Totalitarianism is on the rise every where because advocates of big government have taken leadership control of the power centers within every society. Power centers are organizations and social groupings such as political parties, labor unions, church groups, media centers, and professional societies-that hold political power based on their claim to represent their members and on their ability to lead public opinion. It has taken many years for them to achieve this dominance over society, but they have succeeded. It does no good to complain or to theorize about what should be done. As long as advocates of big government hold power, nothing will change.
An educational campaign strategy should be used by more candidates in order to bringing this understanding to the electorate, only then can we bring about change.

Supreme Court Okays Teachers’ Right to Ridicule Student’s Christianity in Class

Back in 2009, Chad Farnan was a sophomore at Capistrano Valley High School in Mission Viejo, California.  One of his classes was Advanced Placement European History which was taught by James Corbett.

Nearly every day in class, Corbett, who had taught at the school for the past 20 years, would ridicule and harass Farnan about his Christian and creationist views.  One of the statements made by Corbett in the classroom in front of Farnan’s fellow students was,

“When you put on your Jesus glasses, you can’t see the truth.”

After repeated verbal abuse in front of his classmates, Farnan filed suit against the teacher in December 2007.  He accused the teacher of promoting hostility to Christians in the classroom and in promoting ‘irreligion over religion’ which is a violation of the First Amendment.

In the original trial, the judge found Corbett guilty of violating the First Amendment by denigrating Farnan’s Christian faith while in the classroom.  US District Court Judge James Selna said,

“Corbett states an unequivocal belief that Creationism is ‘superstitious nonsense.’   The court cannot discern a legitimate secular purpose in this statement, even when considered in context.”

The case was appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which is the most liberal court in the entire US.  In keeping with their liberal history, the Ninth Circuit Court overturned the District Court’s ruling declaring that the teacher had a qualified immunity since there was no precedent of any case where a teacher had been held liable for anti-religious statements and those statements been ruled to be unconstitutional.

The case then appealed to the US Supreme Court in hopes that they would make a precedent setting ruling to defend the religious rights of students in public schools.  This past week, the US Supreme Court announced that they will not hear the case, thus making the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals’ ruling will stand as the final decision.

A precedent in this case has been set, but not the one hoped for.  The precedent that was set allows teachers to verbally abuse, ridicule and harass the religious beliefs of any student and they can do so in the classroom in front of other students.

Yet on the opposite side of the issue, courts have upheld restrictions placed on students expressing their religious views in the classroom.  They are not allowed to defend their beliefs but are now forced to sit and take the abuse from the faculty.

Freedom of speech and religion now only applies to anti-Christians and Muslims, but not for Christians.

I just returned home to Florida from helping the patriots in Wisconsin fight Obama's minion's recall of Gov. Scott Walker. OH MY GOSH, was it cold! I'm originally from Baltimore and thought I could handle cold. Wisconsin's cold weather is world class. A cab driver told me, “This is not cold. We've had a mild winter.”

Due to moving to Florida 12 years ago, Wisconsin was the first time I have seen snow in several years, I realized I have not missed seeing and dealing with it.

Despite the cold weather, Wisconsin patriots were fired up to defeat Obama's operative's recall of their governor. Wisconsin patriots really appreciate Gov. Walker's backbone and strength of character to follow through with his promises. His budget reforms are making a huge difference. Pray for Gov. Walker and our fellow patriots up there folks. Gov Walker's battles in Wisconsin are bigger than Wisconsin. If Obama and company can defeat and recall Gov. Walker, it will effect the resolve of governors across America. They are fighting evil in Wisconsin. Obama operatives who do not even live in Wisconsin are signing the petition to recall Gov. Walker numerous times.

In my chats with individual Wisconsin patriots, I asked, how they felt about America. Or, “What does America mean to you?” Every single one of them, male and female, fought back tears while responding to my question. Their responses further confirmed what I already know, our tea movement is “not” about hate. It's about love – love for the greatest nation on the planet and refusing to see it destroyed.

So then I go on a black blog site and read this, “If Santorum becomes president, I'm leaving the country.”

Regardless of what you think about Santorum, I bet you a dollar to a doughnut the black blogger thinks Santorum is a far right wing nut case due to the liberal media. I am so frustrated by the liberal media's ability to manipulate and shape opinions among my fellow black Americans.

