The Phoenix was a legendary bird that after five or six centuries immolated itself on a pyre and then from the ashes to begin a new cycle of years, an emblem of immortality or of reborn idealism or hope.

When radical Islam took down the World Trade Center, leaving thousands of Americans dead, in the Middle East, thousands danced in the streets, the reason being that radical Islam thinks taking the world back to the year 600 A.D., when Islam was born, is what Allah wants.  It was by Allah’s hand, therefore, that America experienced her most brutal attack ever.

President Obama campaigned on the promise to transform America.  When it was planned to build a place to worship Allah near the hole in the ground radical Islam left, President Obama said the freedom of religion clause of the U. S. Constitution made it unlawful to deny permission. Obama’s  transformation of America  is hardly in support of the Constitution.  President Obama’s transformation apologizes for America’s ideas on freedom and supports Islam’s Sharia law. 

I wrote a blog on my Internet Web site entitled “The Meaning of the 9-11 Event.” A comment: “Finally, a blog that didn’t contradict itself.”

I wrote, “The 9-11 event could be the sign of the ending of the age of orthodoxy and control freaks, the beginning of an age of brotherhood, without government coercion, ‘that in retrospect may seem to have been marked by widespread indulgence, decadence, naïveté, denial, and inflation,’ wrote Richard Tarnas in Cosmos and Psyche, under World Wars, Cold War, and September 11.  Tarnas is a distinguished philosopher and cultural historian who demonstrates in his book the existence of an astonishingly consistent correspondence between planetary alignments and the archetypal patterns of human history.  It is amazing that people are not aware of the signs of the time.  By the way, Obama was elected president in November 2008.  Tarnas points out that in November 2008 Saturn and Pluto went into quadrature alignment, the very worst of alignments.  Coincidentally, many of us think Obama is the worst president America has ever had.  It all fits. He doesn’t know whether he is afoot or horseback.  Let’s talk about the weak-willed people of the Piscean nature who elected him.”

We are leaving the Age of Pisces, whose symbol is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions, telling us that the age  we are leaving can’t tell right from wrong.  That’s because it goes on external factors, not on the inner-self.

Jesus, who was born at the beginning of the Age of Pisces, who said, “in earth as it is in heaven” . . . “But seek ye first the kingdom of God” . . . there is a distinction.  In a footnote in my Scofield Reference Bible, “The errors of the Pharisees, Sadducees, and the Herodians, representatives of the outward show, the kingdom of God ‘comes not with outward show’ (Lk.17:20), but is chiefly ‘that which is inward and spiritual’ (Rom. 14:17), the kingdom of heaven is organic."

When interviewed, the survivors of the 9-11 event say they feel that they were spared for a purpose.  They have less trouble in accepting themselves as they are. They are more aware.  They have stronger spiritual values.  The 9-11 event represents the awakening from the long American sleep. Welcome to the Age of Aquarius, a time when people will accept others as equals, when we will be independent. We are at the dawn of an age of brotherhood and fraternity.

THERE ARE MANY WAYS THE RICH GET RICHER AND THE REST OF US KEEP ON PAYING.

ONE SUCH IUS THE PAYROLL TAX THAT REWARD THE WELL TO DO WITH HIGHER WAGES AND EXORBITANT BONUS",  IS SOCIAL SECURITY WHICH SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE IN TROUBLE.  THERE IS A CONTRIBUTION CAP ON WAGES AND BONUS' OF $106,800 AFTER WHICH NO SOCIAL SECURITY IS WITHELD OR MATCHED BY EMPLOYERS. THE USUAL WITHOLDING AND MATCHING FUNDS IS 6.2% OR 12..4% OF ELIGIBLE WAGES AND BONUS' HOW MUCH ADDITIONAL INCOME WOULD A ONE MILLION DOLLAR BONUS CREATE (12.4% OF 1,000,000 DOLLARS=$120,000)

MULTIPLY THE TOTAL OF SEVERAL MILLIONS OR MAYBE BILLIIONS OF WAGES AND BONUS' OVER 106,800.

THEN WE HAVE THOSE SUPER RICH WHO DO NOT TAKE WAGES OR BONUS' OUT OF THEIR BUSINESS OPERATIONS BUT HAVE OTHER WAYS OF REMOVING MILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM THOSE BUSINESS OPERATIONS WITHOUT CONTRIBUTING A PENNY TO SOCIAL SECURITY.

