Hilly Clinton to Criticize the 'Cadillac Tax' nObamaCare is unpopular. Just how unpopular is it? Hilly Clinton now thinks it's politically advantageous to advocate for repealing the "Cadillac tax." The New York Times reports that Hilly will begin to campaign against the portion of nObamaCare that will place a high tax on employer-based health care plans with high-end premiums. Clinton's move could have come to ease the blow to unions of her position against the Keystone pipeline. That decision disappointed some unions, and this is a way to appease that constituency. As the Times wrote, "Mrs. Clinton's campaign aides informed Randi Weingarten, the president of the American Federation of Teachers, of her intentions in the last few days, according to a senior official with the labor group. The union made an early endorsement of Mrs. Clinton in July." Bottom line: If both sides of the aisle are pointing out problems, then you can expect some major revision to Barack nObama's signature legislation in the future. And here we thought Clinton was going to further nObama's agenda. -The Patriot Post .
Apparently, the nObama administration’s determination to promote amnesty, maintain open borders and sanctuary cities, release
thousands of criminal immigrants onto American streets, and enhance the Islamic State's recruiting ability by letting them run wild in the Middle East were insufficient efforts to undermine national security. In a move best described as unconscionable, the administration
granted asylum in the U.S. to 1,519 previously inadmissible foreigners involved in terrorism — because their crimes were ostensibly committed “while under duress.” Even worse, the administration had to “tweak” the law to do so. In February 2014, an “Exercise of Authority” enacted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the State Department amended the parts of the Immigration and Nationality Act that had taken a zero-tolerance approach towards asylum seekers involved in any material support for terrorism. DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson and Secretary of State hanoi-John Kerry provided exemptions for "an alien who provided limited material support” to terrorist entities. -The Patriot Post .

MYTHICAL CREATURES ABOUND ON GUN CONTROL
One of the reasons that business is so good for false prophets in politics these days is that it works so well – at least when it comes to raising money and winning elections. And when your prophecies don’t come to pass, the way out is simple. You just point at the unicorn barn. That’s where the other guys – the bad guys who are too scared, too stupid or too corrupt – keep the solutions locked away. Republicans won’t agree to an unconditional increase to the debt limit? Mint a $1 trillion coin, Mr. President. Supreme Court rules against conservatives on same-sex marriage? Simple: Just ignore the court. Any criticism of the plans can be brushed away by calling for another unicorn release (FYI: they eat mostly Frankenberry and pepperoni pizza Combos): “winning the messaging war” or similar claptrap that imagines an unpopular point of view will garner more support in the midst of a vicious public struggle. Or that shame somehow still exists in American civic life. None of this is to say that politicians don’t sometimes fail because they are scared (often), stupid (sigh) or corrupt (occasionally). Stipulated. But the unicorn wranglers are the ones who exploit the failing system by making impossible promises. Last week, President nObama rustled up a whole herd of unicorns on the issue of gun control. To listen to the president, one would have assumed that there was a piece of legislation or a serious proposal under consideration that would have prevented the most recent campus killings. In this version, Republicans are too scared, stupid and corrupt to allow this “common sense” legislation to advance. But that’s not the case. In recent years, Democrats have focused mostly on closing loopholes in federal background checks – especially on private sales. But in none of the recent mass shootings that spur these occasional surges in media interest in gun control has the so-called “gun-show loophole” been a factor. There were lapses in the application of existing laws and failures to report obvious mental illnesses, certainly, but not one used a private sale to circumvent the law. We had a similarly disjointed conversation after the 2012 massacre in Newtown, Conn. Then, the focus was on banning certain weapons, and reinstating the lapsed “assault weapons” ban. But that turned out to be false prophecy, too. So the movement moved back to the background check argument. The president knows about these disconnections. But, he argued Thursday, it is appropriate to politicize the moments that refocus public attention on the issue of gun laws. Well, maybe.
It’s certainly fine to use a searing incident to advance legislation to prevent its recurrence. But it’s neither wise nor appropriate to exploit a tragedy for achieving a substantially unrelated goal. There’s no way to know how many or how few of the more than 11,000 homicides committed with firearms in 2013 (the most recent data available) were facilitated by a private sale. If you want to close the loophole, then find the victims of it and make martyrs of them. But don’t placate your political base and stoke contributors on the grounds that you have a solution. And certainly don’t do so with the deaths of citizens as props. But who wants to tell voters a sad story about complicated public safety in a world where pistols outnumber functional families, of unraveled communities and the pharmacological palliatives pasted on top of them? Calling to regulate the firearms industry more sure sounds better. There is one plan that might arguably prevent mass shootings. The president made passing reference to something in the vein when he mentioned that Australia had changed its laws in response to a mass shooting there. What he was referring to was a 1996 law that enacted a sweeping ban on many firearms, including existing ones, and set rigid requirements for gun licenses. A ban and mass confiscations might work (or it might not) but at least it is on topic. But is the president really ready to lead the fight for a constitutional amendment to allow such a thing? Or wreck the remainder of his presidency in a legal fight over the Second Amendment he would surely lose? Most likely, nObama will blame the bad guys in the other side and then fill the feedbags with Frankenberry. On to the next fundraiser, guys. And now we know what Hilly Clinton is going to do, too. Iranian Terrorist Attack Against U.S. Revealed
{Arnold Ahlert} ~ A bombshell report by the Washington Times reveals that fecklessness in the face of terror isn’t a condition exclusive to the nObama administration... "Bill Clinton’s administration gathered enough evidence to send a top-secret communique accusing Iran of facilitating the deadly 1996 Khobar Towers terrorist bombing,” the Times states, "but suppressed that information from the American public and some elements of U.S. intelligence for fear it would lead to an outcry for reprisal, according to documents and interviews.” Nineteen American servicemen were killed in that attack and another 372 people were wounded when a tanker laden with plastic explosives was driven into the parking lot and detonated next to the eight-story dormitory used for U.S. Air Force personnel assigned to the Gulf. A U.S. indictment was issued in 2001 charging 13 Saudis and a Lebanese man with the crime for which then-Attorney General John Ashcroft blamed Iran, stating they "inspired, supported and supervised members of Saudi Hezbollah.” Yet no Iranian officials were named or charged, nor was the Iranian government accused of any legal responsibility for the atrocity.

