Annual national Corporate Profits: 1.68 Trillion 4th quarter annualized 
                              add back 329 billion taxes paid and true profits= $2.009 Trillion

                              9% = $181 billion

Annual national Personal Income  = $13 Trillion

                               9% =   $1.17 Trillion

National Consumption  =  71% of GDP = 71% of 14.74 $Trillion = $10.47 Trillion

                               9% =  $942 billion

Total taxes in 9/9/9 = $181 billion + $1.117 Trillion + $942 billion = $2.29 Trillion

Current Annual Government expenses = $3.7 Trillion

Cain Deficit = $2.29 Trillion - $3.7 Trillion = -$1.4 Trillion

Current Deficit = $1.07 Trillion

Conclusion;  Cain's 9/9/9 taxes still leaves an even larger deficit.  However, this is assuming everything stays the same and my belief is that it won't. Read on please.

Cain will need to cut expenses, but not by $1.4 trillion

Because the tax burden shifts from production to consumption, corporations, small businesses and enterpeneurs will hire more.

Let's assume a 20% increase in corporate profits due to increase in business and increased demand by lower personal income taxes:

Now Corporate tax = 1.2 times $181 billion = $217 billion

Unemployment drops to 4 % as businesses need to hire more to keep up with production due to increased demand. This drop in unemployment from 9.1% current to 4% represents an additional 7.8 million  more people working and paying taxes.  With an average USA salary of $48,000 this 7.8 million additional workers now represent  an additional $374 billion of taxes.

Now personal income taxes at 9% = $1.17 Trillion + $374 billion = $1.54 Trillion

Consumption tax .  Since 7.4 million are now working and can actually spend money, consumer confidence increases and people actually buy things despite a 9% sales tax. We will now increase spending by 5% ( 5 % more people employeed) = 1.05 * $942 billion = $989 billion.

Total revenues now equal $217 billion + $1.54 Trillion + $989 billion = $2.75 Trillion

Current deficit now equals $3.7 Trillion - $2.75 Trillion = $949 billion.

I hope this sheds light on why republicans and libertarians want to balance the budget not by increasing taxes but by increasing the number pf people that pay taxes. Taxes are lower and more revenues come in.

“While most of the media have focused on the Jackie Kennedy tapes as they pertain to such figures as Martin Luther King Jr. and Lyndon Baines Johnson, there are fascinating parts of the conversations that demonstrate the anti-communism of President John F. Kennedy. In this context, Jackie singles out the New York Times for criticism for helping bring Castro to power.

One reason for the lack of attention to these excerpts may be that they shed light on one of the worst performances of the liberal media in the history of journalism. Partly as a result of the coverage of the Castro revolution by Herbert Matthews, the Times correspondent in Cuba, the Cuban people have been saddled with the Castro regime, which once hosted Soviet nuclear missiles targeting the U.S., for over 50 years.

National Review had published a caricature of Castro over the caption “I got my job through the New York Times,” alluding to how the paper tried to promote classified advertising to job-seekers.

A book by Anthony DePalma, described as the dramatic story of “how a New York Times reporter helped Castro come to power,” referred to Matthews as “The man who invented Fidel.”

Humberto Fontova’s book Fidel: Hollywood’s Favorite Tyrant, explains how Matthews’ coverage help Castro. “This is not a Communist revolution in any sense of the word,” Matthews wrote. “In Cuba there are no Communists in positions of control.” Matthews added, “Fidel Castro is not only not a Communist, he’s decidedly anti-Communist.”

Jackie indicates that the Kennedys accepted the view of one of their family friends, Ambassador Earl E.T. Smith, that the New York Times and the State Department were largely responsible for Castro’s rise to power and the fall of Fulgencio Batista.

Smith said that the U.S. government facilitated Batista’s downfall by withdrawing support for his government. But Smith also said that, “Until certain portions of the American press began to write derogatory articles against the Batista government, the Castro revolution never got off first base.”

Smith said that Matthews’s columns “eulogized Fidel Castro, portrayed him as a political Robin Hood, and compared him to Abraham Lincoln.”

While JFK had no sympathy for Batista, he thought it was “awful” that President Eisenhower, a Republican, had permitted Castro to visit the U.S. after his seizure of power in Havana, Jackie says, going on to cite Smith’s book, The Fourth Floor, on how the U.S. State Department had paved the way for Castro’s takeover. The title is a reference to the officials responsible for Cuba policy who were on the fourth floor of the State Department.

Smith wrote that the Fourth Floor had a “close association” with the Times’ Matthews, “who gave the impression by his editorial conduct of advocating Batista’s downfall.”

