The reaction from officers watching Officer Rafael Ramos’ funeral on giant TV screens outside the church follows comments from police union officials who said Mayor Bill de Blasio contributed to a climate of mistrust toward police amid anti-police protests.

Giuliani Says de Blasio “Needs to Apologize”

Giuliani said it was wrong for officers to take the action against de Blasio and also wrong for the police union head Pat Lynch to blame the mayor for the officers’ deaths.

But he said de Blasio should apologize to the NYPD.

“I think he’d get this over with if he did it,” Giuliani said.

Thousands of Police Officers from Across the Country Attend Ramos’ Funeral

By Fox News. Thousands of police officers from across the country assembled in winter sunshine in New York City for the funeral of Rafael Ramos, a police officer shot to death with his partner in an ambush last week.

The officers in dress blue uniforms stood outside the Christ Tabernacle Church in Queens for the Saturday morning services. The sea of blue stretched more than six city blocks.

In his eulogy, Mayor Bill de Blasio offered the city’s condolences to the Ramos family.

“All of this city is grieving and grieving for so many reasons,” he said. “But the most personal is that we lost such a good man.”

Man Threatens to Kill Cops and Innocent White Kids, Gets Downplayed By Friend as ‘Speaking His Mind’

By Dave Urbanski. After a suburban Chicago man made threats on Facebook that he would “kill cops and innocent white kids,” police searched a home he sometimes stays at and arrested him on weapons and other charges, WLS-TV reported.

While Aries Woodfin, 33, wasn’t charged with making threats, a friend who owns the Ford Heights, Illinois, house where Woodfin was arrested downplayed his Facebook threat.

She said it was a reaction over the grand jury decisions in Ferguson, Missouri, and New York City where white police officers weren’t indicted for their roles in the deaths of unarmed black men.

“He was speaking his mind,” Beatrice Franklin told WLS. “He was expressing how he felt, which is what everyone else was doing on Facebook as well, expressing themselves. They were ranting and they were raving.” (Read more from this story HERE)

Al Sharpton’s Race War Being Funded by Major Retail Chain

By Conservative Tribune. The National Legal and Policy Center, a government watchdog group, has made repeated requests to the international retail giant to stop funding Sharpton’s National Action Network, especially after the shooting deaths of two NYPD officers by an Islamic gang member whom many believe was inspired by Sharpton’s anti-police rhetoric.

But no policy change has been announced by the retailer.

In a 2009 email, Walmart addressed concerns of its shareholders about the company’s annual giving to NAN.

North Korea-United Nations: Today the UN Security Council began consideration of the General Assembly resolution urging the Security Council to refer North Korea to the International Criminal Court. Eleven of the 15 Security Council members voted to take up the issue. China and Russia opposed the debate and two other members abstained. North Korea's UN representatives boycotted the session. The US ambassador used the vote as an excuse to blame North Korea for the hacking attack on Sony Pictures Entertainment, conflating hacking with torture and other systemic and systematic human rights abuses. The Chinese ambassador said, "China has been consistently against the politicization of human rights issues and against imposing pressure against other countries with the pretext of human rights issues….The Security Council is not a forum to discuss human rights issues."

Comment: While the Chinese and Russian delegations voted against a debate on the General Assembly resolution, neither blocked it entirely. -NightWatch

Pakistan: The government announced that 500 more terrorists on death row are to be executed. " The Interior ministry has finalized the cases of 500 convicts who have exhausted all the appeals, their mercy petitions have been turned down by the president and their executions will take place in coming weeks," according to a senior government official.

Comment: The government is sending a strong message to ethnic terrorists that Pakistani children are off limits as targets. Pakistan has hanged six terrorists since the Prime Minister lifted the moratorium on capital punishment for terrorism. Pakistani security forces killed 35 anti-government militants on Saturday. One report claimed the dead included the mastermind for the Peshawar murders. The most important operations in the past week have targeted the facilitators and planners of the Peshawar massacre. A total of 70 terrorists have been killed in the past week in the area near Peshawar which includes Khyber Agency. -NightWatch

Ukraine: Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko announced the pending resumption of peace talks aimed at settling the crisis in Ukraine. He made the announcement after phone conversations with the leaders of Russia, Germany and France. The Ukraine Contact Group will meet in Minsk, Belarus, on 24 December and on 26 December. The four leaders also "agreed to continue phone consultations in a few days," Poroshenko said. They emphasized the need to fulfill terms agreed on in September, including the "withdrawal of troops and heavy armament, as well as immediate liberation" of all prisoners. Representatives of the separatist Donetsk People's Republic also said they are ready to take part in the talks.

