The ever liberal leaning Supreme Court has struck again and California will have to release another 10,000 prisoners. Can not violate the Eighth Amendment for Cruel Punishment, of course the cruelty to the public of sending out thousands of criminals is not a consideration. Never mind that while these prisoners probably have it better than military soldiers have it they are over crowded and must be released. Why not put them in military tents? While this is going on the State is confiscating guns from citizens and is getting tough on the law abiding people every day. Wow, one more reason to go to Texas or somewhere else where you can still defend yourself and where they punish criminals.
These days with activists judges we have animals and criminals feelings or well being considered foremost while law abiding or just plain humans are not, i.e., Snail darter and water in California and now the over crowded prisoner release.

I do realize the vast majority of folks who eye this article will be quick to respond in one of several unfortunate ways. The first probably being; in ignoring totally all the important and much needed discussion as well as information I'm about to share throughout this article. The next unfortunate thing many will do, will be to label Ariel Castro a “monster” and leave it at that. Very sad that most folks won't take a good and long look at what Ariel Castro really is, and how he may have became what he is and how others around them act in similar ways. Now if your waiting to see which of the alternative's I personally choose to call Mr. Castro, whether “victim” or “monster”, you'll just have to keep reading because there's to much to discuss and we as a nation and the world have a real and good opportunity to look at why, as just how ill, just how twisted and just how demonically depressed and possessed many all around us have become.
I believe most of you already know and are familiar with the criminal history and self admittance of guilt by Mr Castro with especially all the recent news coverage, however for those unaware... Mr Castro kidnapped, raped repeatedly 3 girls over a span of nine, 10 and eleven years. He has been sentenced in the past few days to 1000 years of prison with no opportunity for parole, nor to ever be released from prison. By just the shear acts of what he did to those three girls as was described with their own words and tears, no one but a black hearted and evil person could call Ariel Castro anything less than a “monster.” That's my opinion anyway(but keep reading). As they say though in the Press and media, there may “be more to the story.” In a surprise statement to the court, while being sentenced(in Ohio where he was being arraigned for his crimes) Mr, Castro stated that he was a “victim of a sexual assault” and “sexually addicted” himself. I do realize that some already and by this point reading this article are saying “so what”, but this statement via Ariel Castro is very important to all of us. Please allow me to explain why--- Statistics here in the United States show in a survey taken even 10 years ago, approximately and upwards of 1 out of every four girls have been sexually molested/assaulted in our nation(http://www.unh.edu/ccrc/factsheet/pdf/CSA-FS20.pdf). Boys do not fair much better in such surveys. Statistics show that upwards of one of every 6 boys have been sexually abused in the USA as well(http://www.jimhopper.com/male-ab/). With such data available, and with the claim Mr. Castro made in court regarding being “sexually assaulted”, could his claim of what he be saying be really true ? I suppose then we need to ask the next logical question, and that would would be; “how likely is a child who has been sexually abused , or when a child who has been sexually abused her/or himself then becoming an adult, likely to also repeat the same or similar act of also sexually abusing a child ? “Yes” is the simple answer but in terms of repeating “abuse” in a general sense, “Researchers estimate that on-third of abused and neglected children will grow up to abuse their own children when they become parents.” Study's also show that....

In a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services study of homeless youth, it found that 46% of those surveyed had escaped a home where they suffered physical abuse, and17% left because of sexual abuse.
Young people who were victims of child abuse and neglect are 25% more likely to experience teen pregnancies, delinquencies, and to suffer mental health problems. They are more likely to perform lower in school, to engage in high-risk sexual behavior, and to use alcohol and illicit drugs.

All important data if you ask me. So we come to the place where we ask, as Judge Michael Russo put it(stating to Ariel Castro), “you had opportunity to get help” a sufficient answer to a person who had suffered childhood trauma of being sexually abused ? Do men and women who are sexually abused as children act out criminally and do horrendous crimes ? Yes, they most certainly do and can as the stats I just gave you above indicates that indeed. In fact, another well known case where a man who truly(I'll explain later in my article regarding “true”)was “addicted sexually” as a child was none other than serial killer Ted Bundy. As a matter of fact with an interview with James Dobson, Dahmer spoke how he was hooked by pornography as a child then later killed and ate his victimshttp://vimeo.com/49018764. There are many children today who suffer from trauma such as from the divorcing of their parents or other sins that parents partake that contribute to a child's or later as an adult's, “bad behavior.” Do many of these children who suffer abuse, sexual abuse or otherwise receive “treatment” as what Judge Russo told Mr. Castro he had an opportunity to have? No, not really, as evidenced again by the statistics I provided you earlier in the article. Many children who suffer abuse in any form are often to traumatized to ask for help, not even when they become adults.
Because there was no evidence of Castro's allegations of being sexually abused, as I have already made claim, we will never know if Castro is telling the truth about being a victim himself. I'd really like to know if Castro made up his story about being “sexually abused” or “sexually addicted.” It very well could be that his claims are something he made up via his defense attorneys. Perhaps it was they that gave him such(lies) information to tell the courts to try and get a better plea deal. That sort of thing regarding false allegations goes on in our courts all the time. Some famous recent court cases justifies my claims here---Remember Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez falsely claiming that Ms. Anthony had been sexually abused by her father ? No ? How about Jody Arias' false allegations of being “abused” as a child as well ? Sadly though, there are also people like Jody Arias and their Feminist counterparts(such as Alyce LaViollette) who lie and make up stories about being sexually or physically abuseed. In fact, those with Borderline Personality Disorder(the vast majority are female with this diagnosishttp://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3115767/ ) coupled with the fact that 1 of every Ten American women are diagnosed with such a mental illness(http://henrymakow.com/borderline personality_disorde.html) puts many men and even other females in danger of being accused of wrong doing when no such thing occurred. Couple those facts with also the men who are “deranged and dangerous” such as Mr Castro all about us. Of course it doesn't matter which gender does the lying about being abused, it's wrong and most certainly does harm to the credibility of real victims of any type of abuse including allegations of sexual abuse. Regarding Castro's claims however of being sexually abused, I'm not sure if he lied or not and we probably will never find out if his claims are true and that's most unfortunate for him and as well for all of us.
Finally, In ending my article, I want all of America and all of the world to know there are real victims of sexual abuse. Also, that things that people call “harmless” like pornography, masturbation, mental illnesses are anything but “harmless” nor are “the new normal.” We as a society need to realize that all the “junk” that we have replaced (Biblical)God with in our lives, has caused great damage to the most precious people on earth; that is--- our children. Know that right now, there is most likely at least one adult-childhood survivor of sexual abuse in your life. Heck, you may even be married to one and not even be aware of it. They may not tell you such information or tell you about the things they still suffer, but it's real and it most likely still negatively impacts them on their life and very well could impact negatively on your life as well and you don't know why(I was at that place some years ago also). I would suggest that you find out just who these victims are, treat them with love, treat them also with an understanding that their “acting out” in a “bad way” may be because of something they suffered long ago. Be a blessing to them, and point them to help, especially help with Jesus. A “monster” can be cured if Jesus intervenes and a person is willing to accept the help. Give it a try, you may prevent another “Ariel Castro” in the future.

Liberals like to belittle, attack and/or demean any one or group that doesn't believe like them. While Conservatives believe in live and let live and do not insist you agree with them. Conservatives may try to persuade you to understand their side, but respect your right to be different. I was listening to Rush and he summed it up like that and I think that is right on.
Case in point, Charlie Rangel and others on MSNBC said the Tea Party members were like terrorists , racists of crackers. We know that cracker is not a racist term per the testimony from a recent comment made during the Zimmerman procedure. It is shameful and one reason why so few people watch MSNBC and listen to Charlie. Again, if you do not agree with these liberals you are belittled and attacked, as the enemy. So much for the First Amendment in America under the liberal leadership. I.e., IRS and NSA targeting, complete disregard and no respect for Congress by Obama and his minions, czars and appointees. Then you have the silencing of Benghazi and Fast n Furious whistle blowers.
Now, Obama openly is hiring propaganda specialists to NUDGE Americans to his position. Congress or most of them do nothing while this frontal assault is set up to compliment the cover ups, lies and out right disrespect shown for Congress, Constitution, Bill of Rights and every American who dares to disagree with Obama.
Want to score points with the Obama regime? Bomb schools, kill teachers, poison girls' schools, strap bombs on to children, oppress and torture women, harbor jihad leaders like Osama Bin Laden -- the more the better. Then you, too, will get on Obama's favored status list. This is monstrous.

Barack says we need to have a conversation about race in America. Fair enough. But this time, it has to be a two-way conversation. White America needs to be heard from, not just lectured to. This time, the Silent Majority needs to have its convictions, grievances and demands heard. And among them are these:
First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known. Jeremiah Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American.
Second, no people anywhere have done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the '60s on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream. Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas to advance black applicants over white applicants. Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated their time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks. We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude?
Barack talks about new 'ladders of opportunity' for blacks. Let him go to Altoona? And Johnstown, and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for 'deserving' white kids? Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America? Is it really white America 's fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent?
Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?
As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time?
Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse?
We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena. And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing.
Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago.
The amnesty gang of 8, the president, Mr. Holder, and their bipartisan progressive soldiers owe citizens some real answers!
What part of income tax evasion, Social Security tax evasion, workman’s’ compensation evasion, unemployment compensation tax evasion, wage and hour laws, OSHA, EPA, identity theft, etc, is not a felony crime that is aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of law within the US, relative to both employees and employers?
What about border security and VISA laws? We have an army designed to protect our borders, don’t say we can’t!
Have any of you not taken the oath of office? Surely you’re familiar with Article VI of the Constitution! Surely you understand the written covenants of the Constitution, including the Amendment and state ratification process required to change any word or corrupt the meaning of any word or passage!
Is there not a high covenant of character, integrity, and honesty required to possess such high offices of government?
If you will not call a criminal “a criminal”, how can you arrest a criminal?
If you don’t arrest a criminal how will you prosecute a criminal?
Failure to prosecute criminals clearly violates oath of office and predictably creates chaotic lawlessness!
Calling criminals “undocumented workers” adds collusion and complicity to the crime. Protecting criminals from the law and justice aids and abets the crime! Democrat and republican citizens better throw the corrupt trash out or both lose!

Washington has been abuzz for months over the fear and loathing that Congressional staffers have for Obamacare. Many staffers and employees on Capitol Hill have been saying they'll have to quit Washington if they are forced into Obamacare. Now the President is promising to fix it all for them.
At the very beginning of his closed-door meeting with Senate Democrats, the President addressed staffers' worries that Obamacare will force them to quit working in Washington, promising "I'm on it."
Currently congressional staffers have 75 percent of their healthcare insurance paid by taxpayers, but if their Cadillac Congressional healthcare plan is ended and staffers are pushed into Obamacare, many Congressional employees fear that their insurance costs will increase by thousands of dollars a year. This cost, many say, will force them to quit working in Washington.
The Republican-sponsored amendment to Obamacare introduced by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) would require that lawmakers and their staffers must be covered by the same insurance exchanges that the rest of America will be forced into as mandated by Obama's healthcare law. It is this amendment that staffers are protesting.
The Office of Personnel Management has not announced its decision on whether or not it will discontinue the comprehensive Congressional healthcare plan and this uncertainty is driving staffers' fears.
Some lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have been threatening to push through a legislative "fix" to the problem thereby exempting Congress and its employees from Obama's healthcare law. But such a fix could be characterized as a certain measure of hypocrisy as Congress exempts itself from the healthcare law it forced on the rest of us.
It is an axiom among many in Congress that if staffers are forced into Obamacare, a "brain drain" will result as key staffers with years of experience will quit and go home to find other work.
Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-MD) is one who fears such a loss of staffers.
"Both sides of the aisle, both sides of the dome, we’re facing a significant brain drain of people who work with us both here in Washington and state staffs," Mikulski said. "Some of us have caseworkers that have been with us 18, 20 years. Our links to veterans’ communities and the elderly. My casework staff is a crack staff; it’s one of the ways we’re able to help our constituents. We could face a real brain drain."
Some Republicans have joined Democrats in efforts to exempt staffers from Obamacare, but not all. Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina recently said that Congress should have to live with the same law that everyone else does.
"I have no problems with Congress being under the same guidelines," Burr said. "I think if this is going to be a disaster--which I think it’s going to be--we ought to enjoy it together with our constituents."
A spokesperson for the House Ways and Means Committee chaired by Republican Dave Camp of Michigan echoed Sen. Burr's sentiment.
"If the ObamaCare exchanges are good enough for the hardworking Americans and small businesses the law claims to help," the spokesperson said, "then they should be good enough for the president, vice president, Congress and federal employees."
It's like rats escaping a sinking ship.
If Obamacare is so good, how come the author is giving out passes. If it is good enough for working America, it is good enough for everyone......Congress, President, Big Business, IRS, everyone.

Jesse Jackson Refuses To Apologize for racist comments
against Florida For Zimmerman Verdict
There a serious disconnect between Jesse Jackson and the American public when it comes to the 21st century and the turbulent times of the civil rights movement of the 1960s where he still lives. On Tuesday, while in Florida, Jackson decided to once again stir up Floridians and the nation by labeling the state as the “the Selma of our time,” according to Fox News.
What is indeed tragic about his statement is that the countless dozens of civil rights Selma marchers that fought and died during those horrific battles in 1965 to win civil rights have been cheapened by his mutterings. Jackson has once again proven why he has outlived his usefulness as well as his time on the national stage.
It should have been beneath Jesse Jackson to try and drum up old dated memories of a civil rights era that does not exist any longer. What is perplexing is how Jackson could work his lips to utter his old brand of racism based upon the jury’s diligent application of the law to the presented facts.
Instead Jackson wants the new-old standard to be one based on having a jury use their personal feelings about Trayvon Martin and how they should consider that he might have been their child.
Yet is that not the very standard that was used by many southern juries in the past to unjustly convict black defendants? Were not all white juries using that standard when prosecutors asked them to “let their conscience and their feelings be their guide” in determining the innocence or guilt of the black defendant? Well most students of history know well the outcome when application of the law was tossed out the window in those cases.
Now here come the race hustlers who still are trying to stretch their 15 or 20 years of civil rights celebrity into a lifetime hustle. Jackson somehow insists that the laws not be applied to the facts and throw all the progress of civil rights advocacy for colorblind justice right out the window.
The state of Florida and the American people are much smarter than that. Facts and the law do matter despite what Jackson thinks. In reality all of the rabble rousing and use of sheer race demagoguery by Jesse cheapens the meaning and accomplishments of the civil rights movement. He added insult to injury by comparing Florida to the racial segregationist practices that existed in South Africa which led to the rise of leaders like Nelson Mandela.
There was no racism in the Zimmerman decision, and even Trayvon’s mother stated that race was not the point of the trial. So where is the fire Jesse!
