All Over America Government Control Freaks Are Forcing Preppers Back On To The Grid

In recent years there have been huge numbers of Americans that have sought to go “off the grid” and live a more independent lifestyle. It has been estimated that there are now approximately 3 million “preppers” in the United States, and many of them just want to be left alone so that they can take care of themselves and their families on their own land. But that is not the way America works anymore. In many areas of the country, government control freaks have essentially declared war on preppers and are attempting to force them back on to the grid. In some states, “nuisance abatement teams” are conducting armed raids on off the grid properties. Property owners are being cited for “code violations” and are being told that they are “bothering the neighbors”.

In some cases, trees and gardens are being forcibly removed. In other cases, entire structures are being relocated or torn down. And in the most extreme cases, property owners are actually being forced off of their properties completely by these control freaks. You see, the truth is that in America you don’t really own your property. You are essentially renting it, and you can only do with it what the government allows you to do. And the government does not like people disconnecting from the grid and living an independent lifestyle. So these battles over property rights are probably going to get even more intense in the years ahead.

These days, many Americans are choosing to grow “survival gardens” as a way to help feed their families and become more independent of the system.

But in some areas of the country these survival gardens are being forcibly ripped out by government control freaks. Just check out what happened to one unemployed woman in Tulsa, Oklahoma….

A Tulsa woman is suing the city’s code enforcement officers after she said they cut down her garden with no cause.

Denise Morrison said she has more than 100 plant varieties in her front and back yards and all of them are edible and have a purpose.

She knows which ones will treat arthritis, which will make your food spicy, which ones keep mosquitoes away and treat bug bites, but she said none of that matter to city inspectors

The Constitution of the United States[i] is much more than just a piece of paper; it is a document written by God fearing men who believed in Liberty and Justice for all who are citizens of this great nation and their Posterity. While the U.S. Constitution is a guide for ourselves and for those who represent us, the U.S. Constitution is much more; it is the “law of the land” and should be viewed as such, as well as considered whenever any of the three branches of government, i.e., Executive, Legislative or Judicial, enact new laws or perform the duties of their respective offices. I also believe every Citizen of the United States should question themselves with regard to their actions; are we Just, are we promoting the general Welfare, are we striving to ensure Liberty, are our actions helping to form a more perfect Union? These ideals cannot simply be for one, they must be for all, as eloquently stated by our fore-fathers, “We the People of the United States.”

 

On the 17th day of September in 1787 the ordination and Establishment of the Constitution was ratified. This document gave us reasonable guidelines by which to govern ourselves in a responsible and civil manner and the delineation of the process by which we elect government officials, the formation and function of the three separate branches of government and the duties of each within the boundaries of the Constitution of the United States. Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution also guarantees to each and every State in the Union a “Republican Form of Government,” whereby the individuals as well as the States themselves are sovereign.

 

Enough cannot be said about the value and intent of the words within the U.S. Constitution itself. Article II, Section 1 clearly states the President shall, “Preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Article VI clearly states, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States; shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.” Article VI goes on to further state, “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.” Undeniably, the framers of the Constitution of the United States demanded the continued preservation, protection, defense and support of the Constitution in perpetuity for the People of this great nation. There can be no doubt the Constitution of the United States is the Law of the Land. Our leaders are bound by the oaths of their offices to uphold the Constitution of the United States.

 

The U.S. Constitution is a means to promote not only the general Welfare, but to promote an equitable system of governance, through just laws which provide the framework to form a more perfect Union. As stated in Article III, Section 2, “The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority.” The U.S. Constitution is the conception of an ideal by decent, free thinking men, whose sole purpose was to live a life free of tyranny from those who would oppress us, and to ensure those same ideals existed for their Posterity.

 

The United States of America is, in effect, not only a conglomeration of people, but of ideas as well. Through the supreme Law of the Land, the U.S. Constitution, sovereign citizens of sovereign States, within a sovereign nation act to establish a just and equitable society, where Liberty is unfettered and the government exists to serve the People.

 

While the art of articulation does not elude me, I find myself unable to match what I consider to be a perfect man-made statement of Truth and Wisdom: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and to our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Howdy all!  Got thunder?  WE DO!  I asked a couple of nights ago.  But we still have the big botta booms.  Even started a fire near a new vintner to the Tri Cities.  But the good guys did their magic, along with a little rain help from Him.

