But there was a major hurdle that had to be overcome - the U.S. Constitution, in this case, Article II - Section I - Clause V specifically, which requires that "no person except a natural-born citizen of the United States" can hold the office of President. - Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States...and may not even be a legal citizen of the United States. So, how can he be President?

Thank you for your speedy response to my recent correspondence regarding the “The Greatest Fraud Perpetrated in American History!” and for providing me with the White House’s pdf copy of President Obama’s long-form birth certificate, which is include below:

By now you are probably aware that President Obama’s recently released “Certificate of Live Birth”, which you provided to me above has been found to be fraudulent by an international expert on scanners and document-imaging software and he has recently filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI to that effect.

For your information, I have included some information regarding subject criminal complaint below:

On or about May 31, 2011, Mr. Doug Vogt, an international expert on scanners and document-imaging software filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI charging that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House, on or about April 27, 2011, is criminally fraudulent.

Background on Mr. Doug Vogt:

Since 1993, Vogt has owned Archive Index Systems Inc., in Bellevue, Wash., a company that sells a wide variety of document scanners worldwide and develops document-imaging software.

Before that, Vogt owned Nova Typesetting for 11 years.

Mr. Vogt stated the following in the Criminal Complaint:

“What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department,” Doug Vogt writes, “but this form is a created forgery.” 

Mr. Vogt’s criminal complaint asserted: 

“I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense.”

“It is a logical conclusion,” he says, “that since President Barack Obama felt it necessary to have a Certificate of Live Birth forged for himself then we must conclude that there is in fact no birth certificate in Hawaii and therefore he was not born inside the United States, as the Constitution requires, and he knew it and others also knew it but wanted him in office for whatever reason.”

When the Obama birth certificate “forgery” comes to the public’s attention, Vogt continues, “It will surpass all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration.”

On or about January 20, 2011, Mr. Adams, a former Hawaii elections clerk signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.

On or about June 13, 2011, Retired Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, stated that the “Certificate of Live Birth” released, on or about April 27, 2011, by the White House as “proof positive” of President Obama’s Hawaiian birth is a forgery, but the FBI is covering the fraud and no one in Congress is willing to tackle the situation because of fears of a “black backlash”if the failings of the nation’s first black president are revealed. “Retired Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, the chief of Stand Up America, a national security expert and Fox News contributor, says the “Certificate of Live Birth” released in April by the White House as “proof positive” of President Obama’s Hawaiian birth is a forgery, but the FBI is covering the fraud and no one in Congress is willing to tackle the situation because of fears of a “black backlash” if the failings of the nation’s first black president are revealed.

In an interview today with Greg Corombos for WND, Vallely, who previously has expressed concerns about whether the Obama administration is in violation of the U.S. Constitution, said, “His actual birth certificate has never been found in Hawaii nor released from Hawaii hospital there, Kapiolani hospital there, if it in fact did exist.”

“We’ve had three CIA agents, retired, and some of their analytical associates look at it, and all came to the same conclusion, that even the long-form was a forged document,” Vallely said.

“No members of Congress will take this on. The word I get out of Washington is that they don’t want to challenge this because it would be in fact a felony offense and in some cases may be even treasonous and [they are] afraid of a black backlash from some of the urban areas,” Vallely said.

“But that’s a very poor excuse for not taking necessary steps to make sure this president in fact is a legitimate president under Article 2 and he is a born U.S. citizen.”

The departments of government designed to uncover wrongdoing, in this case, are on the wrong side, he said.

“I think they’re (the FBI) covering for this administration. I think the corruption within this administration is so proliferated through the agencies of government now, we’re just in a bad situation here. I think the lack of confidence in our government is growing and many feel that not only all the members of Congress but even our courts are corrupted at this time,” he said.

The questions over Obama’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office under the requirements in the Constitution that call for a “natural born citizen” have been raised since before he was elected.

Numerous lawsuits have been filed and challenges organized but none have uncovered Obama’s documentation. For most of the past few years, his supporters relied on an online image of a Hawaiian short-form “Certification of Live Birth” as proof of his Hawaiian birth, claiming it was the only documentation available from the state.

However, just as the New York Times best-seller, “Where’s the Birth Certificate: The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President,” by Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., was about to be released, Obama dispatched a private attorney to Hawaii to fetch the supposed long-form “Certificate of Live Birth” and explained that the record now would include  the full documentation available from Hawaii.

The original hard-copy birth document, whatever it actually is, has never been seen by the public.

Corsi told WND, “The list is growing of those openly acknowledging the Obama long-form birth certificate released by the White House on April 27 is a forgery.

“That former CIA agents are beginning to weigh in on the White House forgery is important. Too many experts remain afraid to speak out about what is an obvious forgery, fearful that openly speaking out against Obama will hurt their income. That Gen. Vallely has now spoken out shows the cracks are widening around the White House façade that the Obama birth certificate is a legitimate document.”

He said, “Vallely is right in saying that millions of Americans are still trying to find out who Barack Obama is.

