H.R. 766, the Financial Institution Customer Protection Act of 2015, is expected to pass this week.  This is a bill to stop Operation Choke Point from discriminating against legal business owners in access to financial services.  Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO) should be commended for his fight on this important legislation.

On May 29, 2014, the House Oversight Committee found last year the following in a report titled "DOJ's Operation Choke Point Secretly Pressured Banks to Cut Ties with Legal Business."

The Chairman of the Committee at the time was Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) and he put together an excellent oversight report on the issue. 

• Operation Choke Point was created by the Justice Department to “choke out” companies the Administration considers a “high risk” or otherwise objectionable, despite the fact that they are legal businesses.  The goal of the initiative is to deny these merchants access to the banking and payments networks that every business needs to survive.
• Operation Choke Point has forced banks to terminate relationships with a wide variety of entirely lawful and legitimate merchants.  The initiative is predicated on the claim that providing normal banking services to certain merchants creates a “reputational risk” sufficient to trigger a federal investigation.  Acting in coordination with Operation Choke Point, bank regulators labeled a wide range of lawful merchants as “high-risk” – including coin dealers, firearms and ammunition sales, and short-term lending.  Operation Choke Point effectively transformed this guidance into an implicit threat of a federal investigation.
• The Department is aware of these impacts, and has dismissed them.  Internal memoranda on Operation Choke Point acknowledge the program’s impact on legitimate merchants.  Senior officials informed Attorney General Eric Holder that as a consequence of Operation Choke Point, banks are exiting entire lines of business deemed “high risk” by the government.
• The Department lacks adequate legal authority for the initiative.  Operation Choke Point is being executed through subpoenas issued under Section 951 of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989.  The intent of Section 951 was to give the Department the tools to pursue civil penalties against entities that commit fraud against banks, not private companies doing legal business.  Documents produced to the Committee demonstrate the Department has radically and unjustifiably expanded its Section 951 authority.
• Contrary to the Department’s public statements, Operation Choke Point was primarily focused on the payday lending industry.  Internal memoranda and communications demonstrate that Operation Choke Point was focused on short-term lending, and online lending in particular.  Senior officials expressed their belief that its elimination would be a “significant accomplishment” for consumers.

The Luetkemeyer bill is a great first step to stem the discrimination against legal businesses coming from the Obama Administration and his appointees at the Department of Justice.

The IRS pays individuals an average of $6,200/yr for operating imaginary businesses. According to a report issued by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, the IRS is defrauded up to $16 billion annually by tax filers claiming Earned Income Tax Credits on their tax return.  Randall Sorensen, CPA has developed technology that will identify one million phantom businesses and recover $960 million for the U.S. Treasury.

Technology called the Phantom Business Identifier (PBI) developed by Randall C. Sorensen, CPA, will identify one million imaginary businesses that cost’s honest Americans $7 billion annually.  

Statistics reported on www.irs.org show that during the Great Recession 500,000 business owners without children permanently closed.  In contrast, at the worst possible time to launch a business, taxpayers with children and no money started 800,000 new businesses.  Why would anyone want to jeopardize the security of their family when their odds for success are only 50%?  The answer is simple…. they didn’t!

Here is how tax frauds have been pulling the wool over the eyes of the IRS.  Jane Doe the mother of two, claims income of $14,700 from an imaginary cleaning business.  Since she doesn’t really have a business, Jane doesn’t need to purchase any brooms, dust pans, cleaning supplies of mops.  For Jane’s efforts she will qualify for federal tax credits of $7,100.  Before the US Treasury deposits a tax refund of $5,000 into her bank account, they make a deposit into Jane Doe’s social security retirement account for $2,100. From start to finish, Jane can complete her phantom tax return using phantom income in 15 minutes!

Randall Sorensen, CPA has practiced as a financial forensic expert for over 25 years. Further, tax software companies must be vigilante in identifying fraud being committed at the kitchen table”.

On December 18, 2014, Barack Obama officially began the war on police as he signed an Executive Order establishing the President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing. Since the signing of this Executive Order, 55 Officers have been killed in the line of duty. Yet, this mattered little to Obama who justified his Executive Order as he spoke about “the distrust that exists between too many police departments and too many communities – the sense that in a country where our basic principle is equality under the law, too many individuals, particularly young people of color, do not feel they are being treated fairly.” In the name of equality, the President wrote that the purpose of his task force was to identify and “bring unity and consensus on best practices to a nation with 18,000 separate law enforcement agencies.”

On March 4, 2015, the task force released its interim report on 21st Century Policing in which the report identified “six pillars on how policing practices can build public trust and promote effective crime reduction” based upon “input from community members, law enforcement officers, associations, stakeholders, academic experts, and civic leaders across the country.” In order to implement the strategies identified in the report, the federal government will “provide funding for state and local police, dependent upon such police departments meeting requirements established by the federal government.” In short, what this means is that the administration will attempt to gain federal control of local police practices via conditions placed on the receipt of federal funds.

According to a multitude of recommendations under the report, the administration stresses the need to change the culture in which police do their work noting that “the use of disrespectful language and the implicit biases that lead officers to rely upon race in the context of Stop and Frisk”, must be abolished. Moreover, the report recommends that the “Federal government create a Law Enforcement Diversity Initiative to help communities diversify Law Enforcement departments to better reflect the demographics of the community…with discretionary Federal funding for Law Enforcement programs influenced by that departments efforts to improve their diversity.”

Lastly, the report notes that the “U.S. Department of Justice should charge its office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) with assisting the law enforcement field in addressing current and future challenges by establishing benchmarks and best practices for Federal, State, and Local police departments.” The report goes on to conclude that the President should “prioritize grant funding to departments meeting benchmarks.” Thus, creating the incentive for over 18,000 separate law enforcement agencies to follow the federal guidelines in order to receive funding.

In order to bring about the systemic reform of policing called for in the report, multiple activist organizations aided by the Civil Rights Division in the Department of Justice, have gone about exploiting local police communities throughout the country by using actual and perceived instances of injustice to reform entire police departments. Last week, James Cadogan, a senior counselor to the U.S. assistant attorney general, took to the United Nations’ Human Rights Council to highlight and condemn our police on the international stage for their “racism and brutality.”

Cadogan highlighted the past cases which have been exploited by the DOJ beginning with, “The tragic deaths of Freddie Gray in Baltimore, Michael Brown in Missouri, Eric Garner in New York, Tamir Rice in Ohio and Walter Scott in South Carolina.” Cadogan then noted that these cases “have renewed a long-standing and critical national debate about the even-handed administration of justice” as “these events challenge us to do better and to work harder for progress — through both dialogue and action.”

Cadogan concluded by adding that the Department of Justice has opened more than 20 investigations in the last six years — including an investigation into the Baltimore Police Department — as well as the release of a report of the Presidential Task Force on 21st Century Policing in March, which included more than 60 recommendations. A glaring theme becomes apparent within each of the cases that Cadogan highlighted, primarily that being the exploitation of local police communities by Vanita Gupta, the head of the DOJ Civil Rights Division.

On Tuesday, Gupta spoke to the Colorado Lawyers Committee in remarks about the work of the Civil Rights Division. Gupta explained that the source of mistrust between police and the communities they serve couldn’t be “explained away as the kneejerk reaction of the ill-informed or the hyperbolic.” Gupta then went on to state,  “It’s in part the product of historical awareness about the role that police have played in enforcing and perpetuating slavery, the Black Codes, lynchings and Jim Crow segregation.”

This fringe viewpoint by Gupta epitomizes the mainstream view among the leftists who populate not only the Civil Rights Division but the Department of Justice as well. “It was no accident that these same leftists produced an absurd self-fulfilling report on Ferguson”, writes J. Christian Adams of PJMedia. “But that hasn’t stopped Gupta from trumpeting the report, or better still, using the report to shake down police departments across the country to change their ways or else.”

Gupta illustrates this point by concluding her speech to the Colorado Lawyers noting that, “in many ways, Ferguson is not an anomaly. Through our work around the country, we know there are similar police and court practices in many places..[and] cities around the country are beginning to re-examine their policing and municipal court practices, though we know there is much more work to do.”

Its unprecedented that our own DOJ would continue to use the example of Ferguson to highlight the need for changes within police communities given the fact that Michael Brown was in no way innocent of the actions that led to his death. The entire narrative that surrounded his death was fabricated and built upon a lie that to this day the media, the DOJ, and the Obama administration continue to peddle. Moreover, by attempting to claim that slavery, Black Codes, Jim Crow, and lynchings are apart of the “implicit bias” and historical context in which police today continue to enforce, the DOJ justifies the actions of thugs whom have used this same argument in order to commit acts of violence against our officers.

This view of our police officers is becoming the norm under the Justice Department, which at the same time is set to further exacerbate this hatred as Obama is set to unleash and fund community organizers on crime filled cities across the nation. By awarding $163 million in grants to various community-activist groups in order to combat urban crime and reduce tensions between racial minorities and the police. The Justice Department is looking for 10 localities to participate in a “collaborative reform” process to serve as a model for the rest of the country, emphasizing “procedural justice” and “implicit bias training.” This will only fuel further unrest by funding many of the so-called “community organizers” responsible for creating anti-police sentiment in American cities.

It should come as no surprise then that in the wake of recent events and events to come that law enforcement officers are at a “tipping point” that could spell dangerous consequences for the communities they serve. Testifying before a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke articulated this point. Clarke noted “We’re at a tipping point and it is something that I expressed not too long after what happened in Ferguson, Missouri, about the psyche of the police officer who watches these things go on, just like anybody else does, and the constant bashing and maligning of the profession is starting to take its toll.” According to Clarke, the result of the constant and unrepentant backlash against law enforcement by the Obama administration is inevitably leading to an erosion of “self-initiated” police work.

This is what the war on police looks like, officers are forced to second guess their actions out of fear of being exploited for simply doing their jobs. Look no further than officer Darren Wilson to confirm this fear. To make matters even worse it appears the war against our officers is only just beginning as the president ramps up his effort to polarize, dehumanize, and ultimately destroy the will power that is so essential to each and every individual police officer throughout the country.

