The ever liberal leaning Supreme Court has struck again and California will have to release another 10,000 prisoners. Can not violate the Eighth Amendment for Cruel Punishment, of course the cruelty to the public of sending out thousands of criminals is not a consideration. Never mind that while these prisoners probably have it better than military soldiers have it they are over crowded and must be released. Why not put them in military tents? While this is going on the State is confiscating guns from citizens and is getting tough on the law abiding people every day. Wow, one more reason to go to Texas or somewhere else where you can still defend yourself and where they punish criminals.

These days with activists judges we have animals and criminals feelings or well being considered foremost while law abiding or just plain humans are not, i.e., Snail darter and water in California and now the over crowded prisoner release.

Liberals like to belittle, attack and/or demean any one or group that doesn't believe like them. While Conservatives believe in live and let live and do not insist you agree with them. Conservatives  may try to persuade you to understand their side, but respect your right to be different.  I was listening to Rush and he summed it up like that and I think that is right on.

Case in point, Charlie Rangel and others on MSNBC said the Tea Party members were like terrorists , racists of crackers. We know that cracker is not a racist term per the testimony from a recent comment made during the Zimmerman procedure. It is shameful and one reason why so few people watch MSNBC and listen to Charlie.  Again, if you do not agree with these liberals you are belittled and attacked,  as the enemy. So much for the First Amendment in America under the liberal leadership. I.e., IRS and NSA targeting, complete disregard and no respect for Congress by Obama and his minions, czars and appointees. Then you have the silencing of Benghazi and Fast n Furious whistle blowers.

Now, Obama openly is hiring propaganda specialists to NUDGE Americans to his position. Congress or most of them do nothing while this frontal assault is set up to compliment the cover ups, lies and out right disrespect shown for Congress, Constitution, Bill of Rights and every American who dares to disagree with Obama.

Obama compared Ho Chin Minh to our founding fathers! Wow, really? He was a communist whose forces killed 50,000 American GI's in Viet Nam. Our founding fathers were the opposite of communists and god fearing , not Godless men. They  gave us the Constitution and our bill of rights and our Freedom. How opposite of Ho Chin Minh and only a twisted mind could think otherwise, but that does sum up our leader. Sadly.

Our divider in chief Obama gave a surprise speech where he essentially said the problems that Blacks have is continued racism. He failed to mention that 70% of black babies are born to single mothers or that a high number of crimes are committed by blacks. Why did Travon cross the street and get into a fight? Does any one really think a 5'8" guy wanted to fight a 6' 2" 175LBS guy? The jury did not and gave a verdict.

 I think Obama lives in a pre 1970 world, because the US is not the place it was when his mom married a black socialist college student in the 50's. He was elected twice without ever showing his college transcripts, which probably list him as a foreign Muslim student. Regardless of where he was born he used that title to get aid or a slot. Still he was elected and some of the most successful people in the US are black, so it can't be some sort of racial block or it would apply to everyone, right? So, if you study or have a great talent and do not commit a crime you can be very successful, like Obama, Oprah, LeBron, Dr. Carson or so many others.  

Instead of saying that you can be successful in today's America, if you do your best and stay out of trouble.  Obama chose to put spark to flame, indict our judicial system and America in 2013, as a country with bad folks who are racist. What a load of crap and a disservice to our citizens, even the white ones. Obama should just be called a black community organizer or professional campaigner not President of America.

A Tell of Democratic Leadership.

There once was a great America city, where one on six American jobs were related to the businesses headquartered in this city of 2 million people. Detroit!

Now, under democratic leadership it has 700K citizens, 78,000 abandoned buildings, 58 minute wait time for a policeman, very high crime and murder rate , strict gun laws and the largest city in US history to file for bankruptcy.

Just think Obama and the democrats want to lead us, but to where and how bad will it get. Remember, Obama said his policies will make energy prices skyrocket, while we sit on more energy reserves that known in the world. EPA and other federal agencies issuing more new rules than ever before and a tripled federal deficit while printing 80 billion USD every month, propping up Wall Street. Manipulated inflation and unemployment numbers and not to be forgotten Obama care. I know Obama and the democrats can do for every American city what they have done for so many others, including Detroit.

Senator Alexander's anti big government commercial is a joke. He stood up to the Army Engineers and passed a law to allow us to fish near dams. GREAT.

