Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, serve your term(s), then go home and back to work.

If you agree with the above, pass it on. If not, disregard and stop bitching.

MAKE SURE YOU VOTE ON 11/02/2010

I agree!! I get so mad when watching CNN. There was a young lady on there Monday night stating she wanted to do away with "ENTITLEMENTS"!! Does she not realize there are many people who never worked in their lives. The where homemakers, people are born with disabilities. I worked hard for years and I expect to get a social security check !! I don't want my money in the stock market. That's not guaranteeing me any money for retirement. Stop the people in Washington from giving themselves raises!! IF YOU ARE IN PUBLIC OFFICE WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE AND DO A GREAT JOB THE PEOPLE SHOULD VOTE YOU A RAISE !!
So if you take away entitlements you will have more people getting robbed or killed because they have no money!! Leave Medicare and Social Security alone !! Give people a cost of living raise every year. The prices of food and utilities still go up and most people ( making under $50,000.00 a year) are living paycheck to paycheck.

Make no mistake, this is not 1948 (when polling was in its infancy). Polling today is pretty damn scientific and sophisticated. A “Wave” or “Near-Wave” election has been prognosticated . . . if somehow, the Democrats come out smelling like a rose, than there are only three possibilities:

A. ACORN inspired voter fraud based upon Bill Clinton’s “Motor Vote Act” (the signing of which was attended by Richard Cloward and Frances Piven in an infamous picture^^ all over the internet . . . the same Cloward and Piven who deliberately bankrupted New York City in 1975 by overloading the welfare system who then called two years before ACORN’s birth for their followers to move into voter registration and the mortgage industry).

B. That huge swaths of the public believed Barack Obama’s big lie . . .

“The Republicans put the car in the ditch and now that we’ve done all the work to almost get it out, here they are asking for the keys. Well, they can ride along in the back, but we’re not giving them back the keys.”

C. Or both A and B above.

The matter of voter fraud via ACORN is another matter altogether, but Barack Obama has used constant repetition (a key propaganda element) of the “Big Lie” (the most notorious of all the propaganda elements) at least a hundred times in the telling of that “car in the ditch story,” why won’t anyone tell the truth?

George Bush saw Obama, Clinton, ACORN, and other progressive groups deliberately pushing the car (the economy) toward a 500-foot cliff (utter financial disaster) dived into the front seat, grabbed the steering wheel and slammed on the brakes creating a controlled skid that put the vehicle into the nearest friendly-looking ditch.

Could that be true? You ask . . . .

“President G.W. Bush warned congress at least 18 times about the problem after January, 2005, when his administration made their first attempt to undo the evils of CRA legislation, especially the last three expansions by Clinton (1995 twice and 1998’s steroid version), but were defeated by the progressives. Finally thirty months later in July of 2007 a much weaker, watered down bill was passed by bi-partisan vote. It would prove far too little, far too late and the meltdown began soon afterward. However, it was sufficient help to the economy that Treasury Secretary Geithner in August, 2010, credited Bush with preventing a truly deep recession and preventing home prices from plummeting dangerously.”

The Shocking Truth that Sets the Country Free

Those of you who've heard a little bit of mythology have almost surely run into Cassandra. She was the daughter of King Priam of Troy and sister of Hector and Paris. Supposedly she slept overnight in the Temple of Apollo and the snakes therein licked her ears so clean she could "hear the future." Because her clairvoyance might quite likely interfere with destiny, Apollo cursed her with being unbelieved. For example, she foresaw the defeat of Troy, her brother Hector's body being brought back within Troy's Walls and also warned of the dangers of the Trojan Horse . . . but, of course, no one would believe her ever, about anything. Ouch!!!

Rajjpuut is beginning to know exactly how that unlucky lady felt. In November of 2003, James Stack of investech.com started running a chart that he would continue to run for an unheard of length of time -- almost five full years. The gist of the chart (Housing Industry Bubble) was that not only were housing prices artificially high, but that mortgage industry stocks and virtually all stocks associated with housing in any way (construction, home improvement, insulation, insurance, etc.) were in a huge bubble (1400% of their 1995 values) which was sure to collapse AND that something called the "sub-prime lending crisis" as well as derivative investments based upon that crisis were threatening to undermine the very foundation of our nation's economy. The story involved in creating that crisis covers over 44 years and is NOT, like Cassandra's tales from the future . . . but rather from the past and all easily verifiable, yet like Cassandra . . . Rajjpuut finds no audience that listens . . . .

In seeking to understand that situation, Rajjpuut uncovered all these truths and he began writing about them to each and any and every ear he could find roughly seven years ago. It's all true, all verifiable and it amounts to tying together two of the greatest acts of treason in America's history with each other and the two most corrupt presidents in our history, our two ACORN presidents, with each other and with the "Founding Destroyers" of our country, Saul Alinsky and his two greatest disciples: Richard Cloward and Frances Piven . . . .

