After winning (y)our Republican Party’s 1st 2016 Primary Election in Iowa, Ted Cruz’s campaign moves into New Hampshire; the 2nd GOP Primary. 

New Hampshire, the Granite State, practices an honorable motto; ‘Live Free or Die’.  New Hampshire is one of the few states having no ‘state income tax’. 

Earlier, New Hampshire was a very Conservative voting state.  Ronald Reagan highly regarded New Hampshire.  In a 1980 GOP Presidential debate, Ronald Reagan refused allowing his Conservative voice and values to be silenced. 

On February 9, New Hampshire has the opportunity to vote for another Ronald Reagan ‘look-alike’ candidate; as Ted Cruz on fiscal, social, and National Security issues. 

Ted Cruz (R-TX) has an incredible ‘Bio’ duplicating Ronald Reagan’s consistent Conservative positions on fiscal, social, and National Security issues. 

In my more than 50 years of GOP participation, including President Reagan’s tenure, and other Conservative Republican Party political candidates who support Constitutional freedoms and values based on Judeo-Christian principles, Ted Cruz is the best candidate ‘ever’ who is more knowledgeable, skilled, ready, electable, and determined to restore our USA.

Over the past five years our Nation has been attacked by Barack Obama and Liberals, they have been relentless in their strategy to create an army of the poor.  In 2009 Americans had a renewed hope that Obama would stand by all of his promises to create jobs, downsize the Government, insure transparency, secure the borders and use our stimulus money to start our economic wheels rolling.

None of these commitments were enacted by Obama; instead he concentrated on “redistribution” not with the intent of helping the poor sector, but to increase the entitlement society.  (1) Via EPA Obama put a screeching halt to job growth, (2) He continued his reckless spending policies knowing that our National Deficit would mushroom, and (3) In 2010 passed the Obamacare law planning to place our healthcare under Government control (one payer system.)

  • During the last five years, unemployment sky rocketed from according to legitimate reports the unemployment rate in 2009 was 9.2% and in 2013 hovering around 14.4% or higher.  The unemployment rate during the Great Depression was 25% so the actual unemployment rate when you include those no longer looking for work and those working seasonal or part time jobs is most likely 20% plus.
  • According to CBS – the National Debt has surpassed an increase of 6 trillion since 2009.
  • Breitbart released information from Bloomberg government analyst that the Obamacare cost is over a billion dollars – this doesn’t take into consideration the subsidies and payoffs for insurers nor does it include the extremely high co-payments and deductibles of the consumer.  http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/10/24/report-obamacare-

In 2014 Barack Obama has placed “redistribution” front and center once again.  The strange disturbing thing is this - many of the GOP have joined him in this destructive venture by pushing for amnesty.  In the past few days the GOP continued Obama’s “redistribution” by passing the 956 billion dollar Farm Bill.

This bill has more sticky fingers in it than carters got pills.  This is what Mr. Wobbly (Speaker of the House) said as he jammed the bill thru the House.  "I've got concerns," Boehner said of the farm bill. "But doing nothing means that we get no changes in the farm program, no changes in the nutrition program and as a result, I'm going to vote for the farm bill."  Did it ever occur to John Boehner that he was hired to do a job not crumple every time the going gets tough?

Wrapping up here once again the Conservatives, tea parties and Libertarians have one viable option – take back the Senate and control the House.  In order to do this, we must unite and work together.  As long as all of the small clusters are content to go it alone and go their own way, we very likely will not be able to place good Patriots (men & women) in the Senate or the House. 

2010 was a great start, but the job isn’t finished yet and we’re faced with almost insurmountable odds, because the Old Republican establishment, the US Chamber of Commerce, the Liberals along with George Soros all pretty much on the same page in the mission to control us. 

We need a leader, someone who can unite the tea parties, Conservatives and Libertarians in the most difficult fight in our recent history.  Hopefully we can chuck our petty grievances and power plays in the garbage and work for a common cause, “taking back our Country.”

