Most theme parks condition you to accept the Police State but at Dollywoodthey did not do Thumb Scans, not even bag searches.

While I was at Universal Studios, Disney World, and Kennedy Space Center they didone or more of the following to me while I was there:

1. Searched my bags
2. Checked my cameras to make sure they were cameras by forcing me to turn them on and show them the display screen.
3. Made me go through a Thumb Scan
4. Made me give some form of Identification or personal information

I had went through tyranny in 3 theme parks and it is all for the guise of NationalSecurity and stopping Terrorism.

While I went to Dollywood all I had to do was buy the ticket (They accept untraceable cash as well),take it to the gate along with my camera bags, the gate guards onlychecked my ticket and told me to go through and that was it. There wasno bag search, there was no retinal scan, there was no thumb scan,there was no request for Identification, there was no no-fly list thatcompares names of random people, the theme park was relaxed and had noneed for any bag searches.

Dollywood may lead the way to what Theme Parks used to be like before 9/11. The way all theme parks usedto be was if you didn't want to pay three to four bucks per drink youcould sneak a couple cans and nobody would be the wiser, and if youhave diabetes you can sneak candy and never have to pay loads just for abit of candy because since nobody searches your bags they can't bounceyou from the theme parks due to being unable to keep paying loads perdrink.

Dollywood is the only American theme park these days that doesn't tyrannize and force their patrons to pay loads more on food.

So while Universal theme park has a thumb scan database and other theme parks are heading that way Dollywood which is technically a themepark that has faith doesn't fear the terrorists so they don't give anypower to the globalists and their fake terrorist forces that are beingfinanced by the Rothschild controlled banking groups.

When all theme parks begin to do things such as forced thumb scans, forcedretinal scans, forced drug testing, forced Identification and forcedsocial security number requests, and forced bag searches the themeparks begin to precondition us to support the Police State, that aslong as we are safe it is ok to be tyrannized and in fact the themeparks sponsored by globalists may even promote these tyrannical securitymeasures as something fun, flashy, or something cool to get everybodyinto being used to Police State measures.

The Globalists want us to accept the Police State and bag searches everywhere like it is thenorm, that there is no Constitution, that we do not need a fair justicecourt, that only precrime and invasive bag searches at every facilitycan save us from the cursive terrorists.

I believe we need to boycott all theme parks except Dollywood because since they don'tsearch bags and don't give into to tyrannical police state measures weneed to make a positive example out of this and spread the message tothe world that we don't need to let the terrorists put us in fearbecause if we do then we Have NO Human Rights because security willdissolve Liberty.

as far as the “one lesson,” Hazlitt says “Bad economists see only what immediately strikes the eye; the good economist looks well beyond the obvious. Hazlitt, Rajjpuut believes, was a wonderful and very insightful man but far, far too nice. Rajjpuut’s Corollary to the “one lesson” is this: Irrationally self-interested economists and/or politicians only show you the obvious, direct benefit of their policies on one narrow group of people while deliberately ignoring the less visible, direct and indirect effects upon all taxpayers and upon the economy as a whole.

In any case, 90% of all the chicanery occurs and 99% of all economic problems arise from the deliberate political intrigue known as “wealth redistribution.” As an A#1 bad example, let’s look at the auto company bailouts engineered supposedly for the benefit of General Motors (GM) and Chrysler . . . .

Roughly $100 Billion was set aside by the U.S. government for the use of GM and Chrysler. $65 Billion has been used thus far, $50 Billion by GM and $15 Billion by Chrysler. Thus far almost $15 Billion of that $65 Billion total has been repaid. You might recall GM making a big deal of repaying $8.1 Billion and acting like they’d come all the way back to profitability . . . far from it, at that moment, GM still owed $45.3 Billion to the U.S. and $8.1 Billion to Canada. As a result of the bailout shenanigans, the U.S. government owns 61% of GM, Canada roughly 12% and the United Auto Workers Union (UAW) owns a bit more than 25% of the company. Instead of a normal bankruptcy judge, Barack Obama, defying 223 years of United States bankruptcy law orchestrated and choreographed the GM and Chrysler takeovers.

