“An administrative law judge in Georgia could decide as early as this week whether voters in the state convinced him Barack Obama’s name should be removed from the 2012 presidential ballot because he is not qualified to hold the office.

But win, lose or draw, the fight isn’t going to be over, as other cases are erupting across the nation, with challenges being raised anew even in Obama’s own adopted political network in Illinois.

The Georgia hearing was before Judge Michael Malihi, and while none of the lawyers who appeared in the proceedings was willing to predict what the decision will be, several did confirm that Malihi had considered simply granting them a default victory, because Obama and his lawyers expressly stated they would not participate in a hearing to provide evidence that he is qualified to be on the ballot.

A default presumably would have meant a recommendation from the judge that Obama’s name be stricken from the ballot, a decision which would head for review immediately by Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp.

He, however, was the one who warned Obama of the “peril” of not participating in the hearing when Obama and his attorney had asked that the event be canceled.

Whatever the outcome in Georgia, the issue is gaining traction in other states, too, including Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire, and even Illinois, Obama’s home political base.

There, in a complaint recently filed by Stephen F. Boulton of McCarthy Duffy LLP and Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, their client is asking for a change in state law to allow the vetting of political candidates.

Obama isn’t even mentioned by name, but don’t think for a minute that the requested change wouldn’t include his candidacy.

The plaintiff is Sharon Meroni, who long has fought inside the system for a way to challenge the candidacies there. In her new case, filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, she is petitioning for a judicial review of the state’s election procedures as they exist now.

Targeted are the state Board of Elections, members of the board, several county clerks and others, including candidates Dan Duffy and Amanda Howland.

Meroni, a registered voter in the 27^th Legislative District in the state, said her concern is that “only candidates qualified for office under the Illinois and United States Constitutions appear on the ballot.”

The state’s primary is in March.

The case alleges the candidates did not provide sufficient proof that they are U.S. citizens as required to hold the office being sought “as is required by the Illinois Constitution of 1970.”

State officials refused to remove the names from the ballots, so Meroni has gone to court. Granting ballot access, she said in the complaint, “is contrary to law, against the manifest weight of the evidence, arbitrary and capricious, and a denial of the rights of the petitioner.”

Kreep told WND the way the system is established in Illinois it essentially allows political parties to determine who runs for office, and unless voters find out about a filing and can assemble a formal objection within five days, their concerns are dismissed.

And the system has no procedure for verifying the eligibility of candidates, he said.

That particular issue has been in the headlines for the past four years, since before Obama’s 2008 election victory, because of the questions that remain over his eligibility. The U.S. Constitution demands a “natural born citizen” be president and the Founders probably thought that to be the offspring of two citizen parents when they wrote the term.

But Obama’s father never was a citizen. There also are those who contend he was not even born in the United States.

Kreep said the Illinois procedures make it virtually impossible for candidates to be challenged for their eligibility.

He said there likely will be raised in other states concerns similar to those in Illinois, where “barriers now in existence … bar voters from reasonable investigation of the citizenship of a candidate.”

That’s simply a deprivation of the constitutional right to due process, he said. The case seeks a declaration that the political maneuvers are unconstitutional.

There also have been assembled campaigns specifically to encourage voters to file eligibility complaints about candidates with states. One such effort is the Obama Ballot Challenge, which lists contacts for state elections offices across the country.

It is, of course, the states that actually run elections; a national election is just the compilation of the results from the 50 states.

“A candidate that is not legally qualified to be on the ballot, such as Barack Obama, steals votes from other candidates who are legally on the ballot,” the site advises.

WND previously reported that cases already have been begun in New Hampshire, where state officials rejected the claims; Alabama, Tennessee and Arizona.

The newest round of court actions do not try to have a judge determine Obama is not qualified for the Oval Office and remove him from it, they simply challenge his eligibility for the 2012 election.

Many of the cases cite Minor v. Happersett, a U.S. Supreme Court opinion from 1875 that said a “natural born citizen” would be a person whose parents both were citizens.

“This complaint does not request any injunction against any state or federal government official. Instead this complaint asserts that the private entity, Defendant Democratic Party, intends to act negligently or fraudulently in a manner that will cause irreparable harm to the plaintiffs, to the states, and to the citizens of the United States,” said one of the filings.

It continued, “Because Mr. Obama has admitted that his father was not a U.S. citizen, and because this fact has been confirmed by the U.S. State Department, any reasonable person with knowledge of these facts would doubt Mr. Obama’s constitutional qualifications. Therefore, any representation by the Democratic Party certifying said qualifications would be negligent, absent further evidence verifying Mr. Obama’s natural-born status.

“Plaintiffs further request an injunction prohibiting the Democratic Party from making any representation to any state official asserting, implying, or assuming that Mr. Obama is qualified to hold the office of president, absent a showing by the party sufficient to prove that said representation is not negligent.”

Van Irion, lead counsel for Liberty Legal Foundation, also is working on several of the issues, and has brought the question in court in Arizona.

“We picked the Arizona court for several reasons, but the main one being that it is part of the 9^th Circuit. The 9^th Circuit has indicated in dicta that an FEC-registered presidential candidate would have standing for this type of suit,” he said. The organization is working with John Dummett, a Liberty Legal Foundation member who is a candidate for the office of president in the 2012 election.

Irion said the other lawsuit was filed in state court in Tennessee.

“The focus of the state-court suit is to prevent certification to the Tennessee Secretary of State. This suit puts greater emphasis on the negligent misrepresentation/fraud aspects of a certification from the DNC. It includes more facts regarding Obama’s Indonesian dual citizenship and fraudulent Social Security Number,” he said.

He said if the cases succeed, the Democrats would not be able to list Obama as their candidate for 2012.

“Neither lawsuit discusses Obama’s place of birth or his birth certificate. These issues are completely irrelevant to the argument. LLF’s lawsuit simply points out that the Supreme Court has defined ‘natural-born citizen’ as a person born to two parents who were both U.S. citizens at the time of the natural-born citizen’s birth. Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen. Therefore, Obama can never be a natural-born citizen. His place of birth is irrelevant,” Van Irion’s group said.

WND also has reported that Maricopa, Ariz., County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has launched a formal law enforcement investigation into concerns Obama may submit fraudulent documentation to be put on the state’s election ballot in 2012.

Other attorneys involved in the Georgia case are J. Mark Hatfield and Orly Taitz.