Comment: The latest ceasefire appears to have succeeded in reducing the level of violence. Consequently, the atmospherics for talks are more positive than they were in September. The pressure on Russia resulting from sanctions and the collapse of the oil market also appears to have had a positive effect in promoting willingness to settle the Ukraine crisis. -NightWatch

Russia: Today, Russia and four other former members of the Soviet Union completed the creation of a new economic alliance intended to promote their integration. The Eurasian Economic Union includes Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. It will come into existence on 1 January 2015. In addition to free trade, its purpose is to coordinate the members' financial systems and regulate their industrial and agricultural policies along with labor markets and transportation networks. Armenia is the only member without a contiguous border with another member. Georgia, which has shown interest in joining, has guaranteed a free transit corridor for exporting goods to the Eurasian Economic Union, according to the Armenian deputy economy minister. The Union is predicated on the principle of four freedoms: free movement of good, people, services and capital. It aims to reach a number of macroeconomic objectives, such as reducing commodity prices by reducing the cost of transportation of raw materials; increasing return on new technologies and products due to the increased market volume; and promoting "healthy" competition.

Comment: The antecedent of this Union is the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which formed after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Russian President Putin admitted that the Union is modeled after the European Union (EU) and its development profited from the lessons learned in forming the EU. The theory and macroeconomic statistics for the new Union are impressive. It could be an energy producing powerhouse. However, the economies of the five states do not appear easy to integrate. They are competitive more than complementary, meaning that they all make the same or similar items and rely on the EU or China for the same or similar products. As an energy supplier to the EU, the collapse of the oil market has eroded their negotiating leverage for now. However, this is a long term project for the nations that will have benefits for commerce and travel within the Union. Meanwhile, Chinese demand for energy is close to insatiable. "You Call This Torture?"

     burtprelutsky.com - Some people have been wondering about the timing of Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s release of her committee’s report condemning the CIA’s interrogation of Islamic terrorists. After all, the practice of waterboarding had ceased several years ago, so why bring it out when one knew it would lead to the U.N. condemning the practice and insisting that those who took part be indicted and tried by the World Court? They also had to know that it would endanger the lives of our spies around the world.

     There is nothing odd about the timing. One, the Democrats had to release it before the end of the year when the GOP would take control of the Senate, and relegate the report along with Mrs. Feinstein to the nearest dustbin. But, two, and even more essential to the Democrats, was that it be released on the very same day that Jonathan (“The American people are stupid and had to be conned into supporting nObamaCare”) Gruber would be testifying before a Republican-controlled House committee.

     Anyone who believes that was just a coincidence must also believe that it was coincidental that Clinton ordered the bombing of a benign Sudanese pharmaceutical plant in the midst of the Lewinsky scandal. You can carve it in stone that there is no such thing as a coincidence in Washington.

     As for the report itself, I would like to point out that our constitutional rights and protections do not apply to our enemies and even the Geneva Conventions don’t protect illegal combatants, aka terrorists. As for those who keep hollering about the Conventions, the fact is that they were first drawn up in order to guarantee for both sides that one’s captured soldiers would be treated humanely by their captors. However, in the case of Islamic terrorists, one, they are not signatories to the Conventions; and, two, they not only don’t have POW camps, but they torture and murder those, including civilians, who suffer the misfortune of falling into their hands.

In short, the Conventions were never intended to be a suicide pact.

     Furthermore, while I don’t happen to believe that most Americans are blood-thirsty, even if our legitimate motive hadn’t been to extract information from those villains who were waterboarded or deprived of sleep, I doubt if many of us would have minded their being gnawed on by rats. That would especially have been the case with the memory of 9/11 and of innocent people leaping from the roofs of the Twin Towers to escape the flames fresh in our minds.

     I know it’s not entirely fair to just pick on Feinstein and her liberal cohorts. After all, John McCain has long been a loud critic of enhanced interrogation techniques, and because he was a POW during the Vietnam War, he is believed to hold the high moral ground on this issue. Unfortunately, Sen. McCain has never seemed capable of differentiating between the Vietcong torturing Americans for the hell of it and the CIA torturing jihadists in order to extract information that could prevent a repeat of 9/11 or lead to the extermination of Osama bin Laden.

     I realize that Fox pundit George Will happens to agree with Sen. McCain, but that’s because he believes that whereas others merely rent the moral high ground, he holds the actual deed.

     When it comes to Sen. Feinstein, whom I have heard even some conservatives describe as a non-partisan grown-up in the Senate, I have to question the integrity and even the patriotism of someone who thinks it’s essential to rehash events from long ago that serve no other purpose than to give America a black eye and endanger those currently trying to protect the homeland.

     On top of that, the self-righteous senator has managed to ignore every scandal connected to nObama, ranging from Operation Fast & Furious, through the Benghazi massacre, the IRS targeting of conservatives, the Affordable Care Act, nObama’s bias against Israel and his promoting the alleged rights of illegal aliens while ignoring those of American taxpayers.

     At the very least, you would think that a U.S. senator would object to a president who, for all his denials of having the power and authority of an emperor, has chosen to ignore the separation of powers enumerated in the Constitution that both he and Mrs. Feinstein have sworn to defend. In addition, he has made it a practice to lie to the American people and has turned Robert Gibbs, Jay Carney and now Josh Earnest into real life Pinocchios to fabricate on his behalf whenever he had a round of golf to play, a fund-raiser to attend or simply wasn’t in the mood to face the press and do his own lying.