In the Obama dog and pony bankruptcy process real creditors were shunted aside with no relief and both these creditors’ money and huge amounts of taxpayer dollars went to giving the UAW partial ownership of the two failed auto companies. Need one be reminded that the UAW and other unions were the very foundation of Barack Obama’s financial support in 2008? Not only Obama’s sins need to be mentioned here . . . the United States Supreme Court refused to hear the creditors’ case, which should have yielded an “UNCONSTITUTIONAL!” slam dunk against every single action of Obama.

The $65 Billion in auto bailouts amounted to roughly $14,000 for each GM or Chrysler car. Unmentioned in all this is that the strongest American auto company, Ford which got NO bailout, has been faced with competing with that $14,000 largesse for well over a year now. Ford, the most successful American auto company was handicapped mightily and immediately became the underdog in the American Auto industry. The fact that Ford is now in a close second place, is living testament as to just how poorly Chrysler and GM have been managed since the bailouts. Chrysler may, someday soon, be standing in line with its hand out hoping for bailout #3 (1979 was the first).

The infamous “Cash for Clunkers” program was the poster child for government interference in the private sector. Although lauded as a “remarkable and totally unmitigated success” by the president and all others in the Obama administration and purportedly only going to cost $4,000 per car . . . the fact is that CfC cost the taxpayers $24, 000 per car on top of the $14,000 per automobile from the bailout itself. By some economists’ calculation, however, CfC might have actually cost $45,000 per car!

So, pulling no punches, the theft of the taxpayers’ money A) has been renamed wealth redistribution which has B) put Ford Motor Company behind the 8-ball, C) given some of Obama’s biggest supporters, the UAW, a 25% ownership in two auto companies and D) the UAW now has lots of taxpayer funds to donate to Obama’s campaigning and E) a very few auto-buyers a great new car deal at F) the expense of keeping the United States deeply in recession and taxpayers facing monstrous deficits and national debt. More importantly, a much too large sector of the public has fallen for virtually every single one of the Obama administration’s lies and sees not only Cash for Clunkers but also the auto bailout itself as “wildly successful.” With truth like that, who needs enemies?

Barack Obama has returned to promoting his five-million “green-tech jobs” program. In Spain, where they went from 3% unemployment in 1997 to 21% unemployment today after taking up just such a challenge. The theft of $667,000 worth of Spanish taxpayers’ money was necessary to subsidize each of their green jobs. Unfortunately only 10% of those jobs proved permanent while each one cost 2.2 jobs from the real economy. Translated to Barack Obama’s promise (threat?) to create five million green jobs would mean 11 million real jobs would be lost; only 500,000 permanent green jobs would be created: a 22/1 ratio of failure. Since Spanish unemployment rose 18% during the ensuing 12 years, what might Obama’s theft do to America? Help a lot of Democrats subsidize their green dreams? Help America to 28% unemployment?

The numbers are terrible but many Americans seem to have forgotten the simplest facts about the takeover of the auto industry and are instead buying into the administration’s line that “He’s saved the U.S. auto industry.” Imagine being able to sell a car while knowing that the first $14,000 of underlying costs were POOF! Magically gone . . . How in hell, can these two auto companies continue to sputter and cough in recovery?

To date the facts are these: Chrysler received $15 Billion in loans; GM received $50 Billion in loans of that $65 Billion total in auto industry goals to-date $15 Billion has been repaid by GM and Chrysler . . . neither company looks particularly healthy and, indeed, Chrysler seems to be on the verge of collapse.

