The short term Tea Party goals are important. We must remove irresponsible politicians from Washington DC and try to regain some measure of control over our government. This is only a stopgap measure, however, since the legal loopholes that allowed this gargantuan government to evolve are still in place.
We can argue about what we consider Constitutional until we are blue in the face, but as long as the Supreme Court rules in favor of big government with vague interpretations, the Republic will always be at risk.
The first time I saw a map with 38 states taking action to legally oppose Obamacare, it suddenly dawned on me: 38! Just the number of states needed to ratify an Amendment to the Constitution! We have the momentum and now support from the several states.
THE TIME IS RIGHT TO FOCUS THE TEA PARTY ON A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION TO ELIMINATE THE GENERAL WELFARE CLAUSE AND MODIFY THE INTERSTATE COMMERCE CLAUSE FOREVER
Make no mistake, America is going through its second revolution. She has witnessed the full blown threat of government takeover, and this is not the foundation on which this country was based. This one is very different, because it's not blood in the street, but an awakened America engaged as never before at the polls, at TEA Party rallys, at town hall meetings, on the web, throwing their hat in the ring as a candidate, rounding up votes, holding meetings and seminars, sounding the alarm about backroom shenanigans, sounding off about losing education and freedom of religion in our schools, and becoming educated like never before in their lifetime. As Minority Speaker, John Boehner, said the other day, violence and threats are unacceptable.... channel it into positive change.
HERITAGE RESPONDS TO HEALTH CARE VOTE: REPEAL
Healthcare reform still not fair! or is it regular Americans aren't good enough. So lets pass the
28th Amendment
Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to ...the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States of America.
NOW THAT SEEMS FAIR. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
People need to visualize removing each one of them from office, think about it often, and consider ways that they can contribute to removing all of these individuals from office. We need not stop with just the Democrats; the Independents and Republicans also need to be in our sights. And everyone of them need to be vetted. They must be willing to sign a contract with the Tea Party constituent outlining their believes and what they are personally going to do to turn around Washington; the State, County, or City that they will be representing. If they can not or are unwilling to do this, then they are out, period!.
They must stand with the Tea Party convictions 100%, pro-life, be fiscally conservative (put plans in place to balance their budgets), reduce taxes at all levels, remove ALL earmarks, Deport illegal emigrants, Prison reform (make the criminals not want to be there), Use the same retirement and medical services that normal Americans use, change the law to only vote one bill per submission, change all of the term limits to two maximum, provide the constituents the ability to recall or dismiss elected officials who are not performing the job duties per their job description, and hold elected officials accountable for all expenditures up and to imprisonment if they are deemed to misappropriate the funds.
We then need to vet candidates that will fit the bill. They need to be vetted by the Tea Party, not the Republican Party, Independent Party, or the Democratic Party. If they are not vetted by the Tea Party then they do not qualify. We can not trust any of the parties to represent the Tea Parties needs.
We need to use social media to expose each one of them. This is not about smearing anyone. This is to clearly point out their service history and their believe system. They have every right to defend their position, but we will let their votes and behavior tell the real story. You see they can say what ever they want to, but their voting record will tell the truth. It is just like hiring someone for a job. If they don't fit, then you tell them that they are not what we are looking for and we simply tell them that they are not qualified, no thank you, and move on. There need be no arguing or bickering.
Our mission is very clear get the bad seeds out. We need to infiltrate each precinct, support the campaign for the right person in the precinct, put a captain in charge and move to the next one; until all of the precincts across the US have been covered.
Once this is complete we will use the social media to gain numbers and support needed in each location. People need to be will to canvass the entire precinct with literature needed to point out the truth and why these people need to go. We need to go to small business and canvass each one of them. Show them directly how the current politicians in Washington are destroying their business and their financial future.
This is not easy, but it is very doable. We need to show people in simple terms how we are going to take back the country and how this will improve their lives. We need to educate people on how capitalism really works and how it can work for them when the government is on their side.
It is sad because business ignorance has increased over the last three to four decades. This generation does not understand work ethic, saving for the future, helping others because you want to, not because you have to or are told too, or how to create or make money. They have only been taught how to get a job.
People need to truly understand the difference between capitalism andsocialism. People need to be shown in black and white why socialism eventually fails.Where as work books stating this information need to be created for computers, iphones, blackberrys, ipads, and the like so that people have this information at their finger tips.
We need to recruit individuals who are familiar with these media centers; so that they can communicate to people what needs to get out and is not being taught in our school systems. It is so sad that young adults are so clueless when it comes to making money in our capitalist society.
These people need to be lead by the hand with simple graphical presentations that shows why socialism eventually fails and why capitalism always succeeds. Capitalism has its draw backs as greed corrupts the process and there needs to be monitors in place to keep this in check, but the down side of socialism far exceeds the downside of capitalism. That is why the United States of America is the greatest nation in the world.
Enough for now....