     In other news, I wasn’t even slightly surprised that Harvard, Columbia and Georgetown, law schools have all agreed to allow students who claim to have been traumatized by the grand jury decisions in Ferguson and Staten Island to postpone taking their exams, knowing that college administrators have the spines of jellyfish.

     Still, can you imagine how these self-indulgent young milksops will react when a few years down the road a judge or jury rules against them? Will they burst into tears, faint dead away, take to their beds with a case of the vapors or merely insist on a re-trial?

     Finally, the way Bowe Bergdahl has disappeared from the radar, in spite of his news-worthy exchange for five high-ranking jihadists, you might think he had been aboard Malaysian Airline flight 370.

     Is it any wonder that nObama has come to believe he can get away with absolutely anything when even the newshawks at Fox never ask about the Army’s alleged investigation of Bergdahl’s desertion?

     In my opinion, it isn’t only members of the military who should stand trial for dereliction of duty.

Poor Al Sharpton - HE'S the Victim Now

Poor Al Sharpton.

He’s received death threats in the wake of the ambush murders of two New York City police officers by a black, Muslim thug and criminal.

Sharpton, who just a week prior led a march through the streets of NYC where “WHAT DO WE WANT? DEAD COPS!! WHEN DO WE WANT THEM? Now!!!” was chanted over and over and over again…is now whining that HE has received death threats.

Well…too bad.

He should call the police and report it.

And what ‘crime’ did Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu commit? They were in uniform, sitting in their patrol car, on a detail to be more visible in a high crime neighborhood…a neighborhood where black on black crime runs rampant…to make that neighborhood safer for the people who live there.

They weren’t doing any more than a 28 year old off duty officer in north St. Louis was doing. That officer is in critical but stable condition after HE was shot by thugs on Friday night.

Nothing different than what officer Charles Kondek, a 17 year police veteran and father of 5 was doing on Sunday when HE was shot…and killed…

This article is NOT about Benghazi. Former First Lady, Senator, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is a lying liar with a long history of deceitful manipulation and unethical behavior.

Yes, she is perhaps best known lately for her lies surrounding what happened in Benghazi, or her probably culpability in the fact that the State Department lost over $6 Billion under her watch. But there’s another story that is just as revealing.

When taken in conjunction with her most recent “ethically challenged” actions in the State Department, along with some of the questionable things she did as First Lady, not to mention her shady past in Arkansas, with regards to the Rose Law Firm and the Whitewater scandal, it becomes easier to piece together her long history of lying and unethical behavior.

Hillary Clinton should never be elected President, and should in fact be investigated herself, and prosecuted for any criminal acts for which evidence may be found.

Her history of lying and questionable ethics date back before her stint as Secretary of State, Senator, and as First Lady.

In fact, her lying and deceitfulness can be traced all the way back to her role in the Watergate investigation against Nixon.

Back in 2008, there was an interview with Jerry Zeifman, chief counsel of the House Judiciary Committee Watergate investigation, who revealed that he had fired a young Hillary Rodham from the investigation due to her behavior.

Young Hillary had used her political connections to gain a spot on the Nixon impeachment committee, but ended up being let go without a letter of recommendation, one of only a few people to earn that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s long career. But why would her behavior cause her to be fired?

?Because she was a liar,? Zeifman said in an interview last week. ?She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.?

Ziefman went on to explain that he had told Hillary that the investigation would be abiding by the current House rules, and there would be absolutely no efforts made to change those rules as part of the committee’s work.

“Hillary assured me that she had not drafted, and would not advocate, any such rules changes. However, as documented in my personal diary, I soon learned that she had lied. She had already drafted changes, and continued to advocate them. In one written legal memorandum, she advocated denying President Nixon
Representation by counsel. In so doing she simply ignored the fact that in the committee?s then most recent prior impeachment proceeding, the committee had afforded the right to counsel to Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas.”

Ziefman also describes how the investigation’s files were available for public inspection in the committee’s office, but that Hillary had taken the files without permission and hid them in the investigation’s office, away from where the public could access them.

He also noted several “ethically flawed” recommendations that Hillary had made, including: “not hold any hearings with ? Or take depositions of ? Any live witnesses; not conduct any original investigation of Watergate, bribery, tax evasion, or any other possible impeachable offense of President Nixon; and should rely solely on documentary evidence compiled by other committees and by the Justice Departments special Watergate prosecutor.”

What if you were relaxing one evening after a hard days work and decided to turn on the radio to listen to a little light rock from what ever decade you choose as your favorite? You are sitting there in your recliner, eyes closed, thinking about the 10 hours of labor you just traded for the money you will receive at the end of the week. Then, the occipital lobe of your brain that stores images is stimulated, giving you in great clarity a picture of the obligatory "stub" that accompanies your paycheck. "Am I ever going to benefit from any of it?" You've heard it said that you must work from January 1 until the end of April, perhaps on into the month of May, to satisfy these obligations.