By the way, Chrysler received an auto bailout in 1979 in addition to the 2008 bailout both companies were given. Is there a simple lesson here? You think? Meanwhile, the only viable American auto company, Ford Motors, finds itself between the sword and the wall. On the one hand Ford like all of America is mired in a recessionary environment in which major purchases like cars and houses are not popular decisions. On the other hand that $14,000 safety net below each GM and Chrysler car is a tough nut for a company that received no bailouts to overcome. In short, the American auto industry is facing a crucial year as the 2011 models emerge onto the lots. The likelihood is that Chrysler goes under despite all the government interference and Ford, competing against the two bailed-out entities is also threatened.

One thing, Barack Obama doesn’t want you to think about is this: his “Cash for Clunkers” program achieved the brief pinnacle in sales for the three American auto makers. But what was the cost? Without going into the economics of unnecessarily removing many viable automobiles from the nation’s roads, the cost of Cash for Clunkers (CFC) came to at least $24,000** per car. So between the bailouts and Cash for Clunkers, GM and Chrysler during that two-month period had $38,000 paid them by the government for each car sold. Obama and his people, naturally enough, called “CFC, a wildly successful program.” Much akin to saying the President “saved us^^ from Depression,” it sounds like someone is seriously stretching the truth. Rajjpuut remains highly UNimpressed by the auto bailout and so should any thinking American, like you!

FAKE "TEA PARTY" FILES AS POLITICAL PARTY IN MICHIGAN...

A group of folks, which research is showing have strong connections to the Democratic party has copied a similar situation in Florida, and filed as a political party for the elections this fall.

The so-called "chairman", is a man from Reese, MI, a former UAW steward, with whom NO ONE in ANY functioning Tea Party group in the state has ever had contact with. He hired a former legal advisor to Jim Blanchard, a past Democratic Gov., and who has represented several Democratic concerns, to help with the ballots and legal wording. They then hired another Democratic-connected company to gather signatures to be allowed on the ballot. this company was paid around $100,000 to do the work; hiring people thru newspaper ads, and paying them $1 per signature.

They attended functions where real Tea Party groups had events, and claimed to be connected in order to get signatures. They met the required amount, at over 59,000 and turned them in to the State Board of Canvassers last Friday. Many Tea Parties went to Lansing on Friday to protest and ask the Board of Canvassers to investigate and do the more thorough form of ballot checking; Mike Bouchard and the Republican Party even came to support us in our claim that WE are the REAL Tea Party, and DO NOT wish to file as a political party.

When asked about their required Convention to select candidates for November's ballot, their attorney stated he did not know the date or place it would be held. That was a lie, as they held it the VERY NEXT DAY, Saturday, July 24, while our statewide Tea Parties were holding our LiberTEA Fair in Charlotte, MI.

(which by the way, was great, but I suspect few of you atteded - you missed a great event).

The slate of candidates selected by this FAKE Tea Party are very "coincidentally" only running for offices in hotly contested races where a strong conservative is vying for a seat of a Democrat, or where a Republican incumbent is being challenged by a Democrat, hoping to take a seat. In other words, they hope to fool enough of you Tea Party supporters into thinking their candidates are really Tea Party people, and split the conservative vote to see a Democrat win. And even more troubling, if they manage to capture 1% of the vote, they will automatically be eligible to be on next year's ballots without having to collect signatures again!!

DoJ scandal reveals how thousands of military ballots may go uncounted

In the wake of the Department of Justice's New Black Panther Party scandal, a second former DOJ attorney has now come forward, blasting the department for failing to protect American soldiers' right to vote.

What's even more alarming, the attorney claims, is that despite congressional mandates passed in 2009 to ensure military personnel overseas can participate in elections, the DOJ's Voting Section is ignoring the new laws and may allow thousands of ballots to slip through the cracks uncounted in November.

Everybody talks about the problems, but "Taking America Back" actually offers some solutions for what the nation faces. Get it now.

M. Eric Eversole is a former litigation attorney for the Voting Section of the U.S. Department of Justice and an advocate for military voters. In an opinion piece in The Washington Times, Eversole explains how soldiers in the field may be disenfranchised in the 2010 election.

