Howdy all!  Well, I am back, or am I still here, or what is it?  I don’t really know, but I want to share with you again.

So,…

In the first place, it is to be remembered, that the general government is not to be charged with the whole power of making and administering laws. Its jurisdiction is limited to certain enumerated objects, which concern all the members of the republic, but which are not to be attained by the separate provisions of any. ~ James Madison, Federalist Paper XIV, 1787

It has been a while, and so much has gone on, personally and politically.  So, may I share?  Life sure has its way of focusing on what is important.  My Dad has not been well.  He turned 82 in February, in the hospital.  I called him to say hi, and he asked me to come to NY.  He never asks.  So, Terri helped find the funds and I went, taking my son who is back home a year after leaving the Army.  By the time we got to NY, Dad was out of the hospital and excited about our visit.  I realized that we would have a rare moment.  There were 3 generations of Tom Kiley’s, all veterans at dinner; Air Force in Korea, Navy in the Cold War, Army in Afghanistan.  My Dad hasn’t been that happy in ages.  That was so good for my soul as well. 

Now politically.  So much is going on.  How can we keep up with it all?  Answer – you can’t.  It isn’t possible.  And that is by design.  You know, the old Cloward and Piven overloading the system.  Well, it seems there is one way; local activity.  Here’s an example.  In my legislative district we have 2 state representatives that are both republican; one who is really good, and one who has self-proclaimed to be a social moderate.  She has been more liberal in the recent past, being the sponsor for WA state’s gay marriage law, and for a law to control air quality that would cause mandatory destruction of woodstoves in homes – all based on just one complaint.  Well, she was recently a sponsor of WA state house bill HB1588.  This bill was the mandatory background checks for private gun sales bill.  Well, a number of her constituents started to write, and call, and communicate with each other.  As a PCO, I sent her a letter reminding her that her job as our rep is to speak our voice, not hers.  After lots of calls, and letters from many people in the 16^th and other LD’s, she actually changed her mind.  She realized that this would not ‘close a loophole’ in background checks at gun shows.  It would only impose more control over those who already follow the laws.  The bad sorts would not care at all.  And, she realized that this bill would greatly infringe on our 2^nd amendment rights.  Not only did she change her mind, but she stood strong with her stance against this bill, even with pressure from national figures such as Gabby Giffords!  Bottom line – local efforts worked.  The bill never made it out of the House in Olympia.  It didn’t have the support to pass.  And our rep’s position had a lot to do with that.  But our work isn’t done.  As Madison said, government’s jurisdiction is limited to certain enumerated objects.  Overstepping these limits does nothing for the people and is usually unconstitutional.  All it does is strengthen what choke hold we allow our federally (and statewide) elected employees to have over us.  We are experiencing dramatic overstepping of the government’s jurisdiction, and we cannot stop it all at once.  But, we can change things one by one.  Effort by effort.  We have proved it in the fighting 16^th!  And I for one look forward to doing it again.  And remember to pray.  As I said we cannot fix it all, and we cannot fix it at once.  Pray for God’s wisdom, and do what is right.  The peace you receive will be well worth it.  I sensed it after seeing my Dad, and again after seeing the background check bill wither away.

One other prayer I know of may help.  This prayer has helped me throughout my life;

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.

“Beware Of The Republican's 'Big Tent' Fiasco”

I heard the phrase a few years ago. I cannot remember which national Republican Party member said it first, but it was definitely a Republican leader. Whomever it was, I believe it was first coined as a phrase in response to that political party's choice of Mitt Romney for their pick as the US Presidential bid. Somehow though, someone in that political party felt that they needed to gather as many votes as they could find, even from normally unlikely and unfriendly sources. As of late, especially after Romney losing the last race for President, the Republican's are now utilizing more frequently the terminology of; “we are a big tent party.”

Governor's Jindal of Louisiana and Christy of New Jersey use it now, and I even hear some Conservatives using the phrase. Karl Rove and other RINO's like him such as Chris Christy of New Jersey however seemingly utilizing that terminology the most. That's what's so frighting to me, when the RINO's use that terminology. Let's face it, “big tent” can mean many things to many people. As a matter fact, I'll bet you(if I was a betting man, which I'm not) if you put 10 different Republican Party members in a room and asked them individually what was meant by their Party's phrase; “big tent”, you'd probably get eight to to ten different answers. It's so vague but in all earnest, I believe it's meant to be that way. The RINO's use of “big tent” cannot have anything good for America meant by it's use.