You have heard on the news and through chit-chat at work that many of America's leading industrialists and business leaders have been mysteriously disappearing. Not the CEO's of the giant corporations, but men who built their businesses from the ground up.Some were men who invented the product that they manufactured. You use some of these products and hope the company that makes them doesn't have to close its doors because the owner decided he wanted to selfishly take a vacation. Some of these products have been life-saving and have made your life much easier. There has been a crazy rumor that some fictitious character named John or Joe, ER...what was his last name? It sounded like Salt... let's see,... Galt...that's it, the name of this villain is John Galt. Anyway, it is just a stupid rumor. Unlike me, these guys are all super-rich. They probably all have some secret island somewhere. I'll bet they are sitting on the beach right now, sipping some exotic cocktails, laughing at the rest of us dumb grunts.

Suddenly, you feel waves of depression enveloping your mind. You feel as if all the work you do everyday doesn't amount to anything other than satisfying your basic needs. You'll never get ahead and by the time you are able to retire you'll be too old to enjoy it. They say the government has long since spent all the money that was reserved for Social Security anyway. You've only managed to tuck away a small savings for emergencies in all the years you've been working. You would be lucky to make it six months on what little you've saved. The radio is now starting to get on your nerves. The songs they've played have all been lousy. You reach for the off button when a man's voice suddenly breaks in, right in the middle of a song. The voice has the sound of authority, but not in a haughty way. You pull your hand back and listen to these words;

You’ve allowed such men to occupy positions of power in your world by preaching that all men are evil from the moment they’re born. When men believe this, they see nothing wrong in acting in any way they please. The name of this absurdity is ‘original sin’. That’s impossible. That which is outside the possibility of choice is also outside the province of morality. To call sin that which is outside man’s choice is a mockery of justice. To say that men are born with a free will but with a tendency toward evil is ridiculous. If the tendency is one of choice, it doesn’t come at birth. If it is not a tendency of choice, then man’s will is not free.

And then there’s your ‘brother-love’ morality. Why is it moral to serve others, but not yourself? If enjoyment is a value, why is it moral when experienced by others, but not by you? Why is it immoral to produce something of value and keep it for yourself, when it is moral for others who haven’t earned it to accept it? If it’s virtuous to give, isn’t it then selfish to take?

Your acceptance of the code of selflessness has made you fear the man who has a dollar less than you because it makes you feel that dollar is rightfully his. You hate the man with a dollar more than you because the dollar he’s keeping is rightfully yours. Your code has made it impossible to know when to give and when to grab.

You know that you can’t give away everything and starve yourself. You’ve forced yourselves to live with undeserved, irrational guilt. Is it ever proper to help another man? No, if he demands it as his right or as a duty that you owe him. Yes, if it’s your own free choice based on your judgment of the value of that person and his struggle. This country wasn’t built by men who sought handouts. In its brilliant youth, this country showed the rest of the world what greatness was possible to Man and what happiness is possible on Earth.

Then it began apologizing for its greatness and began giving away its wealth, feeling guilty for having produced more than its neighbors. Twelve years ago, I saw what was wrong with the world and where the battle for Life had to be fought. I saw that the enemy was an inverted morality and that my acceptance of that morality was its only power. I was the first of the men who refused to give up the pursuit of his own happiness in order to serve others.

To those of you who retain some remnant of dignity and the will to live your lives for yourselves, you have the chance to make the same choice. North Korea-United Nations: NightWatch - Today the UN Security Council began consideration of the General Assembly resolution urging the Security Council to refer North Korea to the International Criminal Court. Eleven of the 15 Security Council members voted to take up the issue. China and Russia opposed the debate and two other members abstained. North Korea's UN representatives boycotted the session. The US ambassador used the vote as an excuse to blame North Korea for the hacking attack on Sony Pictures Entertainment, conflating hacking with torture and other systemic and systematic human rights abuses. The Chinese ambassador said, "China has been consistently against the politicization of human rights issues and against imposing pressure against other countries with the pretext of human rights issues….The Security Council is not a forum to discuss human rights issues."

Pakistan: NightWatch - The government announced that 500 more terrorists on death row are to be executed. " The Interior ministry has finalized the cases of 500 convicts who have exhausted all the appeals, their mercy petitions have been turned down by the president and their executions will take place in coming weeks," according to a senior government official.

Comment: The government is sending a strong message to ethnic terrorists that Pakistani children are off limits as targets. Pakistan has hanged six terrorists since the Prime Minister lifted the moratorium on capital punishment for terrorism. Pakistani security forces killed 35 anti-government militants on Saturday. One report claimed the dead included the mastermind for the Peshawar murders. The most important operations in the past week have targeted the facilitators and planners of the Peshawar massacre. A total of 70 terrorists have been killed in the past week in the area near Peshawar which includes Khyber Agency. -NightWatch

Ukraine: NightWatch - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko announced the pending resumption of peace talks aimed at settling the crisis in Ukraine. He made the announcement after phone conversations with the leaders of Russia, Germany and France. The Ukraine Contact Group will meet in Minsk, Belarus, on 24 December and on 26 December. The four leaders also "agreed to continue phone consultations in a few days," Poroshenko said. They emphasized the need to fulfill terms agreed on in September, including the "withdrawal of troops and heavy armament, as well as immediate liberation" of all prisoners. Representatives of the separatist Donetsk People's Republic also said they are ready to take part in the talks.

