Dear Fellow Patriots:

What follows is my sixth follow-up letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Senator Tom Udall today respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made on March 1, 2012 by Sheriff Arapio’s Cold Case Posse, which I again am taking the liberty of sharing with you for informational purposes.

Please note that included in my letter is information and sources regarding the following extremely important revelations that transpired since my last letter to him of April 24, 2012, which I believe further support my request:

On April 28, 2012, an article and/or blog post revealed a ten video series that warns that there has been an effort to overthrow our American system, which is well under way through the “civilization jihad” of the Muslim Brotherhood, with the support of key U.S. government leaders, to include President Obama.

On April 28, 2012, an article and/or blog post was published by Mario Apuzzo, Esq. that revealed a little biography on President Monroe and his concern about possible usurpation in our government.

Finally, on April 29, 2012, an article and/or blog post revealed that a GOP lawmaker had recently stated that the eligibility issue was too scary to take on for fear that an investigation would be the ‘biggest constitutional crisis since Civil War.’

Dear Senator Udall:

On April 24, 2012, I wrote my fifth letter to you respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012, by Sheriff Arapio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of undisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.

For your information, to date I have not received a response from your office to said requests.

But be that as it may, the following has transpired since my last letter to you of April 24, 2012, which I believe overwhelmingly supports my numerous requests for the conduct of a full scale investigation by both houses of Congress into the allegations made on March 1, 2012 by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse:

On or about April 28, 2012, an article and/or blog post revealed a ten video series that warns that there has been an effort to overthrow our American system, which is well under way through the “civilization jihad” of the Muslim Brotherhood, with the support of key U.S. government leaders, to include President Obama.

What follows are pertinent excerpts from the article and/or blog post that revealed the video series:

“….Radical Muslims have penetrated “team Obama,” according to the series, which examines six individuals who have been allowed into high positions. The consequent danger is “acute,” according to the video makers.

Included in the conversation are the White House, director of National Intelligence, State Department, Justice Department, the Pentagon, Department of Homeland Security and NASA.

The 10-part course, “The Muslim Brotherhood in America: The Enemy Within,” was created by the the Center for Security Policy under the direction of Frank Gaffney. It has been posted on the Web.

Unveiled are the long-term processes of subversion and deceit through which the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamic extremists have infiltrated the American government and promoted their plan to implement Islamic law, or Shariah, in the United States and around the world.

Signs of capitulation already are evident in cases such as the Fort Hood massacre. The official military description of the attack by a self-described soldier of Allah, Nidal Hasan, who allegedly killed dozens at a Texas military base while shouting Islamic slogans, was “workplace violence.”

The film outlines the Muslim practice of taqiyya – deliberate lying to advance Islam. Rather than direct conquest, the video course explains that Muslims are using “civilization jihad, a form of warfare that employs manipulative financial techniques, lawfare, infiltration of our civil institutions and government, and insidious information dominance.”

The goal is the destruction of American society and a takeover by radical Muslims.

Most shockingly, the course shows that the process of subversion includes the takeover of portions of the American conservative movement itself, including filling key positions with members of the Muslim Brotherhood. According to the Muslim Brotherhood’s own internal documents, Islamic extremists are engaged in “a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within, sabotaging its miserable house with their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

In an interview with WND, Gaffney said the course “helps break the code on why we’re losing the war jihadists are waging on America.”

“I think it responds to the real confusion Americans feel about what is going on in this country,” he said. “They see reports of individual extremists killed, but then they suffer long waits at the airport because of ineffective and nonsensical TSA screenings, hear that the Islamic shooter at Ft. Hood was just a case of ‘workplace violence,’ and find out that the Muslim Brotherhood is telling the FBI what they are and are not allowed to say and do to fight terrorism.”

FBI Director Robert Mueller met with top Muslim Brotherhood operatives earlier this year to announce that hundreds of terrorism training documents and briefings that Muslims might deem offensive would be purged from the files.

Gaffney emphasizes that the enemy is “inside the wire,” and the course “connects the dots so that the American people will know the real story.”

The course explains that even the language used by the Obama administration,“the endless apologies to people chronically offended,”are perceived by Muslims as acts of submission to Islam.

