Dear Friends and fellow believers, Our nation is under attack form many sides and one of the enemies tools happens to be economics, and environmental acts.  The left has taken over American education and they actively are Brainwashing the next generation into believing their lies and 1/2 truths.  We can see this in the Global Warming /now known as Climate Change belief, which is scientifically unproven and most likely is a  lie in order to fulfill a political goal. They are killing our freedom and liberty by the death of 1000 cuts., no cut is fatal but none the less over time freedom and liberty dies.

Those who suggest that the Patriot ACT is not one of those cuts are blind and or stupid. Think of all the government regulations that have been imposed in the past 75 years. Many of them sound great but that is because you have been brainwashed into believing their lies.

They started when you were in Kindergarten ! Line up and be quiet and follow orders just like a good little American [just like the Nazi's did it to their youth ]  No independence or free thinking allowed! and heaven forbid any non-politically correct speaking out ~! 

The first action you must take is to unlearn this behavior and learn to think logically and stop believing anything the press tells you or government claims is a fact.

The next step is get to know your neighbors and trust them while you learn to completely distrust GOVERNMENT until they are proven to be acting in YOUR REAL INTEREST AND NOT THEIR OWN.

When you have accomplished this then move on to working on cleaning house at your county government then on to your state capital and on to  Washington !

We must clean house and elect people at the local level first or we can never roll back the Authoritarian mindset the permeates our government.

The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska's Prudhoe
Bay, and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign
oil. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion
barrels. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable... at $107 a barrel,
we're looking at a resource base worth more than $5..3 trillion.

"When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see
their jaws hit the floor. They had no idea.." says Terry Johnson, the Montana
Legislature's financial analyst.

"This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field found
in the past 56 years," reports The Pittsburgh Post Gazette. It's a
formation known as the Williston Basin, but is more commonly referred to as the
'Bakken.' It stretches from Northern Montana, through North Dakota and
into Canada.. For years, U. S. oil exploration has been considered a dead
end. Even the 'Big Oil' companies gave up searching for major oil wells
decades ago. However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up
the Bakken's massive reserves.... and we now have access of up to 500
billion barrels. And because this is light, sweet oil, those billions of barrels
will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!

That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years
straight. And if THAT didn't throw you on the floor, then this next one
should - because it's from 2006!

It's all about the competitive marketplace, - it has to. Think OPEC just
might be funding the environmentalists?

My book about to be published, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012, is based on my personal experience, not from what various authorities tell us.  After the fact, I’ve learned from astrology what my experiences meant. Think what it would mean if it were accepted by the masses as true that each of us is here with a special soul mission.  Would there be wars? Would there be oppression and poverty?  In the past, astrologers advised rulers. Now they advise me.        

My world went up in smoke in 1975. From studying the U.S. Constitution, I had a bigger than life calling, and acted. I experienced miracles. There have been many signs that say we don’t know enough about our reason for being.  I intuit that we are entering the most eventful time in human history.     

Astrologer James Redfield, in an audio tape on my astrological makeup, said, “We all start at immature levels of ego functions. With this in mind, we read in Barack Obama’s two autobiographies what I would say was “a false definition, creating a situation that evokes a new behavior which makes the original false conception come true. Thinking about Merton’s self-fulfilling prophecy, I looked up inferiority complex. Humans were created with reason and logic—knowing good and evil; right from wrong. Compare the two of us. Obama got his bigger than life calling from Marxist philosophy. Mine came from the “Higher Law” the background of American constitutional law. At no time in history has a society prospered like America when central government was in control of the individual.

I cut from the herd and went on my own. As a matter of record, the “Higher Law” has favored me over central control.  Marxism or the Constitution? My life is good; others not so good.

Howdy all!  What do you think about Tuesday's sweep by Santorum?  What I've read so far in the lame stream media as well as the 'RINO files', is shear bedlam.  Seems like the establishment in the GOP took one in the shorts, and are scrambling for a way to regain their control over us.  Gee, it sure sounds like a bunch of Democrats.