“The cover-up in Hawaii is still continuing. Every professional forensic document examiner knows the best evidence of the Obama long-form birth certificate is not the electronic Adobe file released on the White House website, but the original document the Hawaii DOH is still hiding in its vault, unwilling to let the public see it with their own eyes. Why won’t the White House allow a team of independent professional forensic document examiners inspect and authenticate the original birth certificate document? It makes no sense — unless of course there is no long-form birth certificate in the Hawaii DOH vault.”

When Obama released the purported long-form certificate, officials in the Hawaii Department of Health and governor’s office refused to simply confirm to WND that the image being presented by Obama was an accurate representation of the records maintained by the state.

Vallely said the document should “thoroughly be analyzed by resident FBI officials and analysts to determine if in fact and validate whether it’s forged or real.”

“One of the apparent flaws in that document was they listed Kenya as the place of birth of Obama’s father, but Kenya was not an established country at that time,” he noted.

“There’s still a lot of controversy about it, and some of us would just like to have this thing clearly authenticated.”

He also cited one of the many issues raised by document experts who have challenged the “birth certificate’s” authenticity – the layering in the Adobe computer file.

And Vallely said he knows some would not be satisfied with anything the Obama administration would release, which is a problem, in itself, for the White House.

“That’s true, because they don’t believe he is eligible. You have a fairly growing contingent out there.”

Vallely also made similar statements in an online radio program in which he supported Lakin, the Army doctor who refused orders because neither the military nor the White House would document Obama’s eligibility. He spent five months in Fort Leavenworth and only recently was released. His comments start at about 3:30 of the YouTube video:

There, Vallely said, “Obama’s birth certificate – I’ve had retired CIA agents and other investigators go over the birth certificate that was produced and by far, 10 out of 10 have said it’s a forgery. So we still have that corruptness going on in the White House. There’s a great number of organizations and people still trying to find out who Barack Obama is, where he was born, what his legitimacy is as president of the United States. We know for sure that the Constitution has been violated in Article 2, particularly when you look at the natural-born status.”

Only one day earlier, officials in the state of Hawaii claimed that the original of the Obama ‘birth certificate’ document – the document posted online by the White House – remains “confidential” and cannot be produced in response to a subpoena in a lawsuit over Obama’s legitimacy.

The image released by Obama has been challenged by a number of document imaging analysts as a fraud, and it doesn’t align with descriptions of it by Obama supporters.

For instance, two weeks before Obama finally released his “long-form birth certificate,” Hawaii’s former Health Department chief Chiyome Fukino – the one official who claimed to have examined the original birth document under lock and key in Hawaii – was interviewed by NBC News’ national investigative correspondent Michael Isikoff, who reported that Fukino told him she had seen the original birth certificate and that it was “half typed and half handwritten.”

However, the document released by the White House was entirely typed. Only the signatures and two dates at the very bottom were “handwritten.” What Fukino described apparently is a different document from what Obama released to the public.”

“This is the third and last of three articles explaining the criminal complaint that scanner expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.

NEW YORK – The White House’s release of an electronic copy of Obama’s long-form birth certificate instead of a certified paper copy raises questions in a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI filed by an international expert in scanners and document-imaging software.

Doug Vogt’s complaint charges that individuals within the Hawaii Department of Health, Obama political operatives and an unidentified graphic artist worked in a multi-state conspiracy to create a fraudulent long-form birth certificate for Barack Obama.

Vogt’s complaint asserts: “I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs.”

He claims the long-form birth certificate the White House released April 27 as an electronic document in PDF format was forged from a composite of legitimate birth certificates obtained from the Hawaii DOH archives and manipulated to replace the original information with a fraudulent Obama birth record.

The birth certificate the White House released consists of an electronic file that when opened as a PDF file in Adobe Illustrator reveals nine different layers that corresponded to different sections of the form, including the signatures.

“I also opened up the White House PDF file in WordPad so I could see the codes and headers in the file. There I discovered the evidence for the nine layers embedded in the code,” Vogt writes. “The big surprise I discovered was that the file was finished or created on April 27, 2011, and the copy I had downloaded from the White House web site was modified on April 28, 2011, at 9:58 a.m., the day after the news conference.”

Vogt sees a discrepancy between the electronic PDF file released on the White House website and the White House-released correspondence with the Hawaii Department of Health, including a letter from DOH Director Loretta J. Fuddy, that clearly states she released in Hawaii to White House outside counsel Perkins Coie two certified copies of Obama’s original Certificate of Live Birth.

“The whole White House story that the President had his Seattle-based lawyer fly to Hawaii and pick up a signed and stamped paper Certificate of Live Birth and fly directly to Washington, D.C., is obviously not the document the public has been shown,” Vogt concludes.

“In other words the whole story is not true,” he said. “The Press Secretary proudly stated that he personally put up the PDF on the White House web site and that’s probably all they got, was the PDF by e-mail.”

Vogt also questions why the Obama birth certificate was shown by the White House as a positive document, black printing on a white background (covered by green hash-marked official Hawaii DOH document paper), while the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates from the same era were obviously archived as microfilm, with photostatic copies clearly showing the white printing on black background characteristic of positive copies made from records preserved on microfilm.