I'm not one much for deceptive politics’s, never have been, never will be, that's just me. Others love it, roll around in it like pigs in mud. but for me anyway... I don't like the smell of it. About the whole Republican Party “big tent” thing; I know that I know, that I know...it's all about the Republican Party leader's deception and certainly contains nothing good for America. The Bible states clearly; “let your yes be yes and your no...no.” I know what's coming from those blasted Republican RINO's and their leaders, they in reality are like men who are transvestites. You know; “men on the outside, but feel like women on the inside.” These Republican's want to trade in what's left of “God” in their political platform for such things as; “softening their political stances” on issues such as abortion, homosexuality(Newt Gingrich and Rob Portman are already proponents of homosexuality), illegal immigration and whatever else they think they can get away with to gather more votes, even if it means recruiting the devil himself. These evilists would compromise their own mother's lives if they thought they could garner more votes for the Republican Party. Isn't it bad enough that the Democratic Party openly hate God and mocks Him as well? Now we have the Republican's trying to slime their way in the hearts of Americans doing the same thing ?

                                                                  

History shows that God of the Bible judges such wicked nations as ours who compromise with Biblical morality and truth. Aren't we a wicked enough nation already ? and haven't we already seen enough tragedies in our nation because of it all yet ? Come on !?! Isn't Obama terrorizing you and I enough yet ? Don't you believe there was God's hand in allowing Obama to be first elected then re-elected once again ? No, look at reality...it's not only those “stupid Obama voters” that people keep talking about who are ruining our nation and world. Even with all the voter fraud that took place on Election Day, 2012, God still allowed Obama's re-election and so did the Republican Party by putting up (yet another) RINO-compromiser. When we now have so many RINO's in Congress and also putting them up for the Republican Party challengers for the Presidency, God is not pleased. How can He be ? Who do you think God was more pleased wit hon Election Day last time around ?... a Muslim-Communist or a Mormon-RINO ? In God the Bible's eyes, they are exactly the same. Thus, our nation goes on in suffering.

It appears many American's haven't figured it out yet that you can't keep “pissing“ God off(I don't normally use that phrase but it seems it's the only way some people will listen !). I know what the jesus butterfly believers will tell you but, unrepentant... they're going to hell too with the other unbelievers(read Matthew 7:21-23) as well, please don't listen to them. The Republican Party's “big tent” theory is in reality a reach over to that base of people who will compromise with God's Word and are ignorant of what God says He hates. Unfortunately these days, that's a lot of people here in America. It would seem there are still many folks remaining in our nation who haven't suffered enough yet to change their minds and hearts back to God. These people are still hearty foolish enough to believe every word(which many times are blatant, open lies) that spews from a politicians mouth... both Republican as well as Democratic Party's.

Sometimes when writing each week, I wish I could write more “flowery” and “happy tone-sounding” words to people on my blog articles. Personally, I'm tired of needing to always point out matters of how sick our nation and world has been becoming all in an effort to wake people up. I know...2Timothy 3:1-13 and all the rest of the Bible Scriptures that talk about how bad people's attitudes will get in the “end times”, but I am in real hope and prayer that there will be one last great revival before Jesus' return. I want to see marriages restored, minds and bodies healed, I want to see hearts totally surrendered to the risen Saviour Jesus Christ. The problem that stands in the way of all this however is the millions and millions of hardened hearts in America and around the world. Politics, religion, hatred, greed, unforgivness, adultery, homosexuality, abortion... these and many more sinful acts and or agreement with them prevent many from being whole and restored as they really wish. These types of sins growing, just plain stops me from sharing messages of those “happy-tone sounding” messages I wish to convey. The sad reality is, these days... only the false profits are spreading those kind of messages because we live in a time of spiritual upheaval and darkness.

The message of the day is what the Bible declares as true; “There is nothing new under the sun.” The devil's schemes never changes, he just gives those schemes a new name, The devil's tricks are always the same ol' ploy each and every time. Don't be fooled by the Republican Party's “big tent” message-that's my point here. It's a con job by the Republican leaders, and if those who belong in the Republican Party also continue to “compromise” God's word any more, we can all say goodbye to what was once known as “The United States Of America.” God will spare no one who compromises His Word, no one. Hope that's not you friend---hope that's not you.

