I was one of the lucky few Americans to do an internship in the European Commission in the 90s.  That was during my young and impressionable days before I became a stanch conservative.  I have a friend who is currently there who works for NATO and is dedicated to registering Americans living abroad to vote (for Obama of course).  I would like to know if we have a similar movement and if not, we should!  

There are plenty of people living outside of the US who are perfectly able to vote here.  The DNC is committed to this, and I read on his FB the other day a gal in Bejing recommended contacting someone she knew there to have a similar program started in China.  We need to make an effort to get more people on our side to vote!  Does anyone have an idea about how to initiate something like this?  I am willing to help!  I have friends in Mexico and in Europe - although many of the Euros are so Socialistic and anti-American that it may be a tough sale.  But Mexico may be a different story.

I am writing to inquire into the status of my letter of January 5, 2012, which requested that President Obama be removed from the New Mexico 2012 Presidential Primary Election Ballot.

As you are aware, the natural born citizen minimum qualifications are set forth in Article II, Section I, Clause V of our U.S. Constitution, along with the ‘Specific Eligibility Requirements and Duties (Section 1-8-18(A) and 1-4-16(B) NMSA 1978),’ which includes the office of the President of the United States, as outlined in the following ‘New Mexico 2010 Candidate Guide’:

You are also probably aware that this issue is not going away anytime soon because Americans across the country are starting to wake up to the fact that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces, as substantiated by his newly released long-form Certificate of Live Birth, which shows that when he was born in 1961 his father was not a U.S. citizen and therefore he can never be a ‘natural-born citizen,’ as that term was defined by a  ‘1875 U.S. Supreme Court decision, Minor v. Happersett’ in which the court defined “natural-born citizens” as ‘all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens.’

Word of Caution:  Although its great that many Americans are now beginning to wake up and are actively taking some action to have President Obama taken off the 2012 Presidential Election Ballots we need to keep in mind that those individuals with unlimited sources and/or resources, to include the deep pockets of anti-American George Soros, our own local and national elected officials and others, with the help of the MSM, who have spent years planning and successively perpetrating what I now believe could be the greatest fraud in American history are not going to go down without a fight and thus, as a result, I also believe that now more than ever we need to stick together as Americans (it's no longer Democrat or Republican) at this crucial time when our country and/or Republic needs us more than ever to see this thru. In 1979 Mr. Soros established the Open Society Institute (OSI), which serves as the flagship of a network of Soros foundations that donate tens of millions of dollars each year to a wide array of individuals and organizations that share his agendas.

Those agendas can be summarized as follows:

• promoting the view that America is institutionally an oppressive nation

• promoting the election of leftist political candidates throughout the United States

• opposing virtually all post-9/11 national security measures enacted by U.S. government, particularly the Patriot Act

• depicting American military actions as unjust, unwarranted, and immoral

• promoting open borders, mass immigration, and a watering down of current immigration laws

• promoting a dramatic expansion of social welfare programs funded by ever-escalating taxes

• promoting social welfare benefits and amnesty for illegal aliens

• defending the civil rights and liberties of suspected anti-American terrorists and their abettors

• financing the recruitment and training of future activist leaders of the political Left

“Democrat Tom Udall was born in May 1948 in Tucson, Arizona, the son of Arizona Congressman (1955-1961) and Secretary of the Interior (1961-1969) Stewart Udall. He is also the nephew of Arizona Congressman (1961-1991) Morris “Mo” Udall. And he is first cousin of Colorado Congressman Mark Udall. All his politician relatives are Democrats except for distant cousin Gordon Smith, who is a Republican U.S. Senator from Oregon.

Udall grew up first in Tucson and later in suburban Washington, DC. He earned an undergraduate degree from Prescott College in Arizona (1970), a Bachelor of Law degree from Cambridge University in England (1975), and a Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico (1977). He worked as Law Clerk for the 10^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in 1977 and as Assistant U.S. Attorney from 1978-1981.