Ambitions must be made to counteract ambition.  The interest of the man must be connected with the constitutional rights of the place.  It may be a reflection on human nature that such devices should be necessary to control the abuses of government.  What is government itself but the greatest of all reflection on human nature? ~ James Madison, Federalist No. 15, 1788

Mr Madison says something very revealing here.  Government is the greatest of all reflection on human nature.  We send people from our neighborhoods to represent us in the capital.  When they are all together, they should reflect the nation in their actions with diversity; TRUE diversity, not the forced crap that is shoved on us to satisfy a few.  The diversity of our nation is supposed to be extremely visible in the chambers and halls of our government buildings.  Sadly, this is not the case.  Those who represent us in DC are not necessarily there for us.  They are there for themselves.  They make laws to tax the people in order to fund their little pet projects.  They make rules for themselves that benefit only themselves, all the while using the money we send them to pay for their fringe benefits.  They also have the audacity to set up health care plans at our cost and retirement plans to be paid in full after they finish their terms, as if their presence in DC is a JOB.  In reality, they do not reflect on human nature.  And we have let them do this to us.  We have not developed the ambition to counteract their ambitions.  We have not developed the devices to control the abuses of the fox guarding the chicken coup.  They have forgotten the basic fact of governmental representation that their actions must be connected with the constitutional rights of not only the government, but more importantly the people.  It's almost as if they have perverted the verse from Colossians; they are willing to work for themselves rather than the people.  That has to stop.

So, what to do?  We can vote them out.  We can revolt.  We can keep our heads in the sand like good little ostriches.  Or we continue with the efforts we've undertaken for the last few years.  I choose the latter.  Obviously revolt may have more permanent consequences than we are ready to accept, for now.  Voting them out is only as good ans for as long as the next election.  And I hate when I get sand in my ears.  We must continue with rallies, web sites, chatting, teaching ourselves, then teaching our kids and grand kids.  Save your rally signs.  Keep them for when people look back 30-40 years from now and ask how did these refounders know what was right?  How did they do it?  We are all refounders.  All of us.  Those of us who write; those of us who read.  Those who go to rallies; those who go to forums.  Those who vet candidates on the internet and those who go to 'meet and greets' and ask the hard questions.  We are following the advice from Colossians 3:23.  We are working willingly as though we are working for Him, not the people.  By doing so, we not only please Him, our results benefit the people far more than what we can do for them directly.

Obama gets his blind following 40%

Santorum/Romney get conservative bloc 40%

Obama gets 5% of remaining as a "hold my nose vote"

The other 15% don't show up.

Is there anything new to say about Obummer?  that 15% will get pretty tired of the same ol' same ol' and just won't show up.

I sure hope there are messages of optimism cause I do believe that "he who flings mud, loses ground"

Our retired seniors living on a 'fixed income' receive no aid nor do they get any breaks while our government and

religious organizations pour Hundreds of Billions of $$$$$$'s and Tons of  Food to Foreign Countries!

They call Social Security and Medicare an entitlement even though most of us have been paying for it all our working lives and now when it’s time for us to collect, the government is running out of money. Why did the government borrow from it in the first place?

We have hundreds of adoptable children who are shoved aside to make room for the adoption 

of foreign orphans.

AMERICA: a country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed hungry, elderly going without 'needed' meds, and mentally ill without treatment etc,etc.

YET......................

They have a 'Benefit'  for the people of Haiti on 12 TV stations, ships and planes lining up with food, water, tents clothes,

bedding, doctors and medical.supplies.

Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to other countries.

   SAD?

The Conservative Party (CP-USA) asks all Americans to help revive our economy by taking proactive steps to create and retain jobs in the United States.

No other political party or presidential candidate has officially adopted a common sense policy that encourages U.S. multi-national corporations to rethink their exclusive focus on quarterly profits and consider the economic health of the United States and their own long-term viability.  

CP-USA firmly believes that legitimate profit motive is compatible with Economic Patriotism.  Simply stated, Economic Patriotism is a policy that:  Reduces regulatory and tax burdens on small businesses; Provides tax incentives to U.S. corporations to hire Americans to work in America; Encourages Boards and shareholders to recognize the value and profitability of keeping jobs in America; Educates the American public about the high cost of cheap imports and the long-term value of “Buying American” and; Imposes “Reciprocal” duties/tariffs on foreign imports to level the trade playing field .  