Comment: The latest ceasefire appears to have succeeded in reducing the level of violence. Consequently, the atmospherics for talks are more positive than they were in September. The pressure on Russia resulting from sanctions and the collapse of the oil market also appears to have had a positive effect in promoting willingness to settle the Ukraine crisis. -NightWatch

Russia: NightWatch - Today, Russia and four other former members of the Soviet Union completed the creation of a new economic alliance intended to promote their integration. The Eurasian Economic Union includes Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. It will come into existence on 1 January 2015. In addition to free trade, its purpose is to coordinate the members' financial systems and regulate their industrial and agricultural policies along with labor markets and transportation networks. Armenia is the only member without a contiguous border with another member. Georgia, which has shown interest in joining, has guaranteed a free transit corridor for exporting goods to the Eurasian Economic Union, according to the Armenian deputy economy minister. The Union is predicated on the principle of four freedoms: free movement of good, people, services and capital. It aims to reach a number of macroeconomic objectives, such as reducing commodity prices by reducing the cost of transportation of raw materials; increasing return on new technologies and products due to the increased market volume; and promoting "healthy" competition.

Comment: The antecedent of this Union is the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which formed after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Russian President Putin admitted that the Union is modeled after the European Union (EU) and its development profited from the lessons learned in forming the EU. The theory and macroeconomic statistics for the new Union are impressive. It could be an energy producing powerhouse. However, the economies of the five states do not appear easy to integrate. They are competitive more than complementary, meaning that they all make the same or similar items and rely on the EU or China for the same or similar products. As an energy supplier to the EU, the collapse of the oil market has eroded their negotiating leverage for now. However, this is a long term project for the nations that will have benefits for commerce and travel within the Union. Meanwhile, Chinese demand for energy is close to insatiable.      burtprelutsky.com - Some people have been wondering about the timing of Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s release of her committee’s report condemning the CIA’s interrogation of Islamic terrorists. After all, the practice of waterboarding had ceased several years ago, so why bring it out when one knew it would lead to the U.N. condemning the practice and insisting that those who took part be indicted and tried by the World Court? They also had to know that it would endanger the lives of our spies around the world.

     There is nothing odd about the timing. One, the Democrats had to release it before the end of the year when the GOP would take control of the Senate, and relegate the report along with Mrs. Feinstein to the nearest dustbin. But, two, and even more essential to the Democrats, was that it be released on the very same day that Jonathan (“The American people are stupid and had to be conned into supporting nObamaCare”) Gruber would be testifying before a Republican-controlled House committee.

     Anyone who believes that was just a coincidence must also believe that it was coincidental that Clinton ordered the bombing of a benign Sudanese pharmaceutical plant in the midst of the Lewinsky scandal. You can carve it in stone that there is no such thing as a coincidence in Washington.

     As for the report itself, I would like to point out that our constitutional rights and protections do not apply to our enemies and even the Geneva Conventions don’t protect illegal combatants, aka terrorists. As for those who keep hollering about the Conventions, the fact is that they were first drawn up in order to guarantee for both sides that one’s captured soldiers would be treated humanely by their captors. However, in the case of Islamic terrorists, one, they are not signatories to the Conventions; and, two, they not only don’t have POW camps, but they torture and murder those, including civilians, who suffer the misfortune of falling into their hands.

In short, the Conventions were never intended to be a suicide pact.

     Furthermore, while I don’t happen to believe that most Americans are blood-thirsty, even if our legitimate motive hadn’t been to extract information from those villains who were waterboarded or deprived of sleep, I doubt if many of us would have minded their being gnawed on by rats. That would especially have been the case with the memory of 9/11 and of innocent people leaping from the roofs of the Twin Towers to escape the flames fresh in our minds.

     I know it’s not entirely fair to just pick on Feinstein and her liberal cohorts. After all, John McCain has long been a loud critic of enhanced interrogation techniques, and because he was a POW during the Vietnam War, he is believed to hold the high moral ground on this issue. Unfortunately, Sen. McCain has never seemed capable of differentiating between the Vietcong torturing Americans for the hell of it and the CIA torturing jihadists in order to extract information that could prevent a repeat of 9/11 or lead to the extermination of Osama bin Laden.

     I realize that Fox pundit George Will happens to agree with Sen. McCain, but that’s because he believes that whereas others merely rent the moral high ground, he holds the actual deed.

     When it comes to Sen. Feinstein, whom I have heard even some conservatives describe as a non-partisan grown-up in the Senate, I have to question the integrity and even the patriotism of someone who thinks it’s essential to rehash events from long ago that serve no other purpose than to give America a black eye and endanger those currently trying to protect the homeland.