To make the point, Vogt displayed a TIFF image of the Obama birth certificate issued by the White House and the photo static copy issued to the Nordyke twins by the Hawaii DOH in 1966:

The White House has not explained how the copy of the Obama birth certificate released to the press in the White House press room was produced without the green hash-mark background that supposedly represented the document as officially issued by the Hawaii DOH.

The Hawaii DOH has refused to show the original document in its vault to the public, to compare with the White House-released versions. The agency also has not explained the apparent discrepancy of retaining Obama’s 1961 long-form birth certificate as a paper document, while the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates issued within days of Obama’s are maintained as microfilm records, not paper documents.

Multiple Layers:

Vogt notes that the multiple layers in the PDF file released by the White House have been widely demonstrated by various experts in numerous videos posted on Internet sites.

He provides a rebuttal to Jean-Claude Tremblay, a Canadian graphic artist who argued on the Fox News Channel on April 29 that the layers were a natural result of the Hawaii DOH scanning the original document while leaving OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software operative within the scanner.

Tremblay told Fox News that scanner OCR software tries to translate characters or words in a photograph into text, producing multiple layers in the resulting PDF file.

Tremblay further maintained that in the scanning process, layers were created when the OCR software was unable to separate text fully from background, resulting in the creation of a separate layer within the document.

Vogt charges that Tremblay “knows nothing about OCR engines and how they work and their file structure.”

Vogt notes the Obama PDF birth certificate file was supposed to have come directly from the Hawaii DOH office.

He maintains that the Hawaii DOH would have absolutely no reason to use OCR features when making the scan, and if the Hawaii DOH were asked to give the White House a PDF image, “it would be from their existing TIFF image stored in their document imaging program on the server.”

“My qualifications on OCR programs are considerable,” Vogt asserts.

He provides the following technical explanation:

“Our own document imaging program, TheRepository, has an OCR option from Expervision that is called TypeReader. We integrated TypeReader into our program but to do this we had to sign a non-disclosure statement with them and then we got their Took Kit and API. When an OCR program saves a file as a searchable PDF, the file contains three main files within it. The first file is an image file, usually a compressed Group4 TIFF. The second file is a ASCII text file and the last file is a matrix file that contains the X and Y coordinates of all the words in the document. The Starting point for the image file and the matrix file is usually the upper left hand corner of the image measured in pixels. The text file and matrix files would never be seen as separate layers and there is certainly no nine layers. The three files would be in a PDF ‘wrapper’ and that’s all. All OCR programs work on the same principle.”

Put simply, Vogt explains, OCR technology is typically used to read into a word processing program text from a typed or printed document that is translated into electronic format by a scanner.

If the Hawaii DOH produced the PDF file for the White House, a flat TIFF image would have been sufficient, as the Hawaii DOH had no reason to think the White House or U.S. citizens would manipulate the document in a word processer, either before or after the document had been released.

Instead, Vogt asserts, the White House released, perhaps by mistake, a nine-layer Adobe Illustrator file that had been used to forge the document.

“WASHINGTON — The White House is telling Congress that President Obama has the legal authority to continue American participation in the NATO-led air war in Libya, even though lawmakers have not authorized it.

In a broader package of materials the Obama administration is sending to Congress on Wednesday defending its Libya policy, the White House, for the first time, offers lawmakers and the public an argument for why Mr. Obama has not been violating the War Powers Resolution since May 20.

On that day, the Vietnam-era law’s 60-day deadline for terminating unauthorized hostilities appeared to pass. But the White House argued that the activities of United States military forces in Libya do not amount to full-blown “hostilities” at the level necessary to involve the section of the War Powers Resolution that imposes the deadline.

“We are acting lawfully,” said Harold Koh, the State Department legal adviser, who expanded on the administration’s reasoning in a joint interview with White House Counsel Robert Bauer.

The two senior administration lawyers contended that American forces have not been in “hostilities” at least since April 7, when NATO took over leadership in maintaining a no-flight zone in Libya, and the United States took up what is mainly a supporting role — providing surveillance and refueling for allied warplanes — although unmanned dronesoperated by the United States periodically fire missiles as well.

They argued that United States forces are at little risk in the operation because there are no American troops on the ground and Libyan forces are unable to exchange meaningful fire with American forces. They said that there was little risk of the military mission escalating, because it is constrained by the United Nations Security Counsel resolution that authorized use of air power to defend civilians.

“We are not saying the president can take the country into war on his own,” Mr. Koh said. “We are not saying the War Powers Resolution is unconstitutional or should be scrapped, or that we can refuse to consult Congress. We are saying the limited nature of this particular mission is not the kind of ‘hostilities’ envisioned by the War Powers Resolution.”

The administration unveiled its argument at a time when members of Congress have shown increasing skepticism about the Libya operation. On June 3, the House of Representatives passed a resolution declaring that the mission had not been authorized.

