Seriously, thjis is a real odder that you realy can't turn down, as you'll understand in a moment.

Here's ther deal, You're going start a business or expand the one you've got nowq, It doesn't realy matter what you do, I'll partner with you no matter business you're in-as long as it's legal.

But I can't give you any capital-you have to come up with that on your own. I wont give you any labor. Thats definitly up to you. What I will do, however, is demand you follow all sorts of rulesabout what products and services you can offer, how much and how often you pay your employees, and where and when you're allosed to operate your business.  Thats my role in the affaie-to tell you what to do.

Now in return for my rules, I'm going to take roughly half of whatever you make in the business each year. 

Half seems fair, doesn't it? I think so, of course thats half of your profits.

You're also going to pay me about 12% of whatever you decide to pay your employees because you've got to cover my expenses for promulgating all of the rules about who can employ, when, where and how.

come on, you're my partner, its only fair.

Now, after you've put your hard savings at risk to start the business, and after you've worked  hard at it for a few decades, paying me my 50% or a bit more along the way each year, you might decide you'd like to cash out-to finally have the good life.

Whether or not, this is "fair"-0some people never can afford to retire-is a different argument.  As your partner, I'm happy for you to sell whatever you like-because our agreement says, if yoiu sell, you have to pay me an additional 20% of whatever the capitalized value of the business at that time.

I kn ow, I know,you put up all the original capital, you took all yhe risks, you put in all the labor, thats all true.  But I've done my part too,  Ive 50% of the profits each year.  And I've always come up with more rules for you to follow each year, therefore, IU deserve another, final 20% slice of the business.

Oh, and just one more thing

Even after you've sold the business and paid all of my fees, I'd recommend buying lots of insurance.  You see, even after you'v e been retired for. years, when you die, you'll have to pay me 50% ofr whatever your estate is worth.

After all, I've got lots of partners and not all of them are as sucessful as you and your family.  We don't think it's "fair" for your kids to have such a big advantage, but if you buy enough unsurance , you can finance this expense for your children.

All in all, if you';/re a very sucessful entrirepreneur - If your one of the rare, lucky and hard working people who can create a new company, enjoy lots of people and satisfy the public--you'll end paying me more than 75% of your income over your life

I taped the debate on YNN of the debate of 3 contenders for the republican senatorial candidatacy for N Y and after reviewing it severasl times, I would like to share my perceptive on the casndidates.  Congressman Bob Turner apparantly has a good awareness fo the various problems facing our great nation and has apparantly done a good job furthering many of the principles embraced by many teapartiers< he has a good voting record- votinmg in favor of many of the house bills that now languish in the dark recess' of senator Reids secret archives and I question the wisdom of having him give up his seat in the house for an unknown.  He does not strike me as the type who coiuld be an effective force in the senate.  The small business man of the group does not appear to me to have any kind of a grasp on the ways our congress works and I applaud him in the manner in the ways he beliueves the congress would operate, he doesn't appear to me that he has sufficient grasp of the magnitude of governmental finances as opposed to the financial operation  of a small business.  Wendy, seems to have the intellectual capacity to grasp the magnitude of national operations in the overall picture and she appears to possess the dynamicsm that could help the process of reforming the government and she was unamisously selected as the canditate of the consertative party of N Y and was very impressive throughout the debate.

Ok Mr. Adams, you’ve been paying attention from your lofty place above.  You’ve noticed what is going on here.  We beg of you to pass on to your fellow founders about this.  Yes, if We the People are bound to obey the laws we don’t approve of, (Obamacare, et al) we become slaves to those who make them.  And I think it is safe to add executive orders in this message as well.  In fact, it’s downright mandatory, since most of the laws we feel enslaved by have come from a usurpation of our legislative capabilities as a nation by a majority slave owner, or the dictator in the White House.  And those dang federally elected employees won’t lift a finger to stop it.  Too busy trying to save their jobs.  Jobs?  Do they really think being elected to office is a job?  Hmm, something we may need to clarify soon.   Also, many Americans are still asleep; all cozy and warm in the fuzzy cozy blanket they receive every night, fresh and smelling so good, courtesy of the mainstream media.  “Life is good, right?  You still have a car, and a home, and a job, right?”  Well, how many Americans cannot answer all three?  How many in this audience would have trouble saying yes?  Up until a couple of months ago I couldn’t.  But the, what are they?  Can’t call them progressives; that seems too meek anymore.  But the leftists would love for us all to wear our best Lemming outfits and eat the soft chewy candies all day long and leave the tedious minutia to them.  So, the tea party folks, the 9/12 groups, and all the conservative entities must stand up and take position, NOW.  I don’t mean man the walls with guns and ammo.  I mean stand and speak up.  Forget speaking to the elected employees; they’re a lost cause.  Talk to your families.  Talk to your friends.  Talk to an Occupier.  Show them what you know.  Don’t waste your breath thinking they will believe you because of what you say.  Show them the facts of which you speak.  The more you say, the more they will question.  That’s ok. In fact that is what you want.  You want them to research and find out what you found out.  It’s the only way they’ll believe.  So, if this is true, what do we do next?  Well, look to Proverbs. Let the wise listen and become even wiser.  Let those with understanding receive guidance.  Why?  Why should we receive the guidance?  Aren’t the lemmings the ones who need the epiphany?  Yes, but they will need leadership, and guidance.  You must receive that guidance from Him, so you can share it with others.  Speaking to, or at our elected employees will no longer be as effective as it was.   The people now need to hear the message first hand.  Take the guidance from Him, and speak of the message Candidus relates.  We are edging closer and closer to a dictatorship.  Once there, our country will not be ours anymore.  You must stand and be a presence.

What most people know is that the Associated Press (AP) is one of the largest, internationally recognized, syndicated news services.  What most people don’t know that is in 2004, the AP was a “birther” news organization.

How so?  Because in a syndicated report, published Sunday, June 27, 2004, by the Kenyan Standard Times, and which was, as of this report, available at

The AP reporter stated the following:

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

This report explains the context of the oft cited debate, between Obama and Keyes in the following Fall, in which Keyes faulted Obama for not being a “natural born citizen”, and in which Obama, by his quick retort, “So what? I am running for Illinois Senator, not the presidency”, self-admitted that he was not eligible for the office.  Seeing that an AP reporter is too professional to submit a story which was not based on confirmed sources (ostensibly the Obama campaign in this case), the inference seems inescapable: Obama himself was putting out in 2004, that he was born in Kenya.

The difficulty in finding this gem of a story is hampered by Google, which is running flak for Obama:  because if you search for “Kenyan-born US Senate” you wont find it, but if you search for the phrase without quotes you will find links which talk about it.

A Chronology of Deceit

One can now ask an important question which has not yet been emphasized enough:  “Just when did Obama begin to publically claim he was born in Hawaii?” This question is distinct from the question, “Just where in fact was Obama born?”, and from the other question, “What do official documents say about where he was born?”

Regarding his claims, we can summarize what is known:

1. As of Monday, Aug. 28, 2006, Obama’s Campaign was putting out that he was born in Hawaii.  This is known from the introductory speech given by Prof. George A. O. Magoha, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nairobi, on the occasion of a speech given there by Senator Obama that day. (One presumes that the Vice-Chancellor was given notes from the Obama campaign, as is customary on such occasions)

2. From the newspaper reports above, it is clear that the Obama campaign was putting out that he was born in Kenya, or overseas, during the period of June 27, 2004, until January 8, 2006.

3. In October of 2004, during the ABC Chicago Affiliate’s broadcast of the Obama-Keyes debates, Obama openly admitted — he conceded — that he was not a natural born citizen. (C-Span aired the uncut version of the debates, which contained this exchange, in the second half of April, 2005)

4. It is known from a classmate of Obama at Harvard University, that while at Harvard, Obama at least on one occasion admitted that he was born in Kenya. (This friend went on record on a call in radio program in Idaho in early July, 2009)

If any reader can find a link which documents a claim to a birth location before Aug. 28th, 2006, which differs from this timeline or which supports it; please let The Post & Email know of it, by posting it in the comment section below.

In a follow up report, The Post & Email has published a brief analysis of the Google Newspaper archive, which shows that Obama’s story changed after June 27, 2004.

“Frances Fox Piven, co-architect of a strategy to overload the U.S. welfare system to precipitate a transformative economic crisis, was an early builder of the socialist-leaning New Party.

Scores of other New Party activists, meanwhile, have been tied to President Obama.

The now-defunct controversial third party is coming under increased scrutiny after new information further indicates Obama was a New Party member.

The New Party sought to elect members to public office with the aim of moving the Democratic Party far leftward to ultimately form a new political party with a socialist agenda.

In 2008, Obama’s campaign denied the president was ever a member amid reports, including from WND, citing the New Party’s own literature listing Obama as a member.

Last week, researcher and author Stanley Kurtz, writing at National Review Online, reported on documentation from the updated records of Illinois ACORN at the Wisconsin Historical Society that “definitively establishes” that Obama was a member of the New Party.

Kurtz reported Obama also signed a “contract” promising to publicly support and associate himself with the New Party while in office.

A July 20, 1992, article in The Nation magazine by New Party founder Joel Rogers, meanwhile, lays out the case for the establishment of the party and lists several of the group’s early founders and activists.

In that article, titled “Out with the Old Politics, in with the New Party,” Rogers cites Piven as an early activist in the formation of the New Party, which he describes as a “social democratic” party.

Piven, together with her late husband, activist and fellow Columbia professor Richard Cloward, developed the Cloward-Piven strategy, which called for overloading the U.S. public welfare system.

The duo’s stated goal was to agitate a financial crisis that would collapse the U.S economy and replace it with a national system with “a guaranteed annual income and thus an end to poverty.”

Other early New Party activists listed by Rogers have ties to Obama. Those activists and others were also listed as New Party “builders” in the party’ newsletter, the New Party News.

Some of the key New Party activists with Obama ties include:

• Madeline Talbott, listed as national field director of ACORN. Talbott is a former colleague of Obama’s from his 1990s Project Vote! Chicago Coalition, which worked directly with ACORN when Talbott was ACORN’s lead Illinois organizer. She has also written about working with Obama as a fellow Chicago community organizer in the 1990s. Obama himself has linked his work on Project Vote to Talbott’s Illinois ACORN. When he sought the endorsement of ACORN for his 2008 presidential bid, Obama said, “When I ran Project Vote, the voter registration drive in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it.”
• Manning Marable, a socialist Columbia University professor. Marable in 1998 helped found the Black Radical Congress, where he worked with controversial race scholar Cornel West, an Obama friend and 2008 campaign adviser who introduced the politician at his first campaign stop in Harlem.WND disclosedthat during that 2007 introduction, West first railed on stage against the “racist” U.S. criminal justice system of the “American empire.”In 2007, Marable was elected chairman of Movement for a Democratic Society, or MDS, an arm of the radical Students for a Democratic Society from which the Weather Underground terrorist organization later splintered. Some Weathermen terrorists, including Bill Ayers, participated in Marable’s MDS.
• Marxist activist Carl Davidson. Davidson later co-founded Chicagoans Against the War in Iraq, the group that invited Obama to speak at its Oct. 2, 2002, anti-war rally in Chicago – an address that was said to propel Obama to national attention.
• Quentin Young, key organizer of the Physicians for a National Health Program. Young reportedly was present at a 1995 meeting at the home of Bill Ayers that was said to have launched Obama’s political career. He was an adviser to Obama in the late 1990s. Young himself took credit in March 2009 in an interview with the Democracy Now network for “turning Barack Obama into a ‘single payer’ advocate when the president was an Illinois state senator.”

Socialist goals

The New Party, established in 1992, took advantage of what was known as electoral “fusion,” which enabled candidates to run on two tickets simultaneously, attracting voters from both parties. But the New Party disbanded in 1998, one year after fusion was halted by the Supreme Court.

The socialist-oriented goals of the New Party were enumerated on its old website.

Among the New Party’s stated objectives were “full employment, a shorter work week and a guaranteed minimum income for all adults; a universal ‘social wage’ to include such basic benefits as health care, child care, vacation time and lifelong access to education and training; a systematic phase-in of comparable worth; and like programs to ensure gender equity.”

The New Party stated it also sought “the democratization of our banking and financial system – including popular election of those charged with public stewardship of our banking system, worker-owner control over their pension assets [and] community-controlled alternative financial institutions.”

Many of the New Party’s founding members were Democratic Socialists of America leaders and members of Committees of Correspondence, a breakaway of the Communist Party USA.

Last month, WND reported on a 1996 print advertisement in a local Chicago newspaper that shows Obama was the speaker at an event sponsored and presented by the Democratic Socialists of America, the DSA.

Obama listed as New Party member

In 2009, WND reported on newspaper evidence from the New Party’s own literature listing several new members of the New Party, including Obama.

Last week, Kurtz, writing at National Review Online, reported Obama signed a “contract” promising to publicly support and associate himself with the New Party while in office.

In 2008, Obama’s Fight the Smears campaign website quoted Carol Harwell, who managed Obama’s 1996 campaign for the Illinois Senate, as stating: “Barack did not solicit or seek the New Party endorsement for state senator in 1995.”

Fight the Smears conceded the New Party did support Obama in 1996 but denied that Obama had ever joined.”

This should concern all Americans.  A nation-wide network of researchers has sprung up to attempt to fill in the blanks, but at every opportunity Obama’s high-priced lawyers have built walls around various records or simply made them disappear. It is estimated that Obama’s legal team has now spent well over $1.4 million dollars blocking access to documents every American should have access to. The question is why would he spend so much money to do this?

The president who campaigned for a more “open government” and “full disclosure” will not unseal his medical records, his school records, his birth records or his passport records. He will not release his Harvard records, his Columbia College records, or his Occidental College records—he will not even release his Columbia College thesis. All his legislative records from the Illinois State Senate are missing and he claims his scheduling records during those State Senate years are lost as well. In addition, no one can find his school records for the elite K-12 college prep school, Punahou School, he attended in Hawaii.