The ill-informed black blogger probably believes the rest of the liberal media's list of lies – Santorum and Republicans want to ban contraception; Conservatives want to force their values on everyone; Conservatives and Christians hate gays; Republicans, the tea party, Michelle Bachmann and Sarah Palin are all racists who are angry that we have a black president. The liberal media, the democrats and Obama are spreading unsubstantiated vicious lies about the intentions of Republicans, Conservatives, you and me. Despicable and evil.

In Wisconsin, I met great tea party patriot Americans fighting for their beloved country, to preserve a future for their kids and grand kids. They are not haters, nor are they extreme.

Another thing that struck me about the Wisconsin patriots fighting for Gov Walker was how committed and well informed they were. They were up on the issues. They knew what needed to be done and were doing it. Snow, freezing weather and Obama operatives were not going to stopped them. I caught my flight home to Florida feeling inspired and encouraged. The Catholic Church has never gotten it any more right than Obama.  Both are dividers, Obama, a socialist, the Catholic Church a believer in the supernatural.  A Christian accused me of being a secular humanist.  Secular humanism defined: any set of beliefs that promote human values, without specific allusion to religious doctrine.  The author of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson, was a deist. Deism defined: belief in the existence of God on the evidence of reason and nature, with rejection of supernatural revelation.

In Genesis 1:26, “Let us make man in our image,” who is us? We are a growing groundswell that is going to sweep the world.  You can read about us in my book of memoirs In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012. 

My publisher, Amazon’s CreativeSpace, said yesterday that it would be another eight weeks before my book hits the market.  Publishing a book though Amazon is more involved than I thought.  I’m happy about that. CreativeSpace has told me that I can be proud of my book. It should be an interesting read if I put the time needed into it and don’t get in a hurry.

The way to go, according to socialists, is to force the world into accepting worldly matters and cease believing in the supernatural. They are half right, half wrong.  The cutting edge of science sees the world and universe quite differently than science understood fifty years ago.  But science, the same as other institutions, is slow to accept new thinking.  The new understanding comes from an understanding of the microcosmic. If you want to know how something works, you examine the parts.  The microcosmic connects with the big picture, but classic physics will not as yet buy it.  It means a drastic change of thinking.  It means everything we think we know is incorrect. 

The Holy Catholic Empire was replaced with the Age of Enlightenment.  Sir Isaac Newton gave us the laws of motion. Einstein gave us relativity, bringing us to an age of materialism. Our diversion to the material side of life brings us socialists who use it to promote class warfare and to undercut the supernatural.  The American people are being sucked into a vortex of wrongheaded thinking and in danger of losing their freedom. 

In 1975, my life was in ruins.  I blamed it on failure of the government to adhere to the principles of the Constitution.  I went for the IRS’s throat.  Everyone knows you don’t mess with the IRS. Why is that? The IRS was the government agent that took my income.  I had a personal stake in taking on the IRS. When I studied the Constitution it was with the idea of using it to protect my God-given rights. If you had bet against me, you would have lost.

By taking action to protect my God-given rights, mysteriously, I turned my life around. When everything should have gone wrong, everything started going rights. All my dreams came true.

It wasn’t faith in the doctrines and dogmas of religion. It was faith in the God in me that drove me.  While reading the Constitution, I felt that voices of the past were speaking to me. I felt called upon. The problem in my early life was that people didn’t appreciate how hard I worked to make things right (actually for me). I didn’t trust other people. They tried to use me. So I used them. Unless we feel called upon to do more than protect our own welfare, we don’t get very far in life.  Jesus spoke a lot about that.   By thinking, “do unto others before they do unto you,”  we often become victims of wolves in sheep’s clothing.

In the Bible, we read that we come from the dust of the ground.  In scientific terms, from the smallest particle to super-novas, the greatest release of energy in the universe, we come from the dust of super-novas. 