"Absentee ballots must be sent to overseas military voters at least 45 days before an election to give those voters sufficient time to receive and return their ballots," Eversole explains. "The Military Postal Service Agency goes one step further and recommends that absentee ballots be sent to war zones 60 days before an election."

But legal complaints, news stories and studies all showed dozens of states failing to give soldiers enough time to vote in the 2008 election – resulting in tens of thousands of soldiers' mailed ballots that arrived too late to be counted, perhaps enough to swing, for example, Minnesota's closely contested election of Democrat Senator Al Franken.

Eversole cites the Election Assistance Commission in arguing that more than 17,000 overseas voters were disenfranchised in 2008 because their ballots arrived after the deadline. In Minnesota, which mailed absentee ballots to soldiers just 30 days before the election, Eversole contends, more than 500 military and overseas ballots arrived too late and had to be rejected.

Furthermore, a 2009 Pew Center report found more than a third of states do not provide military voters stationed abroad enough time to vote or are at high risk of not providing enough time. The study found six states provide time to vote only if their military personnel overseas return completed absentee ballots by fax or e-mail – a practice that raises questions about privacy and security.

Eversole contends that despite clear authority under the law to bring action against the offending states in 2008, the Department of Justice refused, a "misfeasance" Eversole says was "was more than Congress could stand," leading to the passage of Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act of 2009.

The MOVE Act contains several provisions, including mandates that states make absentee ballots available electronically and, as of November 2010, provide 45 days for oversees ballots to get to and from solders, round-trip.

But despite the MOVE Act's passage, states are still scrambling to change their election laws to comply with it, and, according to Eversole, Justice Department officials have already stated they're willing to let states slide for the 2010 election.

"A law … is only as good as the people who enforce it," Eversole contends. "In February, a senior official in the Voting Section … expressed the section's willingness to work with states to submit waiver applications and emphasized the section's desire to avoid litigation. Since February, the section has continued to advocate a position that would grant waivers freely."

"In other words," Eversole writes, "notwithstanding Congress' clear mandate, the section continues to argue that military voters should have less than 45 days to receive and return their absentee ballots."

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, has been trying for years to pass legislation that would give soldiers overseas ample time to vote, including cosponsoring the MOVE Act.

Cornyn brought up Eversole's charges in a meeting earlier this week with Defense officials responsible for ensuring military voting rights.

"I was very encouraged by what the Defense Department is doing in terms of marketing the new system to military and civilian personnel overseas," Cornyn told The Washington Times. "But the bureaucracies at both the federal and state levels are agonizingly slow. And I am concerned with the process by which waivers are being granted. I want to make sure [states] aren't being granted permission not to comply with federal law."

"I want to make sure there is not a presumption that [states] don't have to comply," Cornyn explained.

When Obama’s own racism was exposed along with the racism of the good Reverend Jermiah Wright of “God damn, America” fame, the liberal media (or more correctly over 400 members of it plotting together via a 13-year old e-mail connection called “JournoList” (yes, with an ‘o’ in the center) conspired to barely cover the story and to set out calling key Republicans and other Conservatives, you guessed it: “racists” to detract attention.

Now any time anyone opposes an Obama bill, program or initiative, not only does the Obama administration yell, “Racist, racist!” but often before the administration even knows it’s under attack, the liberal media is interviewing some Democrat who will call anybody who opposes any Obama idea as having racial motives. This is the man who’s promised to bring us together and now it’s quite obvious he has planned to advance his objectives by tearing us apart all along.

folks i've got something here i can't figure out, maybe someone can help. last week my wife and i were talking about that we needed to get a emergency radio , in case something ever happen also at the time we were wondering about ham radios so i got online and was checking prices at differant sites and even checked ebay for prices on ham radios

this week i recieved a letter from our rep. second district ky. it stated that knowing of my interest in amature radio, i hope you find this legislation update helpful. during the 111th congress , i became a cosponsor of h.r. 2160 the amateur radio emergency communication act.. now i have never said anything to this man nor ever talk to anyone about this except my wife . are we being watched or what?
