If you are a college student in Obama’s America then you are wondering if the protest at UCLA is a throwback to the 1960’s civil rights era or is it  just Affirmative Action 2013.  Whether or not racism is alive and well on the left coast at UCLA, it appears that a white professor who has been targeted by some minority students is certainly not engaged in discrimination.

What is his alleged sin?  He is accused of correcting the grammar of some minority students who did not conform to graduate level standards, reported the Young Conservatives.  Is it a crime?  Maybe it is a crime, but Professor Val Rust of the Graduate School of Education & Information Studies did not commit it.  That most onerous crime was committed by teachers of these minority students in K-12 and perhaps even undergraduate studies.

This is tragic because all too often, minority students who are not working at the graduate level standards which are expected are far too easily drawn to the post-Obama era “Somebody did this to me…and they are probably white,” sloganeering.  In a hot minute you can expect the civil rights Calvary headed to the UCLA campus in the guise of General Incompetent Al Sharpton and Colonel Rhyme-a-Lot Jesse Jackson.

Former President George W. Bush would have labeled the problems these minority students face as the soft discrimination of low expectations. After all, Rust was quite clear about his alleged issues with the student’s performances. Professor Rust explained in a letter to the department that,   ”I have attempted to be rather thorough on the papers and am particularly concerned that they do a good job with their bibliographies and citations, and these students apparently don’t feel that is appropriate.”

So what exactly are these students expecting the result to be by engaging in an endless series of 60’s era sit-ins and protests?  Are standards in graduate schools supposed to be lowered and lesser levels of achievement supposed to be acceptable?

The United States of America was founded on certain principles; principals that our Founding Fathers felt were necessary to insure the future viability of this Country and the governing structure as they had envisioned. Their applied wisdom, embedded in our Constitution, is irrefutable.

Today (y)our Federal Government is rapidly drifting away from the intent and expressed commands of the Constitution.  The all-consuming quests for power at Federal levels are far exceeding the intent of our founding fathers and the intent as they had envisioned into the Constitution.

The Founding Fathers were striving to create a system of check-and-balance insuring that our Federal Government would remain a Republic.  The United States was founded by a collection of 13 States united to give a central voice in international affairs, a limited national affair, to regulate commerce, and to harmonize across-state laws.  They even gave the States the right to withdraw from this Republic if they felt the Republic was not fulfilling its responsibility to the State(s).

Our Founding Fathers fought incredibly hard for our Independence from England.  These men understood the value of a free people's government in protecting the peoples’ freedoms and rights.  If anyone has any question on this issue, they should read the Declaration of Independence; a Document that should leave no question(s) as to our Founding Fathers intent. 

Furthermore, the "Federalist Papers" will further substantiate the defined intentions as incorporated within the Constitution.

Every student in all schools should be required to read, understand, and achieve the ability to articulate the details and limitations within our Constitution and its’ full understanding.  The same student requirements also apply to the Federalist Papers.

Each candidate for election seeking any and all ‘Federal’ office(s), or any appointed manager in any Federal government department, should be compelled to openly share his/her personal detailed knowledge, findings, and conclusions on our Constitution and the Federalist Papers, before their approval.

Our Founding Fathers, with their wisdom, set up three branches of government (Executive, Legislative and Judiciary); all of equal significance so neither of the three branches of government could supersede any of the others.

Article I, Section. 9 of or Constitution addresses "State's Rights" and their taxes: "No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State".    

In 1832, President Andrew Jackson made the first substantive attack on "State's Rights" when he sent troops to Charleston, SC in response to their refusal to submit to a tariff on goods exported to northern States.  Fortunately, cooler heads convinced him to recall the troops before they reached Charleston.  Vice-President Calhoun did resign in protest and wrote the "States Right's Doctoring".  In 1861, President Abraham Lincoln sent troops to South Carolina in response to their threat to withdraw from the Republic. 

While each of the ‘Bill of Rights’ Amendments are of significance in difference to different individuals, one as a ‘sore of dispute’ with me is where President Obama, his administration, and Capitol hill Democrats seem to ignore, attack, disobey, and prosecute (y)our Constitution in my personal life is the Tenth Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”

The Tenth Amendment is now under attack and in violation of the Constitution by President Obama and his Attorney General Eric Holder.  Several States’ Amendments, as passed by the voting electorate, are under attack and prosecuted by this administration; even though these Amendments are in compliance with our US Constitution.  While our Constitution was based on Christian values, President Obama and AG General Eric Holder are filing Federal lawsuits against these ‘States Rights’ Amendments.