Practicing Economic Patriotism is the only way America can survive in a global economy in which foreign countries are dedicated to eclipsing the Unites States.  As the world’s sole beacon of true Democracy, human rights, free market capitalism and mutually beneficial fair trade, Americans must not allow that to happen.       

When foreign countries negotiate trade deals with the U.S. they consider what’s good for their citizens, what’s good for their companies and what’s good for their economies (Nationalism).  When Americans negotiate foreign trade deals, however, we only consider what’s good for a company, its shareholders and senior management.  There is no consideration whatsoever for rank & file employees or how the U.S. economy and the America people will benefit.  The only things GE, Intel, HP or Goldman-Sachs care about is the next Quarter’s profit and how much they can reduce labor costs by off-shoring jobs.   If continued, these short-sighted policies will render Americans too poor to purchase the imported products manufactured by those American companies.    

Foreign nations naturally care about their own economic future, the viability of their companies and well being of their citizens; they’re unconcerned about America’s future or world standing.  Sadly, American corporations think the same way; they also don’t consider America’s future.  GE earned billions in the U.S. market in 2010 yet worked overtime to avoid paying any income taxes.  Although U.S. taxpayers rescued many American companies from financial collapse in 2009, many of those same companies now sequester hundreds of billions offshore to avoid taxes even during America’s budget/debt crisis.  Unlike the post-WW II era when “Wall Street” supported American firms and helped make the U.S an economic superpower, “Wall Street” is disconnected from “Main Street” in every sense today.  In short, there is no concept of Economic Patriotism.

Think about this: The United States does not have a trade surplus with any nation on earth.  That’s why America’s trade deficit jumped 38% in 2010 to $498B.  Americans must realize that international trade is rigged against the United States due to state-subsidized industries and less-than-favorable duties/tariffs.    International free trade is only “fair” trade when all countries play by the same rules.  Congress should enact trade laws that Reciprocates (copies) all fees on imported products.  Example: If Japan levies 18% taxes/duties/tariffs on American imports, the U.S. should “reciprocate” by imposing 18% on all Japanese imports.  Reciprocity levels the playing field and will make foreign countries rethink their trade practices.  

Congress must also recognize that burdensome union and environmental regulations hinder rapid economic recovery.  The U.S. Business & Industry Council studied 111 U.S. based manufacturing companies from 1997-2009. It found that only nine of those 111 companies (8%) actually grew their domestic market share.  American total production fell 64% and domestic market share eroded to 56%.  Considering that 15% of all domestic production was by foreign companies based in the U.S., the picture is even more dismal.  America is also becoming more dependent on foreign countries for critical products like high-performance microchips, specialty steels and rare earth metals. This economic reality is not solely a trade or jobs issue; it also imperils our national security. 

Too many Americans wrongly believe in the “Innovation is the key to new jobs” myth.  The ugly truth is that even when Americans do innovate and create hot new products or services (PC, iPad, Google, Tablets, Twitter, iPhone, Groupon, etc.), most of the manufacturing and customer service/technical support jobs go off-shore.  While very important, innovation does not guarantee long-term job growth because corporations ship those jobs to China or India.  Although U.S. companies demand that Americans get retrained, get more education, get more productive and take pay cuts, they have only one demand of foreign workers: show up for work. 

Economic Patriotism is the only way to rectify the perils facing America today.  Someone must speak for America and the Conservative Party stands ready.   It’s time to “Come Home America”.

American patriotism is traditionally understood as a healthy devotion to our liberties in this
wonderful Republic of the United States! For all those who are interested in making our
government more efficient and reducing cost, it is past time for 'We the People' to demand
that the present state of the affairs, be returned to the original directives of our 'founding-
Fathers'!

