NC Republicans may reject Sen. Richard Burr’s (R-NC) reelection

NC Republican should be made aware of Sen. Richard Burr’s voting record before the 2016 GOP Primary vote; especially, inasmuch as Sen. Richard Burr refuses North Carolinians to see his and other candidates’ opinion views in a TV debate.  Here are a few questionable votes Conservatives may require an answer on from Sen. Richard Burr.

On October 6, 2011, Sen Richard Burr voted ‘YEA’ with Sen. Harry Reid and the Senate Democrats “On the Decision of the Chair “(Shall the Decision of the Chair Stand as the Judgment of the Senate)” allowing Sen. Reid to allow a simple majority vote as final, often called a ‘Nuclear’ vote, rather than requiring a 60 vote to continue with legislation http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=112&session=1&vote=00157.

On December 1, 2011, the US Senate voted 93-7 to approve a defense authorization bill that includes a provision which not only repeals the military law on sodomy, it also repeals the military ban on sex with animals--or bestiality.

Earlier, there was a military law on sodomy as ban on sex with animals--or bestiality.  No more.

December 1, 2011, Sen. Richard Burr voted ‘YEA’ to remove that military law.  It is now legal in the military to have sex with animals http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=112&session=1&vote=00218.

“An original bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2012 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes”  http://cnsnews.com/news/article/senate-approves-bill-legalizes-sodomy-and-bestiality-us-military?mid=5430.

June 11, 2013, Sen. Burr voted ‘YEA’ on (Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act); more ‘illegal’ immigration.

A bill to provide for comprehensive immigration reform and for other purposes

http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=113&session=1&vote=00147.

On September 8, 2014, and after a SCOTUS decision removed the limited funding in elections, and on a Cloture Vote, Sen. Burr voted ‘YEA’ with Sen. Harry Reid and the Democrat Party to REJECT the 1st Amendment rights on equal campaign donations as decided by SCOTUS http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=113&session=2&vote=00259.

September 8, 2014, Sen. John Kerry voted ‘YEA’ to confirm President Obama’s nomination as Secretary of State http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=113&session=1&vote=00005.

September 18, 2014, Sen. Burr voted ‘YEA’ for the Funding Syrian Rebels, another terrorist organization associated with terrorist group named al Qaeda http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=113&session=2&vote=00270.

On December 13, 2014, and immediately after the GOP took control of the Senate, Sen. Burr voted ‘YEA’ to FUND ObamaCare and Illegal immigration http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=113&session=2&vote=00354.

April 23, 2015 on a Cloture Vote, Sen. Richard Burr voted ‘YEA’ to confirm Loretta E. Lynch as President Obama’s nominee for Attorney General http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=114&session=1&vote=00164.

October 7, 2015, Sen. Burr voted ‘YEA’ for legislation that included the funding of abortions in the military; Subtitle B--Health Care Administration http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=114&session=1&vote=00277.

Finally, it is in January news report by the Associated Press (AP) that Sen. Richard Burr told some of his supporters that he would vote for liberal Sen. Bernie Sanders for President before he would vote for Republican Ted Cruz http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/01/22/report-gop-sen-said-he-would-vote-sanders-over-cruz-demands-retraction/.

North Carolinians deserve a TV debate to see and hear qualified candidates as what and how they may express themselves on the issues.

This was about 7 years ago and reading this again (nothing new) I am still amazed HOW "O" was elected President the first time, let alone a second time... tells you a lot about what many people (some of your neighbors) believe and actually support... WHY???

I know you have seen it, but read it again and reflect on America today...

The following is a narrative taken from a 2008 Sunday morning televised "Meet The Press”. From Sunday's 07 Sept. 2008 11:48:04 EST, Televised "Meet the Press" THE THEN Senator Obama was asked about his stance on the American Flag.
General Bill Gann, USAF, (Ret) asked Obama to explain WHY he doesn't follow protocol when the National Anthem is played.
The General stated to Obama that according to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171...
During rendition of the national anthem, when the flag is displayed, all present (except those in uniform) are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. Or, at the very least, "Stand and Face It".

Senator Obama replied:
"As I've said about the flag pin, I don't want to be perceived as taking sides." "There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American flag is a symbol of oppression..." "The anthem itself conveys a war-like message. You know, the bombs bursting in air and all that sort of thing."

Obama continued: "The National Anthem should be 'swapped' for something less parochial and less bellicose. I like the song 'I'd Like To Teach the World To Sing'. If that were our anthem, then, I might salute it. In my opinion, we should consider reinventing our National Anthem as well as 'redesign' our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love.

