Globalism replaced American interests for the US government and its outward-facing programs.

I don’t recall where I saw it, but someone stated that he would rather have a defective USAID still using media to advance American interests if the alternative was to shut the whole program down. What he said might be true if USAID and others at the highest levels of government, academia, and corporate power were still interested in advancing American interests. There is no question that there is still incredible power in media. Put out an advertisement in a local paper that there will be free Coke given out tomorrow in front of city hall, and you will have thousands of people show up for their complimentary bottle. The problem is that USAID, the CIA, and others no longer are interested in what could reasonably be described as the advancement of the interests of the American people or government. The FBI spent much of its time during the past decade framing Donald Trump and arresting his associates rather than catching bad guys.

I don’t know when the transition took place, but something has definitely gone south. One thinks of the US government using every resource—including the Pope and American Catholics—to get the 1948 Italian vote to go against the communists. JFK once famously said about a particular dictator, “He may be an S.O.B., but he is my S.O.B.” The US did not care what human rights violations Hosni Mubarak committed, as long as he was a solid and reliable friend of the United States. But then Barack Obama backed the “Arab Spring” and was happy when the Muslim Brotherhood antisemite, Mohamed Morsi, replaced Mubarak and had him arrested. The transition probably occurred over decades but one sees that the bodies created to both keep the US safe and advance American interests in the world now often push globalist programs. The World Economic Federation (WEF), the closest thing we have to Ian Fleming’s SPECTRE, is a major driver for “world government”, unfettered immigration, trans over religious values, reduced farming for climate change, etc. When one reads of large grants uncovered by DOGE, he sees that USAID and a constellation of NGOs and foreign governments were pushing programs that did not advance the interests of the tax-paying American public. Sure, they pushed trans into countries where such things were unknown and they helped Hamas during the current war with Israel. But what we do not see is USAID, the CIA or other outward-directed American governmental bodies pushing programs that make the US stronger or help American citizens and businesses.

What has essentially occurred over the past 50 years, with the march of the left through the institutions, has been a replacement of American interests as the primary outward-facing driver for foreign activity. As globalist values and goals became central to US power projection, American interests took a back seat. Here in Israel, USAID monies have been used to buy billboards against Binyamin (Bibi) Netanyahu during various national elections. USAID millions went to Hamas during the war to keep the terror group functioning. Many of the nudnik NGOs that routinely accuse Israel of apartheid and ethnic cleansing have as part of their funding US government money. Why would the US put millions of dollars into anti-Israel organizations? The reason is that Israel is not a favored flavor of the globalist crowd. The same ones who cheer dangerous mass migration from Muslim countries into the heart of Europe feel no great affinity to the Jewish state. As such, they are not embarrassed by throwing money at some of the most anti-Israel groups on the planet. Don’t worry, the Europeans do the same, but that is less surprising. American foreign aid and efforts should be to advance American interests, period. But much of what has been funded and encouraged by US agencies and departments is diametrically opposed to that which is good for the American people. Remember when the chief NASA administrator said that his top priority was outreach in Muslim countries? Where was that written in the NASA founding documents? It wasn’t but he understood what his job was in the Obama administration.

We are fortunate that our self-proclaimed globalist elite are for the most part, vain, dumb, and debauched. One should always be very careful not to underestimate an opponent. A former federal prosecutor wrote that for decades it did not matter if the local DA was a Democrat or Republican: their job was to put bad guys in jail. Then came George Soros and he realized that he could turn these seemingly boring jobs into drivers for his globalist goal of “restorative justice”: released criminals, no bail, fewer prosecutions. How many millions of Americans in large cities have suffered from heightened crime as a result of Soros DA policies? How often have we read about a re-arrested criminal having a long rap sheet and having only recently been released or not charged for a previous violent crime? Soros got what he wanted and the United States is far worse for it.

But many of those on the globalist merrygoround are enamored with the money, like Joe Biden who turned his vice-presidential office into a clearinghouse for raking in foreign money for the family. When the WEF meets in Davos, prostitution goes up. How many of the top globalists will be named in the Epstein files? How many of them claim that fossil fuel use is a danger to the world while traveling to Davos on private planes and living in huge houses or on massive yachts? If the debauched globalist set had been disciplined, they may have won. But since they used their positions to enrich themselves and engage their wildest dreams, they took their eye off of the ball. The re-election of Donald Trump as well as right-leaning movements in Europe and South America are signs that citizens are tired of being last when their governments make policies. Why should France take in more France-hating immigrants when French citizens have concerns for their safety and the country’s future? Globalist policies fail because they ignore the local. While an American can identify with his hometown, county, state and country, he finds it much harder to warm up to goals that please a global audience at his expense. Much of the green scam is meant to transfer trillions of dollars from advanced, successful countries to failed states. How does this advance my interests as an American citizen by sending trillions of US dollars to Africa? It doesn’t and it never was meant to.