Lady Liberty stands in New York Harbor proclaiming: Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.

Lady Liberty: A beacon of freedom the entire world sees.  A symbol of a better way of life anchored in liberty, opportunity and equal protection under the law.

Inspiring yes, but that is not the entire story.

Lady Liberty also stands as a reminder to America that the the American way of life is why people have come to this country for centuries.

What the world is currently witnessing is the collapse of the European socialist economic model; the failure of government dependency. As more people become dependent on government, fewer people are left to pay the cost.

But it goes beyond simply spending other people’s money. The socialist entitlement mentality makes people less productive. As more and more people become less and less productive, an ever-smaller minority of productive people become responsible for shouldering the burdens of a completely lopsided, unfair system. When a tiny number of productive people are required to deprive themselves of the fruits of their own labor in order to finance the lives of the remaining population, where is the incentive for them to produce?

If that is not enough, reliance on a big government nanny state makes people less responsible for themselves; less self-reliant. That is the antithesis of the American way of life.

When European settlers colonized the New World, they left the security of Europe behind in favor of North America’s unknown wilderness. They left homes, family, friends and country in exchange for an opportunity to build better lives for themselves. They were freed from the constraints of Europe’s restrictive class system.  They openly rejected the European way by their leaving.

When the British Monarchy deemed to re-impose that system on Britain’s thirteen North American Colonies, that attempt was adamantly and thoroughly rejected. Hence: the Declaration of Independence, the American Revolution and the founding of the United States of America.

When America’s pioneers ventured forth to traverse the Great Plains and cross the Rocky Mountains they were completely self-reliant. They took care of themselves. They did not have, want, or need a big nanny state government to take care of them from cradle to grave.

This is the stuff of which America is made.

Because it gives them control over “the masses”, “progressives” have long sought to fashion America after the European socialist model, to make Americans more government dependent. There was FDR with the New Deal and Social Security. LBJ gave America the Great Society, Welfare Programs and Medicare.  Then, Obama forced upon an unwilling America the crown jewel of European style socialism; government controlled medicine.

Every time “progressives” hold a press conference they sound exactly the way they have always sounded: they inherited the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. Their policies are working, but need more time. Congress needs to quit stalling and enact more of their policies. The private sector is doing fine but to grow the economy government needs to spend more money to create more government jobs at the state and local level.

Repeatedly, “progressives” show exactly how out of touch they are with the private sector, how the American economy works, the lessons of American history and the nature of America’s people.

Europe will not work in America. Neither will out of touch narcissists who insist on imposing a long rejected European system upon America.

It is time for Americans to reject the following proposal, long foisted upon America by the self-imagined, self-appointed, “progressive” intellectual elite:

We, the government, are your lords and masters.  You will do as we say, not as we do.  For we are the enlightened "progressives" and you are but melting pot bitter clingers.

Rage continues to build across this country over the obvious forged birth certificate Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama, released April 27, 2011, as do calls for his impeachment. However, Obama cannot be impeached.

Let me quote Dr. Edwin Vieira, who wrote about this back in December 2008 before Obama was “sworn” into office

If Obama is not “a natural born Citizen” or has renounced such citizenship, he is simply not eligible for “the Office of President” (Article II, Section 1, Clause 4). That being so, he cannot be “elected” by the voters, by the Electoral College, or by the House of Representatives (see Amendment XII). For neither the voters, nor the Electors, nor members of the House can change the constitutional requirement, even by unanimous vote inter sese (see Article V). If, nonetheless, the voters, the Electors, or the members of the House purport to “elect” Obama, he will be nothing but a usurper, because the Constitution defines him as such. And he can never become anything else, because a usurper cannot gain legitimacy if even all of the country aid, abets, accedes to, or acquiesces in his usurpation.

If Obama dares to take the Presidential “Oath or Affirmation” of office, knowing that he is not “a natural born Citizen,” he will commit the crime of perjury or false swearing (see Article II, Section 1, Clause 7). For, being ineligible for “the Office of President,” he cannot “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,” or even execute it at all, to any degree. Thus, his very act of taking the “Oath or Affirmation” will be a violation thereof! So, even if the chief justice of the Supreme Court himself looks the other way and administers the “Oath or Affirmation,” Obama will derive no authority whatsoever from it.

