In the ethnicity of our nation’s history, the song, ‘The World Turned Upside Down,’ is included! Is it not perhaps time, our nation revisits and rewords this ballad for who we are today?

One remarkable event in this nation’s history we acknowledge is the surrender of Cornwallis at Yorktown. In that historical perspective, the British marched to their surrender with the band playing the march, ‘When the King enjoys His own again.’ Of little knowledge is that the tune was also the melody of the tavern ballad, sung during the royalist rejection of the Puritan rejection of all things—which we could only imagine in this nation—of celebration and Christmas.

Studying this time, or the Rump parliament, and the clash of Cromwell and the Crown, the breaking of the royal monarchy, the death of King Charles, is a history that is nothing but the foundations for the obvious result. That result that there would be a group of Englishmen, who continued the rejection of totalitarian sovereignty of any king, and pope, or anyone who would dominate society without approval of the citizens to be governed. That this nation would be the result was only inevitable. For the colonies of this nation, had already had self-governance, and had created the philosophical idealisms of what this nation’s government policy should be. We in this nation are unfamiliar with this foundation, but you can ‘Google’ it, finding the wonder of ‘the Articles of Confederation.’

This simple ballad—as much in history—became interwoven into the ethnicity of this nation, becoming as one with it. That this nation has an ethnicity is in itself remarkable. I’m always mesmerized by the word ethnicity itself. For it simply means that there is a culture, an identifiable characteristic of a group; as an American. For those who are Americans are a unique ethnicity, for they can come from any other ethnicity, reject—as the singular sentence of the poem by Emma Lazarus’ on the Statue of Liberty—with the only sequel, the only verse of American sense to this nation; ‘Keep ancient lands, your storied pomp!’ For it is only by rejecting, and refuting the society of your heritage, and acceptance in our society of such simplicity, liberty and the sanctity of human life. Then and only then, when individually those who come to this nation, become one with this nation, then they are part of our ethnicity an American. Yet in the definition by Merriam-Webster uses this example: a particular ethnic affiliation or group <students of diverse ethnicities>. Is it not strange, that definition? Is it not the exact inverse of what ethnicity is? Is not ethnicity that a society has a culture, has a foundation, their proclaimed mores, morals, and most of all the religion, as Montesquieu identified long, long ago?  

Today we experience so many things in this nation that are not of this nation’s culture, or our society, it is difficult to identify the nation or our origins. Looking over the lyrics of the song, ‘The World Turned Upside Down,’ it seemed so appropriate to use it in the context of our nation today. The society of this nation is experiencing a ‘fundamental change’ and a transformation as surely as the world of England experienced when the revolution of this nation separated.

There is one great difference unsurmountable in comparative. In the separation of the United States from England, it was nothing but another, though separate of the reformation of the English experience. The pinnacle of their rejection of totalitarian monarchy, yet different that once accomplished—a philosophy of man’s freedom was born, not the continuation of what was, without a plan, resorting to what was before.

Today there is a plan for this nation’s future. It is the darkest and most demented ideology of social design known to the society of mankind. Proven time after time to fail, to reduce mankind to a society less than animal, where even the species of Homo is rejected. We find this conformation daily in the diatribes of our current president, in the actions of our congress, the decisions of the Supreme Court. We as a nation are so far from the culture and design of our nation’s wonder; to even find any essence of that wondrous exceptionalism, is difficult and so buried in ideologies foreign to our society, as they mirror diametric opposites. One is the liberty and preservation of man, the other the destruction and the domination of man. One with the acknowledgment of man’s creator and natural rights, the other with no more regard to man than but he is animal, regulated to chattel, slavery and serfdom to the power of government.

  Let's not forget that Paradigm of Integrity and the new Savior of All that's Good has just Died. I am talking about the Terrorist, Christian Killer, Criminal Nelson the Righteous Mandela. The only part I must be missing is, "What did he do to escape the Death Penalty for ordering the MURDER of Innocent People in South Africa and pushing Socialism on the people there. Has the hypothesis of evolution been confirmed? Is man today nothing but identified as not Homo sapiens, but more correctly identified as Homo obliviosus? 

Our use of Latin to identify the stages that some men hypothesize man in his journey of existence on this planet is interesting. Greater in that in observation is the reason for the different stages of our journey measured over some time line of academic identification. This identification begins at the acceptance that man, as but a creator, one of the animals of this planet, by some fate of luck, or accident became something unique and different from all others. In fact, man is so unique and different from all others, he is the only animal, by their theorem, achieving this advancement. The only animal, that became civilized by definition, developed language, the written word, and the use of tools, electricity, and all of the other wonders of man; yet began from the same beginning.

If other primates do have the mental capacity of abstract thought, do they not wonder, why them? Why are we as we always were, while they, those other primates accomplished so much? Changing the very world on which they exist for their use. Refuting that man is just governed by the existence of nature, but doing all in his power to protect and preserve his species from the very powers of that danger of nature. In the comparative with man society, it is funny as I write this question, it is the exact question that those who believe in communism ask; ‘why do not I have all that all other possess?’  

IN the anthropology of this hypothesis, certain high points, those things that occurred changing our adventure of existence, measure man. One such measurement is identified as Homo erectus, upright man. In strange reality, there is no example of man, not upright. But why should we let a little thing like reality, or lack of any tangible proof of this fact, cloud the relativism of those who have reached this hypothesis? No, man from what we know came as upright, not primate, so maybe the beginning—the creation—of man would be more appropriate.

Then man for some reason, perhaps he subbed his toe, developing speech to cuss out the situation. Perhaps he was compelled to take from others, and needed some way to notify them that he was ‘fundamentally transforming’ and ‘redistributing’ the wealth of others. The why we can only speculate; yet, this is identified as another event on this historical journey, of man’s experience. From language came thought, reason, communication, and eventually the ‘literacy’ of man. The written communication of mankind, the one tool so vital to communicate not only with each other, but across the void of time. Where the thought of man today, will be read and understood by man in the future; if our species survives.

