I received a tax assessment from the IRS. The Bible tells us we are made in God’s image.  As a self-employed person, and now one of the working poor without the right credentials for government handouts, not one of the “Lord God’s” Garden of Eden welfare state dependents, also with a kick in the butt from the IRS while I was living from hand to mouth, knowing good and evil, knowing the United States is not made in God’s image, knowing that in the Bible Job was tested in his faith; I was being tested.

Wouldn’t you know that authority wants you to know only good?  What about this “Lord God” in the story of Adam and Eve who wants us to know only his good?

 The lordly IRS claimed—mistakenly—that I owed $1,500 in tax. A government mistake, I was to learn, the same as the Lord God’s law—that knows only good—taxpayers  are guilty until proven innocent (It’s for the good of all.), with my landlord threatening to lock me out for nonpayment of rent, as the serpent in the proverbial tree of knowledge of good and evil is my witness, the Lord God was confiscating my existence.

It’s people like me that give America a bad name. Jesus was a socialist, you know.  Obama calls his faith in Christ “collective salvation.”  The Lord God decreed that I was to give up my good and evil notion and become a government dependent knowing only good.

The First Amendment of the Constitution, according to fairest-of-them-all, Lord God Obama (he knows religious freedom, Catholics don’t) Obama, the Bible thumper, an ideologue living in Utopia, I’m here to tell you it takes someone knowing good and evil, someone with God-given reason to defeat those worshiping their own conjured good.    

Jesus said the meek shall inherit the earth. He said, “Blessed are the poor in spirit: for their’s is the kingdom of heaven.” He said, “rejoice and be exceeding glad: for great is our reward in heaven.”  He said, “in earth as it is in heaven.”  Jesus was not a socialist. Obama goes on his dreams; I go on sustainable facts. We are all God’s creatures, a God who loves his creation and send Jesus to advise us. Howdy all!  Sorry about not sharing for a couple of days.  It’s been busy at the compound.  Went to a local Tea Party committee meeting, and ended up becoming a PCO.  Uh oh, looks like Tommy Kiley is getting really involved!  Even got my first message; Josh Romney is coming to the Tri Cities,WA on February 21st at 9-10 am.  Sorry about the hour, but they didn't ask me to schedule.  Then, the Mrs. got her new wheels and I was playing with them!  Who says those power scooters aren’t dangerous?  Just try to get around the corner at top speed.  Guess I need to learn how to repair sheet rock.

“You might not want to read this article if you have a weak stomach.  Most Americans have absolutely no idea what is going on in the dark corners of America, and when people find out the truth it can come as quite a shock.  Many of you will not believe some of the things Americans are doing just to survive.  Some families are living in sewers and drain tunnels, some families are living in tents, some families are living in their cars, some families will make ketchup soup for dinner tonight and some families are even eating rats.  Some homeless shelters in America are so overloaded that they are actually sending people out to live in the woods.  As you read this, there are close to 50 million Americans that are living below the poverty line, and that number rises a little bit more every single day.  America was once known as the greatest nation on earth, but now there is decay and economic despair almost everywhere you look.  Yes, money certainly cannot buy happiness, but the lack of it sure can bring a lot of pain.  As the economy continues to decline, the suffering that we see all around us is going to get a lot worse, and that is a very frightening thing to think about.

The following is a half hour documentary produced by the BBC entitled “Poor America”.  Trust me, this is a must watch.  Your heart will break as you hear some American children talk about what they have to do for food….

Those of us that still live comfortably are often completely unaware of what life is like out on the streets of America at this point.

There are millions upon millions of Americans that have lost all hope and that are living on the very edge of life and death.

And more join the ranks of the hopeless with each passing day.  This upcoming weekend approximately 80,000 people in the state of Michigan will lose their unemployment benefits.

So what are those people going to do after that?

They have already been unable to find work month after month.  Their savings are most certainly gone.  Now the only money they had coming in is going to be eliminated.

Yes, I have written many times about how the U.S. government is absolutely drowning in debt and cannot afford to be giving out so much money.  My point here is to show the other side of the equation.  There are millions upon millions of Americans that are barely hanging on and there are no jobs for them.  The suffering that those families are going through is very real.