As the left rejoices over their monumental victory, conservatives double down on the upcoming 2010 elections and their campaign strategy. "Repeal the Bill" is a good start, but should not be the focus, as it will be a difficult road and Obama will veto any attempt.
The eye-opening shenanigans by the left such as the backroom bribes, payoffs, and threats in their eternal quest for big government; the takeover of the private sector in financial institutions, the car industry, insurance companies, and now health care; their road to a socialistic re-distribution of wealth; the doubling and tripling our deficit .... should be their focus.

I have been a insurance agent for 33 years forcing people to take out health insurance is wrong. If I did what the federal government is doing with health insurance I would be fined for doing so. Taking care of the causes of high premiums is the answer. I do like Congressman Wyman that voted aganst the bill on Sunday not all of them are bad.

We've passed a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by aCongress that exempts themselves from it, to be signed by a presidentwho smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't payhis own taxes, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who isclinically obese, and financed by a country that's broke. What couldpossibly go wrong?
As we pick ourselves up from a gut-wrenching weekend, a battle has been won by Obama and company, but not the war on liberty. This is a new day, and there is no room for compromises. Bi-partisan should be removed from our language, because there is no such thing. The Libs would never compromise in any way, and neither should conservatives anymore. RINOs must be weeded out and defeated. We need to be bold. We need to be agressive. We need not compromise -- and lose. (Thank you Mark Levin for your inspiration)

March 21st 2010:
Stupak caves. Obama funds largest Abortion increase since '73.
We lost a great battle today in the quest to stop funding abortion with our tax-dollars.
But I say thank you, to all who joined our fax-campaign and sent nearly 1.4 million
petitions to Congress to save the unborn. Your voices are never in vain.
Ezekiel 3:19 declares,
"If you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way,
he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul."
Together we prophesied truth to power; their blood is not on our hands.
Congressman Bart Stupak (D-MI) and his 12 so-called"pro-life" Dems
caved in today, and sold their souls to vote"pro-abortion" and fund child-killing
on an unprecedented scale. While Stupak boasted his district suddenly received
over $700,000 for airport upgrades, he also dared to claim victory after trading his
vote for a phony executive order that President Obama knows cannot overrule his
new "health" care law that funds abortion.
Two Democrats both admitted the executive order is a sham,
that will not reduce abortion funds by even one penny.
The new abortion funds in the Senate bill, which just passed with HR 4872 on a
219-212 vote,"can't be changed by executive order, because an executive order
can't change the law," admitted pro-abortion Democrat Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL)
on Fox News.
Retiring Democrat Marion Berry (D-AR), one of just a handful to courageously vote
against the bill, agreed:"Despite the recently announced Executive Order addressing
this issue, I remain concerned that this legislation does not go far enough to satisfy
my concerns. As a pro-life Member of Congress, I believe that abortion is fundamentally
wrong, and taxpayer money should not be allowed to support it.
"If only Stupak had such a conscience as Berry.
Obama's proposed executive order contained two false statements:
1) "The Act maintains current Hyde Amendment restrictions governing
abortion policy and extends those restrictions to the newly-created health
insurance exchanges."
(The new law does no such thing, and never did, or there would be no need
for this misleading executive order, that won't stand up to any court challenge,
so abortions will be funded by law.)
2) "Under the Act, longstanding Federal laws to protect conscience
(such as the Church Amendment, 42 U.S.C.§300a-7, and the
Weldon Amendment, Pub. L. No. 111-8,§508d-1) remain intact...
prohibit[ing] discrimination against...health care providers because of
an unwillingness to provide...abortions."
(The National Right To Life Committee rebuked Obama's false statement, saying,
"Nor can the order correct the omission from the pending legislation of the
necessary conscience-protection language ... (the 'Weldon language').")
So no thanks to Bart Stupak, who caved in like the traitor Benedict Arnold,
or Judas Iscariot for his 30 pieces of silver, we must now all pray God will
change the government this November, to oust ALL who voted for this bill,
and demand its full repeal.
Stupak stripped of 'Defender of Life' award he was to receive this week
March 22, 2010,
by Bridget Johnson
An anti-abortion group has stripped Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.) of a
"Defender of Life" award he was supposed to receive Wednesday night.
Stupak was to be honored at the annual Campaign for Life Gala of the
Susan B. Anthony List for his efforts to get the Stupak amendments
toughening up restrictions on abortion funding inserted into the healthcare
bill voted on Sunday night.
In an 11th hour negotiation, and refusal by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.)
to vote on side bills, Stupak accepted an executive order from President
Barack Obama to ensure funds wouldn't be used for abortions.
"By accepting this deal from the most pro-abortion President in American history,
Stupak has not only failed to stand strong for unborn children, but also for his
constituents and pro-life voters across the country,"
Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund President Marjorie Dannenfelser
said in a statement.
"Let me be clear: any representative, including Rep. Stupak, who votes for
this healthcare bill can no longer call themselves 'pro-life.'
The Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund will not endorse, or support in
any capacity, any Member of Congress who voted for this bill, or votes for
this bill in any future election."

