The Treasury Inspector General's Office estimates that the US Treasury is defrauded between $14 and $16 billion each year by obtaining fraudulent earned income credit tax refunds. Each year 30 million tax filers share a $60 billion dollar pie called Earned Income Credit. Basically, if you earn between $3,000 and $45,000 and have a dependent child, you qualify for a tax credits between $300 and $7,500.
How The IRS Is Defrauded
Jane Doe claims $13,720 income from an imaginary cleaning business on her tax return. Since Jane doesn't have a business, she doesn’t need to purchase any brooms, dust pans, cleaning supplies or mops. For Jane’s efforts, she will qualify for federal tax credits of $6,600. Before the US Treasury deposits a tax refund of $4,900 into her bank account, they make a deposit into Jane Doe’s social security retirement account for $1,700. From start to finish, Jane can complete her phantom tax return using phantom income in 15 minutes!
I contacted the FBI and informed them that tax companies defrauded the US Treasury of $3.7 billion during the 2012 tax season. Unscrupulous tax preparers don't hesitate to file bogus EIC tax returns defrauding the IRS of $6,000 because they take their $200 fee right off the top. Tax companies will successfully process 800,000 tax returns that claim phantom income and expenses in order to increase their 2012 income tax refunds.
I issued a press release entitled "Tax Technology Would Save IRS $3.7 Billion in Next 60 Days". The article had 881 readers. This included nearly 75 from the counties of France and Germany. Why would those countries be so interested in learning about tax fraud technology in the United States?

The IRS should consider offering EIC tax frauds the choice of receiving $4,900 cash or 10 IED's. Terrorists shouldn't have to be burdened with going to the bank and then having to negotiate the purchase of improvised explosive devices.
If terrorists obtain 40,000 fraudulent EIC tax refunds they will receive approx. $200 million. According to Wikipedia the avg. cost of an IED is $500. As a result of the IRS ineptness at preventing tax fraud, the US Treasury may have just funded 400,000 IED's. Why should American troops potentially suffer?
I believe the FBI can successfully identify tax frauds who are funneling money to fund terrorism. The easiest frauds to identify are self-employed 's who don't have any business expenses. Identifying terrorists can be done without any profiling. The only requirement is committing tax fraud. The FBI should investigate whether bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev received funding via fraudulent tax returns.
Why is the IRS Afraid to Use Technology to Protect Troops?
The Internal Revenue Service needs to identify anti-American groups that could be funding terrorism. The Supreme Court has said that if you willfully defraud the US government by filing false tax returns you can be deported. My company has offered to test ALL 27 million EITC tax filers. Based on the beta test we completed, we can test 30 million in 30 min. Why is the IRS afraid to utilize technology that could prevent harm to American troops?

Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, and Democrats continue to ‘force’ parents to continue to pay their taxes, and also send their children to ‘public schools’. As an alternative to the ‘public schools’, the taxpayers are forced to pay additional costs for offering any alternative education for their children.
All legislators should and could release parents across America from a Socialistic ‘public education’ and allow parents to determine the ‘very best education’ for their children as may be attained. It is merely a change of the states’ statues on ‘taxes and education’ within their respective domains.
Our “public schools”, led by our US Department of Education has, and continues to subsidize, champion, sponsor, lecture, and sustain more ‘Liberal’ social ideals; ideals contrary to our Constitutional ‘Christian’ values.
It is important for political leaders, our citizens, and the ‘main-stream’ Medias to recognize that our ‘public education’ ‘results’ continue downhill, as compared to other forms of education for our children, and other nations around the world.
It is in the best interest of the children’s ‘parents’ and the ‘taxpayers’ for our children to be offered the ‘best education available’ for our communities, whether it be in ‘public schools’, private schools, charter schools, parochial schools, or home schools. ‘All schools’ must meet ‘common test requirements’ in proving each child’s ‘instructional progress’ in their learning.
As Canadian-American journalist, author, and political philosopher, Isabel Paterson said, "A tax supported, compulsory educational system is the complete model of the totalitarian state." Most states’ ‘public education’ has been a ‘compulsory educational system’ for years. As any alternative to ‘public education’, the parents are forced to continue paying their taxes, then pay additional enormous costs for other ‘replacement’ education.
Competing to deliver the ‘very best education’ intended for (y)our children will require all ‘effective’ schools to get better and stronger.
Set our parents ‘free’ so as to promote and allow their children to ascertain a valuable, dynamic, healthy, and prosperous education; it is all about their future.

Elliott and Patty Roosevelt came to my home to swim on

they would have burned all of them in hell.
Here is a story I received today regarding the Social
Security Program and I immediately thought of

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social
Security (FICA) Program. He promised:
1.) That participation in the Program would be
completely voluntary,
2.) That the participants would only have to pay
1% of the first $1,400 of their annual
incomes into the Program,
3.) That the money the participants elected to put
into the Program would be deductible from
their income for tax purposes each year,
4.) That the money the participants put into the
independent "Trust Fund" rather than into the
General operating fund, and therefore, would
only be used to fund the Social Security
Retirement Program, and no other
Government program, and,
5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees
would never be taxed as income