Millions of other families are trying to get by on the incomes they pull in from part-time jobs.  According to Gallup, the percentage of Americans that are working part-time jobs but that would like full-time jobs is now higher than it has been at any other time in the last two years.  The number of the “working poor” just continues to increase, but most Americans don’t have much sympathy for them because they “have jobs”.

Well, when you are making 8 bucks an hour it can be incredibly tough to make it from month to month.

Just look at how much it costs to buy the basic things that we need.

Without gasoline, most of us would not even be able to get to our jobs.  The price of gasoline has increased 83 percent since Barack Obama first took office, and it is poised to soar even higher.  Right now, the average price of a gallon of gasoline in the United States is $3.51.  Never before has the average price of gas gone above $3.50 so early in the year.  Many believe that we could set a new all-time record this summer.

But last year was bad enough.  In 2011, the average American family spent over $4,000 on gasoline.

So when you are making just a few hundred dollars per week, it can be a massive struggle just to put gas in your car and food on the table.

The article that I wrote the other day about the decline of Detroit really struck a nerve.  All over America, people can see similar things happening to their own neighborhoods.  People are scared and they want some answers.

Well, the truth is that we should have never allowed tens of thousands of businesses, millions of jobs and trillions of dollars of our national wealth to be shipped out of the country.

Do you think that it is just a coincidence that Detroit is falling apart and that cities in China look sparkly and new?

No, the truth is that it is a natural consequence of our foolish economic policies.

There are hundreds of communities all over the country where third world conditions are setting in.  For example, the following is how one bloggerdescribes what life is like in a decaying suburb of Phoenix called Maryville….

Crime and gangs are widespread. Most houses have either fallen into disrepair, or been remade with outside walls sporting spikes and ironwork. Many of the front lawns are now just dirt (or worse, gravel), the pools green and lethal.

Now we stand on the precipice of another major global financial crisis.  Economic conditions in America are going to become significantly worse.  The politicians in Washington D.C. may make sure that the boys and girls on Wall Street are always taken care of, but there will be no bailouts for the large numbers of Americans that are about to lose their jobs and their homes.

If you want an idea of what is coming, just look at what is happening in Greece.  25 percent of the businesses have shut down, one-third of all money has been pulled out of Greek bank accounts and unemployment and poverty are absolutely rampant.

For years, a lot of prominent voices out there were screaming and yelling about the dangers posed by our soaring trade deficits and our soaring budget deficits.

But the American people did not listen.  They just kept sending the same politicians back to Washington D.C. over and over.

As a result, soon millions of those same Americans will find themselves doing things that they never dreamed that they would do just to survive.”

The CBO made its comments in a report examining the long-term effects of joblessness, and possible policy options to boost employment, including unemployment insurance reforms and job training programs. The report came at the request of Democratic Michigan Rep. Sander Levin, but Republicans quickly jumped on the chance to bash President Obama’s stimulus program, which is also reaching its three-year anniversary today.

II. Unemployment Tricks: Jobs Claim Made by 'Shrinking' Workforce!

“Last week, the White House claimed that unemployment dropped for the fifth consecutive month to 8.3 percent — the lowest it has been in nearly three years — after adding 243,000 jobs, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

But financial experts are saying the figures may have been manipulated — and that the significant drop in employment was because of the fact that the federal agency charged with computing key economic data has significantly decreased the number of Americans in the workforce.

“If you hold the workforce participation rate constant over the past year, unemployment would be about 8.9 percent instead of 8.3 percent,” GOP economist Matt McDonald of Hamilton Place Strategies said Monday on CNBC’s Squawk Box. “So it is a weird number that is out there, and I think people have to be looking at that carefully.”

The same Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) report that showed unemployment dropping to 8.3 percent showed total workforce participation — the number of people either working or looking for work — declining by 1.2 million people in one month.

The unemployment rate is determined by dividing the number of unemployed job-seekers by the total labor force. By reducing the number of workers in the overall workforce, the Obama administration can show actual unemployment dropping, when, in fact, improvement has been marginal at best.

Many economists feel the official statistics seriously underestimate how bad the unemployment situation really is. They maintain that the key measure is the number of people who would like to have a job, but can’t find one.