Hilly’s Secret Plan to Steal the 2016 Election Was Just Revealed

Hilly thinks this will win for her in 2016 and it is also part of Jeb Bush’s political calculations... The lax voter ID laws will allow illegal immigrants to create and get away with massive amounts of voter fraud. The very fact that they are here at all will swing elections as well. Population determines House seats, those in turn determine the electoral votes. Sen Cruz Destroys Ignorant Programmed Sierra Club Enviro...
{rickwells.us} ~ Senator Ted Cruz is seems to have been doing his homework in spite of being in the heat of a presidential campaign, educating himself on the specifics of the “global climate warming change” fraud... Cruz engages in some revealing questioning of one member of regime’s legions of planet prostitutes, the president of the climate alarmist organization, the Sierra Club, Aaron Mair. Mair was elected to the presidency of that non-governmental policy arm of the nObama regime in May of this year. On the Sierra Club website, he is credited with having amassed “more than three decades of environmental activism and over 25 years as a Sierra Club volunteer leader” which elevated him to his “position as the Sierra Club’s first African-American president.” The relevance of Mair’s race to the environment or saving Earth, beyond making a political statement, would seem to be irrelevant.

Forbes Blasts nObama for Delaying Ships, Planes for Troops

Randy Forbes (R., Va.), a prominent lawmaker on defense issues, criticized President nObama on Tuesday for threatening to veto a national defense bill and thus potentially delay several vital ship and aircraft programs for the U.S. military during a period of global instability... Forbes, who is chairman of the Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee in the House, said at the Heritage Foundation that nObama’s rejection of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) would send a signal to American adversaries that the United States is not prepared to project power abroad and deter aggression. The national defense act, separate from the actual defense appropriations bill, authorizes numerous benefit and equipment programs for the military. “President nObama says we’re going to be strong around the globe, but then says this: ‘I am going to veto the very bill that authorizes my military unless I can get what I want on the Internal Revenue Service, EPA,’ and all those other things,” Forbes said.