I tell you it’s just too hard to pass up a quote from George.  There is so much encouragement in this one.  He truly believed in the spirit.  Not just the spirit of America, but the spirit of mankind; all of us.  No difference, no separation.  He believed that man will realize that slavery, even slavery of tyranny will finally be overcome by the will of the people.  I wish we could see his reaction to the tea party and 9/12 movements, as well as all the other groups founded on the values and principles that he and the founders used to formulate our nation and our government.  So many say he would be discouraged by the direction our elected employees (THEY ARE NOT TRUE LEADERS!) are taking us.  I submit he, as well as all the founders would be delighted beyond belief of the efforts we all have made and continue to make.  So, don’t be discouraged by a setback, diversion, or other frustration.  Remember 1 Peter 5 – “Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.”  He is with us.  Don’t be discouraged by what you read, or what you don’t read.  Be encouraged!

America's Constitution

From the news, we can be certain that the world is moving ever closer to war. How can we use the collective wisdom of the ages to turn the tide toward peace?  Rest assured that it will not come from the world’s authorities.

My understanding of the Constitution comes from my unique personal experience.  I forced the United States to admit that it lawlessly confiscated my property.

 I studied the Constitution for the purpose of taking legal action against the United States, and without a lawyer.  I was directed by voices of the past, the same voices that directed America’s Founding Fathers. Those voices were my archetype, a fragment of universal consciousness.  On the day we celebrate America’s Declaration of Independence, July 4th, in 1776, astrologically, America was born under the sign of Aquarius, the water-bearer. In the Age of Aquarius, we become our brother’s keeper.

I was born Virgo with Aquarius rising, which meant that as I aged I could become more Aquarian. According to astrologers, Aquarius could be a big influence in my life.  I studied the Constitution in 1975.  According to astrologers, it was when my ruling planet Uranus had transited from the time of my birth to a position opposing itself. It meant change. At the time, my wife was divorcing me and my business enterprise was on the rocks.

In ancient times, astrologers advised kings. Persian astrologers followed the Star of Bethlehem to the birthplace of the Christ child, so we read in the Bible.  Those Persian astrologers said that Jesus was the king of Jews. The Jews were looking for a king that would conquer the Romans. Jesus was not their man.

In Matthew 6, Jesus said, “in earth as it is in heaven; followed by, “No man can serve two masters;" followed by “But seek ye first the kingdom of God.”

In Luke 17: 20-21, “And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them, and said, ‘The kingdom of God cometh not with observation.  Neither shall they say, Lo here! or lo there! for behold, the kingdom of God is within you.’”

The Jewish people were awed when Jesus defied authority. But after Jesus was arrested, nobody knew him. He was not a miracle man. Authority crucified Jesus.

When I departed my old life at age forty-nine, looking within for answers, I knew nothing about what Jesus said. Jesus had nothing to do with my departure. However, I happened to have departed on the day Jesus is supposed to have been crucified, arriving in Miami, Florida on Easter Sunday for the first day of my new life.

In numerology, my departure was seen as the pioneer seeking a new identity. In Christianity, I was reborn. In numerology, step two was finding the right mate for me, which I did.

When I departed, everyone I knew thought I’d lost my mind. Who in his right mind would challenge the United States?  When everything should have gone wrong for me, everything started going right. All of my dreams came true.

America is in a downward spiral, the Constitution little more than a historical document. According to America’s President, somebody is helping us out and it is not God.  The American people are being swayed by external authority. Astrologically, we are at the end of the Age of Pisces, whose symbol is two attached-fish swimming in opposite directions. Hello!

Time for Romney to fight back

McCain was a wimp and gave the last election to Barack. We are watching Romney playing the same role. We all know that Obama is a liar and dishonorable. Romney needs to put our little "doper president" in his place. I hope he does not pick a wimpy V.P. We NEED CONSERVATIVES not communists. We must get these communists out of the White House. Let's Be Honest About Outsourcing

Both candidates in the presidential race have been accusing the other of "outsourcing." It's one of those words that is loaded with negative meaning, implying that the perpetrator is un-American. But does America have an outsourcing problem?
What is popularly referred to as "outsourcing" is the practice of offshoring business functions, including building facilities and employing workers in other countries. Liberals often argue that "sending jobs overseas" is harming America's economy.
They are missing two important truths: The reality of jobs in America, and the ways to bring even more jobs to the home front.
Jobs in America

