Yes, it is terrible about all of the foreign violence and deaths. But, what about the 45,000 plus people murdered in MEXICO in the last few years. Yes, more than all of those other places far away and our troop losses in two wars! I care about all of them and especially Muslim terrorists killing everyone everywhere. What should we do about the country south of our border and the literal bleed over our border into various cities in America?

We should stop foreign aid, strengthen our military and put troops on our border helping to actually seal it ASAP. WE have bad guys coming over with criminals mixed in with people who just want to work.  Now, over 15% of Mexico's population is in the US illegally. Billions were given to illegals in just earned income credit, not to mention other benefits. I know our government tells people that, if you do not have a social security number you can still apply for food stamps and other assistance. I am sure there is no abuse of these programs, Yeah right. Regardless, we need to address the violence and illegals issue. How many illegals and related gang members are in our jails? Google it and you might be surprised. What does that cost? We are so PC that we will not place troops on the border like we did in the 1800's, but we should do so and reduce troops over seas. WE need a fence to keep people out not in the US. The border fence is not the Berlin wall , as we will let anyone leave that wants to leave.

Obama has stated he want to weaken the US military cutting 12 brigades and greatly reduce spending. If allowed he will gut the military to levels not seen since before WWII. As then, enemies will think we are so weak and unable to respond that  world wide violence and attacks will increase. We know Hitler thought it would take us 20 years to respond to him and that encouraged him to attack other countries. He was wrong then, as we had a great manufacturing base. Now, as we have allowed our manufacturing to exit, incurred high electricity costs and have one of the highest in the world corporate tax while we allow credits for foreign tax and business relocation we can not react as quickly.

We sit on more oil reserves than all of the rest known oil reserves in the world and yet we have no energy policy and import half of our oil. This money spent on oil imports empowers our enemies and fuels the world wide terrorists organizations.  WE do not use our tremendous natural gas and coal reserves. In fact drilling on federal land is down  and oil production is only up because of private land production. the EPA and other agencies. My point is that if we used our domestic energy resources, become energy independent ASAP in a Manhattan type effort, cut foreign oil imports to zero, maintained a strong military, bring down electricity costs and fuel costs, used energy to decrease unemployment it would be better for America. Peace through strength is better than Obama's weak, lead from behind and a watered down federally feed education system. Anything that weakens the US and weakens State control, is bad for America and in turn is bad for the world.  

One hundred and ninety nine years ago during the War of 1812, an American lawyer was a prisoner aboard a British war ship in Boston harbor looking at a huge American flag that had been raised over the walls of Ft. McHenry.  He wrote a poem about the battle that ensued and that flag.  The last line of the first stanza of that Francis Scott Key poem reads “Oh say can you see by the dawn’s early light, does that banner yet wave oer the land of the free and the home of the brave?”  You see the British Admiral had promised that if that Flag were to be lowered he would stop the shelling of Ft. McHenry.  It was still flying proudly in the morning.  It had been hit many times and the staff broken.  It should have fallen.  But when the dawn came there, around its base, were the bodies of the men who had given their lives to hold the pole up right.  You see when it was about to fall a group of men ran to its base and held it upright and as they died others rushed to take their place and keep that banner aloft. Oh, it was severely canted and, but the flag still answered the vagaries of the wind and the undaunted spirit of the defenders of that fort and our country.  It was, in deed, the “… home of the free and the land of the brave.”

Today however, I fear that this land is the home of the political heretic and the land of the apathetic.  We are ruled by a class of cowards who are much more concerned about their power and keeping that power than any call to freedom for a once great nation.  It is being led by a man born god only knows where, of muslim parents, who refuses to allow a background check on himself while he seeks the destruction of our freedoms, the basic morals of its history and the very constitution upon which it was founded.

Concomitant with all of the above is their attack on the Constitution, including the second amendment.  You might want to recall the words of the Japanese military commander during WWII when his staff proposed that they strike the American west coast after their success at Pearl Harbor.  His response (paraphrased) was “Impossible.  We would encounter a gun behind every blade of grass.  That is an armed nation.”  Well, it used to be anyway.

The liberal mantra is “Let us help you.”   Why won’t those conservatives let us help you, All we want to do is help you.  Give you free food, free housing, free health care, free cell phones, free … you fill in the blank.  Let us help you.  All we want in return is all of your work, all of your energy and all of your freedoms.  Let us help you. 

Four Americans dead and many more injured because Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton refused to answer the call to send help. A border patrol agent killed with guns provided by Barack Obama and Eric Holder to criminals in Mexico in their botched gun running operation. Americans targeted, harassed and intimidated by the Internal Revenue Service because they hold a different political ideology than Barack Obama.  Land of the Free?  The Department of Homeland Security has declared the fourth amendment to be null and void in a zone 100 miles from every U.S. border and ocean.  They say they can legally search and seize whatever they deem necessary without benefit or either w a warrant or reasonable ‘probable cause’.  To quote Benjamin Franklin:  ”Those who would surrender their freedom for security deserve neither freedom nor security.”

A massive 1,131 individuals renounced their US citizenship last quarter. That number is more than the total number of people that chose to live other than under the yoke this country’s collectivistic regime in the past year.  Compared to the same quarter last year in which 188 people renounced their US citizenship, this year's number is over SIX TIMES higher.  This brings the total number of citizenship renunciations so far this year to 1,810. Try to fix in your mind that in the last six months one thousand eight hundred ten of our citizens have made the decision that it would be better to give up their life long homes and the citizenship that was their birth right rather than live in the tyranny that is today’s United States.

I agree with many opinions of rand, but in this case the generals are fighting the Muslim Brotherhood which in turn has been murdering Christians, burning their churches and seeking Sharia law. I think they are doing what needs to be done and probably support a real reform and not one like the MBH tried to implement. Of course, I think all foreign aid should be stopped until we get our budget under control and stop borrowing money to give it away. Also, never give money to those who hate and oppose us.

Our President leads from behind, confuses everyone and is detached from almost everything but the weekly Whitehouse parties and vacation activities.  We know Obama wants to transform America into a non super power, i.e., reduce our nuclear weapons to a level far below Russia and at or below China's level, supports the use of a world currency vs the US dollar and then retracted that statement by the former US treasury Secretary, Doesn't much like our Constitution, Ignores Federal court orders, his AG refuses to enforce some laws, the AG issued instruction nationwide to his ASST AG's to not present all evidence in regards to some drug cases and to seek less jail time than called for in federal sentencing guidelines, ( This is illegal), instructs agencies to go around the law and Congress, granted asylum and essentially ignores our immigration laws or the intent of those laws selectively.

No wonder Putin and others have no fear and certainly no respect for America and our current President. 38 Christian Churches have been burned down in Egypt and many Christians were murdered before the military stepped in to stop the Muslim Brotherhood.  Where was and is our President on these issues? If he speaks up will anyone listen? Sadly,  I think not, which is not good for the world or America.

In 1975, my life in ruins, government to blame, I used my Constitutional rights to take the IRS to court.  The unintended consequence was the IRS overstepping its boundary. Given the power it happens every time.  In my case, the IRS ate crow. My dream came true. Life could not be better.

NSA tries to comply but "due to insufficient or inaccurate research” often breaks the rules.This can generally be said about government.  When government is dealing with people, the cure is worse than the disease every time. Most likely, you would not know that. Obama doesn't know that.

I was here before government entitlement.  The family was America’s cornerstone.  The family took care of its own.  The federal government was not part of our everyday life.  Most thought went to local government.  Our education was directed toward self-sufficiency. Divorce was rare.  Families worked out their own problems.  Government was the servant of the people.

By looking to government to solve our personal problems—socialism—and government growing into a mindless juggernaut, America has become a weak sister.   Government entitlement, or a privilege going to selected people as a way to buy votes is responsible.  The people, not government, are paying a high price.  “Place the blame on Maime, boys!”  It’s déjà vu.  You don’t want to face the truth.  

After watching Hannity interview the US Muslim man that wants to have a Muslim march in Washington DC on 9/11/13, I saw a picture of that Muslim smiling in a picture with Joe Biden. WE know Obama has hired several Muslim Brotherhood members and placed some of them in our Homeland Security organization.  Obama had the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood leaders visit the Whitehouse while they were in power and suspending their Constitution, implementing Sharia law after promising otherwise and Christians were being murdered. It is hard to understand what this administration is doing and why they are doing it.

We know Obama regrets that our Constitution is a set of negative rights and restricts him, we know he wants to cut 12 military brigades, we know he would like zero nuclear weapons in the US , but would settle for 300 hundred which is smaller than China's arsenal, we know he unilaterally cut missile defense in Europe to appease Putin and reset our relationship to a weaker position, we know Obama does not like the Second Amendment by his actions and the multitude of democratic anti gun laws pending.

" The fire walls to our Constitution have been breached." Mark Levin. Our Congress is suppose to protect us but so far they have not. Unlike previous Presidents Barak Hussein Obama may not limit his imperial actions but rather continue to expand his abuses of power. Hopefully at some point Congress will have enough while they still have any real power.

Million Muslim March Planned in DC on Anniversary of 9-11

A group called The American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) is planning a one million Muslims march to Washington D.C. on September 11th. The timing of the group's march is seen by many as tasteless (to say the least) considering it is scheduled for the anniversary of the worst domestic massacre in American history perpetrated in the name of Islam. AMPAC ups the tasteless quotient by issuing "demands" for the American government: 

We at AMPAC (American Political Action Committee) are planning an historic event for 9.11.13 where one million Muslims will march to Washington D.C. and demand that our civil rights be protected by our government.

We are demanding that laws be enacted protecting our 1st amendment . We are asking President Obama to fulfill his promise from his first campaign for Presidency of a transparent government. Lastly we are asking for the release of the 9/11 commission report to the American people.

The group seems to rationalize the date chosen for their march by claiming that the media has been lying to the American people with regard to the role Islam played in the 9/11 attacks: 

On 9.11.01 our country was forever changed by the horrific events in New York. The entire country was victimized by the acts done on that day. Muslim and Non Muslim alike were traumatized but we as Muslims continue 12 years later to be victimized by being made the villains. To this day every media outlet and anti Islamic organization has committed slanderous and libel statements against us as Muslims and our religion of Islam.
Yet our Government either sits idly by and does nothing to protect our freedoms or it exacerbates the problem with its constant war on terrorism in Islamic countries, congressional hearings on Islam in America, and its changes to the NDAA law.
These lies told to the American population has made it impossible for us to do true Dawa. Why do we have to defend our religion while doing Dawa? Why can’t we just share the perfection of the Quran and the beauty of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SWS)?

The day after Egypt’s 9-11, Anti-Birther Glenn Beck served up a healthy dose of Obama’s Fraud in a monologue more couched in relaying symptoms than in exposing the root of the disease; however the intelligence reported is also tightening the circle drawn around Obama’s neck by drawing out the poignant questions we ask not only ourselves but each other:

1- Why is it important to expose a Fraud?
2- What are the actions or deeds of a Fraud?
3- What are the consequences of a Fraud?

Five hundred forty nine people died yesterday in Egypt and thousands more injured as military forces cracked down on the Morsi-Obama backed Muslim brotherhood protesters angry about the Fraud of their leader being exposed or discovered that ended with a military take-over of the Country which the People supported.

Fanning the flames of terrorism and developing the anger against Americans once again, Obama finds himself at odds with the conundrum of an Administration arming the Revolutionist with a dictatorial agenda represented by military ousted Mohamed Morsi. Morsi who suspended the Supreme Court, suspended the Constitution, and gave himself Supreme authority to institute Sharia law whose Muslim Brotherhood is now using women and children also as shields?

The destructive path is indeed problematic and was clearly understood in my 2012 election campaign commercial where I highlighted the quagmire created by taking sides of any particular religion in the embattled State of Libya. The same thing is happening in Egypt now to the tune of two billion dollars a year in the guise of “democracy” over and above the Republic for which we stand.

Obama now finds himself with the ousted Morsi Muslim Brotherhood sponsored regime that once claimed the high ground of “democracy” ,ousted with the very weapons provided; and now, either against the Muslim Brotherhood, against the people of Egypt, or against the whole of the military of Egypt.

Will Obama support the Muslim brotherhood as he has, or will he turn on the Muslim brotherhood and throw them under the bus? Either way now, Obama has kindled a fire that undoubtedly will bring a fierce anger on the shores of American citizens but what Glenn Beck and many anti-birthers don’t recognize is these are the actions of a Fraud.

Now the Egypt Fiasco as many other Arab springs classified religious extremist movements embodies much more of an agenda centralized in control rather than a true subsidy of the promotion of liberty and freedom for the people that is mirrored domestically by the actions of fraud; as well as a Fraud. 

The American People themselves now face in the mirror the actions of fraud and of a Fraud in the destruction of the Republic and our principles of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to assemble, and of course freedom of religion as well as the threatening destruction of many institutions outlined in the Constitution: Oh, like the U.S. Supreme Court, the Navy, The Air force, The Congress? 

The first step in removing an institution of the Constitution is by making it “moot” or paralyzing its relevance the same way you do a principle. The goal is to make it irrelevant, in the same manner as say a rodeo clown’s freedom of speech is criminalized, or a man’svideo is blamed for the anger against an Embassy, oh, say in Benghazi? 

The actions of a Government embroiled in fraud are of course directly associated with following a Fraud. Obama is neither qualified as a natural born citizen demanded by the Constitution (if you thought his birth certificate was legit), because his father was not a Citizen at the time of his birth, but he has not shown any verifiable evidence he was born in the United States either.

Born in the United States to Citizen Parents unless you were a Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution are indeed the requirements of our Constitution’s demand for a ‘natural born citizen’ in the Office of the President unlike the different requirements of a U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative also outlined as different and distinct as say, the light of the constellations?

Why are there any differences at all in the Offices of the Representatives and Senators if there is no difference required for the Office of the President? Yet Birthers, people taking a stand for the truth, receive the harshest criticisms and persecutions of journalist and reporters of Main Stream Media and anti-Birthers.

The actions of fraud are what? Lying – Stealing – Controlling? 

The Scandals riddling the Obama Administration in NSA spying, A.P. Reporter wire-tapping,Fast & Furious, Benghazi, the Verizon Customer phone-gate, Osama bin Laden, Arab Springs, Solyndra and IRS Profiling conservative tax payers. Ohhh, wish upon a star Obama would simply have shagged an internist and lied about that? Is that what you’re wishing in the face of the American People being profiled?

Obama's identification fraud in representing himself as qualified, when he was not a natural born citizen according to the United States Constitution's demands for the office of the President yet remains the root and the only scandal that has the Constitutional Teeth to unseat the usurpation of the office with national security in mind. Obama is using National Security to skirt all the other scandals successfully and Congress has to buy it.Congress doesn't have to buy something that is NOT Constitutional and is a walking talking violation of the Office of the President and should open hearings immediately!

Lying – Stealing – and Controlling are central features of a Fraud if you didn’t know WHY demanding a ‘natural born citizen’ was important! LOOK! The scandals associated with this usurpation are centralized not on some foreign land but are focused domestically are considered to be terrorizing Americans.

Obama undoubtedly has been involved in stealing the election by representing himself as qualified and actually defrauding all of the votes for him, as well as burning all the election competitors contributions which normally should never have been used in the name of competing against Obama/Soetoro.

Obama undoubtedly is the head of every scandal coming out that involves cover-ups of the Truth. The wonderful truth demands we ask ourselves what indeed are the attributes of a ‘Book Burner’ if they are not lying, stealing, and controlling? Look what this Administration has represented over all these scandals if your looking for lies.

Do we really need to see Obama himself throwing the books in the lit barrel whilst he is reportedly “playing cards 6 hours during the Osama bin Laden fiasco, sleeping during Benghazi, and playing golf during the 9-11 of Egypt?

You know I have never heard Glenn Beck utter the word “Fraud” so much in the context of Obama’s Administration and Obama himself. The mask of fraud is wrapped up Obama’s long form birth certificate certified by expert testimony in documentation professional analysis, by legitimate legal authority, and has been served to the New Hampshire Supreme Courts, the Georgia Supreme Courts, the Alabama Supreme Courts, the Florida Supreme Courts and many other state courts including the United States Supreme Courts in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in 2012 and 2013 as a complaint of hi-jacking election funds and election votes both in the primaries and in the general elections.

The story goes that the Emperor played a musical instrument while Rome burned, which he may have set fire to in the first place. Of course, he wanted to rebuild Rome and needed a clean slate to do it.

While America crumbles, Egypt burns Obama vacations with 70 plus other people party and play golf in Martha's vineyard. Of course, Obama wants to transform America and is working hard on every aspect of our country and life to accomplish his goal. WE know it is a country where the central government controls many or most things, large sections of the population get government checks, private companies are controlled by the Government, i.e., GM and others ( Although there is no Constitutional basis for this control), the Us economy is weaker, the military is weaker, the private civilian army is larger, e.g., (AmeriCorps, Move-On, SEIU,  Homeland Security). Then you add sky high energy prices, ( While we sit on hundreds of years of resources), greatly reduced or eliminated nuclear weapons in the US only, weakened military and hostility/limits in regards to Christianity in the military, 1.8 billion rounds of ammo purchased for US agencies, ( More rounds per person than in the US military), this ammo purchased has dried up civilian supplies, full assault on the Second Amendment via laws, regulations and use of PR, decimation of NASA and redirection to Muslim outreach and Climate change research, and many more actions all geared towards a new America.

The Brotherhood , (IBH) ,won the Egyptian election, but immediately threw out judges, top Generals that worked with the West were fired, their Constitution and moved toward making that country an Islamic State under Sharia law.  Christians were murdered and churches burned, so it was bad, very bad.  The administration had supported the spring and the end of Mubarak, who had peace with Israel, pro west and had maintained peace within that country.  He was better than a wolf in sheep's clothing, ( Suits), that once in power moved to make that country a radical place. OSBL was a member of the IBH as well as Hamas and other Islamic terrorist groups. One Egyptian politician openly declared their war was with the US and Israel, not others.

Of course, our President has hired more than one of the IBH members and even placed them in Homeland security positions. Wow, I think that is not good. Are they loyal to America? Remember the Doctor in Fort Hood, who is still on the Army payroll. Maybe these guys are, but in light of the IBH's record have they declared their loyalty? Can we trust them?  Was does Congress think? Any investigations? Not yet.

I hope they are loyal, but it worries me given the record of the IBH.

As you know, the whole nation is currently enraptured by three scandals – the Benghazi, IRS and DOJ/AP scandals.

But what most people don’t realize is that there are two more scandals that haven’t fully come to light yet.

Believe me, we’re on the verge of witnessing the greatest number of scandals ever seen in Washington – both at one period in time, and over the course of one presidency.

And that begs the question: When is enough, well, enough? It only took one scandal to dethrone Nixon.

Of course, the IRS, DOJ and Benghazi scandals have the nation in an uproar, but if those three can’t bury Obama, maybe these other two will put the nail in his coffin.

Unexposed Scandal #1: IRS-Like Targeting At the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Under the Obama administration, the IRS is now known as the Internal Revenge Service. An anonymous employee blew the whistle on how the whole system operates, and he made it perfectly clear that corrupt directives “come from the top.”

And it appears that holds true across several federal agencies. That’s why the EPA is currently involved in a similar scandal.

Supposedly, all federal agencies are required to distribute any requested documents as long as they don’t fall under certain specific exemptions. It’s part of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a federal law that gives the public the right to request federal agency records.

But like the IRS, the EPA has also been unfairly targeting conservatives while providing favorable treatment to liberal groups.

Recently, liberal groups requested 82 documents and conservative businesses requested 26.

Out of 82 requests, the EPA has waived fees for 75 major liberal environmental groups. If you don’t have your calculator on hand, that’s a 92% success rate.

On the flipside, conservative organizations have an abysmal 19% success rate. That’s right, 21 out of the 26 conservative groups’ FOIA requests were either rejected or completely ignored.

So there you have it… the EPA is blatantly conspiring with groups that share its same political agenda. This, along with the IRS scandal, confirms conservative fears of big government reign.

Unexposed Scandal #2: Obamacare Donor-Gate

Obamacare in and of itself is a scandal, mainly because of the sneaky way it was passed. And as the law has been slowly implemented, even more shameful behavior has come to light.

First of all, Sarah Hall Ingram – the woman in charge of the IRS division at the center of the recent scandal – is also heading up the division in charge of Obamacare tax regulation.

That should be plenty frightening on its own.

But if that weren't enough, members from the House have sent a letter to Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the Department of Human and Health Services, questioning shady donor activity.

We already know that Sebelius has a history of bending the law to forward this administration’s agenda, and now we’re seeing the same behavior that’s gotten her in trouble before.

It turns out the HHS has been soliciting donations from nonprofit organizations involved with implementing Obamacare. Though the law states that department officials are prohibited from fundraising in their own professional capacity, Sebelius has been directly calling top executives in the health industry as well as community organizations and church groups to coerce them into donating to nonprofits tied to Obamacare.

This is the definition of “conflict of interest,” and even if they aren’t deemed illegal, they’re undoubtedly unethical and, at the very least, should lead to her resignation.

The Silver Lining

We keep seeing more scandals and no impeachment process. I understand that it’s disheartening to think about the president getting away with five exposed scandals. But there’s always a silver lining…

Today, the president is on the defensive (despite being arrogant enough at first to think he didn’t need to be).

You know things have hit rock bottom when Piers Morgan and Jon Stewart can no longer defend you…

And now, instead of putting all his effort into leaving an even heavier footprint on our nation, he will need to focus on damage control. These investigations are going to go on for a very long time, and even if they don’t bring about his impeachment, they’ll certainly delay the implementation of most of his agenda.

Why Would an Author Write Kids’ Books about the Vietnam War?

“Why on earth would an author write kids’ books about the Vietnam War?” I’ve been confronted with that question countless times as I’ve endeavored to  write a children’s historical non-fiction series titled, “The Heroes of the Vietnam War: Books for Children.” Remarkably, children’s books about the Vietnam Era comprise a literary niche that is very limited. But a lack of kids’ books about the Vietnam War is just one motivation for bringing a dark region of our national memory to light. My experience in tailoring difficult lessons to fit the needs of young learners provides a writer’s challenge that I greatly enjoy. Taking stories of heroism during a difficult and often confusing era in American History, and drawing out those stories that teach principles such as bravery, friendship, compassion, and sacrifice, is rewarding to both me and my audience.

Book one, “Little Bird Dog and the Big Ship” is a true story about events of the last day of the Vietnam War. Code-named Operation Frequent Wind, the evacuation of refugees from South Vietnam was one of the largest humanitarian undertakings in history. Book one details a real-life adventure that took place amid enemy gunfire with chaos in the air and death in the water. In formulating my book about the escape of heroic South Vietnamese pilot Bung Ly and his family, I chose to leave in an element danger. The tale of a family escaping certain death and heading out to sea on a little airplane with nowhere to land is unavoidably suspenseful, but I was careful not to overwhelm youngsters with terrifying images. Little Bird Dog and the Big Ship ends happily with the successful escape of the Ly family amid cheers of jubilation from the crew of the U.S.S. Midway.

Book two of my series, “Saving the Vietnamese Orphans,” is about the equally dangerous mission of Operation Babylift. The compassionate directives of President Gerald R. Ford actuated by the Air Force, American Servicemen and women, several private airlines, and countless civilian volunteers, swept over three thousand orphaned Amerasian, Vietnamese, and ethnic Chinese children, out of harm’s way and into the hearts of adoptive families across the globe.  

These stories showcase the goodness of Americans and the heroism of her warriors during the Vietnam Era, a time that must not be forgotten nor mythologized in cultural and historical murk.

I submitted my books to the giant retailer, Walmart. They were skeptical at first, but seeing the potential in “The Heroes of the Vietnam War: Books for Children,” Walmart has given me a remarkable opportunity. Mark Levin has just published his much-anticipated book The Liberty Amendments: Restoring the American Republic. Three of his eleven proposed Constitutional amendments appear below, and a Sean Hannity interview of Levin appears at the bottom of this post.

Levin’s book is centered around the Constitution’s Article V (aka “Article 5″). That article specifies two methods for amending the Constitution. Just briefly –

1. In the first method of creating amendments, Congress proposes and the States dispose.
2. In the second method of creating amendments, the States propose and the States dispose.

The second method has never been used successfully, although there have been many attempts.  It is that second method that the Founders provided as a remedy for an overreaching federal government.

In the second method, neither Congress, nor the President, nor the Supreme Court have any voting or veto authority whatsoever.  The states are in full control. Period. It is, by design, the ultimate override for an over-spending, over-taxing, over-regulating, and increasingly dictatorial and lawless federal government. Clearly, its time has come.

In that second method, Congress has at most a mere ministerial role.  Of course Congress is very protective of its power, and could, through delay and inaction, attempt to convert their mere ministerial role into a de facto veto power, halting any attempt for a state-driven amendment action.

Apparently Congress has done exactly that many times, acting in bad faith and contrary to the Framers’ spirit and intent for Article V which is clearly expressed in the Federalist Papers. Legal scholars have been trying to find a way around the federal government’s intransigence, so far with little success.

Now more than ever, it is time for We the People to bring the power of Article V to the center ring of American politics. That starts with awareness, and Levin’s book will bring more Americans than ever to the fight for a Constitutionally limited federal government.

Three of Levin’s proposed amendments appear below.  As you read these, imagine what just these three alone could do to break up the ruling-class cliques in Washington that have driven us, our children, and our grandchildren so deeply into debt.

An Amendment to Establish Term Limits for Members of Congress

SECTION 1: No person may serve more than twelve years as a member of Congress, whether such service is exclusively in the House or the Senate or combined in both Houses.

SECTION 2: Upon ratification of this Article, any incumbent member of Congress whose term exceeds the twelve-year limit shall complete the current term, but thereafter shall be ineligible for further service as a member of Congress.

Two Amendments to Limit Federal Spending and Taxing

Spending

SECTION 1: Congress shall adopt a preliminary fiscal year budget no later than the first Monday in May for the following fiscal year, and submit said budget to the President for consideration.

SECTION 2: Shall Congress fail to adopt a final fiscal year budget prior to the start of each fiscal year, which shall commence on October 1 of each year , and shall the President fail to sign said budget into law , an automatic, across-the-board, 5 percent reduction in expenditures from the prior year’s fiscal budget shall be imposed for the fiscal year in which a budget has not been adopted.

SECTION 3: Total outlays of the federal government for any fiscal year shall not exceed its receipts for that fiscal year.

SECTION 4: Total outlays of the federal government for each fiscal year shall not exceed 17.5 percent of the Nation’s gross domestic product for the previous calendar year.

SECTION 5: Total receipts shall include all receipts of the United States Government but shall not include those derived from borrowing. Total outlays shall include all outlays of the United States Government except those for the repayment of debt principal.

SECTION 6: Congress may provide for a one-year suspension of one or more of the preceding sections in this Article by a three-fifths vote of both Houses of Congress, provided the vote is conducted by roll call and sets forth the specific excess of outlays over receipts or outlays over 17.5 percent of the Nation’s gross domestic product.

SECTION 7: The limit on the debt of the United States held by the public shall not be increased unless three-fifths of both Houses of Congress shall provide for such an increase by roll call vote.

SECTION 8: This Amendment shall take effect in the fourth fiscal year after its ratification.

 Taxing

SECTION 1: Congress shall not collect more than 15 percent of a person’s annual income, from whatever source derived. “Person” shall include natural and legal persons.

SECTION 2: The deadline for filing federal income tax returns shall be the day before the date set for elections to federal office.

SECTION 3: Congress shall not collect tax on a decedent’s estate.

SECTION 4: Congress shall not institute a value-added tax or national sales tax or any other tax in kind or form.

SECTION 5: This Amendment shall take effect in the fourth fiscal year after its ratification.

I was wondering if Wyoming was holding a Town Hall about Obamacare? 

The problem is that a goodly portion of Americans have forgotten that this country and this world belongs to God.  They really believe that they are in charge.  They simply don't have the humility of their Christian ancestry who understood that without the blessing of God the Father nothing would ever go well.  By the same token with His guidance and blessings, which they daily prayed for, the US made fantastic progress.  Today, the exact opposite is occurring.  A vast portion of the population not only does not pray for His blessings but they turn their back on Him and ignore Him and some others consciously reject Him.  So what do we have today as a result of this stupidity.....chaos.....financial disaster.....unneeded and unwanted wars.....the killing of millions of innocent babies.....pollution......divorces......lack of concern for the well being of others.....marginalization of certain peoples.....more crime than ever (the population of the prisons has increased by 800% over the past 12 years).....deceit and lies by our elected politicians.....an increase in frivolous law suits.....huge portions of the population losing their assets, i.e., homes, stocks and bonds.....floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, and other disasters.....freedom being slowly but surely taken away from the citizenry.....local and state governments going bankrupt.....movement of our factories overseas making it impossible for ordinary people to make a living and for a slowdown in wealth creation....high taxation leading to frivolous spending.....deterioration in the school systems.....socialism being taught in the supposedly best universities (students being brainwashed instead of educated).....tremendous increase in obesity because of a lack of exercise and eating junk/processed food resulting in high blood pressure and diabetes....shootings in the schools.....workers salaries not keeping up with the rising cost of living.....executives of corporations being so selfish to the point where there salaries have increased to an unbelievable high level (selfish in that they don't care about their employees struggling to meet the high cost of living)....other countries looking down their noses at us and wondering why in the world we have deteriorated so much, so quickly....and ongoing (25+ years) of a balance of payments deficit which no politician ever wants to address....deteriorating infrastructure.....and hundreds of others disasters which I am sure you can name.  All this self-destruction simply because this nation has denied God His rightful place in its life.  If you don't think that God runs this world ...better think again.  Don't be a fool!  Turn your life back to the Creator who wants to bless and provide for you as a good Father would want to provide for and bless his children.  WAKE UP AMERICA BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!  GOD is the boss....deal with it!  Get on your knees and beg His forgiveness and assistance and most of all REPENT for all of your sins.  We know that everyone sins.  Those who say that they don't are delusional on a good day.  REPENT and PRAY!  The end result will be a betterment in the lives of all of us.  If you want America to be the best and great that is the answer.