I wanted to take the liberty of sharing my following blogs that contain numerous letters that I have forwarded to my NM U.S. Representatives, our NM Governor and NM Secretary of State, along with a letter to our local FBI Office since 2009 requesting an investigation into Barack Obama’s eligibility status to be our U.S. President and Commander-In-Chief. I did this for approximately seven years without even one adequate response from any of them regarding what I now consider to be the “Greatest Fraud Perpetrated In American History.” I was actually inspired and/or motivated to keep searching for answers because of their non-response because I am extremely concerned about what I now believe to be the destructive transformation of our Country/Republic.

When I was commissioned in the Marine Corps I was required to take the following oath:

“I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

This oath specifically states that the Constitution will be supported and defended against all enemies and it acknowledges that the enemy may be found on foreign soil or in one’s own backyard.

As you know, any commissioned officer and/or public servant who takes this oath and then conspires or is a party to an act or actions that seek to undermine by purpose of evasion, the spirit and intent of the Constitution of the United States would fit the definition of a traitor.

What concerns and/or pains me immensely is that, although our own elected representatives constantly remind us that they support those troops that continue to give their all, to include their lives to uphold and defend our Constitution, they stood by while Army Lt Col Terry Lakin was stripped of his honor and had everything taken from him, to include his freedom, for abiding by his oath as a military officer by having the fortitude to question President Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces. 

Thousands of Americans have also respectfully asked their own representatives to look into his eligibility status even prior to the 2008 Presidential election and/or shortly thereafter, as I did, but to-date have not received a satisfactory response from those elected officials whose solemn duty I believe is to protect our Constitutional individual, God-given rights and to protect Americans from all enemies, foreign and domestic, even if that domestic enemy is the government itself. My 70 years of life experiences have taught me that in most cases silence breeds contempt and I hope and pray that this not what we are currently experiencing today in our beloved country. Dear Mrs. Duran:

On or about December 13, 2011, I wrote to you requesting that your office provide me with some direction and/or guidance that would assist me in getting President Obama removed from the New Mexico 2012 presidential primary election ballot over allegations of fraud because I now believe that there is a preponderance of undisputable evidence, which I also shared with you in my letter, that collectively prove that he in fact is ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.

To date I have not received a response to my letter from your office and therefore, as an American citizen of the United States and a registered Democrat voting native New Mexican, I am now writing to request that President Obama be removed from the New Mexico 2012 presidential primary election ballot, since “he does not meet the minimum qualifications as set forth in Article II, Section I, Clause V concerning the natural born citizen status” because when he was born in 1961 his father was not a U.S. citizen and therefore he can never be a ‘natural-born citizen,’ as that term was defined by a ‘1875 U.S. Supreme Court decision, Minor v. Happersett’ in which the court defined “natural-born citizens” as ‘all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens.’

On or about January 3, 2012, Judge Michael W. Malihi of the Georgia state Office of State Administrative Hearings refused to dismiss a series of complaints that were brought against President Obama’s inclusion on the 2012 election primary ballot, an action that had been sought by President Obama. He also granted a motion to sever the cases and scheduled a hearing for January 26, 2012.

At the time, Kenya was a British colony. Therefore Obama Senior was a British subject by birth (due to the fact that he was born within British-controlled territory). When President Obama was born in 1961, he acquired British nationality by descent, because his father was a British subject by birth. When Kenya gained its independence from Great Britain in 1963, President Obama became a citizen of the newly-formed nation.

Word of Caution: Although its great that many Americans are now beginning to wake up and are actively taking some action to have President Obama taken off the 2012 Presidential Election Ballots we need to keep in mind that those individuals with unlimited sources and/or resources, to include the deep pockets of anti-American George Soros, our own local and national elected officials and others, with the help of the MSM, who have spent years planning and successively perpetrating what I now believe could be the greatest fraud in American history are not going to go down without a fight and thus, as a result, I also believe that now more than ever we need to stick together as Americans (it’s no longer Democrat or Republican) at this crucial time when our country and/or Republic needs us more than ever to see this thru. Every day I speak to a person who has Pandora or another music streaming service.  I tell them to enjoy it while it lasts, because the Justice Department may take actions that will eliminate consumer choice in the not too distant future -- all to benefit their friends in Hollywood and the recording industry.

Many of my friends have a message for Washington – Don’t take away my Pandora.  They don’t really care about the details of a very complicated legal construct that allows them to listen to music streamed on the Internet.  They like this service and want it to continue.

Young people like the idea of the freedom from NSA Spying on phone calls.  They don’t want Internet regulation that sounds innocuous like Net Neutrality.  They hate the idea of the federal government imposing taxes on the Internet.  And they love applications that allow the them to listen to music or watch videos.

Sen. Mike Lee of Utah is holding a hearing on music licensing next Tuesday.  It is very important that people whom treasure music sharing programs to pay close attention to the hearing.  This hearing could have a dramatic impact on a large segment of Americans who use their phone or computer to listen to music.

The Justice Department is studying two consent decrees that have governed the sale of music licenses for nearly 75 years.  The distributors of those licenses have hired top gun lobbyists to pressure the Justice Department and members of Congress to lift the agreements allowing the recording industry and music publishers to fix prices on radio stations, television broadcasters and streaming music.  Let's not forget all the money that the recording industry raised for President Barack Obama's re-election campaign.

In a free market, there would be no reason for agreements with the government not to fix prices. But due to the unique nature of copyright law and the way musical rights are aggregated to music publishers, there is no competition. Without the consent decrees, there would be no market.

The results of vacating the decrees would be devastating and the impact would be felt must immediately by fans of streaming music.  With the bulk of their revenues going out the door in the form of royalty payments, Pandora and others probably wouldn't survive if the music publishers could dictate prices without the give and take of a marketplace.

Innovation is great.  People are embracing new technology but the recording industry seems intent on holding on to a business model that has become outdated. That's why they send millions of dollars on lobbyists and why they hate technological innovation.

Senator Mike Lee’s wants to discovering whether the Beltway Bandits will win another insider deal at the expense of the American people.  

It's not far fetched to envision a future where you turn on Pandora or your favorite streaming service and you hear the following message:  “We are sorry, but Pandora was put out of business by politicians in Washington, DC.”  The only thing preventing that from happening is two consent decrees with the government.

An Open Letter to Speaker of the House; Congressman John Boehner

Greetings Speaker Boehner!

I am one of those pesky “Veterans” you keep hearing about – one of those who Mr. Obama thinks he has given himself legal precedent to designate as “potential domestic terrorists” (DHS document IA-0257-09, Operation Vigilant Eagle, etcetera).

I am writing today in the hopes I can convince you to act for the Nation, in the best interests of the Nation. I believe there is still room for you to “fix” some of the things wrong in the Congressional equation... The “System of Checks and Balances”.

I firmly and strongly believe you should immediately arrest and incarcerate Lois Lerner – as well as Eric Holder.

Period.

From a Intelligence viewpoint, I do not believe you will ever find a paper-trail leading back to Mr. Obama, he and his sycophants are too smart for that – I believe the vast majority of the communications between these people have been verbal. The White House Register should tell you quite a bit.

That being said; With the recent additional release, courtesy of Judicial Watch, of yet another email that IS a paper-trail directly back to IRS HQ in DC – if Lois Lerner is arrested and incarcerated – facing life in prison without parole for perjury and treasonous acts against the People – I believe she will talk, as will Mr. Holder for his unconstitutional acts and failure to follow his Oath of Office (federal crime under U.S. Code)

None of these people are going to be willing to face life in prison for Mr. Obama and his agenda – regardless who the puppet master really is. Mr. Obama sits at the top of the food chain and he is ultimately responsible for all of the actions.

Speaker, for the good of the Nation I urge you to order Lois Lerner and Eric Holder arrested immediately. This is the only way Congress will ever discover the truth in any of these “scandal's”.

Dear Senator Cruz

Recently I received a letter from Kathryn Keneally of the Department of Justice.  She was responding to a July inquiry made by Senator Flake on my behalf.  I had asked to find out why the DOJ had never investigated: 1) ABC Tax Co. for tax fraud and 2) IRS Director Stephen Whitlock for committing honest services fraud.  Listed below are the answers I received:

DOJ Refused to Investigate ABC Tax Co Fraud

I provided the DOJ with the identify of 4,236 ABC Tax Co tax clients who defrauded the US Treasury of $17 million during the 2009 tax season by claiming phantom income in order to qualify for earned income tax refunds that put $4,000 in the hands of each criminal. The DOJ gave the following response:

        “With respect to the December 6, 2012 letter requesting that the Tax Division investigate ABC Tax Co, the responsibility for investigating potential violations of federal tax laws is vested in the IRS”

Senator Cruz, who are American citizens supposed to turn to if the Department of Justice refuses to investigate fraud? 

DOJ Refused to Investigate IRS Employee Fraud

I provided the DOJ with documentation that Internal Revenue Service Stephen Whitlock employee committed two felonies. The first time he violated federal law was when he willfully misused section 6103 in response to the inquiry made by Congressman Schweikert.  Director Whitlock committed a second felony when he failed to provide the public who he serves with the fiduciary duty of honest service.  Director Whitlock is responsible for taking credit for phantom investigations and issuing results on investigations that were never performed. The DOJ gave the following response:

        “To alleged misconduct by Whistleblower Office Director Whitlock and other employees in that office, the nature of your allegation is within the investigation jurisdiction of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration”

Thank God for Tea Party

Senator Cruz as a CPA I have witnessed firsthand the abuse of Internal Revenue Service for over 30 years. The IRS bayonet’s those who can’t defend themselves.  The majority of Congress would love to see the Tea Party go away.  American taxpayers should be forever indebted to the Tea Party for exposing the widespread corruption inside the walls of the Internal Revenue Service.