Today, we have legislation named as ‘Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’ more often called ‘ObamaCare’ as passed in early 2010; defined by SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts as a tax bill.  Today, President Obama is passing out ‘waivers’ to Labor Unions, his own staff, Capitol Hill legislators, and other political friends.  Whenever in US History was a President able to dictate in giving ‘waivers’, other ‘differences’, or ‘exceptions’ to others on tax issues while requiring the remaining ones to pay; another unconstitutional active violation?  Additionally, this legislation is not working as promised.  ObamaCare is not protection and is not affordable to middle Americans.  ObamaCare legislation does characterize a ‘redistribution’ of the wealth.

Throughout our history, Moderate to Liberal Presidents and ‘Liberal’ Capitol Hill legislators continue to whittled away at our Founding Fathers in expand entitlements to other Americans and others around the world; some who have fallen through the cracks and in real need, while others desire all and will take anything and everything without helping themselves.  These latter ones would not work in a pie factory where all food was for free.  This is contrary to the intent of our Founding Fathers who wanted to provide an opportunity for all.  All of these entitlements are at (y)our taxpayers’ expense; now mostly with out-of-control deficit spending.

Why do ‘Liberal’ legislators always want to support and vote for spending more of taxpayers’ money?  Why should those who are motivated to work harder and smarter, in creating a better life for themselves and their own family, be penalized?

The evolution of our Federal Government has reached the point where one or two States may champion a cause and have a National law passed along party lines.  National laws supersede the laws of any individual State.  Effectively, a few States or  even cities, seem to believe they have the ability to impose their will on all other States.

For example, the Second Amendment protects (y)our ‘RIGHTS’ to gun ownership: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

“… the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”  With that being totally clear, New York, Chicago, and others elected and appointed officials seem to believe they can supersede the Constitution.  Each elected and appointed officials responsible for their derogatory irresponsibility should be imprisoned, themselves.  (Y)our schools should be teaching ()our children gun safety, the use of guns in hunting for food, and to protect their self and their family from criminal activity. 

The Declaration of Independence says, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Many Americans with a left-wing view are even denying ‘life’ as unalienable Rights of human life; even denying (y)our ‘Creator’ in Heaven.

Reality law appears to be from passion without reason being applied.  We see a passion for power and notoriety without the reason to see, or understand, the effect it has on the American people.  Laws are written by lawyers and politicians with personal and political agendas; their only constraints are usually, but not always, in the limits of the law; absent morality.

Under current Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), we have recently seen in the Senate a 225-year old law changed so that a single majority political party could gain absolute control of the Senate.  This change is reducing the 225-year old law from a previous 60  votes out of 100 Senate votes to proceed with legislative action to a now 51 votes out of 100 votes to proceed. 

Today the intent, and the explicitly, of our Constitution seems to have been largely forgotten by our elected officials in the White House and on Capitol Hill.  We see a manipulation of the laws and we see, somewhat, absolute partisanship.

We see President Obama and the Democratic Party united with a common agenda without regard for the History of this America, without respect for the sacrifices made by our Founding Fathers,  without respect for the wisdom embedded in the Constitution, and/or more than 600,000 Americans who gave their lives in wars to protect our Constitution, and our American Flag.  We see President Obama and the Democrat National Committee (DNC) that may compel each elected Democrat to toe-the-line on these ‘left-wing’ issues so as each candidate to ascertain DNC monies for (re)election(s).

What we see is a rapidly evolving Democrat Party that views itself as a ruling party answerable only to itself.  A ruling party that can pass laws at will, change laws by decree, and exert dominion over the people.  We see President Obama and the Democratic Party as a party that uses the law but does not have an appropriate understanding of or reverence for the law.  We see President Obama and the Democratic Party as having an insatiable thirst for revenue - and history has shown that thirst ultimately leads into conquest.  If we continue on this course, without respect to the intent of the Constitution, we will see the evolution of a ruling party over an oppressed populace?