This man, this identification is Homo sapiens. Those who can think, reason, and from such have advanced mankind, encouraged civilization, created social entities today never comprehended in man’s past. Truly thinking and creative man exponentially building on the foundations of those before to make the future better for all of mankind.

Can we say now that man is advancing? Is even the culture of mankind improving? Is the very sustenance of the society of man improving? What measurement, what validation exists showing that this current society of mankind has any improvement identified? Alternatively, can we even as thinking, Homo sapient man, even find one example of any improvement in the society of man? Is it not in fact that the inverse is fact? Is it not that our measurements of society are not advancing, but as a society going backward? Our very ethnicity, our societies—very specifically the society of the most advanced achievement of mankind, America—is exponentially on a course reverting to barbarism, not man’s advancement of civilization!      

There is no way my amateurish excogitations will ever be included in the anthology of our society. For I am but as every other average, pay your bills, enjoy my simple pursuit of happiness, and content to enjoy the fruit of a nation that allows me liberty—though under the present attack on this society—it is a slowing disappearing measurement of freedom with the intrusion of government. For there is not an American in this nation…one who believes in the simple philosophical idealism of man are equal—and that equal is magnified under the courts of this nation, and the laws this nation’s government—which exists by those same citizens ratification of acknowledging and renouncing individual sovereignty—treat each and every one of us the same. As such, any American with this simple foundation has the ability to write a diatribe of the variances of legislative action in complete diametric opposition to this principle.

It is not the mistakes that create or make us wonder; for we all can identify them. What we lack in this nation is the absolute apathy, the complete acquiescence of even acknowledgement of the reality in which we exist. Today we are the nation of the oblivious. This factor is most identifiable in the abject rejection of those of the white race in this nation. The verification in the last election when a confirmed communist was running to continue the nihilism of this nation, over 44% of the white race eligible to vote advanced gormlessly a nonpareil decision—I will not vote! By this simple action confirming that the white race in this nation has reached some déclassé and acceptance of the coup de grace of this nation—beyond just a mea culpa, of my mistake, but refuting the fundamental concept of English foundations to forfend the defense and preservation of this miracle of this nation, and our design.

Is that what a Homo sapient would do? Is this the action of thinking, reasoning, and rational society? Alternatively, is could it be that we have somehow changed from that identification? Is it perhaps we are not any more Homo sapient, and as such should we not as all of the hypotheses of anthropology again make an identification of what our society is currently?

What is the most absolutely confirmable identifier one could make of society of this nation? What words would be most identify the majority of citizens in this nation? What concept is most descriptive of what our nation has become? There are many, many, many more than any one of individually could identify. So many in fact we would be hard pressed not to make a travesty of the size of the current greatest travesty, the advancement of communist medical policy in this nation; the 2,500 page ‘oBOMa-NATION policy of the greatest mistake, beyond the election of this travesty…our national mea maxima culpa, our greatest mistake…in this nation.      

One world that is obvious above all others is the simple fact for a variety of reasons most in this nation are oblivious. An obliviousness that compounds all of the ignorance of mankind, the lack of literacy of politics, of history, and of economic reality. In fact a society so propagandized, knowing only the minutia renderings of what masquerades as journalism and press; it is beyond unknowing, it is a willing suspension of even cognitive reality. Is this not sufficient to make a new classification of our society? Identifying this new milepost of a man who is completely oblivious to even reality? Is not the Latin identifier of oblivious, obliviosus most correct?

So in the world of man, in our adventure of existence on this planet, as the world turns, and we ‘fundamentally transform’ not only our society, but also the very nature of man; is not ‘Home obliviosus’ most appropriate and correct in identification?

We continue to see the Capitol Hill Democrats, ignoring our Constitution, and intent on remolding our government into a Democrat Party ‘image’ with no considerations constrained by Constitutional Law.

Are we witnessing the Democrat party ‘transform’ us into a ‘Democrat Party State’; a ‘Democrat Party State’ issuing law by decree and stripping away our protections under the Constitution.  This can happen.  Take a hard look, equally, at how the Nazi Party rose to power during the 1930's.

If you haven't seen this, Harvard conducted a survey of "Millennials" to determine their impressions on Washington, especially Obamacare.

In order to best interpret my impressions of the survey, please note the following statement taken from the article: “Overcoming today's bitter partisanship and governmental gridlock is essential to showing Millennials and all our citizens that Washington, D.C. – and our democratic process – can still work and make a difference."

Therein lies the base of the problem. The federal government has become so bloated and powerful, that citizens just assume that Washington is supposed to solve all our problems. They can't. That is why in the Constitution, the federal government is trusted with only 18 enumerated powers. 536 people (435 in the House, 100 in the Senate and 1 president) cannot run every aspects of the country and the lives of 330 million people. They were never supposed to. But, over the last 100 years, since Woodrow Wilson, there has been a steady concentration of power in Washington. So, today, everything from trade, employment, the minimum wage, roads and bridges, the education of our children and now our healthcare has by practice fallen under the purview of the federal government.

There is nothing they run, except the military, that is cost efficient and effective. The Postal Service, AMTRAK, Department of Veterans Affairs or healthcare.gov are all failures. Two other aspects of the survey are worth noting as well. First, at long last, a major part of the base that supported the president in his election and reelection are waking up to the truth of what centralized power really means. They are directly feeling the effects of how the government lied to them to get their support, then are now using them in their redistribution plan that is Obamacare. The Millennials are the ones that are being counted on to pay the much higher premiums to fund all the subsidies, pre-existing conditions and elderly that will be actually using their health insurance. Now they know. It may be too late, but they know.