AND JUST THINK THE REST OF US ARE PAYING INTO THE SOCIAL SECURITY FUND ALL OUR LIVES .

REMUNATION IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO SOCIAL SECURITY. BENIFITS COULD BE PAID WITHOUT HAVING TO USE THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE COUNTRY. AND INCREASE THE REVENUE STREAM, WHICH THE DEMOCRATS ARE SO INTENT ON ACCOMPOLISHING.

PROBLEM- THIS WOULD HURT THE SACRED COW SOURCES OF CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS BUT WOULD BE PLACING THE WELFARE OF THE COUNTRY OVER THE URGENCY TO GET ELECTED

THE MOST LIBERAL NEWS NETWORK IN THER WORLD DID NOT SUCCEED IN THEIR OBVIOUS ATTEMPT TO DIVIDE AND CONQUER THE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES.  GOOD OL NEWT GINGRICH MADE SURE OF THAT HE TOOK THE LEAD IN TEAMSHIP AND THEY ALL HUNG TOGETHER IN THE GOAL TO MAKE SURE THAT OBOMA IS A ONE TERM FAILURE.  THE COMPETITION BETWEEN THE CANDIDATES WAS PRESENT BU THERE WAS NONE OF THE CHARACTER ASSINATION TYPE OF RHETERORIC THAT N B C WAS HOEPING FOR.

Hey Dr. Laurie, I'm not a pro but I can think. We're all created equal in that way.

Secretary of Homeland Defense Janet Napolitano, the leader of America’s collective effort to stop terrorist threats, as the United States approaches the tenth anniversary of 9-11, warns that it is more difficult to protect the American people because terrorism is becoming more the lone wolf.  A terrorist can rent a small plane, load it with explosives, kill a lot of people, get a lot of attention, thus to scare the world into submission.

President Obama doesn’t know whether he is afoot or horseback.  Congress is out to feather its own nest. Big labor has declared war on the Tea Party “sons-of-bitches.”  Congresswoman Maxine Waters tells the Tea Party to go to hell. Vice-President Joe Biden says the Tea Party is threatening laboring people’s existence. The Tea Party, the scapegoat, in Nazi Germany it was Jews. 

Without thinking through my plan, I ended on the rocks. I had planned to make videos of the places boat charterers go in the Virgins to sell to boat chartering companies.  Loaded with expensive video equipment, I cast off for the Virgins, and ended on the rocks.  I should have hired an experienced boat captain and sailed the route the pros take to the Virgins instead of the island hoping route I took. Live and learn.

What is needed is putting together the vast amount of the information available in a way that makes common sense. I’d lived an unusually active life, winning some of the battles, and losing some. At age 74 and retired, with nothing better to do with my time, in May 2001, I decided to write my memoirs.  Two years later I self published An Aquarian’s Bold Venture. My book was critiqued by a professional. I was advised that, besides badly needing editing, my book left great gaps. I was advised to completely overhaul the book. 

My book’s critique was most disappointing, but I didn’t give up. I spent the next five years trying to put the pieces together and started rewriting. After a few pages I gave up.  My ideas were too far-fetched to sell. On July 11, 2011, ten years after deciding to write my memoirs, and thinking every day about my life, I was informed that the UN, the US, the EU, and Russia, had agreed to decide the fate of Israel, without Israel’s participation. With powers that be who know only war as the solution, and America has not won a war since World War II, sadly, we are looking at a war to end all wars.  I decided it was time to rewrite my book. I can say now that I’ve got the pieces put together.

Rapid technological advances leaves the world preoccupied with materialism. With the world in political turmoil, with economies on the brink of collapse, with little sense of direction, empowered bullies having painted themselves into a corner, knowing nothing of the cure and now name calling, with great change inevitable, I promise that you will get a fresh voice in my work that worked for me. I plan to self-publish my rewrite in January 2012.

                                                 Obama Plays Political “Gotcha”

With Second Gibson Guitar Raid

          The same Obama administration – already threatening to kill thousands of airplane manufacturing jobs in South Carolina for being politically incorrect; and complicit in the 35% unemployment in and around Fresno, California (courtesy of the Environmental Protection Agency’s stupid ban against farm irrigation) -- is now attacking the Gibson Guitar Company, maker of arguably the world’s most desired musical instrument.  Gibson is not Stradivarius but its artisan-built, American-made guitars are in more hands the world over than any musical instrument short of the Hohner Harmonica, a mass-produced pocket instrument.