When people retire from the workforce because of the aging of the nation’s population or give up looking for work because of prolonged unemployment, the BLS declares the unemployed person a “discouraged worker.”

At that point, the BLS lists them as “marginally attached to the workforce,” and they no longer are considered to be part of the nation’s working population.

Dropping them off the employment calculations keeps the unemployment rate substantially lower than it would be otherwise and has been key to the improvements in the unemployment numbers during the past year.

Tyler Durden of Zerohedge.com writes: “It appears that the people not in the labor force exploded by an unprecedented record 1.2 million.”

In fact, Zerohedge notes that BLS is breaking records in claims about the shrinking workforce. The most recent unemployment number was based on the assertion that the entire U.S. workforce has shrunk to a 30-year low.

An analysis by Joseph Curl of the Washington Times shows the labor force as a percentage of the available population hit 66 percent in October 1988, and remained there throughout the presidency of George H.W. Bush. It then reached 67 percent or better for 40 straight months during President Bill Clinton’s presidency, and was above 66 percent for virtually all of President George W. Bush’s presidency.

But by the end of President Obama’s first year in office, it had dipped to 64.6 percent, before dipping to just 63.7 percent last month — its lowest point in almost three decades.

One analyst who is stridently critical of the BLS numbers is TrimTabs.com CEO Charles Biderman. His firm uses what he considers a more modern and timely measurement, actual tax receipts to the IRS, to calculate employment.

By his firm’s calculations, the economy added only 44,000 jobs in January, not even enough to keep the unemployment rate from growing.

The BLS numbers “are just guesses,” Biderman tells Newsmax. “I don’t know whether they’re politically motivated or not.”

The White House is doing “cartwheels” over the positive jobs numbers being promulgated from the BLS, the Christian Science Monitor says.

“These numbers will go up and down in the coming months, and there’s still far too many Americans who need a job or need a job that pays better than the one they have now,” President Obama said. “But the economy is growing stronger.”

BLS spokesman Gary Steinberg tells Newsmax that the bureau publishes its methodologies for calculating the unemployment rate online. While its tweaks its various formulas to keep them up to date, he states there has been no major change in how the rate is calculated in over a decade.

“The definitions have not changed . . . if someone is not actively looking for work for the four weeks preceding the reference week, they’re not in the labor force,” he says. “That was true years ago, and it’s true today.”

My name is Bob Casper and I am a tea party patriot and a member of the California Tea Party. First things first welcome aboard, and how would you like us to address you (Dr Katherine, Rabbi, or...)  and thank you for assuming the California State Tea Party Directorship.

What I would like to know what are your view points and key goals of this establishment. My one and only goal is to remove President Obama from office. Another term and he will have completely destroyed the United States of America. The problem at hand is not Newt, Rick, Mitt, or Ron Paul. Any of them will suite our purpose in the end. It will not be perfect, but it will be light years a head of where we are today. So no more bad mouthing the GOP candidates. We need to up hold them all and only focus of the conservative advancement we are seeking in this years election, with the primary being the eviction of Barrack Obama out of the White House along with all of his socialist czars.

The second and highly necessary objective is to take over the U.S. Senate. We need to get rid of Harry Reid as the majority leader! We need all three branches if we hope to turn this mess around. We need to downsize government, bring back more and more social programs back into the States, and let them govern through these progresses at the State level and let the people at the State level control the fraud and abusing going on.

Let me get one thing very straight! Social Security and Medicare are not welfare or entitlement programs. They were pay by the people to off set retirement and medical cost as they age. While they were never intended to defer or offset all of the costs, they were to be there to ease the process of retirement when income is fixed and unexpected bill would come in. The people paid for this insurance policies to get through the tough time. Both of these programs were to be put in trust funds and they were not! The Federal Government stole this money from the tax payers and never returned. Now the federal government is allowing illegal aliens to steal from it also.

Welfare and food stamps are entitlement programs, the Federal Government was not put in place to provide these entitlements. The States and the communities and churches were put in place to help these people through their charitable contributions. This was a help hand up not a hand out. In the bible the Apostle Paul spokes about that each one should be responsible for them self and work for pay; unless they had physical or mental disabilities that would prevent them from working. It was the communities, churches, and charitable organization were there to provide for these individuals.