Hatfield has told WND that the goal is for a court determination on the definition of “natural born citizen,” which then could be applied directly to Obama’s candidacy.”

At the time, Kenya was a British colony. Therefore Obama Senior was a British subject by birth (due to the fact that he was born within British-controlled territory). When President Obama was born in 1961, he acquired British nationality by descent, because his father was a British subject by birth. When Kenya gained its independence from Great Britain in 1963, President Obama became a citizen of the newly-formed nation.

Word of Caution: Although its great that many Americans are now beginning to wake up and are actively taking some action to have President Obama taken off the 2012 Presidential Election Ballots we need to keep in mind that those individuals with unlimited sources and/or resources, to include the deep pockets of anti-American George Soros, our own local and national elected officials and others, with the help of the MSM, who have spent years planning and successively perpetrating what I now believe could be the greatest fraud in American history are not going to go down without a fight and thus, as a result, I also believe that now more than ever we need to stick together as Americans (it's no longer Democrat or Republican) at this crucial time when our country and/or Republic needs us more than ever to see this thru. A Republic for which so many Americans have and continue to give their all to uphold and defend.

The fierce battle in Florida over who is the most conservative is of no interest to me.  Both Romney and Gingrich have impressive past records, but nothing like the present situation has ever occurred. Too much spending is the problem. It reminds me of pulling a 15,000 pound RV behind my tow truck in the mountains.  There was no problem with the power of my tow truck. The problem was the brakes. I had to gear down and move slowly on long downgrades, lest the brakes got hot and ineffective.

Too much spending says our speed it too great. How to slow down and not heat up the brakes; how to slow the spending and not lose control is the problem. The front-running candidates have not given us the specifics. Obama has a billion dollars to point out the weakness of his opposition. We know what he is going to say.  “I’m conservative; you are liberal” and a dollar will buy you a cup of coffee. Who cares?  They are all peas in the same pod.

Specifically, what do we know the front-runners are going to do to slow down spending that we’ve not already heard over and over and over?  The result of entitlements is over-spending. Putting the brakes on entitlements overheats the brakes.  Obamacare is a sneak attack on entitlements and a raise in taxes, especially against small business.  And what do the Republicans offer?  The proof is in the pudding.  They don’t have the answer. Conservative is like trying to capture moonbeams. Where’s the beef?

I proved in court that entitlements come ahead of taxes. I proved that the IRS is allowed unlimited mistakes in tax collection. It is all recorded. I proved that the combination of income tax and entitlements put me out of business.  The combination has taken millions of small businesses out—small business responsible for seventy percent of the jobs in America—and yet the front-running candidates have nothing to say about it.  Romney is proud that he is a successful businessman, who, by the way, paid 14 percent income tax on his millions of dollars of income, thanks to rules that make no sense.  I’m so happy for him. The income tax put me out of business. 

Romney doesn’t mention that the federal wheel of fortune does not come up with lucky numbers for many.   He doesn’t offer anything specific to change luck for hard work.  Romney had a rich and famous father to help him out. I didn't. I got put out of business because I didn't earn millions. The IRS is aware of that. They go after the likes of me, not the Romneys. Romney ought to be ashamed of himself, and Gingrich, too. Both are millionaires with no experience of what it is like being an ordinary Joe, the plumber. As far as I'm concerned, they are no better than Obama.

Everyone readily admits that the income tax code is unfair. Congress has been doing something about it 30 years, and succeeded only in making income tax more and more complex. In 2010, General Electric earned $14 billion and paid no income tax. GE’s tax return was 57,000 pages long, and yet the front running candidates have no specifics on what to do. And Obama wants to raise the tax on the rich.  Is it any wonder that we’re heading for the rocks?

Republicans, part of the establishment, are part of the problem. It is six of one and a half dozen of the other. They all speak in terms of the symptoms of the problems they caused. Only Ron Paul has an answer of what to do—after we are out of the mountains. For 30 years Congressman Paul has had the answer. 

Currently, we have no answers from the candidates.   What is going on is our fault. We are not demanding answers.