On Wednesday, the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, Republican of Ohio, sent Mr. Obama a letter pointing out that even under a flexible interpretation of War Powers Resolution that would allow hostilities to last 90 days without Congressional authorization, Mr. Obama was out of time. Mr. Boehner demanded a legal explanation by Friday.

“Given the mission you have ordered to the U.S. Armed Forces with respect to Libya and the text of the War Powers Resolution, the House is left to conclude that you have made one of two determinations: either you have concluded the War Powers Resolution does not apply to the mission in Libya, or you have determined the War Powers Resolution is contrary to the Constitution,” Mr. Boehner wrote. “The House, and the American people whom we represent, deserve to know the determination you have made.”

It remains to be seen whether majorities in Congress will accept the administration’s argument, defusing the confrontation, or whether the White House’s response will instead fuel greater criticism. Either way, because the War Powers Resolution does not include a definition of “hostilities” and the Supreme Court has never ruled on the issue, the legal debate is likely to be resolved politically, said Rick Pildes, a New York University law professor.

“There is no clear legal answer,” he said. “The president is taking a position, so the question is whether Congress accepts that position, or doesn’t accept that position and wants to insist that the operation can’t continue without affirmative authorization from Congress.”

Ten members of Congress — led by Rep. Dennis Kucinich, Democrat of Ohio, and Rep. Walter Jones, Republican of North Carolina — filed a lawsuit on Weednesday asking a judge to order Mr. Obama to stop the air war. The suit asserts that the operation is illegal because Congress did not authorize it. That lawsuit faces steep challenges, however, because courts in the past have dismissed similar cases on technical grounds.

The administration had earlier argued that Mr. Obama could initiate the intervention in Libya on his own authority as commander-in-chief because it was not a “war” in the constitutional sense. It also released a memorandum by the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel agreeing that he could do so unilaterally because he anticipated that its nature, scope, and duration would be limited.

Since then, the conflict in Libya has dragged on longer than expected, and the goal of the NATO allies has all but openly shifted from merely defending civilians to forcing the Libyan dictator, Col. Muammar Qaddafi, from power. But Mr. Koh and Mr. Bauer said that while regime change in Libya may be a diplomatic goal, the military mission is separate, and remains limited to protecting civilians.

The administration legal team considered other approaches, including a proposal to stop the use of armed drones after May 20 in order to bolster the case that United States forces were no longer engaged in hostilities. But the White House ultimately decided not to make any changes in the military mission.

While many presidents have challenged the constitutionality of other aspects of the War Powers Resolution — which Congress enacted over President Nixon’s veto — no administration has said that the section imposing the 60-day clock was unconstitutional. In 1980,the Office of Legal Counsel concluded that it was within Congress’s constitutional power to enact such a limit on unauthorized hostilities.

Mr. Bauer and Mr. Koh said the 1980 memorandum remains in force, but that their legal argument does not invoke any constitutional challenge to the act.

It was not clear whether the Office of Legal Counsel has endorsed the White House’s interpretation of what “hostilities” means. Mr. Bauer declined to say whether the office had signed off on the theory, saying he would not discuss inter-agency deliberations.

Mr. Koh argued that the administration’s interpretation of the word was not unprecedented, noting that there have been previous disputes about whether the 60-day-clock portion of the War Powers Resolution applied to deployments where — unlike the Libya operation — there were troops on the ground and Americans suffered casualties.

Still, such previous cases typically involved peacekeeping missions in which the United States had been invited to take part, and there were only infrequent outbreaks of violence, like those in Lebanon, Somalia and Bosnia. Libya, by contrast, is an offensive mission involving sustained bombardment of a government’s forces.

The closest precedent was the NATO-led air war over Kosovo in 1999. In that case, the Clinton administration’s legal team characterized the campaign, which involved many piloted American warplanes, as “hostilities” even though there was little exchange of fire from Serb forces after their air defenses were destroyed and there were no United States casualties.

In Kosovo, however, Congress appropriated specific funds for the mission before 60 days had passed. The Clinton administration decided that by providing the money, Congress had satisfied the requirements of the War Powers Resolution.”

In America, you are innocent until proven guilty. It goes back to English common law.  It is fundamental to America’s law only in theory, not in practice.  “For the good of all” and the majority vote overrides fundamental law in today’s American courts. We are witness to the results, for instance, in Wisconsin where judges are remaking the law, of course “for the good of all.”     

For instance, if the IRS says you owe federal income tax, you are judged guilty until you prove yourself innocent in a court of law.  If you exist by the fruits of your own labor and the IRS says you owe $500 in federal income tax you have no choice but to pay it. The cost of taking your case to court would far exceed the $500 the IRS says you owe. No judge would award you the $10,000 in legal costs to prove that you did not owe the $500 in tax. If judges ruled that government paid all the costs of proving you did not owe the tax, the IRS would not make so many mistakes.  It is “for the good of all” that you pay a tax you don’t owe, but obviously not good for you.  Let’s think about that.  It is unconstitutional.

