What’s wrong with this picture?

“Thanks to CNBC, the Department of Energy has been caught removing references to “SunPower,” a solar energy company that was given $1.2 billion in loan guarantees, from old press releases (H/T Hotair).

“The changes occurred in two press releases from the Department of Energy’s loan guarantee program — the same program that has been the center of controversy surrounding the failed solar company Solyndra,” reports Eamon Javers of CNBC.

“Both were changed to remove the name of a company that has received negative press attention in recent days, SunPower, and replace it with the name of another company, NRG Energy,” he added.

What does this mean?

Hotair puts it bluntly:

Clean energy, cronyism, and another gigantic taxpayer loan headed down the toilet. As Andrew Stiles says, “SunPower is currently on track to become the second embarrassing failure in the DOE’s loan portfolio.”

Presumably DOE wants to do what little it can to scrub the company from its database before it melts down and another hugely embarrassing “federal-backed green project goes bust” media cycle begins.

Sadly, this story should not come as a surprise to many Blaze readers (or anyone else following the Fed’s energy loan program).

The Blaze has been investigating several of the energy investments of the Obama administration. We have meticulously cataloged the details of the Solyndra scandal, including the story of it’s loan restructuring and the fact that the administration was preparing to give it a second multimillion-dollar loan guarantee.

The Blaze also reported on a little known story that involved $420,000 in taxpayer-backed guarantees that were wasted on a doomed-from-the-start truck stop project in Tennessee.

There were other similar investments that The Blaze put on the radar because, like Solyndra, they did not sound like “good” bets and they reeked of cronyism.

An article titled Report: $737 Million ‘Green Jobs’ Loan Given to Company Affiliated with Pelosi’s Bro-in-Lawrevealed that there was a suspected level of cronyism involved in the awarding of $737 million to a solar energy company associated with Nancy Pelosi’s brother-in-law.

Another Blaze article titled Next Round: Obama Admin Authorizes Billions More In Loan Guarantees to Solar Companies reported that two more solar power companies were being awarded billions in loan guarantees.

There was First Solar, which received $3.0 billion ($967 million guarantee for a project in Arizona, $646 million for one in Antelope Valley and $1.46 billion for its 550-megawatt Desert Sunlight plant), and there was SunPower, which received $1.2 billion in loan guarantees.

Apparently, things started to unravel for the latter of those two companies. In an article titled The Next Round of Companies That Could Go Bankrupt, The Blaze documented the fact that SunPower (the solar energy company that received $1.2 billion in loan guarantees) was:

. . . getting destroyed with the rest of the U.S. industry. SunPower sold its 250MW California Valley Solar Ranch to NRG Energy this year. It also just signed a new $275 million revolving credit facility as well as a new $200 million letter of credit facility, according to Reuters.

Business Insider also noted that SunPower had a financial distress probability of 3.20 percent (as calculated byGovernanceMetrics International).

Next, Human Events brought us this:

How did a failing California solar company, buffeted by short sellers and shareholder lawsuits, receive a $1.2 billion federal loan guarantee for a photovoltaic electricity ranch project—three weeks after it announced it was building new manufacturing plant in Mexicali, Mexico, to build the panels for the project?

The company, SunPower (SPWR-NASDAQ), now carries $820 million in debt, an amount $20 million greater than its market capitalization.

If SunPower were a bank, the feds would shut it down. Instead, it received a lifeline twice the size of the money sent down the Solyndra drain.

Two men with insight into the process are SunPower rooter Rep. George R. Miller III, (D.-Calif.), the senior Democrat on the House Education and Workforce Committee and the co-chairman of the Democratic Steering and Policy Committee, and his SunPower lobbyist son, George Miller IV.

Miller the Elder is a strong advocate for SunPower, which converted an old Richmond, Calif., Ford plant in his district to a panel-manufacturing facility.

So where do we stand?

The sad fact of the matter is that SunPower may be the next solar energy company to go broke. And where does that put the taxpayer?