Remember Reagan’s 1981 speech when he said, “All of us came here because we knew the country couldn’t go on the way it was going. So it falls to all of us to take action. We have to ask ourselves if we do nothing, where does all of this end. Can anyone here say that if we can’t do it, someone down the road can do it, and if no one does it, what happens to the country? All of us know the economy would face an eventual collapse. I know it’s a hell of a challenge, but ask yourselves if not us, who, if not now, when?”

Someone told me that with obummer , every morning is the dawn of a new error.

I don’t think so. Every morning is a new chance to continue his mission to transform

our Rebublic into a 3rd world communist cesspool.

He makes errors. Everybody does. But most of his actions are the result of cold, calculated, malicious,

plans to destroy America. The ACA is simply just one more of many other results he has gotten away with because nobody (at least way too few) in Congress have the fortitude to call him out.

 

Fortunately, the ACA has provided some Sunshine , that great disinfectant. The heat from obamacare

has finally awoken enough citizens that the DC gang is worried about their jobs.

 

obamacare  has been outed as the greatest job killer program ever perpetrated by the Gov’t. Ironically it finally reached the point of personal pain when it threatened the jobs of democraps; and precipitated yet another LIE from nobummer. His FIX, you see, is NOT a FIX for Americans with an insurance problem. His FIX is nothing more than a deception (very poorly veiled) to take some heat off those poor frightened democraps thru the 2014 elections. After that, his FIX is …. Back to losing your insurance.

He did make an error when he refused to negotiate over delaying the ACA. The Nation would have benefited if agreements were reached. However, those agreements would NOT carry the banner of “I/ME” did it. So he refused to negotiate and was later forced (by his own democraps) to apply the FIX.

The end result is that HE has been outed as a LIAR, regardless of oprah.

 

For that and many other egregious failures he needs to be Impeached, or likely better tried for treason or as a subversive. But the spineless, self-serving, gang in DC won’t do that.

The ACA , like prohibition and segregation, needs to be dismantled, unfunded, repealed.

If Ronald Reagan were alive today I sure we would hear………………..

GOP civil war

The reports are coming more frequently now. Karl Rove is taking aim at the TEA party. Conservatives in congress are being attacked on all fronts, most disturbingly by other Republicans. Establishment Republicans move repeatedly to the left. And the media, well the media has been going after us like rabid wolves since the dawn of time. The battle lines have been drawn. The first shots have been fired. We are at war with our own party.

     I know, we're not allowed to say that anymore. There's nothing new about using militaristic terms to describe political struggles. Although we are discouraged from doing so, even as the left continues the practice. Sara Palin is blamed for the shooting of Gabby Gifford just because Palin's staff drew crosshairs on a map. We are endlessly attacked and derided for using any word or phrase that could be seen as aggressive, no matter how commonplace. When you think about it, it's really a brilliant ploy, even if it is weaselly and two faced. How are we supposed to fight a war effectively when we aren't allowed to acknowledge that we're fighting a war? We see how well that worked in Korea. We soften our language to placate the leftist whiners and soon our thoughts follow suit. We let them pull our teeth and then wonder why our party becomes filled with moderates with no bark and no bite.

     Yet these RINOs are always happy to attack conservatives. Recently John McCain went after Rand Paul and Ted Cruz for having the nerve to do the jobs that they were elected for, and Karl Rove casts blame for election losses on the TEA party that should rightfully fall on him and his ilk. Not only were many of these unelectable Republicans that he cites as examples of TEA party interference moderate establishment types, most of them were funded by Rove.

     These are the same people what will nod enthusiastically when the left tells us that conservatism is a relic followed by only a small margin of the population. They'd have us forget how Barry Goldwater sparked the conservative movement by standing by his conservative ideals. And that Ronald Reagan energized the country and won two landslide Presidential elections, not by reaching across the aisle, but by refusing to compromise his conservative principles. They'd have us ignore how conservatives in D.C. have received support unprecedented in this generation by proudly advancing the conservative banner. Moving to the center hasn't helped us with Mitt Romney or John McCain. And it hasn't helped us with the 99% of Rove's candidates who lost their elections. Or with the others who refuse to fight the left once elected. No, the problem isn't that the Republican party has moved too far to the right, it's that the party is only now starting to move back to the right.