It’s well known and documentable that . . . the American housing loan industry was the finest in the world before progressive legislators got involved. Our sparkling 64% private ownership of homes was the envy of the planet. Sub-prime lending (that is lending to people who can’t afford their mortgage and will default on their loan unless they win the lottery) was unheard of. Banks that failed just failed in those days . . . and only when they actually failed or some shenanigans were discovered would the government step in in order to protect the depositors. Only 1 in every 404 home loans was made at less than 3% down payment in 1975, almost always to distinguished veteran officers from our military who were going to college and working part time. More than any other single person, Bill Clinton changed all that. Be prepared to be shocked . . . because Bill Clinton made a big deal about his "legacy" during his last term and the evidence shown below is that the Clinton Legacy actually is "The Great ACORN-Progressive Betrayal of America" . . . read on, and Rajjpuut will prove it to you . . . .

It’s NOT well-known that Bill Clinton was the first ACORN president, but he was. ACORN (originally “Arkansas Community Organizations for Reform Now”) was the brainchild of Wade Rathke created in Arkansas in 1977 to take advantage of Jimmy Carter’s Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 (CRA ’77). Much later when ACORN proved itself successful in Arkansas it was expanded across the whole nation, the “A” in ACORN stopped meaning “Arkansas” and came to mean “Association of.” Bill Clinton obviously was a real political comer (elected Arkansas lieutenant governor in 1976 at the age of 30), but his politicking was made much easier with the backing of ACORN over the next 18 years. ACORN helped Clinton win the governor’s mansion in Arkansas 12 of the next 14 years as well as two terms as president of the United States. It happened this way . . . .

Wade Rathke, was a George Wiley lieutenant sent to establish a National Welfare Rights Organization (NWRO) branch in the state of Arkansas seven years earlier. NWRO had been created by Wiley and Richard Cloward and Frances Piven in NYC to test out the Cloward-Piven Strategy (published in a 1966 article in The Nation magazine, The Weight of the Poor: a Strategy to End Poverty) and they planned to sufficiently overload the nation’s welfare system so that Congress would have to create a GNI (guaranteed national income) Law and abolish American poverty on the spot.

It didn’t work, but using Alinsky tactics (Saul Alinsky was a self-described “neo-Marxist” community organizer who had authored Reveille for Radicals and later Rules for Radicals) and by putting 8.2 million presumably unqualified new recipients on the welfare rolls, they did bankrupt New York City and almost bankrupt New York State. The federal government stepped in to bail out NYC in 1975. What happened exactly? In the late-sixties, founder George Wiley forged an army of tens of thousands of single minority mothers, whom he sent out to disrupt welfare offices through sit-ins and demonstrations demanding an end to the “oppressive” eligibility restrictions that kept down the welfare rolls. His aim: to flood the welfare system with so many clients that it would burst, creating a crisis that, he believed, would force a radical restructuring of America’s unjust capitalist economy.

The flooding of the welfare rolls succeeded beyond Wiley’s wildest dreams. From 1965 to 1974, the number of single-parent households on welfare soared so that by the early 1970s, one person was on the welfare rolls in New York City for every two working in the city’s private economy. Despite their failure to get GNI and abolish poverty, Wiley, Piven and Cloward bragged publicly and in writing about their ‘great accomplishment.’ That great accomplishment? Instead of igniting a restructuring of American capitalism and a GNI, this explosion of the welfare rolls only helped to create a culture of family disintegration and dependency in inner-city neighborhoods, with rampant illegitimacy, crime, school failure, drug abuse, non-work, and poverty among a fast-growing underclass. Wiley, Cloward and Piven told their eager followers that voter registration and housing were the next areas they needed to probe. Not surprisingly, ACORN today is known most of all for voter registration fraud and exploiting and abusing the nation’s housing legislation . . . .

So Wade Rathke (who would later create the nation’s and the world’s largest union SEIU) created ACORN in Arkansas to carry out voter registration and housing “activities” of a highly questionable nature. ACORN during Clinton’s first run for governor in Arkansas registered roughly 24,000 persons to vote and then threw away all the paper work for would-be Republican registrants. Clinton won, of course. They were less successful in getting CRA ’77 housing loans. But thanks to their efforts (mostly in Arkansas), the percentage of home loans made at 3% down payment or less around the nation more than doubled from 0.24% in 1975 to 0.51% in 1985 . . . but it was a “drop in the bucket.” From 1977 to 1993 only about $100 Billion in CRA ’77 loans were even issued to questionable borrowers. This was nothing like bankrupting NYC . . . .