Secondly, and more troubling, is that more of them are becoming discouraged and not taking part in politics at all. Instead of being angered to the point of action, they are being angered to the point of inaction. It should be the other way around. But, as stated above, when power is unconstitutionally concentrated at the federal level, a feeling of helplessness can take hold where people feel like they really can't make a difference and their one vote doesn't count. This is a major theme of my campaign. People need to feel empowered again. The United States is no longer a true representative republic run in accordance with the Constitution. We have a political ruling class of elitists that exempt themselves from the very laws that they themselves pass. This is wrong and it needs to be turned around. Every member of Congress and the president take an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States then violate that oath on a regular basis.

A majority of those surveyed said they would recall every member of Congress and the president. Good. This really comes back to my last point. We were never intended to have a ruling class. Instead, we have representatives making 35 year careers out of 2 year terms. And, they'll spend $$$ Millions in a single campaign to get a job that pays $174,000. For the majority of politicians, public service no longer matters. It is all about gaining and maintaining power. Elections strongly favor the incumbents and it is virtually impossible for grassroots campaigns to take hold, because in the end, it is all about how much money a candidate can raise and significantly less about the issues. There is a political machine at work in Washington that only wants to hold on to power, not solve problems. In every case, their answer is more government, another program, another agency or bureaucracy and more spending. It can be easily mathematically demonstrated that is a flawed formula. Our national debt is $17,208,550,000,000. There are more than 91 million Americans no longer participating in the workforce and not even counted towards our unemployment number. There are 49 million Americans on food stamps and the poverty rate is 16% (the same exact rate as it was in 1964 when LBJ launched his famous "War on Poverty" on which we've spent more than $16 Trillion).

Obama's numbers are down on international affairs as well. The latest "deal" with Iran does nothing to stop their nuclear weapons program and he pressed for military intervention in Syria's civil war. As of Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, at least 2,153 members of the U.S. military had died in Afghanistan.

Since the start of U.S. military operations in Afghanistan, 19,496 U.S. service members have been wounded in hostile action, according to the Defense Department. We're still in Afghanistan and when we do leave, what kind of Afghanistan will we leave behind? We left Iraq with our tails between our legs too - where I served 3 tours. There is nothing in this administration to feel good about. Nothing.

I know the survey really focused on Obamacare as it should. Obamacare is, in my opinion, the single worst piece of legislation passed in Washington. It will destroy our private health insurance industry. It will drive doctors out of practice and by extension wreck medical schools (who is going to spend $300,000 to become a doctor through 10 years of school, residency, etc only to be forced to accept Medicaid and Medicare patients for whom you'll only be reimbursed 40 cents on the dollar forcing you to operate at a loss?), drive full time workers into part time jobs, force up to 100 million Americans to lose their health insurance, and those that will have insurance will pay way more than they are paying now for better care, and in the end, by the government's own estimates cost the economy $2.7 Trillion and still leave 30 million with no insurance at all. Oh, and by the way, the website is a disaster and people who do log on are explicitly told they can have no expectation of privacy of the plethora of personal information they are forced to provide.

Given all of this, the results of the survey are really no big surprise. The only surprise here is that it took so long for the Millennials to wake up to what's going on. But, instead of withdrawing from the political process, we need these Americans involved and engaged to change the system that they are so fed up with.

Rumors of the Tea Party’s demise are greatly exaggerated. 

Before, during and after the government shutdown, the Tea Party was dragged through the mud, chastised, called names and even told that our movement should die.

This all came about because the representatives we elected on the promise to fight Obamacare dared to do so. The irony is now that the Affordable Care Act is beginning to be implemented, the whole country is beginning to see that the Tea Party was right all along.

During the government shutdown last month, the president, democrats and the main stream media all blamed a small group of hard-liner Tea Party republicans for all of the country’s woes. The Boston Globe, for example, stated it was the “Tea Party movement’s strategy of shutting down the government and bringing the nation to the brink of debt default.”

Former George H.W. Bush administration official Bruce Bartlett expressed hope that the Tea Party would soon "die a well-deserved death" on MSNBC.  In an Op-Ed published in USA Today on 18 October, Hank Plante after calling the Tea Party “extortionists” stated “members of the tea party will continue to be political extortionists as long as the news media and the rest of the public give them equal weight on the sanity scale.”

The Republicans in general and the Tea Party specifically were called extremists, obstructionists, jihadists and terrorists.  We were told that the Tea Party was holding the country hostage and were willing to let the country default on its debt.

The real facts of the “shutdown” paint an entirely different picture. First, the government never shutdown.  Eighty-five percent of the government was funded, up and running.  The president through the Office of Management and Budget had the discretion to pick and choose which agencies and functions of the federal government would close and which would stay open. President Obama specifically chose to close what he believed would be the most visible and objectionable to the American people.

Second, the House bill fully funded the entire government, except Obamacare.  Nothing else had to close. Additionally, the House then passed a long series of bills that funded each aspect of the government including the national parks, the National Institute of Health and all of the military.

The images of World War II veterans being denied entry into their memorial and senior citizens being rounded up at Yellowstone were absolutely unnecessary.  The worst came when the commander in chief chose to deny death benefits to three families whose sons were killed in Afghanistan. Obama could have instead not funded Planned Parenthood, or Public Broadcasting or cut foreign aid. He made the conscious decision to hurt the American people as much as possible.

Meanwhile, all of the House bills to fund the government sat on Harry Reid’s desk at the Senate. He dug in his heels and absolutely refused to even debate or compromise on not fully funding and implementing the Affordable Care Act. The biggest lie of all was that the government was on the verge of default.  The federal government takes in about $300 billion a month in revenue. That is more than enough to fully fund entitlement programs and service the debt. The government was never at risk of a debt default. The national narrative as espoused by the White House, his party and the complicit media was it all was the Tea Party’s fault. 