This is not idle speculation, read the history of the rise of the Nazi party during the 1920's and 1930's.  In the USA, we have seen laws changed and people exempted from the law through decrees by our President and we are seeing the Democrat Party change procedural law in order to obtain and exert more control. We are beginning to visualize a spiraling taxation generated by a forced ObamaCare plan that seems to ignore the people's hardships and further suppresses the populace, all in the name of this same Party sponsored plan.

This is a control over the populace that is far more reaching than just providing a national health care.  It is a control over the livelihood and wellbeing of the populace forcing them to be dependent on the Government - and dependence removes the option of choice.

It is well within reason to assume that ObamaCare is just an early step in increased governmental control that will evolve to the point where our Government can decree the level of healthcare we are allowed, disallowed, or to receive.  This makes us further dependent on our Government and gives it much greater control of our lives.  By definition, this is truly a form of conquest.

It can be visualized that the implementation of ObamaCare is an important cornerstone in the governmental evolutionary process; a process which will allow implementation of an absolute monitoring of the populace under the guise of protecting people's health welfare.

If this is the case then there is a high probability that within less than a decade we will see increased electronic tracking of the populace, including the requirement that any individual using ObamaCare must have a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) device implanted on their person under the guise of insuring accuracy of healthcare and preventing fraud.  If we carry this visualization further we can envision a point where the Government can use our healthcare information to determine our acceptability in society, whether it be a chemical or mental imbalance (real or perceived), to remove undesirables from the populace for the safety of the populace. 

Although the Constitution does not address political parties we do have a two party landscape today; Republican and Democrat.  With both the Senate and President being from the Democrat Party and seemingly in full accord that the Government appears to have evolved into an only one controlling Democrat Party. 

The Republican Party can be discounted, or considered a non-player, for several reasons; the first being that the powers of the Senate are greater than that of the House, thus giving the Republicans limited ability to effect change, the second being that, of the three branches of government, the two most singularly powerful are controlled by the Democrats and they appear to be in full collusion. 

The Capitol Hill Republicans appear to be fragmented.  The RINO Republicans appear to be in bed with the Democrat Party on more and more deficit spending.  Many Americans are inquiring as to what is any difference between a Capitol Hill RINO Republican and a Capitol Hill Democrat.

Americans are listening and TEA Party Republicans are gaining strength across the USA among the Republicans at large.  Political polls show that Americans are now seeking a more Conservative leadership in Washington, DC.

Is President Obama's signature achievement investing all in ObamaCare?  Has, or is Capitol Hill Democrats too embedded in their support of ObamaCare to get out?  Is it too late for Capitol Hill Democrats?  Is ObamaCare just a stepping stone for President Obama and the Democratic Party; a major step for something more far reaching - maybe the evolution of a Socialist form of government?

A major problem in the USA today is that many in our schools, colleges, our universities, and even our law schools are just not teaching our children/students World and US History, the Declaration of Independence, our US Constitution, and/or our Founding Fathers’ ‘Federalist Papers’.  Our children are being cheated for not be exposed and taught more about our US History.

As Judge Robert  Bork once said, "Few professors spend even a week on Story [former Chief Justice Joseph Story's commentaries on the Constitution], or The Federalist Papers [the Founders' commentaries on the Constitution], or the original Constitution. I know I didn't [at the University of Chicago Law School].... Nobody in law schools is teaching the Constitution. They are teaching Supreme Court opinions."

Every voter should be required to pass a simple test on our US History, our US Constitution, and our Founding Fathers.

Every politician going to Washington should know and understand the Declaration of Independence before taking this/her oath of office.  If they understood its’ meaning, each would have a much greater realization and appreciation of this great nation.

‘We, the people’ must remain vigilant in both our understanding and awareness of our government and of the people we place in office if we really want to keep America a land of the free.

If allowed but four words; could you explain why America should be admired, cherished, and preserved for the exceptional miracle it represents?

In this nation today when Americans are experiencing the destructive nihilism of government actions creating this destruction; those same Americans lack the capacity to explain or present the wonder of this nation. Is that by accident? Alternatively, could the answer be as citizens we haven’t been taught, either learned, or understand the wonder of this nation? To complete this absolute incomprehensible wonder, why can’t Americans but remember four words? For if, they know those magical four words, understand their meaning; they would have the answer, the philosophy, and the idealism of principles that define this nation’s miracle.

