Wake Up and Smell the Coffee

The average Congressman elected in 2016 received over $1,000,000 in campaign contributions. The donors were not philanthropists, they criminals offering bribes to the candidates in exchange for political favors.

If we are going to regain control of the House of Representatives we need to reduce the size of Congressional Districts. The Representatives in the first Congress of the united States represented 30,000 people. Today the average Congressman represents over 700,000 constituents.

Congress consist of 435 men and women who average over a million dollars in net worth, while their constituents are struggling just to make ends meet.

It is time to wake up and join AmericaAgain!

{city-journal.org} ~ Senate Judiciary Committee member Ben Sasse recently wrote in the Wall Street Journal that the Constitution “doesn’t talk about Democratic or Republican judges,” and that “viewing the Supreme Court through a partisan lens undermines the nature of the institution.” While the Nebraska Republican’s heart is in the right place, his argument misses the crux of the fight over the Supreme Court nomination that will soon roil his committee. At the core of our political disagreement today is whether Americans are to be governed by the Constitution written by the Founding Fathers or by a Supreme Court acting as a permanent constitutional convention, making up the law as it goes along. Choosing a justice who subscribes to one or the other of these views is thus as intensely political a decision as we can make.

Woodrow Wilson most clearly articulated this choice. He dismissed the Constitution as a relic of a bygone age of wigs and knee-breeches, suitable enough for the uncomplicated eighteenth century, but now, with its clunky checks and balances, an intolerable impediment to efficient government. The modern era is too complex for self-government by ordinary citizens, as the Founders supposed possible. It requires a much bigger, more active, more powerful government than they conceived—government by highly educated, specially skilled experts, scientifically and disinterestedly administering public matters in the public interest. And the changed times that call for so changed a government also call for “living political constitutions that must be Darwinian in structure and practice,” allowing modern government to adapt promptly to changing twentieth-century conditions by means of “more liberal, not to say more lax” Supreme Court decisions, made with “boldness and a touch of audacity,”  the professor-president declared. After all, wasn’t it right, both practically and morally, to be “progressive?”

It was only when Franklin Roosevelt entered the White House that Americans saw just what kind of audacity Wilson had in mind. When FDR kept trying to create executive-branch agencies that would control vast swaths of U.S. economic activity, the Supreme Court kept blocking him, ruling that the Constitution’s Commerce Clause gave the federal government power to regulate interstate commerce, but not commerce within a single state. Every time FDR’s lawyers trotted out a new, sophistical argument as to why, for instance, a strike at a single plant in a single state would jeopardize an entire national industry and perhaps the whole U.S. economy, as the flap of a butterfly’s wings in Japan is said to affect the weather in America, the justices swatted them down. But when FDR threatened to circumscribe the Court’s power and to pack it with left-wing judges, the nine justices folded, allowing the president to set up the vast panoply of New Deal agencies with authority to make rules like a legislature, adjudicate supposed infractions of them like a judge, get private papers and inspect private premises without a judicial warrant, and assess penalties without either a grand or a petit jury to protect the citizen. And the self-gelded Supreme Court allowed this trampling of the Bill of Rights’s protection of the individual and the Constitution’s separation of powers—powers that could not legally be delegated to any gimcrack “agency”—without a peep.

FDR recognized, with characteristic insouciance, that he had erected “a ‘fourth branch’ of Government for which there is no sanction in the Constitution.” From that day to this, the unconstitutional Administrative State has swollen in size and power. It is only recently, when such bodies as the Environmental Protection Agency or the Securities and Exchange Commission or the Federal Communications Commission have made rules that glaringly have no basis in the consent of the governed and look like raw tyranny, that conservatives and civil libertarians have cried foul.

The burning political question of our day is whether we are to return to something like the limited government of enumerated powers, circumscribed by checks and balances, that the Founders created—as conservatives and civil libertarians want—or whether we will continue to be governed by administrative agencies legitimized by Woodrow Wilson’s “living” Constitution, which is continually made and remade by unelected judges guided by their own prejudices, as our “wise Latina” Supreme Court justice Sonia Sotomayor essentially admitted.