Senator Cruz I think the majority of Tea Party members would agree with the following statement.  If Congress allows the IRS to put people in jail for fraud, then Congress has a duty to taxpayers to put IRS employees in jail for fraud.  I’m writing to ask you to investigate why the DOJ won’t investigate a billion dollar fraud and why the DOJ won’t investigate IRS employee felonies?   I look forward to hearing your written response.

Good morning Gentlemen;

With the recent revelations the Executive Branch of our government is spying on Americans - instead of jihadists and terrorists - I would like to pose a few questions for your consideration.

1. Why has no one in Congress forced this administration to revoke Department of Homeland Security (DHS) document IA-0257-09 (2009)? This document gives them their extra-legislative "authority" (sic) to declare Americans are the terrorists - instead of the real terrorists. How do you think Veterans feel about being called "terrorists" when many of these Veterans gave up quite a bit (some of them body parts) to fight for this Nation? I appreciate the Letter Congressman Smith wrote Janet Napolitano back in 2009 - but Gentlemen, this is not enough. This administration clearly ignores your letters!

2. In light of the recent revelations and claims the National Security Agency (NSA) and DHS were monitoring U.S. citizens phones, Internet and financial transactions - and in light of the massive computing power available within only one of these "Data Centers".... how is it that Congress has apparently accepted the excuse that all they are doing is logging records to and from? It is patently obvious to anyone with any knowledge of computers, that only one of these "data centers" has the capability of doing that particular alleged "job" - for the entire world - yet we have multiple "data centers" scattered over the U.S. with these abilities - one of them right here in San Antonio!

Is it not a bit more likely that they are, indeed, unconstitutionally spying on Americans e-mails, Internet, texts, telephone conversations and bank transactions? With multiple "data centers" and this kind of computing horsepower, they certainly have the ability to do so. I found an article written back on 10 June 2010 in the Tea Party Economist that stated there were 854,000 paid individuals spying on Americans. How many are there today?

3. We are in "sequestration", it began this year. Congress determined the amount would be an $86 Billion dollar cut. A report this morning found within the news online "Financial Times" - that the U.S. is spending $80 Billion annually on this intelligence gathering... Granted, not all of that would be going to these "data centers", but my assumption is a majority of it indeed is... There are indeed many programs this administration is spending taxpayer money on that fly in the face of Congressional rulings and decisions - yet the House has not pulled his plug to stop his frivolous squandering of taxpayer monies  and subsequent deepening of our National Debt. This administration seems bent on depleting our resources to the point where our Nation WILL default on loans - and our economy will fall in the toilet - providing President Obama his opportunity to declare martial law in a time of peace.

Do you really want to go there?

4. We have the Veterans Administration (VA) declaring certain Veterans are incapable of handling their own finances - all without due process of law or a Court involvement - removing their 2nd Amendment rights under the Constitution of the United States and "appointing" someone other than themselves or a family member to handle all of their finances.... We have a Democratic Senator who openly stated on-camera that all Military Veterans have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and should not be allowed to own a weapon. To date; approximately 160,000 Veterans Nation-wide have lost their 2nd Amendment rights by these VA actions and these Veterans are forced to fight this illegal and unconstitutional action in a Court of Law - because Congress has provided no assistance, has taken no action to put a stop to it. This should NOT be the way a Nation treats those who fought for it.

I cannot begin to express how disgraceful this is. Words evade me.

So, Gentlemen... we have Sequestration, we have the highest deficit in U.S. history, we have Executive Branch overreach that exceeds the limits of the Constitution of the United States, we have extra-legislative regulations that violate the Constitution (EPA, IRS, HHS), we have monstrous taxpayer expenditures not approved by Congress (State Department) and extra-legislative actions authored and executed on a daily basis by an administration gone wild with power (NSA, DOJ, CIA, DHS, VA).

I would like to know when you are going to convince your peers on the other side of the isle that they too - and their constituents, are at risk here.

And here is another thought for you to chew on and review; In all of these hearings and Investigations that continue in all of the existing known scandals, and the scandals that continue to be revealed... one thing stands apparent to every American.

No one is being held accountable.

What I mean by this:  every citizen knows that if they did any one of these crimes, "Perjury to Congress", "Contempt of Congress" as examples - they would find themselves behind bars for a long time. Yet we see on a daily basis, members of this administration lying to Congress, refusing to provide information Congress demands, delaying the production of information Congress demands... and no one is locked up. They are all walking around scot-free.

I submit Congress itself is destroying the system of checks and balances by not immediately holding them accountable - by locking them up when they refuse to answer or refuse to provide the information Congress demands.

I submit Congress is creating precedent that will be continually followed by every member of this administration who does not wish their agenda revealed to the public and Congress.

Gentlemen, I am not claiming yourselves are the ones doing this - please take no offense. However, I firmly believe you would discover if Congress started locking them up - they would start talking and you probably would not be able to shut them up. All of you certainly have friends on the other side of the isle... they are not necessarily bad just because they are Democrats. It might be a very good time to start trying to convince them this Executive Branch overreach directly pertains to them and their well-being, that following a political agenda simply because it originated in their party - might not be the smartest thing to do for long-term career goals.

It is already apparent to anyone who is listening to all of this that our Nation is in the midst of a coup. No, we do not wear tin-foil hats and yes, according to one member of Congress we are all "Whacko Birds".

So be it. If that is the description we carry, we will shoulder that (yet I reiterate we do not wear tin-foil hats). What we desire of our elected is action - not words, not letters. We want our Constitutional Republic government back, we want our freedom back. We want this administration removed in its entirety and our government restored. All of you have a place in that and yes, I voted for all three of you. I will do so again, but that might prove difficult if this agenda of President Obama's continues to play out to the obvious ending.

Greetings Sir! I greatly respect your diligence investigating this travesty of government we currently have, yet I would like to make a couple of statements I feel pertinent at this juncture.

Late last week Mr. Holder made a statement the "Department of (in)Justice" was going to begin monitoring social media websites, and anyone found posting or writing (I quote) "inflammatory" comments concerning muslims/islam would be arrested on federal charges of violating muslims/islam civil rights....

Sir, first of all, it seems to me that anyone who adheres to a "religion" that openly promotes killing Christians, pedophilia and world domination - and commits these crimes here on U.S. soil as well as overseas... a "religion" that claims that anyone who "insults" their "prophet" must be killed.... has not earned any respect at all - and indeed, the act of Mr. Holder making this statement in the first place directly violates the 1st Amendment of our Constitution.

Sir, a common citizen of this Nation would long ago be behind bars for the things Mr. Holder has already done - and the key thrown away to boot.

This act of attempting to overthrow 1st Amendment rights by fiat adds insult to injury.

Congressman Issa, I submit Mr. Holder has not only committed perjury before Congress - he has committed treason in attempting to legislate/regulate by fiat the Constitutional rights of all free citizens of this Nation.

I understand Congress must always have it's ducks in a row before acting - but how much longer must citizens wait before Justice is done? How many more citizens must suffer under this administration before Congress acts?

Bottom line Sir, and something I'm uncertain may have crossed your mind; Mr Obama is playing in a house of cards.... if those cards start falling down, their respective individual pieces arrested and jailed.... I firmly believe you won't be able to stop them talking....

I believe you will quickly discover all of the missing information you (and we) desire, uncovering all of the crimes, corruption, treason - because I do not believe any of them are going to be willing to take a bullet for Mr. Obama and suffer in silence.

Just some thoughts Sir. Please keep up the good work, Americans respect your diligence - but we do want action, not just words. We want these criminals arrested and behind bars - as this is exactly what would happen to any of us if we had done the same (or actually lesser) crimes....

“On April 24, 2012, a Western Journalism article and/or blog post revealed an eye-opening report titled “The Wayne Madsen Report” that was drafted by a Washington, DC-based investigative journalist with approximately twenty years of experience that revealed that our foreign aid dollars that come from hard working Americans and is intended to be used to buy starving villagers rice is actually being used to finance foreign military weapons purchases for various wars, conflicts, and insurgencies as a means of furthering the Islamazation of Africa and Asia, which is now almost complete.  This report also does a meticulous job of connecting the dots that lead directly back to President Obama and his entire family.

The report’s dizzying array of abbreviations, acronyms, NGO’s, and many other groups obfuscate duties, dollars, and destinies.

What a labyrinth to wade through!  Lost in all of this overseas stewpot are the unsuspecting U.S. citizens who pay for everything. But where is Madsen now?  Is all of what he says true?  He filed communiqués from the Obama Korean summit recently, that much we know, but is he safe?

What really is appropriate here is the admonishment of George Washington who warned America in his Farewell Address delivered to our new nation on 17 September 1796.  Washington said, “Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence the jealousy of free people ought to be constantly awake since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of a republican government.”

Could any of our politicians look into the eyes of America’s founder and say they have followed his advice when it comes to foreign aid? Mightily served by our founding fathers, America has been miserably served by her politicians!”

Governor Martinez in my last seven letters to your office I have graciously requested an opportunity to visit with you for a few minutes regarding this extremely disturbing and time sensitive matter, but to date I have not received a response from your office.  This continues to baffle me because I still don’t comprehend why someone from your office can’t take a couple of minutes out of their busy schedule to provide me with the reason(s) for the denial of said request. I also find it extremely disappointing being that I am a Native New Mexican who not only voted for you when you were running for the office of Governor, but consider myself to be one of your loyal supporters, which evidently means little or nothing to you or members of your staff.

On April 24, 2012, a Western Journalism article and/or blog post revealed an eye-opening report titled “The Wayne Madsen Report” that was drafted by a Washington, DC-based investigative journalist with approximately twenty years of experience that revealed that our foreign aid dollars that come from hard working Americans and is intended to be used to buy starving villagers rice is actually being used to finance foreign military weapons purchases for various wars, conflicts, and insurgencies as a means of furthering the Islamazation of Africa and Asia, which is now almost complete.  This report also does a meticulous job of connecting the dots that lead directly back to President Obama and his entire family.

Although this article and/or blog post was published back on April 24, 2012, I wanted to share it with him now because I believe that we are currently witnessing the unintended consequences of our foreign aid dollars gone extremely bad in the Middle East, Africa and Asia due to years of overt or covert actions by politicians, bureaucrats and foreign service operatives, which are coming back to bite us as evidenced by the ongoing disastrous events that we have witnessed in those continents in the past two weeks.