     And we're not immune from delusions either. I don't know how often I've been told that we need another Ronald Reagan to swoop in and fix things again. It's time to burst that bubble. As good as the rising conservative stars are, there isn't another Reagan. There never will be another Reagan. We're on our own. But before you slip back into the post election depression that we've all been trying to climb out of, remember that we're not wandering blind in the wilderness as some would suggest. Our message isn't falling of deaf ears, it's just been watered down by the moderates. Fiscal and social conservatism, commitment to shrinking government and growing the economy, encouraging personal responsibility and liberty, defending and following the constitution, are policies that have been proven right by history. These are the issues that will bring us victory in this civil war. These issues are our best chance of winning in the 2014 elections, as well as the big one in 2016.

     The establishment RINOs care only for their own power base. They're more impressed by the institution than the constitution. At stake in this war is the very soul of the Republican party. Just as in the overall war at stake is the very soul of America. Victory is our only option.

The presidential campaign of 2016 was launched as soon as the last light dimmed on the stage after Mitt Romney gave his concession speech, in losing his presidential bid to Barack Obama. With the new battle now warming up amongst the GOP hierarchy there are many Republican leaders who want to point the party leftward, away from Ronald Reagan and his heir apparent Sarah Palin.

That is correct. There is no stuttering here. Sarah Palin may appear to liberals, leftwing pundits as well as GOP Washington leaders as yesterday’s news. Yet Mitt Romney’s loss was not due to conservative steel in his campaign. What is clear is that nearly two million conservatives did not embrace Romney’s attempt to skedaddle to the middle road by running away from conservative positions and values. They simply stayed home.

Consider the results of Palin’s steadfast 2012 primary season effort as she crisscrossed the nation campaigning on behalf of conservative congressional, senatorial officials. The results of Palin’s efforts are notable, beginning with backing Texas U.S. Senator-elect Ted Cruz. Combine that with eight congressional candidates being elected to congress out of 14, due to Palin’s endorsement.

Now examine Romney’s results. In a general election where Republicans were expected to be more competitive in U.S. Senate races. Republicans actually lost two U.S. Senate seats. There are many who have engaged in a lot of finger pointing in order to place blame for the loss. But the buck does stop at the top with Mitt Romney.

To refresh everyone’s memory, it was Romney and his Boston campaign brain-trust, who said to Palin back in July, “Thanks but no thanks.” They denied her a prime time speaking role before the GOP National Convention and the nation. Mitt was bound and determined to place both Palin and the Tea Party organization supporters on the sidelines and go it alone to seek more moderate political pastures.

Romney may have listened to comedians like Bill Maher and political pundits like Chris Matthew who found no end in skewering the non-candidate Palin during the campaign year. There is a lesson in Romney’s loss that reminds conservatives that Ronald Reagan was the 1976 version of Sarah Palin. He too had his many detractors as well as liberal and Republican pundits who scoffed at Reagan’s notion of a new conservative under current building in America.

Ronald Reagan was held at arm’s length by Washington GOP insiders and derided in liberal circles as a joke. Many in the mainstream media poked fun of his film character that played opposite a Chimpanzee in the 1951 “Bedtime for Bonzo” movie. While the democrats and the Washington insider pundits laughed, Reagan beat President Jimmy Carter with nearly 51 percent of the vote to Carter’s 41 percent in the 1980 presidential election.

One normal $50 dollar commercial for any company only cost a Presidential Candidate about $25 dollars and is estimated VERY conservatively to reach over one thousand people. I have about 4,500 facebook friends. If each gives $25 dollars we can reach conservatively four and a half million people and tune them into what’s happening in the United States Supreme Court in two weeks; but that’s not all.

With 4,500 commercials we gain major credibility ground with the networks that must air our commercials or can face big law suits for denying the Federal Guideline Standards of Advertisement for Presidential Candidates. That’s a law suit any attorney would delight to get their hands on because of the huge fine. We also gain credibility in the face of the Court which has never been done at this level!

