August 17th is a special state Senate election in a runoff between John Laird (D) and Sam Blakeslee (R). Again, going against the will of the people who want a conservative as the next Supreme Court justice, Obama nominates a radical ideologue. If we have any more like Kagan, our constitutional rights, as laid out by our Founding Fathers based on years of experience, will be in serious peril.