The series explain how many of the well-known Islamic groups operating now in America share the ideals of radicals abroad, including, “Islam is our creed, Allah is our objective, the prophet is our leader, the Quran is our law, jihad is our way and dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.”

The strategy of the radicals includes keeping “infidels” ignorant, prohibiting “blasphemy,” demanding concessions, using educational tools, interfaith dialogue, Shariah-compliant finance, inserting Shariah into U.S. courts and placing Muslim Brotherhood partners in positions of influence.”

If the eye-opening and/or alarming information that is presented in the above video series is true, it further supports the need to vet our Presidential candidates to ensure that they meet the Constitutional eligibility requirement of being a “natural born citizen” set forth in Article II, Section I, Clause 5 because it could ensure that the elected presidential candidate would have sole allegiance to and love only one country from birth.

Such love and attachment to only one country from birth would surely have been something that President Monroe thought was needed for the well-being, happiness, and preservation of the United States. This fact was meticulously revealed in the following article and/or blog post that was published by Mario Apuzzo, Esq. on April 28, 2012, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you in its entirety for effect:

“I received an email today regarding our fifth President, James Monroe. What struck me as being applicable today was the article that was attached to the email. The article was a little biography on President Monroe. In that article is contained a part that included President Monroe’s concern about possible usurpation in our government. Below is my reflection on this article.

Indeed, President James Monroe, in his First Inaugural Address of March 4, 1817, warned:

“What raised us to the present happy state?...The Government has been in the hands of the people. To the people, therefore...is the credit due...

It is only when the people become ignorant and corrupt, when they degenerate into a populace, that they are incapable of exercising the sovereignty.

Usurpation is then an easy attainment, and an usurper soon found. The people themselves become the willing instruments of their own debasement and ruin...”

President Monroe then stated on December 7, 1824, in his 8^th Annual Message:

“For these blessings we owe to Almighty God...with profound reverence, our most grateful and unceasing acknowledgments....

Having commenced my service in early youth, and continued it since with few and short intervals, I have witnessed the great difficulties to which our Union has been exposed, and admired the virtue and intelligence with which they have been surmounted...

That these blessings may be preserved and perpetuated will be the object of my fervent and unceasing prayers to the Supreme Ruler of the Universe.”

President Monroe was most dedicated to preserving the great nation that the United States had become. He saw usurpation as a most serious threat to that preservation.

Why was President Monroe so concerned about usurpation? To whom could Monroe have been referring when he spoke about “an usurper?” How could such a person become “an usurper?” Actually, Monroe answered this question by telling us that it was when the people became “ignorant and corrupt” that an usurper will come to power which in the end would produce the “debasement and ruin” of those same people.

What would make some political leader “an usurper” in the eyes of President Monroe? If it was the President and Commander in Chief of the Military that concerned Monroe, was it lack of being at least 35 years of age, of having at least 14 years of residency in the United States, or not being a “natural born Citizen” (the Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 eligibility requirements) that so worried him? Who else other than the President could be so important and powerful in our government to give Monroe such concern about “an usurper?” Given the structure and balance of power in our government, it could only have been the President to whom Monroe was referring. And would Monroe be so concerned about age and residency or was it lack of being a “natural born citizen” that so worried him? After all, is it not from being a “natural born Citizen” that sole allegiance to and love of only one country from birth come from? Such love and attachment to only one country from birth would surely have been something that Monroe thought was needed for the well-being, happiness, and preservation of the United States.

This concern by Monroe makes the point about how important it is for us as a nation to assure that the “natural born Citizen” clause is not only honored and protected today, but preserved for the well-being and happiness of future American generations. But for this to occur, the nation must make sure that ill-informed or corrupt people do not allow such an usurpation to occur or to continue.

Our current putative President, Barack Obama, does not meet the constitutional definition of an Article II “natural born Citizen.” That definition is a child born in the United States to two parents who at the time of the child’s birth were both either “citizens of the United States” or “natural born Citizens.” Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875) (“all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also.  These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners”); United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898) (acknowledging and confirming Minor’s American common law definition of a “natural-born citizens” but adding based on the English common law that “‘[t]he child of an alien, if born in the country, is as much a citizen as the natural-born child of a citizen, and by operation of the same principle [birth in the country]’” (bracketed information supplied)). This American common law definition of a “natural born Citizen” has never been changed, not even by the Fourteenth Amendment, and therefore still prevails today.