What about Obama's abusive executive orders, Fast n Furious /dead agents/lies, IRS, NSA, Benghazi, Iran nukes/Israel , Keystone, EPA and other agencies going around Congress and abuses, Syria, Egypt Muslim Brotherhood/ military conflict, Muslim Brotherhood working in the Administration of Obama, persecution of Christians in the US military, Obama bringing terrorist to NY courts while drone strikes kill Americans, Farce budget impacts over a slight reduction in the increased budget, abuse from Obama groups to carry out his agendas , Obama's attack on the US military reduction of 12 brigades, unilateral declaration war is over with Islamic terrorists while they attack, unilateral position to reduce US nuclear arsenal to zero or least below Chinese levels, push to close Gitmo and give Constitutional rights to terrorists,( Imagine doing that for Nazi's in WWII), continued apology tours, extreme expensive overseas trips, pledge for 7 billion USD for Africa energy development, foreign aid while deficits grow/tripled, slowing of US energy development and related jobs. This list could go on and on, but the point is the ONE thing Alexander stood up to was fishing locations!!!!!! REALLY!!! We need a real conservative to run in the primary.

If true, I wonder why so sudden? Obama throwing her under the bus, she could not go along with future plans, or what?

I was not a fan, but the devil you know vs one you don't. I wonder, if Obama will put a brotherhood guy in charge or some other person who can incite unrest.

If Obama said we should like him because things are going right he is really out of touch. He and his close advisors are delusional or he is and they are just telling him what he wants to hear.

The fact that Obama could possibly think we should be happy with him is crazy. Now, I see he wants federal employees are to spy on one another. It seems like Obama wants blind obedience and is solidifying his private army.

I do hear that Corzine has charges against him and lost ONE Billion dollars of investors money. Old news, but recently resurfaced. Never makes the news as it is 24/7 Zimmerman and Obama is still in Africa. This is the same guy who supported Obama and VP Biden said was their main financial advisor. Obama and Biden are not saying anything lately, as Corzine's legal troubles continue. I think Corzine is a perfect example of democratic leadership. Just saying.

I believe in our system and therefore support impeachment of Obama and winning elections, others say radical things that are just blowing off steam. Holder our Ag will never charge any democrat  with treason or seek to charge them with any crime. We nee d conservative Constitution loving candidates to run in the GOP primaries and replace our weaker candidates. A third party just essentially elects the liberal/progressives. We need to be lawful and stand for our rights, regardless, if our current President likes them or not.

Seems like Egyptians have decided that radical Islam and their leaders are not for them. Good for them. Morsi turned his back on the democratic process, as soon as he  was elected. Sounds like our guy, a bit. Now that the Muslim Brotherhood has been removed in Egypt, I wonder if Obama will fire them from his staff? Strange days we live in now, strange days, indeed.

One more way to demoralize the troops all while he is on his 100 million USD African trip, no way to keep pools open for the troops. What a load of BS. If Congress had one set between them Obama would be impeached by now. Not for this, but all of the things he and his minions have done. Maybe the First Lady could reduce her 26 staff members to pay for a couple of tools. Previous first ladies had one person maybe two. Just saying... 

If our Congress had have the resolve and intestinal fortitude that the Egyptians have we would watching impeachment proceeding today. How similar was their leader  to ours? Big promises, switch and bait, radicals in charge after the election, ignores the Constitution when it serves him and ignores Congress and the courts when it serves him. If after all of that and Fast n Furious, AG issues, Benghazi, IRS, NSA , ignoring courts orders and the will of Congress not one woman or man in the House will move for impeachment of Obama. They could also impeach other Federal officials, but nothing is done.

Our leader has gone so far that Russia is amazed how far and fast our system has fallen, as they commented in Pravda back a couple of years ago. Can you imagine what they think now. Obama has declared he wishes we were no longer a nuclear power, but would settle for 300 or so nukes for a start. Below the level of China, so I am sure they and every other enemy of the US in the world could not be happier with Obama's position. Add his plan to give away our tax dollars while tripling our budget deficit and the must be ecstatic. He wants to redistribute as much as he can, which is all cap and trade is about except for the credit traders and related fees, which is AL Gore's piece of the pie. Obama's assault of every aspect of America, to transform it, attacks every part of our nation. NASA is re-tasked to Muslim outreach and climate change research. Military will be downsized by 12 brigades among other demoralizing actions. 1.8 billion ammo rounds purchased for Homeland Security along with riot and other gear, War on coal, war over with the Muslim terrorists, at least from our side, there are many more examples and issues, which I know Congress is aware of and still they do nothing.

Evil dwells where good men do nothing and nothing is what our elected representatives are doing. Aside from unlawful actions all we can do is pray and wait for the next election cycle. I will be looking for new State representatives and new national party to take over. 