In 1982 Udall ran for Congress in the newly created 3^rd District of New Mexico but was defeated in the Democratic primary by Bill Richardson. In 1983-1984 he served as Chief Counsel for New Mexico’s Health and Environment Department. And in 1988 he ran for a vacated congressional seat in the 1^st District but narrowly lost to Bernalillo County District Attorney Steven Schiff.

In 1990 Udall was elected as New Mexico Attorney General, a position he would hold for eight years until he was elected to Congress. He received support in his congressional bid from the arts crowd, environmentalist groups, and powerful family friends. Udall further aided his own cause by accommodating the demands of the New Mexico Green Party, which can sway elections in that state by winning up to 10 percent of the popular vote when it actively opposes Democrats.

A member of the Progressive Caucus in the House of Representatives, Udall went on to win re-election to Congress in 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006. According to Americans for Democratic Action, he voted on the left side of legislation 95 to 100 percent of the time. During his House career, Udall voted:

• against the development of a national missile defense system;
• against the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2001;
• against the post-9/11 anti-terrorism measure known as the Patriot Act;
• against allowing the U.S. government to use electronic surveillance to investigate suspected terrorist operatives;

My beloved friends and love one ones in the United States and around the world, I am sending this urgent message to you asking for your support on a very important issue involving a young woman who was attacked and brutalized by Georgia law-enforcement. In that incident her unborn child was viciously murdered. On March 02, 2011, I suffered while resting in the comfort of her Jonesboro Georgia home, committed no crimes,  out of the blue my home was surrounded by swat teams and officers from three different law-enforcement agencies within Clayton county. She was terrorizes; she called 911 frantic for hekp but 911 dispachers were so cruel to this young womam, they threatened her and went as far as telling her not to call back. She was denied critical emergency services rgat could have saved the lives of her unborn child. 

 Hoverer, when she was trapped into her home with nowhere to go and no one to help, this pregnant victim was left to suffer some of the worse, if not the worse brutality in recent history.  Her front door was kicked in and she was brutally attacked in her home by all male officers whom held me at gun point, and tortured her. She was photographed naked before my children and was brutalized to the point where she started bleeding ot the scene,  resulted into the vicious murder of her unborn child "Baby Angel"
.
To date, this young woman had filed numerous complaints with Attorney General Eric Holder and state law-enforcement agencies.  She had also written numerous letters to President Obama asking the president  to insure that a thorough investigation is is completed into this case. But until present, no investigation has been conducted an no one is held accounted for these egregious crimes.  To the contrary, this innocent victim was framed and set up to stand trial on 15 fraudulent charges that carries maximum penalty of fifteen years in prison and 15 thousand dollars in fines. Obama’s Secret Fraud Kingpin?

A silent, possibly complicit Kingpin must be brought out of the shadows to answer burning inconsistencies.

It is becoming apparent the Birth Certificate which Mr. Obama presented to the public as a “true and accurate copy of the original” is neither. As a matter of fact, many are claiming it is a fraud!  Forensic specialists have examined the publicly displayed Obama Birth Certificate and are claiming it is a poorly created dummy document, a fake!

However, the alleged fake document is what many are calling ‘an expected result from a charlatan of the likes of Obama’.   At a closer view the document carries with it a higher degree of suspicion because of the nature of the forced disclosure by Obama. Whatever the motive to present this ‘Birth Certificate,’ may be, it has placed the Governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, in a precarious position.

In sum, it appears Abercrombie is one of the few people who can actually verify the validity of the Obama ‘Birth Certificate,’ for he, is the one whom the trust and validity of these documents reside, nonetheless, this may change if the court orders a forensic examination of Obama ‘Birth Certificate.’

Let us not forget, ONLY States and territorial jurisdictions of the United States can issue birth certificates. In short, there is no such thing as a ‘federal birth certificate.’ This means the weight of the validity of any State issued birth document is shifted onto the State, and then flows up to the chief official, in this case, Neil Abercrombie.

One important caveat, if it is found the Obama ‘Birth Certificate’ is a fraud, which at this writing, proof has revealed the document presented by the White House are most likely a forgery than not, then the focus shifts from Obama to Abercrombie.