When Obama was born, wherever that may be, he was born to a father, Barack Obama Sr., who was a British citizen, and to a mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, who was a “natural born Citizen.” Under both U.S. and British statutory and U.S. common law existing from the time the Constitution was adopted and to the present, Obama was born an English “natural born subject.” Being born an English “natural born subject,” the Founders and Framers and our early Congresses, as they expressed in the Naturalization Acts of 1790, 1795, 1802, and 1855, would not even have considered him to be a “citizen,” let alone an Article II “natural born Citizen.” If he was born in the United States, a fact that he has yet to conclusively show, he can be a “citizen” under the Fourteenth Amendment and 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1401(a), which as interpreted by U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, granted constitutional birthright citizenship to persons born in the United States to one or two domiciled alien parents, just like a person can be a “citizen” under Congressional Acts which grant statutory birthright citizenship to persons born out of the United States to one or two U.S. citizen parents. But not being born to two U.S. citizen parents, Obama is not and can never be an Article II “natural born Citizen.”

Not being a “natural born Citizen,” either because he was not born in the United States or because he was not born to two U.S. citizen parents or both, is Obama the usurper of whom President Monroe warned us?

At the time, Kenya was a British colony. Therefore Obama Senior was a British subject by birth (due to the fact that he was born within British-controlled territory). When President Obama was born in 1961, he acquired British nationality by descent, because his father was a British subject by birth. When Kenya gained its independence from Great Britain in 1963, President Obama became a citizen of the newly-formed nation.

I STAND MORE AMAZED EVERY DAY!

It is more and more obvious that we have allowed the attitude of , “let George do it” develop into our everyday answer, or solution to respond to all demands of commitment or time restraints for our individual participation to any phase of business, government, and even ministry. For many years I thought the condition was common only among our fellow church membership.

Of course, it is prevalent across all levels of society and economic station. It seems that nobody wants to be found responsible nor do most want to be delegated to accept a role as being responsible for others, or even to accept responsibility for our own actions.

And yes, I'm amazed that most of our citizens in this nation, (the United States) are not even aware that we, (We the People) are presently under judgment for the “'Sins' of our Nation”. And what does that mean to all of us in America? It simply means that GOD, has issued a call of repentance for the righteous and the unrighteous, the godly and the ungodly alike. If the righteous had been the lights that they were called to be, the nation would never have fallen, as 'It did'!

The same applies, whether it is Israel or America. Very few of our citizens are even aware that on April 30, 1789 that General George Washington was inaugurated as the very first President of these United States of America. This did not occur in our present nations capital, Washington, D.C. In fact, at that time, Washington D. C. had not been, yet built! Our nations capital, was New York City in 1789.

It will be 213 years, this April 30th, and America, which had declared it's independence in 1776, had finally managed to set things in order under the Constitution, which had taken several years to accomplish. And America, as we know it_ with a president, a Senate, and a House of Representatives finally came into existence in 1789. More specifically, it came into existence on April 30, 1789, the day when, for the first time, all these were in place_ America's first day as a fully constituted nation. That was the day that our nation's government was completed as set forth in the Constitution, the very day that America's first president was inaugurated.

On that morning of the day April 30, 1789 our illustrious President was to be invested with his office, there had been a proclamation sent forth, calling for the bells to ring at nine o'clock, when the people may go up to the house of God in a solemn manner to commit this new government, with its important train of consequences, to the holy protection and blessing of the Most High GOD.

An early hour is prudently fixed for this peculiar act of devotion and is designed for prayer ! They gathered at Federal Hall, that morning outside in front, and there George Washington took the Oath, as the First President of the United States of America, with the streets and rooftops overflowing with people. Washington places his hand on the Bible and swears the oath. The crowd breaks out in cheers, the cannons begin booming, and bells rang out across the city. Then he withdraws into Federal Hall where he delivers the first presidential address before Congress.  After that, he leads the nations first government on foot in a procession to the little stone sanctuary to commit the nation's future in prayer to GOD.