There is order in the universe. From quantum physicist Evan Harris Walker, we read in The Physics of Consciousness, “I think one thing at least is certain: It is clear that consciousness can be broached scientifically. Consciousness exists. And for the first time, we have used the instruments of scientific investigation to fit its existence into the overall tapestry of reality…. A physical domain exists that is governed by immutable laws. But these laws leave open a range of happenings that are left to the selection of the mind…. It has only been with the advent of quantum theory that we have discovered proof that we exist as something more than pieces of matter. In the development of quantum theory, the observer emerges as a co-equal in the foundry of creation.”

In the Bible, saying the same as science, God breathed into man the breath of life, and man became a living soul (Genesis 2:7).  The soul defined: the immaterial essence, animating principle, or actuating cause of an individual life; the spiritual principle embodied in human beings; all rational and spiritual beings, or the universe. The soul is distinctly separated from the body.  Logos defined: (In Greek philosophy) the rational principle that governs and develops the universe. (In Christian theology) the divine word or reason incarnate n Jesus Christ. John 1:1.  In numerology, God geometrizes. The number 1 represents the male principle, the yang. “It is the pioneer, striking out alone, seeking the experiences which will establish its distinct identity.”  That’s the story of my life. 

In numerology, and according to the Jesus, the number 9 represents selflessness and compassion.  “Encompassing a love for all, it desires to apply its energy to universal service. It bestows an impersonal but just view of life, one that is generous, benevolent and patient.”  When we realize who we really are and our purpose, our world will be at peace.

ALL I CAN SAY IS VOTE REPUBLICAN THIS NOVEMBER.

Howdy all!  Well, those of us in Washington State had a rare treat.  We got to be like Iowa.  No, not really.  This is the first caucus I’d ever been involved with.  The process we had inside was definitely not the best, but it was the best rookies could do.  Now for enthusiasm, I would rank that as high as Iowa or even higher.  In Benton County alone, we had so many people show up, they weren’t ready for us.  It seemed like there were as many turned away for arriving too late as there was inside.  And the place was packed.  What a great experience.  Even got elected as a delegate alternate.

So, I am certain we all know what George was talking about in 1776, having the resolve to conquer or die.  They were going to conquer, or die!  Now this is not 1776.  But we are still called upon for vigorous and manly exertion.  And it is true, that if we fail, we shall become infamous to the entire world.  So, our effort to restore our Constitution, repair the damage to our economy, and work to shrink the size of our obscenely humungous government must continue.  We must rely upon each other; upon the goodness of each other, to strengthen the goodness of the cause.  We need to do this with the joy of people with great integrity, following the instructions and aid given us by our Creator.  My experience at the caucus taught me a great lesson.  It is important to make the best choice to be the next top federally elected employee.  And that puts us all in the position this primary season to choose someone that the next person doesn’t choose.  But when it is all said and done, we must all realize that the goal is: restore the Constitution, reduce the government, eliminate Obamacare, eliminate the onerous regulations strangling our economy, restore the strength of our military so NO ONE dares attack us again without the knowledge that we will eliminate them, and not apologize to them.  Whoever gains the title of GOP candidate for President must know that we will be watching him closer and be more critical of him (or her) than we are of Obama.  We do this in His name, who animates us and encourages us to great and noble actions.

My hero Joe Arpaio has his posse doing some leg work that sets out to prove Obama's birth certificate is a fake. It gives us another reason to hate Obama but this whole birther issue is a distraction and a way that we can tie up time, resources and $$$ and the liberals don't have to do anything.

I suggest we dedicate our focus on maintaining the House and winning majority in the Senate. It is Congress who spends the money, Congress who makes the laws.

I won't suggest we abandon the presidency like the traitors at www.teapartyforobama.com, I'm only saying that we need to have focus and this birther issue is not going to win us the Presidency or more seats in congress.

Let's first assume that the long form is indeed a forgery:

Obama's lawyers can tie this up for years and years. He will be long forgotten and completely irrelevant by the time this ever gets to a court. There are lines of experts who will testify that the document is legitimate and only a few 'experts' who will claim it is false. It will result in nothing but more questions and no solid results. Remember I'm not talking about justice I'm talking about focus.

Now lets assume that the document is legit:

We spend all this time, money and manpower to embarrass and discredit our cause. The reason you don't hear any defense is because we are doing a great job destroying our already fragile position in the political spotlight. It wouldn't surprise me if the long form document was intentionally made to look odd just to distract us.

