Editor’s note: While I would like to believe that Douglas Hagmann is exaggerating, all the evidence is against it. From my point of view, it is astounding that the major media has said nary a peep about the report of the subcommittee of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Intelligence, which was released on 3 October 2012.

After a review of 680 “fusion center” reports from 2009-2010, they found NO INDICATIONS OF ANY DOMESTIC TERRORIST THREAT, as I have reported here at Veterans Today. NONE! ZILCH! NADA! NOT ONE!

That none of the major networks—ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, or MSNBC—has said a word about this tells me that the government’s control of the media is complete and comprehensive and that these seemingly interminable attacks at Sandy Hook, Boston and now Santa Monica are intended to create the FALSE IMPRESSION that we have a serious problem with domestic terrorism. Well, we do have a serious problem, but it lies in another direction, as Douglas Hagmann explains.]

DHS insider: It’s about to get VERY UGLY!

7 June 2013: Something quite unexpected happened just hours ago, in the dark of night, during a two-day layover in Washington, DC. My son and I are scheduled to take part in a seminar outside of Raleigh, North Carolina this weekend, so we combined our travels to include a side-trip to DC for a business meeting we had previously arranged. It was during this layover that something seemingly ripped from the pages of a spy novel took place.

While I was in the middle of a perfectly good and well needed sleep in the very early hours of this morning, I received a message. I cannot disclose how I received this message, at least not now. The discerning reader will understand why, which, by the way, would make a very interesting story alone. The message was extremely clear and precise. I was to meet my high level DHS insider at a very specific location in Washington, DC at a time when most “normal” people, except third-shift workers are still asleep. And, I was to come alone and make certain that I was not being followed, and I was to leave any cell phone or electronic device behind.

Seriously? I thought, as I was still trying to make sense of it all. Is all this really necessary? Is this really happening? I considered waking my son to accompany me, but opted to follow the instructions to the letter. Besides, I thought, he?s not the most affable middle-of-the-night person. I left a hastily written but detailed note in my hotel room before my departure in the event something happened. I looked at the digital clock on my rental car (my personal car would never survive our long distance trip). It was 3:20 a.m.

The meeting


I felt like I was part of a spy movie set in our nation’s capital. A chill rose up my spine as I waited in the dark of a chilly, misty and foggy pre-dawn morning. I was to meet with my DHS insider source at a time when most of the nation is asleep, at a place I could swear was featured in the movie All the President?s Men. No one and I mean no one knows I’m here, I thought, as I could see one of the most recognizable national landmarks in the distance.

My source appeared out of nowhere, or so it seemed, and handed me a cup of coffee with the astute observation that I looked like I needed it. So tell me, I asked impatiently, why do we have to meet at this time, at this location, and under such specific circumstances? “Because this might be our last meeting,” he stated.

Maybe it was the lack of sleep, the time, the place, or the chill of the misty rain that caused my sense of foreboding. “Explain,” I asked in an almost demanding tone. So he did, without mincing words.

“If anyone thinks that what’s going on right now with all of this surveillance of American citizens is to fight some sort of foreign enemy, they’re delusional. If people think that this ‘scandal’ can’t get any worse, it will, hour by hour, day by day. This has the ability to bring down our national leadership, the administration and other senior elected officials working in collusion with this administration, both Republican and Democrats. People within the NSA, the Department of Justice, and others, they know who they are, need to come forth with the documentation of ‘policy and practice’ in their possession, disclose what they know, fight what’s going on, and just do their job. I have never seen anything like this, ever. The present administration is going after leakers, media sources, anyone and everyone who is even suspected of ?betrayal.? That?s what they call it, ‘betrayal.’ Can you believe the size of their cahones? This administration considers anyone telling the truth about Benghazi, the IRS, hell, you name the issue, ‘betrayal,’” he said.

“We know all this already,” I stated. He looked at me, giving me a look like I’ve never seen, and actually pushed his finger into my chest. “You don’t know jack,” he said, “this is bigger than you can imagine, bigger than anyone can imagine. This administration is collecting names of sources, whistle blowers and their families, names of media sources and everybody they talk to and have talked to, and they already have a huge list. If you’re not working for MSNBC or CNN, you’re probably on that list. If you are a website owner with a brisk readership and a conservative bent, you’re on that list. It’s a political dissident list, not an enemy threat list,” he stated.

What does it mean?


“What’s that exactly mean, being on that list, that is,” I asked, trying to make sense of it all.

“It means that there will be censorship under the color of authority of anyone in the U.S. who is attempting to expose what’s going on in our name. It’s about controlling any damning information from reaching epidemic proportions. It’s damage control to the extreme. It’s about the upcoming censorship of the internet in the name of national security. The plans are already in place. These latest reports about ‘spying eyes’ have turned this administration and others connected to it into something very, very dangerous. They feel cornered and threatened, and I’m hearing about some plans they have to shut down the flow of information that is implicating them of wrongdoing. Time is short,” he stated.

“How are they going to do this? How is it even possible?” I asked.

“First, they intend to use the Justice Department to silence journalists like in the Rosen case, but they won’t stop there. They will use a host of national security policies, laws, letters, whatever to take out the bigger threats,” he stated.

“Next, they will use some sort of excuse, an external threat, and I believe it will be a combination of the economic collapse and a Mid-East war that will begin in Syria to throttle the information that is accessible on the Internet. And you know what? People will believe it!”

“Based on what I’ve seen, most of which I should not have seen, the DHS is co-ordinating efforts with other federal agencies to begin to threaten American citizens with incarceration for non-compliance. You know the old talk of color coded lists? Well, this is what they will be using. People exposing the truth about Benghazi, killing the U.S. Dollar, even those questioning Obama’s legal status and eligibility to be President are the current targets. And they’ve had five long years to get to this point. The ugly truth is that these policies and practices did not start under Obama, but long before. This is about the killing of our Constitutional Republic. The murder of our country and the stripping of our rights. While many have been preoccupied with one issue, few have seen the bigger issue. This is the ‘end game,’ for all the marbles,” he stated.

“Please,” pleaded my source, “get this information out while you can. Tell people what I?m saying, that we don’t have much time, that after the latest exposure of spying, Obama, Jarrett, Axelrod, and others, including members of Congress, have put their plans into high gear. This is about the Marxist [Editor’s note: Fascistic] takeover of America. This is about our country being able to survive another July 4^th holiday. This is about a world war about to break out that will kill millions of people, all because of the agenda of this administration.”

“They are very dangerous and will do anything and everything to stop the onslaught of negative information that?s being reported by the main stream media. But only about one quarter of the real information is being reported. The other three quarters will be the game changer. But first, tell people what I’ve said. Let them know that more will follow but get this information out right now while the internet is still relatively free. Do it today.”

My source provided additional information, but I am abiding by his wish to get this much out. I am writing now to let people know that we are in for seriously dangerous times ahead. Deadly times. War, and censorship under the color of authority and under the pretext of of national security. It’s about to get a lot uglier. Stay tuned.

Brennan’s CIA purging political dissidents, purged CIA agent speaks out!-Posted on Examiner-By CHRISTOPHER COLLINS-On June 2, 2013:

“In the wake of the scandals over the terrorist attacks in Benghazi, the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of conservative groups, and the Justice Department’s spying on journalists, the Paulding County Republican Examiner (PCRE) was contacted late last night that the latest scandal to break is the systematic political purge at the CIA under the direction of CIA Director, John Brennan.

The news was received by the PCRE by Kent Clizbe, a former CIA counter-terrorism operations officer and author of Willing Accomplices and Obliterating Exceptionalism, of the purge of non-supporters of Obama and vicious reprisals and threats against anyone who dared to speak out against the CIA or the administration and that it began in 2009 and has escalated ever since.

While Brennan has been Obama’s CIA director since March 8, 2013, Brennan has been President Obama’s confidant since 2008.

Clizbe’s troubles with Brennan first began when he wrote about what he called the Obama/Holder Global War on the CIA, in August of 2009 in Newsmax, when Leon Panetta was the Director of the CIA. In the next two years, Clizbe wrote several more articles about the politicization of the CIA and the war on terror. The main target of his analysis was John Brennan, who at the time was Obama’s “Terrorism Czar.”

In 2010, Clizbe wrote “John Brennan – Connecting the Dots Spells Conflict of Interest” in which the CIA was not pleased, especially Brennan.

When Clizbe left the CIA a while back, he was hired back on in 2011 as a contracted consultant.

In April 2013, two weeks after Brennan arrived at the CIA, not only were some other agents purged or threatened with termination, Clizbe was purged from the CIA payroll.

The reason? The CIA purged Clizbe because he was at the forefront of criticizing Brennan through his writings, appearances, and his two books.

“Unfortunately, in 2011, I accepted a beltway bandit’s offer to return to the Agency as a contractor. Mortgage and all, you know. They assured me that plenty of their employees had written books. And federal law made it illegal to retaliate for political speech,” Clizbe told the PCRE.