Obama boycotting Georgia eligibility hearing Lawyer urges secretary of state to cancel inquiry  (WND) - Barack Obama has announced through his attorney that he will boycott the administrative hearings scheduled tomorrow in Georgia to review evidence of whether he legitimately is a candidate for the presidency, prompting an attorney for one set of the plaintiffs to describe the nation’s commander-in-chief as acting like a “5-year-old brat.”  A letter apparently from his lawyer, Michael Jablonski, was posted today on the website for California attorney Orly Taitz, whose determined pursuit of Obama’s eligibility documentation has taken her to courts across the nation, including the U.S. Supreme Court.  Jablonski told Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp in the letter that “serious problems” had developed in the hearings “pending before the Office of State Administration Hearings.”  He said, “At issue in these hearings are challenges that allege that President Obama is not eligible to hold or run for re-election to his office, on the now wholly discredited theory that he does not meet the citizenship requirements.”  Jablonski said the judge – who previously rejected Obama’s demand to quash a subpoena for him to appear and bring with him his birth records documenting his status as a “natural-born citizen” – has “exercised no control” over the proceeding.  “It threatens to degenerate into a pure forum for political posturing to the detriment of the reputation of the state and your office. Rather than bring this matter to a rapid conclusion, the ALJ has insisted on agreeing to a day of hearings, and on the full participation of the president in his capacity as a candidate,” Jablonski wrote.  In a response that was posted online after hours, Kemp said the case referral was “in keeping with Georgia law.”  “As you are aware, OSAH Rule 616-1-2-.17 cited in your letter only applies to parties to a hearing. As the referring agency, the Secretary of State’s Office is not a party to the candidate challenge hearings scheduled for tomorrow. To the extent a request to withdraw the case referral is procedurally available, I do not believe such a request would be judicious given the hearing is set for tomorrow morning.”  He continued, “I expect the administrative law judge to report his findings to me after his full consideration of the evidence and law. Upon receipt of the report, I will fully and fairly review the entire record and initial decision of the administrative law judge.”  He also had a warning about the costs of simply not showing up for a court hearing.  “Anything you and your client place in the record in response to the challenge will be beneficial to my review of the initial decision; however, if you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.”  “We await your taking the requested action, and as we do so, we will, of course, suspend further participation in these proceedings, including the hearing scheduled for January 26,” Jablonski wrote in the letter on the Taitz site, which indicated it had been sent to the participants in the case.  A blast of sarcasm aimed at Obama also was posted on the Taitz site.  “What Obama is asking now is totally insane,” it said. “He is asking the secretary of state of GA to take the trial away from the judge on the eve of the trial. He is mostly crying on the shoulder of the secretary of state of GA and saying that Orly is bad, because she issued all of those subpoenas. So after the judge told Obama that the subpoena that I issued was perfectly valid and he had to appear in court tomorrow and bring with him all of the documents that I demanded, Obama decided to go behind the back of the judge and send the same complaint about me to the secretary of state and he is asking the secretary of state to take the trial away from the judge.  “Does this look like a behavior of an innocent person? An innocent person would have come to court and showed all the valid documents with the embossed seals, which are verifiable,” the statement said. “Instead he is acting like a 5-year-old brat, saying, ‘I am afraid of Orly, I want the secretary of state of GA to act like my mommy and protect me from Orly.’ Some leader of the free world.”  The hearings are being brought by citizens of Georgia under a state law that allows voters to challenge the eligibility of candidates on the state’s ballot. It is the states that run elections in America, and national elections are just a compilation of the results of the 50 state elections.  The schedule for the hearings was set by Judge Michael Malihi of the Georgia state Office of State Administrative Hearings. In Georgia, a state law requires “every candidate for federal” office who is certified by the state executive committees of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy “shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”  State law also grants the secretary of state and any “elector who is eligible to vote for a candidate” in the state the authority to raise a challenge to a candidate’s qualifications, the judge determined.  Citizens bringing the complaints include David Farrar, Leah Lax, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Taitz; David Weldon represented by attorney Van R. Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation; and Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell, represented by J. Mark Hatfield. Cody Judy is raising a challenge because he also wants to be on the ballot.  Jablonski told Kemp he should simply “withdraw” the original hearing request as “improvidently issued.”  “It is well established that there is no legitimate issue here – a conclusion validated time and again by courts around the country. The state of Hawaii produced official records documenting birth there; the president made documents available to the general public by placing them on his website,” he wrote.  Jablonski accused Malihi of allowing the attorneys to “run amok.”  “Perhaps he is aware that there is no credible response; perhaps he appreciates that the very demand made of his office – that it address constitutional issues – is by law not within its authority.”  Obama, meanwhile, has a campaign trip to several Midwest and Western states lined up over the next few days.  WND reported earlier on the stunning decision from Malihi, who refused to quash the subpoena even after Obama outlined his defense strategy for such state-level challenges, which have erupted in half a dozen or more states already.  “Presidential electors and Congress, not the state of Georgia, hold the constitutional responsibility for determining the qualifications of presidential candidates,” Obama’s lawyer argued. “The election of President Obama by the presidential electors, confirmed by Congress, makes the documents and testimony sought by plaintiff irrelevant.”  The judge thought otherwise.  “Defendant argues that ‘if enforced, [the subpoena] requires him to interrupt duties as president of the United States’ to attend a hearing in Atlanta, Georgia. However, defendant fails to provide any legal authority to support his motion to quash the subpoena to attend,” he wrote in his order.  “Defendant’s motion suggests that no president should be compelled to attend a court hearing. This may be correct. But defendant has failed to enlighten the court with any legal authority,” the judge continued.  “Specifically, defendant has failed to cite to any legal authority evidencing why his attendance is ‘unreasonable or oppressive, or that the testimony … [is] irrelevant, immaterial, or cumulative and unnecessary to a party’s preparation or presentation at the hearing, or that basic fairness dictates that the subpoena should not be enforced,’” the judge said.  Separately, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona told WND he also had received a subpoena to be at the hearings in Georgia. He said the purpose apparently is to ask him about his Cold Case Posse investigation of Obama’s eligibility, but he said since the investigation remains open, he wouldn’t be able to say much about it.  Hatfield also had filed with the court a “Notice to Produce” asking for Obama’s documents and records.  He wants one of the two original certified copies of Obama’s long-form birth certificate.  Obama’s attorney, Jablonski, also had argued that the state should mind its own business.  “The sovereignty of the state of Georgia does not extend beyond the limits of the State. … Since the sovereignty of the state does not extend beyond its territorial limits, an administrative subpoena has no effect,” the filing argued.  Taitz’s supporters joined a discussion on her website, where she also solicits support for the expenses of her court cases, judging that Obama is on the defensive.  “What a joke. He claims to be too busy performing the duties of the president of the United States. How many days of vacation has he taken? How many rounds of golf? If he is too busy to provide the documents that provide the basis for meeting the requirements of the office, then perhaps he better sit out the next four years,” said one.  Wrote another, “The election of President Obama by the presidential electors, confirmed by Congress, makes the documents and testimony sought by plaintiff irrelevant. … This is complete utter nonsense!”  In fact, a presidential elector in California brought a lawsuit challenging Obama’s eligibility at the time of the 2008 election and was told the dispute was not yet ripe because the inauguration hadn’t taken place. The courts later ruled that the elector lost his “standing” to bring the lawsuit after the inauguration.  Irion said his argument is that the Founders clearly considered a “natural-born citizen,” as the Constitution requires of a president and no one else, to be the offspring of two citizen parents. Since Obama himself has written in his books that his father, Barack Obama Sr. was a Kenyan, and thus subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, Irion argues that Obama is disqualified under any circumstances based on his own testimony.  Those who argue against his birth in the United States note that numerous experts have given testimony and sworn statements that they believe Obama’s Hawaiian birth documentation to be fraudulent.  It is that concern that also has prompted Arpaio to turn over an investigation of that issue to his Cold Case Posse. Its investigative report is expected to be released in the next few weeks. That argument also is supported by a 19th-century U.S. Supreme Court decision, Minor v. Happersett in 1875. The case includes one of very few references in the nation’s archives that addresses the definition of “natural-born citizen.”  That case states: “The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”  An extensive analysis of the issue was conducted by Titus, who has taught constitutional law, common law and other subjects for 30 years at five different American Bar Association-approved law schools. He also was the founding dean of the College of Law at Regent University, a trial attorney and special assistant U.S. attorney in the Department of Justice.  “‘Natural born citizen’ in relation to the office of president, and whether someone is eligible, was in the Constitution from the very beginning,” he said. “Another way of putting it; there is a law of the nature of citizenship. “January 29 through the 31^st, 5% of the sheriffs in America are in Las Vegas Nevada, learning how to tell the Federal government agents to pack sand and get out of town. 20% of the 50 United States of America have been presented with lawsuits and or legal filings challenging the eligibility of Barack Obama to be on the ballot for the 2012 election.