So if, I may address you as Katherine, are these your objectives, to get the Country back to this type of governing?

The United States now belongs to the invaders. Not just mexicans, invaders from all over. But mexicans are the vast majority of invaders.
The invaders get special treatment. Most pay no taxes. They scarf up food stamps, welfare, education in our public schools,medicaid, free healthcare in emergency rooms, and are exempt from all our laws. They don't get driver's licenses or liability insurance .
I rarely see hispanic names in the arrest reports from either the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office or any town police departments.
Have they been ordered not to arrest invaders? If so, by who? If not, why are all of law enforcement scared of the invaders?
Why have we allowed our country to be overrun with foreigners when there aren't enough jobs for American citizens?
Why are the American people sitting back complacently while foreigners take over our country, aided and abetted by our own national government? Why does our national government consider the American people to be the enemy? To be vanquished and enslaved....It's sad that there's so little protest. It seems the communist have already won.

In 1973, I studied the Constitution with the idea of using it to protect my God-given rights. I took aim at the IRS. Who in this right mind would do that?  When I studied the Constitution, I imagined that voices of the past were speaking to me. I had a bigger than life calling. At the time, my world was in ruins. Everyone I knew felt that I brought it all on myself. My wife, who was divorcing me, advised me to see a psychiatrist.

By 1975, I was working on a minimum paying job, living from hand to mouth, and without one friend. The IRS was threatening me with seizure of my property. The only property I owned was a ten year-old car, which I used to go to work. The IRS said, mistakenly, that I owed $1,500 in tax, penalty, and interest. Actually the IRS owed me a $5,000 refund. Not a soul that would listen to me. I was seen as an illegal tax protester. While some may fall through the cracks, we know, it is the good of all that counts. That’s not the law.

I had petitioned the Tax Court on the IRS mistake.  The IRS had frozen my $5,000 refund. The IRS offer was that if I agreed to pay the mistaken tax, the remainder of the refund would be sent to me.  That isn’t what the law says. The IRS is above the law.  But that’s OK. It is the good of all that counts.

I was being treated as a single with no dependents. Twenty percent of my meager wages was being withheld. I had a nighttime job. I arrived at my one room apartment at 1:00 am. The key would not unlock the door. I didn’t have the money to pay my rent. Not a soul in the world cared. I didn’t exit. How many homeless people are the victims of a care-not, hypocritical America?

Job was tested on his faith in the Lord. I was being tested.  There was no doubt in my mind that I was going to win.  I called the police. Within an hour, I had the new key. My landlord had not gone through the legal procedure to lock me out.

The lawyer that handled the property settlement agreement called to tell me my wife was successful in getting our agreement repudiated. I would have to fight her in a trial.  At least I had the money awarded to me to pay my rent while I waited for the trial. The court ordered my wife to pay my living costs.  I hired a divorce lawyer. He was confident that I would win. I didn’t have to pay anything up front.

The court awarded me most of the property. In trying to take it all, my wife got little.  The IRS lost.  I received my $5,000 refund, plus interest. The IRS dropped its $1,500 claim.

In the story of Adam and Eve, the serpent in the tree of knowledge of good and evil told Eve to go ahead and eat the forbidden fruit, that she would surely not die, but would know good and evil the same as the gods.  Adam and Eve both ate the forbidden fruit and were ashamed of their nakedness. They covered themselves with fig leaves. God, seeing them covered, knew they had disobeyed.  He kicked them out of his garden. Adam was forced to plow the ground.

Authority tells us that since Adam and Eve sinned, all who followed would be cursed. What was wrong about what Adam and Eve did?  

My cousin, Reverend William Pruitt, was a Presbyterian missionary in the Congo twenty-five years. On a revisit to a primitive village in the jungle, my cousin found that the elders of the church he established had a problem. An old woman would not give up the idea that God lived in a tree near her hut. Unable to convince the woman that God lived in heaven, the elders cut down her tree. The old woman died of a broken heart.

I say the tree in front of the old woman’s hut was the same as the tree in the midst of the Garden of Eden, and it was not a serpent in the tree, it was God. Everything in the story of Adam and Eve lines up with my idea.  Animals know only good. Animals don’t cover themselves. Animals don’t plow the ground. 