What we have to gain from this goose chase is so little compared to what we have to lose. Will Trump ever be able to recover from the embarrassment he suffered? He will never be more than a reality show subject. Any hope of being a national political figure with any credibility has gone out the door and it was by his own hand. Our precious Tea Party should not engage in risky, low payoff endeavors. Let's put our focus and our money on topics that will produce results.

On many occasions in my articles I have taken the time to warn Americans and nations of the world of the catastrophe of ignoring God's Word and the dire consequences of allowing evil to remain. As many of us who love Jesus can plainly see in the latest of headline news, very few Americans are heeding the call to reject wickedness and to return to God. While I am saddened by the response not only of most Americans and their refusal to follow the only real way to get our nation back, I am especially disappointed regarding the so called Christian and “Church’s” response to all the madness that surrounds us.

In the period just in the time period of the last week, the news reported that in America we have seen two school shootings, massive tornadoes; killing people and torn down many homes and business buildings. Couple these horrific tragedy's of more news of gasoline and oil prices skyrocketing, the Conservative Journalist Andrew Breitbart's untimely death and most recently, news that a bomb squad was racing to conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh's home. At this point in all that is occurring perhaps we can all agree that “no news is good news.”

As Americans, do you still ask yourself the question; what the heck is going on that keeps the bad news everyday causing matters in our nation and world to go from bad to worse ? Well, I have answered that question frequently in my past blog articles but it looks like it's all still worth repeating... Some people just don't want to “get it “ until it's to late and judging by Iran getting ready to blow us or Israel or some other nation up, coupled with the American Dollar ready to collapse any day now, I pray to God, it isn't to late for America. Really, I mean this when I say; Americans need to repent to Jesus Christ like yesterday and our nation's leaders need to get on their knees and repent also not only individually but corporately for our nation.

America has allowed herself to wander off and jump in a big pile of pig poo and it seems most American's enjoy being there. Now In my heart, I really want to believe most people would want to get out and wash themselves off if ever falling in a pile of pig poo. Doesn’t seem to be the case though for most Americans. The attitude of most in our country seems to be that of wallowing in the pig poo in hopes the smell and poo will go away on it's own or others will jump in the pile of dung getting dirty with them. I know I and other Godly and Biblical pastors and Christians have given plenty of loud and clear warning and even pointed the way for all of us on how to escape the pig poo but few have responded positively, most actually have responded actually with viciousness and anger. Kinda reminds me of the old joke about the man stuck hanging off a cliff; the man cried out for help and God, without making himself visible said... “I'm here to help you” but at the end of the joke, the man replied to God; “is there anyone else out there ?” The meaning of this joke points to Biblical truth that secular strategies for job growth, national defense, lower gasoline prices, the sagging housing market, coupled with continuance on selfish attitudes, greed and self-reliance is not going to work. Long before men became “educated” in colleges and universities God Himself designed the perfect plan to fix all socioeconomic, physical, emotional and spiritual issues and as well all other issues we in our nation all currently suffer from. If American's can ever get it in their heads and hearts that God has ways of fixing our problems by following His Biblical prescription plan, we will all be better off. I am just wondering though as I write this article; if it is all to late for America ?

The Bible contains everything we need to be successful in life. Religion or so called “spirituality” only leads to death and as the Bible puts it in Revelation 21:8, sends people off to the Lake Of Fire. As religious cults continue to grow and claim to be “Christian” some how in nature, the more I ask myself; does anyone actually read and apply the Christian Bible anymore ? Seems since the early 1960's satan has had a firm grip on destroying America from within. Makes me also ponder Abraham Lincoln's famous quote “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” Surely, ignoring God and His Word is a massive part of bringing a destructive end to our and any society.

I have been attacked for standing up for the Biblical Jesus from those mainly in the UK and the USA. Both nations were once historically two of God's powerhouses for sending Biblical Christian Missionaries throughout the world. These days, with especially America wallowing in pig poo, third-world nations are sending their Biblical Christian missionaries to to the USA to evangelize the Americans and help them understand that the God of the Bible has a much better plan for people than smelling of animal dung. If we all get real honest we will all see and readily admit that no culture or society has ever been allowed to remain standing very long when ignoring God's ways. In the Bible, you will find that there are promises of blessings upon any nation that follows God's precepts but also curses for every nation that ignores those same precepts as well. Looking at our own nation's history, we can very easily see the blessings that we once enjoyed because most families and community leaders read and applied the Christian Bible universally. Now a days, divorce, family strife, government child kidnapping, Muslim attacks upon our culture and nation, The US Government and it's States trampling on every natural and God given freedom without real challenge form the citizenry, we are all feeling the effect of our society rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and King of our family, communities and nation. God has allowed each of these evils because we have rejected Him and His Word.