“I heard from friends that some of my articles had been posted on the media board inside headquarters. A shrewish comment on the BigPeace website was clearly from a classmate, now a high level officer in management. While not quite notorious, I definitely had ruffled feathers, and was not appreciated,” Clizbe said.

“The pure power the gang commands are unprecedented in American history. An astute student of American politics, influence, scandals, and misdeeds would be hard pressed to find a more stunning abuse of power than what has been revealed of the Obama clique’s misdeeds to date. And I use “to date” purposefully,” said Clizbe. “It is very likely that there remain many more shoes to drop as we learn the specifics of this regime’s corrupt political hounding of its “enemies.”

“One of the administration’s cabal—who has been hip-deep in all of their provoked international turmoil—from the Maghreb Mutinies to Benghazi, to the intra-Islamic struggle for power in Syria—is the reptilian John Brennan. Brennan has been Obama’s toady since the 2008 campaign. He lost out on the goal of his sucking-up, the political appointment to be the DCIA in 2009 when PC-Progressives objected to his role in Bush-era CIA interrogations,” Clizbe told the PCRE.

“But he was rewarded with an even better role—CT Czar—pretty much outside the purview of Congressional oversight. From his White House office, Brennan ruled as the de facto head of American Intelligence from 2009 to 2013.”

Brennan and other higher levels of government in the Obama administration threatened CIA agents’ careers and livelihood who spoke up about Benghazi and demanded that no CIA officers discuss publicly the events on the ground.

Clizbe also criticize the IRS persecution of political rivals to the Obama regime, the DOJ selective targeting of dissident media outlets, the massive secret collection of media outlets’ communications, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder obfuscates about his actions, and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton’s refusal to address her actions on Benghazi.

Clizbe said, “Brennan’s eunuch-like manipulation of the Intelligence Community leadership and explains the unholy alliance of Brennan’s control of the Intelligence Community and PC-Progressives’ love of covert action. So, it’s pretty safe to say that I wasn’t on Brennan’s love-list.”

“The clandestine personnel security system is virtually impervious to oversight. Decisions are made by bureaucrats, much like the IRS, the DOJ, and other regime offices, which we see now are all too willing to please their PC-Prog masters. The big difference from the IRS is that everything the CIA does is cloaked to outside view due to national security. Their decisions are not appealable. They don’t have to explain,” said Clizbe.

“This regime, once it understood the power of the covert action and investigatory apparatus it controlled, turned on normal Americans. It applied the lessons learned in the GWOT to monitoring its domestic enemies. Total collection, all the time, of all electronic records—cell phones, emails, smart-phones and now tax returns—allows the regime the capability of compiling a complete profile of its enemies—names of contacts, physical locations, message content, interests, photos, and now tax records. What other “confidential and private” government records are added to this “big data” for the uses of the regime?”

The sum of all the data available provides them with a holistic overview of an enemy—where he is, what he’s thinking, who he’s talking to, and what his plans are,” said Clizbe. “This overview can be used, as on the battlefield, for targeting. What about drones in America, Master Holder? Have you recused yourself on that one too?”

“All signs that this administration is following the path of all power-hungry statist’s—vicious reprisals and threats against any who dare to speak out against them. This is what happened in Moscow, the former Soviet Union in 1936 when political opponents or perceived enemies were purged or silenced.”

As a result of Brennan’s and Obama’s political purge, Clizbe is unemployed. He told the PCRE that if anyone could use his unique combination of skills and experience, that he is available immediately.

World Bank Insider Blows Whistle on Corruption, Federal Reserve!-Posted on The New American-By Alex Newman-On

“A former insider at the World Bank, ex-Senior Counsel Karen Hudes, says the global financial system is dominated by a small group of corrupt, power-hungry figures centered around the privately owned U.S. Federal Reserve.

The network has seized control of the media to cover up its crimes, too, she explained. In an interview with The New American, Hudes said that when she tried to blow the whistle on multiple problems at the World Bank, she was fired for her efforts. Now, along with a network of fellow whistleblowers, Hudes is determined to expose and end the corruption. And she is confident of success. 

Citing an explosive 2011 Swiss study published in the PLOS ONE journal on the “network of global corporate control,” Hudes pointed out that a small group of entities — mostly financial institutions and especially central banks — exert a massive amount of influence over the international economy from behind the scenes. “What is really going on is that the world’s resources are being dominated by this group,” she explained, adding that the “corrupt power grabbers” have managed to dominate the media as well. “They’re being allowed to do it.”

According to the peer-reviewed paper, which presented the first global investigation of ownership architecture in the international economy, transnational corporations form a “giant bow-tie structure.” A large portion of control, meanwhile, “flows to a small tightly-knit core of financial institutions.” The researchers described the core as an “economic ‘super-entity’” that raises important issues for policymakers and researchers. Of course, the implications are enormous for citizens as well.

Hudes, an attorney who spent some two decades working in the World Bank’s legal department, has observed the machinations of the network up close. “I realized we were now dealing with something known as state capture, which is where the institutions of government are co-opted by the group that’s corrupt,” she told The New American in a phone interview. “The pillars of the U.S. government — some of them — are dysfunctional because of state capture; this is a big story, this is a big cover up.”

At the heart of the network, Hudes said, are 147 financial institutions and central banks — especially the Federal Reserve, which was created by Congress but is owned by essentially a cartel of private banks. “This is a story about how the international financial system was secretly gamed, mostly by central banks — they’re the ones we are talking about,” she explained. “The central bankers have been gaming the system. I would say that this is a power grab.”

The Fed in particular is at the very center of the network and the coverup, Hudes continued, citing a policy and oversight body that includes top government and Fed officials. Central bankers have also been manipulating gold prices, she added, echoing widespread concerns that The New American has documented extensively. Indeed, even the inaccurate World Bank financial statements that Hudes has been trying to expose are linked to the U.S. central bank, she said. 

“The group that we’re talking about from the Zurich study — that’s the Federal Reserve; it has some other pieces to it, but that’s the Federal Reserve,” Hudes explained. “So the Federal Reserve secretly dominated the world economy using secret, interlocking corporate directorates, and terrorizing anybody who managed to figure out that they were having any kind of role, and putting people in very important positions so that they could get a free pass.”

The shadowy but immensely powerful Bank for International Settlements serves as “the club of these private central bankers,” Hudes continued. “Now, are people going to want interest on their country’s debts to continue to be paid to that group when they find out the secret tricks that that group has been doing? Don’t forget how they’ve enriched themselves extraordinarily and how they’ve taken taxpayer money for the bailout.”

As far as intervening in the gold price, Hudes said it was an effort by the powerful network and its central banks to “hold onto its paper currency” — a suspicion shared by many analysts and even senior government officials. The World Bank whistleblower also said that contrary to official claims, she did not believe there was any gold being held in Fort Knox. Even congressmen and foreign governments have tried to find out if the precious metals were still there, but they met with little success. Hudes, however, believes the scam will eventually come undone.

“This is like crooks trying to figure out where they can go hide. It’s a mafia,” she said. “These culprits that have grabbed all this economic power have succeeded in infiltrating both sides of the issue, so you will find people who are supposedly trying to fight corruption who are just there to spread disinformation and as a placeholder to trip up anybody who manages to get their act together.… Those thugs think that if they can keep the world ignorant, they can bleed it longer.”

Of course, the major corruption at the highest levels of government and business is not a new phenomenon. Georgetown University historian and Professor Carroll Quigley, who served as President Bill Clinton’s mentor, for example, wrote about the scheme in his 1966 book Tragedy And Hope: A History Of The World In Our Time. The heavyweight academic, who was allowed to review documents belonging to the top echelons of the global establishment, even explained how the corrupt system would work — remarkably similar to what Hudes describes.

“The powers of financial capitalism had a far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole,” wrote Prof. Quigley, who agreed with the goals but not the secrecy. “This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world’s central banks which were themselves private corporations.”

But it is not going to happen, Hudes said — at least not if she has something do to with it. While the media are dominated by the “power grabber” network, Hudes has been working with foreign governments, reporters, U.S. officials, state governments, and a broad coalition of fellow whistleblowers to blow the entire scam wide open. There has been quite a bit of interest, too, particularly among foreign governments and state officials in the United States.

Citing the wisdom of America’s Founding Fathers in creating a federal system of government with multiple layers of checks and balances, Hudes said she was confident that the network would eventually be exposed and subjected to the rule of law, stopping the secret corruption. If and when that happens — even if it may be disorderly — Hudes says precious metals will once again play a role in imposing discipline on the monetary system. The rule of law would also be restored, she said, and the public will demand a proper press to stay informed.

