UC Berkeley 'Braces' as Cat 3 Free Speech Nears

by Nate Jackson: Berkeley braces for right-wing talk show host Ben Shapiro’s visit,” blares the headline at the Los Angeles Times. What the story is about, of course, is the left-wing antifa hoodlums at the University of California-Berkeley who will raise Cain over Shapiro exercising his free speech rights to discuss politics from a conservative point of view. So why is the LA Times characterizing it as the school “bracing” for Shapiro’s Sept. 14 speech? Because the leftist rag is sympathetic to the leftist mob.
Given Berkeley’s ignominious history of campus brownshirts rioting over conservative speakers, the Times notes the school will have an “increased and highly visible police presence” and a “closed perimeter” around the building — access granted only to those with tickets for the speech. At least initially, the school limited ticket sales to half the venue’s capacity, including closing the balcony over safety concerns.
Somewhat humorously, the Times reports, “The university also is offering counseling to students and faculty worried about the event.” A speech by a mainstream conservative at a major university requires counseling for “triggered” students? And without any sense of irony, the school says, “No one should be made to feel threatened or harassed simply because of who they are or for what they believe.” Except conservative speakers, we suppose. Heck, Shapiro left Breitbart News in 2016 over the site’s deep support for Donald Trump, and still students are too fragile to hear what he has to say. Not only fragile, but violent. Let the irony sink in for a minute that these self-styled “Nazi hunters” are targeting a Jew.
Berkeley students were spared facing a hurricane, but heaven help them as they endure proximity to a speech. Oops — we used the word “heaven”…  ~The Patriot Post

{rickwells.us} ~ ABC anchor Charlie Rose, a member of the globalist Council on Foreign Relations, interviewed Trump adviser and friend of the American patriot Steve Bannon at Bannon’s home last week... Bannon no resigned his post last month but continues to remain in contact with President Trump. Rose asks “So how do you want to be perceived? You, today – because you have a media image.” Bannon says, “The media image, I think, is pretty accurate. I’m a street fighter. That’s what I am. He says he thinks that is why he and the President get along so well, they share that characteristic. He describes President Trump as “a great counter-puncher.” Bannon pledges, “I’m going to be his wingman outside for the entire time. Our purpose is to support Donald Trump.” Rose asks, “And to destroy his enemies?” Bannon replies, “To make sure his enemies know that there’s no free shot on goal. “...  https://rickwells.us/steve-bannon-mission-trump/

The Pyongyang regime’s most recent threat is one of its most disturbing to date. North Korea’s state-run media claimed the country could kill millions of Americans by detonating an electro-magnetic pulse in the upper atmosphere over the United States, Fox News reported this week In its most basic terms, an EMP is a burst of energy that wipes out almost all electronic devices. {tommclaughlin.blogspot.com} ~ The principal knocked lightly on my door in the middle of a class. When I looked up, he opened it a crack and said, “The superintendent wants see us in his office right after this period.

CA%2BSnow%2BSchool.JPG
It was 1985. I was teaching US History and current events at the old Snow School in Fryeburg, Maine. The superintendent’s office was a short drive down Portland Street near the traffic lights which weren’t there yet. On the way, he told me it was a parent complaint. As we walked through the door, the secretary pointed to the superintendent’s office saying, “Go right in.”

“Mr. Smith (not his real name) was in here, angry,” he said after we both sat down in front of his desk. “His daughter is in your class, right?”

“Yes.”

“He told me you said President Reagan is either a liar of a fool — and he’s pissed. Did you say that?”

“I did, yes.”

“Why?” he asked.

“Well, Reagan said he wouldn’t negotiate with terrorists, but his administration traded weapons for hostages with Iran,” I answered.
iran%2Bcontra.jpg

“He said he didn’t know anything about it, but it was happening right under his nose. I can come to only two possible conclusions: either he knew about it and he’s lying, or he should have known about it but didn’t — and that would make him a fool.”

“That’s your opinion?”

“Yes.”

“Did you say it was your opinion?”

“I did.”

“I told Mr. Smith he should talk to you about it directly, and come back to me if you two can’t resolve it.”

“I appreciate that.”

“Here’s his number. Give him a call and let me know how you make out.”

rimg.php.jpeg
“Mr. Smith” was a retired Marine and a large person, bigger than me at least. We sat down and I thanked him for coming in. He squared his shoulders and let me know that he didn’t like my criticism of President Reagan and why. I told him same thing I said to the superintendent. After a prolonged stare, he accepted it as he might accept that a bird had crapped on his windshield.

It wasn’t the first time I had annoyed a conservative parent. Another complaint came from a local attorney who also had a daughter in my class and had been elected to the school board. He objected to how I portrayed President Reagan’s invasion of Grenada. After covering what happened down there I had told students I agreed with those whose opinion it was that Reagan was trying to distract America’s attention from his disastrous deployment of American troops at the Beirut Airport. More than 200 US Marines had died in a truck bombing there less than a week before the Grenada invasion. We met and discussed particulars of where we disagreed about what motivated the Grenada invasion. Then he suggested that I needed to offer alternative viewpoints when I presented liberal interpretations to students.

blog_grenada_map.jpg
That seemed reasonable, so I invited him into class to offer one, and a week or so later he did. He took most of a day in all four of my history classes explaining why Granada was important to shipping lanes leading into the Panama Canal. If the island were led by a communist government, American shipping could be threatened as well as US control of the canal itself. Then we both answered questions from students.

Later in the 1980s sometime I found myself sitting at a lunch counter next to a local heating contractor and oil dealer who also had a daughter in my class. After listening to her describe some of our classroom discussions at their dinner table, he concluded that I taught with a liberal bias. “People call you ‘Tommy the Commie,’” he said with a chuckle. “I’d appreciate it if you could offer the other side once in a while.” I thanked him for his feedback and promised I would try to do so.

Reactions from other conservatives in the community were similar. When they didn’t like the way I was teaching, they confronted me face-to-face with specific objections. We’d discuss issues rationally and with civility. If other conservatives complained about me behind my back, I never heard about it. By the early nineties, after I’d become conservative myself and my column was appearing regularly in local newspapers, many, many more complaints came from parents and other members of the community on the left.

the-administrative-disciplinary-process-in-the-philippine-civil-service-10-638.jpg
I lost count of those, but I can recall only two that had names attached, and only one liberal parent ever sat down to talk with me. Typically I would hear from the principal that parents objected to a column or a lesson. When I asked who I’d be told they wanted to remain anonymous.

images.jpeg

So do most of the leftists who comment on my blog. Come to think of it, so do the leftist thugs in Antifa.

200103.jpg
There’s a definite pattern here.

{washingtonexaminer.com} ~ Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon said the Trump administration's biggest mistake came early on when they dropped their "drain the swamp" attitude for the sake of simply forming a government... "In the 48 hours after we won, there's a fundamental decision that was made," Bannon said to Charlie Rose in a "60 Minutes" interview. "You might call it the original sin of the administration. {thesleuthjournal.com} ~ Americans are increasingly embracing socialism, and this is particularly true for young adults under the age of 30. As you will see below, four out of every ten Americans now prefer socialism to capitalism... and if current trends continue it is just a matter of time before those that prefer socialism are in the majority. Of course our society has already been very heavily socialized. We have been trained to believe that if a problem exists, then it is the job of government to fix it, and over time government on all levels of our system has just gotten bigger and bigger. But what most Americans don’t realize is that the United States never would have become an economic powerhouse without free market capitalism, and the further that we drift away from our roots the deeper that our economic problems will become...Thanks to the liberal teaching in our schools and colleges socialism is happening.  http://www.thesleuthjournal.com/40-percent-americans-prefer-socialism/

{
frontpagemag.com} ~ Over the past week, two major US institutions have produced studies that discredit their names and reputations as credible organizations. Their actions are important in and of themselves. But they also point to a disturbing trend in the US in which the credibility of important American institutions is being undermined from within by their members who pursue narrow partisan or ideological agendas in the name of their institutions.

The political implications of this larger trend were clearly in evidence in the 2016 presidential election. From a larger, long-term sociological perspective, if the current trend is not reversed the implications for American society will likely be long lasting and deeply destructive.

The first study was produced by the US Holocaust Memorial Museum. It dealt with the liar-nObama administration’s policies regarding the war in Syria and specifically the acts of mass murder undertaken by the Assad regime. Authored by Cameron Hudson, a former liar-nObama administration national security official who now serves as the director of the museum’s Simon-Skjodt Center for the Prevention of Genocide, the report absolved the liar-nObama administration of all responsibility of the bloodbath in Syria.

As reported by Tablet magazine, the paper argued that “a variety of factors, which were more or less fixed, made it very difficult from the beginning for the US government to take effective action to prevent atrocities in Syria.”

The paper’s claim was based on “computational modeling and game theory methods, as well as interviews with experts and policy-makers.” It argued that had then-president Barack liar-nObama not ignored his own redline and actually responded with force to the regime’s 2013 chemical weapons attack at Ghouta, it wouldn’t have made a difference.

In the last months of the liar-nObama administration, liar-nObama appointed several of his loyalists, including his deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes, to positions on the board of the Holocaust Memorial Museum. Rhodes was one of the architects of liar-nObama’s Syria policy.

After sections of the report were released to Tablet and the report was posted on the museum’s website, its findings were angrily rejected by prominent Jewish communal leaders and human rights activists.

For instance, literary critic Leon Wieseltier told Tablet, “The first thing I have to say is: Shame on the Holocaust Museum.”