The Benghazi Investigation And Democrats In Glass Houses
{Kenneth R. Timmerman} ~ Rep. Keith Ellison (D, MN) is just the latest Democrat to work himself up into a lather over Kevin McCarthy’s superlative gaffe about the Benghazi Select Committee... On ABC’s This Week on Sunday, Ellison claimed the Select Committee was the longest-ever Congressional investigation, “longer even than Watergate.” In the crosstalk with other guests he jumped up and down in his seat, chanting, “let’s shut it down. Let’s shut it down now.” You could almost see him waving his rattle and sucking his thumb. Of course, House Minority Leader Nancy Pulosi led the charge several days earlier, unwilling to let a good gaffe go to waste. Almost before the words had slipped from McCarthy’s lips last week, she paraded in front of the cameras to self-righteously demand that Congress shut down the Benghazi investigation, “the longest congressional investigation in U.S. history.” That claim is so far from the truth even the left-wing “fact-checkers” ought to catch it.

Matt Drudge: “I had a Supreme Court Justice say to me, ‘It’s Over’”
{Tim Brown} ~ Internet sleuth and investigative journalist Matt Drudge claims that there is a threat against copyright laws, which could ban independent media outlets... He had confirmed that even a Supreme Court Justice has told him, “It’s over for me.” Drudge, who appeared on the Alex Jones Shows, to Jones, “I had a Supreme Court Justice tell me it’s over for me,” said Drudge. “They’ve got the votes now to enforce copyright law, you’re out of there. They’re going to make it so you can’t even use headlines.” “To have a Supreme Court Justice say to me it’s over, they’ve got the votes, which means time is limited,” he added. Drudge indicated that there was coming a day when operating an independent news website could be outlawed. “That will end (it) for me… fine… I’ve had a hell of a run,” said Drudge. “This is ghetto, this is corporate, they’re taking your energy and you’re getting nothing in return – nothing!” he continued. Drudge also made reference to Twitter and Facebook and said that they were actually stifling the organic growth of internet news.

Terror Threat Snapshot Shows ISIS Attack Plots Doubled in 2015
{Amy Miller} ~ Today, the House Homeland Security Committee released a “Terror Threat Snapchat” detailing the growing threat of Islamic terrorism against targets both in the United States and abroad... So far this year, officials have identified 61 total ISIS attack plots against western targets. This represents a 2x increase in attack plots since 2014. 17 of those plots focused on the United States, and authorities have arrested 55 people this year in ISIS-specific attack cases alone. “Islamist extremist groups are consolidating their control over crucial terrain and seizing the initiative to expand their global footprint,” said committee Chairman Michael McCaul in a statement accompanying the report. “Destabilizing aggressors, from the Putin regime in Russia to the world’s leading state sponsor of terror in Iran, are filling the void of American withdrawal to disastrous effect. This global surge in radicalism and instability has directly contributed to the elevated threat level here at home. We need decisive American leadership that starts with shoring up our defenses and advancing a credible strategy to stop the threats at the source.”

Iran Supreme Leader Bans Any Further Negotiations With U.S.

The only ones who may be surprised by the Supreme Leader’s statement are the naïve liberals who truly believe that terrorist supporting, rogue regimes really want to change.

Smugglers set Up a Nuclear Jihad Armageddon
{Robert Spencer} ~ “You can make a dirty bomb, which would be perfect for the Islamic State,” an arms smuggler is quoted as saying to a potential buyer in Moldova in an Associated Press report published Wednesday... “If you have a connection with them, the business will go smoothly.” Arms smugglers, says the report, are specifically targeting Islamic jihad groups, principally but not solely the Islamic State, to sell them material for bombs – including nuclear material. One explained: “I really want an Islamic buyer because they will bomb the Americans.” Another seller, a former KGB informant named Teodor Chetrus who had come into the possession of some uranium, “said multiple times that this substance must have a real buyer from the Islamic states to make a dirty bomb.” Chetrus, it seemed, had retained a Cold War-era hatred of the United States, and hoped to aid the jihadis in taking down his old enemy.