“Progressives”—as those on the left like to call themselves by way of self-congratulation—worship the Administrative State. They cling to it by citing decades’ worth of Supreme Court decisions upholding it. They cite the doctrine of stare decisis: that justices must respect earlier Supreme Court rulings, which have the status of settled law, just like Griswold v. Connecticut, a 1965 decision claiming a right to privacy derived from “emanations, formed by penumbras” from the Bill of Rights. The stare decisis doctrine is the reason why the justices in the 1954 Brown v. Board school-desegregation case didn’t rule that the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits discrimination by race, period. To have ruled thus would have overturned the Court’s 1896 Plessy v. Ferguson decision, which declared that separate accommodation of the races was legal, so long as those separate accommodations were equal. So the Brown Court twisted itself like a pretzel, using far-fetched psychological testimony that, in the specific case of education, separate could never be equal.

In truth, however, America really has no constitutional law in the sense that England has, with its unwritten constitution made up of nothing but the accumulated rulings of its judges from Lords Coke and Camden on down. All we have, as Justice Clarence Thomas rightly likes to say, is the Constitution itself, trailing two centuries of Supreme Court interpretations that deserve respectful consideration, but that might be wrong. And just as it would be perfectly reasonable for a Supreme Court to say, “Our late honorable brethren were wrong in their interpretation of the Constitution in Plessy v. Ferguson,” so it would be reasonable to overturn decisions on which the Administrative State rests, such as the wacky 1942 Wickard v. Filburn decision, which held that a farmer’s production of grain to feed to his own cows was subject to federal regulation under the Commerce Clause.

What’s at stake in the confirmation of new Supreme Court justices is therefore as momentously political as the 1787 Constitutional Convention: are we to be a self-governing republic, or are we to be ruled by arbitrary, unelected bureaucrats, who think themselves wiser than we, the people of the United States?

By Thomas Gallatin: From references made by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pulosi (D-CA) to the Statue of Liberty crying to CNN running the headline, "Trump bans 134,000,000 from the U.S.," the Left and the mainstream media are jumping up and down in hysteria over Donald Trump's Friday executive orders on vetting refugees. Adding fuel to the controversy were stories of green card holders being prevented entry, forcing the administration to offer a clarification, with Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly stating, "In applying the provisions of the President's executive order, I hereby deem the entry of lawful permanent residents to be in the national interest. Accordingly, absent the receipt of significant derogatory information indicating a serious threat to public safety and welfare, lawful permanent resident status will be a dispositive factor in our case-by-case determinations." Even The Wall Street Journal headlined a story that read, "Donald Trump's Immigration Ban Sows Chaos."
          So what's the deal here? Are Trump's actions as "extreme" as the mainstream media insists? Has the White House been taken over by a nativist? Is Trump Hitler 2.0? The facts reveal quite a different story from the hysteria currently being peddled by the Leftmedia.
          First, motive. Trump maintained during his entire campaign that the safety of Americans would be a top priority. His actions on Friday are yet another example of him following through on his promises. Trump has correctly assessed that Washington's politically correct attitude toward immigration has created a climate ripe for a Trojan horse-like infiltration taking advantage of the nation's lax controls. His order is not an attack on a religion, ethnic group or region of the world.
          Trump's concerns or actions are not new or unprecedented, as both Jimmy Carter and Bill liar-Clinton enacted similar temporary bans, and justified those bans out of concern for the safety of Americans.
          Second, the "extreme" adjective that has been bandied about by media pundits from all sides is quite simply absurd. A quick look at history and numbers confirms this. Trump's capping of refugees at 50,000 per year is nothing new. Both George W. Bush and Barack liar-nObama averaged the same number until 2016, when liar-nObama expanded the number significantly. In reality, Trump is simply bringing the numbers back down to previously established levels. If anyone is to be faulted for extreme actions on refugees, it's liar-nObama.
          Third, the order will seek to revamp the refugee processing in order to prioritize those of minority religious groups fleeing the persecution of radical Islamists. This will specifically help Christians but also other minorities who have suffered from rising persecution over the last few years. This is a significant change from liar-nObama's policy that did not favor minority religions in the refugee processing.
          Fourth, the ban is temporary — 120 days — as DHS determines the "information needed from any country to adjudicate any visa, admission, or other benefit under the INA (adjudications) in order to determine that the individual seeking the benefit is who the individual claims to be and is not a security or public-safety threat." And the ban has an exemption clause: "Secretaries of State and Homeland Security may, on a case-by-case basis, and when in the national interest, issue visas or other immigration benefits to nationals of countries for which visas and benefits are otherwise blocked."
          In reality, the Leftmedia's exasperation over Trump's actions is a strategy aimed at delegitimizing Trump in a effort to subvert his unapologetic "America First" policy. The Left is committed to its globalist vision and will do everything it can to derail Trump.
          In hindsight, Trump may have acted too quick, especially if he failed to fully vet the plan internally. This has allowed the Leftmedia to unleash a barrage of misinformation that is proving to sow confusion and creating the false perception of the order being extreme.
          Mark Alexander's perspective: "This and other Trump initiatives will come down to who wins the battle for perception, not the facts, and indeed, if the Leftmedia prevails in portraying the Trump administration as a 'clown show,' then the Trump experiment is not going to end well. Cabinet members of the caliber of Gen. Kelley at DHS and Gen. Mattis at DOD will not hang around indefinitely if they are repeatedly being bypassed on major issues like this. If Trump continues to formulate tweets and executive orders in a vacuum, as if he can control the media script as tightly as he did the script for his successful reality show, then he could do more damage to Republicans in four years than liar-nObama did to Democrats in eight. Trump and company should not be burning capital on EOs that they're going to need for much more critical issues — like the Supreme Court."