He added, “If I had the time I would gin up a parody version of this that will give us the computational- modeling algorithmic counterfactual analysis of then-US assistant secretary of war John J. McCloy’s decision not to bomb the Auschwitz ovens in 1944. I’m sure we could concoct the f***ing algorithm for that, too.”

Wieseltier was exactly right. A mathematical model is based on inputs and outputs. If you input specific data, you will get specific consequences. From an academic perspective, the study’s findings are worthless.

In the wake of the firestorm the report provoked, the museum pulled the study from its website and canceled its scheduled formal presentation on September 11.

But the damage that the Holocaust Memorial Museum did to its reputation by producing and publishing a transparently false, politically motivated report is not something that can be mitigated by pulling it from its website.

As some of the Jewish communal leaders who spoke to Tablet suggested, the Holocaust Memorial Museum diminished its moral authority as an institution by publishing a report clearly produced to rewrite recent history in a manner that absolved the liar-nObama administration of all responsibility for the mass murder in Syria.

While distressing, the impact of the Holocaust Memorial Museum’s action is limited to a historical falsehood. The goal of the second study published this week by an esteemed institution is to distort and indeed block discussion about a problem that is ongoing.

This week, Stanford University’s Research Group in Education and Jewish Studies published a report which purports to show that there is no significant antisemitism on US college campuses and that Jewish students do not feel threatened by antisemitism.

The Stanford’s conclusions fly in the face of a massive body of data, collected by researchers over the past decade, which all show the opposite to be the case. If the Stanford study is believed, it will discredit the work of hundreds of professional researchers and academics, journalists and Jewish and academic leaders throughout the US.

But that’s the thing of it. The Stanford study is utter nonsense.

As the researchers, led by Associate Professor of Education of Jewish Studies Ari Kelman, made clear in their report, their study is the product of interviews with a deliberately chosen, nonrepresentative group of 66 Jewish students from five California campuses who are not involved in Jewish life.

The researchers said that they deliberately chose only Jews who aren’t involved in Jewish life on campus, since they make up the majority of Jewish students on campuses. The researchers claimed that reports on campus antisemitism are generally distorted, because they generally highlight the views of the minority of students who deeply involved in Jewish life at their universities. Their views, the researchers said, are different from the views of Jews who aren’t involved.

There is certainly a valid argument to be made for researching the views of uninvolved Jewish students about antisemitism on campus. But the researchers didn’t do that. They didn’t survey a random, and therefore statistically meaningful sample of uninvolved Jews.

They went to great length to ensure that the “uninvolved” Jewish students were their sort of “uninvolved” Jewish students. As they wrote, “We screened students with respect to their activities in order to determine whether or not they fit our general criteria so as to minimize those with vastly different definitions of ‘involvement’ than ours.”

Armed with their painstakingly selected, nonrepresentative 66 Jewish students, Kelman and his team concluded that all the researchers who have conducted statistically relevant studies of Jewish students on US university campuses are wrong. There isn’t a problem with antisemitism on campus. All the Jewish students the researchers spoke with felt perfectly safe on their campuses as Jews.

This academically worthless finding, published under the Stanford University letterhead, would be bad enough. But the fact is that this finding is the least sinister aspect of the study.

The real purpose of the “study” was to use this deliberately selected group of students to shut down debate on the most prevalent and fastest growing form of antisemitism on campuses: anti-Zionism.

The survey found that their interlocutors “reject the conflation of Jewish and Israel.”

“They chafe at the assumption that they, as Jews, necessarily support Israeli policies. They object to the accusation that American Jews are responsible for the actions of the Israeli government, and they express similar discomforts with the expectation that all Jews should be Zionists.”

At the same time, they really don’t like Israel much at all. The survey’s Jewish students “struggle with Israel,” whose actions “generally often contradict their own political values.”

Here we begin to see the ideological purpose of the pseudo-academic Stanford study.

First things first. The uninvolved students who think that Israel’s actions “generally often contradict their own political values” told Kelman and his colleagues that they are offended by “the accusation that American Jews are responsible for the actions of the Israeli government.”

And this makes sense because that accusation is self-evidently a form of antisemitism. Like antisemites who accuse Jews of killing Jesus, antisemites on campuses is ascribe responsibility for the alleged “crimes” of the Jewish state to American Jewish students in California.

So by “chafing” at the allegation, the students his researchers deliberately selected acknowledged that they are offended by antisemitism.

But then, helpfully, they agreed with the researchers that antisemitism isn’t antisemitism.

The study went on to explain that its student correspondents have been intimidated into silence by the “tone of campus political activism in general, and around Israel and Palestine specifically.”

That tone, they said, is “severe, divisive and alienating,” and the students wish to avoid paying “the social costs” of involvement.

So a study involving a deliberately selected, nonrepresentative sample of Jewish students who acknowledge that they don’t think much of Israel still found that the atmosphere of the debate about Israel is so wretched that Jews who might otherwise have wished to participate are too scared to speak their minds.

Somehow, the researchers managed to ignore this obvious finding. Instead of paying attention to the elephant in the room, Kelman and his team pretended the elephant was a dishwasher.

They concluded the problem isn’t the antisemites.

Kelman told Tablet that in addition to being “turned off” by people who blame them for Israel – that is, antisemites, “they’re similarly turned off by the assumptions of people in the Jewish community that all Jews will get behind the actions of the State of Israel.”

In other words, the antisemitism of the students who accuse them of responsibility for Israel’s policies because they are Jews is just as bad as the attempts by pro-Israel students to get them involved in defending Israel – a place Kelman’s deliberately unrepresentative sample doesn’t care for very much.

By conflating pro-Israel Jews and antisemitic Israel- bashers, the Stanford researchers give cover for continued antisemitism on campus.

As they explain things in the name of their unrepresentative Jewish students, attacking Jews as Jews is just part of a legitimate, if alienating, debate about Israel where Israel’s defenders are as bad as its opponents.

Students who call for Israel’s annihilation and demand that Jews not defend Israel’s right to exist, are not antisemites for wanting to kill more than 6 million Israeli Jews and attacking anyone who doesn’t share their genocidal view. They are just partisans in a legitimate debate.

BDS supporters who wish to wage economic and cultural war on Israel and Israeli Jews just because Israel exists aren’t antisemites. They are just advocates of a legitimate policy preference.

Anti-Israel activists who attack any American Jews who profess support for Zionism aren’t antisemites. They, like pro-Israel students, are just engaging in an unpleasant but entirely legitimate debate.

By publishing their findings under Stanford’s name, Kelman and his associates are using Stanford’s brand to give credence to their pseudo-academic research whose transparent and pernicious goal is to end public debate about antisemitism on college campuses while keeping Jewish students intimidated into silence.

Whereas the Holocaust Memorial Museum was rightly excoriated for its willingness to have its institution hijacked for narrow partisan ends that distort the historical record, media reports of the Stanford pseudo-study have been respectful. This is deeply troubling. So long as institutions pay no price for the exploitation of their name by agenda- driven members, they will not rein in their members. And over time, the American public’s faith in its national institutions will continue to diminish, to the detriment of the US as a whole.

The Cleveland Browns — Getting It Right?
PZ15Wth9TIXkurdg7_bkefyc1cys74NuXkZTt5npsjh8QVvPes2zUdZmjz4JeRJXhXVVb8Np5V2PEpQWsjbfP3j-ZdLK_Wh_Q6dDO8a1whbQtPVpe0RL_eTTM8LygZM=s0-d-e1-ft#%3Ca%20rel%3Dnofollow%20href=
by Mark Alexander:  Four weeks ago, a group of Cleveland Browns players took a knee (ostensibly to pray) during our National Anthem. Recall, if you will, that former San Francisco star quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who started this absurd celebrity knee protest, is now unemployed – and his unemployment is being blamed on NFL “racism,” even though more than 70% of NFL players are not white.
A week after the Browns’ protest, former Browns Hall of Fame running back Jim Brown criticized the Browns team and Kaepernick for disrespecting our country:
Colin has to make up his mind whether he’s truly an activist or whether he’s a football player. … I’m going to give you the real deal. I’m an American. I don’t desecrate my flag and my national anthem. I’m not gonna do anything against the flag and the national anthem. I’m going to work within those situations. But this is my country, and I’ll work out the problems, but I’ll do it in an intelligent manner.
As a result of Jim Brown’s remarks and protests from NFL fans, the following week all the Cleveland Browns players stood for the national anthem.
Sunday, the Browns organization took another step in the right direction. Ahead of their game against the Pittsburgh Steelers – and the anniversary observance of the 9/11 Islamist attack on our nation Monday, the Browns took the field flanked by U.S. military personnel, police and first responders. This was, arguably, a repudiation of Kaepernick – and by extension, the former St. Louis Rams and their fake “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” charade after the Ferguson race-bait riots of 2014.
As for Kaepernick, don’t feel too bad for him. According to Business Insider, “After leading the San Francisco 49ers to consecutive NFC championship games and one Super Bowl, Colin Kaepernick was rewarded with a ‘record’ seven-year, $126 million contract in 2014. But after three seasons of declining production, including one season of headlines surrounding his protest of the national anthem, [Kaepernick has only] received $39.4 million from the deal.”
Not a bad run for a child born to a destitute white woman, abandoned by his black father, then adopted and raised in privilege by Rick and Teresa Kaepernick, an affluent white couple. His anger is badly misplaced — it is his birth father who was his “oppressor,” not America, where a very generous white couple came to his rescue. (Wait, that sounds a LOT like the bio of an “oppressed” former president.)
As for the NFL, their MSM viewer ratings are the worst on record for an opening season – and the same can be said for ESPN’s ratings.  ~The Patriot Post

In the midst of international worry about the nuclear aims of North Korea’s tyrant dictator Kim Jong Un, Seal Team Six is reportedly training a South Korean assassination crew to sever the head of the snake. According to the Times of London, the training exercises are underway in South Korea as the regime in the north continues to push the boundaries in its nuclear and ballistic missile testing. {washingtonpost.com} ~ Several influential House conservatives are privately plotting ways to use the legislative calendar this fall to push their hard-line agenda — including quiet discussions about possibly mounting a leadership challenge to House Speaker Paul D. Ryan... The group has gone so far as to float the idea of recruiting former House speaker Newt Gingrich or former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum as potential replacements for Ryan (R-Wis.) should there be a rebellion. The Constitution does not require that an elected member of the House serve as speaker. REMEMBERING TRUMAN
by Burt Prelutsky

I recently suggested in an article that Trump very much reminds me of Truman, and it’s not just because their names are so similar. Still, when you realize that the only difference between the two names is the difference between “an” and “p,” it does seem to suggest something of a cosmic connection.