“We’re going to have a cleaned-up financial system, that’s where it is going, but in the meantime, people who didn’t know how the system was gamed are going to find out,” she said. “We’re going to have a different kind of international financial system…. It’ll be a new kind of world where people know what’s going on — no more backroom deals; that’s not going to keep happening. We’re going to have a different kind of media if people don’t want to be dominated and controlled, which I don’t think they do.”

While Hudes sounded upbeat, she recognizes that the world is facing serious danger right now — there are even plans in place to impose martial law in the United States, she said. The next steps will be critical for humanity. As such, Hudes argues, it is crucial that the people of the world find out about the lawlessness, corruption, and thievery that are going on at the highest levels — and put a stop to it once and for all. The consequences of inaction would be disastrous.”

What follows is a copy of a letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Senator Tom Udall today requesting non-partisan Congressional investigations into the following disturbing issues:

a) President Obama’s alleged use of the Internal Revenue Service to vex and harass his political opposition;

b) the murder of four Americans in Benghazi; and

c) the mysterious downing of the helicopter in which members of Navy SEAL Team 6 and a National Guardsman were killed on August 6, 2011, when their helicopter was shot down while on a mission to assist Army Rangers “without proper air support.”

For your information, I have also forwarded a similar letter to our NM U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich, NM U.S. Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham and NM Governor Susana Martinez.

Dear Senator Udall:

On April 22, 2013, I wrote a letter to your office and graciously requested that:

a) you and other members of Congress take the appropriate judicial action regarding the results of the recent nonpartisan/independent review of interrogation programs that   revealed indisputable evidence that the United States continues to be engaged in the practice of “torture”, which our nation’s highest officials bare the ultimate responsibility for;

b) you and other members of Congress investigate the questionable and/or mysterious circumstances surrounding the Boston Marathon bombing;

c) you and other members of the Senate vote NO on the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) that was recently passed by the house; and

d) you and other members of Congress vote NO on any other bills that may infringe on our 2^ndAmendment Rights, along with any other bills that I believe are continuing to systematically erode those rights provided us under our “Constitution” and “Bill of Rights.”

For your information, to-date I have not received a reply to my letter from your office, which honestly does not surprise me, but be that as it may, I wanted to share the following new disturbing and gut-wrenching developments with you and again graciously ask for your immediate action:

On May 14, 2013, an article written by Matthew Vadum meticulously revealed how President Obama is using the Internal Revenue Service to vex and harass his political opposition, which is yet more proof that he is far more interested in hunting down his domestic adversaries than Islamic terrorists. What follows is are pertinent excerpts from said article:

“President Obama’s use of the Internal Revenue Service to vex and harass his political opposition is yet more proof that he is far more interested in hunting down his domestic adversaries than Islamic terrorists.

Congressman Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) said revelations the Obama IRS singled out conservative groups for special scrutiny ought to “send a chill” up Americans’ spines.

The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee told Fox News that the tax-collection agency’s recently revealed strong-arming of political organizations “is as dangerous a problem the government can have.”

“This is something that we cannot let stand. It needs to have a full investigation.”

News that President Obama has been playing Chicago-style Saul Alinsky hardball with political activists on the Right provides more fodder to Obama’s critics in Congress — some of whom are now taking a hard look at impeaching the president and removing him from office.

Some commentators draw parallels with President Richard Nixon, noting he came dangerously close to impeachment for unleashing the IRS on his enemies.

On July 27, 1974, the House Judiciary Committee approved on a vote of 28 to 10 an article of impeachment that accused Nixon of using the nation’s tax-collection agency to punish his enemies. Facing seemingly certain impeachment in the House and removal from office by the Senate, Nixon resigned two weeks later.

On Friday, Lois G. Lerner, director of the Exempt Organizations Division of the IRS, confirmed the IRS abuses. IRS employees in the agency’s Cincinnati office targeted conservative “social welfare” nonprofits seeking recognition under section 501c4 of the Internal Revenue Code, she said. Lerner admitted that groups that included the words “tea party” or “patriot” in their documents were singled out for heightened scrutiny.

Lerner denied that orders had come from on high in Washington to make conservative activists’ lives difficult, but not too many people seem to believe her, especially given President Obama’s frequent promises to dole out punishment to his opponents.

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.), a former tax lawyer, said she couldn’t believe that junior IRS employees took it upon themselves to challenge conservative groups.

“A low-level functionary in Ohio would have zero jurisdictional authority to intimidate an applicant from New Mexico, or California or Georgia,” Bachmann told WND.com. Such an order had to come from the top, she said.

“We learned to our horror in Benghazi it appears that every move that was made was based on politics,” Bachmann said. “Now it appears the president was willing to use the most feared agency in the U.S. for his own political purposes.”

Jay Sekulow, chief counsel of the American Center for Law and Justice told WND.com, that he too didn’t buy the administration’s line. “We knew from the very start that this intimidation tactic was coordinated and focused directly on specific organizations,” he said.

The Obama IRS tried to intimidate conservative groups by demanding “the identification of members, how they are selected, who they associate with, and even what they discuss,” Sekulow said.

Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of the good-government group True the Vote, which fights for electoral integrity, said she began experiencing troubling problems with the Obama administration back in 2010.

When True the Vote, based in Houston, Texas, sought 501c3 nonprofit status under the federal tax code, multiple federal agencies began investigating the group, along with Engelbrecht’s family businesses.

“We applied for nonprofit C-3 status early in 2010. Since that time the IRS has run us through a gauntlet of analysts and hundreds of questions over and over again. They’ve requested to see each and every tweet I’ve ever tweeted or Facebook post I’ve ever posted. They also asked to know every place I’ve ever spoken since our inception and to whom, and everywhere I intend to speak in the future.”

“This is what the beginning of tyranny looks like,” Engelbrecht said. “My family and I have lived with great concern that we would be subject to even greater government abuses if we were vocal about what they were doing to us because of our political views and our efforts to increase governmental accountability.”

On May 10, 2013, an article written by Sharon Rondeau, The Posted & Email revealed what seems to be President Obama’s true agenda.  What follows is said article in its entirety for effect:

“(May 10, 2013) — A press conference hosted by Freedom Watch at the National Press Club on Thursday depicted family members of Navy SEAL Team 6 and a National Guardsman killed on August 6, 2011 when their helicopter was shot down asking Obama to conduct a thorough investigation of the cause.

A total of 30 Americans died in the crash.

One couple of a SEAL who died stated that Adm. William McCraven, head of the Joint Special Operations Center (JSOC), was untruthful when he met with them this past January to discuss the circumstances of their son’s death and the presumed investigation.

Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-TX) told Tom Trento, the video company host (beginning at 7:05) that the SEALS were placed in danger “without the helicopter they needed.”  Gohmert said that “We are completely messed up” if the American strategy is to “win hearts and minds” of Islamics rather than to protect U.S. servicemen and women.

The helicopter in which the SEALS were flying on a mission to assist Army Rangers, referred to as “Extortion 17,” was reportedly built in the 1960s and refurbished in 1985.  The pre-conference press release stated that the SEALS were sent on their mission “without proper air support.”

One of those killed had warned his parents that after SEAL Team 6 was identified as the unit which had carried out the bin Laden raid on May 1, 2011, his life and theirs were in danger.  Three months later, he and 29 others were dead.

Rep. Michele Bachmann and former Rep. Allen West were also in attendance at the press conference.  Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely (Ret.), Lt. Gen. William (Jerry) Boykin (Ret.) and Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (Ret.) as well as former Navy SEALS Ben Smith and Larry Bailey.

Writer Diana West attended, asked questions, and spoke after ward with Trento.

Adm. James “Ace” Lyons (Ret.) of the Center for Security Policy spoke at the press conference and stated afterward that members of The Muslim Brotherhood, which has identified the United States as a sworn enemy, have gained a presence in all government departments.

Atty. Larry Klayman said that the SEAL team was exposed to danger after Osama bin Laden was killed in May 2011.  “Our Navy SEALS and National Guardsmen – their identities were released initially by our president and vice president unnecessarily.  This was classified information, and as a result, as you’ll hear, the fallen servicemen that we’re talking about today literally had targets on their backs.”

Klayman has an Obama eligibility lawsuit pending with the Alabama Supreme Court and has accused Obama of committing treason against the United States of America for leaking national security secrets in June 2012 and supporting “radical Muslim interests such as…the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and throughout the Middle East.”

The first interview Obama gave after having been sworn in, albeit incorrectly, was with an Arab television network.  Soon thereafter, he departed on a trip to the Middle East purportedly to “reach out to the Arab world as the region struggles to find peace.”