Smith, ambassador to Cuba when Castro took over, spoke at a 1979 Accuracy in Media conference when Castro’s communist comrades in Nicaragua, the Sandinistas, were threatening a takeover of that country. Nicaragua was Cuba all over again, Smith said.

He signed a copy of his book to this columnist by saying, “To Cliff Kincaid in memory of ‘Accuracy in Media.’” It was a commentary on the failure of the Times to accurately depict Castro as the communist he was and the continuing failure by the media to factually describe the nature of communism and its adherents.

“We knew Earl Smith then, who’d been Eisenhower’s ambassador at the time,” said Jackie in the tapes featured in the book Jacqueline Kennedy: Historic Conversations on Life with John F. Kennedy. “When we were in Florida that’s all Earl could talk about. Yeah, then Jack was really sort of sick that the Eisenhower administration had let him [Castro] come in and then the New York Times what was his name, Herbert Matthews?” Jackie adds, “I can remember a lot of talk about it and wasn’t didn’t even Norman Mailer write something?”

Arthur Schlesinger Jr., who was interviewing Jackie, interjects, “Norman Mailer was very pro-Castro, yeah.”

When Schlesinger noted that Smith had written a book about Castro being a communist and working with the communists, Jackie replies, “Yeah The Fourth Floor? Well, he was always saying his troubles with the State Department I remember there was a man named Mr. Rubottom he kept talking about. And how hard it was warning against Castro and how just it was like, I don’t know, dropping pennies down an endless well. He just never could get through to the State Department. So, I suppose he thought he was a Communist, yeah.”

Roy Rubottom was the Assistant Secretary of State at the time of Castro’s seizure of power.

Smith wrote in his book, “It cannot be maintained that the government of the United States was unaware that Raul Castro and Che Guevara, the top men of the 26^th of July movement, are Communists, affiliated with international communism. There was ample evidence to that effect. I have shown in this book that it was impossible for Assistant Secretary of state Roy Rubottom, his associate William Wieland, and the Fourth Floor not to be aware of Fidel Castro’s communist affiliations.”

Wieland, the State Department’s chief of Caribbean affairs and a friend of Herbert Matthews, was accused of being a communist agent. Citing Nathaniel Weyl’s book, Red Star Over Cuba, Fontova says Wieland, who had partly grown up in Cuba, had been active in the Cuban Communist Party in the 1930s and had used the name “Guillermo Arturo Montenegro,” an alias he kept secret when he filled out a national security disclosure form. Wieland resigned in disgrace.

Analyzing U.S. policy, Smith wrote, “To make my point clear, let me say that we helped to overthrow the Batista dictatorship, which was pro-American and anti-communist, only to install the Castro dictatorship which was Communist and anti-American.”

Smith noted that, in a national broadcast on December 2, 1962, Castro declared, “I am a Marxist-Leninist and will be one until the day I die.”

Although JFK authorized an invasion of Cuba at the Bay of Pigs in April 1961, Jackie alludes to the failure to follow through with adequate military force. “I mean,” she said, “the invasion in the beginning and then no air strike half doing it and not doing it all the way” The result was a slaughter of anti-Communist Cubans in the invasion force and a victory for the Castro regime.”

“As the official dedication of the Martin Luther King Jr. memorial in Washington, D.C. approaches, liberals in the media are in damage control over a revelation about the civil rights leader from an unlikely source Caroline Kennedy, daughter of JFK and Jackie Kennedy. Her new book, Jacqueline Kennedy: Historic Conversations on Life with John F. Kennedy, makes it abundantly clear that Jack and Bobby Kennedy, as well as Jackie, saw through the public façade of the Reverend King and knew him to be a proven liar about his communist connections and a scoundrel in terms of his personal life. Jackie called King a “phony” in the taped conversations that form the basis of the book.

This has created a dilemma for the media, who adore the Kennedys and King. So media figures such as Andrea Mitchell of NBC News and Diane Sawyer of ABC News have decided to blame the whole mess on former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover. But the misdirection won’t work. The book stands on its own and constitutes a major indictment of a man considered a national icon.

On Monday night, Mitchell was on the NBC Nightly News covering the controversy by claiming that the “phony” comment was because of political games being played by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover. In fact, the evidence shows that both JFK and his brother Bobby had themselves obtained and passed on information about King’s extramarital affairs and womanizing. It was information that had been obtained from wiretaps on King authorized by Bobby himself.