People very often get angry when you show them how to get family, community and national as well as international matters settled effectively and how also that they can only be done through the Bible. I've learned though, it's everyone's choice to remain in the pig poo, but when our national leaders make decisions that forces me in their pile of pig poor or I suffer because these so called government leaders lead a rebellion against God Himself-that's where I draw the line... I'm going to take action to make things Biblicaly right.

Obama was made President to open many cans of worms. How do we know? Saturn, the learning planet, moved into unfavorable alignment with Pluto, the generational planet, in the month and year Obama was elected. I learned this from Cosmos and Psyche by Richard Tarnas, a distinguished philosopher and cultural historian.

After a thirty-year study of the outer planets, Tarnas concluded that there is consistent correspondence between planetary alignments and the archetypal patterns of human history. The outer planets tell the story because the alignments remain longer than the alignments of the inner planets.

The quadrature alignment of Saturn and Pluto remain for three to four years, indicating a change after Obama completes his first term of office, after losing his re-election bid. By the way, the alignment of Saturn and Pluto is trine in my astrological chart, the very best of alignments. I'm the bearer of good news.

The can of worms Obama has just opened, contraception, is a civil rights issue. Why? Everyone has the right to use contraceptives. Why don't we have the civil right to get our hair cut?  It does not involve a religious doctrine. Obama came up with contraceptives (paid for by future taxpayers) to poke his finger in the eye of Catholic doctrine. We don't have the money just now. We have to borrow it. Obama's Secretary of the Treasury says we should be willing to pay more for the privilege of being American. Rush Limbaugh asked why future taxpayers should pay for people to have safe sex. He called a female law student a slut for demanding her right to make taxpayers pay for her contraceptives; she’s prostituting herself.

Whether or not we agree on the political issue involved, the fact remains that Obama opened a new can of worms. We need real answers, not name calling. The good news: I cut out in 1975, on my own, to build a new life. My answers came from within.  All of my dreams came true.  

The cans of worms Obama was put here to open don’t go way by osmosis. They give you choices: be the victim or create the circumstance.  It is your right and responsibility. Mine is not a book of theories. It is based on my real experiences.

Trojan Horse, Warning

In the near future Baraka Obama and the left, Pelosi, Reid, Biden and the rest will begin an effort to sound more and more conservative.  They will do this because they know concerned Americans have had enough of their anti-American behavior.  They are becoming paranoid that their grip on power is slipping away and their way of doing things simply doesn't work.  Therefore they must propose some way that stands a chance of success and that is always the conservative way.  Keep in mind I said they will "propose", this in no way means they will ever initiate conservative ideas.  They will speak as though they embrace conservative ideas with no intention whatsoever of ever using them.  

Conservatism values Freedom, Liberty and capitalism, as the American way of life.  This is in direct opposition to the beliefs of Obama and the left, Capitalism and Freedom are two items on their agenda to be destroyed.  Their vision for America is Totalitarian Socialism and as long as America represents Freedom, Liberty and Capitalism their vision cannot exist. All Conservatives and Patriots of our great nation must not be taken in by this administration when they start to speak with forked tong.   The left are masters of lies and deceit and they will use any trick to retain power.  They are not restrained by Honor, Loyalty, Ethics and Morality as Conservatives and Patriotic Americans are.  We must stay alert to the deceit and trickery and point it out to all if we are to succeed in returning our America its position of Respect, Dignity and Honor it has earned. 

 We, as well, must turn our backs on those things we know to be wrong, indecent and immoral.  Those fighting for this great nation, the Patriots, Conservatives, Veterans and all Loyal Americans must be the best of the best, stand tall and strong with no shame and plant our flag of Freedom, Justice and Liberty never to be challenged again.