Earlier this year, Obama again traveled to the Middle East, specifically to Israel and Jordan. CBS News reported:

Gone are the authoritarian regimes and leaders in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen, and the once seemingly indestructible Assad regime in Syria is tottering on the brink of collapse. Uncertainty abounds in the wake of the revolutions that have convulsed the Arab world for the past two years and shaken many of the strong but imperfect pillars of stability on the planet’s most politically volatile patch of land…,

Beginning in December 2010, popular uprisings occurred in Tunisia, Yemen, Egypt, Syria and Libya.  While governments were replaced, those of Tunisia and Egypt adopted Islamic-style regimes, with Egypt’s Mohammed Morsi seizing greater powers shortly after assuming office, resulting in violent protests, death and destruction in addition to a faltering economy.

Syria has been embroiled in a civil war which has killed upward of 60,000 and in which Obama insists the U.S. should be involved.  It is suspected that the U.S. compound in Libya, which was attacked on September 11 and resulted in the deaths of four Americans, was involved in transferring arms to the Syrian rebels seeking to unseat Bashir Assad, but that the rebel groups include Al Qaeda and other terrorist group members.

CBS described Obama’s 2013 Middle East trip as a “hand-holding venture.”

Joining a growing chorus of retired military veterans, U.S. Rep. Ann Wagner said during a recentinterview that only “the president” could have given the “stand-down” orders described in sworntestimony to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Wednesday which prevented military assistance from reaching Benghazi.  According to news reports, Obama retired early on the evening of September 11 after learning that Americans were under attack.

Speaking toward the end of the press conference, Klayman said that we are living in revolutionary times and called for peaceful efforts to revert America back to its Judeo-Christian heritage, ethics and principles.  He called upon the media to report his and others’ findings to the public.

On Friday, in a piece without a bylinn, Fox News reported that those speaking at the presser “tried to reopen the book on the crash.”

The Post & Email does not publish articles without including the writer’s name.

U.S. News & World Report provided coverage of the press conference which included the paragraph, “While the press conference was long on speculation and short on concrete evidence, the family members and their supporters didn’t pull any punches.”

The Wall Street Journal, Infowars, a Navy SEAL blog and other bloggers carried the announcement of the press conference in advance.

On the matter of illegal immigration, Obama’s “Gang of 8″ is reportedly ignoring input from the union president of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), who told talk show host Mark Levin that members of the pro-illegal immigration group La Raza “are running our agency.”  Chris Crane additionally told Levin that Border Patrol agents are no longer able to perform their jobs because their arrest powers have been confiscated by the regime.  He and nine other ICE employees have filed a lawsuit against the Obama regime.

Obama’s Department of Justice has sued numerous states seeking to uphold federal immigration law already in place and threatened others with lawsuits for passing nullification or sovereignty laws under the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the Bill of Rights.

Obama has given billions of dollars to “green energy” companies which produced virtually no jobs and in many cases, went bankrupt.  The executives of at least one company, Solyndra, had been his financial supporters.

In the field of education, Obama created the “Race to the Top” contest in which states could compete for the most funding for their public schools while at the same time agreeing to accept the new Department of Education’s “Common Core” curriculum.  The new program reportedly abolishes standard subjects and methods of teaching in favor of an analytical approach which experts report contains Marxist ideology.  In California, teachers must agree to teach the new Common Core methodology or lose their certification.  Christian students are today increasinglypersecuted by public school officials.

In 2009, the names “Malik Shabazz,” head of the New Black Panthers, and “W. Ayers [Bill],” former domestic terrorist, appear on the White House visitor logs, although an official reportedly said, “Those are not who you think they are,” citing the “transparency” of the regime.

Putative Attorney General Eric Holder was once and may still be an angry black man who blames whites for the perceived ills of the country.

Obama has presided over the greatest economic downturn since the Great Depression but raised taxes earlier this year.  However, he told Texas high school students on Thursday that “We’re poised for progress.”

Obama praises open homosexuals and abortion and lies about the “benefits” of his “health care reform,” which many Americans are discovering is costing them much more each year than before it was implemented.

Members of the Obama regime have intimidated, threatened, harassed, and insulted law-abiding members of the media who have attempted to report truthfully on the actions of government in keeping with the First Amendment.  State Department officials working under Hillary Clintoncreated a scenario whereby Libya charge d’affaires Gregory Hicks, who had questioned Susan Rice’s description of the Benghazi terrorist attack as “a protest” on national television on September 16, was rendered unemployed and then demoted to a desk job following his many years of recognized outstanding service.

While infusing Islam into the military, all government agencies and American society, Obama’s Justice Department seeks to deport a Christian homeschooling family because “homeschooling is not a fundamental right.”  However, Holder has selectively failed to prosecute “his people” for breaking the law and illegal immigrants from voting.

Obama and his representatives lied about the cause of four Americans dying in Benghazi despite knowing that the terrorist group Ansar-al-Sharia had provoked it.

During the SEAL Team 6 press conference, one of the speakers remarked that the military has been infiltrated with political correctness to the point that “the enemy” is no longer known.

Do the American people know who the real enemy is?

Is it conceivable that with Obama’s history of “palling around with terrorists” who trample on the American flag and set off bombs at national landmarks, he was placed in office to carry out the worst against America?

Is that why the parents of the Navy SEALS have only empty promises?”

“President Obama is presiding over an administration that has engaged in the systematic abuse of power. This is the real meaning of the Benghazi tragedy.

State Department whistleblowers testified Wednesday at a House hearing about the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2012, in Libya, which resulted in the killing of four Americans — including U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens. Contrary to the liberal media’s spin, the testimony was damning and devastating.

The whistleblowers said that prior to the attacks, consulate officials repeatedly asked for extra security. The reason: Benghazi was unsafe. Rampaging jihadists had forced out British diplomats and the Red Cross. The U.S. Consulate had been attacked twice — the mission’s walls were blown up — before Sept. 11. Yet senior State Department officials denied the requests. Eric Nordstrom, the officer in charge of diplomatic security, testified that the consulate did not meet the protection “standards” required under the law. The consulate was officially designated as a “high-risk,” “high-threat” target — one of a few such diplomatic missions around the world. Mr. Nordstrom rightly pointed out that only one person had the legal authority to deny or approve the requests for extra security: then-Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Hence, Mrs. Clintonlied when she testified in January at a Senate committee. Mrs. Clinton claimed she did not know about any enhanced security demands. This is impossible. An April 19, 2012, State Departmentcable bearing her signature explicitly denies the security requests. Under the law, only Mrs. Clinton had the ability to authorize the cable.

Moreover, according to Gregory H. Hicks, the State Department’s deputy chief of the Libya mission, Mrs. Clinton told Stevens to go to Benghazi. He was there under her personal orders. He was tasked with transforming the U.S. mission into a permanent consulate — despite the rising threat of terrorist violence and the lack of security. Knowing the dangerous situation, she sent him on a suicide mission. Mrs. Clinton has American blood on her hands.

The hearing revealed another bombshell — one that has the potential to damage Mr. Obama’s presidency. An email was sent on Sept. 12, 2012 — one day after the attack — to senior State Department officials by Elizabeth Jones, acting assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs. Among those who received it was Mrs. Clinton’s chief of staff, Cheryl Mills; State Department spokeswoman (and Clinton hack) Victoria Nuland, and Undersecretary of State for Management, Patrick F. Kennedy, a key Clinton adviser. The email’s conclusion: Ansar al-Sharia, an affiliate of al Qaeda in Libya, was directly and solely responsible for the terrorist atrocities at Benghazi.

This means the Obama administration knew from the beginning that Benghazi had nothing to do with a “flash mob” or an anti-Muslim video. The entire narrative was concocted to preserve Mr. Obama’s re-election. The central narrative of his campaign was that he had “smashed” and “defeated” al Qaeda. “The tide of war is receding,” he said.

Benghazi threatened to expose Mr. Obama’s false claims. Rather than being on the run, al Qaedawas resurgent. It had just stormed a U.S. diplomatic mission, burned it to the ground, killed four Americans and dragged our ambassador’s body through the streets. Jihadists had pulled off a spectacular, deadly terrorist attack. In the middle of a closely contested campaign, this revelation could have cost Mr. Obama the election.

What follows is a copy of a letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Senator Tom Udall today regarding what I consider to be questionable and/or mysterious circumstances surrounding the Boston Marathon bombing.

For your information, I have also forwarded a similar letter to our NM U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich, NM U.S. Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham and NM Governor Susana Martinez.

Dear Senator Udall:

On March 19, 2013, I wrote a letter to your office and informed you that it was recently revealed that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security was preparing for an orchestrated collapse of the U.S. Dollar, which was supposedly the ultimate target of a takedown by the global banking interests controlled by a handful of banks and families of the ‘royal elite” and I respectfully requested your take and feedback on this matter.

For your information, to-date I have not received a reply to my letter from your office, which honestly does not surprise me, but be that as it may, I wanted to share the following new disturbing and gut-wrenching developments with you and again graciously ask for your take and action on them:

On April 16, 2013, a New York Times article published by Scott Shabe revealed that a nonpartisan, independent review of interrogation programs in the years after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks concluded that “it is indisputable that the United States engaged in the practice of torture” and that the nation’s highest officials bore ultimate responsibility for.