Since then, the Republicans caved to the pressure and kicked the can down the road. The government is fully funded and the debt ceiling raised until February 7^th 2014. So, nothing has changed. We are just going further into debt and federal spending, at least for now, can continue unabated down the road to fiscal ruin.

Obamacare became active on 1 October.  Just one month into the implementation of the ACA, the news is grim, just as the Tea Party predicted. Under the new law, the government will fine you if you don’t go onto the healthcare.gov site, which doesn’t work, and sign up for a plan you don’t want and that will increase your rates so much you can’t afford insurance at all. A study conducted by the the American Action Forum, calculated that the Obamacare increases for individual health insurance policies to be 193 percent for women on average, and 260 percent for men.  With such rate increases, millions of Americans will be forced to drop their coverage.

And, millions of Americans will lose their employer provided health insurance. Even the Congressional Budget Office predicts that because of Obamacare, up to 20 million Americans will lose their employer based coverage. But, the president said “if you like your plan, you can keep your plan. Period”

He lied. And he knew he was lying each and every time he said that. Forbes reported today that in a 2010 Federal Register document, the Obama Administration predicted that up to 93 million Americans would lose their healthcare coverage.

As reported by News Busters on 31 October, Section 1251 of the Affordable Care Act contains a “grandfather” provision that, in theory, allows people to keep their existing plans if they like them. But subsequent regulations from the Obama administration interpreted that provision so narrowly as to prevent most plans from gaining this protection.

Page 34552 of the 2010 Federal Register reads “The Departments’ mid-range estimate is that 66 percent of small employer plans and 45 percent of large employer plans will relinquish their grandfather status by the end of 2013.”

Forbes did the math: 51 percent of the employer-based market plus 53.5 percent of the non-group market (the middle of the administration’s range) amounts to 93 million Americans.

These numbers as grim as they are, vindicate the Tea Party.  We knew all along that not only was the ACA unconstitutional on many levels but that it would destroy the best healthcare system in the world.  We held true to our convictions when we were bashed every day in the media.  We knew the president, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi were all lying.

We held strong to our beliefs of smaller, fiscally responsible government. We knew that only a return to America’s founding principles would restore this great representative republic with a federal government bound to the limits set forth in the Constitution. 

We held strong then. We must hold even stronger now.  The Tea Party is not dead.  It will be the Tea Party and those that follow us that will save this country from itself.  This is our challenge. This is our time.  If not us, who? If not now, when?

As Ronald Reagan said, “Freedom is a fragile thing and is never more than one generation away from extinction.  It is not ours by inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people.  Those who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again.”

We will not be the generation that loses freedom in America. We must now redouble our efforts to bring sanity and responsibility back to government.  We must seek out and support true constitutional conservative candidates wherever we may find them whether they are in our home district or across the country and fully support them to propel them into office. 

We can do this. We owe it to our children and our children’s children. The Tea Party will be ones who lead the restoration of our country.  To paraphrase Shakespeare: We few, we happy few, we band of Patriots; For he today who stands with me shall be my brother.

America was never intended to have a professional political ruling class. But, that is exactly what we have now. Guys like Harry Reid, Dianne Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, and our other elected representatives have become so disconnected from We the People they feel exempt from the effects of the laws they pass. They believe they are above the law itself. You'll hear them speak of "the American people" as if we are a separate entity, distant and distinct from themselves. As they are sworn into office, over and over, they do take an oath to support and uphold the Constitution. But, that means nothing to them. If it did, the Constitutional merits of every piece of legislation would be debated even before they'd discuss the details of the bill itself. We all know that doesn't happen.

It time we have new leadership in Washington. We simply cannot afford to continue down this road to ruin as a nation.

I love this country. I want my children and yours to grow up proud to be Americans where they can achieve their highest aspirations and become their highest, best selves. I want an America that citizens of other countries long to come to because we are a beacon of Liberty across the globe, but they do so legally. Those who do cross our borders illegally are not rewarded with federal entitlements that our hard working citizens pay for.  There is so much more to being an American than just being in America.

I want an America where our kids receive a quality education that prepares them not for a standardized federal exam, but to succeed in life. In our schools, parents and teachers together determine the course of their teaching not unelected bureaucrats in Washington. There is no provision in the Constitution for the federal government to be in charge of anyone’s education in the first place.

I will fight for an America that pays its bills, is fiscally responsible and adheres to the same economic principles as every American family has to. That is, that it can't spend more than it takes in and the American taxpayer isn't seen as the "piggybank" that can be tapped again and again to fund their liberal, progressive agenda.

My United States came with an owner's manual and it is called the Constitution. It is a document not to limit We the People, but to constrict the government's intrusion into our lives and to maximize our Liberty. We need to fight every day to ensure the government respects its sovereign masters, We the People, and adheres to its limits as set forth in the Constitution. Every bill proposed in Congress should have attached to it the provision in the Constitution that allows the federal government the power to act on that proposed legislation in the first place.

I believe we can have again a federal government that respects our individual rights and private property as set forth in the Bill of Rights.  These include our right to peaceably assemble, petition the government. The people should be respected as the sovereign masters of government when we do assemble, and not be confronted by mounted riot police complete with gas masks, batons and shields to intimidate 80 and 90 year old combat veterans in wheelchairs.

Americans have the right to possess firearms.  I am a gun owner and have no propensity to commit any violent crime. My firearms are to hunt, for sport and to protect my home, my life and my family.  The 2nd Amendment was included in the Bill of Rights, however, so Americans would always possess the capability to defend themselves against an oppressive government, or, if need be, overthrow it. A truly representative republic has nothing to fear from an armed populace.  Laws exist now to punish those who possess guns illegally and those who commit crimes with firearms. Those need to be enforced.  We do not need further laws to restrict the lawful ownership of firearms by law-abiding citizens.