The book is based on recorded interviews conducted in 1964 by Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr. with Jacqueline Kennedy. It quotes Jackie as saying that JFK had told her “of a tape that the FBI had of Martin Luther King how he was calling up all these girls and arranging for a party of men and women, I mean, sort of an orgy in the hotel, and everything.” Jackie said her response to this was that such conduct was “terrible” and that King was “such a phony.” Jackie adds, “Since then, Bobby’s told me of the tapes of these orgies they have and how Martin Luther King made fun of Jack’s funeral.”

Mitchell’s false narrative ignored how the Kennedy brothers, both anti-communist Democrats, were alarmed by King’s communist associations. She explained, “At the time, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover was trying to incite divisions between the Kennedys and Dr. King, telling Bobby Kennedy that Dr. King was overheard on FBI wiretaps making crude comments about Jackie Kennedy kissing her husband’s coffin on the day of Jack’s funeral.”

But Mitchell’s talk of Hoover stirring up divisions was nonsense. Hoover targeted King because of high-level concern about his communist connections, with the information about his extramarital affairs coming out as a result of the surveillance of the civil rights leader. The book makes it clear that the report that Jackie said King was a “phony” was not based on something said about a coffin; it was based on revelations provided to Jackie Kennedy by her husband that King, a reverend who quoted the bible, was a notorious adulterer and partier. And Bobby Kennedy, according to the book, shared the disgust for King’s secret sexual perversions.

It appears that Mitchell either did not read the book or deliberately misrepresented what was in it. This is the true mark of a liberal journalist worried about besmirching the reputation of a liberal icon.

In the September 13 two-hour ABC special on the Jacqueline Kennedy tapes, Jacqueline Kennedy: In Her Own Words, there is also an attempt to spin the damaging revelations about King and blame Hoover for them.

Diane Sawyer, anchor of the special program, said Hoover “had told the president that King was present at parties involving a lot of sex.” Sawyer said the reported comment about the funeral was “a malicious rumor” planted by Hoover with Bobby. Hence, Sawyer depicted the Kennedy brothers in an unflattering light as mere puppets of Hoover’s FBI. In fact, Hoover was doing their bidding.

Michael Beschloss, who wrote the introduction to the book, insisted on the air that, “There is dispute on whether it’s Martin Luther King who’s on those FBI tapes or not. But Robert Kennedy thought it was.” It is apparent that Bobby had listened to some of the tapes, read the transcripts, or relied on summaries provided by the FBI. Equally important, Beschloss knows that King was wiretapped by the FBI (and that the wiretaps were approved by Bobby, the Attorney General) because of King’s communist connections and links to the Soviet-funded Communist Party USA. But this, too, is a taboo subject for the liberal media.

Rep. John Lewis appeared on the ABC program to blame J. Edgar Hoover for bad opinions of King, saying Hoover despised King and wanted to “destroy the man.” Caroline Kennedy was brought on to say that, despite her criticism of the civil rights leader in the book, her mother admired King.

These attempts at spin fly in the face of the evidence in the book and provided even by King’s former associates. For example, Ralph David Abernathy, president of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) in his book, And the Walls Came Tumbling Down, acknowledges King’s extramarital affairs.

On the NBC Nightly News, Andrea Mitchell apparently felt obliged to report the explosive “phony” comment about King but decided to ignore the actual evidence in the book and blame it on Hoover. Such conduct is further evidence of the media’s blatant disregard of the facts in order to serve a political agenda. ABC News tried a variation of this strategy.

The New York Times at least got the basic facts right, noting that Jackie’s comment about King being a “phony” was based on “electronic eavesdropping” which found King “arranging encounters with women.”

But the reason for the wiretaps was not disclosed. And the fact that they were approved by Bobby Kennedy, the Attorney General, was conveniently left out.

David J. Garrow explained some of the controversy in his 1981 book The FBI and Martin Luther King, Jr. as well as a 2002 Atlantic magazine article based on it. He notes that Bobby authorized the FBI to begin wiretapping the telephones of King because he “believed that one of King’s closest advisers was a top-level member of the American Communist Party, and that King had repeatedly misled Administration officials about his ongoing close ties with the man.” The associate was Stanley Levison, who had been involved in Communist Party USA financial affairs and was helping to arrange funding of the party by Moscow.

Since the Kennedys were among a dwindling number of national Democrats who opposed international communism and wanted to see it defeated, these reports greatly concerned them.