On August 25, 2012, I wrote my eleventh letter to you respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of indisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces.

A Wayne Madsen 32 page pdf file is opening up a Pandora’s Box of American foreign aid money dispensed wildly and broadly overseas.  The reporter cites American dollars intended to buy starving villagers rice actually going to finance foreign military weapons purchases for various wars, conflicts, and insurgencies.   Our tax dollars earned through the hard work and sweat equity have not been used to our benefit but rather to further the Islamazation of these continents, which is now almost complete.

The very aims and actions of politicians, faceless bureaucrats, and foreign service operatives (both covertly and not covertly) have come back to bite America at a time when our own citizens are suffering through economic trouble.  The investigative reporter’s dogged pursuit of the Obama-Dunham family odyssey in places from Jakarta to Jalalabad, and from the Ford Foundation to the Oval Office, makes for fascinating reading:  But how to verify it?

Rumors abound that Madsen has grown so fearful for his life that he has broken up with a long time companion and left the country.   A noted author and syndicated columnist, Madsen’s reports have been widely circulated.  He is the author of “Genocide and Covert Operations in Africa” and “Jaded Tasks: Big Oil, Black Ops & Brass Plates.”

A picture of Stanley Ann Dunham “visiting a Balinese duck farm officially as part of her work to secure bank loans for small businesses” is included in the five-part report of international intrigue and American dollars. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner’s father Peter Geithner acted as the Ford Foundation’s grant selector for projects in Indonesia, and President Obama’s mother worked for or with him as Madsen reports.

The report’s dizzying array of abbreviations, acronyms, NGO’s, and many other groups obfuscate duties, dollars, and destinies.

What a labyrinth to wade through!  Lost in all of this overseas stewpot are the unsuspecting U.S. citizens who pay for everything. But where is Madsen now?  Is all of what he says true?  He filed communiqués from the Obama Korean summit recently, that much we know, but is he safe?

What really is appropriate here is the admonishment of George Washington who warned America in his Farewell Address delivered to our new nation on 17 September 1796.  Washington said, “Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence the jealousy of free people ought to be constantly awake since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of a republican government.”

Could any of our politicians look into the eyes of America’s founder and say they have followed his advice when it comes to foreign aid? Mightily served by our founding fathers, America has been miserably served by her politicians!”

Dear Fellow Patriots:

What follows is a letter that I forwarded to Congressman Allen West today regarding my numerous requests for the conduct of a full-scale investigation by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, which I again am taking the liberty of sharing with you for informational purposes.

I am writing to you again for the purpose of sharing the following excerpts from a letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Senator Tom Udall on August 25, 2012:

Excerpts From Senator Udall’s Letter:

“…On July 25, 2012, I wrote my tenth letter to you respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of indisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces.

For your information, to date I have not received a response from your office, but be that as it may, what follows is a newly released film that I believe not only relates to this extremely disturbing and time sensitive issue, but it overwhelmingly supports said request:

Additionally, on August 23, 2012, it was revealed that this administration has been targeting veterans.  What follows is the article and/or blog post that revealed this disturbing issue, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you in its entirety for effect:

“(Aug. 23, 2012) — Last week, former Marine Brandon Raub was arrested without being charged with a crime nor read his Miranda rights.  He was held in a psychiatric hospital until a judge ordered his release today.

Raub was arrested on August 16 by the Chesterfield, VA police, members of the FBI and Secret Service for posts on his Facebook page which were allegedly “terrorist in nature.”  Raub’s Facebook page was reportedly private, and his attorneys claimed that his First Amendment rights had been violated.

Supporters of Raub had claimed that he was “kidnapped.”  The Huffington Post reported that Raub’s Facebook posts were “anti-government” and discussed “a coming revolution.” A Texas judge stated that he believed that if Obama is re-elected in November, a “civil war” will result, but he was not arrested or detained against his will.

Millions of citizens have expressed concern as a result of Obama’s record-level spending, socialist agenda, and plans for a second term.  Others, like Raub, believe that the federal government was involved in the 9/11 attacks and are “seeking the truth.”

Attorneys from The Rutherford Institute defended Raub, and a circuit court judge ruled today that the claims against him were “devoid of any factual allegations.”

An opinion piece on Raub’s case states that “retaliation” was used against him.  Was Raub taken into custody for a “thought crime” and labeled “mad,” as Winston Smith was in the novel 1984?

The same day Raub was released, a report of a similar arrest of an Ohio veteran states that his firearms were taken and that he must report for a psychiatric evaluation without formal charges having been brought.  The Obama regime is known for its anti-Second Amendment position, and the veteran’s arrest was speculated as not having been initiated locally.

A Presidential candidate and columnist for The Post & Email has repeatedly said that the federal government under Obama intends to disarm the American people.

Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, a 25-year Navy veteran, has been jailed on numerous occasions in Monroe County, TN forexposing government corruption.  Darren Wesley Huff was sentenced to four years in federal prison in Texas after no crime was committed.  Huff had attempted to lend support to Fitzpatrick on April 20, 2010 by driving to the courthouse for Fitzpatrick’s arraignment hearing.  He was not arrested that day, but rather, ten days later, after an expenditure of approximately $450,000 was made deploying police officers of all levels into the small town to allegedly stop a “courthouse takeover” which was never attempted.

Fitzpatrick described Obama as a threat to the United States more than three years ago, and a billboard in Texas now makes the same claim.  Military members take an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution against “all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Have Huff and Fitzpatrick been persecuted for their postings and for what they allegedly “believe?”  Are “sovereign citizens” actually Americans who wish to exercise control over their government and preserve individual liberties, as the Founding Fathers did?  The Founders established the first true form of self-government, which requires that each person takeresponsibility for keeping a watchful eye on government and taking care of his own affairs without government intrusion.  Obama, in contrast, believes in wealth redistribution such that an increasing number of people will become dependent on government’s largesse at the expense of others.

During the 2008 campaign, Obama described people struggling in a poor economy  as “cling[ing] to guns or religion.”  Some believe that Obama’s fatal Fast & Furious gunwalking operation was intended to turn American sentiment against gun ownership.

The Second Amendment allows Americans the right to bear arms and was written with the purpose of “enforcing” the First Amendment, according to Dick Morris.  In colonial days, able-bodied men served in a militia as a matter of course and, according to Morris, were “the backbone of the American Revolution.”  The citizen militia was “a product of English heritage” with “common law origins.”

Huff and Fitzpatrick have been depicted as “sovereign citizens” capable of violence even though both men have publicly denounced violence as a means to restoring constitutional governance.  The FBI, which reports to Eric Holder’s U.S. Department of Justice under Obama, states that “sovereign citizens” are a “domestic terrorism threat.”

A Department of Homeland Security report dated April 7, 2009 had warned that “returning veterans” could be persuaded to join “extremist” groups, whose activity was expected to increase because of the election of the “first African American president” and an increasingly poor economy.  The DHS report suggested that “restrictions on firearms ownership and use” might occur.  The DVD contains several sections, one of which is entitled “Suspicious Activity Report Line Officer Training.”  The language used in the training program is similar to that of the DHS report.  Early in 2011, DHS also announced its intentions to “monitor media content, including social media data.”

Some members of the military have been discharged because of their disagreement with how Obama is handling military affairs. Soldiers who perceive Obama’s orders to be illegitimate have been punished, including Dr. Terrence Lakin, who spentfive months in Ft. Leavenworth for questioning Obama’s constitutional eligibility to issue orders to the military.

Fitzpatrick accused Obama and General Martin Dempsey of treason for ordering U.S. Army troops into Samson, AL on March 10, 2009 to perform civilian police duties, an action which was deemed by the Army Inspector General to have been a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.  Instead of being disciplined, Dempsey was promoted by Obama.

Carl Higbie, a former Navy SEAL, was “forced to retire” after writing a book describing what he saw as deficiencies and political posturing within his military command.  Higbie was reportedly one of the SEALs who carried out the raid on Osama bin Laden last spring.   Higbie’s book is due to be released on September 11, but the Pentagon may prosecute him for writing it. Higbie’s stated purpose in writing the book is his personal effort “to save the American dream.”

Other military officers claim that Obama’s White House leaked “classified information” about the bin Laden raid “for political benefit.”

For 21 years, Fitzpatrick has termed the upper echelons of the military “command racketeers.”  Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey has criticized retired officers for speaking out against Obama’s policies.  Fitzpatrick named Dempsey in commission of treason after he and putative Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta stated that they followed the lead of the “international community,” not Congress, in committing U.S. troops to war earlier this year.

Obama has also been personally accused of allowing sensitive information to be leaked to the media, including his “Kill List” of alleged terrorists around the world and the creation of the Stuxnet computer virus designed to disable Iran’s nuclear capabilities.  “Treason” is defined “acting to overthrow one’s government” or “treachery,” among others.

The Obama regime recently sued the state of Ohio, contending that its new law allowing veterans to cast early votes for three additional days over other early voters, claiming that there is “no rational basis” for military men and women to receive extra time to to vote.

Will other military veterans be arrested in the coming days and weeks on apparent pretenses?  Has the Obama regime done away with due process of law?

On April 30, The Post & Email exclusively broke the story on the FBI/U.S. Department of Justice “Sovereign Citizen” training program which no other news outlet or newswire service will distribute.  Perhaps the label and its effects are more widespread than previously believed.  While the FBI and Secret Service appear to respond rapidly to Facebook posts and threats against certain individuals in government, The Post & Email can confirm that credible reports of threats against specific persons reported in good faith are completely ignored.

Finally, in my letter to you of April 11, 2012, I shared the following information that I believe relates to this issue, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you again for effect:

“Senator Udall when I was commissioned in the Marine Corps I was required to take the following oath:

“I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

This oath specifically states that the Constitution will be supported and defended against all enemies and it acknowledges that the enemy may be found on foreign soil or in one’s own backyard.