Yes, that church is St. Pauls Chapel. It stands now much as it did on April 30, 1789, when America's first government entered through its doors. It was here that the nation's first president, Senate, and House of Representatives bowed together in prayer to consecrate the new nation's future into the hands of GOD. This is the place where the new nation was committed to the ALMIGHTY GOD; this is America's ground of consecration!

“The nation's ground of consecration will become the ground of its judgment.” And it truly is that. As all need to be aware, that St. Paul's Chapel is the only structure at the designated 'Ground Zero', that remains,  of all the surrounding structures, that were destroyed when the towers were brought down on 9/11! The adjacent property is St. Paul's Chapel, and their adjoining property was sold for the towers to be constructed.

Here we are almost 213 years later, April 30, 1789 rapidly approaching. And we have suffered the calamities of 9/11; and then, seven years later in September 2008 we have experienced the stock market crash. How much more judgment do we have to experience, to decide to repent, asking GOD for mercy upon us, for turning away from GOD, and praying according to 2 Chronicles 7:14. With our hope that GOD will accept our pleas and restore our nation.

Dee, National Director of the Tea Party, says the Tea Party is in your heart and soul.  I’ve just finished reading the proof of a book I’ve spent ten years writing, entitled In Earth as It Is in Heaven2012. America has become a bloated weakling, incapable of self-government, dependent on an out-of-control Congress in which Senate leader Harry Reid says, “at this stage it would be foolish to pass a budget.” It is the same as saying, bankrupt the nation, fiscally, mentally, and spiritually.  Make slaves of the American people. The dumbed down America people are being led by this maniac to their demise. It’s such as this crazy talk that in my book I’ve concluded: “You don’t say you are in a place of consciousness; you are in a state of consciousness—without boundary.”  My book, for one thing, gives you logical reasons to take control away from weasels like Reid. If you value your freedom, vote against Senate Democrats.

Having said this, I begin my book with the Pledge of Allegiance. “I pledge my allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and the Republic for which it stands: one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.” I may not be permitted to repeat the pledge much longer.  There is a move to strike “under God.”  God gets in the way of godless socialists.

In my book, you will read that in the winter of 1974 I experienced a repeating dream.  I was on the back of a giant bird flying through a narrow, winding canyon terrified. I couldn’t see what was ahead. You might call it a prophecy, but for me it was real.  My business enterprise was on the rocks and my second wife was divorcing me.  I was forced to jump into an unknown future—something we all dread.

Today, all of my dreams have come true. I’ve concluded that Jesus is my savior and redeemer. But I’ve not changed my opinion on religion.  I have no faith in the supernatural.  I trust nature and nature’s God.  In a state of consciousness, without boundary, seeking first the kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33), when things could easily have gone wrong for me, everything has gone right. “Therefore, take no thought for the morrow,” said Jesus in Matthew 6:34.  “Ask and it shall be given you,” said Jesus in Matthew 7:7.

In my book, I trace my life through nine progressive states of mind—in competition with progressive government, the likes of Senator Reid.  But I’m here to tell you that my new life did not begin on easy street. My entry-level pay, after my payroll deductions—other people with a greater right to my sweat, a government invented right—I could not pay for a roof over my head. I was locked out for non-payment of rent.  If that wasn’t bad enough, the IRS was threatening me, demanding that I pay taxes I did not owe.  Would I break and look to government for help?  Progressive liberals had no hold on me.  I looked inward for help—and it came. I wasn’t looking to Jesus. I was looking at my constitutional rights, which I was not about to give up.  You are going to read what happened.

In my book, you will read that on Good Friday, 1975, at age forty-nine, just by chance, I cut my umbilical cord with my past, left my Texas home and headed for Miami, Florida, my idea to buy a boat and sail the South Atlantic Ocean after the divorce was final and I received what was mine in a signed agreement between me and my wife. I had no idea at the time that I left on Good Friday.  

I spent the first day of my new life, Easter Sunday, in Miami.  I placed no significance in it.  At that time, my faith was in my God-self, which I got from my Constitution.  I believed that the Constitution was an expression of the law of all times. I believed that the United States was lawless.

In my book, you will read that on Christmas Eve, 1975, it was my good fortune to untie from South Florida and set sail on the South Atlantic, during which time miracles occurred, which I connected with my God-self and bigger than life cause.  