But Levison wasn’t the only concern. Garrow writes, “Levison, the FBI told Kennedy and Marshall [Burke Marshall, the assistant attorney general for civil rights], had recently installed as head of the SCLC’s small New York office a young African-American man named Jack O’Dell, whose publicly documented record of affiliation with the CPUSA had drawn the attention of hostile congressional committees just a few years earlier. Kennedy’s inner circle resolved that every Administration aide acquainted with King would warn him fervently but vaguely about the political danger of continuing his association with Levison and O’Dell. King politely accepted and then privately dismissed warning after warning.” (O’Dell would later go to work for King associate Jesse Jackson).

Hence, King was deceiving the Kennedys, his allies in the civil rights struggle.

In his book, Garrow quoted Marshall as saying that King’s deception on this matter was important and that the wiretaps were therefore justified. “I mean,” said Marshall, “if you accept the concept of national security, if you accept the concept that there is a Soviet Communist apparatus and it is trying to interfere with things here which you have to accept and that there’s a national security issue and that taps are justified in that area. I don’t know what could be more important than having the kind of Communist that this man was claimed to be by the Bureau directly influencing Dr. King.”

The communists were manipulating the civil rights movement in directions that benefited them, such as by influencing King to be critical of the war against communism in Vietnam and the system of free enterprise capitalism in the U.S.

Garrow, who was sympathetic to King and critical of the FBI, explained, “Hence the primary reason behind the decision to wiretap Dr. King was, for Robert Kennedy and Burke Marshall, just as it was for the FBI, honestly held fears about what Stanley Levison represented and why Martin Luther King was remaining in contact with him despite numerous warnings not to and King’s own promise that he would end the relationship.”

This information, which has long been on the public record, provides a much-needed perspective on the wiretap controversy. Authorized for the purpose of documenting King’s communist connections, the surveillance turned up evidence of his adultery, which contradicted his stance as a minister of God preaching virtue in public life. But viewers of Andrea Mitchell’s report about Jackie Kennedy calling King a “phony” had no way, based on her broadcast, to understand what the controversy was really all about. Instead, they came away thinking the comment was based on some crazy scheme cooked up by Hoover.

It is truly bizarre that Mitchell would so brazenly lie about the matter when the daughter of JFK and Jackie had put it in her book for all to read and see.

But the liberal media are not alone in obscuring the facts. On the Fox News Channel, Bill O’Reilly blamed Hoover for the wiretaps. “He felt that the doctor was a communist,” O’Reilly said, ignoring the evidence of King’s communist associates and Bobby Kennedy’s role in approving the surveillance. His guest on the program was left-wing historian Kenneth C. Davis, who noted that the Kennedys were “very anti-communist.” Pressed on what was in the tapes, Davis said it apparently had to do with arranging a party with prostitutes. “We know that that’s part of the Martin Luther King legacy,” Davis acknowledged. But O’Reilly would have none of it. “Dr. King was a great man,” he countered, dismissing what the “gossip mongers” say, and “we don’t want to besmirch him in any way, shape or form.” Later, O’Reilly reiterated, “In totality, believe me, ladies and gentlemen, Dr. King was a great man.”

One reason for the inability to face facts could be that President Obama is scheduled to preside over the official unveiling of the King memorial in Washington, D.C. on October 16, an event that will lead to tons of coverage about King and his legacy. Telling the truth about King, even though Caroline Kennedy has opened up this can of worms, could ruin journalism careers. Conservative media figures could find themselves accused of racism for talking about the black civil rights leader’s personal indiscretions and far-left associations.

The MLK memorial is already mired in controversy because $10 million in taxpayer funds (out of the $120 million cost) and four acres of federal land were donated for a 30-foot tall socialist-type statue of King made in communist China by a Chinese artist with Chinese granite. It would appear appear that another scandal over King himself has to be avoided so the event can go forward without further embarrassment.

One can be sure that the Mitchell method of slanting the news will be in full swing leading up to the King memorial dedication, and Obama and his media allies will strive to make sure that any mention of King’s communist connections and adultery is stricken from the public record.”

I preface my following statements regarding Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney with enthusiastically saying, “ABO, Anybody But Obama”. Any Republican is a thousand times better for America than Obama. Obama is an evil divisive man willing to sacrifice national black/white race relations to further his anti-America socialistic, some say communist, agenda. Gee Lloyd, how do you really feel?

Thus, if Romney wins the Republican nomination you will hear me singing his praises, “Mitt Romney he's our man. If Mitt can't do it no one can! GOOOOO ROMNEY!!!”

Now that I have that out of the way, here is what happened at our Tea Party Express V national bus tour rally in Romney country, Concord, NH.