However, because of huge success in registering Democrats, ACORN was quickly expanding across the nation and was sufficiently strong to put William Jefferson Clinton into the Oval Office in November, 1992. After that, things changed overnight for ACORN and for CRA ’77. The process had not been very active or very successful during the ‘70s or ‘80s, because banks only had to demonstrate to CRA regulators a “reaching out to the inner city.” As a result, only about 100 billion dollars was loaned to questionable borrowers. In the two great ACORN concern areas, Clinton did ACORN proud. He created the motor voter act (“a 12-lane highway leading to voter fraud” according to critics) in 1993 and brought in Richard Cloward and Frances Piven to stand directly behind him during the White House signing ceremonies.

Clinton moved next on housing . . . first by Presidential edict in 1993. He put teeth into CRA regs** by using the regulatory process itself to more or less make law, skipping Congress altogether. From now on poor inner city dwellers were to become preferred home loan recipients, mortgage traditions and their poverty be damned. Clinton went outside the CRA regs and also ordered HUD to set quotas for "Affirmative Action Lending" through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. A new pressure fell upon the banking industry to make loans that banks would otherwise have rejected as “financially absurd.”

Subprime lending was virtually unknown before the multiple changes made by Clinton. The system was no longer recognizable as “free market.” Then it snowballed with more regulatory change and then two expansions of CRA law in 1995, the Clinton administration forced banks to loan more than a trillion dollars in high risk loans accepting as “income” items like welfare checks, unemployment checks, seasonal income, occasional part time work and other questionable sources of “qualified income.” By the end of 1995, 14% of all home loans were conducted with less than 3% down payments, many of them with no down payment at all.

With ACORN in the streets embarrassing and badgering and shaking down lenders (Barack Obama, an ACORN lawyer in Chicago, was reportedly one of the best at not only securing loans and future loan promises but also at getting large ACORN donations from the lenders he was shaking down!) and with officious federal regulators promoting and pushing and applauding bad loans not only with “the stick” of CRA and HUD but also using Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as “carrots” due to their nature as implicitly guaranteed by the federal government. Millions of loans were made, often at breakneck pace in the normally snail-action world of mortgages.

In 1998, Clinton’s steroid-expansion of CRA law was passed. It was a nightmare. Now “food stamps” were regarded as income. Now ACORN found that they didn’t need high-powered extorters like Barack Obama, anyone with an eighth grade education could secure a loan for an ACORN client . . . and they found that it was now just as easy to get a poor person into a $450,000 home as it had been to buy a $120,000 home ten years earlier.

President G.W. However, it was sufficient help to the economy that Treasury Secretary in August, 2010, credited Bush with preventing a truly deep recession and preventing home prices from plummeting dangerously. And ACORN, even as they got loans for illegal aliens and people without even a rental history, they were getting paid to market CRA loans and made millions as a result.

All of this corruption enforced by strong-armed government agencies put millions of people into homes they simply could not afford. This caused an artificial feeling of financial prosperity for everyone and trillions of dollars were going into bad investments including derivatives based upon these horrific loans. Now, 90% of these laws are still on the books while the tax payer must pay for millions of past risky loans and are forced to bail out the irresponsible banks, insurance companies, automobile companies and Wall Street. Until we totally remove the government’s power to coerce, bribe, reward and bail out irrational and unfree decisions in the UNFREE MARKET, more of the same is always possible. The free market was working fine. It was working so fine that it took thirty years of deliberate abuse for the unfree market to bring America to its knees. Too much government? Yep! Blame it mostly on William Jefferson Clinton.

You did remember that the system originally wasn’t broken, right? You did remember that the progressives set out to manufacture a crisis a la Cloward-Piven Strategy and Alinsky Tactics that would “overload the system?” You have heard Barack Obama talking about somebody else driving the car in the ditch and now wanting the keys back, haven’t you? Are you going to ignore the evidence and head back to your sitcom? How about thinking this over . . . ?

George Bush saw Obama, Clinton, ACORN, and other progressives deliberately pushing the car (the economy) toward a 500-foot cliff (utter financial disaster) dived into the front seat, grabbed the steering wheel and slammed on the brakes creating a controlled skid that put the vehicle into the nearest friendly-looking ditch.

So Monica, Paula and Jennifer weren’t the only ones, were they? Slick Willy also had his nasty way with you and with all the American public . . . and remember that George W. Bush was only barely successful in his efforts to fight the evils of CRA laws . . . so that today 90% of the same laws (and 75% of the Clinton steroid-version expansion of 1998) that contributed to the fiasco and empowered ACORN are still on the books waiting to do us in once more. Every bit as dangerous as the new welfare laws threatening to overload the food stamp program; as dangerous as Obamacare; and as dangerous as progressivism itself are the CRA laws still@@ on the books . . . .

You've read it all, you have it in your power to fact-check every item of the story . . . this is a story all America needs to know, don't you agree?