We in the Tea Party have been demonized as “extremists,” and even “terrorists”.  Today we are being told by the main stream media that our movement is dead.  As you know, the Tea Party is not a political party. I am a lifelong registered Republican. I am also a Tea Party member. The Tea Party is not an organized force or political party.  It is an informal group of patriotic Americans connected by the idea that the government needs to control its spending, be fiscally responsible and accountable to We the People. I believe the government needs to control its spending and stop going into debt that we and our children will eventually have to repay.  America goes into debt at the rate of $50,000 a second, every second of every day. That is unsustainable and is not only a severe threat to our economy and our future but also to our national security.

Another threat to our economy and our national security is our failure to fully develop our domestic energy sources.  We have more natural sources of energy than the Middle East.  There is no reason for the United States to purchase oil from countries that not only do not like America, but actively support and fund our enemies. Developing domestic energy will bring energy independence, which brings independence from any influence from Middle Eastern countries while serving as the engine for economic recovery here at home.  This administration consistently shuts down or inhibits American energy development while supporting foreign sources. That has to be reversed.

I'm not an idealist. All of these proposals can be achieved. It just takes the right leadership in Washington. We have to find and support true Constitutional conservative candidates and fight to get them elected.  We have to do this for every level of government from your town hall to the capitol. The stakes have never been higher.  Our career politicians in Washington have become completely out of touch with the people they were hired to represent.  They argue and bicker with each other over the color of the drapes as the house burns down around them.

This is our challenge. This is our time.  If we don’t do this, who will? If not now, when?

I've been a leader throughout my entire career.  I've commanded two companies and a battalion in combat in Iraq. I'm very proud to say that I never lost of Soldier. Every one of the great Americans I had the honor to lead came home to their families with all their fingers and toes intact.  This is after hundreds of missions "outside the wire" doing reconnaissance, intelligence raids and patrols all over the country.  At one point I was in charge of over 1700 civilian and military subordinates. These included Americans, Iraqis, Turkish personnel and even a security company from Uganda.

I'm running for Congress in NY's 21st Congressional District.  Northern NY has suffered under liberal policies and agendas for years.  In my hometown of Ogdensburg, my father had two factories close underneath him, as did his brother in the Shade Roller factory next door.  We're still experiencing high unemployment, high taxes and essentially no economic growth.  When I left the military, I came home. I worked for St. Lawrence County as the Director of Emergency Services after my retirement from the Army.

While in service to the county as the Director of Emergency Services, I cut my budget by almost $200,000 in 18 months.  While at the same time I launched new initiatives to improve public safety and emergency communications for our over 2100 volunteer firefighters and EMTs.  I don't just talk about fiscal responsibility and cutting government spending, I've done it. I'll do it again as your Congressman in Washington.

My legislative experience will be put to work in Washington as well.  I've drafted resolutions and pushed them through legislatures. I've sat on and appeared before legislative committees and have had to reach across the aisle to come to bipartisan consensus to get things done. This isn't political theory to me. To stop and contemplate this reality; the Democratic Party with this simple foundation advances the communist ideology; ‘all men are victims?’ This accomplished with passing legislation and laws that insure and perpetuate the simple communist ideology by design that; ‘all men are—by the actions of the government guaranteed to remain and continue being—victims!’ 

It is beyond comprehension that using the same words, by application, results in achieving the exact dichotomy. To identify man as victim—then advance the perpetuation of legislation—insuring that man is victim, is so illogical and irrational it is a wonder it is so successful.

That it does work is a wonder. Yet the fact that in our society it is successful; is perhaps this is the more important question? Is not the reality, the fact that the ideology of communism— proven throughout the empirical history of man; nothing but a colossal failure— in in some either dope induced stupor, or advanced the success of learning ignorance beyond reason, is now accepted?

In each case, the results are obvious. Today the advancement of communism is accelerating unobstructed as the nihilism of this present administration is in compliance so exactly with the template of Lenin’s destruction of Russia, one can only hypothesize that Lenin’s design is on the bed stand besides our president’s copy of Marx’s ‘Communist Manifesto.’ For by just cognitive acknowledgement of the actions—the proof, that our current administration and a compliant congress, Supreme Court, and bureaucracy…are all assisting in this nihilism of the American nation, the United States…‘fundamentally transforming’ our exceptional miracle and wonder of the philosophical idealism of this nation. 

In the experience of watching the destruction of this nation—by this advancement of the dementia of communism—one thing stands out as the obvious icon in identification of this sociological, psychotic, ideology. It is so simple that every America should be able to identify this psychosis, this total rejection of all society of mankind, from their own life’s experience. The simplest identifier of communism by my definition is; ‘I’d rather steal from the efforts of others, through the legislation of government, than be responsible for providing anything—even my own sustenance.’ While willing to accept and be content renouncing their position as an entity of the species homo sapient. They reject not only a creator; but by doing so reject that, man has enumerated rights or responsibilities, refuting the free will of man. They dismiss even the rudimentary concept of accepting or advocating thinking, accepting slavery, while content to be but, as animals; chattel to be herded and moved, controlled and dominated by the totalitarian sovereignty, the whim of government’s design.

In the study of this psychotic dementia of psychosis, there seems to be a single similarity of all who ‘believe’ and advocate such. They accept theft. They also have no problem, as recipients of stolen property, accepting this theft; for their benefit. If we study the men who advocated this demented ideology, it’s interesting they all have an identifiable similarity. There is not one person who has advanced the ideology of communism who has worked providing anything but social disorder to society. None worked, the closest association was that of Marx, who lived off the enterprise of Engels, without whose altruism, the design of those who wish to be supported from those who work, would have died as all vagrant dopers, and drunks in English society. The world would have none of the psychosis of Marx, the dementia of communism, and the advancement of legislated theft by government.     