The globalist elite are being revealed for the shameless frauds that they are. I don’t know if their days are numbered, but citizens throughout the world are demanding that their governments prioritize the needs of the locals over globe-spanning programs. While Democrats rail against Elon Musk and set Teslas on fire, most Americans are happy to see anti-American funding slashed and repurposed for the betterment of the United States of America.

The podcast was filmed several weeks ago but a clip from this discussion is making the rounds this week on social media.

During their conversation, Mike Benz shared how Barack Obama was using money to USAID to pretend to send “aid” overseas. In actuality, Obama was laundering the taxpayer dollars and using it to train “rent-a-mobs” instead!

This is a huge development but maybe not so surprising considering how Democrats believe they can do anything they please. With other people’s money.

Mike Benz on Joe Rogan: “This was a scandal during the Obama USAID era. We were running a number of rogue USAID operations in Cuba at the time. — I’m simply showing the American people where your tax dollars are going and how these things are structured in order to systematically fool you and to fool Congress and to fool the White House:

— USAID pumped $1.2 billion in, and we sponsored these activist groups and these civil society organizations to learn how to use Facebook, learn how to use Twitter, lose, learn how to use hashtags, learn how to coordinate street protests so that everyone knows where to go, what street to show up on, what kind of slogans to know, to use in order to create the pro-democracy predicate for it.”

He talks about how Obama funded a Twitter clone that would be used to push propaganda in Cuba to inspire these protests and overthrow the government (Mike Benz explains how Barack Obama overthrew many governments)

“So what they did is they took the exact same thing as Twitter, same user interface, same like, and retweet button Zunzuneo is, is the Cuban slang word for hummingbird. So just, it means it’s it’s bird, it was the Twitter bird, the whole thing. But the whole trick about it was you have to make it look like it’s coming from the Cubans if you’re going to do this operation. They started running this in 2010 which right during the Arab Spring.

They were using USAID funds that were designated to Pakistan.

The data would then be used for micro targeting efforts towards anti and pro government users. In Cuba, the developers aim to, at first used non-controversial content such as sports and music and hurricane updates — What was the plan the whole time?

Once they built up enough subscribers, they would begin to introduce political messages through social bots and encourage dissent in this, in this astroturfing — the whole point is, once they hit a critical mass, they would create ‘Rent-a-Riots”.

“You’re using Cayman Islands bank accounts. You’re saying it’s, you’re earmarking it for Pakistani aid.” But the money was never sent to Pakistan, it was sent to the Cayman Islands to fund this whole operation.

President Trump knew legal challenges would be filed against his policies and executive orders. He’s prepared, and his team is willing to fight every frivolous lawsuit and unlawful order, especially the ones issued by rogue district judges. The president has an attorney general who is in his corner, too. “President Trump directed US Attorney General Pam Bond to pursue penalties against law firms and lawyers that lodge “frivolous” litigation against the government. 

Trump pointed to civil procedure rules barring lawyers from lodging legal filings to “harass” or “cause unnecessary delay” and asked Bondi, 59, to recommend additional steps he could take to fight back. 

“Far too many attorneys and law firms have long ignored these requirements when litigating against the Federal Government or in pursuing baseless partisan attacks,” Trump said in a presidential memorandum the White House released Saturday. 

“I hereby direct the Attorney General to seek sanctions against attorneys and law firms who engage in frivolous, unreasonable, and vexatious litigation against the United States.” 

The Trump administration has weathered well over 100 lawsuits since late January. 

Last month alone, the courts imposed 15 injunctions against the president’s actions, dramatically outpacing the judicial roadblocks former Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden faced. 

This includes injunctions on Trump’s executive order to scrap birthright citizenship, the block on the president’s use of wartime power to deport Venezuelan gangbangers and more. 

Trump’s legal team has petitioned the US Supreme Court to intervene and potentially pare back the lower courts’ ability to slap injunctions against his actions while litigation plays out.”