Third, his purported “Oath or Affirmation” being perjured from the beginning, Obama’s every subsequent act in the usurped “Office of President” will be a criminal offense under Title 18, United States Code, Section 242.

If Obama does become an usurper posturing as “the President,” Congress cannot even impeach him because, not being the actual President, he cannot be “removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors” (see Article II, Section 4).

For those who think Dr. Vieira Jr., Ph.D., J.D., is just some run-of-the-mill attorney, let me give you a very condensed bio: He holds four degrees from Harvard. For more than 30 years he has practiced law, with emphasis on constitutional issues. In the Supreme Court of the United States, he successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, Chicago Teachers Union v. Hudson and Communications Workers of America v. Beck. His two volume tome, “Pieces of Eight: The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States Constitution,” is the most comprehensive study in existence of American monetary law and history viewed from a constitutional perspective.

Despite all the noise out there by Obama’s supporters, it is crystal clear the putative president was born with dual citizenship and is forever ineligible to be president.
Obama seized the office of president through fraud. As a usurper, he’s never held office. That’s what the word usurp means: to seize and hold (a position, office, power, etc.) by force or without legal right. Since he legally has never occupied the White House as president, he cannot be impeached.

Now, when I have pointed this out countless times to groups demanding impeachment, I get this response: I don’t care – we just have to get him out.

Those are people who proudly proclaim they only want to see the U.S. Constitution upheld. Those are people who state unequivocally that the usurper was never eligible to run because he’s not a natural born citizen under the U.S. Constitution.

You can’t have it both ways. In essence, what those folks are saying is we can do the same thing as Obama and his coconspirators: circumvent the Constitution.

But, the usurper has committed crimes while in office! Indeed, he has and continues to do so. Knowing he was not eligible to run, the putative president solicited campaign donations to the tune of about $700 million dollars. He can still be indicted for wire fraud
Those who demand his impeachment are asking to set one of the worst legal precedents in our history: Any constitutionally ineligible thug can come along and buy his way into the White House. We’ll just impeach him later!

To impeach would also accomplish this: Every piece of legislation he’s signed into law would remain on the books. Let me quote Dr. Vieira one more time:

“Perhaps most importantly, Congress can pass no law while an usurper pretends to occupy “the Office of President.” The Constitution provides that “[e]very Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States” (Article I, Section 7, Clause 2). Not to a usurper posturing as “the President of the United States,” but to the true and rightful President. If no such true and rightful President occupies the White House, no “Bill” will or can, “before it become a Law, be presented to [him].” If no “Bill” is so presented, no “Bill” will or can become a “Law.” And any purported “Law” that the usurper “approve[s]” and “sign[s],” or that Congress passes over the usurper’s “Objections,” will be a nullity. Thus, if Obama deceitfully “enters office” as an usurper, Congress will be rendered effectively impotent for as long as it acquiesces in his pretenses as “President.”

Besides removing a usurper from office, that should be our second-highest consideration and why the outlaw Congress hasn’t moved against him. All 535 of them allowed this to happen, and now it’s gone so far; they don’t have the courage to take on the mess they’ve made.

The usurper can be indicted once out of office, but how to get him out? Please take the time to read my column on that process. Will he ever be indicted for his crimes? With enough public pressure, it can happen because his handlers would simply throw him under the bus as a liability.

There will be a massive push to keep the putative president off the ballot in dozens of states. It will come from candidates who understand the process discussed in my column above. Mark my words, what’s coming will be a nightmare for the DNC and Obama’s handlers. Time is running out for them to find another viable candidate; something will have to give. One way or the other, Obama’s crimes are going to catch up with him, but please stop working toward setting the wrong legal precedent. It’s beyond frustrating, I know, but either we live our words in supporting the U.S. Constitution or we take the wrong road opening the door for another ineligible candidate with enough money and corrupt individuals behind him to seize the office of president.

Support and Defend the Constitution of the U.S. and support those Congressmen who uphold it.

                        This past week the Senate Judiciary Committee passed Sen. Diane Feinstein’s gun control measure that outlaws more than 150 different firearms by a strictly party line (10-8) vote, despite a 2^nd Amendment that clearly says “shall not be infringed”.  It doesn’t say “some firearms can be infringed”, or “some magazines can be infringed”; it says “shall not be infringed”.  State legislatures in California, Illinois, New York, and now Colorado have all passed some sort of gun control measures that clearly go against the Constitution, the 2^nd Amendment, and the intentions of our Founding Fathers.