Now $25 dollars is just between you and me, your name does not have to be reported to the FEC unless your contributions exceeds $200, so Mitt Romney is never going to know and you could still vote for him in Nov if you choose. Be my guest if you can contribute more than $200! (smile)

As you know Mitt’s taking on Obama on just the economy, but I’ll bet within the next two months you see gas prices going down, as well as employment numbers reported to the media and by the media by you- know-who. I’ll bet $25 that you might see it reported as 7.9% the first of November and guess what? Mitt Romney loses the economy battle as hope has suddenly and miraculously sprung back into the economy, we have to face it, that’s the way a major portion of our fellow Americans think.

 

That’s exactly what happened in reverse to John McCain in 2008 to help Obama out; thanks in large part to Saudi Arabia’s kings Obama bowed himself so low to. Don’t you think there was not a reason Obama bowed so low. Of course a U.S. President should never be beholden to a foreign power.

 

So, we Birthers have one more shot at this in the U.S. Supreme Court that is liberal of course, but guess what? I’m running as a Democrat in the same party objecting to campaign damage because Obama won the nomination and isn’t ‘playing by the same rules’ as Mrs. Obama quoted they think America should, and ‘it’s just not fair’. It’s a no brainer and my case has Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse investigation set in it and has from the onset from the lower Superior Court in Georgia. This has never happened in BIRTHER HISTORY exactly!

Doubling your odds to get Obama out, preserving your vote for Mitt Romney, and being able to tell God in your prayers tonight you have done all you could do. That’s pretty good deal, and I believe you could hold yourself blameless before God if you could do that.

You see I am a Christian and I don’t mind telling you in my opinion God will do most of the work. He only wants us to just show a little faith in him. Think of coming an inch while God has come a whole mile.

 

Well most of the work is done. Our case is in the U.S. Supreme Court now; the Campaign has been built from scratch, we just need a little publicity. That’s the inch I think God just wants to see from you, and I believe we can be successful together. I just can’t do it alone.

Well I believe our Constitution was inspired by our Creator, and I know our Founders and Framers did to. You might not agree with their religious principles or mine, but we both neither can deny the freedom and liberty our Constitution has given to us our whole lifes.

 

George Washington is my favorite U.S. President, can’t say as I’ve met him, but I’ve sure felt his spirit as a hand on my shoulder throughout the 12 courts over the last 4 years I’ve been through to get to this moment in the United States Supreme Court against Obama’s eligibility. Can you pitch in a little?

 

A commercial is intelligence and knowledge for the general public and in 1796 Pres. Washington said, “it is essential that public opinion should be enlightened”, “A primary object for our youth should be education of our youth in the science of government. In a Republic, what species of knowledge can be equally important?”, and he said it was our duty, communicating it to those who are to be the future guardians of the liberties of our country.

President Obama's recent attack on the free enterprise system, small business and the entrepreneurial spirit of America, stands in sharp comparison to that of another president -- Ronald Reagan.  Even Obama's response to the attacks on his "if you've got a business -- you didn't build that.  Somebody else made that happen," comments demonstrates a shocking ignorance about the free market system.

Obama finally responded to the relentless attacks of his opponent Mitt Romney with an ad claiming his words were taken "out of context."  Of course, that is nonsense.  But his response provides a further glimpse into the anti-market mindset of the 44th president.

Obama promised that he would stand by small business by "Investing in education and training, roads and bridges, research and technology."  In other words, Obama believes that he can stand by business by spending more tax dollars on more programs. 

Even on his own TV ads he can't feign support for the free enterprise system.

This stands in sharp contrast to Ronald Reagan who throughout his political career would defend, inspire and promote freedom.  We should never forget Reagan's inspiring words: 

“We who live in free market societies believe that growth, prosperity and ultimately human fulfillment, are created from the bottom up, not the government down. Only when the human spirit is allowed to invent and create, only when individuals are given a personal stake in deciding economic policies and benefiting from their success -- only then can societies remain economically alive, dynamic, progressive, and free. Trust the people. This is the one irrefutable lesson of the entire postwar period contradicting the notion that rigid government controls are essential to economic development.”