I know that people look for different things in their presidents. Some want an inspirational leader, some a quasi-religious figure, others a combination of a commander-in-chief and a king. I prefer someone I can imagine spending time with, just talking. Aside from Truman and Trump, Reagan is the only one of the other 12 presidents who have had the job since I was born who would have filled the bill.

There were issues Truman and I agreed about, such as dropping the atom bombs on Japan and desegregating the military, and things where we parted, as with his support of Adlai Stevenson and not getting rid of Alger Hiss and the other communists who, along with Hiss, had wormed their way into FDR’s Soviet-leaning State Department.

Because history has proven kind to Truman, it’s difficult to realize that he was despised by a great many of his contemporaries. They thought that he drank too much and cursed too much to be considered presidential. He struck them as uncouth and unsavory. But he was a man who had friends, not just the party hacks who surround every president because they regard it as a good career move.

Two things took place during the 1948 election that so far as I’m concerned shine a light on what made Truman special. Although we all know that he defeated Thomas Dewey, what might be forgotten was that Truman was given less of a chance to win than Donald Trump was.

When someone, possibly Truman himself, decided that he needed to rent a train and ride it across country, giving a series of speeches from the rear platform at depots along the way, it was discovered there wasn’t enough money available. No doubt the DNC decided that they didn’t want to squander what they had in the coffers on what was sure to be a lost cause, figuring the money would be better spent trying to elect senators and congressmen.

It was at that point that a few of Truman’s old friends in Missouri, mainly men who had served with Truman’s company in WWI, decided that good old Harry deserved a fighting chance. So, they came up with the money to finance the train trip, even though they were mainly Republicans.

Many people wondered why despite all the constant attacks on his Secretary of State, Dean Acheson, Truman never wavered, never even considered firing him. It’s probably because all the smart guys in Washington wrote off Truman, figuring he’d be gone in a few months, so when Truman returned from the whistle stop campaign, there was only one person at the train station to welcome him back to Washington….Dean Acheson.

● Someone sent me something she saw on Facebook: “You know the problem in the Middle East? They have a glaring lack of community organizers. We should send them some of ours.”

I replied; “Just some? How about all? We could even start with the most famous one of the bunch.”

● Someone else sent me something that bears repeating, bearing on the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. The source is anonymous, otherwise I’d give credit where it’s due.

“Hundreds and hundreds of small boats pulled by countless pickups and SUVs from across the South are headed to Houston, mostly driven by men. They’re using their own property, sacrificing their own time, spending their own money, and risking their own lives for one reason: to help total strangers in desperate need.

“Most of them are by themselves. Most are dressed like the redneck duck hunters and bass fishermen they are. Many are veterans. Most are wearing well-used gimme-hats, t-shirts and jeans; and there’s a preponderance of camo. Most are probably gun owners, and most probably voted for Trump. These are the people the Left loves to hate, the ones Maddow mocks. The ones Maher and Olbermann just ‘know’ they’re so much better than. These are the Quiet Ones. They don’t wear masks and tear down statues. They don’t, as a rule, march and demonstrate. And most have probably never been to a Whole Foods.

“But they’ll spend the next several days wading in cold, dirty water, dodging gators and water moccasins and fire ants; eating whatever meager rations are available; and sleeping wherever they can in dirty, damp clothes. Their reward is the tears and the hugs and the smiles from the terrified people they help. They’ll deliver one boatload, and then go back for more.

“When disaster strikes, it’s what men do. Real men. Heroic men. American men. And then they’ll knock back a few shots, or a few beers with like-minded men they’ve never met before, and talk about fish, or ten-point bucks, or the benefits of hollow-point ammo, or their F-150. And the next time they hear someone talk about ‘the patriarchy’ or ‘white male privilege’ or ‘safe spaces from micro aggression’ on the media, they’ll snort and turn off the TV and go to bed.

“In the meantime, they’ll likely be up again before dawn, to do it again. Until the helpless are rescued and the work’s done. They’re unlikely to be reimbursed. There won’t be medals. They won’t care. They’re American heroes, it is just who they are and what they do.”

Thanks to my friend, Art Hershey, for passing it along.

I’m reminded that although it probably won’t wind up in the history books the way certain other events do, in a way Hurricane Harvey was our own Dunkirk. It was over the course of several days in late May and early June of 1940 that thousands of Englishmen piloting every imaginable sort of seagoing vessel, ranging from yachts to rowboats, rescued 338,000 English and French soldiers stranded on the French coastline at Dunkirk, facing death or captivity at the hands of the Nazis.

Some have called that rescue mission a matter of divine intervention. But sometimes, as the recent rescue mission in Texas has shown, even God needs a helping hand.

{
townhall.com} ~ Donald Trump is president today because he was seen as a doer not a talker. Among the most common compliments paid him in 2016 was, "At least he gets things done!"

And it was exasperation with a dithering GOP Congress, which had failed to enact his or its own agenda, that caused Trump to pull the job of raising the debt ceiling away from Republican contractors Ryan & McConnell, and give it to Pulosi & clown-Schumer.

Hard to fault Trump. Over seven months, Congress showed itself incapable of repealing liar-nObamacare, though the GOP promised this as its first priority in three successive elections.

Returning to D.C. after five weeks vacation, with zero legislation enacted, Speaker Paul Ryan and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell were facing a deadline to raise the debt ceiling and fund the government.

Failure to do so would crash the markets, imperil the U.S. bond rating, and make America look like a deadbeat republic.

Families and businesses do this annually. Yet, every year, it seems, Congress goes up to the precipice of national default before authorizing the borrowing to pay the bills Congress itself has run up.

To be sure, Trump only kicked this year's debt crisis to mid-December.

Before year's end, he and Congress will also have to deal with an immigration crisis brought on by his cancellation of the liar-nObama administration's amnesty for the "Dreamers" now vulnerable to deportation.

He will have to get Congress to fund his Wall, enact tax reform and finance the repair and renewal of our infrastructure, or have his first year declared a failure.

We are likely looking at a Congressional pileup, pre-Christmas, from which Trump will have to call on Chuck clown-Schumer and Nancy Pulosi, again, to extricate him and his party.

The question that now arises: Has the president concluded that working with the GOP majorities alone cannot get him where he needs to go to make his a successful presidency?

Having cut a deal with Democrats for help with the debt ceiling, will Trump seek a deal with Democrats on amnesty for the "Dreamers," in return for funding for border security? Trump seemed to be signaling receptivity to the idea this week.

Will he give up on free-trade Republicans to work with Democrats to protect U.S. jobs and businesses from predator traders like China?

Will he cut a deal with Hill Democrats on which infrastructure projects should be funded first? Will he seek out compromise with Democrats on whose taxes should be cut and whose retained?

We could be looking at a seismic shift in national politics, with Trump looking to centrist and bipartisan coalitions to achieve as much of his agenda as he can. He could collaborate with Federalist Society Republicans on justices and with economic-nationalist Democrats on tariffs.

But the Congressional gridlock that exhausted the president's patience may prove more serious than a passing phase. The Congress of the United States, whose powers were delineated in the late 18th century, may simply not be an institution suited to the 21st.

A century ago, Congress ceded to the Federal Reserve its right "to coin money and regulate the value thereof." It has yielded to the third branch, the Supreme Court, the power to invent new rights, as in Roe v. Wade. Its power to "regulate commerce with foreign nations" has been assumed by an executive branch that negotiates the trade treaties, leaving Congress to say yea or nay.

Congress alone has the power to declare war. But recent wars have been launched by presidents over Congressional objection, some without consultation. We are close to a second major war in Korea, the first of which, begun in 1950, was never declared by the Congress, but declared by Harry Truman to be a "police action."

In the age of the internet and cable TV, the White House is seen as a locus of decision and action, while Capitol Hill takes months to move. Watching Congress, the word torpor invariably comes to mind, which one Webster's Dictionary defines as "a state of mental and motor inactivity with partial or total insensibility."

Result: In a recent survey, 72 percent of Americans expressed high confidence in the military; 12 percent said the same of Congress.

The members of Congress the TV cameras reward with air time are most often mavericks like RINO-John McCain, Lindsay Graham and RINO-Jeff Flake, who will defy a president the media largely detest.