Let’s see:

                  Mountain Plaza Inc.: $424,000

                  Solyndra: $535,000,000

                  SunPower: $1,200,000,000

                  Grand total: $1,735,424,000

Keep your eyes on First Solar ($3.0 billion in loan guarantees).

Who knows? They may be the next “safe” investment to keel over.

Update via CNBC: “On Wednesday evening, a Department of Energy spokesman said that the press releases had been returned to their original content as a result of CNBC’s inquiry about the changes.”

House Republicans can’t get enough of Solyndra. Senate Democrats across the Capitol? Not so interested.

“I certainly appreciate the hearings the House has held,” Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., said on Wednesday. “And I think it would be good if we did more here [on the Senate side] to call to light obviously all the issues with Solyndra.”

Two committees in the Republican-controlled House are probing the solar manufacturer’s spiral into bankruptcy after receiving a $535 million federal loan guarantee in 2009.

The House Energy and Commerce Committee has examined the matter three times already and plans to hear from top administration officials, such as Energy Secretary Steven Chu. It and the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee are reviewing tens of thousands of pages of documents about that guarantee.

The investigation is probing decisions top administration officials made in approving the loan guarantee and throughout the two years the government was on the hook for Solyndra’s loan.

But the Democratic-controlled Senate has not held a Solyndra hearing and has no plans to.

Some Republican senators, including Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky and Budget Committee ranking member Jeff Sessions of Alabama, have cited Solyndra when claiming that President Obama’s green-jobs agenda hurt the economy and wasted taxpayer money. But floor speeches do not carry the same weight as a Senate hearing.

“In a Sept. 12 letter to White House counterterrorism chief John Brennan in September, Democratic Senate Homeland Security committee chair Joe Lieberman and ranking Republican member Susan Collins called for “meaningful standards” to govern counterterrorism training materials.

“Proper training about violent Islamist extremism is absolutely essential for our law enforcement personnel in order to empower them to identify and understand this grave threat, and then protect the American people from it,” the senators wrote. “Part of this training must be an understanding of the clear and profound difference between Islamist extremism, which is a totalitarian political ideology that is at war with us, and Islam, which is a religion practiced by more than a billion people around the world, including millions of law-abiding and loyal Americans.”

FBI analyst William Gawthrup is one of several experts on Islam whose training materials arouse the ire of the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated groups. At the beginning of a videotaped presentation showing one of his training modules, Gawthrup makes exactly the same distinction demanded by Sen. Lieberman. The video was published online in June.

“Understand that what we are going to be doing is looking at Islam as an ideology, not as a religion,” Gawthrup says in the video.

“What’s the difference? Religion is man’s relationship to his deity. In the United States, we protect it under the first amendment. We’re going to set it aside. We are not going to discuss religion. We are going to discuss Islam as an ideology — man’s relationship to other men.”

“We’re going to be discussing that component of Islam that is nonreligious,” Gawthrup adds. “That component comprises about 83 percent of the ideology. Islam is only about 17 percent religious. The other 83 percent discusses the relationship [of Muslims] with the non-Islamic world.”

Now the Obama administration is establishing an advisory panel to vet terror-training materials for law enforcement and the intelligence community “that is comprised of people from the same organizations that are cited as unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation terror fund-raising trial,” according to Gaffney.

Reviewing these decisions at a forum about Sharia on Thursday, former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew C. McCarthy said the effort to include such groups as reviewers of training materials would have a “paralyzing” effect on law enforcement.

“What you’re doing is empowering the worst elements of the American Islamic community, which are the leadership elements linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, and you’re selling out the rank and file of American Muslims,” McCarthy said.”

“Deputy U.S. Attorney General James Cole confirmed on Wednesday that the Obama administration was pulling back all training materials used for the law enforcement and national security communities, in order to eliminate all references to Islam that some Muslim groups have claimed are offensive.

“I recently directed all components of the Department of Justice to re-evaluate their training efforts in a range of areas, from community outreach to national security,” Cole told a panel at the George Washington University law school.