What does this mean in the midst of our frenzy to find ‘supposed terrorists’ of the Boston Marathon Massacre? 
It means that, as I have previously repeated time and time again, we have had and still have Presidents who have willingly committed acts of International War Crimes Punishable by Death and / or Life Imprisonment. 


Furthermore, to make matters even worse, the extensive investigations showed that the abominable, criminal activities of interrogation, torture, water boarding committed by the CIA, US military, US mercenaries and sanctioned by three presidents were like the wars themselves- totally useless.

In short, the USA is GUILTY of COMMITTING USELESS WAR CRIMES!!!
Have I, an experienced counter—terrorist expert with thirty years experience who had never had to touch even one detainee, let alone torture or ‘interrogate’ anyone, suddenly had a fit of righteous indignation or just decided to vent his RELENTLESS FURY for UNREPENTANT SINS of our THREE PRESIDENTS and their MINIONS?


The answer lies not in the headlines nor in the hysterical media distractions of a tragic occurrence, which I might have been able to predict (I think Patriarch did predict this), had I known beforehand that this report would come out on the same day as the BOSTON MARATHON.

:This week, as Americans were horrified by the attacks in Boston, both houses of Congress considered legislation undermining our liberty in the name of “safety.” Gun control continued to be the focus of the Senate, where an amendment expanding federal “background checks” to gun show sales and other private transfers dominated the debate. While the background check amendment failed to pass, proponents of gun control have made it clear they will continue their efforts to enact new restrictions on gun ownership into law.

While it did not receive nearly as much attention as the debate on gun control, the House of Representatives passed legislation with significant implications for individual liberty: the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA). CISPA proponents claim that the legislation is necessary to protect Americans from foreign “cyber terrorists,” but the real effect of this bill will be to further erode Americans’ online privacy.

Under CISPA, Internet corporations are authorized to hand over the private information of American citizens to federal agents, as long as they can justify the violation of your privacy in the name of protecting “cyber security”. Among the items that may be shared are your e-mails, browsing history, and online transactions.

Like the PATRIOT Act, CISPA violates the fourth amendment by allowing federal agencies to obtain private information without first seeking a warrant from a federal judge. The law also allows federal agencies to pass your information along to other federal bureaucrats — again without obtaining a warrant. And the bill provides private companies with immunity from lawsuits regardless of the damage done to anyone whose personal information is shared with the government.

CISPA represents a troubling form of corporatism, where large companies cede their responsibility to protect their property to the federal government, at the expense of their customers’ privacy and liberty. In this respect, CISPA can be thought of as an electronic version of the Transportation Security Administration, which has usurped the authority over airline security from private airlines. However, CISPA will prove to be far more invasive than even the most robust TSA screening.

CISPA and the gun control bill are only the most recent examples of politicians manipulating fear to con the people into giving up their liberties. Of course, the people are told the legislation is for “limited purposes,” but authority granted to government is rarely, if ever, used solely for the purpose for which it is granted. For example, the American people were promised that the extraordinary powers granted the government by the PATRIOT Act would only be used against terrorism. Yet soon after the bill became law, reports surfaced that it was being used for non-terrorism purposes. In fact, according to data compiled by the American Civil Liberties Union, 76 percent of the uses of the controversial “sneak-and-peak” warrants where related to the war on drugs!

Sadly, I expect this week’s tragic attacks in Boston to be used to justify new restrictions on liberty. Within 48 hours of the attack in Boston, at least one Congressman was calling for increased use of surveillance cameras to expand the government’s ability to monitor our actions, while another Senator called for a federal law mandating background checks before Americans can buy “explosive powder.”

I would not be surprised if the Transportation Security Administration uses this tragedy to claim new authority to “screen” Americans before they can attend sporting or other public events. The Boston attack may also be used as another justification for creating a National ID Card tied to a federal database with “biometric” information. The only thing that will stop them is if the American people rediscover the wisdom of Benjamin Franklin that you cannot achieve security by allowing government to take their liberties.”

On April 19, 2013, during a house-to-house manhunt for a bombing suspect in Watertown, MA police and federal agents spent the day storming people's homes and performing illegal searches, which is a violation of the 4^th Amendment. While it was unclear initially if the home searches were voluntary, it is now crystal clear that they were absolutely NOT voluntary. On March 16, 2013, Army Master Sergeant C.J. Grisham was arrested in his hometown of Temple, Texas, for allegedly "rudely displaying" a hunting rifle while on a hike with his 15-year-old son. Master Sergeant Grisham, who is stationed at nearby Fort Hood, held a permit for the weapon he was openly carrying that day, which is legal in the right-to-carry state of Texas as long as it does not cause alarm:

And their sense of identification with Hitler, their trust in him, made it easier to widen this gap and reassured those who would otherwise have worried about it.

“This separation of government from people, this widening of the gap, took place so gradually and so insensibly, each step disguised (perhaps not even intentionally) as a temporary emergency measure or associated with true patriotic allegiance or with real social purposes. And all the crises and reforms (real reforms, too) so occupied the people that they did not see the slow motion underneath, of the whole process of government growing remoter and remoter.

The German citizens were boiling frogs … the water heating up so gradually that they didn’t realize they had to jump out of the pot to safety.

The following recent article, which includes a video, reveals that the father of one of the alleged suspects of the Boston Marathon bombing that was killed by law enforcement officers early this morning talked to ABC News staff and stated that his sons were set up and warned that, if his second 19 year old son was killed, all hell would break loose-You Decide:

The father of suspected Boston Marathon bomber called on his son today to give up peacefully, but warned the U.S. that if his son is killed “all hell will break loose.”

Anzor Tsarnaev spoke to ABC News from his home in the Russian city of Makhachkala as Boston police carried out an intense dragnet for his son Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, survived a running gun battle with police during the night that left an MIT security officer dead and a Boston cop badly wounded. His older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, died in the shootout.

The father said he spoke to his sons by phone earlier this week. “We talked about the bombing. I was worried about then,” Anzor Tsarnaev said.

He said his sons reassured him, saying, “Everything is good, Daddy. Everything is very good.”

The elder Tsarnaev insisted that his sons were innocent, but said he would appeal to his son to “surrender peacefully.”

“Give up. Give up. You have a bright future ahead of you. Come home to Russia,” the dad said.

The father warned, however, “If they killed him, then all hell would break loose.”

“If they kill my second child, I will know that it is an inside job, a hit job. The police are to blame,” the father told ABC News. “Someone, some organization is out to get them.”

The father said his two daughters, ages 22 and 24, live in New York. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who is now described as willing to die in a battle with police, was more striking for taking acting classes, advanced placement courses and being a star athlete with lots of friends in high school. “He never seemed out of the ordinary at all,” high school classmate Sierra Schwartz told “Good Morning America” today. “This is not someone who seemed troubled in high school or shy. He was just one of us. It’s very weird.”

Steven Owens told ABC News, “I met him when I was in seventh grade and he was just a great kid. He was fun to be around. Very studious, very smart. I don’t remember a time when he was ever having trouble in school. He was a great athlete. Great to be around.”

Owens said Tsarnaev “always had a positive attitude,” but had expressed some political opinions in school.

“He always thought the war [Iraq, Afghanistan] was stupid,” Owens said. “He didn’t enjoy the idea of war. We didn’t really talk about it much. The only time it ever really came up was when we were learning about it in school.”

When Owens first saw authorities’ photos of Tsarnaev, he wasn’t positive it was him since he hadn’t seen him in a few years.

“I started looking through my yearbook because I thought I recognized him and there he was,” Owens said. “I was just so surprised.”

Students at UMass Dartmouth are being evacuated from their dorms, following confirmation that Tsarnaev lived in the Pinedale residence hall. The search for Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, Mass., has effectively shut down Boston and its surrounding cities today, including Watertown, Mass., where his brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed in an overnight shootout.

Boston is on lockdown and police are engaged in a large operation in Watertown.

Law enforcement sources tell ABC News the suspects are believed to be brothers are of Chechen ethnicity and their family came from the semi-autonomous Russian province of Dagestan. A law enforcement source confirmed that at least one of the brothers is a legal permanent resident in the United States.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was born in Kyrgyzstan, a law enforcement source citing State Department documents told ABC News. The brothers are believed to have spent time there.

Schwartz went to Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School with Dzhokhar, who is now the target of a massive police dragnet.

She recognized him immediately when she saw his photo released by authorities.

“I was like, ‘Wow, that looks just like Dzhokhar…,” she said. She then noticed that his Facebook page had been deleted.

Schwartz knew he went to college, but did not remember where. She last saw him in Cambridge in the summer of 2011 before starting college. She was not aware that he had a brother.”