  • The U.S. actually leads the world in manufacturing. Yes, you read that correctly. We produce 21 percent of global manufactured products, while China comes after at 15 percent. According ot the National Association of Manufacturers, "manufacturing supports an estimated 17 million jobs in the U.S.—about one in six private sector jobs."
  • Big manufacturers are building new plants here. BMW is adding 300 new jobs to its South Carolina plant this year, and Airbus recently announced it will employ 1,000 at a new plant in Alabama. (Both South Carolina and Alabama are right-to-work states, meaning that workers aren't forced to join unions.)
  • Multinational corporations still employ more Americans. U.S.-based multinational corporations employ 22.9 million Americans—more than twice as many people as they employ in China, Mexico, and all other countries combined.
  • There is no "giant sucking sound" of jobs and money fleeing the United States. According to the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, the total value of foreign investment in the United States exceeds the value of U.S. investments in other countries by more than $4 trillion. Foreign-owned multinational corporations employ 5.5 million people in the United States.
  • "Insourced" businesses are a tremendous boon for the U.S. economy. "Insourced" jobs—jobs brought to America by foreign-based companies—account for nearly 5 percent of private-sector employment. These businesses buy more than $1.8 trillion in goods and services from local suppliers and small businesses in the areas where they locate.

How to Boost American Jobs Even More
With an 8.2 percent unemployment rate, America still needs more jobs. There are many steps policymakers could take that would make locating—or relocating—in the U.S. more attractive to businesses.
A quick look at the Index of Economic Freedom, produced by The Heritage Foundation and The Wall Street Journal, reveals America's competitive disadvantages.
Hong Kong, ranked No. 1 in the Index, has an economy that has been growing at 7 percent. That's astounding. In contrast, U.S. GDP growth in the first quarter of 2012 was a paltry 1.9 percent.
There are several reasons why Hong Kong is No. 1 and America is No. 10. Hong Kong's top corporate tax rate is only 16.5 percent, compared to the U.S. rate of 35 percent. Hong Kong's trade regime is one of the world's most competitive and efficient, with a zero tariff rate. And its regulatory environment is "highly supportive of business efficiency."
Meanwhile, in the U.S., runaway regulations growing by the day make doing business vastly more expensive and difficult. The government is holding back the economy through regulation and its nonstop deficit spending, as Heritage's Bryan Riley explains:

Excessive federal spending and the resulting budget deficit continue to be a problem. Foreign investors spent more than $400 billion on U.S. Treasury securities in 2011. This is another way to say that the government borrowed more than $400 billion from foreign investors. Those dollars could have been invested otherwise in the private sector of the U.S. economy or spent on U.S. exports.

While concern about outsourcing is misplaced, there are many ways the U.S. could attract even more jobs than it already does. Increasing our own economic freedom would spur growth in the economy, bringing greater prosperity and new enterprises to our shores.

ACTION: Stop the Senate

Do you know that the Senate is about to vote on a treaty that would put us under international law when it comes to parenting our special needs children? 

On its surface, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) sounds like it will protect those with disabilities and many are supporting it with good intentions. When you look deeper, it actually gives the government the power, with direction from the U.N., to decide what is best for our children.

I agree with Senator Jim DeMint, "Why should we submit ourselves to other nations who have been far less effective and committed to this cause? We can be the light on the hill ... why should we submit instead of lead?"

Senator John Kerry is rushing this through a committee vote today and planning for a full vote on the floor by next week. Some have suggested that they are in a hurry to get it ratified before the American people demand a debate.

Remember, if ratified, CRPD would become the law of the land under the U.S. Constitution's Supremacy Clause, and would trump state laws, and could be used as precedent by state and federal judges.

Two provisions of the treaty concern me the most:

  • One provision in the treaty would give the government, acting under U.N. instructions, the ability to determine for all children with disabilities what is best for them. 
  • Secondly, if CRPD were ratified, it would give the U.N. discretion over decisions about how we educate our special needs kids, and could potentially eliminate parental rights for the education of children with disabilities.

I'm sure you can understand that we come at this issue from a personal angle.

As you may know, our daughter Bella is a precious special needs child. In working with healthcare professionals, early on we found that a few advised treatments were not helpful to Bella. In fact, they could actually have been quite harmful.  As her parents, we were able to make the decisions that were best for her.