The move comes after complaints from advocacy organizations including the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and others identified as Muslim Brotherhood front groups in the 2004 Holy Land Foundation terror fundraising trial.

In a Wednesday Los Angeles Times op-ed, Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) president Salam al-Marayati threatened the FBI with a total cutoff of cooperation between American Muslims and law enforcement if the agency failed to revise its law enforcement training materials.

Maintaining the training materials in their current state “will undermine the relationship between law enforcement and the Muslim American community,” al-Marayati wrote.

Multiple online sources detail MPAC’s close alignment with CAIR.

In his op-ed, Al-Marayati demanded that the Justice Department and the FBI “issue a clear and unequivocal apology to the Muslim American community” and “establish a thorough and transparent vetting process in selecting its trainers and materials.”

Specifically, al-Marayati called for a new “interagency task force” to review the training materials — a task force including representatives of the Islamist organizations the FBI is tasked with monitoring.

Some believe the Obama administration’s Justice Department will go even further.

“The Attorney General has announced what sounds like reprogramming if they find people who have actually received training” that Islamist groups find objectionable, Center for Security Policy president Frank Gaffney told The Daily Caller. Gaffney is co-author of a report, published by the Center, titled “Sharia: The Threat to America.”

Dwight C. Holton, the U.S. Attorney in Oregon said he had spoken with Holder directly about the issue of the terror training materials. Holton is the federal prosecutor who announced the arrest of so-called “Christmas tree bomber” Mohamed Osman Mohamud in 2010. That announcement made no mention of Mohamud’s Muslim faith.

“I want to be perfectly clear about this: training materials that portray Islam as a religion of violence or with a tendency towards violence are wrong, they are offensive, and they are contrary to everything that this president, this attorney general and Department of Justice stands for,” Holton said Wednesday. “They will not be tolerated.”

Such training materials “pose a significant threat to national security, because they play into the false narrative propagated by terrorists that the United States is at war with Islam,” he added.”

In it he said, “I consider it part of my responsibility as President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam whenever they appear.” Sorry Barack Hussein Obama, but the only real duty of the President of the United Sates is to uphold the Constitution and defend that nation against any threats.

It is not the duty of the President to appease America’s enemies, or seek to rewrite history, or push ideological agendas. And it certainly is not the duty of the US President to become an apologist for Islam. I don’t recall in his swearing-in ceremony any words about him becoming the first President in American history to champion the cause of Islam.

Indeed, imagine if he dared to say, “I consider it part of my responsibility as President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Christianity whenever they appear.” The entire secular leftist world would go apoplectic: “Hey, what the heck happened to that separation of church and state?” They would be going ballistic over such a statement.

Lies We Believe

               Some lies make life easier and who doesn’t like easy? Easy is what Man is all about. But, lies have a way of catching up to both tellers and believers. The notion that social welfare is compassionate is a lie. Social welfare programs, as practiced in America, are nothing more than a salve for the conscious of those too self-centered to be bothered with the poor. We draw an imaginary line and say—here’s some money. Now, go away. True constructive help never enters the picture. The reason for this is simple. Building productive people is time consuming, costly, and offers few positive results.

The culture of living on the government runs deep. Sparks of incentive are quickly extinguished; usually at the family level. I’m for helping the poor, but help with no teaching or responsibility attached is no solution. It serves only to prolong dependence and stifle effort. So, do we just boot everyone off welfare? No, but we do set goals for the day benefits stop. In medicine and nursing discharge planning starts on admission. Why not welfare? For those too disabled, mentally or physically, appoint independent guardians or mentors to manage benefits.

Granting independence is not the same thing as teaching it. A child with a credit card, even a limited one, needs instruction in its use. Want can be an excellent teacher, but not long term. We have an obligation to teach or stop enabling.

“Four days after the first occupiers arrived on Wall Street in September, the Harvard Crimson student newspaper offered editorial space to a Maoist fringe group called the Revolutionary Communist Party. The article by RCP spokesman Ray Lotta urged replacing the U.S. Constitution with the Constitution of the New Socialist Republic in North America, which has been published as a 91-page book with a yellow cover.