As you know, any commissioned officer and/or public servant who takes this oath and then conspires or is a party to an act or actions that seek to undermine by purpose of evasion, the spirit and intent of the Constitution of the United States would fit the definition of a traitor.

What concerns and/or pains me immensely is that, although our own elected representatives constantly remind us that they support those troops that continue to give their all, to include their lives, to uphold and defend our Constitution, they stood by while Lt Col Terry Lakin was stripped of his honor and had everything taken from him, to include his freedom, for abiding by his oath as a military officer by having the fortitude to question President Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief, as have many other Americans….

….For your information, and probably, much to your dismay, I will not be silent while I witness our Constitution being shredded before my eyes by what appears to be treason, while our local and national elected officials sit on the sidelines and allow it to happen.  It is quite evident to me, as it is to many others, that the cloak of darkness that has kept this travesty from the American people is rapidly coming unraveled as evidenced by the number of people that are currently coming forward to expose those individuals that took part in what I consider to be the greatest fraud perpetrated in American history…”

Accordingly, I again am hereby respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse for the sake of the preservation of our United States of America that I love dearly and for which so many brave and courageous Americans have made the ultimate sacrifice for…”

For your information, I also forwarded a similar letter to our NM U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman and NM U.S. Congressman Martin Heinrich, along with a letter to our NM Governor Susana Martinez requesting that President Obama be removed from the NM 2012 Presidential Election Ballot because I, like so many other Americans, believe the he is constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces.

Finally, I again would like to mention that I am taking the liberty of sharing the above information with you strictly for informational purposes because I believe that we have something in common, which is that we both served our Country/Republic honorably and truly love it and what it stands for, as do so many other Americans that have not only served, but have made the made the ultimate sacrifice for it.

Dear Fellow Patriots:

What follows is a copy of my eleventh letter that I forwarded to our NM Governor Susana Martinez today requesting the removal of President Obama from the NM 2012 Presidential Election Ballot, which I again am taking the liberty of sharing with you for informational purposes.

Please note that I have included excerpts from the letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Senator Tom Udall yesterday, which I also believe relate to and/or further support my numerous requests for the removal of President Obama from the NM 2012 Presidential Election Ballot:

Letter to Governor Martinez:

August 26, 2012

Dear Governor Martinez:

On July 26, 2012, I wrote to you and shared excerpts from a letter that I had forwarded to Senator Udall on that same date, which I believed supported my numerous requests (ten in total) for the removal of President Obama from the New Mexico 2012 Presidential Election Ballot because he is Constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief.

I again would be remiss if I didn’t share excerpts from a letter that I sent to Senator Udall, on August 25, 2012, in support of my request for the conduct of an investigation by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, which I again am taking the liberty of sharing with you because I believe they relate to and/or further support my numerous requests to have President Obama removed from the NM 2012 Presidential Election Ballot:

Excerpts From Senator Udall’s Letter:

“For your information, to date I have not received a response from your office, but be that as it may, what follows is a newly released film that I believe not only relates to this extremely disturbing and time sensitive issue, but it overwhelmingly supports said request:

New Film “The Unvetted” Exposes Obama’s Communist Cover-up!-Posted on Right Side News-On August 23, 2012:

Additionally, on August 23, 2012, it was revealed that this administration has been targeting veterans.  What follows is the article and/or blog post that revealed this disturbing issue, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you in its entirety for effect:

“(Aug. 23, 2012) — Last week, former Marine Brandon Raub was arrested without being charged with a crime nor read his Miranda rights.  He was held in a psychiatric hospital until a judge ordered his release today.

Raub was arrested on August 16 by the Chesterfield, VA police, members of the FBI and Secret Service for posts on his Facebook page which were allegedly “terrorist in nature.”  Raub’s Facebook page was reportedly private, and his attorneys claimed that his First Amendment rights had been violated.

Supporters of Raub had claimed that he was “kidnapped.”  The Huffington Post reported that Raub’s Facebook posts were “anti-government” and discussed “a coming revolution.” A Texas judge stated that he believed that if Obama is re-elected in November, a “civil war” will result, but he was not arrested or detained against his will.

Millions of citizens have expressed concern as a result of Obama’s record-level spending, socialist agenda, and plans for a second term.  Others, like Raub, believe that the federal government was involved in the 9/11 attacks and are “seeking the truth.”

Attorneys from The Rutherford Institute defended Raub, and a circuit court judge ruled today that the claims against him were “devoid of any factual allegations.”

An opinion piece on Raub’s case states that “retaliation” was used against him.  Was Raub taken into custody for a “thought crime” and labeled “mad,” as Winston Smith was in the novel 1984?

The same day Raub was released, a report of a similar arrest of an Ohio veteran states that his firearms were taken and that he must report for a psychiatric evaluation without formal charges having been brought.  The Obama regime is known for its anti-Second Amendment position, and the veteran’s arrest was speculated as not having been initiated locally.

A Presidential candidate and columnist for The Post & Email has repeatedly said that the federal government under Obama intends to disarm the American people.

Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, a 25-year Navy veteran, has been jailed on numerous occasions in Monroe County, TN forexposing government corruption.  Darren Wesley Huff was sentenced to four years in federal prison in Texas after no crime was committed.  Huff had attempted to lend support to Fitzpatrick on April 20, 2010 by driving to the courthouse for Fitzpatrick’s arraignment hearing.  He was not arrested that day, but rather, ten days later, after an expenditure of approximately $450,000 was made deploying police officers of all levels into the small town to allegedly stop a “courthouse takeover” which was never attempted.

Fitzpatrick described Obama as a threat to the United States more than three years ago, and a billboard in Texas now makes the same claim.  Military members take an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution against “all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Have Huff and Fitzpatrick been persecuted for their postings and for what they allegedly “believe?”  Are “sovereign citizens” actually Americans who wish to exercise control over their government and preserve individual liberties, as the Founding Fathers did?  The Founders established the first true form of self-government, which requires that each person takeresponsibility for keeping a watchful eye on government and taking care of his own affairs without government intrusion.  Obama, in contrast, believes in wealth redistribution such that an increasing number of people will become dependent on government’s largesse at the expense of others.

During the 2008 campaign, Obama described people struggling in a poor economy  as “cling[ing] to guns or religion.”  Some believe that Obama’s fatal Fast & Furious gunwalking operation was intended to turn American sentiment against gun ownership.

The Second Amendment allows Americans the right to bear arms and was written with the purpose of “enforcing” the First Amendment, according to Dick Morris.  In colonial days, able-bodied men served in a militia as a matter of course and, according to Morris, were “the backbone of the American Revolution.”  The citizen militia was “a product of English heritage” with “common law origins.”

Huff and Fitzpatrick have been depicted as “sovereign citizens” capable of violence even though both men have publicly denounced violence as a means to restoring constitutional governance.  The FBI, which reports to Eric Holder’s U.S. Department of Justice under Obama, states that “sovereign citizens” are a “domestic terrorism threat.”

A Department of Homeland Security report dated April 7, 2009 had warned that “returning veterans” could be persuaded to join “extremist” groups, whose activity was expected to increase because of the election of the “first African American president” and an increasingly poor economy.  The DHS report suggested that “restrictions on firearms ownership and use” might occur.  The DVD contains several sections, one of which is entitled “Suspicious Activity Report Line Officer Training.”  The language used in the training program is similar to that of the DHS report.  Early in 2011, DHS also announced its intentions to “monitor media content, including social media data.”

Some members of the military have been discharged because of their disagreement with how Obama is handling military affairs. Soldiers who perceive Obama’s orders to be illegitimate have been punished, including Dr. Terrence Lakin, who spentfive months in Ft. Leavenworth for questioning Obama’s constitutional eligibility to issue orders to the military.

Fitzpatrick accused Obama and General Martin Dempsey of treason for ordering U.S. Army troops into Samson, AL on March 10, 2009 to perform civilian police duties, an action which was deemed by the Army Inspector General to have been a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.  Instead of being disciplined, Dempsey was promoted by Obama.

Carl Higbie, a former Navy SEAL, was “forced to retire” after writing a book describing what he saw as deficiencies and political posturing within his military command.  Higbie was reportedly one of the SEALs who carried out the raid on Osama bin Laden last spring.   Higbie’s book is due to be released on September 11, but the Pentagon may prosecute him for writing it. Higbie’s stated purpose in writing the book is his personal effort “to save the American dream.”

Other military officers claim that Obama’s White House leaked “classified information” about the bin Laden raid “for political benefit.”

For 21 years, Fitzpatrick has termed the upper echelons of the military “command racketeers.”  Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey has criticized retired officers for speaking out against Obama’s policies.  Fitzpatrick named Dempsey in commission of treason after he and putative Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta stated that they followed the lead of the “international community,” not Congress, in committing U.S. troops to war earlier this year.

Obama has also been personally accused of allowing sensitive information to be leaked to the media, including his “Kill List” of alleged terrorists around the world and the creation of the Stuxnet computer virus designed to disable Iran’s nuclear capabilities.  “Treason” is defined “acting to overthrow one’s government” or “treachery,” among others.

The Obama regime recently sued the state of Ohio, contending that its new law allowing veterans to cast early votes for three additional days over other early voters, claiming that there is “no rational basis” for military men and women to receive extra time to to vote.

Will other military veterans be arrested in the coming days and weeks on apparent pretenses?  Has the Obama regime done away with due process of law?

On April 30, The Post & Email exclusively broke the story on the FBI/U.S. Department of Justice “Sovereign Citizen” training program which no other news outlet or newswire service will distribute.  Perhaps the label and its effects are more widespread than previously believed.  While the FBI and Secret Service appear to respond rapidly to Facebook posts and threats against certain individuals in government, The Post & Email can confirm that credible reports of threats against specific persons reported in good faith are completely ignored.

Finally, in my letter to you of April 11, 2012, I shared the following information that I believe relates to this issue, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you again for effect:

“Senator Udall when I was commissioned in the Marine Corps I was required to take the following oath:

“I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

This oath specifically states that the Constitution will be supported and defended against all enemies and it acknowledges that the enemy may be found on foreign soil or in one’s own backyard.