In my book, you will read that The Palm Beach Post on the front page of “Local News,” December 1, 1986, revealed, “Holger Euringer, IRS public relations officer in Jacksonville, said last week that the agency had been wrong all along and that Smith soon would receive a letter of apology from the IRS district director.”  According to the IRS, I was a “tax protester,” a “Fifth Amendment freak.”  That’s what the mainstream press had been repeating about tax protesters, which they got by the likes of Euringer—to implant fear of the big, bad IRS.  The mainstream press never investigated, not until I presented hard evidence of wrongdoing.  The IRS was wrong, admitted The Palm Beach Post. The mainstream press has been wrong about a lot of things. Incidentally, I never received a letter of apology from the lawless IRS district director.  I received another threatening letter.  Again, the IRS was mistaken. 

The government never commits a wrong. It’s always a mistake when lawless bureaucrats  are caught red-handed throwing the book of regulations at you.  It does not stop them.  They kept on violating the law against me. There is no price to pay.  They are promoted.  Theirs is the law of the jungle. Why do the American people put up with it? I didn’t. It was not the luck of the draw. I’ve been rewarded for believing in and carrying out the Higher Law.  

In my book, you are going to read that two weeks after my third wife walked out my fourth wife walked into my life. From the moment I met her, I knew she was meant for me.  On March 15, 2008, Karen and I moved into our dream home in the tall timber near Mt. Hood, Oregon.  I’m more convinced than ever that Karen was sent to me.  

I must have done something right. My life is as good as life gets. I believe my good life says I’m here with a mission. I go into great detail in my book about this. The universe, in its undivided state— consciousness of itself—gives us our time-space dimension, a time of movement.  I read in the Bible that bodily, we are from dust to dust, but God blessed each of us with a living soul (Genesis 2:7). Our souls are immortal.  Religion has interpreted this in many ways.  Where is God, hidden within atoms or the far reaches of the time-space universe?  We are still looking for God.  God is not external.  God is in each of us. The time-space consortium is not the only dimension of the universe.  We observe and create our own reality. There is a dimension of infinite possibility.

God loves each of us equally. If we realized this, the prophecy Jesus left us would come true.  Religion is political. Wolves in sheep’s clothing, Jesus called them—also hypocrites—here to turn you into a slave. I get my ideas from the Gospels in the Bible.  Jesus’ truths have worked for me. They can work for you.

This comes to mind.  In 1933, Roosevelt said, “It is the inherent duty of the federal government to keep its citizens from starving." It took him four years to say the balance of power in the federal government has been tipped out of balance by the Court. Justice Harlan Stone, dissenting, wrote, Expenditures would fail their purpose and thus lose their constitutional sanction if the terms of payment were not such that by their influence on the action on the recipients the permitted end would be attained. It is a contradiction in terms to say that there is power to spend for the national welfare  while rejecting any power to the attainment of the end which alone would justify the expenditure.

Take stock of Justice Harlan’s reasoning. You are about to see a repeat performance. This time the result is going to be far worse than the last time. If you listened to what Obama said about the Supreme Court, it would be what Roosevelt said.  I’m telling you to read what Jesus said and act. You are about to lose every right you enjoy.

Another way to kill US farmers: Seize their bank accounts on phony charges

Monsanto’s Food and Drug Administration can’t close down small dairies and private food clubs fast enough, bursting on the scene with guns drawn as if the criminalized right to contract for natural foods we’ve consumed for millennia deserves SWAT attention.

Now, Obama has the Dept. of Justice going after small farmers under the post-911 “Bank Secrecy Act” which makes it a crime to deposit less than $10,000 when you earned more than that.

“The level we deposited was what it was and it was about the same every week,” Randy Sowers told Frederick News. The Sowers own and run South Mountain Creamery in Middletown, Maryland.

Admittedly, when the Sowers earned over $10,000 in February, and learned they’d have to fill out paperwork at the bank for such large deposits, they simply rolled the deposits over to keep them below the none-of-your-fucking-business amount, rather than waste time on bureaucratic red tape aimed at flagging terrorism or other illegal activities.

“Structuring,” explains Overlawyered.com, “is the federal criminal offense of splitting up bank deposits so as to keep them under a threshold such as $10,000 above which banks have to report transactions to the government.”