 

"The government's view of the economy can be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it."

 

"Are you willing to spend time studying the issues, making yourself aware, and then conveying that information to family and friends? Will you resist the temptation to get a government handout for your community? Realize that the doctor's fight against socialized medicine is your fight. We can't socialize the doctors without socializing the patients. Recognize that government invasion of public power is eventually an assault upon your own business. If some among you fear taking a stand because you are afraid of reprisals from customers, clients, or even government, recognize that you are just feeding the crocodile hoping he'll eat you last."

 

"The Founding Fathers knew a government can't control the economy without controlling people. And they knew when a government sets out to do that, it must use force and coercion to achieve its purpose. So we have come to a time for choosing."

 

These are just a sampling of the words of a man who understood that freedom rests upon a pillar of free enterprise.  One day, hopefully in the not to distant future, we will have a president who shares that view.  America does not have the luxury of time to wait for such a day.

Americans It’s Time for Tough Love

Who’s gonna pay for Viagra for men or tampons, pads, and pantiliners for women? Taxpayers of course if Obama gets his way! Everything goes on our tab – including Obama’s fetish for Green Things and “God’s Country.”

We paid billions for those lousy “green companies” that didn’t create jobs yet they padded the pockets of the criminal scum. By the way another green company (Abound Solar) is hitting the dust laying off employees and taxpayers are about to lose 400 million dollars more.

They hit us for a debt ceiling increase, promising to reimburse us for that costly expense. What did we get – higher inflation, higher gas prices and a note from Congress saying poor ole Fannie’s financially strapped again due too many bonuses, too many incompetent CEO’s and back yard junk dogs. Fannie needs a little hand up amounting to the tune of 6.4 billion dollars.

No doubt we are our brother’s and sisters keeper, but there comes a point in time that little brother and little sister need to step up to the bat. Obama and DEMS say little sister wants “The Morning After Pill” so she can play around at night. I say, she can give up a couple of cokes, a bag of chips and buy it herself or if that doesn’t suit she can opt for abstinence. There comes a time that Americans must revert to “Tough Love.”

Congress treads on our freedoms and rights again – just like the Supreme Court they choose to rewrite the laws of our Nation. The Obamacare mandate forces contraception coverage on Religious Institutions who morally don’t believe in it. So Obama did a little soft shoe and pulled another skunk out of his hat.

He just sort of rewrote the mandate, bypassing the Religious Institutions and throwing the costly responsibility of contraceptives to the insurance companies. He ignored our religious beliefs and rights jamming the mandate down our throats insisting that insurance companies would have to offer the contraceptives. Guess who will foot this bill – it darn sure isn’t the insurance companies?

Today a bill was nixed by Congress that would have allowed insurers to opt out of providing contraceptive coverage if employers had religious or moral objections. Once again Congress thumbed their noses at us and stomped on our Constitution.

There’s a lesson here that all Americans need to learn. A quote from Ronald Reagan, "The problem is not that people are taxed too little, the problem is that government spends too much. To sit back hoping that someday, some way, someone will make things right is to go on feeding the crocodile, hoping he will eat you last – but eat you he will."

I say, “Let’s quit feeding the crocodiles and send them back to the Zoos from whence they came.” It’s time to “Take Back Our Country America.”

Not to be a conspiracy theorist, but I don't think what has happened to our country in the last three years was an accident.

There are those who assume from the negative results that Obama and his advisors don't know what they're doing.  This assumption is based on the thought that they want the same things we do: prosperity, freedom, and to retain America's status in the world.  I am one that does not make such an assumption. 

I believe they know exactly what they are doing. When Obama said he was going to "fundementally transform the United States of America" he meant to drag us into his vision of a socialistic nation.  What we are seeing now,, the languishing economy, rise in poverty rates, increase in energy costs, expansion of the recipient class, are the results. 