In the four words, one is absolutely paramount and required to understand this nation. For it is one singular concept that defines this nation; and it is not hidden. In fact, in the very declarative of this nation, the document ‘The Declaration of Independence,’ this simple reality stands out like a beacon in the darkness of night for our acknowledgement.

In the literacy of mankind, there is that simple singular sentence that does today, has in the past, and as long as this nation survives—a great question with the actions of our government and the present administration—will be the epitome of man’s greatest political philosophical idealism ever. What simple language saying so much. How can any American not know this, not be able to explain this, and in their heart not adhere to this marvelous principle? ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.’ Is it not beyond comprehension that any American, if asked what this nation is for, could not explain the wonder of this philosophy?

So we know one word, it’s simple…Liberty…for without liberty, then man is slave and all of the other ideals, principles, or concepts are null and void, for they have no value for any man who is not immersed in this environment of wonder, liberty.

Yet our founders left us with an example of absolute wonder, a genius that many do not recognize or even understand. For they were men, men of reason, men of principle, and men of cognitive reality; they saw reality as it is, not in some relativism of false ideology of our current political environment. As such, they before any other action identified what they knew from the history, the empirical knowledge of the civilization of man before they even began to construct a government. What would you identify as the greatest danger ever known in the history of mankind? What would you identify as the greatest danger that man would have to consider if they were to begin and create a new form of government? A form of government this planet had never known. A government that was the diametric opposite of any attempt ever know of governance. A concept based specifically on the knowledge of every indefinable error, mistake, and problem that every government since man’s recording of literacy…and surely far before that…had experienced. Would you not first have to identify those things that created the problems? Would you then not have to specifically state the problems, and from that evaluation then begin the creation of a system addressing the errors of man’s past? Is this not the format of man using his capacity of intellect, his ability of developing intelligence, and as this knowledge results in wisdom—would it not be best to make decisions from wisdom—not emotions or platitudes, ideologies  or fantasies, illusions or hallucinations? Would it not be the reasoning of mankind that thought, intellect, and empirical knowledge of experience of man’s history…his successes and failures…be the most vital, the most important to this creation of the most wondrous society possible?    

If we as citizens today, do this same analysis, what would we discover? We’d discover what our founding fathers acknowledged and used as the very fundamental foundation of everything they created. The reality, the obvious, the known since literacy of mankind, and long before that; there is no greater danger to the liberty of man, than…? If you could answer anything other than government, you are in cognitive of reality! For in the history of the species of mankind, there is, nor ever has been anything as dangerous, or as detrimental to mankind than—government. How any American forgets this reality, this obvious fact, is beyond comprehension? What lack of reason, lack of even the slightest intelligence, the capacity of intellect would be require to not conclude this? Where, and what is an example that government has done, now or ever, anything to advance the society of man—except this nation—with the foundation of creating a government acknowledging this reality. With that acknowledgement, the greatest design of government ever created by man was established. The guidelines, the wonder, the miracle above any miracle ever by mankind led to the simple design of the ‘Articles of Confederation!’

Many dismiss this wonder, this marvel of the Articles of Confederation, who can only be identified as enemies of that simple philosophy of man’s endowed rights of ‘liberty.’ Their corrupted excuse, identical to the blasphemy of our current president complaint of the ‘Constitution,’ his very words, his condemnation; Obama stated that ‘I’ view the current Constitution as being a negative document. IN that it does not grant enough power to the federal government.’

This isn’t something new, this is the same complaint of others who believed in the domination of society and man. Who among us could not hear Alexander Hamilton stating the same, the obvious? For was this not the same argument to overturn the ‘Articles of Confederation’ and replace it with a government document that provide more ‘power and domination’ to the federal government?

It is not something a great revelation to realize the wonder of ‘The Articles of Confederation.’ One only has to read the indictments of the ‘Declaration of Independence’ those enumerated, and listed documentation of the King’s ‘repeated injuries and usurpations’ against the American’s ‘rights and liberties.’ Then read the Articles of Confederation. What you will discover is so simple, so obvious; it is beyond any possible confusion that our founders feared government more than any danger known to mankind. For in The Articles of Confederation, the fears of man—and the cure to prevent government usurpation; that attack on unalienable rights, and the preservation of man’s liberty—were addressed and preserved.