A few hours later, Trump retweeted Netanyahu's praise.

Mexico wasn't pleased.

Today some of those same smugglers belong to armed groups who have pledged allegiance to the Islamic State.

In an interview with Fox News on Thursday, Trump called a beefed-up barrier on the United States' southern border "good for the heart of the nation in a certain way, because people want protection, and a wall protects. It was not clear which wall Trump was referring to. In addition to border fences facing Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt, Israel also has an internal security fence -- with remote-controlled machine guns -- along the periphery of the Gaza Strip, as well as separation barriers in the West Bank to keep Palestinians, and Palestinian terrorists, out of Israel.

Hours after Netanyahu's tweet, his office issued a clarification: "The prime minister was addressing Israel's unique circumstances and the important experience we have and which we are willing to share with other nations. There was no attempt to voice an opinion regarding U.S.-Mexico ties."

Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesmen followed up with more tweets:

So far President Trump has exceeded my expectations.  His choice of his honorable Neil Gorsuch was very well thought out; and his introduction was flawless.  I have to admit that I was glued to the tube w/ anticipation. I did yell "YES!" when Gorsuch's name was pronounced.  

Am I jubilant?  Of course not. What I am is relieved - w/ a guarded optimism.  No human being is free of imperfections  And, sadly, for well over a century now, many, if not most, of the elected officials, as well as quite a few of those that have been appointed in Washington DC have dishonored their Oaths of Office to protect, defend, and abide by the US Constitution. 

Yes, I do feel a sense of guarded...GUARDED...optimism. But that in no way means that I will ever be a blind-follower of anyone in politics. Nor will I ever spin, or make excuses for, anyone. I never had before. Why should I start now. 

The USA had stopped being a Constitutional Republic a long time ago. Over a century of progressive (socialist / globalist) changes to our Constitution, by Amendments, laws, and regulations had plowed the way; enabling the damage that has been done within the last 20 yrs alone - and during the last eight years  for sure.