There is an equally interesting theorem, or hypothesis one by not research, not by study, or reasoning, just by observation; can conclude. The reality of bureaucracy and of government legislation is that no matter what the objective in the legislative process they create; the results are more problems than originally existed. Thus requiring yet, more and more legislation to correct the unintended consequences not foreseen. The inevitable result, more legislation, leading to the only thing that any legislation has ever created, more problems. Then what required? It requires more legislation, under the guise of unintended consequences, to create more, more and even more legislation of irrational, illogical, ill prepared, legislation leading to even more, and even more beyond that of new legislation. The end result; you guessed it, more legislation to correct whatever the latest catastrophe created by government intrusion into more and more of our society leaving nothing untouched!

This nation is inundated by the propaganda of such irrational, illogical, and insane indoctrination that we have rejected and refute thought and intellect in our decisions, our actions, and even our daily existence. A nation that is so lost, without foundation, wandering without direction, as it is being coerced toward its nihilistic destruction. While the citizens, of this nation of wonder are oblivious of the event, unbeknown that every action, every piece of legislation since the Tyranny of Abraham Lincoln, the insanity of Franklin Roosevelt, the vicious and vindictive advancement of our current nihilistic president and his absolute destruction, the ‘fundamental transformation,’ of our nation is occurring.  

Yet, those who would destroy this nation are correct. It is that our citizens of this nation are victims. Sadly, it is not the victims they identify and use in their caustic patronization as the ploys, the reason, to advance their destruction that are truly the victims. The victims are the citizens of this nation who in abject ignorance, and with a willing suspension of disbelief, stand in silent ignorance, oblivious to the advancement of the destruction occurring to their society of wonder—the absolute miracle that is this nation.    

Don't be the " Mad At White Folks " Person is always my advice to American Black activists & concerned citizens, especially in the wake of Nelson Mandela's death.

This advice is by no means suggesting passive acceptance of bias nor abuse. It is strongly suggesting that being the perpetual " Mad At White Folks " person alienates you, not only from them, but often from fellow Blacks who grow tired of the non-stop tirade. Such antics allow critics to paint you into a corner from which the truth you speak rarely emerges.

A toxic past like ours regarding racism can poison those committed to ending its after effects if they don't put it in perspective.

"Perspective" in this instance doesn't mean glossing over racism, quite the contrary. It does mean not fixating on it to the extent one becomes what I call, " professionally angry " at every slight, real or imagined.

Professionally angry Black folks get so shrill and frustrated at being ignored that they often end up literally talking to themselves or worse, creating disturbances in order to be recognized. Unkind comments mount about Mandela but shouldn't overshadow acknowledging a global outpouring of admiration, particularly by Black folks whose fuses burn too fast, too often.

Inflaming already tense American race relations by being a proverbial " Mad At White Folks " person doesn't honor Mandela's legacy nor generally advance the Black community in these trying times!

Being the " Mad At White Folks " person can literally drive sufferers mad long before getting any changes done to society!

Police Officer arrested for wearing mask at Anti-Obamacare Rally – Photo Credit Flickr

Has America entered the new age when even the police are not safe from being suspect because they do not support Barack Obama as president?  This seems to be the case for a Florida police officer who was off duty and just happens to be black and attending an Anti-Obamacare rally, according to the Raw Story.

Police officer Ericson Harrell wore his Guy Fawkes’ mask proudly as a “symbol of protest.”  Yet as he stood at the rally exercising his First Amendment right of Freedom of Speech, a police officer approached him and begged to differ. She ordered Harrell to remove his mask and told him he was in violation of the law.

 

The law that the officer claimed Harrell was in violation of dates back to the 1950’s civil rights era when the Ku Klux Klan used their robes and hidden faces to intimidate minorities.  But Harrell tried to educate the officer that he and other were acting peacefully and was “just standing on the side of the road trying to express their first amendment rights.”

Many of our readers are aware of our battle with the IRS as a conservative author, not unlike the Conservative organizations that were targeted by the IRS for political purposes and from all appearances that targeting came at the direction of the Obama White House in an illegal and corrupt move to control the outcome of the 2012 presidential election.

For the last three years we have fought with the IRS, one battle after another. We have won two of those battles and are reaching a climax with the third. They haven’t let up and they have literally barraged us with letters and demands from seven (7) different IRS offices: Holtsville, NY; Atlanta, GA; Memphis, TN; Ogden, UT, Kansas City, KS; Fresno, CA; and the last one from Cincinnati, OH, the very same office that targeted Conservatives before the 2012 election.

Finally, they sent us a letter dated November 15^th, giving us 30 days to pay up an illegal $10,000 penalty assessment, plus interest, or they will start seizing assets. In our response to the IRS we said this: “The IRS engages in collusion between multiple IRS offices and agents, in a pattern and premeditated strategy to confuse, abuse, harass and intimidate a taxpayer, with malice.” (see our letter below)

Ladies and gentlemen, we will not be bullied by an out-of-control government agency, including the IRS, and have issued them our own ultimatum with a “Notice of Intent To Sue the IRS.” In the hope that we will inspire others to take on the IRS, we have published our most recent letter to them that includes the “Notice to Sue.” It is published on our IRS information website on the following web page:

Agents from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) are using Google Maps as part of their tool kit to audit taxpayers and organizations, The Daily Caller has learned.

A redacted IRS letter dated Sept. 8, 2011 reveals that at least in one case the IRS’s examiners used photos of a property, obtained through Google Maps, as evidence to revoke the 501©(4) status of a homeowner’s association.

“The road consists of a two-mile loop around the inside of the property. It goes not have any sidewalks or bicycle lanes. The examining agent printed and copied a map from Google Maps (www.google.com) into this report,” states the letter.