** Let's spread the blame around deservedly: George H.W. Bush succeeded with 44 out of 45 vetos and presumably would have succeeded in mid 1992 also with a large, complicated, many-faceted bill pushed through mostly by progressive Democrats. He should have vetoed it because one tiny part of it passed CRA '77 legislation into the realm of Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae the two federally-backed mortgage-guaranteers. The bill was still unwieldy and had no teeth but it was potentially a monster-disaster in the waiting . . . this was the law with which Bill Clinton began the mammoth attack on the mortgage loan industry; the law that made ACORN infamous.

@@ As we approach the coming election, Barney Frank and Charles Schumer are planning to introduce “Universal Voter Registration” during the lame duck session. Basically any list of names anywhere in a state can be used to register all voters with NO actual identification or verification required . . . ACORN’s and Clinton’s Motor Voter Act would then be turbo-charged.

Just Joined, But Been With You All Along!

I am so happy to actually join this wonderful organization. The "Tea Party" is the best thing that has happened for those of us who still believe in our country, and the Constitution. I have never in all my years seen what has been going on in Washington and around the world.

My husband and I have been following you from the beginning. It's great to know that so many of us care and feel the same way about what has been going on in our country.

I look forward to being a part of this Great American Organization. Let's get out and vote and really "change" things the right way! Go Tea Party!

Liberals and Decadence

Liberalism and decadence have taken root in the U.S. - Conservative and religious values are bashed by spineless elected liberal DemocRat officials and repeated by their Pinko Media. Muslims look in disgust at the cancer growing within the U.S. - Osama Bin Laden and other radicals point to the sickness when recruiting for their violence. Gay liberals refuse to discuss that their homosexuality is punished by death under Islamic Law. Adultery may also get you a death penalty. Abortions are considered murder. As more Muslims move into the U.S. they refuse to mix with the liberal aspects of the society. Relieve the sick pressure. VOTE DEMOCRATS OUT

While the overall impact on National Security of having nearly 500,000 classified military documents (about the conduct of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq) exposed has to be rated an unequivocal disaster . . . some seemingly shocking but harmless (from America’s point of view) details about the conduct of the war in Iraq also came to light. These items were revealed in the latest (2nd ) Wiki leaks disclosures:
1) That, yes, Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs) were found in Iraq in 2004.
2) Incredible savagery between civil-warring tribal elements in Iraq threatened to blow the whole country apart.
3) Despite complaints and accusations to the contrary, it appears that the United States handled its trust in Iraq with remarkable fairness and long-range balance while striving to leave Iraq better for our presence.
4) And most importantly, the huge role played by Iran in arming, training, and transporting saboteurs and instructors (and then in providing logistic support for this shadow organization harmful to Iraq’s quest for peace is also very well-documented.
A. A few comments seem in order: the poison mustard agents found in two separate caches as well as the blister agents (more a personnel incapacitating agent then a WMD) discovered elsewhere can certainly be called “WMDs” . . . they weren’t the manufacturing facilities that the Bush administration was hoping for . . . but they were certainly WMDs. Why then wasn’t the public notified? Who knew about this? If President G.W. Bush knew and refused to reveal it for whatever purpose, it certainly shows a strong resolve considering the lambasting he received from anti-war groups over the next four and a half years.
B. The idea of Vice President Joe Biden to create three separate nations of Iraq for the Kurds, Sunni and Shiite populations is surely shortsighted – for example why not make it four different countries and include the Christians (there are more Christians (3%) than there are Kurds and there are also plenty of Jews, Mandaeans and Zoroastrianists as well)? However, it is fact that the tribal animosities especially those between the Sunni and Shiite peoples constituting the two major blocs and of Iraq’s Muslim population are part of Sadaam Hussein’s legacy but historically also go all the way back to the death of the Muslim prophet Mohammed. Overall 94% of the Iraqi people are Muslims and Shia and Sunni Muslims constitute 98% of that 94% and they both call each other infidels. The Shaykhist Muslims are a tiny minority constantly striving to keep out of the other two sects’ gun sights at all times. Really we’re talking about tribes here. In Afghanistan the tribal nature of lifestyle there is quite evident, but despite Iraq’s seeming sophistication, tribal hatred is alive and well even today.
C. After reading some of the Wikileak releases, it’s easy to understand why so many Iraqis are so pessimistic about the future and why so many of them called for the United States to maintain a presence for up to ten years . . . we had our problems but generally dealt with matters in Iraq in a very even-handed manner.
D. Could the reason that the WMD discoveries in Iraq went unreported be that Iran’s interference in Iraq might be at least partially justified by fear of WMDs? Hard to say. Nevertheless, there are a good 640 items dealing with the Iranians among the Wikileaked communiqués . . . and their role cannot be called “benign.” Now what do we think about the Iranian nuclear program, in light of the state-sponsored terrorism Iran has been guilty of?
E. How does President Obama’s decision to pull out of Iraq so precipitously look in light of these Wikileak revelations?