His foremost foreign polcy initiative when he took office was "Muslim Outreach". That was his reason for the Cairo apology speech.  Before his venture into politics, Obama was a leftist community organizer. I don't believe it is a coincidence that after two years of "Muslim Outreach" by a leftist community organizer, that the community got organized in the Muslim world. What has since become known as the "Arab Spring" But, what have been the results? The Muslim Brotherhood now controls Egypt, the Al Quaeda flag flew over Libya, there is civil war in Syria, there is unrest in Tunisia and Yemen still, and Iran is closer to acquiring nuclear weapons. 

We patriots have to be the Paul Revere's of our generation. In this election year, we have to carefully screen our candidates and support those that will return us to our country's founding principles. 

Ronald Reagan once said "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free" (http://bit/ly/11a87R).

President Reagan is probably best known for three major accomplishments: rekindling the American spirit of entrepreneurship, defeating the Soviets in the Cold War leading to the eventual collapse of the USSR, and creating the most robust peacetime economic expansion in American history. In this posting, we’ll focus on topics more applicable to Reagan’s economic accomplishments. Reagan’s economic philosophy has been referred to by many names including Reaganomics and Supply Side Economics.

 

Arguably Reagan was dealing with a much more complex economic environment in 1980 than we have today. Reagan was faced with high unemployment, high inflation, high interest rates, a slow-growing economy and a high government deficit as a percentage of GDP. Today we primarily have high unemployment, a slow-growing economy and a high government deficit. However over the last two years the policies implemented by the Obama administration have not significantly reduced unemployment, have dramatically increased the government debt and have started to increase both inflation and interest rates. As a continuing part of our series What Would Reagan Do, we’re going to discuss what Reagan would do to address our current immigration problems. Clearly Reagan would have been shocked by our current situation related to rampant illegal immigration, the violence across our southern border in Mexico, and the crime being brought into American cities by illegal aliens.

 

Addressing Reagan’s views regarding immigration is complex because he had two seemingly conflicting views. For one, Reagan believed in the integrity of the borders of the United States. This view would have been only reinforced by our current international terrorism risks in a post 9-11 world. In fact one of Reagan’s most well-known quotes is: “A nation that cannot control its borders is not a nation.”

 

On the other side of the coin, Reagan believed the United States was the last great hope for the world. Reagan lived the American Dream and saw that dream as a gift from God for all free people. He fully understood the desire of the masses to come to America and to assimilate into the melting pot as Americans.  Continue...

Are you better off than you were two years ago? For most people, the answer is no. Compared to two years ago, more people are unemployed, the credit markets are still a mess, businesses are still being stymied by further federal regulation, and the global community has no idea what we stand for with our foreign policy.

 

What if we could roll the clock back? Roll it back a little more than two years to September 2008. At that time, the United States was at one of our more critical inflection points. We had military actions in both Iraq and Afghanistan, our southern border states were seeing a serious uptick in crime being committed by illegal aliens, the economy was starting to stagnate, and we had a looming credit crisis. Reagan was a true believer in the free market. He believed in capitalism, American businesses, and most importantly the American people. Reagan knew that one of the key mechanisms of the free market is to correct imbalances that occur in the exchange of goods and currency. TEA Party Continues Reagan Tradition
Time to Institute His Economic Bill of Rights
 
Just as Hall of Fame Denver quarterback John Elway became famous for a 98-yard drive through a snowstorm in the waning moments of a playoff game that won the game for his Broncos and came to be known as “The Drive,” so too in late 1964, Ronald Reagan gave a speech supporting Barry Goldwater’s presidential Bid. Goldwater’s famous book was called “The Conscience of a Conservative,” Reagan’s famous speech came to be known simply as “The Speech.”
During “The Speech” Reagan told the story of a Cuban refugee who had escaped Fidel Castro and that island’s communist tyranny. The refugee later became an American businessman and much later met two of Reagan's friends. Reagan described it this way in “The Speech” and considered even more powerful than Goldwater’s entire book.
“In the midst of his story my one friend turned to the other and said `we don't know how lucky we are' and the Cuban stopped and said `how lucky you are? . . . I had some place to escape to,' and in that sentence he told us the entire story,” Reagan continued, “If we lose freedom here there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth. And this idea that government is beholden to the people that it has no source of power except the sovereign people is still the newest and most unique idea in all the long history of man's relationship to man.”           