There is no better way to control people than to make them feel guilty. “Oh, there but for the grace of God go I.” Give the homeless guy on the corner a dollar and feel good. It is a codependency.  Reason says cutting down the tree in which God lived was evil. Those good African Christian trustees didn’t know that. Our Creator gave us the ability to know good and evil, and to act accordingly. The Bible is the moral story of man, and full of deceit. It is up to us to read the Bible and decide for ourselves what is true and what is false. The story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden is about a farfetched as anyone could get.

Authority runs into something that is generally unknown. Believing itself the more responsible custodian, these control freaks tell whoppers like the tree of knowledge of good and evil. It is the same in the whoppers being told about UFOs.  Our sin is not using the reason with which we were created.

When I read the story of Adam and Eve, with God in the tree and the serpent earth-bound authority, it’s perfect fit.  God told Moses to tell the people his name was “I am that I am.”  In Genesis 1:26. “And God said, Let us make man in our image.” In Genesis 1:27, “God created man in his own image.”  “Higher Law” the background of the U.S. Constitution is the law. Do you like war? The current fraud of the United States of America is the serpent.  Before you try to take the splinter out of other eyes you need to take the log out of your own eye.  Is it going to take another war?

Reverend Pruitt passed on to me a story that could change the world.  It took a primitive African woman to tell us where God lives. With this in mind, I’ve written my personal story of how I made all of my dreams come true. My memoirs will soon be published under the title, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012.

I am in hopes that in this and the next few articles presented as in a series, I will be able to share and help all of America to understand as well as begin implementing the return of our nation to common sense through Biblical principles. All of the articles will include Bible Scripture quotes to reinforce each area discussed. I pray that not only the “common man” will benefit from these articles but also that of Legislators, those of the Executive Branch and all in the Judiciary will pay close attention to these principles as well. I cannot think of any time in our nation's history other than right now, that we need the Lord Jesus Christ and His help for “We The People.”

In case you were unaware, the USA has more laws on the books of all the nations in the world yet, we also have the most incarcerated. Many Americans are under control of probation, parole and other types of supervision throughout the U.S., State and of local Governments law enforcement agencies. Statistics via the U.S Bureau Justice Statisticshttp://bjs.ojp.usdoj.gov/index.cfm?ty=pbdetail&iid=2237 specifically shows us that;

• “About 7 in 10 persons under the supervision of adult correctional systems were supervised in the community (4,887,900) on probation or parole at year end 2010, while about 3 in 10 were incarcerated (2,266,800) in local jails or in the custody of state or federal prisons.

With so many Americans increasingly participating in illegal activities, we must take a real and honest look not only at these persons committing the criminal acts but also at the judicial system which punishes people for laws broken and any“illegal infractions” made. Stating as such, let's now have a short overview of American law and it's origination shall we ? We know, and all should be keenly aware that the origination of our nation's laws were designed to have minimal intrusion but at the same time guarantee protection of all it's citizenry from those that would go astray from common law and do us harm. Most of you understanding and probably agree with me with this precept of early American History, we can also most probably also agree that our nation's laws have become a facade for what they were originally intended. They have become a false or fake representation of what our American Founding Fathers presented to us as what was best for the “government of the people.” It would seem that many of our current laws in the USA are no longer designed to protect us but rather they are designed solely for the purpose of the class of profiteering elites such as government officials, judges, lawyers, police officers, and their special interest groups. I believe an appropriate example of such laws passed and utilized for profit gained for these elitists are Traffic Laws. Here, we see that laws that were originally designed so that government agents could be hired to guard our roads and highways In reality however have become “punishment for profit”laws. These laws are solely designed for a financial reward incentives  for these elitists previously mentioned. Traffic “tickets” often carry a mandatory fine for the local government/court where the infraction was made plus there is often a mandatory “surcharge”(TAX!) for the state level elitists as well. Many government officials willingly admit to, and without shame utilize traffic law “offenses” to raise revenue for themselves. A local or state government is low on cash ? No problem.... just send the cops out to “catch” people “violating” alleged Traffic Violations. How about this one; were you aware that in New York State and in other states, for every “guilty” plea in Traffic Court, the judge presiding over that court receives a “fee.” I call that coercive justice, others may call it “the law”- you choose the wording you like.