The RCP is not an underground organization. RCP Chairman Bob Avakian, the author of the Constitution, is in exile in Paris, but the RCP openly operates Revolution Bookstores in sixteen American cities, including Cambridge, Berkeley, New York, and Seattle, and is the publisher of Revolution magazine. Recently they were involved in creating the radical organizations Not in our Name and World Can’t Wait, and according to Discover the Networks, the RCP played an instrumental role in sparking the 1992 Los Angeles riots.

The Socialist Constitution is a disturbing read, breathtaking in the brutality of the totalitarian measures proposed, a trip down the rabbit hole of the twisted American Communist mind. A few salient points from Chairman Bob’s Little Yellow Book are outlined below:

1. Violent Overthrow of the U.S. Government. We read on the first page of the Constitution:

“In order to bring this new socialist state into being, it would be necessary to thoroughly defeat, dismantle and abolish the capitalist-imperialist state of the USA; and this in turn would only become possible with the development of a profound and acute crisis in society and the emergence of a revolutionary people, in the millions and millions, who have the leadership of a revolutionary communist vanguard and are conscious of the need for revolutionary change and determined to fight for it.”

When Avakian talks about the “fight,” he doesn’t mean winning hearts and minds through education, persuasion and protest marches; he means armed struggle and the violent overthrow of the U.S. government with “armed forces and militia.”

Sedition seems so old-fashioned, but doesn’t this qualify?

2. Opening the “dungeons.” Further evidence of the violent nature of the Communist Revolution:

“[W]ith the advance of that revolutionary struggle, as territory was increasingly wrenched from the control of the imperialists, growing numbers of people who had been imprisoned under the rule of those imperialists came under the jurisdiction of the advancing revolutionary forces.”

These prisoners would then be re-educated to “become conscious partisans of the revolutionary cause.”

Thankfully, Avakian writes, “the right to employment and income is guaranteed...[and] ‘common crime’ has ceased to be a major social problem.” Prisons are still required however for fat cat bankers and other enemies of the state who commit “political crimes,” i.e., resisting the Revolution.

3. Autonomy for “minority and formerly oppressed nationalities.”

• African-Americans have the right to vote on the creation of an autonomous region comprising “the southern part of the former imperialist United States of America.” This decision will be made by a special vote, in which only African-Americans are eligible to participate. The African-American population of the southern states is around 35 million out of 115 million. Thus 80 million southerners will be displaced or disenfranchised.
• The same conditions hold for Mexican-Americans in “what was the southwest region of the former United States of America,” and in other cities and regions with significant black or Hispanic populations. I hope Sean Penn and Susan Sarandon have been taking Spanish lessons.
• Native Americans will be granted autonomy with “the necessary territories but also the resources.” All oppressed peoples are equal but some are less equal than others and require “special assistance and support.”

Avakian accuses Amerikkka of racism, but advocates the establishment of segregated, overtly racist regions.

4. Special Tribunals: Continuing the tradition of the French and Russian revolutions, and the Khmer Rouge regime,“special Tribunals” will be “established to preside in cases of war crimes and other crimes against humanity”committed by “former members and functionaries of the ruling class of the imperialist USA and its state and government apparatus.” These enemies of the state will “be imprisoned or otherwise deprived of rights and liberties.” The death penalty will be prohibited “once such circumstances of extraordinary emergency have been overcome.” No word about whether public guillotines will be set up for Wall Street bankers and government officials.

We read further that “those who played a leading role in opposing the revolution” will not be “accorded citizenship”and will be “deprived of the right to vote.”

5. Prohibition of capitalism. Section 2: "The private ownership of means of production and other capital, and the hiring of wage labor by owners of private capital, shall be prohibited."

Section 5: "Means of production, and other private capital and wealth of the former capitalist-imperialist ruling class of the United States of America, shall be expropriated, without compensation, and converted into state/public property."