In a recent blog I suggested a possible way to reverse the domination of the federal government over our lives and return to a true Constitutional Republic by obtaining two things.  Two amendments really.  Term Limits and Voter ID.  It so happens I posted that same blog in three different places on the web and received the same question from several different people which I will attempt to answer here.  I know some will not like this answer, but it is the only one I can envision as being remotely possible.

Allow me to begin with a little background on the enacting of Amendments to the constitution.  Here is what the fifth article of our Constitution states about enacting amendments.  

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

The simple way is to have the congress propose the amendment then have 75% or 39 states ratify it.  The harder way is for the legislatures of 2/3rds or 34 of the states to call for a constitutional convention.  The only way that I see for this to happen is that second way.  I just cannot see the power mad people in our congress limiting their power in any manner.

OK so now we know the mechanics involved; how do we make it happen?  We have the ability and the means to generate a ground swell of support for this.  It is called The Tea Party.  BUT.  Therein lies another problem.  There is not one Tea Party in this country.  There are at least three national organizations calling themselves “The Tea Party.”  They agree on many things.  The main point of disagreement is all in the how.

The ‘Tea Party Patriots’ as seen at http://teaparty.net I believe was the first to open a site on the web.  They brook almost no outside comment, but do disseminate information.  They have their own set of core beliefs they adhere to.  The second is http://teaparty.org.  They seek comments from members and this blog will be posted on that site.  They also have their core beliefs, which are different in kind form the other two.  The third is the Tea Party Express.  Sorry I don’t have their web site as I don’t personally enjoy some of their methods.  Therein lays the rub.  Their methods.  I will leave an in depth analysis of those methods for another and, trust me, much more boring blog.  Suffice it to say they don’t approach the same problems, on some cases, and certainly go about attacking those problems in vastly different ways.  Now that can be a good thing!  IF they could just focus!  If they got together and used their dissimilar approaches to get those state legislatures to call that convention we could have one in about two years.

Simple, right?  Yeah sure.

Let me close with one thought.  Without, at the very least, the voter ID laws passed in a vast majority of the states, the liberals will continue to win and We The People shall continue to lose.  Because the dead have come back to life and are voting democratic as are the illegals in every state!

The new world order is being thwarted so says the former US National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski (founder of the Trilateral Commission, a Council on Foreign Relations luminary and a regular Bilderberg attendee). Instead of one new world order, Brzezinski says there will be several nations that will play big roles. He laments that the world can’t be controlled under a one new world order because of technology, because it has enlightened the people and more importantly have made them politically active. He calls it “populist activism.” The people are resisting external control. He particularly names America.

What this means is that you and me and millions of people all over the world like us are making a difference. We must have confidence in this news. Brzezinski states that the TV, the Internet and radio have produced this global awakening to political action.

When we take action for our country, for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, we should have confidence and know that good always wins out so long of course there are people around doing good and will fight for it – Give me liberty or give me death! For God (who is always good) asks, who is more powerful than He? The answer, of course, is no one, especially not the evil one. It is interesting to note that Brzezinski states that one requirement of a new one world order requires the people to be “unrestrained by traditional values” -- another good reason to uphold our traditional values.

                         Why are all the gun stores selling out??? Here’s one reason.

This is from a person in Fresno, CA. but not limited to Fresno . In fact we think it's happening all over the U.S

We now live about 30 miles from Fresno. We are up in the Sierras and Fresno is the first big town we encounter when we leave the mountains. We shop there often. I received this from my ex-homicide partner who is still active in law enforcement circles in the Fresno area.

Excuse the language, but don't excuse the facts. Don't give up your guns, and buy necessary ammunition if you can find it. Be cautious and alert. Be ready if, God forbid, we need to protect our families and loved ones.

If you weren't at Rotary meeting on Friday, you missed the only decent speaker we've had in more than a year. LTC John Cotter is the 144th Fighter Wing's anti-terrorism officer. John had a two-part presentation. First part was describing his job as the unit's anti-terrorism officer. Pretty standard stuff.

FBI investigates and determines these women have been doing this all over the Valley. Cell phones shipped through Canada to Iraq/Afghanistan where they become triggers for roadside bombs.