I wrote this in response to a young man who was fired for writing a patriotic song. He was a public school football coach and made the mistake of having a politcally incorrect viewpoint. Links to the song are below.

To:

Priniciple Curtis, Williamson County School District, Franklin TN

chrish (at) wcs.edu

Way to go, Principle Curtis!

"Mmm, Mmm, Mmm! Barack Hussein Obama!!!" Wouldn't it have been nice if that was what Mr. Glover chose to record? He could have had the whole school sing along then, no doubt. (You cant help but notice that the teacher involved with THAT musical masterpiece received no disciplinary action whatsoever...hmmm.)

Way to show your students and your community what vicious liberal censorship looks like. Believe me when I tell you that what you have done is going to end up costing the district - you just gave yourself and your school a self-inflicted black eye in the PR department and a lot of people will be looking at making some changes in Williamson County SD as a result. To top it off, you single handedly gave a bunch of bright young athletes a slap to the face for their hopes for this football season...again, GREAT JOB!! I am sure Mr. Looney is proud of you and your actions... Hmmm?...

So, Bravo! All of you so-called "progressives" love squashing any opinion you don't agree with - Brian Glover and Juan Williams in the same week!! Stalin and Mao would be so proud of you.

Apparently, you don't understand that the 1st Amendment of the Constitution exists to protect the speech you DON'T like and not the speech that YOU approve of. You used your power like a tyrant - and tyrants deserve nothing but overthrow and rebellion.

CENSORSHIP is one of the MOST UN-AMERICAN actions you could have taken. NPR is going to suffer and you and your district will too. You couldn't destroy this man's music, or his message, so you destroyed his career. You should be ashamed, but you're not - and that makes your particular (politically motivated) retaliation even more beneath contempt.

Freedom of Speech...FOREVER.
Good luck with the public scorn.... enjoy it! The story is now so fully viral that the song has now reached MILLIONS. Probably didnt see that coming, did you?

Signed,
Sick and Tired of Politically Correct, Social "Progressives"! (AKA The New Face of Fascism.)

That's right. These folks work their asses off! But what I'm really saying is to emulate first generation Americans.

“A man can be as great as he wants to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication, the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwhile, it can be done.”
– Vince Lombardi

It was the ambitious, skilled, and educated that elected to leave their homelands in the hope that those skills would be in demand in America. Collectivist ideology and the subsequent economic difficulty drove immigrants to seek a better life. They left their homes, often at great expense and discomfort, to seek the shores of America and the promise of opportunity. Whether it was to start a business, open a medical practice or just work hard for their pay, these people moved to America for a chance at a better life.

America offered the chance at a better life, but the journey was long. It was not for those who benefitted from collectivism or the lazy; it was undertaken only by those that yearned to breathe free and seek out opportunity. This was the first step in the new life of a first generation immigrant to America.

After arduous journeys and the entry processes were concluded, these new Americans were now tasked with building new lives. The Industrial Revolution had created an abundance of jobs, and opportunities were available. It was nonetheless a difficult existence. For immigrants, work was hard. Factories were usually not pleasant places to work, and living conditions in cities were harsh. The new Americans lived simply, often in single-room apartments. They walked to work, and everywhere else for that matter. Only the promise of a better tomorrow kept them going. Day after day, they toiled and worked for meager paychecks, but they were happy to do so. They had made the journey across the ocean for the opportunities, and they were committed to making better lives for themselves. They may have come from a country that did not value or reward individual effort or endeavor but upon arriving in America they began playing by a new set of rules –American rules– and it was worth the journey.

These men and women worked hard for their very survival and the possibility of a brighter future. There are those that still live that way today, first generation immigrants from Mexico. Like their predecessors, Mexican immigrants made the journey to America not for comfort but for opportunity, freedom and employment. They may not have crossed an ocean to get to Ellis Island, but they still put effort into the journey. These are the people who are willing to work to survive and eke out an existence by any means necessary with the goal of making better lives for themselves in the future.

Working like a first generation American immigrant means to value opportunity the same way those who crossed vast distances value it. You must understand that it is up to you as an individual to make the most of your money and live within your means. If you value this opportunity and avoid wasting your money, you will find that the American dream is much more attainable.

This is what makes our great nation unique in the world. People around the world know that if they come to America and work hard, they have the chance to improve their lives. The journey to America is the first step to a new life. To make a living, these new Americans must seek out opportunities wherever they can be found. Whether they are fortunate enough to have regular work or rise before the sun to seek day labor, they are not sleeping in or enjoying the comforts commonly enjoyed by more fortunate Americans. This is the experience of first generation immigrants in America, the Land of Opportunity. This is the comfort that new Americans enjoy. Hard work is rewarded, and America is a land in which the individual can thrive based on his or her own effort.