     On top of that, the self-righteous senator has managed to ignore every scandal connected to nObama, ranging from Operation Fast & Furious, through the Benghazi massacre, the IRS targeting of conservatives, the Affordable Care Act, nObama’s bias against Israel and his promoting the alleged rights of illegal aliens while ignoring those of American taxpayers.

     At the very least, you would think that a U.S. senator would object to a president who, for all his denials of having the power and authority of an emperor, has chosen to ignore the separation of powers enumerated in the Constitution that both he and Mrs. Feinstein have sworn to defend. In addition, he has made it a practice to lie to the American people and has turned Robert Gibbs, Jay Carney and now Josh Earnest into real life Pinocchios to fabricate on his behalf whenever he had a round of golf to play, a fund-raiser to attend or simply wasn’t in the mood to face the press and do his own lying.

     In other news, I wasn’t even slightly surprised that Harvard, Columbia and Georgetown, law schools have all agreed to allow students who claim to have been traumatized by the grand jury decisions in Ferguson and Staten Island to postpone taking their exams, knowing that college administrators have the spines of jellyfish.

     Still, can you imagine how these self-indulgent young milksops will react when a few years down the road a judge or jury rules against them? Will they burst into tears, faint dead away, take to their beds with a case of the vapors or merely insist on a re-trial?

     Finally, the way Bowe Bergdahl has disappeared from the radar, in spite of his news-worthy exchange for five high-ranking jihadists, you might think he had been aboard Malaysian Airline flight 370.

     Is it any wonder that nObama has come to believe he can get away with absolutely anything when even the newshawks at Fox never ask about the Army’s alleged investigation of Bergdahl’s desertion?

     In my opinion, it isn’t only members of the military who should stand trial for dereliction of duty.

12/22/2014 Nigeria (International Christian Concern) – Late Saturday evening, international journalists received a video from members of the Boko Haram insurgency depicting the execution of around 100 non-Muslims in a dormitory-style hall reportedly located in Bama, a remote town in northeast Nigeria. A previous video released by the insurgency declaring the establishment of its Islamic caliphate depicted the execution of dozens of civilians laid face-down in a mass grave dug in former Christian stronghold, Gwoza. Saturday’s release went above and beyond previous Boko Haram productions, paralleling the barbarism of videos issued by the Islamic State in Iraq. The number of dead remains unconfirmed as additional reports from Bama (only 40 miles north of Gwoza) continue to make their way to international press outlets.

Set to music, the 11-minute video depicts Boko Haram militants, some dressed in camouflage, others in flannel and jeans, loading fresh magazines into AK-47s before filing into a long, dormitory-style hall filled with “infidels” (or non-Muslims) curled against one another on the floor. Upon entering, some of the men depicted begin to indiscriminately shoot at the bodies covering the floor before targeting those that move in response to the gunfire. The victims’ cries, heard between the gunshots, are drowned out by young men chanting, “Allahu Akbar” (or “Allah is Great”) while peering in on the massacre through the hall’s barred windows.

While it remains unclear how many of the victims were professed Christians, the film’s speaker states, “We have made sure the floor of this hall is turned red with blood, and this is how it is going to be in all future attacks and arrests of infidels (or non-Muslims).” The speaker continued, saying, “From now, killing, slaughtering, destruction and bombing will be our religious duty anywhere we invade.”

The mass execution follows the insurgency’s abduction of an estimated 185 women and children following the massacre of dozens of villagers in Gumsuri village on December 14. Eyewitnesses of the attack reported 33 villagers killed by Boko Haram militants shouting,“Allahu Akbar.” News of the attack and mass kidnapping was released to international press Thursday after survivors made the several-day journey to Maiduguri, the capital of Borno, Nigeria’s most northeastern state and birthplace to the Boko Haram insurgency.

A video released by the insurgency earlier this year depicted Shekau—thought to have been killed by Nigerian security forces last year—promising to sell more than 270 mostly Christian schoolgirls abducted by Boko Haram militants in April “on the market.” More than eight months following their abduction, 220 girls remain missing and are suspected of having been forcibly converted to Islam and sold into lifetimes of sexual and domestic slavery as child brides to their militant captors for as little as $12 USD.

Open Doors’ World Watch List ranked Nigeria the most dangerous country in the world for Christians to reside in 2013. Since its radicalization in 2009, Nigerian Christians have been all but eradicated from the country’s northeast by Boko Haram. Responsible for the deaths of more than 14,000 Nigerians since 2009, Boko Haram has single handedly killed an estimated 1,800 Christians this year alone.

ICC’s Regional Manager for Africa, Cameron Thomas, said, “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of the victims of this inexcusable atrocity. Militants, armed with AK-47s and a perverted theology of violence and bloodshed, have decimated community after community on their rampage across Nigeria’s northeast. Boko Haram has laid waste to the Nigerian church, slaughtering believers for their refusal to convert to Islam, abducting and enslaving schoolgirls for their Christian faith, and murdering pastors for preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ. The insurgency can and must be eliminated before its caliphate spreads, claiming innocent lives with each and every advance.”