Congressional representative Allen West summed up the American people’s feelings for the Obama administration today when he told Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid to, “Get the hell out of The United States of America!”. His talk can be seen here.

Ten people will be murdered today in Mexico with guns provided to drug cartels by Eric Holder, the United States Attorney General. Politicians are calling for him to resign. Resign??

There is enough evidence presented to Congress to arrest him and prosecute him for an Act of War against the nation of Mexico, accessory to murder of thousands of innocent citizens in Mexico and America as well as the murder of United States Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. Resign?? Besides sending illegal guns to Mexico, Holder and his associates sold guns to criminal street gangs inside the United States where the guns will be used inside the United States. Like a dead chicken being plucked, Obama has lost his power and his support. Six months or so ago, French President Sarkozy called Obama, “Insane”. Other world leaders have publicly called him incompetent and other derogatory names.

Since then, major news in America has been slowly, quietly, as if testing the waters, pointing out Obama’s faults and crimes. Little by little they are feeding America, and the World, the truth about the man they fought so hard to cover up for these past four years. Feather by feather, the chicken known as Obama, is being plucked. The most hated psychopath on Earth and his administration are going to be thoroughly plucked, gutted, tossed in an oven, cooked and devoured. And like any dead carcass with no use, Obama and his faithful supporters will be thrown onto a garbage heap until they rot to nothing.

The thing known as Obama is committing one large theft after another of the American people’s money, work and trust. He is the most disgusting example of human life we have ever witnessed.

Like all stupid people, he thinks everyone else is stupider than he is. There is, however, one thing he has done well. Every facet of American life and business has gone down considerably, except for foreclosures, unemployment, bankruptcies and business closures.

The mistake he made was to think that We the People, would just sit back and take his arrogant insulting crap.

Pamela Barnett was a plaintiff in a case brought by Orly Taiz demanding proof that Obama was eligible to be President. That court arrogantly and illegally refused to hear their complaint. Pamela Barnett’s character reflects that of most Americans: When you treat her like a dog, she’ll jump up and bite you. And it is working. Obama has been denied to be on the primary ballot in Alabama until he proves he is eligible. Georgia has a ruling pending in 3 weeks to keep Obama off the ballot until he can prove he is eligible.

Carl Swensson credits his wife for his stamina in being able to run his business and being able to expend the energy and the capital in fighting the treasonous federal elected employees.

Only a Natural Born Citizen can be President. There are at least three US Supreme Court cases defining Natural Born Citizen. The Us Constitution refers to “The Law of Nations”, which defines Natural Born Citizen. There are dozens of letters of correspondence from the signers of the Declaration of Independence and creators of the US Constitution defining Natural Born Citizen. The United States Congress, in the past nine years has made eight unsuccessful attempts to change the wording of the US Constitution to say that foreign born or children of foreign born parents can be the President of the United States of America. These elected employees have repeatedly proven that they know damn well what a Natural Born Citizen is. The record is clearly established, through over 250 years of acknowledged definition that Natural Born Citizen is a person born on American soil, to PARENTSplural. For liberals and democrats and other traitors, that means that in order for a person to be our President, the stork has to deliver him inside America and both his mommy and daddy must be citizens of the United States of America.

So, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, California, Hawaii and Arizona have either lawsuits filed or ballot challenges filed to keep Obama off the ballot until he can prove he is eligible to run for election. Activities are going on in 26 other states, with the same goal in mind, to keep Obama off the ballot, unless he can prove he is eligible to run. This is further proof that it is the states that control the federal government and not the other way around. The federal government is a group of full time employees managing certain pertinent affairs concerning the states.

These permanent employees are managed by part-time employees called politicians, which are periodically elected by the People. They are all expendable. It is these temporary employees who we accuse of committing treason and other High Crimes against the citizens of America as well as other Nations of the World.

In New Hampshire, Orly Taitz appeared before election officials asking them to take Obama off the ballot because he is not eligible. Their response was basically, “Well, we don’t have to look at any evidence. We take the man for his word.”

The crowd attending, We the People, erupted with shouts of “Traitors!....Treason!!”. The sissy boy assistant attorney General got so scared he ran into another room, locked the door and called the State police to protect him. (The police are “investigating”. Which, in New Hampshire, means “You get what you pay for.”)

This is a good place to learn how people are fighting Obamaacross the USA.

In business, we realize that the Internet was invented to destroy your competition. And it works in politics too. As seen in Greece, Italy and across North Africa. Obama is such an IDIOT!

When his eligibility problem came up in 2008, because of a phony Birth Certificate he presented, he said, “Ah, people will forget about that in two weeks.” Since then, millions of people have tried countless ways to get a case into court to compel Obama to prove he is eligible to hold the office of President.

Until Carl Swensson’s case, not one of 40 or so lawsuits against Obama has been able to make it to court. Judges from coast to coast muttered the terminology of, “You don’t have standing.” Telling the American People that they do not have a right to question if someone is eligible under our constitution to hold the office of President. We believe these judges are guilty of Treason against the American People and should be arrested and put on trail for it.

I can not scream loud enough to express the absolute RAGE that the American People have against the criminal syndicates, known as the Federal Government and Republican and Democratic political parties.

Only because of the Internet have we been able to inform the World of the criminal activities of the Obama administration. Major news has been overwhelmingly vicious in their attempts to keep the Obama administration crimes secret. They have done everything they could to ridicule, insult, vilify and harass any person they invited on their shows to “discuss this issue”. We the People, believe they also are complicit in committing Treason against the American People.

Because of their traitorous actions, they have lost huge numbers of TV viewers and newspaper readers. Newspapers across the country are going broke and they are too stupid to figure out why. Here’s a clue: People are not stupid and they do not like being lied to and played for suckers.

We the People, with the Internet news sites we own, are bigger than major news. We have more investigators, more reporters, more audience and much more news produced every month. What we don’t have, that major news does have, is the financial support from large corporations. Maybe because large corporations are profiting so well from a fascist government.

We the People, are bigger than the Federal government. We have more people and more guns. If the Federal government was not afraid of us, they would already have tanks in the streets and fighter jets and bombers in the air, as they did in Libya and countless other countries.