Six months ago Bill Wilson, President of Americans for Limited Government, said,
“As the federal government continues to expand beyond its constitutional boundaries here in the early part of the 21st century, Reagan's timeless warning against the grand designs of centralized planners deserves renewed attention. In his speech, the future president also suggested that a forceful response was needed to reclaim the principles of the founding period otherwise ‘history will record with the greatest astonishment that those who had the most to lose did the least to prevent its happening.’”
 
The TEA (Taxed Enough Already; or Taken Enough Abuse) Party movement coming one generation after Reagan’s first presidential election victory honors Reagan’s legacy and the legacy of our Founding Fathers. It’s no coincidence that TEA Party activism rose up shortly after our newest President passed his $787 BIllion stimulus program. Barack Obama’s progressivism (Marxism, actually) and the entire Obama agenda, seemingly all designed to rush the country down the path toward the abyss while spitting on the Constitution and all the principles that made this country great. The same principles that Reagan harkened to every day are the principles Barack Obama denigrates into oblivion.
In response to Obama’s nauseating socialism, Reagan nostalgia and Glenn Beck’s eye-opening revelations have created a whole new generation of Americans that Wilson said in the blog quoted above
“. . . are willing to take up Reagan's challenge and restore constitutional checks on federal power. The current administration's on-going efforts to “Europeanize” the American economy with new entitlement programs and coercive mandates has helped to focus public attention back onto the ideals of the founding period. Best seller lists are replete with references to the key figures responsible for the American Revolution.
“. . . on July 4, 1987, President Reagan delivered a radio address that discussed a series of proposed constitutional amendments aimed against deficit spending that would be folded into an “Economic Bill of Rights.” Reagan had discussed his plan at great length the day before during a ceremony held at the Jefferson Memorial. Although his comments were overlooked in the news media at that time, they are remarkably detailed and highly relevant to the fiscal challenges of 2010.
“It's about time we constitutionally mandate the Federal Government to do what every American family must do, and that is balance its budget,” Reagan said in his address. “That doesn't mean taking more out of your pocket by raising taxes. In fact, our Economic Bill of Rights suggests a balanced budget amendment should contain a provision requiring more than a mere majority vote in Congress -- which is all it takes now -- to raise your taxes.”
 
Voters, whether Republican, Independents, Democrats or Libertarians like Rajjpuut showed up en masse on Election Day, 2010, to express their outrage with tax and spend politicians . . . especially those with the gall to refuse to read and understand the expensive bills and entitlements they were passing. Rajjpuut’s suggests that the TEA Party and the Republican Party take this opportunity to revisit America’s Economic Bill of Rights which Ronald Reagan created out of his deep love for this country:

Preamble
The Founding Fathers of our country knew that without economic freedom there can be no political freedom. Their rallying cry of "No taxation without representation" reflects that fundamental precept. They knew that the right to earn your own keep and keep what you earn is central to America's understanding of what it means to be free. This country was built by people seeking to support themselves and their families by their own labor, people who treasured the right to work and dispose of their earnings as they saw fit, people who were willing to take economic risks.
Over the past 40 (now 64) years, however, the growth of government has left our citizens with less control over their economic lives. What America needs now is an Economic Bill of Rights that guarantees four fundamental freedoms:
• The freedom to work.
• The freedom to enjoy the fruits of one's labor.
• The freedom to own and control one's property.
• The freedom to participate in a free market.
To secure these freedoms, I propose the following initiatives:
The Freedom to Work: You have the right to pursue your livelihood in your own way, free from excessive government regulation and subsidized government competition.
1. To reduce subsidized government competition with private citizens, I will establish a bipartisan Presidential Commission on Privatization to identify government programs and activities that can be accomplished more effectively in the private sector. I will also instruct the executive branch to find additional ways for contracting outside the government to perform those tasks that belong in the private sector. As to those activities that should properly remain in the government, I have asked the President's Council on Management Improvement to accelerate its productivity improvement program by one year and to adopt private sector practices where they would promote efficiency.
2. To reduce the burden of government regulation, I have reconstituted the Task Force on Regulatory Relief, chaired by the Vice President, to root out unnecessary restrictions on the individual's pursuit of a livelihood.
The Freedom to Enjoy the Fruits of Your Labor: You have the right to keep what you earn, free from excessive government taxing, spending, and borrowing.
3. To protect you from over-borrowing by the government, I will ask the Congress to adopt a balanced budget amendment, a line item veto, and legislative changes that will restore integrity to the congressional budget process.
4. To protect you from over-taxing by the Government, I will propose as part of the balanced budget amendment submitted to Congress, a requirement for a supermajority vote by Congress before your taxes can be raised. This reform will help make permanent our recent progress in lowering your tax rates, broadening the tax base to ensure fairness, and indexing rates so that inflation cannot push taxes back up.
5. To protect you from excess spending by the Federal Government, I will propose Truth in Federal Spending
Legislation that will:
A. Require that every new program established by legislation increasing Federal spending be deficit-neutral by including equal amounts of offsets.
B. Require that every piece of legislation mandating an increase in private sector costs or imposing new regulations include a financial impact statement detailing:
—The impact on private costs;
—The impact on prices for the consumer;
—The effect on employment;
—The impact on the ability of U.S. industries to compete internationally.
C. Require that every piece of legislation forcing increased expenditures by State and local governments include an assessment of the spending impact, the likely source of funding, and the ability of these governments to fulfill the mandates of the legislation.
The Freedom to Own and Control Your Property: You have the right to keep and use your property, free from government control through coercive or confiscatory regulation.
6. To protect your right to own and use your property, my administration will pursue our successful efforts in the courts to restore your constitutional rights when the government at any level attempts to take your property through regulation or other means.
7. To protect intellectual property and to encourage creativity, I will urge that the Congress act on my proposals to provide adequate domestic and international protection to Americans who create new ideas and invent new goods and services.
Freedom to Participate in a Free Market: You have the right to contract freely for goods and services and to achieve your full potential without government limits on opportunity, economic independence, and growth.
8. To reform the present welfare system that promotes dependency and destroys families and communities, I have proposed a welfare reform initiative that will lift the least fortunate among us up from dependency by creating incentives for recipients to become independent of welfare as full participants in the American economy.
9. To prepare our youth for participation in today's economy, I will ask the Congress and the States to enact proposals that will protect the rights of parents to guide their children and select from a broad array of educational options that emphasize excellence, character, and values. I will also promote programs to assist problem students to complete their education and to encourage dropouts to return to school.
10. To arm American workers and businessmen for full participation in an increasingly complex world economy, I will press for the Congress to act on my trade, employment, and productivity proposals to:
—Increase job retraining and other initiatives which improve opportunity for the American worker.
—Encourage science and technology by increasing support for basic research and development.
—Enact antitrust, product liability, foreign corrupt practices, and other regulatory reforms that place American
enterprise on a level playing field with foreign competitors.
—Improve America's ability to secure free and fair trade without resorting to protectionist measures that destroy jobs and
harm the consumer.
            Makes a lot of sense doesn’t it? Truth in spending by the Obama administration alone would be a wonderful thing but all of our presidents and far more importantly all of our congresses have been guilty of excess taxation and super-excess spending. This is where our present $14.1 TRillion National Debt and current $112 TRillion in Unfunded liabilities (not including welfare programs but only Social Security, Medicare and the federal side of Medicaid) come from . . . Truth in Spending; and requiring a “¾ super-majority” before any tax can be made law; or any present tax can be raised seems like simple, solid common sense. Rajjpuut would also insist that any tax can be cancelled and any old tax decreased by a simple majority. Reagan’s words bear repeating:
“We the people deserve to know that our jobs, paychecks, homes, and pensions are safe from the taxers and regulators of big government. Jefferson warned us of this threat 200 years ago,” he said. “Our Economic Bill of Rights is designed to protect the economic freedom of all Americans and to keep our country growing and prospering.”   AMEN!