The Shell station at Peach and Shaw. Every time a local GI goes there in fatigues they are asked specific questions. What is your unit? When are you deploying? How many aircraft are you taking?

The F-16s out of Fresno fly CAP for west coast. As such they are the first line of defense so they have the US’s most sophisticated air-to-air missiles. Foreign governments would like to get their hands on those missiles or at least learn how to build them. Also how many we have, etc. Two spy groups are working on it, one based at Fashion Fair Mall (the F-16s take-off pattern) and one based at Sierra Vista Mall (the F-16s landing pattern).

Cotter said the ragheads (but we don't profile) are always probing the base. Two dorks in a pickup show up at the front gate wanting to deliver a package marked Air National Guard, Fresno.. No postage, no UPS, no FedEx, no DHL, no nothing. Just a probe.

I asked Cotter why we haven't seen anything about this in The Bee, on KMJ, on local TV news. He said they're not interested. Since Friday I've learned of two other things. My brother-in-law, Frank, (management at Avaya) had a Muslim tech who took a leave-of-absence for 6 weeks in Afghanistan . After the 6 weeks were up he called from New York requesting an extension. Frank (who does profile) said, you're fired, and called the Fresno FBI who were very interested. Don't know the outcome. A Muslim who owns a liquor store in my former hometown of Kingsburg was constantly bugging customers to buy guns for him. Finally one of the guys I grew up with called the FBI.

We are a country at war and the enemy is among us. I don't care what Janet Napolitano says, it's a fight to the death and we should be as prepared as possible. Brother-in-law Frank has a theory and I think it may be closer to the truth than Homeland Security wants to admit. There are a certain number (probably a large number) of Muslims among us who are awaiting the trigger date and will begin randomly killing as many of us as they can, sort of a Fort Hood on steroids. I know I'm getting prepared to shoot back.

It warns U.S. gun owners what will result with gun registration. He provides real world examples of what has happened in Canada where gun registration has led to gun confiscation and making gun ownership illegal. He even points out an example of a lawful citizen using a weapon to defend his home from firebombs by criminals, has led to the gun owner being charged as a criminal for using his gun.

With the rise of Islam, there is also a rise in anti-Semitism in the world. I guess its time to look at the better side of the issue and how it affects all of us. Jews with their great contributions to civilization are in many ways a microcosm of humanity in general. They have suffered much for their specific role in what I see as God's salvation plan for all of us, regardless of race, creed or national origin. Others may have differing opinions to spew, but the time has come to again see the Beauty of what God has wrought in the midst of inevitable wars and threats of wars among the sons of man. It goes all the way back to our first common parents – Adam and Eve if you will. When Cain slew his brother Abel out of envy and disobedience, it set the mold for all future conflicts.

God loved both Abraham’s offspring, Isaac and Ishmael equally and honored his covenants with them. Isaac, the forbearer of the Jews had a prophetic messianic mission Christians see fulfilled in Jesus the Christ. Jews aren’t ready for that conclusion, but they are not lost in the eyes of G-d.  They’ve borne their burdens steadfastly. King David was “a man after G-d’s own heart!”

Ishmael, the forbearer of the Arab peoples and Islam, could be the sand grit (pun intended) to irritate a world that has become too comfortable and power lusting at the top while seeing drastic human population reduction as their eugenics ideal of a wonderful, pristine “green” Earth devoid of undesirable people. Ishmael must learn that a hand extended in love is far more powerful than one yielding a sword. Isaac must remain obedient to G-d and love the Goya of all faiths and cultures.

Humans, being what they are have yielded the same misguided envies that drove Cain to slay Abel. It’s that God-given free will we exercise so poorly! We see it played out today in an epic spiritual battle that is getting nastier every day. Treating the situation as politics as usual, we do so at our own peril. It runs much deeper and requires a complete redirection of our collective moral compasses. In the end, it is not the Satan-coveted bloodshed and promiscuity that will prevail, but Love and an appreciation for the true diversity of mankind. Our Creator endowed us with myriad gifts and talents and gave us the right to discover, develop, and exercise them in a responsible way as good stewards of Creation and the souls of those we influence. This true diversity is an all-inclusive offset to the temptations that drive men and women to seek sexual satisfaction outside the marriage covenant between a man and woman through which society thrives and survives.