Most people in control of the armaments of the Federal government know that We the People do not want war with our government. We just want them to get their policies the hell out of the United States of America. We the People, would prefer they be put in prison for the rest of their twisted rotten lives. Myself, I would prefer to see the male traitors put in a 50 foot deep hole, the size of a football field, fill a horse trough with water once a week and send down a live cow once a month. Punishment for the female traitors, including Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton, I would send them to a bordello in Bolivia, Mogadishu or some other hell hole.

We don’t need no stinkin’ commies, Marxists, fascists or socialists. And we sure as Hell, don’t want some criminally insane imitation of a man making orders, thinking he can murder anyone, anywhere on Earth, or put American citizens in secret prisons, even if he does have a phony birth certificate.

Unless he can PROVE he is eligible to hold the office of President, which he can’t under his own admissions, every law, treaty, agreement or promise he has made are null and void. An incredible amount of criminal charges, including fraud for every donation he took, up to Sedition (creating contempt for your government) to Treason as well as a myriad of criminal charges against every Congressman who supported him, the managers of the Republican National Party and the Democratic National party, every one of the 50 Secretaries of State who allowed him on the ballot, Hawaii Department of Health employees who lied about his Birth Certificate and the list goes on and on.

Americans are finally understanding why, in many countries in the World, when new people take power, they have a purge of the old system by getting rid of the old regime through murder or imprisonment. In America, we would need to purge a minimum of 600,000 people from our elementary, junior and high schools, universities, city, county, state and federal government, newscasters, news station owners, newspaper writers, newspaper owners and the list can be huge to get rid of the anti-American traitorous degenerates.

When Obama and his associates are removed from American society, as We the People want to, We are ready to and We will gladly, extend our friendship to the many nations in this home we call Earth.

Until then, to the many world leaders who did not bother to ask the one simple question: “Who is Barack Hussein Obama?” I have this to say: “Congratulations smart guy. How’s it feel to be played for a sucker?” We saw you laughing your butts off, knowing Obama was going to strip us dry and give the money to your gangster banker friends. We don’t see you in your elevated shoes with your botched plastic surgery face’s wives, laughing too much now. We see your cities falling like dominoes to Islamic immigrants. We see your cities burning on the nightly news. We see your cities as residence of the most raped women on Earth. Family fortunes, intact for centuries, evaporated like a drop of water on a red hot skillet. Chaos, ruin, destruction. All because your pea brained minds were too drunk with power and you were mesmerized with an insatiable greed. You saw the biggest fraud in history standing right in front of you and were so stupid, you actually thought you were the bird and not the worm.

To the People of this world, who are suffering from the policies of Obama, I say to you all: “So do something about it. Go to any Internet site you know that is fighting the corrupt American government and donate some cash or offer to help in some way to spread their news. That is the least that any honest person can do.”

And to the people who voted for Obama, because he was going to steal our money and our creations and fraudulently turn them over to you: “How’s that Hope and Change working out for you?”

I. Obama Attorney Knows Eligibility Hearing Was Disaster For The President!

“Though we’ll not know the outcome of the Georgia hearing regarding ballot eligibility for the nation’s number 1 undocumented worker until the first part of February, Barack Obama’s high-powered attorney apparently suffered an attack of rapid, shallow breathing just before the courtroom drama was about to unfold.

One day prior to the scheduled hearing before Administrative Judge Michael Malihi, Obama attorney Michael Jablonski addressed both a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp AND an email, directed to the Secretary via one of the court’s hearing officers, asking Kemp to cancel the hearing.

Georgia law allows “any elector who is eligible to vote for a candidate” to file an objection to that candidate’s inclusion on the State ballot. (1)

Such objection filings go to the Secretary of State who makes a determination to either overrule or pass them along to the State Administrative Court for disposition. Michael Malihi was the Administrative Judge to whom a number of these objections were directed by the Secretary and he found them worthy of pursuing in court.

The dozens of similar suits questioning Obama’s eligibility, filed in other venues around the nation were dismissed because the plaintiffs “lacked standing”—that is, were unable to prove direct, personal damage if Obama were to be permitted to remain in or run again for the office he holds.

But Georgia law trumped that defense, throwing Obama and Jablonski into uncharted waters. And forced to follow the new tack of actually having to lawfully and properly PROVE Obama’s eligibility, in the weeks since the original filing, Jablonski had pretty much emptied his quiver on behalf of the acting president.

On January 3^rd his motion for an outright dismissal of the lawsuits was denied by Judge Malihi. And on Friday the 20^th, his motion to quash subpoenas demanding the presence of Obama in the courtroom along with original copies of his Hawaii birth certificate and all Social Security information was denied as well.

But what degree of audacity, arrogance, hutzpah and perhaps downright panic does it require to demand that the Georgia Secretary of State cancel arguably the most anticipated hearing in state history less than 24 hours before its scheduled start? Never mind that it was Secretary Kemp who believed the suits had enough merit to be explored in the first place!

Jablonski’s letter alternately reads like a threat, a whine and a prayer as he misstates Georgia statute, belittles Judge Malihi, refers to irrelevant previous findings and ultimately states that because he and his revered client are not receiving the absolute acquiescence they so richly deserve at the hands of these minor Georgia officials, they will take their marbles and go home.

Indeed, so much in a dither was the mighty mouthpiece, he actually winds up his petulant epistle by telling Secretary Kemp that he doesn’t have the legal right to inconvenience the president in the first place! “…No law gives the Secretary of State authority to determine the qualifications of someone named by a political party to be on the Presidential Preference Primary ballot,” writes Jablonski. “…The attempt to hold hearings on qualifications which you may not enforce is ultra vires.” (2)

It is not difficult to imagine Jablonski writing these words as he wags a finger in Kemp’s face while threatening to hold his breath until he turns blue!

In his written reply to Jablonski, Kemp briefly corrects the attorney’s incorrect reading of Georgia statute while issuing a friendly though unmistakably direct warning: “…if you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.” (3)

Obama supporters and other useful idiots around the country are laughing at what they consider the efforts of a backward, Southern state to capture the national spotlight for its 15 minute allowance of fame.

But rest assured that Michael Jablonski does NOT see the humor! And Americans who recognize Barack Hussein Obama for who and what he is might be a fortnight away from breaking news which even the New York Times will be forced to print.