While being questioned, the Sowers were finally presented with a seizure order and advised that the feds had already emptied their bank account of $70,000.  The Dept. of Justice has since sued to keep $63,000 of the Sowers’ money, though they committed no crime other than maintaining their privacy.

Without funds, they will be unable to make purchases for the spring planting.

When a similar action was taken against Taylor’s Produce Stand last year, the feds seized $90,000, dropped the charges, and kept $45,000 of Taylor’s money.

Knowing that most farms operate on a very thin margin, such abuse of power wipes out a family’s income, and for a bonus, the feds enhance the monopoly power of Monsanto, Big Dairy and their supply chain.

You can just smell attorney Michael Taylor behind all this, Obama’s dairy dog.  Who you’ll find, instead, is US district attorney Stefan Cassella. He’s the first to head the DOJ’s Asset Forfeiture & Money Laundering Section, created in 2009, having wrote the books on it. He cut his teeth on seizing $1.2 billion from real money launderer, BCCI.  Guess his focus has changed since then.

The Maryland Dept. of Agriculture had no trouble hitting up the Sowers for a recipe in its Buy-Local cookbook; but Cassella must’ve missed that public service, or it’s what drew his attention – “Ah! A small dairy! Let’s rob them of their cash, those evil Big Dairy competitors. They probably sell raw milk under the table. Even if we find no evidence of wrongdoing, we’ll keep their money anyway.” (Cue Curly’s, “yuh, yuh, yuh.”)

City Paper reports that in 2011, “Maryland brought 14 of the nation’s 99 structuring cases, making it the top state for such prosecutions.  Nationally, the numbers have been rising; the 2011 figures are up 8.8 percent from the year before and up 57.1 percent from five years ago.”

Funny, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and other criminal banksters are still in operation, despite committing millions of acts of fraud during mortgage reassignations. But the DOJ prioritizes squashing family farmers since it’s easier to pick the low-hanging fruit than do battle with well-financed criminals who’ve illegally seized the homes of millions of US citizens.

Former Maryland assistant U.S. attorney Steven Levin told the paper, “The emphasis is on basically seizing money, whether it is legally or illegally earned. It can lead to financial ruin for business owners, and there’s a potential for abuse here by the government.”

The Bank Secrecy Act was modified* after 9/11, another in a long line of Constitutionally-abhorrent laws enacted by officials who cannot prove they were elected to office (given those elections were held on electronic voting systems that can be hacked without leaving evidence of the crime).

With the current Administration’s Agenda 21 focus on destroying the natural food and herb industry, is it not unsurprising to see unconstitutional terrorist legislation used on innocent, law abiding citizens?

Obama brags to Brian Williams about the Osama Bin Laden operation and to hear him tell it you’d think he was actually the one that pulled the plug on bin Laden.  Brian in an attempt to wrap up the Osama Bin Laden sage interviewed everyone except the key players. Brian is trying to set the stage to prove that Obama has the guts and intelligence to make the tough calls. Sorry Brian, Americans know who killed Osama bin Laden and it certainly wasn’t Barack Obama. 

The rumor mill has been flying since the murder of Osama bin Laden – team Obama didn’t have time to prepare an accurate story about the operation, because Obama was the reluctant one dragging his heels and trying to post pone the operation.  If truth were known, he probably didn’t know how the operation played out until it was over, done with and the Navy Seals were back home snuggled up in their beds.

Hillary Clinton could have been the one to fill Brian Williams in on all of the details about the bin Laden operation because she was privy to information that no one bothered to share with Obama due to his inability to make the tough decisions.  Hillary doesn’t have the option here to expose Obama and Valarie Jarrett so she must endure the discomfort of protecting two of the most violent corrupt people in our USA. 

Unless Hillary want to risk problems like Breitbart and Michael Cormier one of the coroners doing an autopsy on Breitbart she’d  best keep her mouth shut and decline to fight for her Nation.  Obama and his Administration play hard ball and a few murders here or there doesn't phase them a bit – look at Brian Terry, Jaime Zapata and hundreds of innocent Mexican men, women and children killed from the operation “Fast and Furious.”

Remember his friends in Reverend Wright’s Church that were murdered execution style after he declared his run for President of the USA in 2007. 