Therefore, we have the philosophy required to make liberty possible. It is this design to enumerate government, to restrict government power that only then can preserve the Liberty of man.    

So the next two words are exposed, fear government. For without this abject fear, and consideration by every action in our society concerning government, we as a society by our own volition become slaves.

Liberty cannot exist without the fear of government. They are not separate; they are a summation, which one cannot be if the other is. 

Liberty, fear of government, both is philosophies. Ideals that any civilized society must not only know but also understand ‘to even say’ they represent civilized society. Yet there is one concept, one remarkable word that must also be understood before even the application of liberty or government fear can be considered.

This is the magic fourth word. It is the word used by Jefferson as self-evident, that man endowed by their creator is created ‘equal.’ For is this word is not known, is not understood, is not applied correctly, the exceptionalism of the wonder of this nation’s design is corrupted, rejected, and made null and void.

The word is so simple, in design and definition, why it is misused, misunderstood, and misapplied is beyond the reasoning of rational mankind. Who among us has not heard this word used in so many ways, in so many misapplications, and in such convoluted presentations, even the meaning is distorted? It is such a simple world, such a simple idea, such a basic philosophy, concept and ideal yet the most confusing thing to the reasoning of most men in this nation. What word could create such confusion, such absolute incomprehensible reasoning of man? The answer is so simple for the word the concept the idea is something man created from abstract thought, begun with physical acknowledgement. In the world of measurement, in the world of math, in the reality of physical construct equal is recognized and exists. From man’s very beginning of physical measurement, the simple balance beam scale, where on each side the weight was equal to the other side when balanced…the beam horizontal…the concept began. From there man in his abstract thought, realized and concluded that in society, in the very existence of man there is equal—in the fact that all men are by some divine power equal in possessing life.

As Americans, we not only forget this importance to our existence, we forget or do not understand this is not something new. Aristotle told us, enlightened us, ‘that the worst form of inequality is to try to make unequal things equal.’ Explained it with such simplicity why man confuses and convolutes this concept is remarkable. For to be equal, then all men, in the eyes of society, in the laws of the nation, and in the conscious of all other men must preserve and maintain their right of being equal.

Is that the nature of our society today? If you think so, or say so, then you are in cognitive of reality. Yet those who say we are not equal do not advance that men are equal, but the diametric inverse, the corruption of advancing equality, not men are equal. For is a man pays taxes to the state, while another receives altruism from that same state, redistributing the wealth of the payees taxes, where are they equal? This corruption, this absolute distortion of man is equal is the basis for the greatest majority of problems this nation is experiencing.

So we have the four words, the four philosophical ideals, the principles that create the exceptionalism of this nation known to no others. It is the light, the wonder, the imagination of wonder that the world desires but has no more idea of what it consist than the president of our nation has today.

You as Americans should know this as tacitly as the acknowledgement that you require air and its oxygen to exist. As intrinsically as knowing, that sustenance is as important to your existence as life itself. For without that sustenance that life is extinguished.

That is all any American must know. We are the society of man’s liberty. That liberty is preserved by restricting and fearing government, preserving that liberty by insuring our freedom from that same government. We must never veer from the simple reality that only by always making sure that before all of those considerations are adhered to, then equality, liberty, and the fear of government will not occur. All men must be kept equal, acknowledge as equal, and treated as equal—not in some illusion of equality—but equal.

This is the summation of an American. This is why this nation, this miracle of something unknown anywhere at any time to mankind—is—and will be, the true miracle of mankind, the highest advancement of homo sapient civilization ever imagined.

 I can't understand why the government would let communist troops on  U.S. soil . We have been having problems with them for years, now were going to train them in our military  tactics , and they spy on us at the same time. What is the government thinking ??? There are over 360,000 foreign troops on U.S. soil .

 On 7 December 2013, there is scheduled a Constitutional Convention of the states rules meeting at Mount Vernon, Virginia.  Will your state be represented there?

A report from TruthAboutGuns.com is claiming that New York gun owners are being sent letters from the N.Y.P.D. demanding them to surrender their guns which have feeding capacities that violate the 5-round rule.