Whomever believes that the choice of a Supreme Court jurist should also be determined and influenced by trends...or populism...is deeply misinformed. Thus, they are misguided.  Trends shift. And, like them, polls can be manipulated; and protests can be manufactored.  In the end, all we have left is our Constitution and the Declaration of Independence which expresses the very spirit of its construction. Yet, even the Constitution is not perfect; and the Framers were well aware of it. Otherwise, the language of The Preamble would not have included "in order to form a more-perfect Union". 

They were very aware that the key weakness, or flaw, with the Constitution is that it depends SOLELY on a moral Citizenry that would honor and abide by it. NO amendment, law or regulation will EVER be able to assure, let alone deliver, morals. It's up to the American Citizenry to do that.

GDP numbers are in for the final quarter of 2016 — Barack liar-nObama's last quarter — and they are unsurprisingly dismal. {townhall.com} ~ Given the daily liberal head explosions occurring because of President Trump’s immigration policies, one might think Trump demolished the Statue of Liberty, or worse, reintroduced school prayer, when all he did is take executive action on January 27 to protect Americans.

The White House owes no apology for wanting to keep America safe. At most, the administration could consider special circumstances where the threat to the country is negligible, a step they have already committed to doing. The executive order temporarily bans immigration for those coming from jihadi-infested countries like Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Iran and Iraq until better security screening is in place.

The order also puts an indefinite ban on those coming from Syria because ISIS is extremely active there. We didn’t hear a peep from leftists when former President liar-nObama did something similar regarding immigration from Iraq in 2011. No one should be surprised, though, given Democrats’ standards have nothing to do with safety and security and everything to do with politics and appeasement.

Leftists might be thanking Trump for his actions if they weren’t so drunk with hatred for anyone or anything that even hints of American values. If they lock their doors at night to keep bad people out, they are hypocrites to suggest it is not okay for Trump to protect Americans.

Fact is, the same ISIS who vowed to import terrorists disguised as refugees doesn’t care about which side of the political aisle a person sits. America experienced an unprecedented number of domestic terrorist attacks committed by Muslim immigrants or children of immigrants during liar-nObama’s tenure.

We are a nation governed by the rule of law, but you’d never know it from leaders standing in defiance over Trump’s stance on immigration and sanctuary cities. Sanctuary cities are illegal and in a civil society, those who break the law are punished. Leaders who break federal immigration laws already on the books should be removed from office, fined, and criminally charged. They should be held personally liable for lives lost and havoc wreaked by illegals living within their jurisdictions.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott leads the way, promising to pursue legislation to remove sheriffs and mayors breaking immigration laws.  Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez also denounced Miami-Dade’s previous stance as a sanctuary county on January 27.

In my home, my father’s word was law. When Dad said “no” he meant no. Throwing temper tantrums didn’t help. In fact, it made things worse. It’s obvious to me that America has suffered from a significant shortage of alpha male leadership in families, based on the number of people losing their minds over a true leader occupying the White House.

Leftists can chuck bricks, throw rocks, and start fires all they want, but Trump will still be president when they wake the next morning.

Their actions hurt their cause because it helps normal people see Democrats don’t really care about anyone but themselves. They claim they are pro-immigrant, but on Inauguration Day in D.C., anti-Trump anarchists set fire to a limousine owned by a Muslim immigrant. The rocks they pelt sent his employee to the hospital. That makes them about as pro-immigrant as they are pro-Christian.

As you might expect, a couple of liar-Hillary’s "Deplorables" came to the poor guy’s rescue, raising more than $20,000 to assist him after leftists destroyed his livelihood.

But, be of good cheer, there’s a new sheriff in town who likes law and order. Sorry, snowflakes, all those “free spaces” to destroy other people’s stuff are no longer available. That’s why 230 Inauguration Day anarchists were charged with felony rioting and face fines of up to $25,000 and 10 years in prison which should be time enough to keep them off the streets while Trump cleans up America.

All the fit-throwing reminds me this is going to be a long eight years, but then I smile because I know liberals are thinking the same thing.

potentially very dangerous. Our founding fathers knew their experiment in self government required the people to be eternally vigilant.