Our Tea Party Express tour bus arrived at the Newt Gingrich rally in The Villages to see a huge enthusiastic crowd of thousands. I must confess I was somewhat surprised because I was told The Villages is Romney Land. I suspect the great turn out for Newt will go unreported because the media is in the tank for Romney.

The media's goal is to select Mitt Romney as our Republican presidential nominee. Remember how the media LOVED our so-called “electable moderate” presidential candidate, John McCain, until he won the nomination? Then, they trashed McCain, while fawning over all things Obama, their Black Golden Child. Well, the media is hoping for a sequel starring “electable moderate” Mitt Romney. Their game plan is the same as the last presidential election. The headline: “Obama Wins Second Term!”

As I stated, I was pleasantly surprised seeing the sea of Newt Gingrich supporters at The Villages.

Yesterday, in Jacksonville at the first rally of our four day Florida tour, a patriot asked former Congressman J C Watts if he thinks Newt can win. Watts replied, “Who would have thought a freshman senator could defeat Bill and Hillary Clinton to win the nomination and the presidency? Newt Gingrich can win!”

I wish to offer my condolences to Vietnam vet and tea party patriot Gerry Millholen regarding the recent loss of his 85 year old mom, Mary Jean Millholen.

The Millholen family is the epitome of the phrase, “Freedom ain't free!” Mary Jean was a Blue Star Mother; all three of her sons Vietnam in-country Vets as well as her son-in-law – her husband, Gale, a WW II USN Vet. Her father and father-in-law, both US Navy Veterans of WW I. Mary Jean's mother-in-law, Myrtle Millholen, was a Gold Star Mother. Gerry's father lost his only brother in WW II. Wow! An extraordinary family history of service to our country.

Anyone, who is not aware of the 'Shenanigans'; and devious 'anti-Christian antics'; and the
absolutely shameful behavior of the 'old guard' of both the Democratic and Republicans must
be caught between those who have their heads still hidden in the sand, or some other dark place.

We should all be appalled at the extremes that have been taken to prevent the implementation
of the Christian principle that this nation was built upon by our fore-fathers. Regardless of
their efforts to divide the people of this land into two camps, that are directly opposed to the
intent of our Constitution, and the true principle of law; not excluding the direction of our
CREATOR, WHO as GOD of All, is the Only Deity to WHOM we should be seeking to align
ourselves to HIS Perfect Will!

It is embarrassing to me, personally, to see the extent of out-right criminal intent that has been
taken by the 'establishment' of those, who have assumed that they are the chosen elite that are
given license to determine who is considered to be on the 'A' list, and those that are to be
discarded All in the name of 'the better good'! Who selected these members to join the
Aristocracy?

Like so many others, I'm convinced that there is an extensive effort to conduct a witch-hunt
against Newt Gingrich! It is clearly evident that the 'old guard' is very determined that no
one is able to dislodge their grip on the control of 'Affairs of State' None of them are going
to willingly relinquish their world of influence. And it is very obvious that they are still upset
with Speaker Newt Gingrich's last encounter with their realm, and it is visibly apparent that
they wish that they had been successful in completely eliminating him, for he is disturbing
their status-quo!

Rev. Wildmon: Palin Is Right, Newt Being 'Crucified' !One of the nation's most influential Christian and family leaders, the Rev. Donald E. Wildmon, says Sarah Palin is right, Newt Gingrich is being "crucified" by the Republican establishment and forces allied with Mitt Romney. ldmon, founder of the American Family Association, has strongly endorsed Gingrich for president, and this week has been urging fellow believers to vote in Florida's primary for the former House Speaker. Wildmon has spent decades on the front-lines of the battle to protect American families and says Gingrich is the best choice for Christian conservatives who want a president to stand against a rising tide of secularism and anti-Christian sentiment. On Thursday, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin stated on the Fox Business channel: "Look at Newt Gingrich, what's going on with him via the establishment's attacks. They're trying to crucify this man and rewrite history and rewrite what it is that he has stood for all these years.” In an interview with Newsmax Friday, Wildmon told Newsmax “That’s very tough language. Rev. Wildmon is aware that some have criticized Gingrich for his personal life and "baggage." But Wildmon says he has met privately with Gingrich and believes he is a changed man and has accepted Christ as his savior. “I think it’s genuine and sincere,” Wildmon told Newsmax, “Only Newt and God know his heart. But by every visible aspect, I think it’s genuine.” Wildmon also expressed grave doubts about the strength of former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s commitment to social issues that Christians care about. Wildmon asserted that Romney "will not be reliable. Romney is Obama-lite.” The conservative family advocate said the stakes in the 2012 election are huge. “If we lose this race,” he said, “if Mr. Obama gets a second term, or if Mr. Romney gets in, it’s the end of Western civilization as we know it.”
Wildmon added that he gives the former House Speaker a 50-50 chance of winning the nomination, due to the powerful establishment interests arrayed against him.

   Today, January, 2012, we now know those Spanish projections were outrageously positive for the President’s green energy programs.  The real results have been much, much worse according to the liberal Washington Post.

$5 Million for One

Obama Green-Tech Job

   In 2007-2008, candidate Barack Obama threatened “to create 5 million new green-tech jobs.”  Based upon green-energy experience in Spain where Europe’s strongest 1997 economy with only 4% unemployment became today’s second-weakest (Greece worst) with roughly 22% unemployment:  green-tech is 150 years ahead of its time:  just not practical.  Based upon Spain’s example expect 5 million subsidized green jobs to eliminate 11 million real jobs created by American free markets.  But only 10% of Spanish green jobs proved permanent meaning those 11 million real jobs would be lost for only 500,000 permanent green jobs paying $10-$14 per hour.  Spain’s permanent green jobs cost $676,000 each.

   Today, January, 2012, we now know that those projections were outrageously positive for the President’s green energy programs.  The real results have been much, much worse according to the liberal Washington Post, of all surprising news sources:   after Solyndra’s bankruptcy resulted in the loss of all 1,100 jobs at the heavily subsidized plant the scoreboard reads:  a mere 3,545 (so-far) permanent green jobs created at a cost of nearly $19.5 billion or roughly $5 million per permanent green job created. 

   Green research continues but it’s probably a dead end.   Fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) which Obama hates (his EPA is now closing down coal-powered plants) still account for 82.1% of all American energy (coal 46%).  Nuclear energy accounts for roughly 10.2%. Hydro-electric plants yield 2.8%, all renewable and clean, but environmentalist want to remove most to benefit fish spawning.  The next largest renewable energy is about 2.7% from burning wood.  All the rest of green energy put together still accounts for less than wood-burning.  In 2013, a G.H.W. Bush-era uranium deal with Russia expires potentially driving nuclear electricity costs sky high.   Russia’s not eager to renew; environmentalists strongly oppose nuclear energy. 