“For the good of all,” in the judgment of Nazi courts of law, German Jews were exterminated.  Chairman Mao, “for the good of all,” believed that China could afford to kill millions of Chinese.  It was “for the good of all” that the Founding Fathers allowed white people to own black slaves.  The Taney Court found that the escaped slave Dred Scott was owned, the same as a mule or a cow. Scott was returned to his master.  The decision sparked the Civil War. “For the good of all,” federal income tax can put a worker on the street. Government entitlement overrides the right to exist on the fruits of one’s own labor.  America’s courts refer to the policy as a “preferred freedom.”  “For the good of all,” you see, might makes right, which brings me to Jesus, who said, Blessed are they who do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

Because I believe in Jesus, might makes right does not apply to me.  The IRS called me a “Fifth Amendment freak.” Why?  I believed what the Constitution said.  Strangely, no judge backed me. The IRS ignored court orders—lawlessly confiscated my property.  The United States had been issuing reports to the press of what happens to tax protesters. They go to jail. I possessed irrefutable proof that the United States of America was lawless. The United States didn’t think about this. I went public with my court record. Our keepers of the law could not deny it. The IRS was forced to eat crow but nobody went to jail, “for the good of all.” But for believing in the Constitution—actually believing in myself—I’ve been empowered.  If you don’t believe me, you don’t believe Jesus, who said, Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.  

There is magic in the Constitution. Mysteriously, after I studied the Constitution, I felt a bigger than life calling, challenged the IRS—and beat them. Naturally, I felt empowered.

America became that greatest nation in history, and now, since watering down our basic law, we’re going bankrupt morally, spiritually, and fiscally.

Why was I picked?  The universe is nothing like people think. Without consciousness, nothing could exist. It has been proven in lab experiments.  We humans have the ability of making nature serve us, in fact to the extent that we’ve placed the material things we’ve created ahead of our reason for being. 

We are here with increasing purpose, but currently witness to the world we know going down the tube.  

Jesus’ prophecy is coming true. We are leaving the Age of Pisces, whose symbol is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions—entering the Age of Aquarius, whose symbol is the water-bearer.

The Tea Party wants constitutional government.  The Constitution supports self government, which means personal responsibility and self-reliance.  It means government is one’s servant, not one’s master. It means the individual is not government entitled to anything.  But it is foolish to believe government would ever give the individual back his personal responsibility and self-reliance, no matter who is elected.  

Why are so many Americans of the mindset that they could not make it on their own?  They are good people—good citizens—and don’t make waves. They do their thing and don’t complain.   Then there are the wolves in sheep’s clothing Jesus referred to, the “false prophets,” the “raving wolves.”  

We’re reminded that Jesus said to his disciples that before the cock crowed they would deny him three times.  Jesus came at the beginning of the Age of Pisces. The characteristics of Pisces: extremely responsive to others thoughts and feelings; unconsciously absorb the vogue; desperate to do the right thing; lacking in willpower; influenced by external factors; duality of emotions.  Jesus, who had ideas of his own, was crucified. Fits like a hand in a glove.

We are now at the dawn of the Age of Aquarius. The characteristics of Aquarius: determined and stubborn; annoyed by people who disagree; hate hypocrisy; operate as equals among equals; independent and self-reliant. 

The Age of Pisces has for its symbol two attached fish swimming in opposite directions.  Pisceans need to stand alone.  The Age of Aquarius has for its symbol the water-bearer.  We are entering an age of brotherhood and fraternity.  The water-bearer spills out spiritual energy.

Mysteriously, these astrological findings came long ago.   I’m Aquarius rising. In The Rising Sign, under Aquarius Rising, Jean Avery said, “He becomes the water-bearer by walking to the beat of a different drummer. He may be the person to bring back information that has been lost to civilization for centuries.”

Jean Avery says “the planet Uranus is on the ascendant of the chart of the United States. Freedom of speech and opportunity was the cornerstone of the Constitution.”  The planet Uranus is on the ascendant of my chart.  When Uranus had transited on my chart to a position opposed to itself, in my forties, that’s when I had my bigger than life calling.  That’s when my life drastically changed—and for the better.

I departed my old life in Texas on Good Friday, 1975, the day Jesus was hung from a cross. Sunday, the first day of my new life, was spent in Miami, Florida.   My first date with the love of my life was on May 18, 1980.  We hiked in the mountains near Mt. St. Helens, the day she erupted, symbolizing after the calamity hope and renewal.

Summarizing: born with Aquarius on the rise, believing in the Constitution and my God-given rights; departing on Good Friday, 1975  to make a new life; near Mt. St. Helens with my future wife on the day she erupted; we are entering the Age of Aquarius.

In my chart, Saturn is trine Pluto, the very best of alignments.  By the way, in the month and year that Barack Obama was elected president, November 2008, Saturn was square Pluto, the very worst of alignments.  This trine gives me the ability to understand the laws by which subtle forces are organized.  We are currently witnessing what Obama’s alignment gave us.  

My alignment gives me the ability to dig quantum physics. “It has only been with the advent of quantum theory that we have discovered proof that we exist as something more than pieces of matter.  In the development of quantum theory, the observer emerges as a co-equal in the foundry of creation.” Quantum physicist Evan Harris Walker. 