As you know, any commissioned officer and/or public servant who takes this oath and then conspires or is a party to an act or actions that seek to undermine by purpose of evasion, the spirit and intent of the Constitution of the United States would fit the definition of a traitor.

What concerns and/or pains me immensely is that, although our own elected representatives constantly remind us that they support those troops that continue to give their all, to include their lives, to uphold and defend our Constitution, they stood by while Lt Col Terry Lakin was stripped of his honor and had everything taken from him, to include his freedom, for abiding by his oath as a military officer by having the fortitude to question President Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief, as have many other Americans….

….For your information, and probably, much to your dismay, I will not be silent while I witness our Constitution being shredded before my eyes by what appears to be treason, while our local and national elected officials sit on the sidelines and allow it to happen.  It is quite evident to me, as it is to many others, that the cloak of darkness that has kept this travesty from the American people is rapidly coming unraveled as evidenced by the number of people that are currently coming forward to expose those individuals that took part in what I consider to be the greatest fraud perpetrated in American history…”

Accordingly, I again am hereby respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse for the sake of the preservation of our United States of America that I love dearly and for which so many brave and courageous Americans have made the ultimate sacrifice for.

For your information, I will also be forwarding the same information to our other NM U.S. Representatives.”

Governor Martinez in my last six letters to your office I have graciously requested an opportunity to visit with you for a few minutes regarding this extremely disturbing and time sensitive matter, but to date I have not received a response from your office.  This continues to baffle me because I still don’t comprehend why someone from your office can’t take a couple of minutes out of their busy schedule to provide me with the reason(s) for the denial of said request. I also find it extremely disappointing being that I am a Native New Mexican who not only voted for you when you were running for the office of Governor, but consider myself to be one of your loyal supporters, which evidently means little or nothing to you or members of your staff.

What follows is a copy of my tenth follow-up letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Congressman Martin Heinrich today respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, which I again am taking the liberty of sharing with you for informational purposes.

Dear Congressman Heinrich:

On July 26, 2012, I wrote my ninth letter to you respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of indisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.

For your information, to date I have not received a response from your office, but be that as it may, what follows is a newly released film that I believe not only relates to this extremely disturbing and time sensitive issue, but it overwhelmingly supports said request:

Additionally, on August 23, 2012, it was revealed that this administration has been targeting veterans.  What follows is the article and/or blog post that revealed this disturbing issue, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you in its entirety for effect:

“(Aug. 23, 2012) — Last week, former Marine Brandon Raub was arrested without being charged with a crime nor read his Miranda rights.  He was held in a psychiatric hospital until a judge ordered his release today.

Raub was arrested on August 16 by the Chesterfield, VA police, members of the FBI and Secret Service for posts on his Facebook page which were allegedly “terrorist in nature.”  Raub’s Facebook page was reportedly private, and his attorneys claimed that his First Amendment rights had been violated.

Supporters of Raub had claimed that he was “kidnapped.”  The Huffington Post reported that Raub’s Facebook posts were “anti-government” and discussed “a coming revolution.” A Texas judge stated that he believed that if Obama is re-elected in November, a “civil war” will result, but he was not arrested or detained against his will.

Millions of citizens have expressed concern as a result of Obama’s record-level spending, socialist agenda, and plans for a second term.  Others, like Raub, believe that the federal government was involved in the 9/11 attacks and are “seeking the truth.”

Attorneys from The Rutherford Institute defended Raub, and a circuit court judge ruled today that the claims against him were “devoid of any factual allegations.”

An opinion piece on Raub’s case states that “retaliation” was used against him.  Was Raub taken into custody for a “thought crime” and labeled “mad,” as Winston Smith was in the novel 1984?

The same day Raub was released, a report of a similar arrest of an Ohio veteran states that his firearms were taken and that he must report for a psychiatric evaluation without formal charges having been brought.  The Obama regime is known for its anti-Second Amendment position, and the veteran’s arrest was speculated as not having been initiated locally.

A Presidential candidate and columnist for The Post & Email has repeatedly said that the federal government under Obama intends to disarm the American people.

Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, a 25-year Navy veteran, has been jailed on numerous occasions in Monroe County, TN forexposing government corruption.  Darren Wesley Huff was sentenced to four years in federal prison in Texas after no crime was committed.  Huff had attempted to lend support to Fitzpatrick on April 20, 2010 by driving to the courthouse for Fitzpatrick’s arraignment hearing.  He was not arrested that day, but rather, ten days later, after an expenditure of approximately $450,000 was made deploying police officers of all levels into the small town to allegedly stop a “courthouse takeover” which was never attempted.

Fitzpatrick described Obama as a threat to the United States more than three years ago, and a billboard in Texas now makes the same claim.  Military members take an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution against “all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Have Huff and Fitzpatrick been persecuted for their postings and for what they allegedly “believe?”  Are “sovereign citizens” actually Americans who wish to exercise control over their government and preserve individual liberties, as the Founding Fathers did?  The Founders established the first true form of self-government, which requires that each person takeresponsibility for keeping a watchful eye on government and taking care of his own affairs without government intrusion.  Obama, in contrast, believes in wealth redistribution such that an increasing number of people will become dependent on government’s largesse at the expense of others.

During the 2008 campaign, Obama described people struggling in a poor economy  as “cling[ing] to guns or religion.”  Some believe that Obama’s fatal Fast & Furious gunwalking operation was intended to turn American sentiment against gun ownership.

The Second Amendment allows Americans the right to bear arms and was written with the purpose of “enforcing” the First Amendment, according to Dick Morris.  In colonial days, able-bodied men served in a militia as a matter of course and, according to Morris, were “the backbone of the American Revolution.”  The citizen militia was “a product of English heritage” with “common law origins.”

Huff and Fitzpatrick have been depicted as “sovereign citizens” capable of violence even though both men have publicly denounced violence as a means to restoring constitutional governance.  The FBI, which reports to Eric Holder’s U.S. Department of Justice under Obama, states that “sovereign citizens” are a “domestic terrorism threat.”

A Department of Homeland Security report dated April 7, 2009 had warned that “returning veterans” could be persuaded to join “extremist” groups, whose activity was expected to increase because of the election of the “first African American president” and an increasingly poor economy.  The DHS report suggested that “restrictions on firearms ownership and use” might occur.  The DVD contains several sections, one of which is entitled “Suspicious Activity Report Line Officer Training.”  The language used in the training program is similar to that of the DHS report.  Early in 2011, DHS also announced its intentions to “monitor media content, including social media data.”

Some members of the military have been discharged because of their disagreement with how Obama is handling military affairs. Soldiers who perceive Obama’s orders to be illegitimate have been punished, including Dr. Terrence Lakin, who spentfive months in Ft. Leavenworth for questioning Obama’s constitutional eligibility to issue orders to the military.

Fitzpatrick accused Obama and General Martin Dempsey of treason for ordering U.S. Army troops into Samson, AL on March 10, 2009 to perform civilian police duties, an action which was deemed by the Army Inspector General to have been a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.  Instead of being disciplined, Dempsey was promoted by Obama.

Carl Higbie, a former Navy SEAL, was “forced to retire” after writing a book describing what he saw as deficiencies and political posturing within his military command.  Higbie was reportedly one of the SEALs who carried out the raid on Osama bin Laden last spring.   Higbie’s book is due to be released on September 11, but the Pentagon may prosecute him for writing it. Higbie’s stated purpose in writing the book is his personal effort “to save the American dream.”

Other military officers claim that Obama’s White House leaked “classified information” about the bin Laden raid “for political benefit.”

For 21 years, Fitzpatrick has termed the upper echelons of the military “command racketeers.”  Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey has criticized retired officers for speaking out against Obama’s policies.  Fitzpatrick named Dempsey in commission of treason after he and putative Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta stated that they followed the lead of the “international community,” not Congress, in committing U.S. troops to war earlier this year.

Obama has also been personally accused of allowing sensitive information to be leaked to the media, including his “Kill List” of alleged terrorists around the world and the creation of the Stuxnet computer virus designed to disable Iran’s nuclear capabilities.  “Treason” is defined “acting to overthrow one’s government” or “treachery,” among others.

The Obama regime recently sued the state of Ohio, contending that its new law allowing veterans to cast early votes for three additional days over other early voters, claiming that there is “no rational basis” for military men and women to receive extra time to to vote.

Will other military veterans be arrested in the coming days and weeks on apparent pretenses?  Has the Obama regime done away with due process of law?

On April 30, The Post & Email exclusively broke the story on the FBI/U.S. Department of Justice “Sovereign Citizen” training program which no other news outlet or newswire service will distribute.  Perhaps the label and its effects are more widespread than previously believed.  While the FBI and Secret Service appear to respond rapidly to Facebook posts and threats against certain individuals in government, The Post & Email can confirm that credible reports of threats against specific persons reported in good faith are completely ignored.

Finally, in my letter to you of April 13, 2012, I shared the following information that I believe relates to this issue, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you again for effect:

“Congressman Heinrich when I was commissioned in the Marine Corps I was required to take the following oath:

“I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

This oath specifically states that the Constitution will be supported and defended against all enemies and it acknowledges that the enemy may be found on foreign soil or in one’s own backyard.

As you know, any commissioned officer and/or public servant who takes this oath and then conspires or is a party to an act or actions that seek to undermine by purpose of evasion, the spirit and intent of the Constitution of the United States would fit the definition of a traitor.

What concerns and/or pains me immensely is that, although our own elected representatives constantly remind us that they support those troops that continue to give their all, to include their lives, to uphold and defend our Constitution, they stood by while Lt Col Terry Lakin was stripped of his honor and had everything taken from him, to include his freedom, for abiding by his oath as a military officer by having the fortitude to question President Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief, as have many other Americans….