At the onset of the post-Cold War era, some contended that democracy was the inevitable future of mankind. But autocracy is holding its own. Russia, China, India, Turkey, Egypt come to mind.

If democracy, as Freedom House contends, is in global retreat, one reason may be that, in our new age, legislatures, split into hostile blocs checkmating one another, cannot act with the dispatch impatient peoples now demand of their rulers.

In the days of Henry Clay and Daniel Webster, Congress was a rival to even strong presidents. Those days are long gone.

15 States Sue Trump Over Rescinding DACA

by Political Editors:  In America, we are witnessing a dangerous trend of elected leaders who spurn laws with which they disagree in favor of their own emotion-based “morals.” When Donald Trump rescinded Barack liar-nObama’s unconstitutional Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) executive order, several elected officials on both sides of the aisle seemingly lost all objectivity on the Constitution’s designed separation of powers. Their arguments amounted to emotional agonizing over the situation for these “Dreamers,” while little perspective was offered as to how this whole problem was created. Honestly, for those members of Congress blaming Trump, their ire is misplaced. They should be blaming themselves for not passing legislation and liar-nObama for unconstitutionally implementing a law they didn’t pass.
On Wednesday, attorneys general from 15 states filed a federal lawsuit against Trump over his DACA decision. While the merits of DACA may be debated, there is no debate as to the unconstitutional manner by which liar-nObama declared it the law. Now that Trump has moved to correct liar-nObama’s error, it’s laughable that these Democrat-controlled states are calling Trump’s action “unconstitutional.”
The lawsuit argues that Trump’s actions on DACA are “animus-driven,” unconstitutional and are driven by his desire “to punish and disparage people with Mexican roots.” In other words, their argument boils down to “Trump doesn’t like Mexicans, therefore its unconstitutional.” It’s ironic that these attorneys general who allegedly deal with issues of law and order on a daily basis are suing to maintain a “law” that was illegally created. They are undermining the very system they’re sworn to uphold, all to put Trump in check. They are assuming and promoting a double standard, but then again, what else is new?  ~The Patriot Post

{rickwells.us} ~ As politicians of every type attempt to claw their way to the top of the “I love dreamers more than you do pile,” the irrepressible liar-Hillary Clinton was right there on the sleazier side of the pile... doing what she always does, pandering with the changing wind. While promoting her book Hard Choices, liar-Clinton conducted an interview in June of 2014 with CNN reporter Christiane Amanpour in which she had a much stricter view of what needed to be done with children, including those who fit the “DREAMer” description, who entered the country illegally. She said then that, “We have to send a clear message, just because your child gets across the border, that doesn’t mean the child gets to stay...  http://rickwells.us/hypocrite-hillary-clinton-illegals/

{freebeacon.com} ~ The Trump administration is considering forcing Israel to hand back some $75 million in U.S. aid dollars that were awarded by Congress following a hotly contested effort by the liar-nObama administration to financially limit the U.S.-Israel military alliance... according to senior Congressional sources and others familiar with the situation. Congress allocated Israel an additional $75 million in U.S. aid last year, bringing the total package to around $38 billion, despite attempts by the liar-nObama administration to restrict Israeli efforts to lobby Congress in favor of greater funding for several key military projects. Lawmakers had objected to the Obama administration’s last minute Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Israel, which capped U.S. aid dollars to the Jewish state and included a provision barring Israel from requesting greater financial assistance from the U.S. Congress...  http://freebeacon.com/national-security/trump-admin-considering-demanding-israel-give-back-key-u-s-military-aid/?utm_source=Freedom+Mail&utm_campaign=26b39d9104-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2017_09_08&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_b5e6e0e9ea-26b39d9104-45611665

{rickwells.us} ~ So much for the lawsuit claims by former DHS Secretary and UC president Janet Napolitano that President Trump developed his position on DACA on a whim... The No. 2 Senate Democrat, Dick Durbin, has been working his White House contact, fellow liberal Democrat Jared Kushner, hard, to press President Trump into coming around to their shared opinion, that illegal aliens should be given citizenship because they played no active role in their violation of our borders. They are playing an active role every hour they remain, but the only part they consider relevant are those they can use to help justify free citizenships. That one day they crossed the border is it. {theconservativetreehouse.com} ~ The United States called for a vote Monday on a U.N. resolution that would impose the toughest-ever sanctions on North Korea, a move that could lead to a showdown with the country’s biggest trading partner China and its neighbor Russia... The Trump administration adopted a totally new approach with this resolution, circulating an American draft Tuesday and setting a vote six days later. With previous sanctions resolutions, the U.S. spent weeks and sometimes months negotiating the text with China and then presenting a resolution to the rest of the Security Council for a vote. Several diplomats said the U.S. demand for a speedy council vote was aimed at putting maximum pressure on China and reflected Washington’s escalating concern over North Korea’s latest nuclear test, which its leaders touted as a hydrogen bomb, and its recent ballistic missile launch over Japan...  https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2017/09/09/u-s-calls-for-unsc-resolution-vote-on-Monday/

by David Limbaugh
{wnd.com} ~ It’s rich that rule of law-scoffing Democratic Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Dick Durbin grilled one of President Trump’s judicial nominees, law professor Amy Coney Barrett, for placing her religious beliefs above the law.

During Barrett’s appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, Durbin asked her, “Do you consider yourself an orthodox Catholic?”

Apparently, Durbin thought he had Barrett dead to rights because of assertions she made in a law review article she co-wrote with her law professor in 1998 as a third-year student at Notre Dame Law School. In the article, “Catholic Judges in Capital Cases,” the authors discussed the question of whether “orthodox” Catholic judges and other judges morally opposed to the death penalty should sit in death penalty cases.

In these cases, the judges are faced with the dilemma of being bound “by oath, professional commitment, and the demands of citizenship to enforce the death penalty” while “also being obliged to adhere to their church’s teaching on moral matters.”

On reviewing the Roman Catholic Church’s teachings and the relevant federal statutes, the authors concluded that judges faced with such a dilemma should recuse themselves in applicable cases, thereby honoring their moral duty without violating their legal duty.

In an explanatory footnote, the authors explained they were using the term “orthodoxy” in a limited context to describe those following the church’s teachings on this issue. They were careful to note that they weren’t casting aspersions on the overall faith of Catholics who don’t adhere to the church’s teachings on the death penalty.

Seizing on the term, Durbin thought he would corner Barrett into admitting that she is an “orthodox” Catholic, presumably to impugn her as some Roman Catholic fundamentalist whose religious extremism would lead her to flout the Constitution. Durbin’s slimy distortion of Barrett’s unambiguous words revealed that he either hadn’t read her article or deliberately twisted her meaning. In this sleazy effort to entrap Barrett in a constitutional snare, Durbin landed himself in one of his own, because it is inappropriate for a senator to ask such a question of a judicial nominee, as the Constitution prohibits religious tests of any public officer.

Sen. Feinstein’s questioning was just as odious, as she upbraided Barrett for her Catholic faith, saying, “The dogma lives loudly within you, and that’s of concern.”

It’s particularly reprehensible for these secular-virtue-signaling senators to invoke their pernicious little trick bag to discredit Barrett because in her law review article, she explicitly addressed this very question and left no doubt that the law must control.

Indeed, the entire point of the article was to acknowledge and seek resolution for a judge’s dilemma in this very situation. Shamefully, the scolding senatorial duo intentionally ignored Barrett’s emphatic assertion that “judges cannot – nor should they try to – align our legal system with the Church’s moral teaching whenever the two diverge.”

That is, Barrett unequivocally affirmed judges’ duty to the Constitution and the law and concluded that a judge may not superimpose her religious beliefs onto the legal system. The senators ignored that because it dispositively negates the impression they wanted to create with their questioning – that Barrett would subordinate the law to her religious beliefs.

Isn’t it comical that these two senators were feigning fealty to the rule of law when the Democratic Party advocates an activist judiciary, whereby judges make laws instead of merely interpreting them?

The senators are not concerned about the integrity of the law. They are just hostile to those with a decidedly Christian worldview, even if in this particular case the Catholic position happens to generally align with the politically liberal view on the death penalty.

Sadly, the modern liberal position concerning so-called church-and-state issues has become increasingly extreme. Liberals are no longer satisfied with their already bloated interpretation of the First Amendment’s establishment clause, which was originally designed to prevent the federal government from establishing a national church or religion. They’ve long been trying to remove most symbols and expressions of Christianity from the public square – even sometimes when the connection with the federal, state, county or local government is merely tenuous.

But now they are going even further, suggesting that the personal religious beliefs of public officials in any branch or level of government – not just the judiciary – should in no way influence their policy preferences. The absurdity of this should be obvious to any fair and reasonable observer. The policy preferences of every human being – and thus every public officeholder – are necessarily informed by his or her worldview.

Let’s just ask the senators whether their own worldview leads them to oppose the death penalty and, if so, whether that worldview would prevent them from following the law in death penalty cases. Better yet, would their worldview – religious or not – lead them to ignore and rewrite the law in any other areas, such as abortion, immigration, health care and taxes?

We know the answer. Ends-justify-the-means leftists, almost to a man or woman, have no hesitation in subordinating the law to their policy goals. It’s only when a Republican officeholder or nominee is openly Christian that they get worked up about this. But as usual, their simulated concern is misplaced, because Christian constitutionalists are the last people they need to fear in such cases. As adherents to the rule of law, they will not, no matter how religious or “orthodox” they are, ignore the law.