Quite simply, if a falsification of a Hawaiian State issued Birth record is discovered, then the Hawaiian Governor has a fiduciary responsibility to the people of Hawaii, and, to the people of the United States of America. A responsibility to verify the validity of the ‘Birth Certificate’ in question, or denounce it as a fraud, anything less would be disingenuous of the highest office in the State of Hawaii, as evidenced by the oath of office[i].

The implications could be staggering. If it is found Obama’s published ‘Birth Certificate’ is a fraud and the Governor does not denounce such an open and conspicuous falsehood perpetrated upon the American people, then he will be complicit and perpetuate a fraud by defaulting on his responsibility to protect the interest of the good people of Hawaii and the United States as a whole. If a falsehood is knowingly covered-up by Abercrombie, then he has dirty hands, thereby, having used his office as an instrumentality for the committing of a series of crimes. 

Make no mistake; if Neil Abercrombie chooses to be silent on a false Obama ‘Birth Certificate,’ he is as much an accessory to conspiracy to defraud, as if he personally printed the fabricated document himself.  With Abercrombie’s authority and responsibility to the State of Hawaii, as well as to the laws of the United States, he is placed into a position of being the chief enforcement authority by this jurisdiction. Furthermore, he has sworn to protect the Constitution of the United States of America, this equates to a Judicial mandate which he must enforce or be negligent in his sworn duties as Governor.

This could translate into an effort by the office of the Governor to launch a full and thorough investigation into birth certificate abuse.  Not just in the light of the possible Obama Birth Certificate scheme, but also in other cases which have, or may not have, defrauded the people of Hawaii.

Additionally, the issue doesn’t stop with just a single birth certificate fraud case.  The document in question could possibly represent hundreds, or even thousands, of fraudulent birth certificates used to commit a plethora of crimes. Crimes such as credit fraud, passport fraud and possibly has created a hidden pathway, which illegal aliens have trod for years, as they nefariously enter into the United States and pose as citizens.

Truth be told, the State of Hawaii, and it’s Governor, has authority under the Police Powers as guaranteed in the 5^th and 10^th Amendment of the United States Constitution, which raises the question of Federal jurisdiction as pertaining to State created documents. These State created documents carry Federal authority, and in this particular case, qualifies or disqualifies a person running for the office of the President of the United States of America.

What’s more important is, if Neil Abercrombie becomes aware of a fraud and refuses to act, this demonstrates a mens rea[ii] on his part. Men Rea is a necessary element in the determination of the intent to defraud, therefore, possibly setting the stage for being charged as a co-conspirator; consequently, Neil Abercrombie would have committed a crime on behalf of another.

In short, if Abercrombie has concealed the Obama ‘Birth Certificate,’  purported to be a State issued document, is indeed a fraud, then this places the Hawaiian Department of Justice on notice of the general intent by Abercrombie to mislead law enforcement and the specific intent to commit a crime on behalf of another by duplicity.  

Will Abercrombie conceal the truth of the birth certificate by refusing to verify or denounce the accuracy of the ‘Birth Certificate’ presented by Obama?  

Would the people of Hawaii be defrauded by the altering of a State issued birth certificate?

Yes! Because of the fact the Office of the President of the United States has, and will continue to exercise Federal jurisdiction over the people of Hawaii, not only in Federal questions, but also in monetary issues will have a direct impact on the economy of the State of Hawaii.

The question must be asked; is Neil Abercrombie complicit in the crime of defrauding the people of Hawaii and the government of the United States of America through duplicity, by concealing incriminating evidence of the Obama ‘Birth Certificate’?  

Was document fraud deception deliberately practiced with a view to gain an unlawful advantage? Birth document fraud is injurious to society, especially through deceit and trickery to mislead the course of due process. Is this what has happened?

Was our beloved Nation betrayed through a well-conceived and executed hoax?

Look at it this way, maybe, just maybe, the birth document is truly the actual Obama ‘Birth Certificate’ and Neil Abercrombie has nothing to worry about.

The speech by Dr. Taitz about the Election Fraud was foundon YouTube by theuser William Wagener.

Dr. Taitz is also running to be nominated for Secretary of State so Damon Dunn who is competing in the nominations for California Secretaryof State is who she is up against in the elections.