….For your information, and probably, much to your dismay, I will not be silent while I witness our Constitution being shredded before my eyes by what appears to be treason, while our local and national elected officials sit on the sidelines and allow it to happen.  It is quite evident to me, as it is to many others, that the cloak of darkness that has kept this travesty from the American people is rapidly coming unraveled as evidenced by the number of people that are currently coming forward to expose those individuals that took part in what I consider to be the greatest fraud perpetrated in American history…”

Accordingly, I again am hereby respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse for the sake of the preservation of our United States of America that I love dearly and for which so many brave and courageous Americans have made the ultimate sacrifice for.

Dear Senator Bingaman:

On July 26, 2012, I wrote my eighth letter to you respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of indisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces.

For your information, to date I have not received a response from your office, but be that as it may, what follows is a newly released film that I believe not only relates to this extremely disturbing and time sensitive issue, but it overwhelmingly supports said request:

Additionally, on August 23, 2012, it was revealed that this administration has been targeting veterans.  What follows is the article and/or blog post that revealed this disturbing issue, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you in its entirety for effect:

“(Aug. 23, 2012) — Last week, former Marine Brandon Raub was arrested without being charged with a crime nor read his Miranda rights.  He was held in a psychiatric hospital until a judge ordered his release today.

Raub was arrested on August 16 by the Chesterfield, VA police, members of the FBI and Secret Service for posts on his Facebook page which were allegedly “terrorist in nature.”  Raub’s Facebook page was reportedly private, and his attorneys claimed that his First Amendment rights had been violated.

Supporters of Raub had claimed that he was “kidnapped.”  The Huffington Post reported that Raub’s Facebook posts were “anti-government” and discussed “a coming revolution.” A Texas judge stated that he believed that if Obama is re-elected in November, a “civil war” will result, but he was not arrested or detained against his will.

Millions of citizens have expressed concern as a result of Obama’s record-level spending, socialist agenda, and plans for a second term.  Others, like Raub, believe that the federal government was involved in the 9/11 attacks and are “seeking the truth.”

Attorneys from The Rutherford Institute defended Raub, and a circuit court judge ruled today that the claims against him were “devoid of any factual allegations.”

An opinion piece on Raub’s case states that “retaliation” was used against him.  Was Raub taken into custody for a “thought crime” and labeled “mad,” as Winston Smith was in the novel 1984?

The same day Raub was released, a report of a similar arrest of an Ohio veteran states that his firearms were taken and that he must report for a psychiatric evaluation without formal charges having been brought.  The Obama regime is known for its anti-Second Amendment position, and the veteran’s arrest was speculated as not having been initiated locally.

A Presidential candidate and columnist for The Post & Email has repeatedly said that the federal government under Obama intends to disarm the American people.

Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, a 25-year Navy veteran, has been jailed on numerous occasions in Monroe County, TN forexposing government corruption.  Darren Wesley Huff was sentenced to four years in federal prison in Texas after no crime was committed.  Huff had attempted to lend support to Fitzpatrick on April 20, 2010 by driving to the courthouse for Fitzpatrick’s arraignment hearing.  He was not arrested that day, but rather, ten days later, after an expenditure of approximately $450,000 was made deploying police officers of all levels into the small town to allegedly stop a “courthouse takeover” which was never attempted.

Fitzpatrick described Obama as a threat to the United States more than three years ago, and a billboard in Texas now makes the same claim.  Military members take an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution against “all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Have Huff and Fitzpatrick been persecuted for their postings and for what they allegedly “believe?”  Are “sovereign citizens” actually Americans who wish to exercise control over their government and preserve individual liberties, as the Founding Fathers did?  The Founders established the first true form of self-government, which requires that each person takeresponsibility for keeping a watchful eye on government and taking care of his own affairs without government intrusion.  Obama, in contrast, believes in wealth redistribution such that an increasing number of people will become dependent on government’s largesse at the expense of others.

During the 2008 campaign, Obama described people struggling in a poor economy  as “cling[ing] to guns or religion.”  Some believe that Obama’s fatal Fast & Furious gunwalking operation was intended to turn American sentiment against gun ownership.

The Second Amendment allows Americans the right to bear arms and was written with the purpose of “enforcing” the First Amendment, according to Dick Morris.  In colonial days, able-bodied men served in a militia as a matter of course and, according to Morris, were “the backbone of the American Revolution.”  The citizen militia was “a product of English heritage” with “common law origins.”

Huff and Fitzpatrick have been depicted as “sovereign citizens” capable of violence even though both men have publicly denounced violence as a means to restoring constitutional governance.  The FBI, which reports to Eric Holder’s U.S. Department of Justice under Obama, states that “sovereign citizens” are a “domestic terrorism threat.”

A Department of Homeland Security report dated April 7, 2009 had warned that “returning veterans” could be persuaded to join “extremist” groups, whose activity was expected to increase because of the election of the “first African American president” and an increasingly poor economy.  The DHS report suggested that “restrictions on firearms ownership and use” might occur.  The DVD contains several sections, one of which is entitled “Suspicious Activity Report Line Officer Training.”  The language used in the training program is similar to that of the DHS report.  Early in 2011, DHS also announced its intentions to “monitor media content, including social media data.”

Some members of the military have been discharged because of their disagreement with how Obama is handling military affairs. Soldiers who perceive Obama’s orders to be illegitimate have been punished, including Dr. Terrence Lakin, who spentfive months in Ft. Leavenworth for questioning Obama’s constitutional eligibility to issue orders to the military.

Fitzpatrick accused Obama and General Martin Dempsey of treason for ordering U.S. Army troops into Samson, AL on March 10, 2009 to perform civilian police duties, an action which was deemed by the Army Inspector General to have been a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.  Instead of being disciplined, Dempsey was promoted by Obama.

Carl Higbie, a former Navy SEAL, was “forced to retire” after writing a book describing what he saw as deficiencies and political posturing within his military command.  Higbie was reportedly one of the SEALs who carried out the raid on Osama bin Laden last spring.   Higbie’s book is due to be released on September 11, but the Pentagon may prosecute him for writing it. Higbie’s stated purpose in writing the book is his personal effort “to save the American dream.”

Other military officers claim that Obama’s White House leaked “classified information” about the bin Laden raid “for political benefit.”

For 21 years, Fitzpatrick has termed the upper echelons of the military “command racketeers.”  Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey has criticized retired officers for speaking out against Obama’s policies.  Fitzpatrick named Dempsey in commission of treason after he and putative Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta stated that they followed the lead of the “international community,” not Congress, in committing U.S. troops to war earlier this year.

Obama has also been personally accused of allowing sensitive information to be leaked to the media, including his “Kill List” of alleged terrorists around the world and the creation of the Stuxnet computer virus designed to disable Iran’s nuclear capabilities.  “Treason” is defined “acting to overthrow one’s government” or “treachery,” among others.

The Obama regime recently sued the state of Ohio, contending that its new law allowing veterans to cast early votes for three additional days over other early voters, claiming that there is “no rational basis” for military men and women to receive extra time to to vote.

Will other military veterans be arrested in the coming days and weeks on apparent pretenses?  Has the Obama regime done away with due process of law?

On April 30, The Post & Email exclusively broke the story on the FBI/U.S. Department of Justice “Sovereign Citizen” training program which no other news outlet or newswire service will distribute.  Perhaps the label and its effects are more widespread than previously believed.  While the FBI and Secret Service appear to respond rapidly to Facebook posts and threats against certain individuals in government, The Post & Email can confirm that credible reports of threats against specific persons reported in good faith are completely ignored.

Finally, in my letter to you of April 13, 2012, I shared the following information that I believe relates to this issue, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you again for effect:

“Senator Bingaman when I was commissioned in the Marine Corps I was required to take the following oath:

“I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

This oath specifically states that the Constitution will be supported and defended against all enemies and it acknowledges that the enemy may be found on foreign soil or in one’s own backyard.

As you know, any commissioned officer and/or public servant who takes this oath and then conspires or is a party to an act or actions that seek to undermine by purpose of evasion, the spirit and intent of the Constitution of the United States would fit the definition of a traitor.

What concerns and/or pains me immensely is that, although our own elected representatives constantly remind us that they support those troops that continue to give their all, to include their lives, to uphold and defend our Constitution, they stood by while Lt Col Terry Lakin was stripped of his honor and had everything taken from him, to include his freedom, for abiding by his oath as a military officer by having the fortitude to question President Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief, as have many other Americans….

….For your information, and probably, much to your dismay, I will not be silent while I witness our Constitution being shredded before my eyes by what appears to be treason, while our local and national elected officials sit on the sidelines and allow it to happen.  It is quite evident to me, as it is to many others, that the cloak of darkness that has kept this travesty from the American people is rapidly coming unraveled as evidenced by the number of people that are currently coming forward to expose those individuals that took part in what I consider to be the greatest fraud perpetrated in American history…”

Accordingly, I again am hereby respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse for the sake of the preservation of our United States of America that I love dearly and for which so many brave and courageous Americans have made the ultimate sacrifice for.

For your information, I will also be forwarding the same information to our other NM U.S. Representatives.

Obama’s Historic Presidency

“Historic” may be an understatement when describing Barack Obama’s Presidency.  When we consider what Obama has done in his first term, it is easy to see that he has excelled in many areas that prior President’s have never thought to tread.  As we explore some of Obama’s historic achievements, his definition of “change” becomes clearer.

Unemployed College Graduates: For the first time in US history, there are more jobless people who attended college than those who didn’t; a historic Obama achievement.

Poverty: The US now has the highest poverty rate – ever!  All prior Presidents failed to plunge more families into poverty than Obama.  Imagine how many more families can slide into poverty if Obama gets a second term.  He’ll be able to beat his own historic record.

Food Stamps: Obama has broken all records when it comes to doling out food stamps.  Before Obama’s Presidency, $39 billion from taxpayers was spent for food stamp recipients.  In 2012, $81 billion is now spent on food stamps thanks to Obama’s historic increase in less than 4 years in office.  He’s done an outstanding job of implementing the Cloward & Piven strategy.