501©4 is a tax-exempt status that includes certain “social welfare organizations,” “local associations of employees,” “homeowners associations,” “volunteer fire companies,” and certain lobbying organizations.

The IRS became mired in scandal in May 2013 after a report by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration found that IRS staffers had singled out tea party groups seeking 501©(4) tax-exempt status for extra scrutiny.

The agency did not return The Daily Caller’s request for comment for this report.

I'm as big an Obama basher as anyone but, in this case....

Everyone wants renewable "clean" energy and no one wants to kill birds, especially  bald eagles but, we can't have it both ways (read report below).  My 1st thought was this is just natural selection...God culling the birds too stupid to avoid the huge, easy to see and avoid, rotating things. Who knows, maybe these avians are flying drunk. If so, create THAAFI (Tree Huggers Against Avians Flying Impaired). Then I asked myself, what are these conservationists doing about birds hitting aircraft, ceiling fans or, windows? Knowing this country's idiotic way of solving things, I came up with some solutions

Here is some possible remedies:

1. Put big cages around the wind generators to keep the stupid birds from flying into the big spinney things.

2. Use drones to chase the dumbass birds away from the big spinney things.

3. Hire more Homeland Security to monitor bird movement and blow a big horn when one of the Libtard birds get within striking distance of the big spinney things.

4. Best option, let the conservationists figure out a plan on their own.

Wildlife conservationists are livid at the Obama administration’s approval of a new rule that extends wind farms leases up to 30 years. On Friday, wildlife protection groups decried the new regulation as a “stunningly bad move” that gives wind power companies the ability to kill eagles and other birds for the next 30 years. 

The Wildlife Society Bulletin approximates that 573,000 birds and 888,000 bats are killed by flying into wind turbines every year. National Audubon Society President David Yarnold expressed his anger over the Obama administration's new rule: "It's outrageous that the government is sanctioning the killing of America's symbol, the bald eagle."

Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell, however, argues that the new regulation is beneficial to wildlife and renewable energy development: “The changes in this permitting program will help the renewable energy industry and others develop projects that can operate in the longer term, while ensuring bald and golden eagles continue to thrive for generations." 

Moreover, Peter Kelley, VP of Public Affairs for the American Wind Energy Association, says that the new rule provides that wind energy companies must have accompanying wildlife protection programs to ensure more eagles are not dying than expected. Kelley explained that the Dept. of Interior demands they “document all of the different ways you'll preserve the eagles,” and that the companies will be reviewed every five years for compliance. Kelley also contends the real number one threat to eagles and wildlife is climate change.

But Michael Hutchins, national coordinator of the American Bird Conservancy, says that the five year reviews are "almost exclusively on self-reporting by for-profit companies to tell them whether or not they've killed threatened or endangered species." Hutchins thinks that profit making energy companies may need more than a self monitoring safeguard: "President Reagan used to say, 'trust, but verify.' … This ruling sets up a system of permitting that allows, for the first time, the legal killing of bald and golden eagles. We think it's a bad idea." 

Hutchins added, "You can't call it green if it's killing hundreds of thousands of birds and bats annually and if it's killing large numbers of protected eagles.

Is this where society is headed where a guy should make certain the young woman he is going to have a mutual sexual encounter with needs to have a ‘Yes” text from her before they hook up?  Well, according to a former sports official at ESPN, it is better that young men like her son be safe than being innocently charged for rape. Roxanne Jones who was a vice president at ESPN and was founding editor of ESPN the Magazine felt her soon needed more than the 300 condoms she gave her son for protection, according to Penn Live.

Apparently this protective mom is not quite certain that her son will not become entangled in the wily ways of “Stupid Girls!”  Her focus is zeroed in on the “Party girls and the girls who thrive on attention,” said Penn Live. Roxanne Jones not only believes that these are the type of young girls who represent trouble but these they may also be the signature type young woman to entrap young men like her son.

But can this also be a protective shield for young woman who are being exposed to young men on a college campus who are “stupid guys?”  Campuses also have young men who thrive for more than attention for college women and are willing to use force to accomplish this?

Lot's of folks get easily misled these days, especially those nominal christians. Now, for those who are unknowing and not familiar with the term “nominal christian”, don't feel bad, because many folks these days aren't unfamiliar with the term either. Simply explained, “nominal christians” are those whom believe a different jesus, that is, a different jesus from that in the Christian Bible. There are plenty of those }different jesus” believers here in the USA so it comes at all no surprise to me and other Biblical Jesus followers to see the touts of folks posting news articles reporting news commentator Kirsten Powers as a “Christian.” Truth being (always truth told with facts to back it up in this weekly blog) told, Kirsten Powers is not a true follower of the Biblical Jesus and I want to explain to you why...

Now I know already and without ever being surprised by it, I will receive some hate mail on sharing this true information regarding Kirsten Powers and many others just like her here, but hey ! Before you get your computer keyboard all uptight and in a wad and ready to send off a “nasty gram” to me, let's take a look at what Kirsten Powers actually believes in compared to what the Bible says shall we ? Let's start here, in an interview recently with the Fox News Channel and Howard Kurtz doing the interviewing(http://foxnewsinsider.com/2013/12/01/kirsten-powers-opens-about-finding-christianity), This is where Kirsten Powers freely admitted her anti-biblical views and just how far she is from the Bible her beliefs really are. In that recent interview, she said(and I quote)“The media is not the most Christian friendly place in the world for the most part. At the same time, a lot of these Christians bring(persecution) it upon themselves.” During the interview, Powers made another clearly anti-Biblical Christian attack(regarding criticism and persecution against Biblical Christians) for declaring that the tragedy of 911 was “not God's judgment against America” and once again stated, “Christians bring (persecution) upon themselves for saying such untrue things”(http://www.christianpost.com/news/ex-democrat-kirsten-powers-says-partys-politics-was-her-religion-before-her-conversion-109885/).