They predicted that like cancer, the newly formed government would metastasize if the people failed to hold the government officials accountable. It was to be their job to follow the job descriptions given to them in the Constitution and to honor their oath to preserve, protect and defendant the Constitution. The Constitution can protect our rights if we don't defend it.

By remaining silent and complying with unconstitutional laws we give our consent. By obeying rules, regulations, codes and statutes we must ignore the provision in our Constitution. In order to defend the Constitution we must read and understand the principles upon which it was written.

We should always comply with just laws and refuse to comply with those that are not. In order to be free, we must be responsible. For far too many years the American people have been asleep at the wheel and our and are about to pay the price for our negligence.      AmericAgain!

In January 2017, Barry Donadio was appointed as the Sergeant at Arms of the Maryland Republican Party.

The Honorable Dirk Haire, who is the newly elected Chair of the Maryland Republican Party and campaign counsel to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appointed Barry Donadio.

Mr. Donadio will serve a 2 year term as Sergeant at Arms and be responsible for maintaining order during MDGOP conventions. Barry Donadio was already handling protective security details for Republican Party through his firm Public Security LLC.

When the MDGOP needed executive protection for their guest Alevda King, they called on Barry Donadio and the Private Detectives from his firm to carry out the task. Alveda King is a Republican, American Activist, Author and former State Representative for the 28th District in the Georgia House of Representatives. She is also the niece of Martin Luther King. 

In 2014, Mr. Donadio was elected to the Queen Anne's County Republican Republican Central Committee in Maryland and is currently serving a four year term.

Since then, he endorsed Conservative Republicans like Nicolee Ambrose (The RNC Committeewoman for Maryland. On April 27th 2016, Barry Donadio also publicly endorsed David Bossie for RNC Maryland National Committeeman. In September 2016, Mr. Bossie was subsequently appointed as a Deputy Campaign Manager by United States President Donald J. Trump.

Barry Donadio is a former member of the U.S. Secret Service that served at the White House during the Bush and Obama administrations. He is also a Military War Veteran that served in multiple Middle Eastern war zones during his career.

Saturday Night Fever

The rabid leftist (mainstream) media are feverishly at work trying to destroy the Trump admn. In their latest attack, they are trying to equate President Trump's firing of ACTING usag, Sally Yates, to the late President Nixon's "Saturday Night Massacre".  It isn't.  Nixon had his USAG fire Archibald Cox because he was investigating Nixon and wanted the tapes connected to Watergate. When the AG refused, Nixon fired the AG.  That's the "Saturday Night Massacre" in a nutshell. 

Lets move fwd to Electionn Day 2008 in Philadelphia. The Black Panthers were involved in a open-and-shut case of voter intimidation; not to mention a clear case for racially motivated death threats by Shabazz towards a white voter who was on line at that Philadelphia poll. 

An investigation was started under then-President George W Bush.  But, the moment Obama was inaugurated, and had his attack dog, Eric Holder, appointed (w/ out ANY resistence at all by the GOP, mind you), Holder got rid of everyone at the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR); and appointing the far-left political activist Robin Ashton as the new head of the OPR. 

EXCERPT: "The timing makes this appointment even more troubling than it would otherwise be. OPR is currently investigating allegations of undue political interference in the Civil Rights Division’s New Black Panther Party voter-intimidation case. OPR is supposed to be investigating claims by the trial team that supervisors improperly dismissed the case for political or racial reasons, and that political appointees instituted a policy prohibiting the enforcement of voting-rights laws against minority defendants like the New Black Panthers." 1 

If anything is more similar to the "Saturday Night Massacre" it was those events under Barack Hussein Obama.