The power to abolish private property is absolute. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

6. Immigration: Chairman Bob abhors the  “xenophobic and fascist anti-immigrant atmosphere” of the imperialistic USA. He will grant citizenship to everyone currently living here, with the exception of capitalist enemies of the state. The Socialist Republic however is not an open borders state. Immigrants who apply for asylum “must follow the relevant laws and procedures which have been established” and must “pledge to act in compliance with the [Socialist] Constitution.” This is more restrictive than our current immigration laws, although it might be irrelevant since Communist countries never have to worry about excessive immigration into their hellholes.

American Communists and other assorted collectivists have spent decades hiding their true agendas under more palatable names like progressivism, socialism, cultural Marxism, anti-globalism, multiculturalism and global warming activism. Marxists like Saul Alinsky and Antonio Gramsci recognized that American soil was not fertile ground for Communism, and counseled a secretive strategy of gradual subversion from within, what Gramsci called “the long march through the institutions.” It is therefore jolting to see Communists advocating for Communism without dissimulating their true intent. No doubt they expect that after decades of anti-capitalist, anti-American curriculum in schools and universities, and similar views in the press and pop culture, the long march has paid off, and the time for revolution has arrived.

Ray Lotta has made appearances at Occupy Wall Street, but it doesn’t appear that the RCP instigated or plays a leadership role in the demonstrations. It is disturbing however to imagine the Occupiers—better described as the 1% than the 99% -- nodding their heads in agreement with the Socialist Constitution’s most radical proposals, assuming that the key tenets could be condensed to 140 characters or scribbled on placards. Groups like the Revolutionary Communist Party can damage our country, but one hopes that despite years of indoctrination, a majority of Americans will continue to reject the ideas in this evil maifesto.”

While Barack Obama did not use this term, it sounded very much like the “social wage” approach used by many social democratic labor parties. The state government can also play a role in redistribution, the allocation of wages and jobs. As Barack Obama noted, when someone gets paid $10 million to eliminate 4,000 jobs, the voters in his district know this is an issue of power not economics. The government can use as tools labor law reform, public works and contracts.

Finally, Illinois needs an industrial strategy. How do we create more jobs for everyone? Illinois has no strategy for encouraging high wage, high productivity jobs. …”

With the recent occupy wall street demonstrations flowering across this country
and the world,it finally looks like the socialist/marxist/communist liberals are
gaining ground on the destruction of capitalism and the american way each and
every day.This is not new by any means yet this time it feels more real to
me.These demonstrations are decades in the making and extremely intricate and
well thought out.I fear that the youth of today are to eaisly taken in by
promises of a even playing field that will solve all their day to day
troubles.This is a fantasy that has been propped up by liberal
acadamia,government,hollywood and well heeled billionaires who have an entirely
different agenda than what the common man has. it is about government dominance
over every aspect of a humans life,the exact thing that America is against.They
do this by either doomsday propaganda,promises of a great working wage and
benefits,or through enviormental regulations that squeeze the populace ever
nearer to each other to obtain work.There are groups that flood money into
campaigns for people who can help them achieve their ends.They change the school
curriculum to reeducate children to think collectively instead of as an
individual,they smear the accomplishments of the U.S. as criminal and
unethical,they flood the internet with attacks on conservatives and paint their
cause as the only hope for human kind. We still see racism being used as a tool
to attack conservative whites ,whether true or not.We see our southern border
being inudated with so many illegal immigrants that stop the flood would take an
act of war.we have extremist muslims trying to infiltrate our nation with the
help of CAIR and other Muslim organizations,we have a president who couldn't
create the truth let alone a job and to top it all off you have the mainstream
media that reports only the stories that are significant to the liberal left. I
no longer trust this countries government to do the right thing;as a matter of
fact i believe they will start turning up the pressure on conservative americans

If you had a chance to stop Obamacare, AND advance the Tenth Amendment
right of the various states, to interpose and even to nullify actions
that restrict the liberties of individual citizens, would you want to
take it? 
There has been a flurry of activity in the Supreme Court as the U.S.
Department of Justice and other litigants have filed petitions seeking
review by the nationâs highest court of the constitutionality of
Obamacare. There is no doubt that the Court will agree to hear most of
these cases. But one case might not make the cut. 