Electoral College Reform would have given America a Better Election Day Result For the Nation

Presidents Day is nearing and conservatives will have something to celebrate that day four years from now when the Electoral College is returned to the voters. Currently, there is a movement in motion in several key presidential electoral battle ground states to return constitutional selection of the president to the voters by using congressional district selection of Electoral College electors. This move would even the playing field in presidential campaigns, to be more reflective of the true will of the people of a state, instead of voters being held hostage by the large urban population centers.

Large urban centers typically out vote the majority of congressional district by stealing votes in cities like Detroit, Cleveland, Philadelphia and Chicago. This results in state winner-take all electoral votes swinging unfairly and even illegally to a candidate like Barack Obama. In 2008 and 2012, Obama’s Chicago-style thuggish election machine worked to intimidate, manipulate and otherwise steal a presidential election in dozens of precincts in urban areas with impunity.

This process has created a false narrative that America has chosen a left-leaning socialist agenda that gives permission for citizens to be stripped of their Second Amendment gun rights, or states being forced to stand down against illegal aliens taking their health care, jobs and now their rights.

The solution has been clear for many years, and states like Nevada and Maine have already set the pathway toward a more balanced true representation of a state. They have initiated congressional district selection of presidential electors. In these states citizens can select their presidential candidate of choice, without being held hostage to the will of another congressional district or districts.

Currently, there are several states that have launched efforts to create a more fair and balanced Electoral College initiative. Michigan, Virginia, Ohio and Florida are some that are entertaining the idea. Yet their governors are showing timidity in fully embracing this patriotic concept.

Michigan’s governor, Rick Snyder who is up for re-election in 2014, had previously suggested his consideration for the move for voting fairness. Now, according to TPM, he is backing away.

If Snyder and a few other Republican governors are appearing weak in the knees about restoring electoral power to the state voters, this is probably the best time to know this. It gives the conservatives, the Tea Party and other like-minded voters the opportunity to put them on notice: No support for voter rights – No re-election!

Why is this crucial? Think about how the presidential election would have been turned on its head. Obama would have been shown the White House door, if the will of the people had been truly expressed by each congressional district!

Should America pay for Obama Bailout Bacon for Detroit $200 million deficit because of voter election support?

When President Obama visits the Detroit area Monday, December 10th, should he bring a plane fill of election bacon payback for loyal Detroit voters? City Councilwoman JoAnn Watson is demanding America give the city bailout bacon to erase Detroit’s $200 plus million deficit as a quid pro quo for Detroit’s overwhelming presidential election support of Obama. “Elections have consequences,” she believes. So should you prepare to heat up the frying pan and get that bacon ready for Detroiters at your pocketbook’s expense?

In a Tuesday, December 4th City Council Meeting, Councilwoman Watson reminded those in the council chambers that , “After the election of Jimmy Carter, the honorable Coleman Alexander, he went to Washington, D.C. and came home with some bacon,” she also emphasized, That’s what you do!”

Is that what this nation has come to, that cities can spend exorbitantly more than they take in on fat union retirement pensions, salaries and bonuses, and obligate their citizens and the children to a bleak monetary wasteland? The financial aftermath is then left to the state or the nation to be the financial cleanup crew because city officials refuse to demonstrate budgetary leadership?

As much as its Detroit officials claim they want to get their financial house in order, the city public unions demand more, the city cannot afford to tax more, and the citizens are left with escalating crime and deescalating essential city services.

It actually gets worse. Much worse!

If you are a Detroiter and you are in desperate need of a police officer to respond to a crime, or a fire fighter to address a raging fire nearby or at your home, your best response time is a guesstimate. Detroit residents that need rapid EMS services would be better off asking a neighbor or friend to drive them to the nearest emergency room, because EMS response time is totally abysmal according to a recent 2004 city audit.

In fact, the Detroit News suggests from that same study, that in addition to very substandard communication equipment, “Detroit is the only major American city that does not allow a firefighter or a police officer to aid a victim before the ambulance arrives.” If you are one of the fortunate Detroiters that do receive EMS assistance, two Detroit hospitals have shuttered their doors and EMS staffing has been slashed. Sorry, but good luck with that.

So where does that leave Detroiters and many other urban cities as well as states like California and Illinois with huge multi billion dollars bailouts and have informal requests into Washington for tax payer federal bailouts?

It leaves the nation grappling with the hard truth that former presidential candidate Mitt Romney attempted to highlight during the 2012 campaign. America’s mainstream media as well as liberal and many moderate Republicans skewered him for telling the truth about the quid pro quo that exists in this “You earned it and I want it nation.” This is the new political landscape that is strangulating America’s self initiative and individual responsibility.

Romney was clear and honest when he stressed, that Obama promised, “Gifts” to minorities, young voters, and women.” Everything is free and the Christmas tree and all that is under it are up for grabs in Obama’s new America.

Romney went on to affirm, “It’s a proven political strategy, which is give a bunch of money to a group and, guess what, they’ll vote for you,” So why was he vilified by the same liberals who have their free abortion pills, free government bacon, free illegal immigration rights hands stuck out?

  With Sarah Palin America should be

  ready for a true conservative voice

           in the White House

The presidential campaign of 2016 was launched as soon as the last light dimmed on the stage after Mitt Romney gave his concession speech, in losing his presidential bid to Barack Obama. With the new battle now warming up amongst the GOP hierarchy there are many Republican leaders who want to point the party leftward, away from Ronald Reagan and his heir apparent Sarah Palin.

That is correct. There is no stuttering here. Sarah Palin may appear to liberals, leftwing pundits as well as GOP Washington leaders as yesterday’s news. Yet Mitt Romney’s loss was not due to conservative steel in his campaign. What is clear is that nearly two million conservatives did not embrace Romney’s attempt to skedaddle to the middle road by running away from conservative positions and values. They simply stayed home.

Consider the results of Palin’s steadfast 2012 primary season effort as she crisscrossed the nation campaigning on behalf of conservative congressional, senatorial officials. The results of Palin’s efforts are notable, beginning with backing Texas U.S. Senator-elect Ted Cruz. Combine that with eight congressional candidates being elected to congress out of 14, due to Palin’s endorsement.

Now examine Romney’s results. In a general election where Republicans were expected to be more competitive in U.S. Senate races. Republicans actually lost two U.S. Senate seats. There are many who have engaged in a lot of finger pointing in order to place blame for the loss. But the buck does stop at the top with Mitt Romney.

To refresh everyone’s memory, it was Romney and his Boston campaign brain-trust, who said to Palin back in July, “Thanks but no thanks.” They denied her a prime time speaking role before the GOP National Convention and the nation. Mitt was bound and determined to place both Palin and the Tea Party organization supporters on the sidelines and go it alone to seek more moderate political pastures.

Romney may have listened to comedians like Bill Maher and political pundits like Chris Matthew who found no end in skewering the non-candidate Palin during the campaign year. There is a lesson in Romney’s loss that reminds conservatives that Ronald Reagan was the 1976 version of Sarah Palin. He too had his many detractors as well as liberal and Republican pundits who scoffed at Reagan’s notion of a new conservative under current building in America.

Ronald Reagan was held at arm’s length by Washington GOP insiders and derided in liberal circles as a joke. Many in the mainstream media poked fun of his film character that played opposite a Chimpanzee in the 1951 “Bedtime for Bonzo” movie. While the democrats and the Washington insider pundits laughed, Reagan beat President Jimmy Carter with nearly 51 percent of the vote to Carter’s 41 percent in the 1980 presidential election.

Last Tuesday’s election results came as a bitter shock to the half or more of Americans who have suffered through the last 4 years of juvenile, humiliating, and severely damaging rule by President Obama, Harry Reid, and the rest of the radical left elite of today’s Democratic party.  As the reality of another 4 years of “more of the same but much worse” sinks in, there’s no shortage of accusations of gross incompetence, voter fraud by the left, and deliberate sabotage of the Republican party from within.

Some of these accusations appear to be founded in fact; for example, three appears to have been a very deliberate effort to misdirect or waylay the delivery and return of military absentee ballots; hundreds of thousands of them vanished from the final count due to deliberate failure of the Obama Defense Department to implement recommended changes to ensure that the votes of those who most deserve to have their choices heard—those who lay their lives on the line to protect our freedom—are fully and fairly counted.  There are also many reports of massive voter fraud involving the left “stuffing” voter rolls in some counties with ineligible, illegal alien, or deceased voters in virtually all of the “swing” states.  These accusations take on an even more sinister stench when it is recalled that the left has devoted enormous resources to defeat or gut Voter ID laws in every state in the nation that has tried to implement them.

These accusations cast a shameful pall of illegitimacy over the 2012 elections and the second term of this administration.  They must be pursued to the fullest extent possible.  But this is just one of the causes which fair-minded Americans—led in part by action-minded members of the Tea Party movement—must devote themselves over the next 2 to 4 years.