I’m writing as a Catholic Christian who researched an idea of how the biblical Adam and Eve our first parents were given a promise of redemption as they left the Garden.. How would that promise be passed down from generation to generation over about 55,000-60,000 years of human growth and migration? There were no books, no stone tablets that could be carried as humankind grew and dispersed about the planet. There is DNA however. My premise, like many before me, including the Magi and the Star of Bethlehem, is that the promise of redemption was written in the stars and constellations – easily discerned from their more ancient names. For example, the constellation in Virgo called “Berenice’s wig” was originally Comah, “the Longed For.” It depicts a virgin girl holding a small boy called “Shes-Nu” – the Desired Son. It is the very first of the most common and beautiful subject of painters; Madonna and Child. Aristotle noted in 332 BC that the Greek mythology of his time was “a perversion of ancient wisdom.” How ancient? This is as ancient as human (spiritual) history gets. I don’t know what the beings were who preceded God’s dealings with our first parents any more than I can answer my 4 year old cousin’s question back in 1944 – “Mommy, how high do you go to get to the top of up?” … or what’s beyond the furthest star, or how long ago is eternity past? Humbling mysteries all.

Civilizations rose and fell, with each evidencing conflicting religious and power drives – for good and evil. In that sense, all civilizations are alike, yet they are all different. They seem to carry the same hope for salvation and eternal life and the same vision for ruling the world around them.. Even the Aztecs in their mythology were waiting for a woman to appear on the hill of Tepeyac in today’s Mexico City. The appearance of Jesus’ mother Mary to Juan Diego in 1531 accomplished the conversion to Christianity of 10 million Aztecs in less than 9 years and ultimately the conversion of the entire Western Hemisphere that led to its first Pope in 2013. The maguey cactus tilma with a seam down the middle where she implanted her miraculous portrait is still with us. The portrait has been subject to weather, candle smoke and deep scientific investigation, a bombing, and still retains its amazing color and story. She is known as Our Lady of Guadalupe. Even the stars on her cloak reflect the constellations visible on December 12, 1531. This Jewish mother of ours sure got around – even to inspiring Mohammed to declare her the most important woman in Islam 800 or so years earlier.

What else does this have to do with the Jews? With each Tribe of Israel having a Zodiac sign, they are like actors in a school play where 12 children each carry a sign telling part of a story with its various components. The story was laid out in the stars in 48 constellations for Adam and Eve so all humankind can share in the hope. The story begins at Virgo and ends at Leo - 180 degrees opposite the starting point of the astrologers. It is further verified in an Egyptian temple where a sphinx with the head of a woman and the body of a lion rests between Virgo and Leo - the beginning and the end of the story. According to the Virgo to Leo sequence, a virgin born Desired Son will suffer, overcome and free all mankind and end up as the Lion of Judah who will reign forever –a wonderful prophetic story of hope thousands of generations have shared with their children as they gazed into the heavens. I know, I did it with my kids and they begged for more. That’s why I’m not so quick to buy the detractors’ idea that Christianity drew its religious thought and ritual from pagans. Pagans before Christ had to have a sense of the plan in the stars, but were not n a position to project its fulfillment as were the Jews. The thread running all the way back to our first parents ties God’s covenant with them to our time and beyond.

Jesus observed Torah in his time on earth and never negated it, only to chastise those leaders who put unnecessary burdens on the people, and to fulfill myriad promises and prophecies. Later, in a vision to the Apostle John in the New Testament Revelation, he alluded to "the synagogue of Satan - those who say they are Jews, but are not!" In the Zodiac, the sign of Israel is Pisces - two fish bound by bands to a monster that appears to be the evil one. One fish is striving for its heavenly reward when freed from this earthly trial (God's Chosen People). The route to Ursa Minor in Cancer, the gathered flock of Israel, is through Andromeda in chains to the freed Cassiopeia. There are 4 constellations in each zodiac house that tell the whole story displayed in the stars God named.

The other fish of Pisces is seen swimming upstream in the opposite direction of the flow of the redemption story in the Zodiac stars and constellations. In my opinion, this fish defines "the synagogue of Satan" referred to in Revelation. It has cost millions of Jewish and Gentile lives; for this fish and its Gentile counterparts’ disobedience and idolatry.