Despite their posturing, Durbin and Feinstein know that most liberal senators wouldn’t even face a dilemma in such cases. If the existing law doesn’t suit them and they don’t have the political clout to amend it through the proper legislative process, they’ll just ignore it as a bygone relic. They are fooling no one

UK teachers “scared” to teach about 9/11 for fear of being labeled “Islamophobic”

( Muslims do not assimilate! They infiltrate! )

This is what a society that has capitulated looks like. UK teachers should teach about 9/11 forthrightly, and explain to their students about the Islamic teachings that motivated it, and the nature and magnitude of the global jihad threat. Instead, they cower in fear of Muslim parents and students. That’s no way to win a war. And they won’t win it.

“Teachers ‘scared’ to teach lessons on 9/11 terror attack,” by Camilla Turner, Telegraph, September 9, 2017:

Some teachers are too scared to discuss 9/11 with their pupils as they fear a backlash from Muslim parents, a leading expert in counter-extremism education has warned.

Kamal Hanif OBE, who was appointed by the Government to turn around three schools at the heart of the “Trojan Horse” scandal, said that some teachers have a “misplaced” concern that they will cause offence if they raise 9/11 in the classroom.

He said that some teachers – particularly those who work in schools with a high proportion of Muslim students – see it as a contentious topic and shy away from teaching it.

“Teachers sometimes have a fear that this might be controversial,” he said.

“[They think] if we teach about this we might get Muslim parents objecting.”

Mr Hanif, who is executive principal of Waverley Education Foundation and has advised the Department for Education (DfE) on combating counter-extremism in schools, said that such views are misguided.

“There is a fear [among teachers] but it is not really grounded in anything,” he said.

“It is based on their stereotypical view of a community as opposed to the reality. It is very misplaced. It is an assumption.”

His comments come ahead of the 16th anniversary of 9/11, which saw 2,997 killed when Al-Qaeda launched a series of coordinated terrorist attacks after hijacking planes and crashing them into the World Trade Centre complex and the Pentagon.

Mr Hanif is a trustee for the educational charity Since 9/11, which provides free teaching resources about the attacks and their aftermath.

The resources, which are endorsed by the Department for Education and the Home Office, are aimed at secondary school children, but the charity is now developing a new set of materials for primary schools.

Sir Steve Lancashire, the chief executive of a multi academy trust which which is piloting the materials in its 55 primary schools, said a lot of teachers feel “uncomfortable” about the legacy of 9/11.

“We need to address the nervousness of teachers to teach this kind of subject. Teacher don’t feel well equipped on facts – there are a lot of conspiracy theories, a lot of misinformation,” he said.

The superhead said teachers are scared that they will be accused by their students of being Islamophobic if they try to teach about 9/11 and its legacy….

Feds have at least six open cases looking at Islamic State support in Minnesota

( Muslims do not assimilate! They infiltrate! )

Vibrant diversity in the Minneapolis area.

“Feds have at least six open cases looking at ISIS support in Minnesota,” by Stephen Montemayor, Star Tribune, September 9, 2017 (thanks to Blazing Cat Fur):

The St. Louis Park family had just started a two-month vacation with relatives in Morocco in 2015 when they noticed that their 18-year-old son was on his cellphone even more than usual.

He told them it was just a distraction while adjusting to the Casablanca area, a place he found more hectic than his suburban hometown.

But within days, Abdelhamid Al-Madioum had disappeared.

His parents now know that the young man had secretly booked a flight to Istanbul, on his way to Syria to join the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

His case, laid out in newly unsealed court filings, is the first new disclosure of a young Minnesotan attempting the terrorism pilgrimage since the high-profile prosecution of nine Twin Cities men drew national attention last year.

And while that case seemed to close a chapter on one of the FBI’s biggest terror recruitment probes, the new documents underscore what federal authorities have been quietly saying for months: Their investigation of terrorist recruiting in Minnesota is far from finished.

In addition to Al-Madioum’s case, the Star Tribune has identified at least five other open investigations alleging ISIS support in Minnesota, with cases from 2015 to as recently as late last year….

France: Muslims with Paris bomb factory admit to plotting jihad massacres for the Islamic State

( Muslims do not assimilate! They infiltrate! )

Yet another convert to Islam gets the crazy idea that the Religion of Peace commands treason and mass murder. Authorities remain wholly uninterested in this phenomenon.

“The two men have been named as Franco-Algerian market vendor Ali Mohammed Rahmani, 36, and Frédéric L, a 37-year-old unemployed convert to Islam.”

Why is Ali Mohammed Rahmani’s surname given, but Frédéric L’s isn’t?

“French men admit to IS-inspired plot after accidental bomb factory discovery,” RFI, September 11, 2017:

Two men who had set up a bomb factory in a Paris bedsit have admitted planning terror attacks and been charged and kept in detention awaiting trial.

The pair were manufacturing explosives so as to launch an attack but had not decided on a target, public prosecutor François Molins said after they were charged on Sunday.

One of them told investigators they were thinking of attacking soldiers involved in France’s anti-terror Sentinelle operation….

Police found 105 grammes of triacetone triperoxide (TATP) and material for making three to four kilos of the explosive, which is widely used in bombings.

Video on a USB key found at the scene showed tests of the explosive and a computer showed traces of searches for “Islamic State”, chemicals, explosives and video games simulating driving of lorries, such as those used in attacks in Nice, Barcelona and Berlin.

The next day more bomb-making materials were found in a lock-up garage rented by Rahmani.

The two men have been named as Franco-Algerian market vendor Ali Mohammed Rahmani, 36, and Frédéric L, a 37-year-old unemployed convert to Islam….

Rahmani was not known to police but Frédéric L was on France’s radicalisation watchlist.

In 2015 he had been in contact with Islamic State propagandist Rachid Kassim, who was killed in an air-raid in IS-held territory, according to Molins.

The pair have admitted to considering joining IS in 2015 but dropping the idea because they did not have the money or the contacts to do so easily, police say.

Can’t We Talk? No, We Can’t

There is a new film out by Pamela Geller, Can’t We Talk About This? Those were the last words spoken by Theo Van Gogh as he was being murdered at 9 in the morning on a main thoroughfare in Amsterdam. I urge you to watch and support this film.

Van Gogh was a good friend of Pam’s. He had just completed a short film with Ayaan Hirsi Ali, titled Submission. It describes the treatment of women under Islam. Mohammed Bouyeri, a Moroccan-Dutch Muslim, took offense at the film and shot Van Gogh as he was riding to work on his bike. Bouyeri then stabbed Van Gogh, cutting his neck in an attempt to behead him. He used a second knife to pin a note on Van Gogh’s body.

The note was addressed to Ali and others, including Jews, Netherlands politicians, and a long list of the usual suspects. Fraught with misspellings, the five-page letter started:

Dear miss Hirshi Ali,

Since your appearence in the political arena of the Netherlands you are constantly engaging in terrorizing Muslims and Islam with your remarks. You are not the first at this and will also not be the last who has joined the crusade against Islam.

With your defection you have not only turned your back on the Truth, but you also march along the ranks of the soldiers of evil. You mince no words about your hostility against Islam, and for this your masters have rewarded you with a seat in parliament.

They have found in you a companion in their crusade against Islam and Muslims.

A companion who gives them the “gunpowder” so they don’t have to do the dirty work…

Did you catch that? Hirsi Ali is terrorizing Muslims by talking about her treatment at their hands.

Right.

I would like to believe Mr. Bouyeri is just a maladjusted lunatic, but unfortunately he represents a familiar mindset and temperament among Muslims. A September 7th Time magazine interview quotes Yahya Cholil Staquf, one of Indonesia’s most influential Islamic leaders. What he says is so important I have reproduced a few of the Q & As here. It is especially important given Time magazine’s reach and its liberal readership:

Q: Many Western politicians and intellectuals say that Islamist terrorism has nothing to do with Islam. What is your view?

A: Western politicians should stop pretending that extremism and terrorism have nothing to do with Islam. There is a clear relationship between fundamentalism, terrorism, and the basic assumptions of Islamic orthodoxy. So long as we lack consensus regarding this matter, we cannot gain victory over fundamentalist violence within Islam.

Q: What basic assumptions within traditional Islam are problematic?

A: The relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims, the relationship of Muslims with the state, and Muslims’ relationship to the prevailing legal system wherever they live … Within the classical tradition, the relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims is assumed to be one of segregation and enmity.

Perhaps there were reasons for this during the Middle Ages, when the tenets of Islamic orthodoxy were established, but in today’s world such a doctrine is unreasonable. To the extent that Muslims adhere to this view of Islam, it renders them incapable of living harmoniously and peacefully within the multi-cultural, multi-religious societies of the 21st century. (Emphasis added)

I put that last sentence in italics because in my Red-Green Axis presentations, I stress the inability of many Muslim refugees to assimilate. In fact, their goal is not assimilation but conquest. The interview continues:

Q: A Western politician would likely be accused of racism for saying what you just said.

A: I’m not saying that Islam is the only factor causing Muslim minorities in the West to lead a segregated existence, often isolated from society as a whole. There may be other factors on the part of the host nations, such as racism, which exists everywhere in the world. But traditional Islam — which fosters an attitude of segregation and enmity toward non-Muslims — is an important factor. (Emphasis added)

Here again, Staquf reinforces my assertion that Muslims do not want to assimilate.

Leftists and establishment Republicans (but I repeat myself) claim that terrorist groups like ISIS are un-Islamic – that they have somehow “hijacked” an otherwise peaceful religion. National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster asserts this in his defense of Islam. (Note: my exposé of McMaster reveals much more about this horribly unacceptable Trump advisor). Staquf has a blunt answer to this belief (italicized portions are my emphases):

Q: So the call by radicals to establish a caliphate, including by ISIS, is not un-Islamic?