In addition to the accusations there are a variety of angry and desperate reactions being discussed and weighed by those of us who went all out to support a less-than-ideal candidate because the alternative—today’s reality—was too awful to contemplate.  Some are so devastated that they feel compelled to abandon everything this once proud nation stood for and move to another country.  Others talk of revolution or prepare for total economic collapse and social chaos.  The likelihood of any one of these becoming a viable alternative depends on just how bad things get in the coming years; but in the meantime, it is absolutely vital that we set our emotions aside and focus on a rational assessment of exactly what we as a free people can and must do to make such extreme measures unnecessary.

Toward that end, here are a few possible avenues that this author believes must be pursued (and one that should not) to try to take America back from the dangerous demagogues who have gained power through division and deception.  By no stretch of the imagination is it a complete list.

1)  Secession.  This is one which needs to be put in perspective immediately before too much energy or credibility are lost.  It is very tempting to leap into citizen petitions and angry demonstrations calling for heavily Red states to secede from the United States, and in fact the idea sounds very appealing to me as well.  Unfortunately the reality is that in the current geopolitical and economic environment, nothing useful can or will come from this effort except to make us look ridiculous to the rest of the nation.

It must be remembered that the United States is not, nor was ever intended to be, a democracy where the people directly vote on any issue.  It is a republic, in which we elect representatives to make decisions for us, with the hope and expectation that (a) they will make more level-headed decisions in difficult situations than the masses they represent, and (b) we who elect them will monitor their performance and get rid of any representative who through incompetence or corruption fails to work for our best interests.  For that reason, the citizen petitions for secession that are springing up in various states are laboring under the delusion that they will carry some weight in Washington aside from venting our frustration and providing the Obama administration with fodder for ridicule and further suppression.  Without the support of our ELECTED representatives in the House and Senate—along with the buy-in and commitment of the relevant state legislatures and governors—our petitions are powerless.  Without their support, it will be business as usual in Congress with our representatives calmly engaging in business as usual.

If the people of any state seriously wish to pursue secession, their petitions should be directed first at their state legislatures and federal representatives, because only they can carry that message formally to Washington.  But that simply isn’t going to happen unless things get unimaginably worse than they are now.  It seems far easier to rally enough of the population of the 50 states—through education and through other measures mentioned below—to elect representatives who will support true conservative principles in Washington and help restore the entire nation to its founding principles.  In other words, fight not to abandon America, but to TAKE IT BACK from the socialists and statists who have stolen it from us.

2)  Pursue investigation of voter fraud nationwide.  The fraud in the 2012 election was, evidence suggests, massive and undisguised.  From electronic machines switching votes from Romney to Obama, to voter turnouts exceeding 100% in some heavily Democratic precincts, to lost absentee ballots, to virtual cattle drives of voters of questionable eligibility into polling places by Democratic operatives, to Democratic precincts illegally conducting vote tallies behind closed doors, all the signs are there that fraud has been committed on a scale never before seen at the national level.

It is highly unlikely that the results of any race will be overturned even if fraud allegations are proven through investigation.  However, a thorough investigation and publication of these fraudulent practices could potentially make the strongest case ever made for voter ID laws.  If done in a professional and investigative manner that appeals to the prevailing sense of “fairness” and avoids the appearance of simple partisan sour grapes, it could gain enough support from the public to force legislative action.

3)  Voter ID laws.  Once a strengthened case has been made for voter ID laws, legislation must be crafted on a state by state basis which establishes strong defenses against fraud while addressing all possible concerns about possible voter suppression.  While most evidence says these concerns are little more than demagoguing by those with a vested interest in continued fraud, they have succeeded in convincing enough of their followers that voter ID is an effort by the “Evil Right” to rob them of their vote to make it difficult or impossible to implement the few bills that do make it into law.

One of the biggest “concerns” raised is that “millions” who do not currently have picture ID’s will be disenfranchised.  While patently false, there are surely enough 98 year old voters born out on the wheat fields in Nebraska or in a knot-holed shack in Alabama, or younger adults born to societal dropouts in inner city drug houses, to provide the left with an endless media parade of bureaucratic nightmare stories.  To combat these, generous provision must be made in Voter ID legislation to provide for the protection of such individuals.

For example, much has been made of the bureaucratic nightmare of obtaining valid ID for an adult who does not have a valid U.S. birth certificate or immigration documentation.  (Never mind that the identical issue exists for those same people when it comes to buying cigarettes or alcohol, obtaining and using a credit card, buying an airline ticket, driving a car, getting married, or receiving government benefits, but for some reason in those cases the issue is a non-issue.)  Since it will be the states who pass these ID requirements for voting, it is entirely appropriate that state tax dollars pay for programs to reach these supposedly “forgotten” individuals and help them obtain the necessary ID at no cost to them before the next major election in 2014.  These programs must be subject to oversight by independent reviewers to ensure that the fraud does not simply shift from the voting booth to the voter ID dispensary.

4)  Other measures to combat fraud.  It is important to note that numerous other measures will be needed to combat the kind of fraud already evident in the last elections.  For example, in California the government is attempting to further integrate fraud into the system by simply issuing valid driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants.  This means a simple driver’s license is insufficient.  State voter ID cards may be necessary instead.  More thorough purging of voter rolls is needed in every state to remove deceased or ineligible voters.  Election observers need to maintain a stronger presence to report on incidents of possible fraud as they occur, and election commissions need to be held more accountable for failure to correct such situations.

Even something as simple as “inking” would eliminate a lot of fraud.  Many countries simply put an ink mark on the thumb of someone who has voted.  The ink wears off on its own, but is difficult enough to remove that an individual casting multiple votes in the same day would be much more difficult.  The much maligned UN “election observers” were shocked that the US makes essentially no effort to verify the ID of voters, making us the only free-elections nation in the world not to do so.  If the UN—of all organizations—is shocked at our cavalier attitude toward election fraud, what does that say about the situation?

5)  Pressure state governors and legislatures to adopt Nullification procedures.  It was the intent and understanding of the Founding Fathers that the federal court system—right up to the Supreme Court—was NOT the final word on the constitutionality of a federal law.  They understood that in spite of their efforts to guarantee a 3-branch system of checks and balances, it was still possible for a single party to become so powerful that it would dominate all 3.  Such is set to become the case with a second Obama term, as the President will likely enjoy the opportunity to replace several retiring Supreme Court Justices, thus stacking the court in favor of progressive and statist philosophy for a generation, regardless of who controls the Legislative and Executive branches.

In the eyes of the Founding Fathers, the states themselves should and must be the final arbiters of the constitutionality of federal laws and—given this President’s predilection for issuing legislation by fiat via the Executive Order—other edicts originating outside of Congress.  This was to be done through the Nullification process; if the legislature of a state were to determine that a duly passed federal law was unconstitutional, it would simply not be implemented.  (This was made much more difficult by the 17^th Amendment to the Constitution, which took the power of electing US Senators away from the state legislatures and redefined the Senate as a publicly elected body.)

This concept has been publicly discussed in a number of states over the past few years, but it needs to be pushed more strongly as the states’ primary defense against the abuses of an out-of-control federal government.  The governors of the states—particularly the Republican governors who still represent the majority of states—must be encouraged to band together on the Nullification process, and should understand that while that power should be used sparingly, they should not be afraid to use it when it is justified.

6)  Fight to oust liberal and progressive GOP leadership.  One of the biggest reasons the Republican Party has failed so badly in the last 8 years is its utter failure to stand for conservative principles.  The party power brokers are predominantly statists, globalists, progressives, and liberals who one way or another, wittingly or due to their ignorance, have been working against the will of the majority of Americans and dragging the Republican Party inexorably toward the socialist ideals that they see bringing success to the Democratic Party.  Recent comments by John Boehner’s and other “experts” in the GOP make it clear that they no longer (if they ever did) have the stomach or the conviction to pursue conservative principles.

Not only has the current GOP leadership failed to support conservative principles, but they have actually fought to weaken and destroy true conservative leaders, including “Tea Party” favorites who at best have been ignored and left to fight their way into office through sheer public referendum.  At worst they have resorted to sabotage and political trickery; such is the case with Colonel Allen West in Florida, whose district was gerrymandered by his own “Republican” party to try to prevent his re-election.

These people must be removed from positions of power in the Republican Party if it is ever to represent American conservatives fairly and honestly.  The mantra of conservatives and Romney supporters leading up to the election held that Obama’s clear record of failure compelled us to change the nation’s leadership.  Now in the wake of the election we must have the clarity to make the same demands of ourselves.  Given the clear record of failure by the Republican leadership to nominate and support strong conservatives and get them into office, do we have the conviction of our principles to sweep that leadership out of power and replace it with new blood and a new formula for success?  This cleansing must be pursued at both national and state levels, and perhaps at the local level as well.