The Commonwealth of Virginia has challenged the Obamacare provision
that mandates individual Virginians must purchase a health insurance
policy approved by the federal government. 
The Virginia suit was decided on the merits, in favor of Virginia, in
the district court, but was then reversed on appeal by the 4th Circuit
Appeals Court. The appeals ruling was NOT on the merits (or Obamacare
probably would've lost), but on the ground that Virginia had no legal
"standing" to sue. This panel, all of whom were appointed by a
Democratic President, ruled that . . . 
 Virginia wasn't harmed because the individual mandate doesn't require
the Commonwealth to do anything. 
 Virginia had no right to defend its citizens against unconstitutional
federal laws. 

Had these appeals court judges NEVER heard of the Tenth Amendment? 
Can the various states move to protect, that is interpose or even
nullify, those laws which . . . 
 impeded on the individual liberties of their citizens, AND 
 are beyond the enumerated powers of the Constitution? 

Enter Bond v. United States. This recent June, 2011 decision has
potentially monumental OPPORTUNITY written all over it. 

In a 9-0 decision the Court held that not only states, but also
individuals have standing to challenge federal laws as violations of
state sovereignty under the 10th Amendment. This decision could be a
dramatic leap forward for liberty, reversing decades of decisions
tracing back to the 1930's.

Back then, Franklin Delano Roosevelt threatened to pack the court with
more Justices who'd rule in favor of unconstitutional New Deal
programs. In 1936, in order to protect the integrity of the high
court, Justice Owen Roberts, the swing vote, started ruling in favor
of FDR's programs. It is called "The stitch in time that saved nine."

While these rulings may have prevented Roosevelt's judicial
manipulation scheme, they eviscerated the limits of the Interstate
Commerce Clause and the Necessary and Proper Clause of the
Constitution. They quickly brought us to the point that a man growing
food in his own garden could be regulated by the FEDERAL government,
because even though he wasn't selling anything, his actions affected
interstate commerce. 

Talk about tortured logic!
Since then, the logic has been tormented and stretched further, so
that now the Obamacare forces are arguing that a FEDERAL mandate on
individuals, requiring them to buy a private goods or service (a health
insurance policy), is constitutionally permitted under the interstate
commerce clause. 

Shouldn't the various states intercede on behalf of their citizens?
Can't they see to it that their rights are protected from federal
overreach? Can the states block an unconstitutional mandate? 

The 4th Circuit Court said NO !

And the Bond decision just might be the reversal tool we've been
waiting for. Bond is a green light from this Supreme Court for
INDIVIDUALS, as well as states, to bring more cases under the Tenth
Amendment. 

In Bond, individuals are essentially being given standing. Old
precedent held that Tenth Amendment arguments could only be raised by
states. But here's how the Court ruled in Bond . . . 

âFederalism secures the freedom of the individual. It allows States
to respond, through the enactment of positive law, to the initiative
of those who seek a voice in shaping the destiny of their own times
without having to rely solely upon the political processes that
control a remote central power.â

In other words, individuals have a right to use their state
government, to stand up to federal usurpations of power. 

Indeed, Virginia interposed on behalf of its citizens. The state
passed the Virginia Health Freedom Act, which prohibits any act by any
person, even the federal government, to compel any Virginia citizen to
purchase a health insurance policy. 

We believe the Commonwealth's petition to be heard by the U.S. Supreme
Court on the subject of Obamacare should be approved, over the 4th
appeals court's objections. Do you? 

Providentially, our attorneys wrote a friend of the court brief in the
Bond case.

stand VERY ready to prepare an excellent brief. 

Right now, we believe that . . . 

 Virginia needs all the help they can get in order to get the Supreme
Court to take up their case with the other anti-Obamacare lawsuits 
 The Commonwealth's arguments are unique and important as to the
constitutionality of Obamacare 

But, we ALSO believe there's something MORE at stake here . . . 

. . . the future of state nullification as a tool to protect our
rights.