OBAMA IS A HABITUAL LIAR AND SHOWS NO REMORSE JUST HATE FOR ALL OF US CITIZENS.

Obama’s “Big Lies” Get Bigger
A Commentary by Howard Rich

While you can’t fool “all of the people, all of the time,” it is surprisingly easy to fool a sufficient number of them to get elected.

“People will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.”

That’s an excerpt from a World War II-era military intelligence report – a document which explored the psychological profile of one of our
nation’s (and the world’s) most dangerous enemies. It also represents
perhaps the most succinct encapsulation of the modern-day propaganda
method commonly referred to as “The Big Lie.”

Who was the subject of this particular intelligence report? Adolf Hitler.

And while history is unlikely to witness a repeat of anything approaching the horrific genocidal barbarism perpetrated by the
murderous Nazi “New Order,” that doesn’t mean American politicians of
both parties aren’t still employing the same propaganda techniques
utilized by its reviled leader.

In fact, after Bush Republicans used “The Big Lie” to grow government and rack up huge deficits (while telling us they were for “limited
government and less spending”), President Barack Obama is now using it
to expand government further and rack up even larger deficits under the
banner of “hope and change.”

Of course Americans still searching for “hope” amidst our ongoing economic malaise know that the only real “change” has been the cost of
these lies – which keeps adding up at the expense of our liberties.

How many “Big Lies” has Obama told? Frankly, it’s becoming difficult to keep track of them.

Most recently, the top actuary at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid – a pair of programs that shouldn’t even exist in the first place –
revealed that millions of American seniors will have to pay increased
out-of-pocket health care costs next year for “less generous benefit
packages” as a direct result of Obamacare.

This is due to government’s failure to acknowledge basic economic realities – which is already costing taxpayers hundreds of billions each
year (even as these programs’ unfunded liabilities continue to soar).

Last month, a Kaiser Family Foundation report showed that family health care costs are up by 14 percent in 2010 – with even larger increases
forecast for future years, again as a result of Obamacare.

“Health reform mandates new levels of coverage that will increase employers’ costs at least until 2014,” a Kaiser analyst noted.

Beyond higher costs, “Obamacare” is already reneging on government promises regarding prescription drug plans – another benefit that never
should have been subsidized by taxpayers. According to a study released
earlier this year by Avalare Heath, as many as 3.7 million seniors could
be forced out of their prescription drug coverage under the new law
next year – ostensibly so the government can provide them with “more
meaningful choices.”

All across the country, Obamacare’s costly new mandates are driving Americans out of their existing coverage and forcing them to pay
increased out-of-pocket expenses – perpetuating the worst inefficiencies
of government-run health care.

“This much is clear: If the law with its expensive mandates remains on the books, millions of Americans are going to lose the health care plans
they have now — plans the president repeatedly promised they could
keep,” Jeff Jacoby of The Boston Globe wrote recently. Obviously, these
ill effects don’t even begin to address the damage done by Obamacare’s
individual mandates and costly tax hikes – which not only trample on the
Constitution but also violate Obama’s promise not to raise taxes on
Americans earning less than $200,000.

Of course we’ve been lied to by this administration before. Obama promised to bring transparency and accountability to government, but
then he negotiated his health care bill in secret so that he could steer
billions of dollars to his biggest labor union supporters. Then Obama
removed new disclosure requirements for these union leaders – making it
impossible for the public to know how they’re spending all of this
taxpayer-funded largesse.

And who can forget “The Big Lie” of Obama’s so-called stimulus plan – which administration officials said would save or create more than 3
million jobs and keep unemployment below 8 percent? Clearly those
assumptions – along with Vice President Joe Biden’s promised “Summer of
Recovery” – were diversions designed to fool the American people.

As America heads to the polls in November, let’s hope we don’t get fooled again. We’ve had an elegant sufficiency of “Big Lies,” now what
we need are real citizen leaders who are willing to tell us the simple
truth about all of these unsustainable programs.

Women Now Enemies Exposed

Obama said last week that Americans are ignorant and can't see and appreciate the wonderful things , such as Health care he has passed.....Now TODAY...Obama supporters are saying that WOMEN ( all) are not voting and insinuating women are more stupid than all other Americans.....Perhaps this belief comes from being around Nancy P. so much...or probably his Muslim upbringing that women are Very Ignorant, property only and may be treated as a man well pleases......So WHY would ANY woman vote for a person or party like this..?? Next women will be required to wear Burqas and learn to avoid rocks.

This blog I am posting is merely the a philosophical view of an overall loss of identity for many Americans.

As a young ball player I one day wanted to grow up and play for the Detroit Tigers, I wanted to because that was where I grew up, I new everything about the players, and the World Series gave me a great scene of pride in the team and Michigan as a whole.