Chuck Schumer's response to President Trump's firing

 of ACTress AG Sally Yates is worthy of an Oscar as he started shedding FAKE-tears and expressed his FAKE-outrage by saying how the job of the USAG is to uphold and enforce the law.  Hmmm... Not only does Eric Holder's obstruction of justice into the Black Panther case shows blatant hypocrisy at the very least -- the very FACT that former USAG Loretta Lynch met w/ former pres Bill Clinton on her plane...when his wife, Hillary, was right smack-dab in the middle of her own investgation, mind you...is yet more evidence of corruption, cover up and obstruction of justice by the most powerful and influential democrats in the country.

President Donald Trump simply fired an Obama-appointed acress-USAG because she refused to either enforce Trump's Exec Order...which is not only NOT "un"constitutional - but it pretty much mirrors Obama's Order. The main difference being that Trump's Order actually has a shorter shelf life by about half.

Suck on that one, Chuck. Once again the left has NOTHING!

A short while ago he released an statement where he said that he supports these read-to-go protestors. Gee! What a surprise!

Question for these ready-to-go protestors: Where are your calls for "human rights" against the Islamic terrorists yelled "ALLAH AKBAR" during a deadly attack on a mosque in Quebec? WHERE is that outrage during the San Bernardino; Boston; Ft Hood; Orlando - or any of the many other carnage by Islamists, you hypocrits!  

Day in and day out the demorat-media tries to convince the general  public that, if the USA puts a freeze on importing so called "refugees" from specific, Islamic nations, America will be hated by muslims. Thus, provoking massacres. If such is the case, then, WHERE is the "hate" and the attacks against the Saudis; the UAE, Qatar; or even Russia; or China, for instance? Those nations have taken in ZERO "refugees"!  Why ism't the protest-machine targeting / blocking those embassies here at home; or even the UN itself?!

The Titles of Nobility Amendment

The authors of the Constitution wanted the men who served in the Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches of government to owe their allegiance to the people, not to any foreign monarch or country.

In Article I Section 8 Clause 9 they prohibited individuals with ties to foreign powers from serving in positions of public trust. Lawyers who pledged their allegiance to the BAR Association became Attorneys and disqualified themselves from serving in any capacity representing the people.

The problem with the provisions in this clause is that there is no penalty assigned to the attorneys who owed their allegiance to a foreign power.

In order to assign a penalty, in 1810 Congress passed the Titles of Nobility Amendment and sent it out to the seventeen states for their consideration. The propose amendment was lawfully ratified by the necessary 13 states.

This amendment stripped lawyers who had sworn allegiance to the International Bar Association of their citizenship and their right to hold any office of public trust.

John Quincy Adams had sworn allegiance to the BAR Association would have disqualified  him from  serving in any official capacity in the United States.

All of the Presidents from John Quincy Adams to Abraham Lincoln were all BAR Association Attorneys except William Henry Harrison and Zachary Taylor. The vast majority of the members of Congress are BAR Association Attorneys that have sworn an allegiance to a foreign power and gave surrendered their citizenship.

Before the ink on the newly ratified Constitution was even dry, lawyers with an allegiance to a BAR Association began to seek positions in the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government. Any piece of legislation that received a single vote from a non-citizen lawyer would make that legislation unconstitutional.

Even though the Amendment was lawfully ratified men in high places have hidden the 13th Amendment from the American  people.

Demoncrats Target Disloyal Democrat

A couple of weeks ago, after returning from a Syria fact-finding trip, REPRESENTATIVE Tulsi Gabbard made headlines by calling Obama out as a Treasonous Traitor for the Iran Nuclear Treaty which we all know simply finded their Nuclear program with U. S. taxpayer dollars.and also Obama's blundering around in Syria and contributing to the problem rather than the solution, as was reported in Tea Party email correspondence I received.

Now, all of a sudden on the other Tea Party Blog post, the headline reads, "BREAKING NEWS! Dem Senator Caught Secretly Meeting With THIS Terrorist. Arrest her?... Read the latest on TeaParty.org." Then, based on the reporter Jake Tapper and the questions he asked and the presumably Tea Party columnist'a take on the interview, he promotes the opinion that Tulsi Gabbard is guilty and a majority of the earlier responses take the position that h\she is guilty and all kinds of bad things are said about the ONE DEMOCRAT in the House that speaks the truth.