I couldn't help seeing the connection between a California Jewish Senator who not only publicly and under the table disdains and fights Constitutional rights, but blazes overseas business trails for her husband. This includes participation in the insanity of the former Vice President rejecting the purchase of his failed “Current TV Network” by the very patriotic Blaze TV in favor of a sale to Al Jazeera. With Sharia favoring, therefore Constitution hating ownership on our own soil, it becomes just another nail in America's coffin. It would have been better to appreciate her beauty and accomplishments in ways that are actually peaceful and productive.

I'm in no position to judge anyone, but discernment is a wonderful gift from God would we choose to apply it. I see the likes of ("Jewish") legislators from the East and West Coasts in particular, many members of the ACLU, Emily’s List, Daily Kos and their America-hating ilk, openly violating G-d's laws and Jewish tradition, colluding with the enemy at the expense of all. One has to wonder what synagogue they "attend" and which god they serve. (We Gentiles have our own “churches, temples and mosques of Satan!” Too many infiltrate Congress, shilling for terrible corrupt handlers in the White House or worse, “killing; thinking they are doing God a service.”)

Being a microcosm of the human dimension, Jews with their two fish of Pisces, the same heaven-bound hope versus stubbornness and idolatry is being played out all over the world. It can and will be better. G-d honors his covenants even if we fight him all the way.

Dear Senator King;

I met you yesterday after the so-called "public hearings" on the antigun bills; as I mentioned, I am an Executive Producer for OUTDOOR CHANNEL. I currently have four series in production, included GUN STORIES, the top show on OC, with several additional series in development. My series focus on guns, hunting, shooting and the outdoors.

This morning I met with my three Producers, and we made the decision that if these antigun bills become law, we will be moving all of our production OUT of Colorado. We have already cancelled a scheduled filming session for late this month. Obviously, part of this is due to our own commitment to the right to keep and bear arms, but it also reflects 3 lawyers' opinions that these laws are so poorly drafted and so designed to trap otherwise legal citizens into a crime (one of our attorneys referred to them as "flypaper laws") that it is simply too dangerous for us to film here.

I can give you chapter and verse on the legal implications if you need, but suffice to say that the first legal opinion was so scary we went out and got two others. Al three attorneys agreed.

We are relatively small potatoes in television, but our relocation of production will cost Colorado a little less than a million dollars in 2013.

Secondly, we have proudly promoted Colorado in our productions (and have been moving more and more production into the state); now we will do exactly the opposite. What does this mean for Colorado? The community of television producers is a small one. Last week I had lunch with a major network producer who was looking to locate his new reality series in Colorado. That producer is also a shooter, and the new reality series will now be based out of Phoenix. That lunch cost Colorado over a million in economic impact.

Thirdly, according to numbers I received from the National Shooting Sports Foundation (for whom I used to work) yesterday, hunting had an almost $800,000,000 impact on Colorado in 2012, driving as many as 8330 jobs. Next month I will be in Texas meeting with most of the top outdoor/hunting producers, and the Number One agenda item will be Colorado. Already, hunting organizations and statewide hunting clubs around the country are pulling out of Colorado, and we expect this trend to accelerate rapidly.

The message we will take to our viewers and listeners is that these proposed laws are so dangerous to hunters and any other person, be she a fisherman or a skier who brings a handgun into the state for self-defense, that we cannot recommend hunting, fishing or visiting Colorado. We reach millions of people, and, quite frankly, we have a credibility that Colorado government officials can no longer match. Colorado Division of Wildlife is already running ads trying to bring more out-of-state hunters to Colorado...in light of the flood of negative publicity about these proposed laws, I can assure you those ads will fail.

We estimate that as many as one-quarter to one-third of out-of-state hunters will desert Colorado in the next 18-24 months, which will quite frankly be a disaster for the hunting industry in Colorado and have a devastating effect on our western and northern communities (certainly like Grand Junction).

This is not a "boycott" in the traditional sense of a centralized, organized operation; rather, it is more of a grassroots decision on where shooters, hunters and other sportsmen are willing to spend their money. Look at the collapse of the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show in February. That venerable multimillion dollar trade show chose to ban modern sporting rifles and standard capacity magazines, and with three weeks it collapsed as all vendors and sponsors pulled out.

Colorado is going to pay a huge price for laws that will do nothing. Thank you, sir, for your support.