Unemployment Rate: If the labor force was the same size now as when Obama took office, unemployment is at 11%.  The historic decline of the US labor force during Obama’s Presidency has put us back to what it was in 1981.  If we include people who are underemployed in today’s labor force, the unemployment rate is actually 14%.  Even if we consider the BLS unemployment rate, which was 7.3% when Obama took office, we know he promised it wouldn’t hit 8%.  Well, it has remained above 8% throughout his Presidency and has remained high for the longest time-period in recorded history.  Obama has decreased private sector jobs and increased government jobs.  Since there are 7.7 million less working people since Obama took office, his current claim that he created over 4 million jobs is nothing short of a historic lie.

Economic Recovery: In 2008 under President Bush, TARP was a massive, and arguably deceptive spending bill designed to avert a professed financial collapse when the Carter-Clinton-Cuomo “Community Reinvestment Act” chickens finally came home to roost. Just months later when Obama took office in 2009, he doubled-down with his Omnibus bill (filled with 9000 earmarks, which he signed behind closed doors), the largest Stimulus spending bill in US history, plus other 2009 spending bills passed by the Democrat-controlled House and Senate totaling $4+ trillion.  Despite the most massive government spending in one year by any President – ever – Obama has managed to ensure the worst economic recovery – in history!  But wait… Obama’s historic achievement gets better… since the Harry Reid-controlled Senate has refused to pass a budget each year since Obama’s 2009 $4+ trillion spending bills, continuing resolutions have refunded all of those bills.  That’s right – all of Obama’s 2009 spending bills, including the failed 2009 Stimulus bill, get refunded each and every year (so we’ve had 4 Obama Stimulus’ since he took office).  Truly historic, isn’t it?

Household Net Worth: “The Federal Reserve said the median net worth of families plunged by 39 percent in just three years, from $126,400 in 2007 to $77,300 in 2010. That puts Americans roughly on par with where they were in 1992.”  Obama’s historic achievement sealed the deal on setting American families back 20 years.  Just imagine how much farther back we’ll be if Obama is re-elected.

Gas Prices: The nationwide average was $1.84 per gallon of regular gas when Obama took office and it’s never looked back.  Obama said that under his plan, energy prices would necessarily skyrocket.  Obama is the first US President to fulfill such a promise with deliberate intent to cause significant, daily financial impact to all Americans.

Food Prices: Compare your family’s food expense to what you were paying less than 4 years ago and you’ll see the steep rise in food prices… not to mention the shrinking package sizes.  Obama has seized on the rising food prices by inspiring large cities throughout the nation to ban Americans from feeding the hungry and donating to food banks.  No President in the history of our nation has ever taken such a historic step.

Home Ownership: Obama’s historic success reversed 46 years of progress made by American families when home ownership hit its lowest level since 1965 on his watch and despite all his mortgage bailout gimmicks, slush funds and massive bailouts for government-owned-and-operated Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Corporate Tax Rate: Thanks to Obama, the US enjoys the highest jobs-killing corporate income tax rate in the industrialized world! Businesses are handing over more of their hard-earned dollars to Obama than in any other industrialized country on the planet.  This is a historic achievement which enables businesses to feed Obama’s government leviathan rather than spend that money on salaries and benefits for new employees.

National Debt: Obama has spent more of our money than any head-of-state in the history of the world.  In less than 4 years, Obama succeeded in over-spending by over $5 trillion, causing our national debt to rise beyond our entire yearly US GDP. In other words, he spent all of the $2 to $3 trillion per year that taxpayers gave him, plus an additional $1.3 trillion each year, which caused an accumulated debt in excess of $5 trillion in less than 4 years.  [Note: National Debt was $10.6 trillion when Obama took office; it’s now nearly $16 trillion].  In addition, the amount of US Debt held by the Federal Reserve (a private banking cartel) increased by a historic 452% under Obama and now sits at $1.688 Trillion.

US Credit Rating: For the first time in the history of our nation, we lost our AAA credit rating.  No other US President has ever achieved this.  Obama’s accomplishment in this area is absolutely historic.

Industry Takeovers: Food, healthcare, banks, student loans, energy, land, homes, farms, cars, water, the internet, the media… and the list goes on.  Obama has taken over more private sector industries than any other President in history.  In addition to nationalizing numerous industries to put an end to our pesky free market system that’s made America the most generous, advanced and prosperous nation the world has ever known, Obama’s masterful assault extends to controlling what we, as individuals, must do and cannot do with regard to our own bodies, our faith, our families and all other aspects of our lives.  Obama’s historic achievement in this arena is unprecedented.

Small Businesses: Remember when Bush opened the door for Obama to take over the auto industry and dealerships were forced to close?  Obama hand-picked and dictated the closure of dealerships owned by people who leaned ‘right’ politically.  Also, from the start of his Presidency, to the outrageous assault against Gibson Guitars, to all the people Obama put out of business (fishermen, farmers, workers in the oil, coal and natural gas industry, retailers, restaurants, etc.), to the burdensome regulations from Cass Sunstein that prevent people from even starting a business, Obama has waged a historic war against small businesses and has done a spectacular job of de-industrializing America.  If re-elected, we won’t need to worry that our children can no longer put up a lemonade stand or have a bake sale; we’ll be worried about feeding our children.  Obama’s mission of transforming America into a third world country will be complete – something no US President in the history of our nation has ever even attempted.

Religion: Obama is carrying out the most intense and vicious attack against religion, in violation of the first amendment, than any President in the history of our nation.  As David Barton said, “The hostility of President Obama toward Biblical faith and values is without equal from any previous American president.”

United Nations: Obama is the first US President ever to preside over the United Nations.  Our Constitution forbids it, but Obama wouldn’t be historic if he followed the laws of our land.

Russia: “Believing himself off the record, President Obama, then in Russia, leaned over to outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, and said in reference to prospective negotiations on reduction of American missile defenses: “This is my last election. After my election, I have more flexibility.” In response, Medvedev replied in English, “I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladmir,” meaning to incoming President (and de facto Russian dictator) Vladmir Putin.”

National Security Leaks: Obama’s White House is responsible for the most dangerous and numerous national security leaks of our time.  Costing Navy Seals and Special Ops Forces their lives, Obama released the identities of those who took out Osama Bin Laden.  Also, from the Stuxnet cyber warfare against Iran – to Obama’s kill list- to the 2009 release of CIA memos – to divulging Britain’s defense secrets to Russia – to revealing Israel’s defense secrets to Iran – to drone strikes – to releasing details about the newest underwear bomb device, Obama’s White House has been on a treasonous rampage by publicizing information that threatens national security and puts American lives and U.S. interests at risk.  What adds to the historic nature of these crimes is Congress’ inability to appoint a Special Council to investigate.  Obama has decided to have his Department of Injustice (Eric Holder) appoint special prosecutors to investigate the executive branch AND the legislature.  Really?  Unbelievable, isn’t it?  Perhaps Eric Holder will want Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) to be the first legislator investigated since she publicly stated, “I’ve been on the Intelligence Committee for 11 years and I have never seen it worse, I can tell you that” regarding the Obama White House leaks.

Black Panthers: Obama’s injustice department dropped the charges against Defendants in the worst case of voter intimidation in our lifetime.  Obama’s historic mandate, carried out by Eric Holder ensures that the pursuit of justice is based solely on skin color.  Violating our anti-discrimination laws – in other words, letting criminals get away with their crimes based solely on the color of their skin – is truly historic and reverses everything we accomplished regarding Civil Rights that ensure all men are treated equally regardless of the color of their skin.

Fast and Furious: In 2009, Obama’s DOJ rolled out their new “Fast and Furious” gun program (after Obama and Hilary Clinton falsely claimed that 90% of the foreign guns found in Mexico come from the US).  Obama’s new program sent thousands of US guns to Mexican drug cartels, gangs and murderers who used them to kill Mexicans and Americans.  There are many historic aspects to what Obama did, not the least of which is that he and Eric Holder have yet to be held accountable for their crimes.  If you think Watergate was bad, it’s nothing compared to this.  The mainstream media silence is deafening – and also historic.

Beheading’s in America: Obama’s open-border policy is a historic success and the beheading’s that have been happening in Mexico are now occurring here on American soil.

Suing States: For the first time in history, this President is not only suing states that are trying to protect Americans from foreign enemies who cross our borders (i.e. states are trying to enforce the laws of our land that Obama refuses to enforce), but Obama has taken it to an unimaginable level.  He teamed up with dictators from other countries to jointly fight against US states that are trying to protect the American people.

Voting: Obama’s historic fight against states that are doing what they’ve always done in cleaning up their voter rolls before an election is unprecedented.  Removing dead people, felons and illegal’s from voter rolls will not be tolerated by Obama.  He’s also fighting states who want voters to show their ID… you know… like showing your ID to his TSA, FBI or at any of his government buildings if you want to enter; showing your ID in stores if you want to buy alcohol, write a check or use a credit card; showing your ID at public schools when you want to buy lunch, at universities or to police when they ask to see it.  Obama’s assault on states trying to ensure free and fair elections is an assault on all of us and marks another historic Obama achievement.

Golf Games: “President Obama is nearing his 100th round of golf — a significant milestone indeed. How many people outside of Florida’s retirement communities have time to play 100 rounds of golf?”

Fundraising: “All told, he has now attended 163 re-election fundraisers for his campaign and the Democratic Party – almost double the number George W. Bush attended in his entire first term (86) and more than any other president in history.”

Lavish Vacations: “The past few years have been a time for sacrifice for many, but not apparently for the Obama’s.”

President’s Work Schedule: Obama’s late-to-rise and partial work days are unprecedented.

There are other areas such as NASA, the NDAA, the war in Libya, the Muslim Brotherhood in our White House, Obama’s role in the Arab Spring, etc. which we’ll explore another time.  For now, when we consider just the items delineated in this article, there is no denying that Obama’s Presidency is historic and the impact he has had on our country is undeniable.

Although his campaign slogan is “Forward,” it is clear he is taking us backward.  Jobs, economic stability, national security, etc… he has taken us backward by decades, as reflected in home ownership at its lowest since 1965, the labor force at its lowest since 1981, poverty, food stamps and debt at their highest level in history…