The courts matter. Judges matter. And the Democratic Party only has these unelected psychopaths on the bench to push back against the Trump agenda. Thus far, it’s the only way the Left can fight back, as congressional Democrats are in a total state of disarray. It’s funny how the Left is resorting to domestic terrorism, with the ongoing campaign against Tesla dealerships where activists have Molotov cocktailed these locations and unelected judges and bureaucrats to land their punches. It’s almost as if their agenda isn’t popular, so they can’t confront the Trump White House through democratic means.

Is the Left Delusional, or Just Stupid?-Posted on Townhall-By Tom Knighton-On March 22, 2025:

I'm pretty sure that even living under a rock, you've heard about what's been going on with Teslas. The company is, overall, fine though the stock price is tumbling slightly. Dealerships and ownership, however, have been taking a hit. The source is that leftists are firebombing and shooting up dealerships and vandalizing people's cars, sometimes in the most disgusting way possible.

And that's just one of many ways things are ugly.

But what's telling from the left isn't that they're just shrugging off the violent nature of some of these attacks, nor the destruction of private property. Anyone who remembers the first Trump presidency should have known there'd be something along those lines.

No, what's telling is just how they're trying to gaslight us into disbelieving what's plain as day.

Former Republican congressman turned leftist lapdog Adam Kinzinger summed up the gaslighting perfectly in a video he posted on X.

He, and others on the left, keep making light of what's happening and saying conservatives are upset over the boycott and are just snowflakes because they can't handle a taste of their own medicine after the right boycotted Bud Light, Target, and others. This is a fairly common talking point from what I've seen.

That would be a valid point except for one important thing: No one cares about the supposed boycott.

Look, I didn't boycott Bud Light because I never drank it. You can't boycott something you never buy. Likewise, most of the people "boycotting" weren't likely to buy a Tesla. They might have wanted to considering the left's love of electric vehicles, but most of them couldn't afford it. Those who could may instead decide to buy something else, but then folks on the right are inclined to buy Teslas and since more of us have jobs, well, we can see how that will go.

No, people are upset because this isn't a boycott. This is a brutal, violent attack on an American-owned business that builds cars here in the United States. It's domestic terrorism, plain and simple.

So that leads to the question of whether they're stupid or delusional.

It might be easy to just say they think we're stupid, but even that requires one of those two conditions to exist. The burning dealerships have been all over the news and social media. The vandalism of people's cars has been as well. It's almost impossible to ignore, even if you tried.

I'm tempted to attribute it to outright evil on their part, which seems to increase in likelihood every second that passes, but even evil people should recognize how ineffective this nonsense would be. The Nazis may have been big on repeating a lie enough that people accept it as the truth, but that's a whole lot harder to do when you don't control the flow of information proving it to be a lie.

So again, are they delusional or just stupid?

Stupidity would mean they either ignored the evidence or seem to think they can gaslight us into believing there's no such evidence at all, which would be idiotic to such a degree that I'd have questions about how they manage enough brainpower to breathe.

Delusional, on the other hand, would fit with so much else we see from the left. Why wouldn't they demand girls change clothes in front of a boy in a school locker room when they can't seem to think about it rationally? Why wouldn't they see DOGE and Elon Musk attacking government waste, fraud, and abuse as anything but an attack on their institutions? Why else would they be unable to understand why straight, white men aren't particularly fond of voting for the party that routinely demonizes them and seeks to push them out of society as a whole?

But the issue with delusion as an answer is that I like it too much; it fits too neatly into my own biases. That automatically makes me skeptical of it.

Either way, though, the effect is the same. They're screaming at the wind, telling us we're upset over nothing, all while a "fiery but mostly peaceful boycott" is underway throughout the nation. I don't even particularly care right now whether it's organic or astroturf, only that it's happening and they're pretending it isn't.

I'm sorry, but to paraphrase a certain Dean Wormer, "Fat, dumb, and delusional is no way to go through life."

The federal courts are full of Obama and Biden judges and the Supreme Court is led by a “Republican,” John Roberts, who teamed up with a Trump nominee, Amy Coney Barrett, and both sided with the three liberals to dictate continued foreign aid boondoggle spending to the tune of $2 billion.

These five anti-Trump judges carried the day and President Trump complied with their orders.

Now, President Trump is pleading with Roberts to save his presidency from a group of federal judges working under Roberts’ protection and perhaps direction and whose objective is to reassert the “power” of the judicial branch over elected presidents of the United States.