We now have proof that objective reality, as it has been conceived, is not reality at all. The observer interacts with matter.  Conscious awareness defines the observer. There is no limit.  Where is your mind?  There are immutable laws of motion and other laws that come from the state of consciousness and human will.  You exist in a state of mind. To understand the basics of quantum theory is to understand that it all leads to the fact that there has be a superconsciousness of the universe to which we are inextricably attached.  We humans, the only life form on the planet with the ability, have the power to receive or block awareness.

With Saturn trine Pluto in my chart, I’ve been able to make fundamental changes in my life and others lives.  After I studied the Constitution and had my bigger than life calling, I got on my path of destiny—learned our karmic mission. Through the cycles of our lives we learn and share a love for all. We can have reason to doubt, but the doubting Thomases are about to be left in a cloud of dust.  Welcome to the Age of Aquarius.

In the House is a bill that will be considered on the floor before the full house, in the next few days.  It is H.R. 1249 "America Invents Act", you can see it here http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h112-1249 , Although introduced by Republican Lamar Smith (TX) and some provisions may be worthwhile, the net outcome of the bill with its provision to change Patent office registering of patents from "First to Invent" to "First to File" would undermine the protections given to inventors in the Constitution.  It would in practice be more like "First to Steal" a patent.  The real danger is the risk of American Intellectual property, being stolen by the likes of multi-national corporations in China and other countries. 

An argument is made that it would put us more in line with the patent rules of other countries, but then who in America really cares.  It is our empowering of the people that has made us so prosperous, this is not the time to allow another blow against the Constitution and our rights, for the sake of being like others.  We started out different!!

Today, Reps. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) and Marcy Kaptur (D-OH) expressed their opposition to H.R. 1249, the America Invents Act, citing constitutional concerns and listing several provisions they consider detrimental to American innovation and harm the average inventors ability to secure patents. The lawmakers were joined by two former House Judiciary Committee Chairmen, Reps. John Conyers (D-MI) and Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI) to unveil a letter signed by 50 bipartisan Members, addressed to the House Rules Committee, requesting time for the constitutionality of the bill to be adequately debated.

“If H.R. 1249 is passed into law, we will have weaker protections for our inventors and we can expect American innovation to be easily stolen not only domestically but by foreign entities overseas,” said Rohrabacher. “Perhaps the worst aspect of this bill, that hurts the American people the most, is the harmonization of our laws with those internationally in terms of the fundamental way we issue patents.

“The bottom line is this,” Rohrabacher stated. “In our Constitution, the words make it very clear that the original inventor should be the one who receives the patent, not the global standard of whoever files first. That would be very damaging to American innovators and would change the way we do business.”

According to the House Committee on Rules, if a threshold of 50 Member signatures is reached “in a letter addressed to the Chair of the Committee on Rules requesting a separate period of debate to discuss the constitutionality of a measure considered under a rule, the Chair shall include such a period of separate debate, not to exceed 20 minutes, evenly divided and controlled between a Member specified in the letter and a Member defending the committee position.”

Reps. Rohrabacher and Kaptur also called for H.R. 1249 to be rejected outright by the House of Representatives and replaced with a bill that straightens out the current mess of backlogs, delays, and inadequate funding at the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Lawmakers expressed concerns that several of the bill’s provisions are not only unconstitutional, but a “jobs-killer” that harms the main source of new jobs in the economy, small businesses and start-ups. In its current form, H.R. 1249 greatly increases costs on the “little guy” inventors seeking patents making it a cost prohibitive venture in many cases and increases the likelihood any patents that are granted will be infringed upon and subsequently tied up for years in the bureaucracy under the new procedures.

In addition to Reps. Rohrabacher (R-CA), Kaptur (D-OH), Conyers (D-MI), Sensenbrenner (R-WI) and Manzullo (R-IL), Kevin Kearns from the U.S. Business and Industry Council, patent expert David Boundy, and constitutional scholars Jonathan Massey and Adam Mossoff, also participated in the press conference.

H.R. 1249 is expected to be brought for a vote later this month.  Thank You!

“I’m ignoring Janet Napolitano’s idiotic statement that there’s no logic in profiling Muslim men under the age of 35. There have been plenty of news stories and videos covering that. My issue is that not only does the head of the United States of America’s Homeland Security not know who the enemy is, but she doesn’t even understand that a Muslim and someone practicing Islam are one and the same. Oh brother. What intelligence we have.

Is it any wonder there is such an uproar over Napolitano’s TSA? How can the TSA be competent if they don’t know who the terrorists are? Who are they even looking for?

Here’s the transcript of her statement:

“You’re not using good logic there. You’ve got to use actual intelligence that you received. And, so, you might — all you’ve given me is a kind of status. You have not given me a technique for tactic or behavior. Something that would suggest somebody is not Muslim, but Islamic, that has actually moved into the category of violent extremists,” Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said at a forum on U.S. security and preventing terrorist attacks.