It's my intention, if elected, to disarm America to the level of acceptance to our Middle East Brethren. If we, as a Nation of warring people, conduct ourselves like the nations of Islam, where peace prevails - - - perhaps a state or period of mutual accord could exist between our governments ......"

When I Become President, I will seek a pact of agreement to end hostilities between those who have been at war or in a state of enmity, and a freedom from disquieting oppressive thoughts.

We as a Nation, have placed upon the nations of Islam, an unfair injustice which is WHY my wife disrespects the Flag and she and I have attended several flag burning ceremonies in the past".

"Of course now, I have found myself about to become The President of the United States and I have put my hatred aside. I will use my power to bring CHANGE to this Nation, and offer the people a new path. My wife and I look forward to becoming our Country's First black  Family.

Indeed, CHANGE is about to overwhelm the United States of America."

Pentagon Can’t Account For 8.5 Trillion Taxpayer Dollars

November 19, 2013 by Sam Rolley

Pentagon Can’t Account For 8.5 Trillion Taxpayer Dollars
FILE

A recent investigation has revealed that the Pentagon has failed to account for $8.5 trillion dollars of taxpayer money Congress has allocated toward the U.S. Department of Defense since 1996.

According to the report, out from Reuters, the Pentagon has routinely cooked its books by failing to supply a clear monthly account of the money spent for Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS).

Via Reuters:

Linda Woodford spent the last 15 years of her career inserting phony numbers in the U.S. Department of Defense’s accounts.

Every month until she retired in 2011, she says, the day came when the Navy would start dumping numbers on the Cleveland, Ohio, office of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, the Pentagon’s main accounting agency. Using the data they received, Woodford and her fellow DFAS accountants there set about preparing monthly reports to square the Navy’s books with the U.S. Treasury’s — a balancing-the-checkbook manoeuvre required of all the military services and other Pentagon agencies.

And every month, they encountered the same problem. Numbers were missing. Numbers were clearly wrong. Numbers came with no explanation of how the money had been spent or which congressional appropriation it came from. “A lot of times there were issues of numbers being inaccurate,” Woodford says. “We didn’t have the detail … for a lot of it.”

The data flooded in just two days before deadline. As the clock ticked down, Woodford says, staff were able to resolve a lot of the false entries through hurried calls and emails to Navy personnel, but many mystery numbers remained. For those, Woodford and her colleagues were told by superiors to take “unsubstantiated change actions” — in other words, enter false numbers, commonly called “plugs,” to make the Navy’s totals match the Treasury’s.

The news agency revealed that for the fiscal year 2012, it is “impossible to determine” how much of the $565 billion Congress budgeted for the Pentagon was used for its intended purpose.

The report also reveals numerous examples of unnecessary military spending as well as about a half trillion dollars in unaudited contracts with private companies, meaning there is no way to tell whether goods and services were ever actually delivered to the Defense Department.

“The Pentagon can’t manage what it can’t measure, and Congress can’t effectively perform its constitutional oversight role if it doesn’t know how the Pentagon is spending taxpayer dollars,” Senator Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) said in an email response to Reuters. “Until the Pentagon produces a viable financial audit, it won’t be able to effectively prioritize its spending, and it will continue to violate the Constitution and put our national security at risk.”

Coburn and Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) have introduced bipartisan legislation to limit funding for new Pentagon programs and prohibit the purchase of new technology if the Defense Department is not ready for audits by 2017.

That the Pentagon is bad at tracking taxpayer money is nothing new. In fact, on the day before the terror attacks on 9/11 that lead to more than a decade of ramped up military spending, then Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld announced, “According to some estimates, we cannot track $2.3 Trillion dollars in transactions.”

Rumsfeld went on to say that America’s “adversary is closer to home, it’s the Pentagon bureaucracy.”

The next day, however, the Trade Centers fell and talk about wasteful military spending was forgotten.

I agree, as sequestration was Obama's idea and now he will not speak with the republicans unless one of them might be Iranian, Asian or Muslim? He just points at the GOP and the media backs his one way blame for the issue.

Obama should listen for once to our citizens and labor unions, who do not want Obama care. The President should change his ways and stop travel, vacations, and leading from behind and actually lead to resolve  this issue, compromise and get the budget issue behind us.  All he does is show favoritism, slam the GOP, Tea Party and anyone else that might disagree with his vision for America, non super power, weaker financially, Ponzi scheme based global climate carbon credit trading , reduced nuclear and military . UN controlled , altered Constitution and diminished rights, etc..

Senator Alexander's anti big government commercial is a joke. He stood up to the Army Engineers and passed a law to allow us to fish near dams. GREAT.