All of a sudden someone was talking to me about trade, and I was lost for words," a player from another state to play for Michiganders, no we don't want him. Well little did I know players come from all over and go all over, don't let the name full you, The Detroit Tigers aren't from Detroit or even Michigan. I bet the Red Wings aren't either:) Lo..............L

Nationalization of every thing is occurring, and first the States loss their identity and then everyone else, just because some people believe everything should be the same every where they go, so they are for the Federal Government getting bigger and even standardizing local laws and everything else. Now that is where I see a serious problem, because if know one cares about their State anymore, and or respects other States for their differences than as Americans we loose the choice to live in the Sates that most Identify with the way we feel today. I may like the State of Tennessee better when I'm 72 than I like it today, but if everything becomes the same everywhere and the only differences I find is not in the States, but in the Cultures that remained from Immigrants that refuse to assimilate into an American society, then all we will become is a subdivided land into different cultural and ethnic groups, under one umbrella Law of the land, and powerless to our Freedom and Liberty, powerless to even Speech.

States must encourage the people that live in there States to take pride once again, it is hard with MTV and Hollywood and a arrogant Federal Education System, Florida and Texas home to NASA, and soon NASA maybe gone and absorbed by the ever present Universities( Space programs, Sports, Medicine, Research,Environmental, contracted to do investigation, lending), you name the Universities are more well known that the States are anymore (Why?) and they put out bias Athletic Programs as well. States Rights have got to be returned to the States, and all taxation at the federal level eliminated IRS eliminated Property Tax eliminated, Death tax illuminated and therefore giving States power to limit Government Spending,The Federal government now owns teachers in most states and buys their votes, not to the benefit of the given state but a benefit to the Federal Government, and they decide what Universities to support and Unions and so on, That money and education belongs in the hands of the States first, naturally anything that limits the power of The Federal Government will be met with stanch resistance from the Democrats and Progressives.

Yep you can't imagine how much better and more exciting those ball teams would be, if the players had to actually be born in the State they represented, Pride and fear of loss would be the motivators, not how much you paid for a player or how much a player owed a team. That is the weakness much of the world seeks for America, and I say the power to restore America is in not losing the identity of the States buy an over shadowing Federal Government, demand the powers granted in the Tenth Amendment back to the States. Then and only then will the World and all Americans once again feel the power of "The United States of America"

PS: I know you guys know all this already, and some of my statement may not be correct, but LOL I think the Federal Government has stolen the Identity of our States and power and therefore should return it before there is no America. Paul Long winded I know I have nothing else to do:) LO>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>L

A NEW FRESH START

I believe the Tea Party should establish a "Pork Police" group, to monitor the new and old Repubs. to BE SURE ..Pork is STOPPED!

One of our Tea Party candidates was on TV, and Avoided a direct answer from the Journalist about stopping 'Pork', He ( the candidate) said they may use another name such as D2 Additions or something like that.

My concern is that it seems as soon as ANYONE is elected , they become 'demonic possessed" and revert to normal "Fat Cat" politicians.
We need to be prepared to continue cleaning out the trash in 2012, and perhaps some we have put in this year , as they have reverted to serpents.

Also, any politician that even has conversations with ANY Lobbyist, political influence would not be allowed, unless a committee met with them, headed by a tight fist-ed leader ( Paul Ryan) as example.

We MUST Clean up this Corrupt Political System or we will be the same as Haiti soon.

Please pass this on if possible.

October 2010

2010 was a landmark year for health care in the United States and at our Company. At GE,we started

the year with a new health care plan for salaried employees in response to unsustainable cost

increases, the first new plan since 1989. At about $3 billion annually, you can understand how health

care costs impact GE'scompetitiveness.

While there are some things we can change, there are others that are outside of our control. Health

care costs in the U.S.have been increasing over the past several years at two-to-three times the rate of

inflation due to price increases, greater use of services, and inefficiencies in the system. GEhas

experienced similar results over the past decade and the challenge we face continues to build.

The new Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act adopted earlier this year provides health care

access to all Americans and it also expands coverage for you as outlined in the attached guide. This

law will be phased in over several years. New benefits like offering preventive care screenings as

recommended by the U.S.Preventive Services Task Force free of charge, extending coverage to

dependent children up to age 26 and removing lifetime maximums will cost GEmore. However, there is

much to learn about how the implementation will unfold. GEhas the right to pass these costs on to you

. in the form of higher contributions, but we've elected to absorb these additional costs this year as we

take time to understand the impacts.

During the past year, we hope you have taken a more active role managing your health and health

care. We have been making investments to help you by adding and expanding tools. These include:

• Expanded Health Coach hours to include 24/7 voluntary and confidential access to medical

professionals to help you make informed decisions like when to use the emergency room;

• A new online and mobile application, Health Answers, to give you better access to information

when you need it; and

• Free,easy-to-use, voluntary and confidential tools like the Health RiskQuestionnaire and

Lifestyle Coaching to help you understand your health and take steps to be healthier.