Trump is walking into a trap. He has received very bad advice from his lawyers and political aides.

In order to understand the judicial power  grab now taking place, usually described as “Judicial Supremacy,” watch my interview with J.B. Williams of the North American Law Center on my Rumble TV channel. He notes that the Democrats are using lawfare, or legal maneuvers of obstruction and interference, to defeat the Trump agenda that 77 million American voters endorsed.

It turns out that Roberts is a member of a special club that includes prominent left-wing judges. Revelations on the X platform by an independent conservative investigative journalist known as “Bad Kitty” have identified the members and their secretive ways.

Attorney General Pam Bondi says over 160 lawsuits have been filed against various administration policies and Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer notes that 235 “progressive” judges were confirmed under Joe Biden that are determined to block the Trump agenda.

Schumer said, “The good news here is, we did put 235 judges, progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump, last year on the bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time after time. And we hope that the appellate courts, when it gets up there, and the Supreme Court will uphold those rulings. They restored the money to NIH. They required that 8,000 employees, federal employees, have to come back. We’re in over 100 lawsuits against them, and we are having a good deal of success. It’s only at the lower court level right now.”

“These activist judges are trying to control our entire federal government,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said on Fox News.

Do elections have consequences or not?

Liberal-left media organs are highlighting and celebrating various “setbacks” for Trump in the courts, such as:

• Ruling that DOGE likely violated the Constitution in dismantling of USAID. Go deeper.
• Blocking enforcement of Trump’s executive order banning transgender people from military service.
• Stopping the administration from terminating $14 billion in grants to so-called ‘climate action” groups.
• Reinstating probationary government employees.
• Ordering the Trump administration to pay USAID funds to contractors.

As J.B. Williams says, the Administration should have declared, in advance, that any rulings that impinge on the constitutional powers of the executive branch would be declared null and void.

President Trump took an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. So why isn’t he defying left-wing activist judges undermining his policies? They do not have a monopoly on the correct view of the Constitution.

Founding Father Thomas Jefferson wrote about this, saying that “…The…question, whether the judges are invested with exclusive authority to decide on the constitutionality of a law, has been heretofore a subject of consideration with me in the exercise of official duties. Certainly there is not a word in the Constitution which has given that power to them more than to the executive or legislative branches.”

Jefferson believed that impeachment of judges was entirely appropriate and constitutional. What is more, he believed impeachment was one way for Congress to make the courts responsive to the will of the people.

The Jefferson Administration was involved in the impeachment of federal Judge John Pickering of New Hampshire, who was removed, and Supreme Court Justice Samuel Chase, who was acquitted by the Senate.

Impeaching judges is one way — but not the only way — to reign in judicial supremacy, and Jefferson knew it.

The other way is for the president to simply reject the courts’ interpretation of the law and the U.S. Constitution and to reject the courts’ jurisdiction.

In a previous broadcast on my channel, Dr. John G. West examined the cultural collapse of the United States and how our political and Christian “leaders” have failed to challenge “judicial supremacy” that has led to “rights” such as abortion and gay marriage that cannot be found in the Constitution.

President Andrew Jackson, one of Trump’s favorite presidents, defied the courts. Will Trump?

Trump aides like Stephen Miller are talking tough. He says, “…show us the line in the Constitution where it says a lone unelected district judge can assume decision-making control over the entire executive branch affecting 300M citizens? Any mention of nationwide district court TROs [Temporary Restraining Orders] ? Or permanent all-powerful bureaucracy?”

He adds, “Unelected rogue judges are trying to steal years of time from a 4 year term. It’s the most egregious theft one can imagine: robbing the vote and voice of the American People. Any ‘conservative’ legal commentator who fails to condemn this lunacy has lost all credibility forever.”

One commentator, New York Post columnist Miranda Devine, sided with the Supreme Court, saying, “It will be up to the Supreme Court to define the limits of presidential authority, but Chief Justice John Roberts’ preemptive scolding of Trump for musing about judicial impeachment doesn’t bode well for the president.”

Why does the Supreme Court get to decide the ultimate view of what is constitutional and what is not?

Chief Justice Roberts had declared, in response to Trump’s threat of impeaching liberal judges, “For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”

Yet, the so-called “progressives” had wanted to use this weapon against conservatives. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., filed articles of impeachment against Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito over made-up “ethics violations” and “political bias.”