A: No, it is not. [ISIS’s] goal of establishing a global caliphate stands squarely within the orthodox Islamic tradition. But we live in a world of nation-states. Any attempt to create a unified Islamic state in the 21st century can only lead to chaos and violence … Many Muslims assume there is an established and immutable set of Islamic laws, which are often described as shariah. This assumption is in line with Islamic tradition, but it of course leads to serious conflict with the legal system that exists in secular nation-states.

Any [fundamentalist] view of Islam positing the traditional norms of Islamic jurisprudence as absolute [should] be rejected out of hand as false. State laws [should] have precedence.

I cannot reproduce more of this interview here. Suffice it to say there are many more gems and I urge you to read the whole thing. I can only imagine the Time reporter’s pique at these repeated assaults on his idiotic, politically correct, left-wing presumptions. So as you might imagine, he had to get at least one swipe in against conservatives. He did so with his last question. But he got bitch-slapped on that one too:

Q: I would guess that you and I agree that there is a far right wing in Western societies that would reject even a moderate, contextualized Islam.

A: And there’s an extreme left wing whose adherents reflexively denounce any and all talk about the connections between traditional Islam, fundamentalism and violence as de facto proof of Islamophobia. This must end. A problem that is not acknowledged cannot be solved.

“This must end. A problem that is not acknowledged cannot be solved.” So here we have a very influential Muslim confirming everything we “Islamophobes” say about CAIR, the Muslim Brotherhood, and the whole Red-Green Axis infrastructure. In Interview, Top Muslim Scholar Says Stop Pretending That Islam and Violence Aren’t Linked

23

Extraordinary that this article is in TIME magazine. There are some real pearls here:

Radical Islamic movements are nothing new. They’ve appeared again and again throughout our own history in Indonesia. The West must stop ascribing any and all discussion of these issues to “Islamophobia.” Or do people want to accuse me — an Islamic scholar — of being an Islamophobe too?
The last time I was in Brussels I witnessed some Arab, perhaps North African, youth insult and harass a group of policemen. My Belgian friends remarked that such behavior has become an almost everyday occurrence in their country. Why do you allow such behavior? What kind if impression does that make? Europe, and Germany in particular, are accepting massive numbers of refugees. Don’t misunderstand me: of course you cannot close your eyes to those in need. But the fact remains that you’re taking in millions of refugees about whom you know virtually nothing, except that they come from extremely problematic regions of the world.
And there’s an extreme left wing whose adherents reflexively denounce any and all talk about the connections between traditional Islam, fundamentalism and violence as de facto proof of Islamophobia. This must end. A problem that is not acknowledged cannot be solved.

In Interview, Top Indonesian Muslim Scholar Says Stop Pretending That Orthodox Islam and Violence Aren’t Linked

Marco Stahlhut, TIME magazine, Sep 8, 2017 (thanks to Kamala):

Yahya Cholil Staquf, a leading scholar in the world’s largest Muslim-majority country, Indonesia, says traditional Islam has a problem

Indonesia, the world’s biggest Muslim-majority country, has a constitution that recognizes other major religions, and practices a syncretic form of Islam that draws on not just the faith’s tenets but local spiritual and cultural traditions. As a result, the nation has long been a voice of, and for, moderation in the Islamic world.

Yet Indonesia is not without its radical elements. Though most are on the fringe, they can add up to a significant number given Indonesia’s 260-million population. In the early 2000s, the country was terrorized by Jemaah Islamiyah (JI), a homegrown extremist organization allied with al-Qaeda. JI’s deadliest attack was the 2002 Bali bombing that killed 202 people. While JI has been neutralized, ISIS has claimed responsibility for recent, smaller terrorist incidents in the country and has inspired some Indonesians to fight in Syria — Indonesians who could pose a threat when they return home. The country has also seen the rise of hate groups that preach intolerance and violence against local religious and ethnic minorities, which include Shia and Ahmadiya Muslims.

Among Indonesia’s most influential Islamic leaders is Yahya Cholil Staquf, 51,advocates a modern, moderate Islam. He is general secretary of the Nahdlatul Ulama, which, with about 50 million members, is the country’s biggest Muslim organization. Yahya. This interview, notable for Yahya’s candor, was first published on Aug. 19 in German in Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Here are excerpts translated from the original Bahasa Indonesia into English.

Many Western politicians and intellectuals say that Islamist terrorism has nothing to do with Islam. What is your view?

Western politicians should stop pretending that extremism and terrorism have nothing to do with Islam. There is a clear relationship between fundamentalism, terrorism, and the basic assumptions of Islamic orthodoxy. So long as we lack consensus regarding this matter, we cannot gain victory over fundamentalist violence within Islam.

Radical Islamic movements are nothing new. They’ve appeared again and again throughout our own history in Indonesia. The West must stop ascribing any and all discussion of these issues to “Islamophobia.” Or do people want to accuse me — an Islamic scholar — of being an Islamophobe too?

What basic assumptions within traditional Islam are problematic?

The relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims, the relationship of Muslims with the state, and Muslims’ relationship to the prevailing legal system wherever they live … Within the classical tradition, the relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims is assumed to be one of segregation and enmity.

A Western politician would likely be accused of racism for saying what you just said.

I’m not saying that Islam is the only factor causing Muslim minorities in the West to lead a segregated existence, often isolated from society as a whole. There may be other factors on the part of the host nations, such as racism, which exists everywhere in the world. But traditional Islam — which fosters an attitude of segregation and enmity toward non-Muslims — is an important factor.

And Muslims and the state?

Within the Islamic tradition, the state is a single, universal entity that unites all Muslims under the rule of one man who leads them in opposition to, and conflict with, the non-Muslim world.

So the call by radicals to establish a caliphate, including by ISIS, is not un-Islamic?

No, it is not.

How can that be accomplished?

Generations ago, we achieved a de facto consensus in Indonesia that Islamic teachings must be contextualized to reflect the ever-changing circumstances of time and place. The majority of Indonesian Muslims were — and I think still are — of the opinion that the various assumptions embedded within Islamic tradition must be viewed within the historical, political and social context of their emergence in the Middle Ages [in the Middle East] and not as absolute injunctions that must dictate Muslims’ behavior in the present … Which ideological opinions are “correct” is not determined solely by reflection and debate. These are struggles [about who and what is recognized as religiously authoritative]. Political elites in Indonesia routinely employ Islam as a weapon to achieve their worldly objectives.

Is it so elsewhere too?

Too many Muslims view civilization, and the peaceful co-existence of people of different faiths, as something they must combat. Many Europeans can sense this attitude among Muslims.

There’s a growing dissatisfaction in the West with respect to Muslim minorities, a growing fear of Islam. In this sense, some Western friends of mine are “Islamophobic.” They’re afraid of Islam. To be honest, I understand their fear … The West cannot force Muslims to adopt a moderate interpretation of Islam. But Western politicians should stop telling us that fundamentalism and violence have nothing to do with traditional Islam. That is simply wrong.

They don’t want to foster division in their societies between Muslims and non-Muslims, nor contribute to intolerance against Muslims.

I share this desire — that’s a primary reason I’m speaking so frankly. But the approach you describe won’t work. If you refuse to acknowledge the existence of a problem, you can’t begin to solve it. One must identify the problem and explicitly state who and what are responsible for it.

Who and what are responsible?

Over the past 50 years, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states have spent massively to promote their ultra-conservative version of Islam worldwide. After allowing this to go unchallenged for so many decades, the West must finally exert decisive pressure upon the Saudis to cease this behavior … I admire Western, especially European, politicians. Their thoughts are so wonderfully humanitarian. But we live in a time when you have to think and act realistically.

I would guess that you and I agree that there is a far right wing in Western societies that would reject even a moderate, contextualized Islam.

And there’s an extreme left wing whose adherents reflexively denounce any and all talk about the connections between traditional Islam, fundamentalism and violence as de facto proof of Islamophobia. This must end. A problem that is not acknowledged cannot be solved.

Muslim Student Association’s (MSA) 9/11 Celebratory Bake Sale

( Muslims   do  not assimilate! They infiltrate! )

59

It’s like the sweets Muslims hand out in Ramallah and Gaza after a successful murderous jihad attack.

The Muslim Brotherhood-linked, terror-tied Muslim group, the Muslim Students Association, is having a celebration bake sale on September 11th at Hunter College. What would possess a notorious Muslim group named an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorist funding trial in our nation’s history to have a cake and cookie party on September11th? Islam, of course.

Islamic extremism is on the rise on college campuses across the United States. The spread of radical Islamism on campuses has proven to be an effective tool to garner support and gain legitimacy, exploiting the right of free association with academic institutions. International and domestic groups that advocate extremist or radical causes frequently host lectures and other events on campuses to shore up support and recruit members. Indeed, universities are a fertile field for radicals searching for the next generation of activists and sympathize

With nearly 600 chapters — including roughly 150 chapters directly affiliated with MSA National — located in the United States and Canada, the Muslim Students Association (MSA) is the most visible and influential Islamic student organization in North America. As reflected in the extensive information presented in this dossier, MSA has gained legitimacy on American campuses as a benevolent collegiate faith club; however, under this moderate veneer MSA advances a different agenda among impressionable college students. Through conferences and events, publications, websites and other activities, MSA disseminates and promotes militant Islamic ideologies. This dossier is on MSA-National as well as the numerous chapters of MSA formally affiliated with MSA-National.