7)  Push Republican leadership to reaffirm and vigorously support conservative principles.  Many pundits and so-called conservative leaders are pointing to the last two elections as clear signs that the Republican Party needs to abandon its traditional conservative principles and “move with the times”.  First of all, such suggestions are nothing less than complete capitulation to the left.  So-called leaders who suggest such surrender are either cowards with no concept of what principle means, or they are in reality progressives, liberals who wish to simply turn the Republican Party more and more into a lite version of the Democratic Party.

Second, the Republican Party has been trying to play catch-up with the Democratic Party for years already, and where has it brought us?  Quite possibly to the brink of extinction.   Is the popular definition of insanity not “doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result”?  The left, the liberal GOP establishment, and the extreme left-wing “mainstream media” would love for us to surrender our conservative principles and adopt theirs.  To them, that would be total victory.

We did not lose the 2012 elections because we were too conservative.  We lost the 2012 election, from a philosophical standpoint, because our party and our candidates no longer stand for what their constituents believe.  They have failed to distinguish themselves from the other party enough to drive conservatives to the polls in the overwhelming numbers polls indicate are out there.  They have inspired such disinterest in fact that our party can no longer overcome the “free candy” and relentless demonization of the left.  This demonization includes horrific portents of right wing fanatics banning everything the left defines as “basic human rights” and establishing a police state in which every American will be forced to burn every book but the Bible and submit to daily prayer sessions in school.

The Establishment candidates do nothing to dispel these fantasy horror flicks.  Indeed, many Republicans are unapologetic statists, and might very well try to compel Americans to conform to their personal beliefs as adamantly as the left demands we adhere to theirs.  Where is the difference between the two?

This brings us to the question of what conservative principles mean and how they should be upheld.  Any study of the colonial history of America and the Constitution make it clear what the Founders intended:  that the Constitution be revered as the supreme law of the land, and that chief among the principles of that document is the idea of personal freedom—that the government should never be allowed to interfere in the personal lives of American citizens, nor in the affairs of the individual states.  Conservative principles then must be understood by the people to mean liberation of the people, not enslaving them to the beliefs of those who hold office.

The message to the public should not be “No, I do not believe in abortion”, or “We need more teachers”, or “Yes, we need this or that regulation”.  The message should be “The federal government has no business telling you how to live your lives. The government’s job is to protect the nation and facilitate free commerce between states.  Everything else is handled infinitely better at the state and local level.”  Romney actually espoused this philosophy early on in the debate season, but abandoned it in favor of a “me too” approach based apparently on the suicidal advice of those liberal GOP advisors.

Going forward, the conservative message of limited federal government, fiscal responsibility, and personal freedom have to be among the top sellers of the Republican brand.  In addition to the wholesale gutting of GOP leadership needed at the highest levels, we must support candidates who truly stand on conservative principles.  There’s a reason why in the 2012 elections, so-called “Tea Party favorites” won many of their races while the establishment GOP picks lost so many of theirs.

8)  Educate the public about the importance of primary elections.  Typically the turnout at primary elections is dismal at best; yet it is precisely here that we wield the greatest power.  It is the primaries where we truly have a choice of who is to be the standard bearer for our party.  The establishment has its own idea who those standard bearers should be—as we clearly saw with the selections of Bob Dole, George Bush, John McCain, and Mitt Romney in the last five Presidential campaigns—and those selections were made based not on conservative ideals, but on political patronage and progressive agendas.

We the people make it very easy for the establishment to force its selections on us when we don’t bother to show up to vote in the primaries.  A large part of our effort to support conservative candidates must be to educate people about the differences between the candidates and to work tirelessly to get people out to vote in the primaries—and force our will on the Republican party, whether the good-old-boy bosses like it or not.

9)  Educate the public, particularly the young.  We’ve known for a long time that our public schools are little more than leftist progressive indoctrination camps, and that the brainwashing they receive there is reinforced continuously by the leftist news and entertainment industries.  This brainwashing has been so thorough and so successful that many today are saying that from a political point of view, we conservatives may have lost an entire generation that we will never recover.

This may be true, but that should not stop us from trying.  If we want to have a fighting chance with today’s and tomorrow’s young, we must ourselves infiltrate the schools and their minds, by education at home, challenging the political messages fed to our children in school, and partnering with other organizations that can help reach children and young adults.  We must preserve and communicate our own history the way it really was, not the way it is taught by those who despise our history.

Some of the above are clearly immediate needs; some will take much longer.  All will likely lead us through a torturous minefield of liberal backlash, disappointment, and short-term failures, but with perseverance and the conviction of our principles, we just might succeed in restoring America to the pillar of freedom and prosperity she once was.

Voting Rights is an essential element of the foundational rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution. It appears the way that is currently applied and enforced in states that voted for Obama, that this basic citizen right’s train only goes one way. Election officials in Cleveland, Ohio, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and certain Florida counties are just a few of the areas where voting irregularities and voter suppression of conservative, republicans and many white voters, have left their rights stranded at the station.

2012 is the line in the sand and this time. Voters who value the rule of law should soundly reject the false sense of unearned republican guilt, conservative guilt or white guilt that liberals and mainstream media would like to heap onto them. This is the time for republican leaders and campaign officials to demonstrate steel in their backbone and challenge this election fraud as Congressman Allen West is doing in Florida!

It is not racist to confront Election Day irregularities in urban areas, because those urban areas happen to be administrated and controlled by black officials. After all what is the worst that can possibly happen?

Legitimate elections could spring forth and, accurate legitimate vote totals could be the result. In addition, possibly dozens of Election Day and city or county officials could begin taking up residence on the business side of a jail or prison cell!

Instead of repeating the oft used phrase, “I guess we’ll get them next time!” Voters, conservatives, republicans, and Tea Party members should ditch that nonsensical notion and fight for electoral justice. Voter theft and voter suppression is not right when it is used against any voter, whether he is black, white, brown, conservative or Tea Party supporter.

Grand juries should be impaneled in every single city or county where voter theft occurred or even if there was the whiff of voter impropriety. Civil rights which is guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution must be used if it is to have any true meaning or power.

Voter justice is sacred and it must be protected as well as insured, and its application must be color blind. Forget the guilt that liberals and civil rights Obama action teams would attempt to hang around your neck.    ( read more )

Do you ever feel as if standing up for your U.S. Constitutional rights has allowed the liberals and the blame game mainstream media to paint a red target on your back as a Tea Party supporter? Well, it appears that since the election the reengineering of the election results are giving GOP moderates as well as alphabet soup network pundits’ greater incentive to bury the Tea Party movement in another shallow grave.

One of those pundits is former President Reagan Speechwriter, Peggy Noonan who stated on CBS Face the Nation, Sunday November 11th that , “The tea party style of rage is not one that wins over converts and makes people lean towards them and say, ‘I want to listen to you.’ I think a friendly persuasion has to begin now from the Republican Party to people of the United States.”

Exactly what type of converts is Noonan referring to? Is she asking that Tea Party supporters moderate their positions so that U.S. Constitutional principles become warmed over mush? Does Noonan and other moderates want Tea Party supporters to sacrifice deeply held foundational values on the Obama alter of socialist expediency? This is absolutely and categorically not going to happen.

The Sunday network talk shows are beside themselves with more than usual self serving glee to bury this genuine grass roots movement of millions of Americans as quickly as they can. The problem is clear, The Tea Party has not retreated since the 2009 continuous assault from mainstream media vicious mistruths. The goal was to label the patriot citizens as extreme, rabid racists who were only interested in destroying the failed tax and spend deficit policies that cooperative republican moderates and liberal democrats have forged for several decades.

Well, guess what, one of the most important color blind leaders to come out of the 20th century probably described the Tea Party movement best. Rev. Martin Luther King taught the nation to stand up against unjust systems. Rev. King stressed: “Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. And so we must straighten our backs and work for our freedom. A man can't ride you unless your back is bent. “

One of the tactics the liberals used to get out their vote is a two step process using push polls. It works like this: first they have a pollster call, asking for your valuable opinions on a variety of generic political topics. The final question is “how likely are you to vote in the upcoming election?” They mine the list of likely voters for those they can sway to their candidates. They also determine what kind of lies and propaganda they need to move people to vote, based on the answers they gave in the earlier poll.
Next comes the push poll. This is not a real poll; it’s a propaganda interview intended to force an opinion on you after directly feeding you misinformation. For example, they will state that all of the noteworthy environmental groups oppose the Keystone Pipeline because of the devastating damage it will do to the environment. Then they state that Romney supports this project since it will make the oil companies wealthier. Then they ask if you support the pipeline.
Another question will be about abortion. It will be phrased in a way that they can state that Romney and the Republicans want to prevent women from having access to birth control and control of their own bodies. The questions are always preceded with lies and misinformation!
These tactics work on uninformed voters; they proved it in the last election.