Karen and I have found that we are far from alone. Many parents across the U.S. care for their special needs children, and they are the best equipped to do so.  The government cannot determine the right education path for a child they have never met. 

Since CPRD is a treaty, the U.S. Constitution requires that it must be ratified by two-thirds of the U.S. senators present.  We need to make sure that 34 senators vote "NO"!

Karen and I are sending a letter to each U.S. Senator explaining the dangers of the very troubling U.N. Treaty. Will you please take just a minute to send an email or  make a phone call to your Senators?

Attention Florida Voters

Since the birth of the Tea Party, we have had great success if replacing liberal, establishment Republicans with Tea Party conservatives.  When Mike Lee defeated "Bailout Bob" Bennett, we sent a shot across the bow of the RINO Republicans.  

This year Richard Mourdock defeated 36 year incumbent Dick Lugar and soon, in Texas, Ted Cruz can send more shockwaves through the establishment by beating insider David Dewhurst in the Republican primary.  But those aren't the only battles.

In Florida, redistricting placed two incumbents John Mica and Tea Party freshman Sandy Adams in the same district.  Mica is a career politician who has now been caught with his hands in cookie jar.

Since his election to Congress 20 years ago, Mica has become a world traveler -- on the taxpayer dime.  

Adams estimates that Mica's trips to countries like Malaysia, Italy and France have cost taxpayers in excess of $4 million.  Adams spokesman Lisa Boothe said, "John Mica’s decision to put his international travel bucket list ahead of Central Florida taxpayers is appalling.  While Mica has been attempting to pull the wool over voters’ eyes by denying his long history of runaway spending and record-setting earmarks, his 20 years in Congress tell a different story.  On top of adding $10 trillion to our nation’s debt and requesting $4 billion in earmarks, Mica has been earning frequent flyer miles on the backs of hard-working Americans.  At a time when Central Florida families and small businesses are struggling to pay their bills, how can Mica justify jet setting on their dime to some of the world's most popular international travel destinations?”

Conservatives and Tea Party activists in Florida's 7th district have an easy choice to make this August 14th in the GOP primary.  They can continue the Tea Party revolution by going with Sandy Adams or they can reward a RINO for his earmarks, K-Street connections and extensive taxpayer travel.  The choice is ours.

The other day I wrote that there are two types of people, those who lead and those who are led. Obama reminded me that there is a third type, the independent.  Obama reminded me that I’m for government financing the building of roads and bridges, something government does that we can’t individually do.

Being of sound mind and body, why would one need government help?  Why would Obama insist?  He is a communist. Communists envision a world of their own making and forcing all the pieces to fit. 

Obama ran for president on the idea that he was a Roosevelt Democrat. After 77 years of Social Security, Roosevelt’s thing, government spending is out of control. America’s national debt is oppressive, as is communism.  I’ve yet to hear a solution from any of the elected. To continue on the course they are leading America means the end of freedom as we know it. The logical thing to do is to phase out government entitlements the way they were phased in; don’t put any new workers on the system and don’t tax them on Social Security. In 77 years, government entitlement would be a thing of the past.  The system that made America great in the first place would be back in place.

Obama’s shell game—we didn’t do it all by our lonesome selves; government helped us out—communist talk.  And Romney has a long, detailed plan to balance the budget.  Neither dog will hunt.

The solution is simple. Start now to phase out government entitlements. It’s a crime to continue forcing young workers to pay for something they will never receive: social security.  With Romney’s plan, they will pay for the debt previous generations created and get nothing in return, or worse. Andy time, the economy could go over the cliff and leave the world back in the Dark Age. Phasing out government entitlements would leave America back where she was, the leader of the free world.

The world is becoming of one mind. It doesn’t stop there. The universe is of one mind. We are each fragments of the one mind. To think that man could ignore the fact is crazy.  We are not herd animals. We of sound mind and body were created to cope as human beings—not as animals—but to live together in peace.

If you think your government is going to fix the problem it caused, you are wrong. America is a government of the people for the people.  Your self-serving government has conned half of the American people into dependency. Romney is the lesser of the two evils, but it is up to the people to lead the way back, especially the young people.