Admiral McRaven and Leon Panetta could fill in all of the missing pieces.  Valarie Jarrett and Obama repeatedly tried to stall the operation by the CIA, Petraeus and the Navy Seals – Obama as usual was straddling the fence unable to make a definitive decision. 

Obama has made decisions and they weren’t tough they were devious intentional acts against our Country; they were cowardly acts of treason used to bring our Nation to its knees.  What kind of bravery does it take to “redistribute” our 787 billion dollars to scandalous operations the Solyndra and Sun Power , the Unions, special interest groups, ACORN, Soros etc? 

American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 can be referred to as the Obama / Soros stimulus package, because if you check closely Soros had both fists in our stimulus money.  Soros put his big dogs to work and they gobbled up billions of our money for his many open Society Foundations including green companies, green energy companies, job development companies and the horrid list just keeps going and going.  It doesn’t take much guts to steal from those who have entrusted you with their hard earned tax dollars – it does take an individual with a sociopathic mindset to steal from others all in the name of “redistribution.”

It does takes a group of sick - minded people with a false ideology to sift funds from taxpayers into Union and special interest coffers.  These people declared war on businesses and economic growth in 2009 and they succeeded without a glitch in stopping job growth. They managed to keep 313,005,179 people under the control of Communists, Marxists, Rothschild Zionist for 3 ½ years. 

In 2012, Obama will continue this reign of terror via class warfare with the assistance of the Liberal News Media dividing and distracting our United States citizens.  He’ll continue slipping money under the table to his big bundlers, special interest groups, Unions and “Big Daddy Soros” unless we break out of our confinement and fight him toe to toe.

It’s time to stop the OBAMA TRAIN WRECK before we become totally dependent on big Government.  We don’t have a great bunch of Republicans and Democrats watching our backsides – so we’re at a place and time that we’re either going to “sink or swim.”

FBI Director Robert Mueller met with top Muslim Brotherhood operatives earlier this year to announce that hundreds of terrorism training documents and briefings that Muslims might deem offensive would be purged from the files.

Gaffney emphasizes that the enemy is “inside the wire,” and the course “connects the dots so that the American people will know the real story.”

In the as-prepared transcript of the speech, the good material in question can be found starting with the sentence “I know there are some who ask why we don’t just ban such a video,” and concluding with the accurate kicker, “There is no slander that provides an excuse for people to burn a restaurant in Lebanon, or destroy a school in Tunis, or cause death and destruction in Pakistan.”

I would be inclined to quote more, if it weren’t for the Obama administration’s own sorry record of video apologetics and premature blame these past two weeks, and for the fact that the president’s welcome-if-overdue remarks today were bracketed by some assertions that can best be described as heinous. First, the noxious preamble:

In every country, there are those who find different religious beliefs threatening; in every culture, those who love freedom for themselves must ask how much they are willing to tolerate freedom for others.

That is what we saw play out the last two weeks, as a crude and disgusting video sparked outrage throughout the Muslim world. I have made it clear that the United States government had nothing to do with this video, and I believe its message must be rejected by all who respect our common humanity. It is an insult not only to Muslims, but to America as well – for as the city outside these walls makes clear, we are a country that has welcomed people of every race and religion. We not only respect the freedom of religion – we have laws that protect individuals from being harmed because of how they look or what they believe. We understand why people take offense to this video because millions of our citizens are among them.

The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam. Yet to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see when the image of Jesus Christ is desecrated, churches are destroyed, or the Holocaust is denied. Let us condemn incitement against Sufi Muslims, and Shiite pilgrims.

As with every empty political speech or newspaper editorial, focus here on the authoritarian if blustery word must. In order:

in every culture, those who love freedom for themselves must ask how much they are willing to tolerate freedom for others.

Let’s see, I love freedom for myself (and others); am I somehow compelled to ask myself how much freedom I can tolerate from my fellow residents of the United States? Hell no, I’m not. We have a mostly free system that can and should be much freer, but there is no requirement to have this conversation, thank the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

It deteriorates rapidly from there:

I believe [the video’s] message must be rejected by all who respect our common humanity.