Every media outlet, including Fox is 24 seven Zimmerman which distracts from the many issues that Obama has going on now. I bet it makes Obama happy that the media ignores world wide issues with this court coverage. They must think Zimmerman will not be convicted, as the evidence seems to indicate. In our system up to now, you are innocent until proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. That burden of proof may be too much for the State to prove. Any time a person is killed is terrible and the court will have to determine what happened and guilt. It is my understanding that Zimmerman is Hispanic and has many people of color in his family, hardly sounds like a racist type person.

All the while known issues, IRS abuse, Benghazi, Fast n Furious, EPA, Land Management abuses, 100 million dollar trips, billions of foreign aid while cutting US programs, 17 trillion in deficit, ignoring Federal court orders, Illegitimate EEOC members, Ignoring Congress on Dream Act and Cap and Trade, huge staffs, 76 Czars and 26 First Lady staffers, etc. . The media ignores these while focusing on Zimmerman who is accused of murder. What about the 10 to 15 murders every weekend in Chicago? Where is Jessie and Al on those murders and countless shootings in a strict gun control State and city? If it was just people, surely they would follow all and where most murders are happening. The fact that these race pimps do not jump on these other crimes means that there are other motivations. 

Who would have thought that immigration would bring these two together smiling. When Schumer is smiling with you something is wrong. As Schumer adds 11 million new democratic voters McCain smiles, really?

The permissible numbers of future immigrates along with the original 11 million plus will push the new group into a new majority in a few years. Good or bad that is the future along with the rest of our PC rules and laws. WE need legal immigrates and should be selective, as all other countries are in the western world. I have friends that are Hispanic, although some are mixed races, black and white. There is no race called Hispanic, but our modern PC government acts like it is. I like the Constitution and references that say all men are created equal and that is how we should look at each person, not divide ourselves into groups. If you come to America legally and want to be an American that is great, if not, you should leave and go back to your own country. Mexico is smart, as they provide little welfare and people seek American support and then send billions back to Mexico.

We should protect our borders, but our weak politicians will not do it. They will not reign in Obama or his shadow government and that worries me. They will smile and legalize illegals and give them a path to citizen and voting. Many if not most democrats want control and 11 million plus new voters is a potential lock on permanent power. People may not be happy when that happens and they get the government they deserve, dragging the rest of us along with them.

How about compromise, legal documentation for illegals that come forward and with no criminal records, pay taxes, no citizen ship with following current laws. Guest worker programs and fair treatment and pay for all. Also, seal the borders.

Obama must be feeling great going back to the home country and spending 100 million dollars in the process. I guess he will be out for the fourth of July, as he doesn't like much about our past and wants to transform America into a third world un armed country. Cutting 10 military brigades and demoralizing our military is more than any enemy could do or hope for and Obama is doing it. Crushing any Christian he can within the military and where ever else he can, IE, forcing birth control and abortion on the Catholics, while exempting the Muslims, as they like Sharia law, unions and other large campaign supporters. Packing the courts while hoping for that solid 5 to 4 flip of the Supreme Court. That would be the ultimate final stake into the heart of our country. I can imagine how happy ever enemy of America when Obama opens his mouth and every executive order and other anti American action he makes. It makes me sick.

Obama traveled back to Germany thinking about his 2008 campaign speech and the 200,000 happy Germans clapping for him. Of course, the Europeans love anybody that praises them and runs down or belittles America or at least it seems that way to me. So, Obama went back to a crowd of couple of thousand invited guests. His speech, as noted by the Weekly Standard was nothing of substance and just a big talker. He rambled about getting rid of nuclear weapons, of course Russia and every enemy of the US  likes the thought of a disarmed USA  non super power. He said we are all citizens of the world, so kinda different from Kennedy or even Reagan, calling for the wall removal. Our current President is weak, wants a weak US and wishes the US was reduced to a member state , ( EQUASL OR LESS),  to the rest of the world lead by the UN. In Obama's perfect world the Constitution, Amendments, guns, States Rights, cheap energy and anything that makes or has made America great is gone or diminished as much as possible.

It was noted in the article what Winston Churchill said about another ineffective weak British government in 1936.  He is, "decided only to be undecided, resolved to be irresolute, adamant for drift, solid for fluidity, all power to be impotent"

This is a perfect description of Obama. The only things he absolute about are he does not like our Constitution or much else about pre Obamanation of America. If he gets to implement his full vision we will be very damaged weak non superpower and in total decline. I think that is his dream, punish America. Um, sounds like what the terrorist say about the US. Weird, isn't it.