I think it's fair to say that the biggest Republican victory in the last 100 years has been one of the biggest disappointments in the last 100 years. The party is controlled by Rockefeller Republicans; fake conservatives who get their marching orders from NWO "Paper-Clip" descendants. They are comfortable tearing up the Bill of Rights and Constitution, destroying the America we, and the families that gave birth to us, grew up in and prospered in. We are in serious trouble. If America, this time next year, even resembles the abomination it is now, it will be a miracle. We have gone through changes, since JFK was rubbed out, that are culminating in the outright dissolution of the USA; not that these changes were not manifesting themselves 50 years before the JFK event, they are now one city block away from parking us in an active driveway. One that has tractor trailers ready to roll into and over us, to deliver the goods ordered by the NWO.

I dare say it is highly unlikely we will have any political solution to this mess any time soon. We as a people need to band together and promote Pro-Active Resistance to anything smelling of NWO:

Newspapers
Formal Education
Processed Foods
Tap Water
Movie Theaters
Musical Concerts
Sporting Events
Vaccinations

If we can either boycott, or severely restrict, our participation in anything the Power Structure gives to us, and create our own grassroots lifestyle centered around freedom, physical and mental health, character, morality, and selflessness, we can move the balance of power from the Super Class side to the Citizen Class side.

The Tea Party can play a huge role in this. It can move itself from a political organization to an organization dedicated to building Americana. It could even re-name itself the Americana Party. A Party that funds itself through promoting and supporting what made America great. The list of things would resemble our Bill of Rights and the products pushed would have to be direct outgrowths of these principles. Then through this Americana lifestyle would you be able to have Leaders that the citizens would clamor for. Eventually the movement would get large enough to drown the Super Class and float the Citizen class to higher ground.

Time has come today. 2015 is the year. We are the People.

The Research and Fatwa Department of the Islamic State (ISIS) has released a pamphlet on the topic of female captives and slaves. The pamphlet, which is dated Muharram 1436 (October/November 2014) and was printed by ISIS’s publishing house, Al-Himma Library, is titled Su’al wa-Jawab fi al-Sabi wa-Riqab(“Questions and Answers on Taking Captives and Slaves”). It was presumably released in response to the uproar caused by the many reports this summer that ISIS had taken Yazidi girls and women as sex slaves. Written in the form of questions and answers, it clarifies the position of Islamic law (as ISIS interprets it) on various relevant issues, and states, among other things, that it is permissible to have sexual intercourse with non-Muslim slaves, including young girls, and that it is also permitted to beat them and trade in them.

The following are excerpted questions and answers from the ISIS pamphlet:

“Question 1: What is al-sabi?
“Al-Sabi is a woman from among ahl al-harb [the people of war] who has been captured by Muslims.
“Question 2: What makes al-sabi permissible?
“What makes al-sabi permissible [i.e., what makes it permissible to take such a woman captive] is [her] unbelief. Unbelieving [women] who were captured and brought into the abode of Islam are permissible to us, after the imam distributes them [among us].”
“Question 3: Can all unbelieving women be taken captive?
“There is no dispute among the scholars that it is permissible to capture unbelieving women [who are characterized by] original unbelief [kufr asli], such as thekitabiyat [women from among the People of the Book, i.e. Jews and Christians] and polytheists. However, [the scholars] are disputed over [the issue of] capturing apostate women. The consensus leans towards forbidding it, though some people of knowledge think it permissible. We [ISIS] lean towards accepting the consensus…”
“Question 4: Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female captive?
“It is permissible to have sexual intercourse with the female captive. Allah the almighty said: ‘[Successful are the believers] who guard their chastity, except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then they are free from blame [Koran 23:5-6]’…”
“Question 5: Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female captive immediately after taking possession [of her]?
“If she is a virgin, he [her master] can have intercourse with her immediately after taking possession of her. However, is she isn’t, her uterus must be purified [first]…”
“Question 6: Is it permissible to sell a female captive?
“It is permissible to buy, sell, or give as a gift female captives and slaves, for they are merely property, which can be disposed of [as long as that doesn’t cause [the Muslim ummah] any harm or damage.”
“Question 7: Is it permissible to separate a mother from her children through [the act of] buying and selling?
“It is not permissible to separate a mother from her prepubescent children through buying, selling or giving away [a captive or slave]. [But] it is permissible to separate them if the children are grown and mature.”
“Question 8: If two or more [men] buy a female captive together, does she then become [sexually] permissible to each of them?
“It is forbidden to have intercourse with a female captive if [the master] does not own her exclusively. One who owns [a captive] in partnership [with others] may not have sexual intercourse with her until the other [owners] sell or give him [their share].”
“Question 9: If the female captive was impregnated by her owner, can he then sell her?
“He can’t sell her if she becomes the mother of a child…”
“Question 10: If a man dies, what is the law regarding the female captive he owned?
“Female captives are distributed as part of his estate, just as all [other parts] of his estate [are distributed]. However, they may only provide services, not intercourse, if a father or [one of the] sons has already had intercourse with them, or if several [people] inherit them in partnership.”
“Question 11: May a man have intercourse with the female slave of his wife?
“A man may not have intercourse with the female slave of his wife, because [the slave] is owned by someone else.”
“Question 12: May a man kiss the female slave of another, with the owner’s permission?
“A man may not kiss the female slave of another, for kissing [involves] pleasure, and pleasure is prohibited unless [the man] owns [the slave] exclusively.”
“Question 13: Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female slave who has not reached puberty?
“It is permissible to have intercourse with the female slave who hasn’t reached puberty if she is fit for intercourse; however if she is not fit for intercourse, then it is enough to enjoy her without intercourse.”
“Question 14: What private parts of the female slave’s body must be concealed during prayer?
“Her private body parts [that must be concealed] during prayer are the same as those [that must be concealed] outside [prayer], and they [include] everything besides the head, neck, hands and feet.”
“Question 15: May a female slave meet foreign men without wearing a hijab?
“A female slave is allowed to expose her head, neck, hands, and feet in front of foreign men if fitna [enticement] can be avoided. However, if fitna is present, or of there is fear that it will occur, then it [i.e. exposing these body parts becomes] forbidden.”
“Question 16: Can two sisters be taken together while taking slaves?
“It is permissible to have two sisters, a female slave and her aunt [her father’s sister], or a female slave and her aunt [from her mother’s side]. But they cannot be together during intercourse, [and] whoever has intercourse with one of them cannot have intercourse with the other, due to the general [consensus] over the prohibition of this.”
“Question 17: What is al-‘azl?
“Al-‘azl is refraining from ejaculating on a woman’s pudendum [i.e. coitus interruptus].”
“Question 18: May a man use the al-‘azl [technique] with his female slave?
“A man is allowed [to use] al-‘azl during intercourse with his female slave with or without her consent.”
“Question 19: Is it permissible to beat a female slave?
“It is permissible to beat the female slave as a [form of] darb ta’deeb [disciplinary beating], [but] it is forbidden to [use] darb al-takseer [literally, breaking beating], [darb] al-tashaffi [beating for the purpose of achieving gratification], or [darb] al-ta’dheeb [torture beating]. Further, it is forbidden to hit the face.”
Question 20: What is the ruling regarding a female slave who runs away from her master?
“A male or female slave’s running away [from their master] is among the gravest of sins…”
“Question 21: What is the earthly punishment of a female slave who runs away from her master?
“She [i.e. the female slave who runs away from her master] has no punishment according to the shari’a of Allah; however, she is [to be] reprimanded [in such a way that] deters others like her from escaping.”
“Question 22: Is it permissible to marry a Muslim [slave] or a kitabiyya [i.e. Jewish or Christian] female slave?
“It is impermissible for a free [man] to marry Muslim or kitabiyat female slaves, except for those [men] who feared to [commit] a sin, that is, the sin of fornication…”
“Question 24: If a man marries a female slave who is owned by someone else, who is allowed to have intercourse with her?
“A master is prohibited from having intercourse with his female slave who is married to someone else; instead, the master receives her service, [while] the husband [gets to] enjoy her [sexually].”
“Question 25: Are the huddoud [Koranic punishments] applied to female slaves?
“If a female slave committed what necessitated the enforcement of a hadd [on her], a hadd [is then] enforced on her – however, the hadd is reduced by half within the hudud that accepts reduction by half…”
“Question 27: What is the reward for freeing a slave girl?
“Allah the exalted said [in the Koran]: ‘And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass [hell]? It is the freeing of a slave.’ And [the prophet Muhammad] said: ‘Whoever frees a believer Allah frees every organ of his body from hellfire.'”

MUSLIM man, Mobein Ali, 19, mows down native British couple with his car in a hit-and-run horror in Manchester on Christmas Eve, killing both of them, who between them leave behind 15 children.

Express (h/t Susan K) The Muslim driver was yesterday charged with causing death by dangerous driving. Mobein Ali, 19, will appear in court in Manchester today. The crash happened on Manchester’s Princess Parkway, a busy main thoroughfare south of the city around 10.15pm on Tuesday. The couple were crossing the road when they were hit by a blue Vauxhall corsa.

Last night family members paid tribute. Mr Ward’s son Mike, 24, was a finalist on the BBc one show The Voice last year. He said on Facebook: “can’t get over it… So sad that you’re gone Dad and so sudden. “Saddest thing is not getting the chance to say goodbye but I know you were very proud of me and all your children.”

Ms Jolly was pronounced dead at the scene on Tuesday night, despite the efforts of paramedics. Mr Ward died in hospital on christmas eve.

Three other people, a man aged 59 and two women aged 19 and 47, in connection with this case were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. They remain on police bail.