You Americans of sound mind and body, would you throw the old folks and the helpless under the buss? Of course you wouldn’t. Would you strap yourselves with a national debt that would keep you and future generations in poverty? Of course you wouldn’t. Would you keep America the policemen of the world? Of course you wouldn’t.  Are you willing to let leaders, weasels who remain deadlocked in  battle, keep their seat of the pants thinking in place,  keep us from our destiny as human beings with an outrageous debt, of course you would not—not if you are of sound mind and body. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out the problem of uncontrolled government spending.

You can’t have your cake and eat it. Does it make sense to phase out government entitlements? You of sound mind and body, the engine of American enterprise—the source—what else but phasing out government entitlement and placing yourselves back in control?

The Fulfillment of a Prophecy

We are not mentally keeping up with technological advances. We have the atom bomb, which ties in with the Age of Pisces—people looking externally for answers; people with weak wills; people who can't make up their minds. Lessons are soon to be learned the hard way.

President Obama: "You didn't get there on your own. I'm always struck by people who think, 'Well it must be that because I was just so smart' (with the arrogant Mussolini chin protruding)…. If you were successful, somebody along the line helped you…There was a great teacher somewhere in your life” (laughter in audience).

He who laughs last laughs loudest. It figures that Barack Obama would be elected president. He’s the fulfillment of a prophecy. Saturn, the learning planet, was square Pluto, the generational planet, the very worst of news, and can you beat this: when Obama was elected. Barack Obama is the laughing stock of the millennium.  It figures. Neither Obama nor his following know the U.S. Constitution. Obama and his following have been educated to hate American values.

By coincidence, my eleven year mind search on what my experiences meant has now been completed and sent in for publication, it seems at the right moment. Now that we know where Obama stands, we will soon learn where I stand.  You will be amazed. Government Dependence

Newsmax -  Warning: Startling new evidence points toward an imminent financial collapse and the destruction of American wealth—income, investments, retirement, and even personal safety are now at severe risk.

With this, President Obama left no doubt in his meaning of transforming America: “We have someone helping us.” No, it is not God. It is government. President Obama was speaking to the half depending on government.

Don’t blame Obama. It didn’t happen during the Obama administration. It happened seventy-seven years ago, when Social Security became law. Social Security cost the taxpayer little and the benefit was enormous.  Social Security is the story of government in a nutshell. Give little and receive a huge benefit. It ends by giving a lot and receiving little.  People are quick to buy snake-oil remedies.

Candidate Romney offers a detailed solution—fifty some-odd pages of things he would do, and not one a solution for dependence on government.  Both Obama and Romney state that government dependence is here to stay.

There is nothing in the Constitution that supports government help to the individual, including Social Security. Government is here for the sole purpose of doing for the people what they can’t do for themselves. According to Obama and Romney, we can’t do for ourselves, without “someone helping us”—government. 

For the most part, we are not mentally or physically impaired. When government treats us as though we are impaired, witness the result.  I’ve yet to hear any answer to the imminent financial collapse and even personal safety. The moment of truth is here. I offer the logical cure: In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012: an explanation for the underlying mechanism of creation.

My local public access Chanel aired a 90 minute program and I think the name was Exposing the Bilgerburgers or NWO or something like that.  

I did not see the beginning but it sure got to the point !

That point was/is that Obama and every president from JFK on has been a puppet !

The program went into the nuts and bolts of the FED and the world banking and wall st issues as well.

Do you think our present troubles are small?  In comparison to what our lives to date have been no way!  But, in comparison to the troubles our founders experienced,..  They endured so much tyranny that they decided as a nation to fight for freedom.  I can’t really fathom what must have gone through their minds.  But they had enough.  They were guarding with jealous attention their public liberty. 

Today, we have our own fight for freedom; freedom from tyranny – from our own government!  The government of we the people!  It has been taken over by zealots and selfish predators.  Sounds rough doesn’t it.  Maybe.  But when the president allows his cabinet level folks to disregard laws, disregard the will of the people so they can make the nation in their mold, it’s hard to think of saving the republic any other way.  We do have a way.  We have a few ways, before we get to the kind of action our founders took.  But no matter what kind of action we take, we MUST guard our public liberty with jealous attention.  Suspect everyone who may encroach.  In the big scheme of things, our troubles are really not that big.  But we must still protect our republic.  With His help, our efforts will overcome the effort to destroy what our founders built, which by the way was also done with His help.  And with this work our nation will last forever; for our children’s great grandchildren’s great grandchildren.