It is and always has been effective to use conservative and practical methods to reorganize;
streamline; and eliminate wherever possible. As our government has been allowed to take
an almost unchecked rampant expansion since the conclusion of World War II, it is very
obvious that things have escalated to overload. And I'm sure, that most citizens realize
that we have all over-looked, and not been completely cognizant or responsible to watch
the almost uncontrolled development of governmental gridlock at every level.

Yes, we all recognize that we have a monumental problem, that is long overdue for a
complete change. The most direct way to accomplish this would be to eliminate or
abolish every unconstitutional, harmful, and unnecessary Cabinet Departments. Such
as the abolishment of Education Department; Energy; Housing and Urban Development;
and the Department of Homeland Security.

Abolish the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The hard-wired message is to
say simply....................! The DHS was created, one year after “9/11”, it lumped 22
agencies from other departments to improve efficiency and coordination. It has failed
dismally........
The budget jumped from $19.5 Billion dollars in 2002 to an astounding $44.1
Billion in 2010.
In fact, it's has become one of the newest avenues for pork-barrel. Only 25%
of anti-terrorism 'grants' to local governments actually goes to terrorism
prevention and response.
Many of the agencies have only a minor or tangential roles in possible
terrorist attacks or response, and 'DHS overseas' has far-flung responsibilities
from anti-counterfeiting, all the way to flu epidemics.
It hasn't protected us from terrorism; most of the foiled attempts, or 'terror
plots' were really accomplished as sting operations by the FBI!
Neither the CIA, NSA, nor even the FBI(a domestic agency) has been placed
under the DHS umbrella.
Which makes a coordinated, DHS-led antiterrorism strategy impossible;
leaving the FBI and CIA out defeats the very purpose of the DHS. How do
I know? Well, during the Viet-Nam War, I was envolved, by being a member of
the USAFSS(Security Service), which were directly associated with the CIA, OSI,
NSA, CID, NCIS, and the FBI! Although that is almost Fifty years ago, I still
know a few, in high-places!

The DHS is funding pernicious, totalitarian Minority Report-style 'pre-crime'
experiments.
The DHS funds have become 'fusion centers', which create reports about
possible breeding grounds of terrorism. They include everything from third
parties, the Tea Party and anti-tea party groups, even student groups at
historically black college, the Aryan Brotherhood, Black Panthers, the Weather-
men, and street gangs.

In other words, ANYONE, who dissents or is dissatisfied with the status-quorum, might
be a terrorist. Such assessment reflects the paranoid minds of the 'Statist-bureaucrats'
and their political bosses, rather than reality. Like everyone else, don't get me started
on the abuses and humiliations inflicted by the TSA!

Probably the most offensive problem is relegated to the name, the word “Homeland”
to many Americans, including myself, evokes the insanity-of the Neo-Nazi 'blood
and soil' Fatherland; instead of patriotism, it congers up the Cold-War nationalism
or totalitarianism. Traditionally, American Patriotism is understood as devotion to
republican liberty

Certainly does gives one cause to wonder, what was the initial use of the word
“Homeland”intended?.........is it conditioning us for tyrannical rule?

No one wants to be perceived as “against security”! But this does not justify the
continued wanton waste, fraud and abuse of the DHS. As the truth is now being
told, the DHS has no real reason for existence. This is plainly evident for too
many other agencies; and it is time to get rid of all the 'so-called Czar's'. Some
need to be completely abolished, along with the DHS!

This brings to mind, the tale~ “Once upon a time, a small boy declared the truth
that no one in the realm, dared to utter--'The Emperor has no clothes'!” We need
to see that type of courage in all of our elected officials. The DHS is exposed.
Will our congressmen, both the House of Representatives and the Senate, stand
and be counted as proud warrior's that can be trusted, to properly represent our
Nation! May GOD Bless America!

WE KNOW THE REPUBLICAN PARTY WILL DO AS WE SAT,  PLEASE, PLEASE VOTE REPUBLICAN IN THIS COMING NOVEMBER.  THANK YOU.