“Muammar Qaddafi is dead. What significance does that fact have? Several observations and questions come to mind.

First, few in Libya and virtually no one elsewhere will mourn his passing. Libya is rid of its vicious tyrannical leader and the world is rid of a terrorist and sponsor of terrorism.

Second, will the defeat and death of Qaddafi be instructive to other tyrants — say, those in Syria, Iran, or North Korea? What lessons will they take from Qaddafi’s demise? An optimist might say that one lesson for the tyrants is that oppressed people may rise up if given a chance, with lethal consequences for the oppressor. But a more likely response of the tyrants still in power would be to prevent the oppressed from ever having the chance of rising up against them. And, of course, the tyrants in Syria, Iran, and North Korea must ask themselves whether the oppressed Libyans would have had a chance of toppling Qaddafi without Western support — air cover and intelligence and aid — and whether that support would have been forthcoming had Qaddafi had WMD and the means of delivering it. More likely than not, the tyrants of the world will see Qaddafi’s defeat and elimination as more evidence that he was foolish to give up his nuclear and other WMD programs in the middle of the last decade.

Third, the defeat and death of Qaddafi cannot be viewed as a triumph of Western policy in general and U.S. policy in particular. President Obama called for Qaddafi’s ouster early in the conflict and then did nothing about it, never asking Congress for authority to use force, refusing to target Qaddafi himself, and then refusing to acknowledge that he was being targeted when NATO clearly was doing so — even insisting that the U.S. was not engaged in “hostilities” in Libya. The dallying and confusion of the Western response will be remembered just as much as the fact of Qaddafi’s demise.

Finally, Qaddafi’s death is not relevant to whether the so-called Arab Spring really is a spring in Libya. Reports that al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb secured Qaddafi’s weapons for their own future terrorist efforts and related reports that they are seeking a role in Libya’s future are worrisome. Libya’s transitional authorities this month prevented exiled Libyan Jew David Gerbi from reopening Tripoli’s synagogue and then forced him to flee the country. This too is very discouraging. And the Draft Constitutional Charter of the Libyan opposition promises in Article 1 of its general provisions that “the principal legislation is Islamic Jurisprudence (Sharia)” — also discouraging. How the Democratic party is intentionally destroying this country economically and why:

The Marxist Socialist Progressives in this country are now, like cockroaches, infesting every home in this country through their infiltration and take over of the Democratic Party, the educational system, the unions as well as the media. They now constitute the single greatest threat to this Republic’s future since December 07, 1941.

They have for the past 170 years. Starting in Europe and slowly migrating west they have crept behind the walls of society. They have had many “intellectual” spokespersons in the form of : Karl Marx / Friedrich Engels / E.T. Kingsley / George Bernard Shaw that use economics as the primary weapon of destroying free market economies and countries from within. Karl Marx’s Das Kapital is the classic work that formed the basis of all of John Maynard Keynes future findings in Keynesian economics.

The leaders of Socialist Marxist movements have created and used this economic unrest to create political unrest and social disorder, leading to chaos, in turn turning the working classes against the producer classes and have successfully over-thrown governments and monarchies. From the 1790’s France to 1970’s Cambodia to today in Venezuela and the Congo and Sudan these countries and many more where democratically elected governments or monarchial society’s or any local form of government has been supplanted with far worse using a “better life” as their rallying cry. They have all led to dictatorships that have been genocidal nightmares with hundreds of millions of the people they used to take power murdered or imprisoned. From Robespierre to Lenin, Mussolini, Hitler, Franco, Moa, Pol Pot, Guevara, all of them recognized how the use of current downturns in economic conditions to insight and implement political gain through mobilization of the masses.

Every single instance above started where we are now beginning, this is intentionally being done to ferment and fester this countries population. The Marxist Socialist Democrat’s are creating the demise of this country to empower their party and subjugate the population to a singular rule of law. It is blatantly obvious that for more than 100 years since Teddy Roosevelt lost to Woodrow Wilson and his progresssive Bull Moose party that split the Republican party, the Democrats have held the majority of power. The graphs below shows the Democrat Control Index and the Democrat Control Variable for the years 1867-2000.