Find your representative, send them an email and call their office and let them know how you feel and then burn their name and how they voted into your brain so you will know how to vote this November!
Over half of the country voted for Obama and so supported this type reform. Americans are tired and do not trust any in Washington. The corruption falls all the way home to local politics as well. Where are the honorable men and women in this country who represent the people? Republicans and democrats have failed to act honorable and do what is best for the citizens.
All parties are guilty taxing to even double taxation, triple taxation… Robbing me of my meager $50,000 a year income and then distributing it to others. The Democrats have taken for social programs while Republicans take to distribute amongst their business cronies. The difference is that the later creates jobs in industry while the other rewards people to do nothing at all.
Now is the time for States to fight for their right to remove themselves from the Union. After I’ve paid all my Fed Taxes, State taxes, Property taxes, sales tax, automobile tax… My $50,000 a year take home is just over $37,000. Not much to send my kids to college or to take the family on vacation. Working for others and for my basic living expenses has ruined my “American Dream”. Thinking that I need to retire now, collect welfare, get that free medical care, and head to the lake.
All we hear is wait until November and we will vote them out of office. But what happens if obama is able to ram through cap & trade, immigration reform, Union agenda, etc. before the November election?
Our vote and expressing our will to our elected representatives does not work . . . now what?
If this doesn't rally, "WE THE PEOPLE" what will? Obamacare just got crammed down our throats! Is no one listening to "WE THE PEOPLE"? Are "WE THE PEOPLE" going to allow our precious freedoms to be slowly stripped away?
It is time to stand up and be counted! I AM MAD AS HELL AND YOU SHOULD BE TOO! I am going to make a list of all the SOB's and do my part in making sure they are voted out and NEVER hold public office again!!!
GET MAD! STAY MAD! VOTE THE BUMS OUT!
"......I know not what course others may take but as for me...GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH..."
Patrick Henry, American Patriot
GET THE FOREIGNER OUT OF OUR WHITE HOUSE!!!!!
I got a call from a friend as the vote reached 216. He said "Welcome to the U.S.S.A.". I never thought this would happen in this country. I feel like Charlton Heston at the end of "Planet of the Apes", when he shouts, "YOU BLEW IT UP, DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL !" upon seeing the remains of the The Statue of Liberty. Al Sharpton said on Hannity afterwards, "America voted for socialism when they voted for Obama". Let's prove that son of a bitch wrong. Starting this moment, we take America back ! I'm going to bed now, we have a lot of work to do.
Please read my other post for my ideas on how we do just that...
Good Night & Good Luck.
As President Reagan said, "the bombing stats in five minutes"
(don't worry, I, like he before me, was joking. Seriously, we can do this without violence)