According to Dr. Taitz Mr. Dunn has violated three Elections codes of California. Those California Elections codes are §8001(a)(2),§18203,and §18500which has been searched up on the California Governmentcode search engine.

For those who don't know what three Elections Codes were violated I will explain all three.

According to §8001(a)(2)

No declaration of candidacy for a partisan office or for
membership on a county central committee shall be filed, by a
candidate unless

(2) the candidate has not been registered as

affiliated with a qualified political party other than that political

party the nomination of which he seeks within 12 months, or, in the

case of an election governed by Chapter 1 (commencing with Section

10700) of Part 6 of Division 10, within three months immediately

prior to the filing of the declaration.

So somebody that is already affiliated with a qualified political party has to state their change to another political party 12 monthsprior to running for office.

According to §18203

Any person who files or submits for filing a nomination
paper or declaration of candidacy knowing that it or any part of it
has been made falsely is punishable by a fine not exceeding one
thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the state prison for
16 months or two or three years or by both the fine and imprisonment.

So in simple terms for this one if anybody who files for, makes a declaration for, or submits a filing for Nomination or Candidacy knowingthat the information put on the filing was false information then thatis considered fraud according to California Election Code (CEC). So inother words if I filed that I am not affiliated with any political partyeven though I was years ago then I am lying about my politicalaffiliations to a Government registration facility which is what fraudis. So if I told the FBI my name was Sally Joe then I am committingfraud in a Government office. So you get the picture of what fraud is.

So the last Code is §18500 and so according to it

Any person who commits fraud or attempts to commit fraud,
and any person who aids or abets fraud or attempts to aid or abet
fraud, in connection with any vote cast, to be cast, or attempted to
be cast, is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for 16
months or two or three years.

So according to this law if somebody aids, commits, approves, encourages, or supports Fraud then they are held liable and is guilty ofa Felony.

So now I explained what all three California Elections Codes Damon Dunn has violated according to Dr. Taitz.

Dr. Taitz claims she wants to become the California Secretary of State to expose all the inner political corruptions within California.Dr. Taitz has also been fighting in court for months to years overObamas Birth Certificate issue over the fact that Mr. Obama did notrelease a valid long form Birth Certificate before his inauguration toPresidential office.

Also according to William Wagener's video description it says

Across America, TEA PARTY fakes are endorsing and Pushing RINO's to win
the Republican Primaries. RINO = Republican In Name Only. Damon DUNNis the man who had forged Signatures on his Nomination Papers, in theCalifornia

Mr. DUNN had been a registered Democrat all his life, publically statedObama is His "Hero", in a Stanford Blog interview, and voted only in2009 one time. ONE TIME. Yet, he makes wonderful speeches and wantsus to believe he is qualified to run the States Elections, having votedONE TIME, prior to the June 2010 Republican Primary.

So according to William Wagener there are democrats who have became Republicans just to get elected even though that is a false Declarationof affiliation for a political party. It is nomination Fraud whensomebody does not declare that they begin to affiliate themselves with adifferent political party because of the corruption and infiltrationthat breeds from the sudden change in political parties. So that is whystates have passed law codes that anybody who changes a political partyhas to wait a certain time period plus has to declare that the person isready to change to another political party.

Damon Dunn got a scholarship into Stanford University then got into Football. Dr. Dunn also played in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars,Cleveland Browns, New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys.

Damon Dunn has also been affiliated with the Democrat party according to Dr. Taitz.

Damon Dunn also thought of Obama as his hero according to a Stanford Blog Interview.

Looking for evidence of Obama's past, Fox Newscontacted 400 Columbia University students from the period whenObama claims to have been there, but none remembered him.


Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983.In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all knowme. I don't
have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obamaat Columbia. Ever! Nobody recallshim. I'm not exaggerating, I'm not kidding. "Root adds that hewas also, like Obama, "Class of '83 politicalscience, pre-law" and says,
"You don't get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in mylife, don't know anyone who ever met him. At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago,who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard ofBarack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guywho writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York, the machawho knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him.Is that not strange? It's very strange.
