, when it finally finished a week on an up note. According to The Economic Collapse blog, that hasn’t happened since the dotcom bubble burst in May 2001.

The false euphoria created by QE2, which propped up Bernanke’s Wall Street buddies by driving money into the market, has worn off. Investors realize this, and they are looking for new places to put their money.

Meanwhile, once again, John and Jane American are watching their meager retirement funds dry up. Unemployment is up (the true unemployment rate, which includes discouraged workers, is 22.3 percent, according to the National Inflation Association), manufacturing and consumer confidence are down and one in seven Americans is on food stamps. Millions of Americans receive some sort of government assistance.

The price of everything is increasing. According to NIA: “90% of sporting goods manufacturers have seen their input costs rise substantially this year and 41% of them have already announced major price increases for athletic apparel, footwear, and sports equipment. As the 8,000 toy manufacturers in China are forced to raise the wages they pay their employees, Toys R’ Us is now beginning to see major wholesale price increases for their products, which they will have to pass on to U.S. consumers. Hasbro recently raised prices on all of their products by 6% to 7%. Mattel recently imposed an across the board high single digit price increase after reporting a 33% decline in quarterly profits (despite sales surging by 8%) due to skyrocketing raw material costs.”

May sales reflected what consumers thought of the rising prices. Retail sales fell for the first time in 11 months. The drop in sales hit autos, electronics, appliances, furniture, groceries, sports retailers and department stores.

Bernanke said he wanted inflation. He got his wish. Now the question is: Is it getting out of hand?

This is a recent article from The Energy Tribune. The numbers are based on a new report from the Congressional Research Service (CRS). U.S. Has Earth’s Largest Energy Resources

In case anyone missed it, let me repeat something that is of a magnitude of 10 on the scale of news-quakes for Joe Public USA: America’s combined energy resources are, according to a new report from the Congressional Research Service (CSR), the largest on earth. They eclipse Saudi Arabia (3rd), China (4th) and Canada (6th) combined – and that’s without including America’s shale oil deposits and, in the future, the potentially astronomic impact of methane hydrates.

The energy facts in the CRS report should be making front page news all over America. Mostly it isn’t. Given the devastating news from Japan and New Zealand, it may be right to postpone dancing in the streets. But something else is going on. Even though they are going to dominate global energy supply for decades to come the insidious war on vital fossil fuels continues apace.

Thus it perhaps falls to a friend of the US (i.e. me) to state that if the White House is in any way serious about impacting the economic Black H*** that is the burgeoning national debt, reinvigorating business big-time, creating real jobs and restoring ebbing national wealth, the best shot by a distance if you’re American ... well, you’re standing on it, or rather above it.

While love, spiritually speaking and in fiction, may make the world go around, it is energy – and mostly hydrocarbon energy – that actually drives it. As blockbuster thrillers sometimes put it, “Who will tell the President?”

Political pantomime

From over here, the lack of a comprehensive US energy policy and the incoherence of President Obama’s political take on energy, reminds me of a pantomime I saw last Christmas, Aladdin. The cave is full of energy riches, but ‘Emperor’ Obama – or is it Wishy-Washy? –refuses to allow the words “open sesame” to be spoken.

Senator Lisa Murkowski, Ranking Member of the Senate Energy and National Resources Committee, takes up the theme: “As we debate ways to reduce gas prices and provide relief to American families and businesses, this report should be required reading for every member of Congress.” How about for every American citizen too, Senator? Murkowski adds, “For the sake of our national security, our economy, and the world’s environment, we need to explore and develop more of our own resources.”

“The Obama administration has made a conscious policy choice to raise energy prices, accomplished in good measure by restricting access to domestic energy supplies.” So says Senator James Inhofe, a Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee. He adds forthrightly, “We could help bring affordable energy to consumers, create new jobs, and grow the economy if the Obama administration would simply get out of the way so America can realize its true energy potential.”

Wow, heavy stuff. But then there’s much to be ‘heavy’ about.

While the US is often depicted as having only a tiny minority of the world’s oil reserves at around 28 billion barrels (based on the somewhat misleading figure of ‘proven reserves’) according to the CRS in reality it has around 163 billion barrels. As Inhofe’s EPW press release comments, “That’s enough oil to maintain America’s current rates of production and replace imports from the Persian Gulf for more than 50 years”. Next up, there’s coal. The CRS report reveals America’s reserves of coal are unsurpassed, accounting for over 28 percent of the world’s coal. Much of it is high quality too. The CRS estimates US recoverable coal reserves at around 262 billion tons (not including further massive, difficult to access, Alaskan reserves). Given the US consumes around 1.2 billion tons a year, that’s a couple of centuries of coal use, at least.