According to Gibson CEO Henry Juszkiewicz, his company, the iconic maker of the Les Paul and Firebird X electronic guitars, is being unjustly harassed by the federal government after an August 24^th raid by armed agents from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on two of Gibson's Tennessee production facilities and its Nashville headquarters.  According to Juszkiewicz the feds confiscated nearly $1 million in rare Indian ebony, finished guitars and electronic data the second time in two years that Gibson's factories have been raided by the feds because of unfinished rare woods used to build its guitars.  Notably and gutlessly failing to make a presence in the raid were Eric Holder’s@@ Justice Department and the Federal Labor Relations Board who most probably were the initiators of the action   . . . almost all U.S. guitar makers other than Gibson are union shops owned by Democratic sympathizers.

"It was a nightmare," Juszkiewicz said, "We had people sitting making guitars. We had no weapons” when the gun-wielding Feds crashed their business sites.  Gibson Guitar has always made a good-faith effort to follow the law, he said.   Juszkiewicz and virtually all other U.S. guitar makers all use the same woods in their products, there didn’t seem to be any reason for singling out Gibson for the raid.  Politics may be behind the raid according to Gibson’s lawyers.  Juszkiewicz, who has contributed to a few Democrats in the past, is a vocal anti-Obama Republican and he runs a non-union shop.  The National Labor Relations Board loaded down with Obama appointees and union activists has already sought to twist the nation’s fair labor practices law by seeking to prevent Boeing Aircraft Company from creating a new plant and thousands of jobs in South Carolina, a “right to work state” by implying that the new plant would harm Boeing’s union workforce in Seattle, Washington. 

It comes down to this:  by purporting to uphold an Indian law about shipping unfinished Indian ebony (actually India freely trades in many types of unfinished woods from their country including this one and several variations of this one), the feds are in effect saying that only finished wood from India (creating Indian jobs and killing American ones) may be used in Gibson and other guitars.  The federal agents involved have said that the wood involved “is too thick to be a veneer” and as an unfinished wood cannot be brought into the country.

Juszkiewicz and his Gibson attorneys insist the wood is legal under Indian law because it's a finished product -- a fingerboard that gets attached to the neck of the guitar and they have letters from the Indian government to prove it they told CNN.  Certainly this appears to be carrying political correctness way too far . . . federal agents with guns raiding a well-respected company instead of using a subpoena to gain the information needed.  Let us not forget the disruption in Gibson’s daily business and the confiscation of over $1 million in inventory; and confiscation of records.  One other little detail, shutting down Gibson would put more than 700 workers out on the streets.  Juszkiewicz is keeping the company running, "We have not been able to make some products, but I'm not going to lay people off," he said.         The problem is, we have no recourse," he said. "These guys have investigated us for two years. They came in twice and shut the place down."

According to CNN, Juszkiewicz and Gibson await judgment on the earlier case, which involves rare wood from Madagascar confiscated from Gibson's factories in 2009. Meanwhile, Juszkiewicz has NOT been able to get the wood or guitars confiscated in that raid returned.  Even if it were returned would it still be in usable condition after a two year hiatus?

"Why is big government spending our tax money to harm ordinary citizens and small businesses?" Juszkiewicz asked online yesterday.  As it stands right now anyone in the country owning or selling a Gibson Guitar is in danger of arrest for violation of the law and/or obstructing justice.  The Justice Department, through a spokesman said it only goes after the big companies selling “contraband products,” not the individuals or small businesses.  Why is Rajjpuut not comforted by their reply? 

On another front the TEA Party and other political conservatives opposed to big government interference are citing the two Gibson raids as further evidence that the Obama administration is killing American jobs.  In 2009, the TEA Party cited the EPA for playing a role in the 35% unemployment around Fresno, California created by prohibiting vegetable farmers from irrigating their fields (saying they were endangering a three-inch fish, the delta smelt which tended to wander into irrigation piping**).  Re-elect Obama for life in prison.

**            Let us say for the sake of argument that this is a reasonable thing to do rather than bureaucratic nonsense.  Two things come to mind:

1.        No such action ought to be allowed without final Congressional approval

2.      The EPA ought to be commanded to come up with a feasible, affordable alternative to save the damn dumb fish, for example

a.       Installation of a wire or metal grid sufficiently far from the pipe intake that the little guys would run into rather than getting sucked into the pipe, OR

b.      Some sort of chemical or audio device that would scare the little fish away:  possibly by smelling like or sounding like a larger prey fish.