Mitt Romney was the featured presidential candidate at that particular rally. The majority of the audience were Romney supporters evidenced by the sea of t-shirts bearing his name.

Our Tea Party Express team began the rally with our military tribute; an emotional favorite of tea party crowds nationwide. The Romney audience response was uncharacteristically subdued.

Participating on 5 previous tours, this tour marked tea party rally number 301 for me. My signature opening statement always garners a powerful emotional and loud response from audiences, “Hello my fellow PATRIOTS! I am NOT an African-American. I am Lloyd Marcus...AMERICANNNN!”

A few in the Romney audience cheered, but the majority smiled politely. Some even appeared to have a puzzled look on their faces. I was taken back a bit. I thought, “Is my fly down? What is wrong? Why are these folks so unresponsive?” Still, I am a professional and pressed forward singing my “American Tea Party Anthem”.

My “American Tea Party Anthem” speaks to Obama's failed stimulus and his despicable false charges of racism against the Tea Party. The lyrics of the song and my passionate performance is always a crowd-pleaser winning enthusiastic applause. The Romney audience smiled and offered polite applause.

Back on the Tea Party Express bus headed to our next rally in a different state, some on our team were baffled. Why was the response to our presentation at this tea party rally so uniquely lukewarm? Also, after Romney completed his stump speech, the majority of the crowd left in the middle of the tea party rally.

Then, it dawned on me, the majority of the audience were Romney supporters, not particularly tea party supporters.

Our in-your-face-Obama-must-go approach was probably uncomfortable for them.

Mary Kay Ash of Mary Kay Cosmetics fame said, “The speed of the leader is the speed of the gang”. I believe Romney supporter's lukewarm response to our presentation reflects his attitude regarding the tea party and our principles.

It confirms “to me” that Mitt Romney is an establishment moderate Republican; willing to date and even have a live in relationship with the Tea Party, but not committed enough to marry the Tea Party.

A friend said it is unfair to judge Romney by his fans. Keep in mind that I have attended 300 tea parties nationwide. Some audiences in small towns despite being extremely appreciative were subdued because they are not super expressive. But, the Romney audience was unique, as if we were not on the same page.

I thought about how gangsta rap concerts always attract potentially unruly violent audiences. My brother David loves country music. David and his girlfriend attended a huge country music concert at the Baltimore Civic Center. He was struck by the peaceful nature of the crowd. David said people were drinking and having a good time and yet he did not see one confrontation or arrest; quite a contrast from the typical news reports of violence after a major gangsta rap concert in the same venue. Without question, the headliner attracts a certain type of audience.

I have appeared on the program of several rallies with Sarah Palin. Every Palin audience has been upbeat and enthusiastically patriotic.

Please do not think I am picking on Romney. John McCain was a disaster. To select another moderate as our presidential nominee will insure the re-election of Obama; ending America as we know it. Regardless of how moderate/liberal our nominee, the liberal media will portray him/her as a far right nut cause. So, let's select a true conservative.

Still, I would work tirelessly to install Mitt Romney in the White House if it came down to Romney or Obama.

This gentleman is absolutely right and we can't let the media lead us like this. I've thought this ever since Perry entered the race as the hands-down favorite when most of America had no idea what his stance was on anything.

In 2010, Governor Rick Perry(R-Texas) authored a book titled FED UP!, which chronicles the Governor’s anger and frustration at Washington, D.C. and what he sees as the deliberate usurping of the rights and liberties of American citizens by Washington bureaucrats.

From all appearances, Perry is the quintessential conservative, the go-to man when it comes to poking holes in the flawed logic of moon bat liberals who favor big government.

Unfortunately, upon further investigation, Perry’s conservative credentials are blemished, almost to the point of extinction, by virtue of his very liberal views on illegal aliens.

At the GOP Presidential debate in Orlando, Florida on September 22, Perry said:

If you say that we should not educate children who come into our state for no other reason than that they've been brought their through no fault of their own, I don't think you have a heart," Perry said. "We need to be educating these children because they will become a drag on our society. I think that's what Texans wanted to do. Out of 181 members of the Texas legislature when this issue came up [there were] only four dissenting votes. This was a state issue. Texas voted on it. And I still support it today."

We could all learn so much from this elegant and gracious lady. You might recall that

John Hinckley was a seriously deranged young man who shot President Reagan in the

early 1980's.   Hinckley was absolutely obsessed with movie star Jodie Foster, and, in

his twisted mind, loved Jodie to the point that to make himself well known to her, he

attempted to assassinate President Reagan. There is speculation Hinckley may soon be released as having