In the past few days, while much attention is on the primaries, POTUS has done something I as a Catholic and retired military veteran am infuriated with.  To tell chaplains they must support gay marriage; to tell chaplains they cannot read the letter from the Catholic leadership that discusses the Catholic stance against the government mandates of abortion and contraception; to turn down the request from the Bishop, who requested of POTUS personally, to allow the chaplains to read the letter from their religious leaders to the military congregations; this is ALL in violation of the first amendment.  Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,..  Telling military chaplains of the Catholic faith they cannot follow their religious teachings?  IS THAT NOT PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE??  And if the cheap ambulance chasing lawyer side of the POTUS even thinks for one moment that HIM saying no is not the congress passing laws, then here's a couple of facts to refute.

1) POTUS signs approval for any law that comes from the Congress, so he IS bound by the first amendment clause.

2) IF he thinks his verbal direction to the chaplains is NOT making a law, then we do NOT have to follow ANY one of the executive orders he has shoved down our throats.  I mean, hey!  If one thing he directs is not a law, then NOTHING he directs is a law.

We all have certain enthusiasms in liberty.  Tea party involvement, conservative activities, rallies, getting involved in elections and every way we have; they all show our enthusiasm to replace POTUS.  That enthusiasm makes our human nature rise way above everything.  Our acts of honor, integrity, bravery and heroism shine through, and our elation in victory makes it that much sweeter.  But, we must not forget our strengths: family, friends, and most of all our Creator.  As Jesus said, we MUST love the Lord our God with all our hearts, soul and mind.  This is a command from our savior.  A COMMAND.  He is above any leader of any nation on earth.  So His word is prime.  That is why the pilgrims came to America - religious freedom.  That is why the first amendment discusses the freedom of religion BEFORE it discusses the freedom of speech - religious freedom. 

We all have the opportunity to get involved.  It is true that we always did have this opportunity.  But we did not recognize the need.  Well, our ostrich heads are out of the sand, and for the last four years we have taken notice.  The time to restore our Constitution, our economy, and our strength as the greatest nation the world has ever seen is NOW.  Get involved.  Run for office.  Volunteer.  Write.  Discuss. Don't be violent, but don't be silent.  We are the people of WE THE PEOPLE.  Let's conduct ourselves as such and take back our country.

We can't allow this to happen. If support for Israel isn't stressed in the campaign, it's less likely to be a priority after the election. Our candidates need to hear that the American people want them to stand with Israel now more than ever. We must remind the candidates that Israel is a bastion of freedom and democracy in a despotic Middle East. We must stress that Israel is our first line of defense against enemies devoted to attacking America and killing Americans. When Israel battles Hezbollah and Hamas, its battling Iranian-backed terrorist groups which have American blood on their hands. When Israel sounds the alarm about Iran, it's focusing our attention on the greatest strategic threat to America and the West! And we must emphasize that unlike so many of our allies, Israel has never asked for American soldiers to fight and die in her defense. All Israel has ever asked is the ability to defend herself by herself. In so doing, these Israeli soldiers are actually defending us.
If we want our candidates to honor the U.S.-Israel relationship, then we need to put it back on their radar!

A Washington Post investigation reveals that 33 members of Congress have directed more than over $401 million in earmarks and other spending provisions to dozens of public projects that are next to or within about two miles of the lawmakers' own property.

Over a year after Washington supposedly got rid of earmarks, these slick elected officials have already found a way around the ban. They're inserting special funds in spending bills that give funds to public works projects in their states. These Capitol Hill crooks have created an enormous slush fund for their own personal profit.

• Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D - Calif). Over the past decade, the House minority leader helped secure $50 millionin earmarks toward a light-rail project that provides direct access to San Francisco's Union Square and Chinatown for neighborhoods south of Market Street. Pelosi's husband owns a four-story commercial building blocks from Union Square.
• Sen. Harry Reid (D- Nev). In 2004 and 2005, the Senate majority leader secured $21.5 millionto build a bridge over the Colorado River, linking the gambling resort town of Laughlin, Nev., with Bullhead City, Ariz. Reid owns 160 acres of undeveloped land in Bullhead City.
• Rep. Steve Israel (D - N.Y). The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chair - In 2008, Israel earmarked $490,000 to study a bypass road to ease congestion along a busy commercial corridor that borders the congressman's neighborhood in Dix Hills.