In 2009 the CRS upped its 2006 estimate of America’s enormous natural gas deposits by 25 percent to around 2,047 trillion cubic feet, a conservative figure given the expanding shale gas revolution. At current rates of use that’s enough for around 100 years. Then there is still the, as yet largely publicly untold, story of methane hydrates to consider, a resource which the CRS reports alludes to as “immense...possibly exceeding the combined energy content of all other known fossil fuels.” According to the Inhofe’s EPW, “For perspective, if just 3 percent of this resource can be commercialized ... at current rates of consumption, that level of supply would be enough to provide America’s natural gas for more than 400 years.”

The morally challenged continuously say that she does not get it but this film shows that she not only does get it but that those who accuse her of not getting it are themselves bewildered about the purpose of life and their reason for living.  They don't get the meaning of life at all.  Is it no wonder that the decisions coming out of Congress and the White House do not resolve the problems of our country.  Any one who is willing to deny God and/or is willing to abort an innocent baby simply cannot be trusted to make decisions that will have good results for this Republic and its citizens.  How in the world can one vote for those who do not understand that abortion is murder...if someone believes that harming an innocent, helpless, unborn baby is ok then extend that reasoning to the decision making process of these people after they get into office and commence making decisions that affect our lives.  Is it no wonder this country is in a mess.  Decisions that are made without the concern for their moral implications can only and ultimately cause tremendous collateral damage.  Take for example a Board of Directors whose members are morally challenged when they decide to move a factory to China when they understand full well the implications of that decision will result in devastation of a multitude of families that had ties to that factory.  This destruction of families does not seem to be of any concern to these morally challenged people.  Those who make decision based on Judaeo-Christian morality will not move those factories to China.  They will find ways of resolving their competitive issues and remain here in the U.S.  Sure it may mean that the Executives will not make more millions or that management and labor may have to make a little less money until they resolve their competitive issues but the decision was a morally based one which did not profoundly hurt a multitude of families.  The same reasoning may be applied to those we elect to Congress and the WHAT House.  Those who are morally challenged will not make decisions that ultimately and finally benefit the American public.  By electing morally challenged people we are committing social and financial suicide.  When will the people begin  to understand that someone who does not care about morality will not care what mal-effect their decisions will have upon you the constituent.  We Americans need to wake up and smell the roses of moral reality and face up to the un-reality of the morally challenged!

In October 2010 FBI agents raided the homes of far left activists in Chicago and Minneapolis who were linked to the Marxist FARC terrorists and Islamic radicals as part of a terrorism investigation.

The home of radical Hatem Abudayyeh, a friend of Barack Obama, was raided in the terror sweep.

Hatem Abudayyeh is the executive director of the Arab American Action Network (AAAN). Hatem Abudayyeh has been with the Arab American Action Network (AAAN) since 1999, and was appointed Executive Director in 2003.

The Arab American Action Network was founded by former PLO operative and close Obama family friend Rashid Khalidi. Obama was a director of the Woods Fund from 1994 through 2001, when the board approved a $40,000 grant to the Arab American Action Network.

In 2003 Barack Obama was an honored guest at a dinner sponsored by the AAAN for former PLO-operative Rashid Khalidi.

During the dinner a video was taken that shows Barack Obama celebrating with members of this Palestinian group who are openly hostile towards Israel. Barack Obama even gave a toast to a Rashid Khalidi at this going away party. The LA Times will not release the video from this Jew-bashing dinner.

Not only was Hatem Abudayyeh’s radical organization given $40,000 by Barack Obama and the Woods Fund but his organization also collected nearly half a million in taxpayer money.

The Obama Administration invited Abudayyeh to the White House last year.

Stanley Kurtz at The Corner reported this week that the FBI is still investigating this radical Obama associate:

“Today’s Washington Post features a story by Peter Wallsten (the reporter who obtained the Obama-Khalidi video tape) noting that, under the direction of U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald, the FBI is investigating prominent peace activists and labor organizers for possible ties to terrorism. According to Wallsten, some of the investigation’s targets include “Chicagoans who crossed paths with Obama when he was a young state senator.” This includes, for example, according to Wallsten, Hatem Abudayyeh, executive director of the Arab American Action Network, founded by Rashid Khalidi. (I tell the story of Obama’s ties to AAAN here.) According to the search warrants, investigators are tracking possible “material support” for “Columbian and Palestinian groups designated by the U.S. government as terrorists.” Wallsten suggests that the probe might be awkward for Obama, given his need for support from some of the leftist and labor groups involved.

This is just an investigation, of course, and all so-called targets should be presumed innocent. Also, the activists themselves are crying foul, with the help of close Obama ally, Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky (D-IL). It’s important to protect the right of political dissent. At the same time, support for terrorism is a legitimate target of investigation.”