now receiving a Social Security check every month --

61% of the 1,400 or so delegates at the recent Boy Scout Leadership meeting voted to admit openly homosexual boys to Scouting. They also denied homosexual adult Scout leaders. Two bold questions need to be asked.
1. How does a young boy know he’s openly homosexual unless someone suggests it?
2. What did the Boy Scouts learn about their own leadership?
My home was recently infested with Brazilian cereal moths. They’re tiny things that reproduce before your eyes and get into everything from Bisquick to candied pecans to Raisin Bran. I tried sprays and finally settled on a simple sex trap; not unlike what the “progressives” use on every moral and spiritual value that made this country great.
The trap features a little red square (how appropriate!) that carries a pheromone, a targeted sexual attractant that draws the moths to it. As they fly into the trap, the sticky sides snare them and they remain stuck until they die of exhaustion.
1. The great strength of Scouting has always been to develop young men by testing their courage and drawing out latent skills and talents. The experience will serve them the rest of their lives. Scouting succeeds because it serves true diversity: the development of diverse skills and talents through hard-earned Badges in areas of interest to the individual Scout.
Boys are aware of their blossoming sex drives. Scouting has always guided them to discover their roles as young men born to serve God, Country and one another. Isn’t this more important than being drawn like moths to the “progressive” sex trap?
I’ve long held that sexual impulse of any type is offset by a person’s innate creativity and penchant for service. The difference between human beings and all other creatures is that we have been gifted with a rational mind and free will that does not enslave us to our passions.
Most boys will grow and develop into men ready to head a family and defend it as God commands and the Constitution provides. Others will find their creative and intellectual gifts lead them into other areas of risk and reward, of service to others. Their sexuality will take care of itself as they concentrate on discovering and testing their capabilities.
2. What is it about Scout leaders that drew them to vote as they did?
Jesus stated that for someone to destroy the innocence of young ones, it would be better for the predator to have a millstone hung around his neck and be tossed into the sea. He saw that as an eternal preventative to save the predator’s own soul before he did something stupid.
The person dedicated to serving others, especially the young, is often left alone with his thoughts and impulses. One must never divert boys’ skill and character development toward obsession with sexuality.
The answer lies in 1 Corinthians 10:13: “No test has been sent you that do not come to all men.” Besides, God keeps his promise. He will not let you be tested beyond your strength. Along with the test he will give you a way out so that you may be able to endure it.” God’s love and wisdom is shown with our endowment of a free will. He provides us with a barrier against temptation. What good is His guidance if we're not paying attention? We must do our part and instill it in our boys.
The Boy Scouts and the schools they attend will win this great battle in spiritual warfare by embracing God as complementary to the mission of education and skill development. They could explore the balance between creativity, service and sexuality without “progressive” obsessions. Young people would come to understand how wonderfully they are made. They are designed for greatness and have the free will and the freedom in this Constitutional Republic to choose a path. Anything short of that deserves “The Millstone Award.”
We've known for weeks the argument made by senior IRS officials that targeting of conservative Tea Party groups was carried out by a "few low-level agents in Cincinnati" is bogus. Now, we have even more proof. NBC News reported last night that the signatures of senior level IRS officials, including that of IRS Tax Exempt Organizations Director Lois Lerner, are on documents that were sent to Tea Party groups asking for more information.
Additional scrutiny of conservative organizations’ activities by the IRS did not solely originate in the agency’s Cincinnati office, with requests for information coming from other offices and often bearing the signatures of higher-ups at the agency, according to attorneys representing some of the targeted groups. At least one letter requesting information about one of the groups bears the signature of Lois Lerner, the suspended director of the IRS Exempt Organizations department in Washington.
Jay Sekulow, an attorney representing 27 conservative political advocacy organizations that applied to the Internal Revenue Service for tax-exempt status, provided some of the letters to NBC News. He said the groups’ contacts with the IRS prove that the practices went beyond a few “front line” employees in the Cincinnati office, as the IRS has maintained.
“We've dealt with 15 agents, including tax law specialists -- that's lawyers -- from four different offices, including (the) Treasury (Department) in Washington, D.C.,” Sekulow said. “So the idea that this is a couple of rogue agents in Cincinnati is not correct.”

We were not ready for the underhanded way that most democrats won last elections. Plus there were many voters that didn't even vote. Members of the Free Syrian Army reportedly attacked the Christian-dominated al-Duvair village in Reef on the outskirts of Homs on Monday, where they massacred its citizens, including women and children, before the Syrian Army interfered.
This reported attack comes shortly after intense fighting in the city of al-Qusseir over the weekend, in which Bashar Al-Assad’s forces inflicted heavy casualties on the rebels.
Assad’s forces launched an offensive in April in an effort to cut off supply lines to the rebels by taking the city and its surrounding areas from the rebel groups that had been entrenched there since last year. Two weeks ago, the Syrian forces reached the center of the city
While the sources describing Monday’s massacre are supportive of Assad, it’s possible that it occurred since the rebel groups fighting the Assad regime are composed mainly of members of al-Qaeda and al-Qaeda affiliated groups and have committed war crimes and atrocities in the past.
Jabhat al-Nusra, the branch of al-Qaeda that fought and killed American and allied troops in Iraq, have positioned themselves in Syria and control the rebel movement.

Hello everyone, I am a new member. I am a constitutionalist. I believe our federal government is acting in a tyrannical manner. I believe in States rights, and the people have the last say-so on what is constitutional. Congress must now take emergency action and appoint its own special prosecutor. Congress, in an aggressive emergency mode, is the last best hope for the Constitution. The tyranny of the IRS has been revealed. The Justice Department has been irretrievably corrupted as Holder admits lying and blatantly violates the 1st Amendment. The Supreme Court ignored the Constitution and its "blessings of liberty" as it nationalized the healthcare industry based on its liberal, collectivist ideology and bias - SCOTUS legislated from the bench once again. The President, installed by one-world bankers and foreign socialists using funds from around the globe, is a foreign citizen, the son of a foreign citizen and ineligible.