We know you want a good health care plan at a fair price. We share that goal, and are working hard

every day to provide access to high-quality health care, control costs and offer a competitive benefits

package. We want to thank you for your support during this unprecedented time of change.

Sincerely,

J~';h~vIv--

Ref: President Lincoln's Gettysburg Address

I was pondering the dire status of our leadership within the Washington, DC beltline. It is, as we say in the South, "plumb outa hand". Join me in encouraging people who don't register to vote because "it wouldn't make any difference anyway", to realize it does make a difference. If all the people who are not registered to vote (while still complaining about our leadership)...or even 1/2 of them would register and then vote, it would make a tremendous difference in the outcome of our efforts to replace those in power who have taken over our country. Its not unlike the blacks who were encouraged to vote to get the first "mixed breed" President in to office.

If the last line of President Lincoln's Gettysburg Address was stated correctly today, it would read, "...of the congress, by the congress, and for the congress".

While I believe that the core beliefs of the tea party are 100% Inline and American. I can still have a harder view on certian things from time to time. So with that in mind please cut me some slack if I come off with a hard line opinion at times.

1.) The first of which I believe the "change we need" is to get rid of the entire current congress. Theses jobs need to be filled by Americans that represent the "Real America" not just the super elite and special intrest.

2.) Many Amendments made to the constitution need to be repealed.

3.) America has been unnecessarly over complicated and needs to be brought back to the core values and basics on which it was founded.

I know that theses statements are over simplified and easier said than done but it's a starting point.... And that's more than we currently have.

Real change happens when you do something nice and helpful for somebody else just because it's the right thing to do.

Defining Leadership

When an individual enters the ring to run for any office be it local or federal you have to look for a base qualification. Canidates will list qualifications based on an order that they feel is important to them. As you may have seen in media ads or websites these qualifications range from simply being born and raised in the area to degrees at ranking universities. Some, from time to time, will tout strong leadership. Now that is where I take interest.....leadership. To me a candidate's experience LEADING people will define how they serve us. You see, real or strong leadership is not taught in a classroom. A potentail leader is "found" by other strong leaders and mentored. I mean how does a young man become the captain of a football team? There's no class for that. The football coach, a position that requires strong leadership skills SELECTS that captain and MENTORS him. Our folks in the military do the same thing every single day. During my time in the US Army a young officer or sergeant is expected to follow a base principal of BE/KNOW/DO.

This BE/KNOW/DO breaks down into what that person does on a daily basis. What they have to do to remain proficient in their area of responsibily and how they go about discharging those responsibilities. And here is where I see the problem with our current leadership. And I am not just talking about the President, I mean every level. You see, you can't get an elected official to accept responsibility. They won't do it! Yeah yeah....they will tout/chest thump an accomplishment, (earmark?)....I liken that as the same as me bringing flowers home to my wife after I tracked mud on her carpet. She tends to forget about the mud, forgives me and the flowers are now a focal point on the new diningroom table that was bought after I did something else to tick her off. That's how some elected folks operate, like husbands! Think about. And you know, if I had just done the BE/KNOW/DO thing I'd still have money in my pocket. Think about that and how you can attach it to that person seeking your vote. They are the one's who are walking on your carpet and bellying up to your table.

The Establishment

Blame the establishment for the firing of Juan Williams. It was a mindless knee-jerk action. Out of expedience, the establishment—the law, religion, science—each with its own stand-alone empire, manages to maintain control of beings created to cope on their own.

Placing the blame is easy. There are a thousand truths. I have mine. You have yours. The Tea Party is the wake-up call, but the establishment remains fixed and unchanged. We’ve yet to know how to reunite the American people and take the country back.

Put yourself in the position of authority. PBS is a prime example. It has made a tremendous investment in time and money to gain its place in the sun. The way to remain in control is to divide the people. That’s what PBS is here to do, and on taxpayer money. You could say the same for Fox News. At least it isn’t taxpayer money.

We are as divided today as we Americans were when the South seceded from the Union. A house divided does not long stand. Leave it to the establishment and you will soon be without any rights. A good first step would be to stop giving PBS taxpayer money, but don’t think that will happen unless the public demands it.

The only thing what will save America is for the people to unit in an effort to stop the authorities from robbing us of the fruits of our labor, and that’s going to be extremely difficult, in fact, next to impossible. More than half of the American people depend on government in one way or another. How are we dependents to be convinced that we don’t want government help? What would I do, pray tell me, without my government entitlement? When the riots begin in 2011, are we, the government entitled, going to be against the anarchy? Someone tells us he has the solution. Anything is better than being left without the means of survival.

What is the solution that will gain back what we had before we became addicted to big government? I have yet to hear anyone say he wants to end the very programs that are bankrupting the nation, fiscally, morally, and spiritually.