Perhaps placing enough blame here in the article against our government and the many unfair practices of the government elitists, let us not refrain from also taking time now to look within ourselves and see how we also contribute to violating laws that we know are only designed for our benefit(there are some yet still). For not all laws exist to profit a special class of people in the USA, some laws were actually designed to help guide us and truly keep us safe from evilists. Thesecertain laws (that I believe most of you will agree with and that) were looked to as the foundation for all our laws by the Founding Fathers; they are called The Ten Commandments (Deuteronomy 5;1-17). Those are laws we should all abide in.... after all, I don't really think any of us should be involved with murder, adultery, lying, cheating stealing and all the rest of what the Bible declares as evil do you ? Again, our American Founding Fathers knew that the Bible, that is; Biblical principles are what gives us freedom as well as the blessings in following them. These men who wrote our earliest American documents were also keenly aware of the curses associated with not following those Biblical precepts as we can see from James Madison's quote; hear

t“ We’ve staked our future on our ability to follow the Ten Commandments with all of our heart. We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it. We’ve staked the future of all our political institutions upon our capacity… to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.” [1778 to the General Assembly of the State of Virginia]. 

Our Republic was made so that there would be fair and Godly justice dispensed and those who violated those laws would be given fair justice. Today, we can see that it is not only our government agents who willingly violate Godly precepts, there are many in the USA who also willingly violate God's mandate to follow His plan for our lives and our nation. We need to restore our own lives and our American Government back to what our very own U.S. Founding Fathers envisioned for our nation and that is to place the God of the Bible at the helm of our nation, families and personal lives so that there may be a clear understanding that following God in all areas brings happiness, blessings and avoids God's wrath upon our nation.

To the degree of true restorative justice, we need first to take the personal responsible act of repentance before Jesus Christ for sinning and turning away from Him and following our own selfish desires. Every American, rich, poor, elitist and other needs to abide in repentance-you cannot purchase or bribe your way with God. Repentance for all is step number 1, the second step is that we need to corporately as a nation, a a society and as a people do the same. This means our leaders must take affirmative action in coming before God and making a change not only in their own personal lives, but also in their man-made laws they have allowed to violate God's precepts and principles. Thirdly, and perhaps lastly, those leaders in our government, churches, anywhere that hold authoritative position over us who refuse to repent, must be removed. One cannot Biblically restore a nation of people without the total removal of evil. 2Chronicles 7:14 states " if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. “ Upon this last Bible verse quoted in this paragraph plus the faith combined upon the finishing work that Jesus Christ did upon the cross at Calvary is what America needs now. Always has been, and always will be what America and the world needs. We as a people and a nation have drifted far left of God's righteousness and His ways. Justice and government is often corrupted in America and an increasing number of us, sadly, ourselves stand on the wrong side of God. Justice will return to us as we repent and honor God in our lives and nation once again.

Every bible believing Pastor, every Bible believing Christian has the ability today to do what the Bible declares. Each Bible believing Christian has the ability to teach Godly precepts and principles to others, especially in America with so many Christian resources such as Bibles, teaching books, CD's, DVD;s, and many other resources available to us. These resources are not “treasures to keep to our selves”, they are to help others. The Bible declares in Proverbs 27:17 “ Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. “ Every church in the USA should have an outreach ministry to arrested, incarcerated men and women across our land. There is a need for Christians not only in the jails to teach and mentor men and woman Biblical precepts, there is also a need for that connection to a local body of believers in Jesus Christ to government leaders as well as the incarcerated. As the United States Government spends billions of tax payers money on wasted government programs that provide little in the way of stopping jail recidivism, the correct and only taxpayer FREE program that is tested and proven reliable time after time is a person restored Biblically. 

To see a person wholly restored through Jesus Christ is one of the most beautiful acts you can ever witness. I have seen where Biblical Christians have acted as a sort of mediator between a criminal and his or her victim to see genuine repentance and lives restored. They understand and are convinced the same Jesus that lives in them also will deliver life to a person who is spiritually and emotionally dead...