So many things wrong in so few words. Why this video, and not Theo Van Gogh’s Submission, or Lars Vilks’ animation of Mohammed wanting to go to a gay bar, the “Super Best Friends” episode of South Park, or Funny or Die’s “How to Pick a Pocket”? Is it the degree of the insult, the craptasticness of the production values, the size of the release, or the vociferousness of the outrage expressed?

Given the track record of our past two administrations, I think we know the answer to that question, which suggests another thing terrible about this sentence: As Eugene Volokh recently pointed out, “Behavior that gets rewarded, gets repeated.” If all it takes to earn a White House call for global condemnation of a single piece of expression is some violent protests outside a dozen or two diplomatic missions, then the perpetually aggrieved know exactly what to do the next time they pluck out some bit of cultural detritus to be offended by.

It is not any politician’s job, and certainly not any American politician’s job, to instruct the entire world on which films to criticize.

And speaking of that favorite State Department word, rejected—isn’t that a word to describe what you do to something that gets in your face, or body? In medicine, the body “rejects” organs or other dissonant substances that have been introduced within it. In basketball, not every blocked shot is a “rejection,” mostly those that come when the offensive player is driving aggressively toward the vicinity of the hoop. Innocence of Muslims didn’t get all up in someone’s grill, it lay forlorn and neglected on YouTube until some people (pro and con) decided to get excited by it. Even then, it is a remarkably easy piece of culture to avoid coming into contact with. “Rejected” implies a cultural potency that “Sam Becile” (or as I prefer, “C’est imbecile”) could never dream of.

Even though you can see what the president’s getting at in terms of equivalent outrage, he’s still way off base here. It is not our job to condemn blasphemy of any kind, period. As individuals we might criticize a few bits here and there, but we mostly ignore the vast ocean of what various people may consider “hateful” or “offensive” speech, and rightly so.

There was much else to criticize in Obama’s speech today, most notably a deeply incoherent depiction of America’s role in the world. But it’s certainly worth noting that a president who thought he was making a profound defense of American freedom of speech has continued his administration’s two-week assault on the very notion.”

Ladies and Gentlemen!  This is it!  When I came upon this writing, I couldn’t believe what I was reading.  Read this and I am certain you will agree.  This, my friends, my fellow patriots is the quintessential definition of a tea partier.  And it was written during the public debate on the Constitution in 1788.  And, we don’t need a government to mandate we do good and share with those in need.  We already have our instruction from Him, as evidenced in Hebrews 13:16.

Here is the latest campaign tactic to come out from the NON-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION MoveOn.Org: they are planning to send out e-blasts via Facebook and other social media to our young adults 'freaking them out' about students loans, debt, and the rising cost of college by blaming the GOP.  We are all well aware of the rising cost of an education in this country, but their whole aim is to blame the Republicans.  How is they are considered non-partisan and educational when they out right say their intent is to lay blame on the conservative candidate?  Their goal is not to make college any more affordable or to inform anyone of the facts concerning the cost, but to scare them into voting for a communist!  Anyway, you see for yourself what their latest messaging is all about.  And by the way, they want 5 bucks too...

How is it they qualify for this?  MoveOn.org Civic Action is a 501(c)(4) organization which primarily focuses on nonpartisan education and advocacy on important national issues. Nothing strikes fear into the hearts of Republican strategists like the idea of another wave of young voter turnout like in 2008, and this Republican war on students gives us a chance to make it happen, if we can act fast.

Student debt has become an absolutely explosive issue among young people. Since 1999, student loan debt has increased by more than 500%. You may not realize it if you don't have kids or if you went to college 10 or 20 years ago, but it now costs on average more than $21,000 a year to go to a public school with in-state tuition. The best private schools are almost triple that much.³

In fact, we've seen two of the largest petitions in MoveOn history in recent months calling on Congress to provide relief for those drowning in student debt. This is a sleeping giant of an issue, and in the coming weeks it can really blow up.

The Republicans' doubling of interest rates is just the latest attack on students. For years they've been slashing funding for higher education, leading directly to skyrocketing tuition at public colleges and universities. Just last year, they cut $8 billion out of the Pell Grant program for low-income students and reduced the income threshold for eligibility for a full Pell Grant.⁴

This is the ultimate teachable moment for young voters, showing them who's on their side and why it's so important to vote. With your help, we can make this one of the key turning points of the 2012 election.