Please click here for the full MSA profile.

The Muslim Student Association’s terror problem:

While it strives for respectability, the Muslim Students Association (MSA) has a dark side. For example, a 2007 report by the New York Police Department describes MSAs as “part of a growing trend of Salafi-based radicalization.”

The report lists MSAs as an example of “Salafi Influences and Incubators,” stating: “Extremists have used these university-based organizations as forums for the development and recruitment of like-minded individuals – providing a receptive platform for younger, American-born imams, to present a radical message in a way that resonates with the students.”

But the organization’s role in radicalizing other Muslims is just part of the problem. Patrick Poole shows how some of the organization’s most senior members have been implicated in a variety of terror-related conspiracies:

“These include an MSA national president who was al-Qaeda’s top financier in the U.S., as chapter president who was one of al-Qaeda’s co-founders, and a former MSA faculty advisor who is currently the terrorist most wanted by the U.S. government,” according to Poole. “Other MSA leaders have been recently identified in several domestic and international terror plots, and some currently are facing terrorism charges.”

A few of the spotlighted by Poole include:

  • Abdurrahman Alamoudi, who served as MSA national president in 1982 and 1983, is serving a 23-year prison sentence for his international terrorist activities. In 2005, the Treasury Department called his arrest “a severe blow to al-Qaeda, as Alamoudi had a close relationship with al-Qaeda and raised money for al Qaeda in the United States.”
  • Aafia Siddiqui was convicted in February of the attempted murder of a U.S. Army captain while she was incarcerated and being interrogated at a prison in Afghanistan. Siddiqui was active in the MSA while attending MIT. According to a 2005 story in Vogue, Siddiqui authored a guide published by the national MSA organization encouraging members not to water down Islamic doctrine on issues such as jihad.
  • Ali Asad Chandia, convicted of terror charges as part of the Northern Virginia jihad network, was president of the Montgomery College (Maryland) MSA. He is serving a 15-year prison sentence.
  • Al-Qaida cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, currently the U.S. government’s most wanted terrorist, served as chaplain for George Washington University’s MSA.
  • Wa’el Hamza Julaidan, former president of the University of Arizona MSA, was one of al-Qaida’s co-founders and its logistics boss.

( Musli sdo  not assimilate! They infiltrate! )

Trump Sends Feds In To Raid NY’s Islamberg After 2 DECADES – Uncover America’s WORST Nightmare

There’s a mysterious hidden Muslim compound called Islamberg that’s nestled deep within the woods of the Catskill mountains in New York. The only way to access the 70-acre compound is through primitive dirt roads, where more than 100 Muslims live in seclusion away from the prying eyes of curious Americans. For over two decades, infidels have been prohibited from entering, as anyone attempting to enter will be “greeted” by armed Muslims patrolling a guard shack at the compound’s entry gate. Without access to the compound, there’s been no way to confirm rumors about the location being used as a training ground for Muslim terrorists. But after an alarming incident involving one of the Islamberg residents, police were finally able to obtain a warrant and raid the place. And what they discovered that these Muslims have been quietly plotting for years is nothing short of chilling.

For over two decades, this cult-like group of Sharia Law-following Muslims have lived quietly under the guidance of Pakistani Sheikh Syed Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani, a radical Muslim with known ties to Jamaat al-Fuqra, a terror organization responsible for a long list of terrorist activities around the world, including murders of rival religious figures in the United States. Locals in the area have often times reported the sounds of gunfire and explosions emanating from the compound, but because the Muslims weren’t necessarily breaking any laws, there was nothing that law enforcement could do except keep a close eye on the place from a distance.

Pakistani Sheikh Syed Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani

But with a recent arrest of Islamberg resident Ramadan Abdullah who was recently caught trying to steal several cases of ammunition from a local mountain store in the area, authorities finally had their chance to obtain a search warrant for the compound, and what they discovered was nothing short of chilling.

Islamberg resident Ramadan Abdullah

Shortly after arresting Ramadan Abdullah for theft, the Muslim’s answers about why he was stealing ammunition raised suspicion among police, who then decided to obtain a search warrant to investigate their suspicions further. During their raid they discovered a massive stockpile of illegal weapons throughout the Islamberg location, including 8 assault weapons, 4 loaded handguns, 1 loaded shotgun, 2 rifles, 64 high-capacity ammunition feeding devices, and body armor, including thousands of rounds of .50 caliber ammunition capable of piercing body armor. But illegal cache of weapons seized at the compound was unfortunately just the beginning.

Illegal weapons seized from Islamberg compound

After Abdullah’s arrest, authorities began looking closer into his background, discovering that the Muslim is a long-time associate of the U.S.-based Islamist terrorist organization, Muslims of America (MOA), and was the very same Muslim who was arrested back in 1977 after police discovered enough material at his home to build 50 bombs.

Abdullah also participated in the armed robbery of a candy store in Brooklyn back in the 70’s that resulted in the death of a man. But after serving time and having his sentence drastically reduced, Abdullah had pretty much fallen off the radar of authorities, quietly living on the Islamberg compound and training other terrorists on the use of weapons. His arrest has now validated the fears that New York residents held all along that the compound was in fact location being used to actively train terrorists, where FOX News is now coming forward with other possible rumors of there being a tank on the grounds as well, and that the location was once used to hide Osama bin Laden from authorities.

Since Abdullah’s arrest, New York State Police Major Jim Barnes said he believes that the Muslim terrorist has traveled overseas to promote terrorism. All Abdullah’s illegal weapons have since been seized, and Barnes questions exactly what Abdullah’s motives were for hording such a massive amount of weapons in the first place.

New York State Police Major Jim Barnes holds press conference

“… it begs the question, what was he doing with all this and what were his intentions down the road?” Barnes said.

Thankfully, Abdullah is being held without bail at the Broome County Jail.

On several occasions, political pundit Dennis Michael Lynch has reported on the alarming things going on in Islamberg, exposing how 22 other training camps within the United States are directly associated with the MOA terror network and Ramadan Abdullah. Below is a chilling mini-documentary he did on Islamberg. Watch for yourself and ask: just what exactly is in that U-Haul truck?

Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCGaCe5ovwc

It’s absolutely ridiculous that Muslims in this country are allowed to have their own freaking jihadi compounds, where they’re actively training their residents on the necessary tactics to carry out terror attacks! While Americans are protected under the Constitution against illegal searches and seizures, when known freaking terrorists are leading these compounds, it’s time to stop letting these Muslims hide behind our laws and put them all in GITMO where they belong!

DACA: Why Are People Upset That Trump Defended the Constitution?

So, it turns out all those DACA protests were silly.

When Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced Tuesday, on behalf of the Trump administration, that President Obama’s illegal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals executive order would be rescinded, the Left created an uproar. Thousands took to the streets. Students walked out of their high schools. A march on the Brooklyn Bridge disrupted traffic. Activists stormed Trump Tower in New York City, and dozens were arrested.

The Democrats pounced on the outrage, stoking fear of impending mass deportations. Senator Bob Menendez, D-N.J., charged the president with racist motivations, saying “he has once again chosen to cloak his presidency with a white nationalist flag.” These were obvious lies.

Sessions’ announcement of the policy reversal made clear there would be a six-month delay in enforcement of the old, pre-DACA rules. President Trump urged Congress to get to work on quickly legalizing DACA and, with encouragement from Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., made clear on Thursday that the government would take “no action” to deport DACA recipients while Congress considers a new DREAM Act to grant amnesty to nearly a million illegal immigrants receiving benefits under DACA. The president pledged to sign that bill when Congress sends it to his desk.

So, no mass deportations. No real DACA repeal, either. The president is committed to a legislative legalization of what was an illegal executive order. Regardless of how you feel about the policy of amnesty for illegal immigrants, the president at least is fulfilling his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

DACA was unconstitutional. President Obama said so himself before reversing his position during an election year. “I am president, I am not king,” Obama said in 2010. Later in 2011, he reiterated “with respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that’s just not the case.” Granting amnesty to illegal immigrants brought here as children always required an act of Congress, and now President Trump has provided Congress with the opportunity to do it.

That’s why the protests and attacks on DACA repeal were so absurd. They were attacks on the constitutional separation of powers by a group of people who want illegal immigrants to become citizens of the United States. Think of it.

If we’re going to toss out parts of the Constitution on a whim because it feels right, or because it would be “cruel” to wait around for Congress to exercise its responsibility to legislate, why stop at the separation of powers? Why respect some parts of the Constitution, i.e. the Bill of Rights, while we ignore other parts? Why should any law be respected when the supreme law of the land is ignored and held in contempt?

Why should you want to be a citizen of the United States when you demand that this country’s foundational laws be ignored?