   Obama, of course,

     1) has refused to approve the Keystone Pipeline

     2) has refused to develop the Bakken Field oil fields in the Northern Missouri River Valley area.  With them the United States has larger oil resources than Saudi Arabia.  Thank God, some of that oil is beneath North Dakota Indian reservations.  The Native Americans don't have to follow Obama's stupid drilling moratoriums and they aren't.

     3) Still has a Gulf Drilling moratorium and a ban on Alaska's Anwar area

     4) Refuses to expand natural gas use (we have the largest deposits in the world)

     5) Refuses to consider use of marlstone a.k.a. "oil shale".  The Colorado, Utah and Wyoming deposits would yield enough gasoline to provide the entire world's needs for 600 years at present consumption levels.

    6) Refuses to quit his wasteful green-tech loan programs and will spend another $19.3 Billion in 2012 and 2013

    7) Listens to his environmental contingent and they want dams removed and their hydro-electricity with them; and oppose all nuclear-powered electricity generation.

Can Newt help us get America back on track?-You Decide:

“Let me ask all Patriots this question “Who has gotten the United States into the financial trouble we are currently in?” We can place (most of the) blame on Barack Obama who has a philosophy of bigger government, excessive spending and uncontrolled entitlement programs. We can also place blame squarely on both houses of Congress.  During the first two years of the Obama administration, 2008 and 2009, the Democrats continued their control of both Congressional houses; the Senate and the House of Representatives. In those two years alone, these politicians never submitted a budget but they DID pass every piece of legislation to grow the government bigger and bigger. The bottom line is that Congress, from 2006 to 2010, was a liberals ‘dream come true’ period of time because these Socialists had complete control of the Federal Budget. Without any sort of fiscal conscious they ran up our deficit by excessive spending and no regard for their constitutional duties. Never before in the history of the United States, has Congress been so blatant with how they managed our money and how reckless they were in passing  laws like the Healthcare Reform Act called ‘Obamacare’ without fully vetting them with the American people.

Today, we are suffering the real consequences of this behavior with high unemployment rates, under reported employment, business stagnation, housing issues and poor consumer purchases. There are so many issues with America caused by Barack Obama and this Democratic leadership that it would take a book to explain it all. However, not all these problems are ONLY caused by Obama and these Liberal (Socialist) Democrats. In 2010, we elected to Congress many newcomers from the Tea Party to help reign in the Democratic majority that was “out of control” at the time. Their one goal was to stop the reckless spending and unconscionable passage of laws that is taking away our American Freedom. The question I have is “Have those Tea Party Officials been able to succinctly reign in our out-of-control spending?” The clear answer is No. So we have to ask ‘Why not?’ Why is Congress STILL out of control and why cannot they stop the reckless spending that is now OVER $15 TRILLION DOLLARS? Let us bookmark this first thought and digress to explain Congress back in the 1990’s for a minute.

Yesteryear in Congress:

Prior to the 1990’s the voting American public stood up and said “No More Taxes.” In fact, the first President Bush was not reelected because he did not listen to that generation of American voters. What these voters knew, that current voters have failed to realize, was if their personal taxes and corporate tax were raised more and more, this would reduce the amount of money anyone had to spend and it would stymie economic growth. So, before the end President Bush’s first term he could not resist raising taxes on Americans and because of this he was not reelected and was then out of office. It was this one single tax event that prevented him from being elected to two terms.

Around 1995, the leadership in the House of Representative changed and the Republicans took control. This is when Newt Gingrich became Speaker of the House of Representatives. During his time as Speaker of the House, there were in fact, FOUR consecutive budgets that balanced our burgeoning federal deficit. There was a Democratic President at the time, Bill Clinton, and it was an uphill battle for Speaker Gingrich to get each budget approved and passed in the House. Then each budget had to go to the Senate and ultimately President Clinton had to sign it; which he did all four years. Has any Patriot ever asked this question “Was it easy to create a budget that balanced the burgeoning deficit and get the sum of Congress to pass it just so Clinton would sign it?” Does anyone think the Democrats walked in ‘lock-step’ with the Speaker of the House to get it done? Does anyone believe the Republicans walked ‘in synchronicity’ with Speaker Gingrich to get this accomplished? Just look at what is happening TODAY in Congress, 2010 through 2012 with the budget; compare this to how do YOU think Speaker Gingrich was able to get a balanced Federal Budget pushed though? Now let us bookmark this second thought for a minute so we can take a look at what is happening in the present.

Leadership and Supporters of Leadership:

There is a condition that a leader must prepare for because all leaders are labeled “a target” by the people who do not support them. Those people who do not agree with leadership often make the person in that position a target of ridicule, angst and non-support. They decisively talk behind their back and express their discontent of the job the leader is doing. They try to persuade others to believe in why they do not like or will not support the leader. They will do everything they can to get others to become disenchanted with that leader. It does not matter if this leader is at a local level within your community, church or school. This type of behavior goes all the way up to Congress and to the President. One can always say that ‘some people will follow a leader and there will always be others who will not.’

A very good leader will know how to get things done. So how can a leader depend upon others to get ‘it’ done if they do not support the leader? The answer to this is a ‘trade secret’ of leadership and in a future book this will be discussed at length. It is important to know there are many different styles of leadership that can be effective depending upon the environment, mission and goals. The question we have to ask is “What does it take for a leader to be effective so they can get America back on track? Now, let us bookmark this third thought for a minute so we can take a look at what is happening and what people are saying about the Congress of Yesteryear.

Reality of Leadership:

There are more and more attacks directly on Gingrich’s four years of leadership when he was Speaker of the House of Representatives. These people, who may have been in office at the time, are saying “even fellow Republicans did not want to work with him [Newt]; while he was Speaker.” One can bet this is coming from the Democratic Party primarily because they are absolutely terrified that Newt Gingrich will become the GOP Presidential Candidate. They are pulling out all the stops to do everything they can to get Mitt Romney to become our GOP candidate for President. Do we believe Newt had it easy when he was Speaker of the House? Do we also believe everyone just willingly supported him as the Speaker for his balance budget initiatives? Sure, all the members in the House just went along with his budget cutting agenda; yes, all of them were just apathetic having to eliminate programs that may affect their own re-election back home, right? So, what do you think Newt did to get EVERYONE to buy-in and support the tightening of the federal budgets he led? Remember, what Newt did give us was a balanced budget for FOUR years and this resulted in unprecedented American growth and revenue!