Killing jobs and driving food prices higher without first seeking a more common-sense cheap alternative is so reprehensible and so stupid that it’s hard to imagine anyone but a progressive nincompoop holding anything but utter contempt for the EPA.  And notice that the responsibility must be the EPA’s and not the farmers’ who are NOT deliberately trying to make the damn fish extinct.

@@  Mr. Holder’s justice department is, as you read this,

1.                            Joined with HUD, also leading an attack upon Westchester County, New York, the most highly-taxed real estate in the country; calling the area “segregated and racist,” the Attorney General and other Feds are seeking to force Westchester banks, etc. to grant sub-prime loans to “racially diverse individuals.”  Isn’t that what caused our recent financial meltdown?

2.                           Denying all knowledge (already proven to be a lie) of the Fast and Furious “sting” program that put 37,000 weapons in the hands of the Mexican drug cartels and allowed them to be taken freely across our southern border where they’ve been implicated in hundreds of crimes.  “Justice” Department, Mr. Holder?

Unfortunately, our world is divided between those who have right ideas about making this a better place to live and those who have wrong ideas, who prove themselves right by making it a bad place. I have reference to the inflammatory comments being made by certain people.

Under the law, testimony not based on actual personal knowledge or observation of the facts in controversy, but of other facts from which deductions are drawn, showing indirectly the facts sought to be proved, Black’s Law Dictionary under circumstantial evidence, the evidence from which juries may infer to other connected facts which usually and reasonably follow according to the common experience of mankind, since we agree that juries made up of ordinary people is the best way to determine the right or the wrong of things, why would this not be so in all instances?  Ask  Barack Obama.  We don’t know what he has in mind, and we really should.  Obama is talking out of both sides of his mouth.

Pythagoras, an ancient Greek, said to be the father of mathematics, gave the world the Pythagorean theorem. The square of the hypotenuse of a right triangle is equal to the sum of the squares of the two sides—if this is so, logic associated with numbers, would not numbers be associated with people as well as things?  “If this is so that is so,” you have deduction—circumstantial evidence. Why do we limit logic? Why exclude humans, applying numbers solely to things?

Pythagoras studied mathematics under Egypt’s priesthood.  He was ordained, and sworn to secrecy. We don’t know much about Pythagoras’ philosophy but we know that he discovered a mystical significance in numbers; that the numbers 1 through 9 stand, macrocosmically, for rational principles that govern and develop the universe. In Christian theology, the divine word or reason incarnate in Jesus Christ (John 1:1), the number 1 the beginning of everything, why would it not apply to the beginning of our lives?

Microcosmically, both Pythagoras and the cutting edge of science reason that numbers stand for characteristics, abilities and events. Pythagoras (and more lately science) knew that reality is of our making.  

In the Bible, we read that God made heaven and earth.  He made all other life forms and on the sixth day made man.  In numerology, 6 stands for conscientious, the desire to bring harmony, truth, and a sense of balance into the environment. Love and compassion are uppermost in the number 6.  The number 6 is the teacher, the healer.

In the Bible, on the seventh day, God, knowing he had done good, rested. The seventh day, the Sabbath, is a day of rest and meditation.  In numerology, 7 seeks answers. It tries to establish a philosophy by which to live and attempts to penetrate the mystery behind its existence—never before questioned.  Because solitude is necessary for analysis, the 7 feels the need to spend time alone, away from the crowds—in touch with nature.  Long sought goals, I can tell you, are magically realized when we take time to think about our lives.

We see a connection with Egypt’s priesthood, numbers, and the Bible.  Pythagoras saw in the heavens both quantity and quality.  While figures represented quantity, numbers represented the spiritual quality in us.

Because every number over 9 reduces to 1 to 9, and these numbers are basic to quantity and quality, with understanding of all that numbers represent, one can understand an orderly progression.  Many lives are out of sync with life’s intended progression.  It all reverts back to the individual.  In order to be in sync with the universe, you’ve got to be in line with the numbers. Once you realize this, you don’t feel threatened. You feel like you are in control.  What does this say about name callers?  They are more to be pitied than censored.