There are two very apparent errors in the story.

1. Tulsi Gabbard is a REPRESENTATIVE, NOT a SENATOR!

2. If Nancy Pelosi could go and meet with Assad and try to convince him that President Trump is bad and was not arrested, why should another Representative of the same political Party be arrested for speaking truth and trying to talk sense to Assad to stop the war?

It took courage for a Representative of the President's political party to publicly BLAST "her own Party's " President as a treasonous traitor and point out the disaster his touted Iran Nuclear Treaty an accomplishing the exact opposite of what it was sold as — actually giving Iran the money ($1.5 BILLION) to build a nuclear weapon to strike the U. S, and Israel with.

The whole tone of the article indicates a pre-conceived prejudice that because she is elected from a solid Democrat state where the official Republican Party actually helped Democrats to win 2 more seats that had already been Republican. As I learned the hard way in Florida in 1966, winning an election in a solid Democratic state as a Republican is extremely difficult. I did at least make statewide news by arranging so I was the clear FIRST CANDIDATE of Either party to take the Candidate's Oath and a personal family tragedy for which I could not be blamed still caused me to agree with the county Republican chairman and causesd the First Republican Primary in Marion County in 100 years. The publicity I generated — on a near zero budget, but by careful planning to get my name and face in the news. I was a contributing factor to the first Republican Governor in Florida in 100 years, Claude Kirk, who told me at a YOung Republican meeting, "Sam, if you don't make it with all the publicity you've got, none of us [Republicans] will."

Tulsi was raised Conservative Republican by her father, Mike Gabbard. I first met Tulsi when she was only about 13 at a Republicn meeting. The following year, after re-districting gerrymandered him out of a fairly Republican district and surround him with nothing but Democrats, he switched parties to keep being reelected, but still tried to vote conservative in the legislature. For the 2016 Primary and General elections, I was the Polling Official who checked her ID with the Registration Book for her to get her bsllots. Both times we remembered the meeting many years previous and we had a good conversation about what she was doing in Washington, because she timed her vits to times when there was a lull in voters.

I can assure you that Tulsi was a much SAFER person to speak doe the United States to Assad than SecState John Kerry! She is truly patriotic and Common Sense — and brave!

I do hope Tea Party leadership will really check the facts and then make an official applogy to her for the tone of the headlined artcle.

Why the Clinton foundation the Charity Mega Global-Fraud- is immune from prosecution?

This predatory criminal enterprise destroyed the trust of the people on Charity organizations that are doing good to society.

The Clintons just shut down their criminal enterprise “The Clinton Global Initiative”. This enterprise which took in billions of dollars in donations from individuals, companies, and foreign governments and benefit their donor’s self-interest was call “Pay to play”. This was a criminal enterprise that never was investigate or made public by the corporate news media or the U.S. Department of justice after become apparent even to the most stupid dumb idiot.

The question is why; Some of those defrauded include sovereign nations that are beyond the intimidation and threats that the Clintons are famous for.  All it will take,  is one country to open a case against the Clintons to get the Clintons to be accountable for their criminal activities, because here in our country no one have the moral conviction to stop these criminals.

We voted for Donald Trump to clean up our country from these corrupt criminals, predators that seek opportunities to get rich at the expenses of the poor, pretending that they are working to alleviate their poverty, hunger and promote education to make our world a more economic just, for poor people. The Clinton Global Initiative was a self-serving criminal enterprise a fraud that needs to be expose, investigate and prosecute to send a clear message to all these Charity organizations that are in operation under the pretense that they are in place to help the people that need the most and alleviate poverty and hunger in this injustice world where corporate and government collusion are the biggest roadblock for human justice.

Please send letters to your Washington representatives and demand an investigation and the prosecution of the Clintons.  We must stop impunity and being immune from prosecution because their political- government position or being rich and famous. We have laws in our country and no one is above the law.