{aim.org} ~ An estimated 100,000 people showed up at a memorial event last week in Chattanooga, Tennessee to honor and remember the four Marines and one Navy Sailor who were assassinated at the hands of a Muslim jihadist in July. The national news media chose to ignore this massive outpouring of gratitude and remembrance for these fallen American heroes. However, while the local media provided ample coverage, they took exception to remarks by Admiral James “Ace” Lyons (ret), who was invited to be one of the principal speakers..
So what were Admiral Lyons’ offensive words that so upset the local officials who organized the event, and the local media who reported on it? Specifically, Admiral Lyons laid the blame for the assassination on the “evil of radical Islam.”

Among other things, he said, “This tragedy never had to happen. They weren’t cut down on a battlefield. This was not workplace violence,” a clear reference to the nObama administration’s characterization of the attack by Major Nidal Hasan, who killed 13 and wounded 32 at Ft. Hood in Texas back in 2009.

Lyons stated “Make no mistake, it is clear our Constitution and way of life are under attack.” He also argued that it was President nObama’s policies that have contributed to the social unrest and the atmosphere of hate.

The mainstream media and nObama administration continue to deny this, and will find any excuse to blame domestic terror attacks on anything but radical Islam.

Lyons also said, “This Memorial Service isn’t the end. It’s the beginning of the Chattanooga Five Movement to take back America, and that will be their legacy.” He urged the crowd to stand and recite the pledge of allegiance in honor of the five heroes.

“This is what America is all about. We unite, we stand together. They represent the best of America.”

In July, NBC News cast Abdul Azeez’s attacks as not motivated by Islam, despite the fact that the Chattanooga attacker had downloaded the speeches of radical al Qaeda cleric Anwar al Awlaki. Major Nidal Hasan, an army psychiatrist, had also been influenced by Awlaki, and had been in frequent email communication with him.

President nObama, likewise, refrained from using the word terrorism to describe the attacks, according to Marc A. Thiessen, former speechwriter for President George W. Bush, and a columnist for The Washington Post.

“Give the president this much: At least he didn’t call the Chattanooga, Tenn., shooting workplace violence,” wrote Thiessen in a column for the Post. “Speaking from the Oval Office just hours after the attack, President nObama did not once use the word ‘terrorism’ in relation to the assault by Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez on military sites in Chattanooga,” he notes.

Even more forbidden is commentary on the jihadist nature of the Muslim Brotherhood.

“A quick online search shows that this isn’t the first time Admiral Lyons has been outspoken against the nObama administration,” reported ABC News Channel 9 about the event. “Back in February, Lyons claimed that the Muslim Brotherhood had succeeded in infiltrating every U.S. security agency under the nObama presidency during a National Press Club conference.”

The Huffington Post’s Sam Stein made similar observations last month when he attempted to tarnish Admiral Lyons’ reputation.

“President nObama has been unduly influenced by the Muslim Brotherhood during both terms in office,” we reported in response.

“Should the Muslim Brotherhood be viewed as some benign, moderate organization?” we asked. “Or instead as the organization that spawned Al Qaeda and other significant terrorist organizations?”

President nObama’s declaration to fundamentally transform America is anti-American,” Admiral Lyons asserted, and was greeted with the crowd’s vocal cheers. “And I might add a violation of his oath of office.”

Admiral Lyons is an esteemed member of the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi(CCB). As outlined in the CCB Interim Report from April of last year, “The U.S. facilitated the delivery of weapons and military support to al Qa’eda-linked rebels in Libya” under President nObama’s leadership—effectively switching sides in the war on terror.

Listening to the crowd’s reaction, it appears that Admiral Lyons’ comments were very well received.

Yet, “Some in the crowd applauded, others were surprised by what they heard—including festival organizers,” maintains the local ABC News channel. It is clear from the video that the organizers, not the crowd, are the ones who had a problem with Admiral Lyons’ speech.

The media continue to ignore this administration’s decision to ally itself with radical groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, and how this endangers all of America. By casting Admiral Lyons’ comments as offensive, local news outlets merely continue the liberal media attitude that criticism of radical Islam and President nObama should somehow be off limits, to the detriment of our national security.

One person associated with the event asked Lyons to apologize for his remarks. Lyons told me that he informed him that he never apologizes for telling the truth. He told him, “I believe they the five men murdered should receive the purple hearts and other benefits just as if they were killed on a foreign battlefield.”.