“We have ways to make some of those cuts. And they involve the intel that comes in, the analysis that goes on. For example, we often times, for travelers entering the United States, we won’t not do what is called a secondary inspection just because they are a 35-year- old male who appears to be Muslim, whatever that means. But we know from intelligence that if they have a certain travel pattern over a certain period of time, that should cause us to ask some more significant questions than if we don’t.” (from Real Clear Politics)

Pretty bad how these individuals operating such astute web sites play games of such a selfishness. That I guess is their power grid of being Control Freaks. Bummer. Back in the day, no one would run amock with the system, for if they did they were subsequently arrested. But, now, they have hemorhoidal infarctions over the idea that millions of Americans are enjoying themselves within the crux of these medium.

They'll blame it on Sun Spots, Congress, noisy neighbors, just to shift the all watching eyes of their clientele away from the real deal behind the scenes.

This may be a some sorted rant in the eyes of some, a revelation to others, but it is a sincere calling out to these individuals running these services to knock it off with their Control Freakazoid mentality. Its bad enough that our Govt wants to play Home Owners Association Politics, Lording all things over our heads, just because they think that we shouldn't be allowed to have as much fun as they do.

So sad, the fact that they have such a stuffed shirt way of accessing things. Trying to dictate imorallity in their ways a behaviors of attempting to call it a moral value.

“As the U.S. economy collapses, the thin veneer of civilization that we all take for granted is going to begin to disappear.  In fact, there are already an increasing number of signs that the collapse of society is accelerating.  In cities such as Chicago, roving packs of young people are “mob robbing” local businesses, randomly assaulting tourists and shoppers and are even pulling people out of vehicles.  This isn’t just happening in the “bad areas” anymore.

Over the past couple of months this type of crime has been common in some of the wealthiest areas of Chicago.  In fact, many Chicago residents are now referring to “the Magnificent Mile” as “the Mug Mile”. 

But it isn’t just in Chicago that this is happening.  During this past Memorial Day weekend, cities all over the United States experienced a stunning wave of mass violence.  We are supposed to be an “example” for the rest of the world, but as our economic wealth crumbles we are witnessing the collapse of society all around us. 

So what is going to happen when the economy gets even worse?

The United States used to be a fairly civilized society.  But now very few people seem to care how they treat others.  That is even the case with our own government.  As you will see below, the government is now sending SWAT teams in and dragging people out of their homes over unpaid student loans.

So if the government is going to be so brutal, what kind of message does that send to our young people?

Today our young people are facing a future that looks incredibly bleak.  It is hard to have faith in the “system” when the“system” simply does not work any longer.

What are you supposed to say to a young person when you know very well that there are no jobs and that there is very little hope?

Most Americans don’t understand what is causing the collapse of the economy, but most of them do have a sinking feeling that something has seriously gone wrong.

For the last few years the American people have waited patiently for our politicians to “fix things”, but they have not gotten the job done.

Instead, our economic situation is still declining. So now frustration is starting to boil over, and it is only going to get worse.

The following are 18 signs that the collapse of society is accelerating....

#1  In a brand new article, Janet Tavakoli has vividly described the wave of shocking violence that is currently sweeping the city of Chicago.  What she says is happening to Chicago right now is beyond alarming....

This year, all hell has broken loose in downtown Chicago. Years of under-hiring have resulted in a police force that is unprepared for wildings and gang violence. Moreover, concealed carry in Chicago is illegal, unless one follows the Constitution.

Tourists and residents have been attacked by mobs of youths on buses, on beaches, on bicycle paths, near the shops of the Magnificent Mile, and outside their homes. Mobs of shoplifters plagued “Mug Mile” stores.

Terror has descended on many of the wealthiest areas of Chicago.  Some are even calling on Chicago residents to completely avoid areas like the Magnificent Mile during the weekends until more police are brought in.

Mobs of young people are “swarming” retail stores, assaulting shoppers and pedestrians and even pulling people out of their cars.

The following is one eyewitness account of the “wildings” in Chicago that Tavakoli included in her recent article....

At about 11pm last Friday night, June 3^rd, I heard shouting, screaming, horns blaring and tires screeching from my apartment...When I looked out my window to the street below I saw a crowd of about 20 young people...directly across the street from the entrance to my building. They were leaning on parked cars and clogging the street. They were screaming at people walking and driving by. I watched them stop vehicles, including taxi cabs, and pull people from the vehicles...It was a frightening scene and I was sure someone was going to be hurt.

#2  If you don’t pay your student loans you may find yourself getting dragged out of your home by a SWAT team.

You doubt this?

The following is how an article in The Daily Mail recently described one recent SWAT team raid in California that was apparently ordered by the Department of Education....

A father was dragged from his home and handcuffed in front of his children by a SWAT team looking for his estranged wife - to collect her unpaid student loans.

A stunned Kenneth Wright had his front door kicked in by the raiding party at 6 am yesterday before being dragged onto his front porch, handcuffed and led to a police car with his three children.

He says he was then detained for six hours while officers looked for his wife - who no longer lives at the house.