As you can see that in the 144 years including the last 10 years not shown on this graph the Democrats have been in control 110 of those years. But it has not been this Marxist Socialist one rule party until LBJ and his Great Society. This was their first step in strengthening their political base with outright government funded taxpayer paid bribes. They insured the black vote this way and by rewriting history they have manipulated the facts that the Democrat Party was the party of the minorities which is factually an outright lie. Lincoln and most abolitionists left the Whig party and formed the new Republican party.

The current makeup of the Democrat party shifted from the original roots of Thomas Jefferson into the current Socialist Progressive composition today. The fight was over economic ideas and fiscal policies of Alexander Hamilton used to create what is now the Federal Reserve banking system one of the chief architects of our current and previous fiscal demise. The original party was against it. They are now by policy and action the chief supporters of it and the uncontrolled government expansion into every facet of our lives. All you have to do is pay attention to the legislation they have passed and the regulatory choke hold they have on us.

They have controlled our government 76.4% of the time and during that period the government has expanded by adding just since 1964 1500+ agencies. YES as of today there are 1909 government agencies compared to approx. 400 before the Socialist Marxist infiltration of our government by the Democrats. ( I looked for the exact amount but it is beyond my reach requiring federal approval to download the archived documents which they will never release to me). To what purpose would such massive government oversight serve? What Else!

They are responsible for the last 46 years of this countries fall, delivering us into the hands of this Marxist Socialist dictatorship we are now ruled by. When 2/3’s of our elected officials ignore the will of the people, it is no longer a representative form of government but an Autocracy a form of tyranny.

And now we stand on the precipice of history and we show that the majority of Americans are pushing back against their plans, they are going to fight or destroy this country before they give it up. They are clawing for their very existence with only one thing in mind: Take control of this country at all costs! Why else would they refuse to pass a budget in 818 days, insist on taxes in the middle of a recession and yes we have not left it never did. The lies about our economy from the government now showing GDP numbers of .04 and 1.5% will once there is real accountability restored be shown as what they really are : NEGATIVE!

And that is part of why they are going to take this far past every previous attempt to socialize this country, they have lied and invested in those lies their entire future as a party and its entire support mechanisms such as the unions and the main sewer media et.al. The NWO, the Bilderberger Society, the George Soros’ etc. have never before infiltrated this deep into our government through their political manipulations.

They will not give it up easy or without a fight and destroying our free market economic system is the first step, by creating inflation through devaluing our currency. It goes all the way back to removing us from the gold standard in the early 1970’s when our $$$ were backed by the value of gold, if that were in place today the value of our money would correlate to its percentage weight of gold's current value above $1600. think of the purchasing power and the removal of inflationary dollar devaluing. Just the last 2 quantative easing’s by the Fed. have cost us over 20% of our dollars value causing fuel and food costs to skyrocket, with fuel up 135% since Obama took office alone and since the Democrats ran everything from 2007 till 2011 real inflation (not the BS they feed us) is 55% when you count food, fuel, and the other necessities they conveniently leave out of the equation. If you factor in the gold valuing, our dollar has lost potential purchasing power growth of over 1300% as a direct result of the Democrat party and its legislation.

For what gain you may ask , when it is 1960’s Soviet Union where everyone waits in lines miles long for the necessities and only the Socialist Ruling Class Elites have access to the luxuries in life you will be too concerned with survival then revolution. It took the live of millions of Russian Patriots to win back just a little freedom and gain a small step towards autonomy. They are now where this government and their real masters intend for us to be before it is all over. And their hand is being played right in front of you and you suffer more every day.

They sell our children, grandchildren and their legacy into fiscal bondage they cannot repay so when default comes and it will if they are not stopped now, they finish the job. Their latest attacks on the Tea Parties and their representation is proof positive that they will not tolerate the truth in any form and dissent will be vilified: Imprisonment soon to follow?

It is time to rise up in Freedom before it is too late: Impeach them all NOW!