Every real and Biblical Christian in America is well aware that America is currently suffering under God's judging hand for allowing, even endorsing sinful acts such as the 55 million(plus) babies murdered through abortion. Not only abortion, but also the allowance of homosexuality, other religions(foreign gods) being worshiped/allowed here, and all the other many sins alike as well. If you don't believe me, you're not alone but I would challenge you as I do many others to read Pastor Jonathan Cahn's Book,“The Harbinger” to see if I am indeed right or wrong. In fact, I highly suggest that you get hold of a copy of this book, like yesterday. I myself was blessed and fortunate to have been sent a copy of this book via a loyal reader of my weekly blog articles here. After reading the book, you'll definitely see all what I am saying here is indeed correct. What the loyal reader of mine had shared with me before sending on to me a copy of 'The harbinger” was the “similar warnings” as what I also had wrote in the past to our nation, as also what was written by Pastor Cahn in his book. So out of reading similar prophetic writings, my reader sent on to me the book(The Harbinger) to confirm what she and millions of other true followers of Jesus Christ know, and are seeing occur in our nation today because of-false jesus believers and their being deceived. Let me say this here and now to confirm what I'm saying all together and to get my point across to you; If a person, society or culture is so blind and ignorant to the fact that there is indeed a spiritual and real correlation between the allowance, the acceptance, even that of the turning a blind eye to what God Himself calls evil and then that of the result of an increase of devastation because of those acts or “allowances”(via God's own judging hand) then indeed, that “person, society or culture” is in big trouble and about to be erased. That's a fact.

Another fact, I have yet to hear or read from Kirsten Powers in her many recent commentary writings or on air(radio or television appearances) that she whole heartily rejects for any reason abortion(not just in certain cases). As well, and equally important facts are that, I know that Ms. Powers opposes “gay marriage” but does unbiblically, endorse “civil unions” for homosexual couples http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirsten_Powers.

Also, I have yet to read or hear her opposition towards feminism(or Machoism) in any sort of fashion as well. I ask you, How can anyone condone sin yet call themselves a believer and follower of Jesus Christ of the Bible ? Where does the Bible allow abortion, homosexuality or selfish acts such as in Feminism or Machosim ? Does not the Bible clearly say not to do partake in sin in Romans Chapter 6 ? This is a major issue, not just for me but for what God says He calls His own. I am well aware that some will here and without reading this entire article, will state that God will help Ms. Powers come to the realization some day of what sin is and she will change for the better at that point, that is, I mean- more Biblical in action and attitude. Perhaps that is so. However, no where in the Bible does anyone become “born-again”(John 3:3) “and go on sinning”(Hebrews 10:26). Not only “keep on sinning”, but endorsing sin as well ! I have never found anywhere in the Bible where true believers in Christ Jesus ever made a true conversion “over time” or while at the same time, ever endorsing sinful acts. In my own life and as well as all my brothers and sisters in Christ(around the world), we all rejected worldly ways in full on the day we surrendered our lives and hearts to Jesus Christ(of the Bible as it is written in many places in the New Testament including in that of in Luke 9:23.

In today's world and especially here in American culture, I can see how easy it would be for one to call them self a “christian” and keep on sinning, even endorsing sin and unbiblical acts. After all, with the likes of Benny Hinn, Joel Osteen, Crefol Dollar, TD Jakes, Rick Warren and so very more like them on the television and other media airwaves these days, it would be very easily to be fooled by their “doctrines of demons”, as the Bible points to their teachings as. “Easy christianity” is also what I refer to it sometimes. There is no holiness needed in those non-biblical “christian” belief system,. nor in need to follow what the Bible teaches. In all what I've shared here, I don't want anyone to believe that we are at all saved by, or through “works” in fact, the Bible is clear we are not. However, what many nominal christians(there's that phrase again) believe in is, are matters outside the Bible and holiness is not included in their vocabulary. These folks want to fit in with the “world”, so they will call themselves “christians” and sound, look, feel, taste like the world to those who fit in the world(non-Christians). Oh, yes these folks like Kirsten Powers will say things like “jesus loves you” and yes, I'm very sure that Kirsten Powers' jesus loves you, and will accept your ways no matter what you believe in whether the Bible call those beliefs sinful or not. If you are a homosexual, “It's “A-OK” as long as you don't get married according the Kirsten Powers. By her jesus, sin apparently is no problem.... It sounds as if she is saying like so many other nominal christians also say today, “my jesus loves you just the way you are.” “Repentance ?, um.... what's that ?...we believe in jesus here.” Note the small letter “j” for the unbiblical “jesus” they believe in.

The world is full of false Jesus of the Bible-converts. Secular celebrities, musicians, actors and the rest. We've seen them all come and go... everyone from Bob Dylan to Charlie Sheen. It's really a fad for many of them until they meet the real Jesus Christ of the Bible, then as the parable of the reaper and sewer that Jesus taught us(Luke Chapter 8) declares; many simply jjust “die” off or “wither away” when they must make a choice to follow the real Jesus or not. So for Kirsten Powers, her christianity may just be a fad, I'm not sure, but I do know this for sure, her jesus certainly is not Biblical. What can we do for Kirsten to help her know the true Biblical Jesus Christ, you know---the one who died on the cross and shed His blood for the remission of all our sins and told all to “follow me” ? Well, first, pray for her salvation through the Biblical Jesus. As well, and soon after, write her a letter explaining how Jesus of the Bible views her wrong-held religious beliefs, give her Bible Scriptures such as I have done here in this article to back it all up. Let her also know at the end of the letter that you care about her and are telling her these things outta love and concern for her soul. She would probably appreciate that. After you're done with the task of helping her, I have one more suggestion for you... there are millions of other nominal christians just like Kirsten Powers also here in America that need to know Jesus of the Bible as well.