#3  One town in Connecticut was forced to shut down a beautiful new fountain because too many people were using it as a toilet.

#4 This most recent Memorial Day weekend, cities all over America literally turned into war zones.  There were reports of mass violence in Miami, New York, Chicago, Charlotte, Myrtle Beach, Nashville and Boston among other places.

#5 One of the hottest books in America right now is a “children’s book” entitled “Go The F*k To Sleep”.

#6 A teenage girl in Washington state recently shot her Dad with a hunting bow because he took away her cell phone.

#7 In New York City, one 32-year-old man was recently charged with sexually assaulting an 85-year-old woman.

#8 Democratic strategist James Carville recently made national headlines when he told talk show host Don Imus the following....

“You know, look — this is a humanitarian — you know, you’re smart enough to see this . . . People, you know, if it continues, we’re going to start to see civil unrest in this country. I hate to say that, but I think it’s imminently possible.”

#9 According to one new study, the percentage of U.S. households that contain a married couple with children has fallen from 44.3% in 1960 to 20.2% today.

#10 In Atlanta, two dozen teens recently violently assaulted two Delta flight attendants on a train for no apparent reason.  The following is how a local Atlanta newspaper described the attacks....

Their “Clockwork Orange” style blitz was over soon after it began. The teens boarded the train, headed to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, at the Garnett station a little after midnight seemingly intent on instilling fear. They succeeded.

“There was blood everywhere, people were hollering and screaming,” a witness told Channel 2 Action News. “We were intimidated. People were terrified. People were trying to run. But there was nowhere to run.”

#11 Federal prosecutors in Indianapolis have announced that they have broken up one of the largest child pornography rings ever discovered.  It was based in Bloomington, Indiana.

Are any small towns still safe?

#12 Barack Obama’s food safety chief is defending armed raids of raw milk producers (including a raid on an Amish farmer) and he says that the FDA will “keep doing our public health job”.

#13 In Florida, a 45-year-old Polk County sheriff’s deputy has been charged with strapping children to a desk and spanking them with sex toys.

#14 In Sioux City, Iowa a 41 year old man recently walked into the office where his boss worked and beat the living daylights out of him.  The boss suffered four chipped teeth and needed surgery to repair his nose.  Apparently the boss was planning to fire the man.

#15 A 20-year-old woman in Oklahoma has been charged with killing the family cat and using the blood as part of a costume she planned to wear to a Lady Gaga concert.

#16 McDonald’s recently held a “National Hiring Day” and about a million Americans showed up to apply for jobs at McDonald’s restaurants all around the nation.  Well, in Cleveland a horrible fight broke out between some girls and it ended up with three people being run over by a car.  You can view video of this incident right here.  Please do not watch the video if you are sensitive to graphic violence.

#17 All over the United States, vicious restaurant brawls have been erupting with alarming frequency and many of them are being posted up on YouTube for the world to see.  You can see one example of this phenomenon right here.

#18 From coast to coast, “mob robbing” has become a very disturbing trend.

So what is a “mob robbing”?

Well, basically dozens of young people storm into a store together, grab whatever they want, and storm back out again.

Recent examples of this have been caught on video in Washington D.C. and in Las Vegas.

So does anyone still doubt that we are starting to see the collapse of society?

Sadly, things are going to get a whole lot worse.

In response to a recent article entitled “The Coming Economic Hell For American Families”, a frequent commenter on my site known as “El Pollo De Oro” left the following comment about the collapse of society that is beginning to unfold....

“Yes, it’s going to be VERY violent in The Banana Republic of America. Carjacking, kidnapping, drug trafficking, armed robbery and murder for hire will be major growth industries in the BRA when millions of formerly middle class Americans, now the neo-poor/neo-peasants, become increasingly desperate. The horrifying violence in Mexico will become a fact of life on this side of the border, the brutal kidnappings of the Philippines and Papua New Guinea will plague the BRA as well. Formerly middle class Americans who find themselves living in shantytown slums won’t like their new accommodations, and many of them will turn to violent crime in the hope of improving their miserable circumstances.”

The truth is that about the only thing keeping our society together has been the unprecedented affluence that we have been enjoying over the past few decades.

Once that affluence is gone, the true character of the American people will come out, and we may not like what we see.

That is one reason why I pound on the economic crisis this nation is facing day after day.  Once our wealth is gone, there is going to be chaos in the streets of America.”

Personally I believe that part of the problem we face in this country is the motivation of our elected representatives. We have, for as long as I have been voting (40+ years) , been seeking term limits with no success. No surprise, most want to preserve their career first and foremost.

I believe the best thing the Tea Party could do is help to achieve term limits through a "Endorsement Contract" with candidates for office. The contract would state that the prospective candidate would agree to serve no more than 2 consecutive terms. Incumbents would agree to one additional term beyond their current term(s).

If they cannot agree to this I would urge the Tea Party to withhold endorsement. Our representatives will need to make some of the toughest decisions in this countries history in the coming years, we cannot afford to have indebted representatives with only their next election on their minds. An effective representative will need to make decisions that will make some angry if we are to get back on track.