It makes no sense, unless you don’t actually want to live in the USA — unless you want to fundamentally transform this country into something else.  Just Get Rid of the Debt Ceiling?

by Thomas Gallatin:  One of the results from Donald Trump’s decision to side with Democrats on connecting the Hurricane Harvey relief package with raising the debt ceiling was an agreement that the debt ceiling should be eliminated altogether. White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee expressed Trump’s position on the issue, stating, “The president encouraged congressional leaders to find a more permanent solution to the debt ceiling so the vote is not so frequently politicized.” House Majority Leader Paul Ryan (R-WI) argued against the idea, saying, “I think the debt limit should be used to try to bring reform in Congress. I think the debt limit is a good vote to have.”
Trump’s plan isn’t good news for fiscal conservatives, but it’s not surprising news either. From an ideological perspective, Trump isn’t a fiscal conservative, and thus his stance on the debt ceiling doesn’t look good. Concerns over too much government spending and a ballooning national debt leading to an eventual crisis are real. Hence the logic behind the debt ceiling. However, practically speaking, the debt ceiling has proven to be little more than a minor speed bump, good only for providing regularly repeated moments of political grandstanding and partisan bickering threatening government shutdowns, all the while the spending continues and the debt grows. Political theater vs. actual solutions.
Trump is clearly not an ideologue, and his frustration with Republicans over their inability to repeal liar-nObamaCare has given him license to seek solutions across the political aisle. Practically speaking, this consideration by Trump makes sense, and it removes an obstacle for Republicans in the future. The growing debt problem most certainly needs to be addressed, but the debt ceiling has proven inadequate for the task.  ~The Patriot Post

In reality, it is the religious left that is dying, while those who uphold Scripture are seeing blessing and increase around the globe. Before I back up this statement, here’s what some “progressive” Christian leaders are saying.

Writing for the Huffington Post, seminary professor Greg Lancaster scornfully claims, “Their public audience shrinking, their public presence waning, and their credibility shot to hell, the Christian right needs attention.”

His article is titled, “The Nashville Statement and the Decline of the Religious Right,” and he concludes with this salvo: “In the end we’re stuck with a meaningless document. It adds nothing to the conversation that hasn’t been said. If anything, its fake compassion increases the agony of LGBT Christians. All that’s accomplished by this document is a little press for the religious leaders who signed it, a whiff of air time for the disenfranchised. The Statement underscores the obvious: in the age of Trump, the Christian Right has lost its moral authority. These guys — they’re almost all men – may be have a spiffy website, but nobody’s listening.”

Pastor John Pavlovitz, a frequent critic of conservative evangelicals, recasts the Nashville Statement in his own words. He claims that the framers of the Nashville Statement are really saying, “We've chosen to wage cheap war on innocent and vulnerable people homosexuals in order to feel mighty again.” Quick note to Pastor Pavlovitz: I appreciate your rhetorical flourish, but do you really believe this?

This is how he rewrites the statement’s Preamble: “Evangelical Christians are at the precipice of extinction—and we know it. We are a profoundly endangered species coming to grips with the urgency of the moment, of our impending disappearance, of the whole thing going sideways here in the Bible Belt—and we’re in a bit of a panic.

“We are leaking people from our churches, watching multitudes walk away in disgust, and losing market share in the religious landscape, as well as the vice-like stranglehold we’ve had on American politics for the past 241 years—and we are rightly terrified.”

So much for the Pavlovitz paraphrase. Shall we return to reality?

It is certainly true that many evangelicals, me included, are deeply concerned about the moral and spiritual condition of our nation. And it is certainly true that we are heavily burdened for the many young people who have dropped out of church and consider themselves “nones” – having no religious affiliation.

But, as has been demonstrated time and time again, it is the so-called progressive churches that are “leaking” and the liberal denominations that are fading. This is true in America as well as around the world. And since the so-called progressive Christians have pointed to numbers, let’s take a more careful look.

Out of the 100 largest churches in America, how many are conservative? The vast majority, at the least. The same with the fastest growing churches and the fastest growing denominations. Almost all of them hold to conservative biblical values, even if they are “progressive” and chic and cutting-edge in other ways. Almost all of them would affirm the basic tenets of the Nashville Statement, at least in private.

Out of the most rapidly shrinking denominations, how many are liberal? Almost all of them? Which seminaries are bleeding the most, conservative or liberal? Take a guess. And how about major youth gatherings – yes, youth gatherings – for prayer and worship and teaching? Which events draw the biggest crowds? If you said “conservative” you’d be right again.

In recent years, I’ve been invited to speak on the subject of “Can You Be Gay and Christian?” at: 1) the most financially generous church in America, which gives more than one million dollars to world missions every month; 2) the largest megachurch in Europe, with a membership of more than 70,000; and 3) the largest evangelical church in the Philippines, with a sanctuary that seats 10,000 and a much larger membership than that.

And this represents a much larger pattern: The most thriving, growing churches in the world hold to conservative sexual ethics.

In contrast, churches like the once influential GracePointe in Franklin, Tennessee have seen a massive decline in numbers after embracing same-sex “marriage,” losing as much as 80 percent of its membership in the last few years.

As for having a national influence, isn’t it interesting that, this same, vilified “religious right” that was deemed almost dead and buried just a few years back is the key spiritual group seeking to provide godly counsel to the president? And didn’t some of these religious “has-beens” help defeat pro-abortion candidate liar-Hillary Clinton? And should I mention that a good number of the signers to the Nashville Statement can hardly be categorized as politically-affiliated members of “the religious right”?

Putting things into a larger perspective, Mark Tooley notes that, “Critics of the Nashville Statement should realize that about 95 percent of the world’s approximately 2.5 billion professed Christians are associated with branches of Christianity that share the Nashville Statement’s perspective. Of course not all are compliant with those teachings, and nobody complies completely, everyone relying on grace. But these teachings are the constant shelter under which the universal church rests.”

And, he states, “Dissenting Christian institutions are almost entirely confined to declining Western liberal Protestant denominations. If the Nashville Statement’s critics were correct, these dying churches should be flourishing by their embrace of the spirit of the age. But in almost every culture and time, spiritual seekers are more drawn to religion that challenges, not that accommodates.”

Of course, numbers alone prove nothing, but since progressives keep pointing to numbers, we should respond with truth. And where other signs of spiritual vitality are measured – prayer and study of Scripture and wining the lost and caring for the needy and investing in family – it will be seen that, around the globe, those who hold to the authority of the Word are reproducing in a far healthier way.

I have no problem with leaders wishing that the Nashville Statement made reference to the many sins in our own camp, such as rampant divorce and pornography, or that it confessed our past failings to reach out compassionately to those who identify as LGBT.

But the reality is that, to the extent the religious left departs from the clear testimony of Scripture, to that extent it will lack the blessing of God. And to that extent it will fail to do the very thing it wants to do: namely, reach a hurting and dying world with the message of forgiveness and transformation.

Grace and truth cannot be separated without doing immeasurable harm to one or the other.

DENMARK suspends Muslim invader resettlement program under the UN

Denmark won’t allow any refugees into the country this year under a United Nations program and will seek flexibility in determining how many may resettle in the future instead of a set quota, the Ministry of Immigration and Integration said.

CETUS  (h/t Darrell H) Denmark won’t allow any refugees into the country this year under a United Nations program and will seek flexibility in determining how many may resettle in the future instead of a set quota, the Ministry of Immigration and Integration said.

Since 1989, Denmark has pledged to take 500 refugees a year selected by the UN for resettlement. The program is separate from European Union efforts to distribute migrants among member states, which has encountered fierce opposition from countries including Hungary.

“It’s hard to predict how many refugees and migrants will show up at the border to seek asylum, and we know it may be hard to integrate those who arrive here,” Danish Minister of Immigration and Integration Inger Stojberg said in a statement on the UN program on Saturday. “Hence, I would like to see a more flexible quota regime, so that we are prepared, but not obliged, to take a certain number of refugees for resettlement every year.”

This follows a move by Denmark in 2015 to close its borders with Germany after chaotic scenes saw hundreds of Muslim invaders walking on a high-speed MOTORWAY in a bid to reach refugee promised land.

Breitbart  Thankfully, Muslim migrants are rejecting Denmark as a country in which to seek asylum, claiming that the “salaries” offered to “refugees” are not as high as other European countries. They are now demanding to go to Sweden or Finland as the terms of asylum there are more favorable.

Marwen el Mohammed, an asylum seeker in Denmark told a reporter that there were two reasons the men did not want to seek asylum in Denmark, a peaceful country. “The first one: the salary for refugees decreased about 50 per cent from 10,000 kroner to about 5,000,” he said.

The second is that Finland and other neighboring countries allow the migrants to bring their families to join them within two to three months, whereas Denmark makes them wait for a year and a half before they bring their families over. “This is a long time to have left our family behind,” he said.

According to the Danish immigration authorities, the Danish Parliament agreed to slash social benefits for newly arrived refugees by 50 per cent; foreign nationals will not be able to bring family to Denmark for a year; and foreign nationals must wait at least five years for a permanent residence permit. In addition, only those who can speak and understand Danish will be granted a permit.

The rules around deportation of failed asylum seekers have also been altered to ensure that they leave the country, via a new “special return centre” to ensure that rejected asylum seekers leave Denmark as quickly as possible.

The truth is most of the so-called refugees aren’t escaping the Syrian conflict.  They are the economic migrants posing as refugees under the guise of the United Nation’s replacement migration operation threatening the stability of western civilization. This is no accident.

New figures show that just 1.4% of migrants arriving in Italy are Syrian refugees, confirming the fact that the overwhelming majority of people flooding into Europe are economic migrants from counhttp://www.barenakedislam.com/2017/09/09/denmark-suspends-muslim-invader-resettlement-progrtries in Africa and Middle East that are not at war.

Out of the entire 248,290 asylum claims received by EU countries so far this year, just 14% were from Syrians. This includes individuals who have fake identity papers and merely claiming to be Syrian to receive better treatment.

As many as 15 million, a malleable globalist army of anarchy are heading to Europe within the next three years and only 10-15% of this mob have the skills, training, or education to fill in any gaps in European trades.