You have to know the Democrats are so obsessed with preventing Newt from wining the GOP nomination that they will seize upon any and all bad information they can get on him. They are using every negative issue they can find against Newt right now. It is not beyond them to actually lie, cheat and manipulate any and all information to make Newt look bad. Obviously, they are choosing to blast Gingrich because they fear him the most; this is because he actually got something accomplished when he was Speaker and this SCARES THE HELL OUT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT! Not only is Newt a true conservative, but he has been able to do “WHAT IT TAKES” to actually make changes happen in Congress! Was it easy for Newt? Did he make friends? Did he have to bend some arms? Did he have to compromise? Yes Newt did and I am sure he had to do these things and probably more to make the changes we idolize today. Was Newt Gingrich perfect? No. However, Newt Gingrich got the job done and EVERYONE benefited from it!

One thing I believe Speaker Gingrich did not do is “he did not do what the CURRENT Speaker of the House of Representatives has done. Nor did he do what Nancy Pelosi did while she was Speaker.” In 2010, 2011 and now in 2012, our House is in turmoil, it is not able to get consensus on passing laws and budgets and they have failed from preventing us going over 12 Trillion Dollars in debt; which is now $15 Trillion! So as far as leadership is concerned, we have the model of one Speaker, Newt Gingrich, that got the job done and everyone since then has been far worse for America and they have caused our current debt crisis and reduction of our Freedom.

Let us take a quick look at the job Speaker Pelosi did when she was the Speaker of the House. What she did resulted in spiraling out-of-control debt, crushing regulations and removal of plethora of our American FREEDOMS. In her day, they never even produced a budget much less pass one. The four years she was in control resulted in an unprecedented federal government growth and infiltration of socialists into our American government. Yes, she is an excellent role model for us to NOT ever elect again.

Next we have Speaker Boehner and the job he is now doing as Speaker of the House. He is not able to stand up for one single budget proposal and had four of them last year. He bends like a reed in a soft wind. Since he is not able to stand for anything, the House of Representatives is all tied up in gridlock with seemingly no leadership Yes, Boehner is also an excellent role model for us. His leadership model is to realize it is NOT easy to lead the House of Representatives into a concerted and focused effort.

Leadership in Summary:

So, based upon the leadership Mr. Gingrich exhibited while he was the leader of the House of Representatives, do we believe he should be shunned and he should be hanging his head low in utter disgrace as the Liberals would have you believe? Because of the way his critics are slamming Newt (about what he did back then) should this be preventing him from becoming our GOP candidate for President? Newt Gingrich talks about that period of time and what he did as if he is wearing a badge of HONOR!  What he did is honorable. The Democrats want all of us to believe he should be ashamed of what he did. Speaker Gingrich has summed this up by stating “No one is our lifetime has done what [he] did; no one has balanced the Federal Budget four consecutive years in a row.” You are correct, Mr. Speaker.

Remember, all of these professed issues and complaints about Newt Gingrich are yet again showing everyone how desperate the Establishment is scared of Newt. They are terrified that if elected, he will actually CHANGE WASHINGTON. Also remember it is infinitely much easier for people to just sit on the sidelines and nit-pick what Newt did as Speaker of the House. Just know that as ‘The leader’ it was Newt who actually got something done. Newt was not just someone who got it done to benefit their own political party and friends, Newt got it done for every citizen in the United States of America. Thank You Mr. Gingrich!

Right now all of us American Patriots are trying to vet the qualifications of who will become our GOP Candidate, so please remember these three important things:

1.     Leadership is not easy and it is very hard to become an effective leader

2.    We have a choice of leaders and we need someone who has a record of successful change

3.    We MUST break the current dead-lock in Congress and this will NOT make many friends

Now let us examine the bookmarks we created.

1. We have out of control spending because we do not have any leadership that can make us believe they are fiscally responsible. There is no one in Congress now that will stand by their core values because they are trying to appease others.

2. Being able to make changes in Washington is not for the foolhardy. It is not about winning friends but more about influencing people and this is what Gingrich did. Just realize it is extremely difficult to lead people especially when your goal is to make significant cuts in funding.

3. What will it take to get America back on track? It will take someone with bold ideas; it will take a leader who is not afraid to do what is best for the Republic FIRST and it will take real core-value leadership to make the process work for EVERYONE.

Patriots, I believe we can get America back on track with the correct leader. However, time is running out and we MUST select the best leader we can for the November 2012 election. However, between now and then, all of us will be hearing a lot about leadership so when you hear people talk about leadership, remember this “Leadership is a LOT like herding a bunch of cats; the ones with long tails are the ones that will get stepped upon and those are the ones that will be screaming. The ones which are screaming are the ones preventing us from getting it done!”

Can Christians walk with the secular progressive government mandates, rules & regulations of our American government, both at the state and federal levels and still be salt & light in society? Are we bound by Romans 13 to obey every rule, regulation and law of government,( Romans 13 does not hold that view, the higher power is God, then we the people, not government), no matter what evil it proposes? Should we embrace unbelievers and follow with their works?

The main purpose of God’s Word is to know him, ( John 6:35;8:12;10:7,9;10:11,14;11:25;14:6;15:1,5) get to understand him, (Ps. 119:11) walk with him (I John 2:6) and be like him in character and nature ( II Cor. 3:18).

God’s Word directs us in John 6:14-7:1 to separate from evil and not to get entangled with the sins of the world.

We must expose evil works of darkness as this is God’s will for us:
Ephesians 5:6-17 (KJV)

6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

We must distance ourselves from all the government evil, greed, and corruption throwing off the evil of the Obama Whitehouse being spewed upon this great God give nation. His evil efforts to convert us into a secular, godless Marxist society, standing in a new godless satanic Muslim religion, must be resisted and reversed if we intend to remain a Christian nation. As our pledge states,” One Nation, under God”, we Christians must stand and shout it from the house tops; “Jesus Christ Is King over this nation” just as our fore fathers established our Declaration, Constitution & Bill of Rights, under his head ship we too must hold up this standard and draw all men unto Jesus Christ.