2Corinthians 5:¹⁷ Therefore, if anyone is in Christ,he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. ¹⁸ Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, ¹⁹ that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation."

For some of you reading this article perhaps you are thinking this is some sort of political liberal “get out of jail free card” or being “easy on criminals”, it is neither. What I am sharing does not reduce a jail or prison sentence nor does it enable a convicted criminal to commit more crime or re-harm their victim. What I am sharing is mostly contingent upon a government agent, convicted criminal’s or our very own heart; whether they or we are truly sorry and also wishing to make right to a victim what has been done wrong. Some victims will never accept repentance from an offender at any stage and that is their right to do so but many victims do want to see their own lives restored after being violated and will receive a truly repentant offender's true cry for mercy and forgiveness. For a victim, true repentance can certainly help in the healing process as well as likely prevent a convicted criminal from re-arrest and incarceration. It's a win-win for everyone involved when there is Biblical justice applied.

To my fellow Americans, we stand at the crossroads of either further cultural disintegration or returning to what our American founding fathers knew worked best. Which would you rather have, continued incarceration and an upsurge in crimes in America coupled by our government participation in the  wicked cash making and spending business at our freedom's expense ?  or would you rather follow the Bible, and see our freedoms restored ? Personally, I will take the Biblical way every chance I can get.

Isaiah 61:8 "For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery and iniquity. In my faithfulness I will reward them and make an everlasting covenant with them.

Sometime Sci-fi can come up with some very, very good ideas. In the book 'Starship Troopers', sentencing for people in position of authority were different that normal citizens. A Minor crime done by a Elected offical was automatically a felony offence.

It would be great to have the sentence for any elected official at least 3 times longer or costly than the same offence for a unelected citizen.

Maybe in that case, they will think much longer before they vote for a long list of laws, knowing they could be spend years for a crime that could put us in jail for a few months. This could have a huge effect at state level for sure.

Also any crime that includes any jail time at all, removes them for office as well, and if a Grand jury orders a trail, they are suspended from office until trial is over. If they had every been in Jail, they couldn't hold a politicial office, or even Elected in the first place.

I think that law would empty about half of the US Congress the moment it was passed! LOL!

If we really want to be informed about the candidates, we should know first,  do they believe in God, or do they think they will become a god, when they die, and rule a planet, and then marry a mother god, and have "god children". 

The Founding Fathers, were all Godly men, and had come over from Britain, to escape religious tyranny. For example, Mitt Romney may have "christian views and possibly family values, but he does not believe in a all-knowing God.

Mormonism in fact is a cult, which has nothing to do with God Jehovah Shalom, creator of all things.

Anybody can say they are a Christian, and hold down a church pew, on Sunday, but, do they know what the Word of God says, and how it pertains to them, and do they have a world-view. Do they believe that Jesus Christ is the Only Begotten Son of the Living God? And if so, Are they Born-Again, by The Holy Spirit, and have they Repented of their Sin, and accepted Jesus as their :ord and Savior?

The Democratic Platform is one of a Godless society, in which the government has complete control of everything. 

Obama is pushing for complete equality of Gays, and yet, when a man and a woman get married, they are destined to be together, by God, and it is Until Death Do We Part; But with Gays, they will always have sex with over a thousand guys a year, and most of them, even if they have AIDS, will still have sex with other men, and will not tell them, so they will get aids from them, and they also will die. They have no morals, and life means nothing to them, because, even if they are infected with aids, they will still have sexual relations, and not tell the guy that they now have aids.

We could stop; AIDS from spreading, just by stopping Homosexuals from having sex with up to a thousand partners a year.

Just because they are married, does not mean that sex is between the two of them. I have a friend, who is Gay, and he had a party at his home, a number of years ago. He had four guys over there, and they all got drunk, and they all had sex with each other. I was there the next day, doing some Electrical work, and they asked me if I would like to hop into bed with them. Each of these guys had other partners, who did not come to the party, and some lived in Guerneville, Calif., and some in San Francisco.

A true Believer in Jesus, is a Follower of Jesus. The only person ('s) in the running, who have true values, are Michelle Bachman, and Rick Santorum. Remember, the Democrats are for Communism, which is against all gods.