I don’t remember Roberts objecting to that course of action. He seems to be under the influence of the “progressives” on the federal bench and in the national Democratic Party. That spells doom for Trump.

Today’s democrats continue to make complete fools of themselves by claiming to “save democracy” while being the most “undemocratic” group in the country!

Not only did they illegally remove the only democratically nominated party nominee for President in Joe Biden last year and install an “un-nominated” replacement in Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, they also now use street violence, destruction of private and public property, lawfare and open threats of assassination against the duly elected President Trump and his cabinet members.

After losing all power in the Executive and Legislative branches of government and achieving the lowest approval ratings for the party in history, currently at only 27%, they have turned to the usurpation of Executive Branch authority via the only unelected branch of government, the courts.

Article I creates the sole “lawmaking” branch of the government in Congress, with members in both chambers elected by the people. Article II creates an Executive Branch with sole power over all Executive Branch Agencies, and Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Military.

Article III created the only “unelected” branch of government, the courts, which was supposed to be the least powerful branch of government as it is the only branch not elected by the people. Instead, the branch is made up of partisan political appointees, all of whom have proven to be partisan hacks engaged in promoting a particular political agenda.

These facts should be enough for all Americans to correctly conclude that the courts have no power over either of the other two branches, and for damn good reason. This “unelected” branch does NOT represent the people, but rather only the partisan political interests of those who appoint them, or those who control them!

Of course, any “democratic” form of government requires a government “elected by and accountable to” the people. The Judicial Branch is the only branch of government that is elected by and accountable to no one! As a result, it can not be allowed any power over anyone or anything, yet for over 200-years, this is the branch that has been running our country under color of law!

NOTE: Color of law refers to the appearance of legal authority or an apparently legal right that may not exist. The term is often used to describe the abuse of power under the guise of state authority and is therefore illegal.

Ruled by the Unelected!

Really America? You honestly think that our Constitution created an oligarchy of unelected and unaccountable highly partisan political appointees to rule this nation? Who the hell told you that? Have you never read the Constitution for yourself? Was it the lawyers who benefit from this lie, who convinced you the courts rule this country?

A “democracy” is defined as “a system of government in which power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or through freely elected representatives.” Why did you let your country become a nation governed by the only “unelected” branch of government?

Our Constitution didn’t even create a so-called “democracy.” It created a Representative Republican form of self-governance. Our Constitution requires a duly elected government, of, by and for the people…not an unelected partisan body always in search of more power for itself.

The problem is…people “assume” things that just aren’t true.

Because the Judicial Branch has lived well beyond its constitutional authority for over 200-years now, most Americans “assume” that’s how it’s supposed to be. In case they have any doubts, most lawyers will confirm, you are ruled by the only unelected branch of government, the courts, via so-called “case law.”

But are they right? Is it true? Or are they just additional beneficiaries of a runaway branch of government despotic in nature? It’s human nature to seek self-empowerment. That’s why the 3^rd branch was given no such power!

Thomas Jefferson had it right over 200-years ago…

“At the establishment of our constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions, nevertheless, become law by precedent, sapping, by little and little, the foundations of the constitution, and working its change by construction, before any one has perceived that that invisible and helpless worm has been busily employed in consuming its substance. In truth, man is not made to be trusted for life if secured against all liability to account.” (Jefferson’s letter to A. Coray, October 31, 1823)

As the only “unelected” body of government, it was granted no such power whatsoever in the Constitution. Yet, before the ink was even dry on that document, a single judge in a single court opinion, stole the power from the people in Marbury v. Madison (1803).

Since then, we have watched the court “create law” via mere court opinions (aka case law) and even amend the Constitution by the same method, including amendments never intended or envisioned by any American, legislative body or Chief Executive in the White House.

The Rule of Law, or of unelected Lawyers?

We are not a nation under the Rule of Law, but rather under the Rule of unelected lawyers. Congress makes laws…not the Judicial Branch. Even Congress is prohibited from making laws which are repugnant to the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

But the courts have been allowed to destroy our system of self-governance under the color of law, the mere appearance of such power, which constitutionally, does not exist at all.

So, it is “unconstitutional” to use the courts to overthrow the legislature or executive branch. In fact, it is an overt act of usurpation, subversion, sedition and treason!

But so long as the people know no better or lack the courage to stop the practice of lawfare in America, the courts, and anti-Americans, can do anything they want to you and this country.

What happens next is up to you, the people!