What about Obama's abusive executive orders, Fast n Furious /dead agents/lies, IRS, NSA, Benghazi, Iran nukes/Israel , Keystone, EPA and other agencies going around Congress and abuses, Syria, Egypt Muslim Brotherhood/ military conflict, Muslim Brotherhood working in the Administration of Obama, persecution of Christians in the US military, Obama bringing terrorist to NY courts while drone strikes kill Americans, Farce budget impacts over a slight reduction in the increased budget, abuse from Obama groups to carry out his agendas , Obama's attack on the US military reduction of 12 brigades, unilateral declaration war is over with Islamic terrorists while they attack, unilateral position to reduce US nuclear arsenal to zero or least below Chinese levels, push to close Gitmo and give Constitutional rights to terrorists,( Imagine doing that for Nazi's in WWII), continued apology tours, extreme expensive overseas trips, pledge for 7 billion USD for Africa energy development, foreign aid while deficits grow/tripled, slowing of US energy development and related jobs. This list could go on and on, but the point is the ONE thing Alexander stood up to was fishing locations!!!!!! REALLY!!! We need a real conservative to run in the primary.

I Called To Stop Super Committee

I called Senator Roy Blunt and Rep Billy Long and told them to put a stop to the Super Committee. I mentioned that this committee doesn't answer to the House or Senate at all and at most is against the Constitution. I even mentioned that I'm voting all them out anyway first chance I get. I didn't call Senator McCaskill because she's a waste of good breathe. She will probably be voted out next year anyway but we will work just as hard as if she's a good fighter. : ) American Patriots www.cafepress.com/americanrevolution

In Elaborate TARP Funds Shuffle

GM Ads Claim Bailout "Paid Off"

A top Senate Republican is angry with the Obama administration for not refuting General Motor’s recent claim to having paid off its bailout five years ahead of schedule. Vice President Joe Biden immediately chimed in that GM’s effort was “a great accomplishment” as soon as the ads began running. And so far no one from the adminstration has admitted that GM is putting a hoax over on the taxpayeers. Once proud General Motors now finds itself in boiling hot water over a blatantly false advertisment featuring GM Chairman and CEO Ed Whiteacre claiming the troubled car company has “repaid” its bailout from the taxpayers “in full.” The Federal Trade Commission quickly moved to investigate the claim all the while Republicans on Capital Hill were going bonkers over the clearly murky statements. The Obama administration has not responded to charges that GM was falsifying advertising in order to gain unwaranted trust from consumers while government watchdogs say that the automaker may have “technically paid off the bailout money by dipping into a separate pot of bailout funds the equivalent of a slush fund which also came from the U.S. Taxpayers. “Truth in advertising” laws prohibit commercials which are “likely to mislead consumers.”
Supposedly “too big to fail,” GM’s TV spot irritated viewers with common sense. The former auto-giant since the bailout has shown very little profit, how was this possible? "We have repaid our government loans in full — with interest — five years ahead of the original schedule," said Whitacre in the ad, while asking Americans to give the bankrupt company “another look.” Top senate Republican Chuck Grassley of Iowa said GM was misleading taxpayers by using a special escrow account to repay the loan. His charge was backed up by TARP inspector general Neil Barofsky who told Fox News as well as the senate finance committee that Grassley was correct, GM used bailout money to pay back the federal government. Grassley described the whole thing as “nothing more than an elaborate TARP money shuffling.”
Not only is all the TARP money NOT paid off by GM, but the company is not Whitacre’s company anyway. 61% is owned by the U.S. Government and 12% is owned by the Canadian Government and GM is definitely NOT yet solvent, still racked by debt and so far unable to turn a profit (and hasn’t done so since 2004) GM received a $52 infusion of money from the federal government in 2009. Grassley, meanwhile has written a letter with his findings to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and asked for more information about why the company was allowed to use bailout money to repay bailout money and how much of the remaining escrow funds GM would be allowed to keep. Since GM received the equivalent of over $14,000 per automobile in bailout funds, how it can keep from turning a profit is beyond Rajjpuut’s simple power to add or detract. Rest assured, however, no actual profit was made and no actual GM money was used in “paying off the bailout.” In fact, Rajjpuut, is betting that Chrysler, who received a bailout simultaneously with GM is no where nearer to solvency than it was a year ago and GM's solvency is still very much up in the air. Stupidity like Whitacre's little charlatan ad stunt is surely not going to be earning any consumer confidence for GM in the near future and Rajjpuut expects him to be handed his hat within a month.
Ya’ll live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut
