“The dispute over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president erupted during the 2008 election campaign and featured among others a lawsuit filed on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes against California election officials who did not check whether Obama was eligibile. Now the 2012 campaign is charging ahead at full throttle, and the issue is still alive.

That’s because the case was before the U.S. Supreme Court for a conference today. A conference is a meeting at which the justices decide which cases they will review. To date, none of the Obama eligibility challenges that have reached the high court have been accepted. It could be as long as a week or more before an announcement comes from the court.

Attorney Gary Kreep of the U.S. Justice Foundation is handling the case.

“If the U.S. Supreme court agrees to hear this case, and we pray that it will, it will send shock waves through the Washington political establishment,” Kreep said. “It will mean that the Supreme Court is going to follow the lead of the U.S. 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals justice who has publicly commented that this is an important constitutional issue.”

He continued, “We are awaiting the court’s decision.”

It was Judge Marsha Berzon of the 9^th Circuit who commented during the oral arguments on the dispute that the issued appeared to be something of importance that needed to be resolved.

The case is Alan Keyes, et al., v. Debra Bowen, California Secretary of State, et al.

The closest that anything has come to an explanation for the high court’s refusal to address the issue was a series of remarks by Justice Clarence Thomas, who appeared before a U.S. house subcommittee and responded to the issue.

Thomas was before the House subcommittee when Chairman Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y., raised the question amid a discussion on racial diversity in the judiciary.

“I’m still waiting for the [court decision] on whether or not a Puerto Rican can run for president of the United States,” said Serrano, who was born in the island territory. “That’s another issue.”

Yet after Serrano questioned him on whether or not the land’s highest court would be well-served by a justice who had never been a judge, Thomas not only answered in the affirmative but also hinted that Serrano would be better off seeking a seat in the Supreme Court than a chair in the Oval Office.

“I’m glad to hear that you don’t think there has to be a judge on the court,” said Serrano, “because I’m not a judge; I’ve never been a judge.”

“And you don’t have to be born in the United States,” said Thomas, referring to the Constitution, which requires the president to be a natural-born citizen but has no such requirement for a Supreme Court justice, “so you never have to answer that question.”

“Oh really?” asked Serrano. “So you haven’t answered the one about whether I can serve as president, but you answer this one?”

“We’re evading that one,” answered Thomas, referring to questions of presidential eligibility and prompting laughter in the chamber. “We’re giving you another option.”

A recent case rejected by the highest court was brought by attorney John Hemenway on behalf of retired Col. Greg Hollister.

When the justices refused to listen to the concerns, Laurence Elgin, one of the experts working with the Constitutional Rule of Law Fund and website and monitoring the case, said, “Their defiance of the court cases, their attitude they don’t really need to adhere to the law, is really unparalleled.

“The public is going to grow increasingly concerned about Obama and the failure of the courts to deal with these concerns,” he told WND.

The latest developments include an investigation of Obama announced by Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio based on a complaint from constituents that Obama’s birth certification documentation is fraudulent.

The president, after essentially ignoring the controversy for years, personally has gotten involved in defending his eligibility recently. In April he dispatched a private attorney to Hawaii to pick up a copy of what the state purported to be his original birth documentation.

However, the authenticity of the image posted by the White House has been challenged by a number of analysts and other critics as fraudulent. And some note that if the document is real, it lists Barack Obama Sr. as the father, proving Obama Jr.’s ineligibility since a “natural born Citizen” was considered by scholars cited by the Founding Fathers to be the offspring of two citizen parents.

State officials declined to respond when Obama released the “Certificate of Live Birth” image and WND requested confirmation that the image released was an accurate representation of the state’s records.

The Keyes case, filed at the 2008 election, argues that officials previously had investigated candidates’ qualifications and should have done so in this instance. Kreep is representing Keyes, Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson in the case that up until now was being heard in the California state court system.

Kreep and attorney Orly Taitz represent the same individuals and others in a similar case that has been travelingthrough the federal court system. In that case, arguments were presented recently before the 9^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, but a decision has not been released.

Kreep’s state court case was rejected by the California Supreme Court earlier this year, opening the path for appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

In his arguments, Kreep cites a decision by California officials in 1968 in which the Peace and Freedom Party submitted the name of Eldridge Cleaver as a presidential candidate. He said the California secretary of state at the time, Frank Jordan, found Cleaver was only 34 years old, one year short of the 35 years required by the Constitution for presidential candidates, and removed him from the ballot.

A legal case ensued, and the U.S. Supreme Court ,by denying review, affirmed the actions of the secretary of state.

“Similarly, in 1984, the Peace and Freedom Party listed Mr. Larry Holmes as an eligible candidate in the presidential primary,” the arguments explained. “When the then SOS checked his eligibility, it was found that Mr. Holmes was, similarly, not eligible, and Mr. Holmes was removed from the ballot.

“In this case [Obama], we have a similar situation in that the Democratic Party submitted the name of Obama as a candidate for president,” the arguments explain.

The arguments suggest that since the courts have determined they don’t have jurisdiction in such eligibility cases, and there is no effective procedure to qualify candidates in Congress, the logical result would be to have election officials, such as the secretary of state, make such decisions.

And regarding the removal of a sitting official who is ineligible, there is state Supreme Court precedent, the petition argues.

It was in the 1930s in North Dakota when Thomas H. Moodie was “duly elected to the office of governor,” the case explains.

Later, “It was discovered that Thomas H. Moodie was not eligible for the position of governor, as he had not resided in the state for a requisite five years before running for office, and, because of that ineligibility, he was removed from office and replaced by the lieutenant governor.”

North Dakota’s historical archives document the case.

The Democrat was nominated by his party for governor in 1934 and beat his Republican opponent, Lydia Langer.

“As soon as the election was over, there was talk of impeachment, but no charges were filed,” the state’s archives report. “After Moodie’s inauguration on January 7, 1935, it was revealed that he had voted in a 1932 municipal election in Minnesota. In order to be eligible for governor, an individual has to have lived in the state for five consecutive years before the election. The State Supreme Court determined that Governor Moodie was ineligible to serve, and he was removed from office on February 16, 1935,” the state reports.

The case there called the “lack of residential qualifications” a “legal disability.”

“Here, in like manner, appellants allege that Obama is legally disabled by his citizenship status. Therefore, all votes cast in favor of the Obama/Biden joint and unseverable ticket by the California Electors should be deemed null and void, since the votes were cast for an individual ineligible to run for the office of president of the United States of America.”

There is no constitutional provision addressing the process to determine candidates’ eligibility, nor does federal law address the question, Kreep wrote. But he said the courts clearly have the authority to rule on the controversy at hand.

“The issue here is not one of determining new election law, but one of whether California was in line both with its own state constitution and the United States Constitution on this issue,” the case alleges.

“The issue of whether Obama is eligible to serve as president of the United States is one that has ‘significant political overtones,’ given that it has a direct relation to the election of the most powerful political office in the Untied States, but it is, nonetheless, an issue which the courts can make a determination on, because the requirements for said office are clearly stated in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, of the U.S. Constitution, and courts routinely decide questions such as at issue in this case.”

At the appellate court level in California, the judges appeared to say a judicial review of a president’s eligibility is a possibility – after the Electoral College and congressional procedures run their courses.

The results are found in the opinion that upheld a state district court’s dismissal of a challenge to the procedures under which California’s electors helped install Obama in the Oval Office.

The appellate opinion in the case, which alleges both California Secretary of State Debra Bowen and the state’s electors for the Electoral College in the 2008 election failed to verify that Obama is eligible, said the eligibility of candidates “is best left to each party.”

The opinion said that should a “president-elect shall have failed to qualify,” the responsibility rests with Congress.

But the opinion also suggested a line of responsibility that would include the courts. It warned that should Congress fail to act “in the first instance” – and during the 2008 election there was no action on the part of Congress regarding the issue – “Judicial review, if any, should occur only after the electoral and congressional processes have run their course.”

The very fabric of our great nation has become a laughing stock at best, and many know of the validity of criminal charges that can and must be brought. Therefore, Obama—according to US Supreme Court precedent—is not eligible to be President, and his attempt to overcome that requirement, being other than natural born, constitutes criminal charges, and he should be indicted, and a trial should be held that may lead to removal from office. Obama cannot be leagally impeached.

As a fraud was facilitated by Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, the Notary Public certifying the candidacy nomination forms, and others in the Democratic National Committee charged with the duty to provide affirmation of his eligibility, they too must be investigated and brought to face charges of Fraud and Misprision of Felonies and other misdemeanors as outlined in U.S.C. 18 Ch 1, § 4.

In the interest of preservation of our great nation, I would strongly encourage your immediate action in moving forward to end this fraud. I have listed links to on-line sources for reference below to facilitate your ease of access. Thank you for standing up for law and order.

“For twenty years – long before 9/11 – the danger of terrorists armed with surface to air missiles shooting at passenger planes has been the secret fear of many top political leaders. In the late 90s, a terrorist network was nabbed trying to bring them into Newark Airport, but the airline industry and the government have done nothing to equip passenger airplanes with any defense against these always deadly missiles.

Now Barack Obama has committed the ultimate sin: He has let 20,000 surface-to-air missiles escape from military depots in Libya. According to ABC News “U.S. officials had once thought there was little chance that terrorists could get their hands on many of the portable surface-to-air missiles that can bring down a commercial jet liner. But now that calculation is out the window, with officials at a recent secret White House meeting reporting that thousands of them have gone missing in Libya.” An estimated 20,000 of these “portable, heat-seeking missiles have gone missing from unguarded Army weapons warehouses.”

Senator Barbara Boxer, of the Senate’s Commerce, Energy, and Transportation Committee said that “matching up a terrorist with a shoulder-fired missile, that’s our worst nightmare.”

And now, thanks to Obama’s carelessness and his unnecessary decision to intervene in Libya, it may be our future reality.

ABC News describes the missing missiles as “four to six-feet long and Russian-made, [they] can weight just 55 pounds with launcher.” They are accurate within a range of more than two miles. That a terrorist could sit on a boat off JFK airport and shoot down a passenger plane as it ascends could now be a real possibility.

In the Iraq War, during the run-up to the 2004 election, there were reports of unguarded US military depots from which insurgents allegedly stole thousands of explosives. The story broke in the week before the election and Kerry took down all his other ads and focused on this issue, first reported in the New York Times. By Election Day, it was proven that the report was bogus, adding to Kerry’s woes. Now, faced with this massive blunder and security threat, we hear nothing but the sounds of silence from any of the mainstream media except, to its immense credit, ABC News.

We need to assign a top priority to hunting down these missiles. In Afghanistan, our troops jumped through hoops to corral all the Stinger Missiles left over from the Russian War. This potential leak of these dangerous weapons is vastly more threatening. Obama needs to face this issue squarely and publicly. And we all need to learn the cost we may pay from having elected a rank amateur as president.”

“Welcome to the echo chamber of ignorance of the Left’s post-racial America. Black Liberals thought that electing a black president would make them happier than a Michael Vick pound pup, but instead most are now madder than Whoopi Goldberg’s blind date.

In an America where black achievement can be seen and heard everywhere, Andre Carson and other members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) are crying foul, saying that the Tea Party wants to take America back to the ‘60’s. Don’t believe your lying eyes showcasing black achievement all over America, because black people are being oppressed.  By the Tea Party who wants black people “hanging from trees.”

Yes, the three-year old Tea Party movement is responsible for the decades of degradation within the black community, according to Carson and other members of the CBC.

Who knew it was the Tea Party doing all those drive-bys in black neighborhoods, and robbing black folks. Here I thought it was black thugs and gang members.

Who knew it was the evil Tea Party who foreclosed on black homeowners, or that the Tea Party set up all those substandard government schools in black neighborhoods.

Apparently America’s police are loaded with Tea Party members, and the cops are out to get black people.  Prior to the Tea Party, there we NO black people in prison.  Over the last three years, the Tea Party cops have begun rounding up black people and wrongfully incarcerating them.

Worse yet, while in prison, black people are being forced to listen to Bluegrass music and watch reruns of The Dukes of Hazard…with Daisy Duke edited out!

Sure, the new America is like the ‘60’s, only this time it’s black people intimidating white folks. The New Black Panthers are threatening to kill white babies and suppressing the Republican vote.  Civil unrest is all over America with black flash mobs.  Black people doing meet-ups to give beat ups.

Black mobs in Green Bay WI?! How many black folks do they have there anyway?  20, not including the players for the Packers?  Did ACORN have to bus these black folks in?  Whites outnumber blacks in Green Bay about 100 to 1, yet those white people were willing to take a butt kicking while leaving the fair in order to avoid being called racists.

And black flash mobs are happening all over the country, like in Peoria, IL where cops told residents to “stay in your homes,” to avoid the mobs.  Seriously? That’s the solution. In America?

Black people in America are being told that they are owed something. Flash mobs are robbing stores, stealing, like a swarm of locusts, and little is happening to stop them.

White people are too afraid to fight back, because they don’t want to risk being called racists.  Can you imagine an America where you’d rather take an butt kicking than be called a racist? We’re there.  To quote Visa:  PRICELESS!

The CBC is the newest flash mob, running around the country fomenting racial hatred. That’s what Democrats do. Andre Carson and others of the CBC are only doing what good Democrats do when their backs are against the wall:Intimidate.

When Obama loses the next election, you are getting a look at what America will look like for some time. Black flash mobs will roam the cities saying that the Republicans ripped them off.  Black Liberals will have the built-in excuse that “The Tea Party didn’t want the black president to succeed…and chickens coming home to roost,” both favorite mantras of the great black Left.

Obama’s loss in 2012 will be the political equivalent of the OJ verdict, giving black Liberals an excuse to continue to be victims. “We have our chance, but the white man wouldn’t let the black president succeed.”

Welcome to Black Liberal Democrat Progressive Regressive University where Victimization 101 is a required course.

If America were honest, they would state openly that it is the CBC who should be publicly flogged for their representation of black America. The CBC is touring the oppressed areas that they serve to discuss one thing:  Black victimization.

Black Liberal leaders preach how weak black America is. Without government, black people are nothing.  When is the last time you’ve heard a black Liberal leader talk empowerment of the black community, and not lace their speech with the “blame whitey” meme?

Only the Right is post-racial in America. The Left is a hateful bunch who loves to use racism to keep people thinking inside the box they’ve been put in. Whether 8 to 80, blind, cripple or crazy, the Left has your box.

The CBC invests heavily in the “idea” of a racist America, because that’s their meal ticket. They love to invoke imagery of lynching and Jim Crow, all legacy Democrat badges of honor.  But don’t let black Liberals know they are supporting the Democrats’ heinous past or black Liberals could leave the CBC’s echo chamber of ignorance.

“President Obama’s nominee for Commerce secretary served as chairman of the board of a solar energy company that recently received a $1.37 billion federal loan guarantee – the largest the Department of Energy has ever given for a solar power project.

Now that company, BrightSource Energy, is attempting to build the world’s largest solar power plant amid concerns such ventures may be too risky an investment for the federal government.

In June, BrightSource Chairman John Bryson was nominated by Obama to head the Commerce Department.

WND reported in June that Bryson co-founded an environmental activist group that is a member and funder of the controversial Apollo Alliance.

Apollo is run by a slew of socialists and radicals, including Jeff Jones, a founder of the Weather Undergrounddomestic terrorist organization. Jones himself boasts of doing work for the environmental group founded by Bryson, the Natural Resources Defense Council.

Bryson served until June as co-chairman of the Pacific Council on International Policy, a globalist organization whose members can be found throughout the Obama administration.

The massive loan guarantee to BrightSource is meant to build an expensive California desert solar plant known as the Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating System.

The system will feature mirrors that reflect sun toward a massive central tower that is in turn heated to produce steam meant to spin turbines to produce electricity.

The size of the BrightSource plant is thought to produce enough power to meet the needs of hundreds of thousands of Californians.

During a national address last October, Obama mentioned the possible benefits of BrightSource Energy’s“revolutionary new type of solar power plant.”

However, some have doubted that the massive solar plant will actually work.

The Bay Citizen quoted Michael Boyd, president of the nonprofit Californians for Renewable Energy, as saying there is“no evidence” BrightSource’s project will succeed.

Boyd complained most of the equipment used at the plant would be manufactured in China and Germany.

“Stimulus money isn’t going to jobs here in the U.S. It’s going to jobs overseas,” he said.

Boyd’s group last year reportedly filed an administrative complaint seeking to block the U.S. loan guarantee, alleging in the complaint the solar project “could have the unintended consequences of killing innovation if these projects fail.”

In a briefing last month, BrightSource CEO John Woolard was confident his plant would significantly lower the costs of energy.

“We were able to drop costs down significantly,” he said. “Ivanpah is the culmination of two and a half decades of work and thinking around solar.”

However, the entire solar energy enterprise is now being questioned as overseas manufacturers, particularly China and Taiwan, have produced similar products and services at much lower prices.

Already, the cost of generating power with panels plunged about 37 percent in the past year, Bloomberg reported yesterday, as Chinese factories cut prices. The price slashes pushed three U.S. makers, including Solyndra, into bankruptcy protection in the past quarter.

The news media and lawmaker focus on the Obama administration’s use of funds for solar energy could draw focus to Bryson himself, since he chaired the company that received the largest amount of funds.

Globalist, CO2 activist:

Besides his position at BrightSource, which he vacated when he was selected as Obama’s Commerce pick, Bryson is the former chairman, chief executive officer and president of Edison International, the parent company of Southern California Edison.

He serves on the U.N. secretary-general’s advisory group on energy and climate change and as co-chairman of the globalist PCIP, a partner of the Council on Foreign Relations.

In 1970, Bryson co-founded the Natural Resources Defense Council, or NRDC, with a $400,000 seed grant from the Ford Foundation.

The group is also funded by the Tides Foundation, to which philanthropist George Soros has donated more than $7 million over the years. Tides itself is a major funder of leftist causes, including ACORN, whose founder and former chief organizer, Wade Rathke, is a Tides board member.

The NRDC is a major proponent of fighting so-called global warming. It recently endorsed a document called the Earth Charter, which, Discover the Networks notes, blames capitalism for many of the world’s environmental, social and economic problems.

The charter maintains that “the dominant patterns of production and consumption are causing environmental devastation, the depletion of resources, and a massive extinction of species. The benefits of development are not shared equitably and the gap between rich and poor is widening.”

The NRDC is a member of the Apollo Alliance. NRDC’s president, Frances Beinecke, is on Apollo’s board. The NRDC is also listed by Apollo as a funder of the group, having donated between $1,200 to $2,999 to become an Apollo “clean energy benefactor.”

The NRDC endorses many Apollo initiatives.

Apollo’s New York office is run by Jeff Jones, who founded the Weather Underground with terrorists Bill Ayers and radical Mark Rudd when the three signed an infamous statement calling for a revolution against the American government inside and outside the country to fight and defeat what the group called U.S. imperialism.

Jones currently boasts on his personal website that he has done consulting work for the NRDC.

Apollo has been credited by the Obama administration with helping craft portions of the $787-billion “stimulus” bill signed into law.

The Apollo Alliance has boasted in promotional material that it was behind several of the Obama administration’s“green” initiatives, in addition to crafting “green” sections of the stimulus bill.

Among Apollo’s board members are a group of extremists including:

• Van Jones, President Obama’s controversial former “green jobs czar” who resigned in September 2009 after it was exposed he founded a communist revolutionary organization and signed a statement that accused the Bush administration of possible involvement in the 9/11 attacks. Jones also called for “resistance” against the U.S. 

Jones himself described the Apollo Alliance’s mission as “sort of a grand unified field theory for progressive left causes.” 

• Joel Rogers, a founder of the socialist New Party. WND reported evidence indicating Obama was a New Party member. In an interview with WND, New Party co-founder and Marxist activist Carl Davidson previously recounted Obama’s participation with the New Party.

Following publicity of Apollo’s radicalism, including scores of articles by WND and investigations by the Fox News Channel, Apollo announced it will merge with the BlueGreen Alliance, a collaboration of large environmental groups and unions.

Globalism:

Meanwhile, Bryson is co-chairman of the PCIP, which was founded in 1995 in partnership with the Council on Foreign Relations.

The group says it is the “premier international affairs organization focused on policy issues of special resonance to the West Coast.”

Its goals include “building our network of globally oriented business, civic, and government leaders.” Also, the group aims to convene exchanges with global policy makers and opinion leaders while partnering with organizations around the world to “promote mutual understanding and coordinated action.”

The PCIP is funded by the Ford Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Rockefeller Foundation.

Obama’s ambassador to France, Charles Rivkin, is a member of the PCIP. Last October, he invited a 29-member delegation from the PCIP to a conference in France for the stated purpose of discussing Arab and Islamic relations in the country.

Rivkin was at the center of a scandal when WikiLeaks released a cable in which he proposed the U.S. Embassy in France initiate a multipronged effort to “engage” and help to “empower” France’s Muslim minorities.

Rivkin called the effort a “Minority Engagement Strategy,” which was largely directed at Muslims in France.

Other PCIP members abound through the Obama administration, WND has learned.

James B. Steinberg, deputy secretary of state, serves on the PICP board of directors. He also serves on the science and security board of the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, a journal that argued during the Cold War for the U.S. to hand its nuclear weapons to an international organization.

The Bulletin, as WND reported, was founded by scientists who were long accused of spying for the Soviets and passing along vital nuclear secrets.

Vilma S. Martinez, U.S. ambassador to Argentina, is the chairman of the PCIP’s Mexico Study Group.

Former Utah Gov. Jon M. Huntsman Jr., a candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, was appointed by Obama as ambassador to China in August 2009. He is a PCIP founding director.

Jeffrey L. Bleich, Obama’s appointment for U.S. ambassador to Australia, is a PCIP member.

Diana Farrell, deputy director of the National Economic Council, is a member of the PCIP as well as the Council on Foreign Relations and the Bretton Woods Committee. She is a frequent speaker on U.S. global engagement.

Byron Auguste, a member of Obama’s White House Council for Community Solutions, serves on the PCIP board. He is also on the board of trustees of the Center for American Progress, which is funded by Soros and led by John Podesta, who served as co-chairman of Obama’s transition team.

Last year, PCIP member Steven Myers joined the State Department’s advisory committee on international economic policy.

John B. Emerson, appointee for Obama’s advisory committee for trade policy and negotiations, is a member of both the PCIP and CFR.

In April, Obama nominated PCIP member Janet Yellen to serve as vice chairman of the Federal Reserve.

PCIP member Alan D. Bersin was appointed commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Last March, Obama appointed PCIP member Michael Camuñez to the position of assistant secretary for market access and compliance in the Department of Commerce.

Ernest James Wilson, a member of the PCIP board, was elected chairman of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting in September 2009. He served as a policy advisor on Obama’s presidential transition team on matters of communication technology and public diplomacy.

Also on Obama’s transition team was Jonathan Greenblat, chairman of the PCIP’s energy and environment committee.

The PCIP has some ties to billionaire activist George Soros. Among PCIP fellows is Ahmed Rashid , a Pakistani journalist and writer who is a member of the advisory board of Eurasia Net of the Soros Foundation. He is also a scholar of the Davos World Economic Forum and a consultant for Human Rights Watch.

At the invitation of the then-U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, he became the first journalist to address the U.N. General Assembly in New York in September 2002 and the first journalist to address NATO ambassadors in Brussels in September 2003.”

“The media finally conceded the Obama administration to be inexperienced and inept, reminiscent of the Carter administration — but, they maintained, not possibly involved in any corruption. Then suddenly scandals erupted on nearly every conceivable front: the crony-capitalist half-billion-dollar loan guarantee to a now bankrupt Solyndra; the Fast and Furious gun deal, in which, in lunatic fashion, the U.S. government sold deadly automatic weapons to Mexican drug-cartel killers; the administration’s pressure on a four-star general to fudge his testimony as a favor to a big campaign donor whose suspect company, LightSquared, was doing business with the Pentagon; and the politically inspired dropping of investigations by the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department.

The administration got itself into these messes because it customarily counts on a medieval notion of compartmentalized exemption. In the 2008 campaign, Barack Obama’s loud and welcomed hope-and-change promises to end insider influence, lobbying, and earmarks were essential to his well-crafted image of the outsider reformer. Once that liberal narrative was embraced by the media, few seemed to care whether the other, cynical Obama was the first candidate in the history of public financing of presidential campaigns to renounce the program — in order to maximize his campaign stash, much of it pouring in from firms like Goldman Sachs and BP.

The country shrugged at such contradictions: Surely such a saintly progressive had saintly reasons; or, if he didn’t, exemption must be given for a messianic figure to use questionable means to achieve his noble ends. Yet, according to PolitiFact, the fact-checking arm of the St. Petersburg Times, of the 17 grand promises candidate Obama made on ethics reform, he has so far kept only five.

That principle of liberal exemption from accountability explains much of both the fundamental and the trivial about the Obama administration. As a candidate, Obama railed against “Karl Rove politics.” Few seemed to notice that he had established a website (“Fight the Smears”) asking supporters to collect information on opponents, in a Nixonian effort at preemptive action to discourage opposition. The notorious and now-defunct JournoList followed. Currently we see that creepy tactic resurfacing a third time with the new AttackWatch.com website, which lists pictures and names, in the glaring red-and-black style of an intelligence dossier, of those who have criticized Obama  — juxtaposed with supposed rebuttals and a puerile request for readers to snoop about and send in more names of those who dare to oppose the president.

“Civility” has followed the same tired script. Channeling the outrage over the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, Obama in sonorous accents called for a new civility and a softer tone of public discourse — even though the man who shot Congresswoman Giffords was clearly sick and incited by neither left nor right political rhetoric. That the president, both in campaigns and in governance, had begged Latinos to “punish our enemies” and had called on supporters to “get in their faces” was irrelevant. The Congressional Black Caucus and the union bosses apparently understood that disconnect, as progressives called Tea Party types “son of bitches” who could go “straight to Hell” — the modern equivalents of the lynch mobs of the old segregated South. In the postmodernism of Obama, self-proclaimed underdogs and victims are not bound by protocols intended for their oppressors: Some illiberal targets clearly have to be demonized to thwart their demonic plans.

We all know that Obama supports the DREAM Act and ridiculed the calls to build a border fence as a conservative effort to install “moats and alligators.” Why, then, would such an enlightened administration that wished brotherly porous borders have its agents sell guns to Mexican killers? No doubt a rogue subordinate, or a well-intentioned effort to do some sort of good, would soon surface in righteous explanation that would preclude partisan gotcha audits.

The Solyndra mess, in Sophoclean tragic fashion, revealed these same requisite exemptions and penances. In 2010, a buoyant Obama visited the doomed plant to boast of government-generated green and homegrown jobs. By inference, Solyndra was just the sort of noble federally sponsored factory that the greedy private oil companies, non-union profit-hungry employers, and dastardly outsourcing CEOs just won’t build. The far wiser China and Germany subsidize green energy, so we must too. Case closed.

Once that huge moral superstructure went up, then no naysayers dared to look into the nitty-gritty mechanics down below, where some insider financiers and con artists were squeezing out of the taxpayers a $500 million loan without much intention of ever paying it back. The earthly laws of profit and loss, market demand and rationale, and the human tendency to connive to find profit were all to be superseded by Barack Obama’s ethereal appeals to help the unemployed and cool the planet.

In this world of liberal exemption, a suspect Dick Cheney conspires with an evil Halliburton; but liberal financiers who donated to Barack Obama to ensure progressive change can’t really want unwarranted insider profits from a Solyndra or a LightSquared. We are supposed to be outraged by recent lurid revelations that yokels like non-presidential candidate Sarah Palin supposedly long ago in her youth once tried coke; when Barack Obama confessed in print that he did so rather routinely, we automatically appreciated the angst of a sensitive soul coming of age in the course of his long odyssey to a progressive presidency. Sins are to be magnified or lessened depending on the larger perceived moral intentions of the sinner.

Liberal pundits are outraged that candidate Rick Perry was supposedly a dismal student from the evidence of his leaked undergraduate transcript. Yet they were weirdly reluctant to ask candidate Barack Obama what exactly were his grades at Columbia and Occidental — still unknown to the public. Grades from decades ago are absolutely necessary to deconstruct questionable Texas cowboys, but need not be produced to confirm the assumed straight A’s that earned Obama a scholarship to Harvard Law.

At some point, Barack Obama and those around him grasped that utopian rhetoric and progressive intentions made discordant facts irrelevant. In his so-called jobs speeches, Obama exploits class envy shrouded in fairness. President Obama continues to escalate his divisive and evil assault on achievers, purposely pitting Americans against each other.

Obama's “Hate the Rich” campaign appeals to our lower nature and encourages the sin of covetousness. If Obama's despicable campaign proves successful, it will be a sad commentary about who we have become as a people and how far we have fallen as Americans.

It angers me that Obama and his minions in the liberal media have put achievers, risk takers, on the defensive. It angers me that Obama's looser followers think they are entitled to the fruit of someone else's labor.

Americans are extremely generous and willing to help people in need domestic and foreign. But no one is entitled to share in the bounty resulting from someone's risk, blood, sweat and tears. Any government which confiscates and redistributes wealth is immoral and evil.

God has designed life that success requires backbone; in other words, taking risks. Playing it safe profits very little. God's system is anathema to liberals. They strive to achieve “equal outcomes” or “fairness”, as they describe it, via legislation and redistribution.

Mary and I fed seagulls at the beach by throwing crackers on the sand close to us. Upon calculating the risk, seagulls moved in close and fed. Two bold seagulls feasted on crackers by feeding directly from Mary's hand. Then there were the seagulls who were too fearful to come close enough to retrieve any crackers. Interestingly, the cowardly seagulls screamed in frustration and even attacked the bold seagulls who were enjoying the rewards of their risk taking.

If a majority of Americans have become spineless, lazy and envious seagulls demanding the government take from the courageous to give to them, the spirit of America is dead.

Quite frankly, the entitlement mindset turns my stomach. My mom worked as a domestic cleaning white folks homes. My dad was one of the first blacks to break the color barrier into the Baltimore Fire Dept. My parents were hard working Christians and honorable people. My four younger siblings and I were not taught that anyone owed us anything. Today, we are all successful responsible citizens.

I suspect the mentality of my parents was typical of most Americans in the 1950s. Charities and churches assisted the poor before government replaced daddies (President Johnson's War on Poverty) in 1964; enslaving the poor to a cradle-to-grave dependency on government solely to secure Democrat votes. This strategy continues to devastate the black family; over 70% of black babies are born out of wedlock.

Blacks progressing from being brought to America as slaves to a black man being voted leader of the free world epitomizes the godliness and greatness of America. And yet, Obama and company, displaying a severe lack of character, relentlessly play the race, victim and class envy cards; designed to divide Americans to further the Obama administration's socialistic agenda.

Great leaders appeal to their follower's higher nature inspiring them to dig deeper into their souls and soar higher than they thought possible for themselves. America's first president, George Washington was such an inspirational leader.

As an American who happens to be black, I was badgered, “Lloyd, you should be delighted by the historical context of America electing it's first black president”. I was not.

Feeling like a lone voice crying in the wilderness, I dared to follow the instruction of an extraordinary leader, Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Therefore, I judged Barack Hussein Obama by the content of his character rather than the color of his skin.

Obama's admitted plan to “spread the wealth around” and his anti-American associations told me he was the wrong man to lead the greatest nation on the planet. Obama's divisive, dictatorial and bullying behavior have proven me correct.

Our president is nothing more than a Chicago thug community agitator stirring up discontent, inspiring racial hatred and hatred for achievers. The bottom line of every Obama speech regarding the economy is you have too little because those guys have too much.

Obama's approach is non-presidential, totally low rent appealing to our lower nature and totally despicable. Lord help us.

“I recently interviewed a man who is suing the Obama administration for racial discrimination–against white people.  Normally I wouldn’t describe anyone by their skin color, but it’s interesting to note in this instance that the man filing the lawsuit is Black.

Reverend Wayne Perryman began the lawsuit (case C11-1503) along with journalist Robert Parks because he was fed up with all the rhetoric coming from the left, blaming all of Obama’s failures on race.  Perryman and Parks began researching the Democrat Party and became enraged when they noticed the Democrat Party—via their website–was whitewashing their own history.

On the archived Democrat.org site—which has since been scrubbed– they gave a brief acknowledgment that their party was formed over 200 years ago.

Over two hundred years ago, our Party’s founders decided that wealth and social status were not an entitlement to rule.

That was it—no mention of any of their mistakes—including the fact that also over 200 years ago, the Democrat Party blocked all efforts by Republicans to abolish slavery.

When challenged, they added the following paragraph to the history portion of their website:

Change is the inescapable driver of history in the United States. Our party’s founders believed then, just as we do now, that being a Democrat means meeting the challenges of changing times so that all Americans can prosper. That’s why the people of this county have always turned to Democrats when times got tough.

In addition to trying to re-write history regarding Democrats and slavery, they are also trying to hypnotize people into believing the Democrats were instrumental in Civil Rights—not mentioning anything about all the efforts they made to BLOCK all of the Republicans efforts toward Civil Rights:

Democrats are unwavering in our support of equal opportunity for all Americans. That’s why we’ve worked to pass every one of our nation’s Civil Rights laws, and every law that protects workers. Most recently, Democrats stood together to reauthorize the Voting Rights Act.

On every civil rights issue, Democrats have led the fight. We support vigorous enforcement of existing laws, and remain committed to protecting fundamental civil rights in America.

This is a blatant lie, and Reverend Wayne Perryman and Robert Parks have called them on it.

“Rev. Sharpton said we never got our ‘40 acres and a mule’, wrote Parks in his legal brief to the courts.

”Yes, we did, and they were taken away by a Democrat.”

From Parks’ legal brief:

On January 12, 1865, General Sherman and Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton went to meet with twenty Black community leaders in Savannah, Georgia to discuss freedom and reparations for former Black slaves.… By June 1865, over 40,000 former slaves were settled on 40-acre tracts of land. Over 400,000 acres were allocated. In September of 1865, Democrat President Andrew Johnson reversed Field Order No. 15, issued special pardons, and returned the land to former slave owners.’ The Republicans gave, yet a Democrat took it away.

Part of the lawsuit is to ensure the Democrat Party is portraying their history truthfully and factually.  Rev. Perryman writes:

Modern-day Democrats must stop preaching that they are the compassionate party of black people and confess that it was their predecessors who started many of the racist practices that we are now trying to eradicate. History clearly shows two things: (1) that the roots of racism grew deep in the hearts and souls of the Democrats and (2) without the past efforts of the Radical Republicans and the Abolitionists, the Civil Rights Legislation of the sixties would not have been possible. Republicans laid the foundation for civil rights by passing legislation and instituting programs that Democrats’ were adamantly opposed to, such as:

1. The Thirteenth Amendment in 1865 to abolish slavery.

2. The Civil Rights Act of 1866 to give Negroes citizenship and protect freed men from Black Codes and other repressive legislation.

3. The First Reconstruction Act of 1867 to provide more efficient Government of the Rebel- or Democrat-controlled states.

4. The Fourteenth Amendment in 1868 to make all persons born in the United States citizens. Part of this Amendment specifically states “No State shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; or deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

5. The Fifteenth Amendment of 1870 to give the right to vote to every citizen.

6. The Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 to stop Klan terrorists to terrorized black voters, Republicans, white teachers who taught blacks, and Abolitionists.

7. The Civil Rights Act of 1875 to protect all citizens in their civil and legal rights and to prohibit racial discrimination in places of public accommodation.

8. Freedmen’s Bureau was a social program established by Republicans to feed, protect, and educate the former slaves.

9. The 1957 Civil Rights Act and the 1960 Civil Rights Act were signed into law by President Eisenhower who also established the U.S. Civil Rights Commission in 1958, a commission that was rejected by Truman during his administration.

10. The 1964 Civil Rights Act which key Republicans pushed law through while key Southern Democrats like Al Gore Sr. debated against its passage. More Republicans (in percentages) voted for this law than Democrats.”

Parks says, “They are ashamed of their past and do not want Blacks to look under the hood of their history.”

Case in point, President Woodrow Wilson is a hero to the Democratic Party but Parks says there is much about Wilson’s racist-driven presidency that he “didn’t learn in college.”

“Wilson allowed various officials to segregate the toilets, cafeterias, and work areas of their departments. One justification involved health:  White government workers had to be protected from contagious diseases, especially venereal diseases, that racists imagined were being spread by blacks. In extreme cases, federal officials built separate structures to house black workers. Most black diplomats were replaced by whites; numerous black federal officials in the South were removed from their posts; the local Washington police force and fire department stopped hiring blacks. Wilson’s own view, as he expressed it to intimates, was that federal segregation was an act of kindness.”

“Suppose a Republican president had done all that in the past. Democrats would raise hell,” said Parks, adding, “You can Google ‘Woodrow Wilson Segregationist.’  Democrats did not count on the internet to give people access to truth.  Many Democrats don’t want to deal with me when I ask them about Wilson. Why?”

The Amicus Curiae ends with this:  “Since the DNC sees fit to distort and cover-up their true racist history to cause black Americans to feel good towards them, I say to the Democrat Party like Rev. Jesse Jackson said to George W. Bush: ‘Come clean!’  No matter what, the Democratic Party owns its racist history and must admit to black Americans the truth.”

Although Obama claims to have been victimized by a slip of his own silver tongue, the truth is that when it comes to compiling ‘enemies lists,’ wise politicians try to identify as many “two-fers” as possible to keep campaign costs in check.

Which helps explain why Barack is on the attack against billionaires who are also Jewish janitors. With just one ugly swat, the president can sock two of his least favorite demographics: Jews and billionaires.

It is rumored that Obama is none too fond of janitors, either, but that rumor cannot be confirmed.

It is also rumored that the prez is developing a distinct dislike for Caucasian executives who make solar panels, particularly CEOs who demand government loans as payback for campaign contributions and who then have the audacity to go bankrupt within 14 months of a presidential election.

The One’s ire is also reportedly agitated by Mexican drug cartel executives, especially the really stupid sort, who kill a U.S. border patrol agent with a gun provided by, and traceable back, to Eric Holder and the White House, again within 14 months of a presidential election.

Is there any occupation-racial mix that Obama is generally at peace with?

According to sources deep within the White House, Obama finds nothing at all objectionable about black community organizers with very low approval ratings!

“In the latest scandal to rock Obamacare, a new federal probe reveals the administration withheld crucial information from Congress about a costly healthcare entitlement program that it knew was fiscally unsustainable.

It marks the latest exposé of the secrecy that has prevailed throughout the president’s hostile takeover of the nation’s healthcare system. Last year Judicial Watch obtained alarming documents regarding closed-door healthcare meetings with Vice President Joe Biden, Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Obamacare Czar Nancy-Ann Min DeParle and union officials.  

Just a few days ago JW made public thousands of pages of additional documents involving the administration’s secretive process in granting waivers exempting companies and unions from inconvenient provisions of Obamacare. As of July 2011, 1,472 one-year waivers and 106 three-year waivers were granted, covering some 3.4 million enrollees, more than half of which belong to unions. Yet, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, union members account for only about 12% of the total workforce.

This week’s Obamacare scandal du jour comes from a congressional panel that concludes the administration lied to push a costly long-term care program known as Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS). Internal documents obtained by lawmakers from a committee of House and Senate Republicans reveal officials in Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) were acutely aware that the program was unsustainable and suppressed the information from Congress and the public.

The bicameral committee lists its findings in a scathing report that says HHS knew CLASS was likely to collapse as it pushed hard to pass it. While senior HHS officials publicly confirmed that CLASS was solvent, they privately called it “a recipe for disaster” in internal communications obtained as part of the probe. In fact, they had been warned by federal healthcare experts that the entitlement program would likely require a federal bailout or another insurance mandate.  

CLASS is supposed to provide long-term care insurance, including nursing home payments and in-home nursing care. Benefits are supposed to be funded with contributors’ premiums and not taxpayer money. However, under the current structure, it would need more enrollees (234 million) than the entire American workforce. Internal communications released this week indicate CLASS would essentially require federal subsidies or a mandate forcing all workers to pay into the government’s new program.”

HCAN’s strategy is to achieve such a system incrementally, first by implementing “the public option”—i.e., a government insurance agency to “compete” with private insurers, so that Americans will be “no longer at the mercy of the private insurance industry.” Because such a government agency would not need to show a profit in order to remain in business, and because it could tax and regulate its private competitors in whatever fashion it pleased, this “public option” would soon force private insurers out of the industry.

Former Vermont Governor Howard Dean announced HCAN’s mission on the first night of the annual “America’s Future Now!” conference hosted in June 2009 by the Campaign for America’s Future, where Dean pledged to spend up to $82 million to advance the cause of socialized medicine.



Effective at mobilizing large numbers of demonstrators who share its healthcare ideals, HCAN rallied 15,000 people in Washington, DC in April 2009, another 10,000 there in June 2009, and—in collaboration with the Maine People’s Alliance—hundreds more in three Maine cities the month after that. In addition to organizing and funding local demonstrations such as these, HCAN devoted significant financial resources to such initiatives as advertising in regional and national television and print media, and to establishing a major presence in the new media world of the Internet, blogs, and text messaging.

Most of HCAN’s component organizations have no experience or expertise in health care, and virtually all have received large, tax-exempt grants from leftist billionaire financiers like George Soros and Teresa Heinz Kerry. The public demonstrations for health-care reform that HCAN has organized are largely Soros-financed operations. In August 2009, Soros pledged $5 million to HCAN.