According to Kit Daniels, “The New York Police Department is now sending out notices to registered gun owners demanding that they give up their firearms, clear proof that gun registration leads to outright confiscations.”

Earlier this year, Canadian journalist Brian Lilley from Sun News warned Americans during his broadcast that gun “registration will lead to confiscation.”

Lilley described how the Canadian government systematically confiscated firearms from law abiding citizens: (1) create a national gun registry to track the sales of firearms, (2) pass laws that ban certain firearms, (3) notify gun owners that they have 30 days to surrender their registered firearms to local police.

New York lawmakers have been lobbying for gun confiscation both locally and nationally. Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin ® exposed N.Y. lawmakers’ plans to confiscate firearms earlier this year, see video below.

In an interview, N.Y. Governor Andrew Cuomo stated that gun “confiscation could be an option,” regarding new gun control laws. Now gun owners are seeing his promise of gun confiscation unfolding before their eyes.

In April, the California state legislature passed a bill approving $24 million in order to confiscate an estimated 40,000 handguns and semi-automatic firearms from felons and those who the state deems emotionally unfit to own firearms.

California uses paramilitary teams called Armed & Prohibited Persons System (APPS) to inspect homes and confiscate firearms.

Former DOJ Special Agent, Greg Cameron told Ginny Simone that the majority of those people targeted in these raids should not have been targeted.

Cameron said, “95% to 98% of the firearms we confiscated, I really questioned why we were confiscating them. This whole freakin’ APPS thing is not doing anyone any good. This has amounted to nothing less than “gun confiscation under the guise of safety.”

Cameron described what they would do in a typical raid in order to enter a home without a warrant.

“We would show up with way too many agents for the circumstance, and it didn’t make any sense; there was no need for it. And yeah, the whole place would be surrounded, and absolutely, there’s an intimidation factor there that makes people allow — or think that they need to allow — law enforcement into their house. And if we found out there were guns in the house, then we would confiscate them.  I think it is, overbroad, overreaching.  I think it’s confiscation under the guise of safety.  That’s absolutely what I think it is.  And I think this is the crux of the whole issue.  You need to know what you can and can’t do when confronted with law enforcement, especially in your own home.  I mean, that’s the premise of the Fourth Amendment,” Cameron said.

THE GUN CONFISCATION NOTICE AN NYC RESIDENT REPORTEDLY RECEIVED WILL LIKELY SEND CHILLS DOWN YOUR SPINE!-Posted on The Blaze-By Jason Howerton-On November 27, 2013:

New York City has reportedly started sending out confiscation notices ordering gun owners to “immediately surrender” rifles and/or shotguns capable of holding more than five rounds of ammunition. It is illegal to possess a rifle or shotgun with the capacity to hold more than five rounds in the city, according to NYC Administrative Code 10-306 (b).

An alleged notice sent to an NYC resident, dated Nov. 18, offers the gun owner the following options:

1. Immediately surrender your Rifle and/or Shotgun to your local police precinct, and notify this office of the invoice number. The firearm may be sold or permanently removed from the City of New York thereafter.

2. Permanently remove your Rifle and/or Shotgun from New York City…

3. You may call to discuss the matter if you believe your firearm is in compliance, or you may request the option to bring your firearm to a licensed gunsmith for a permanent modification and certification proving that it is permanently modified and in compliance.

While the confiscation notice, reported by the Truth About Guns, very well may be a normal occurrence in New York City, gun owners in firearm-friendly states like Texas or Arizona will probably have a hard time even imagining receiving such a letter from authorities over a rifle or shotgun that could potentially hold more than five rounds.

The notice above deals directly with New York City gun regulations, but there are also concerns of a potential state-wide gun confiscation effort in New York following the passage of the SAFE Act.

In addition to outlawing an array of semi-automatic rifles, the SAFE Act restricted ammunition magazines to seven rounds, down from 10. The law was later changed to allow gun owners to purchase magazines with the capacity to hold 10 rounds, however, only seven rounds can be loaded unless the firearm is being used at a gun range or shooting competition.

The SAFE Act also creates a more comprehensive database of people barred from owning guns, and makes New York the first state to require background checks to buy bullets. The system was also said to help flag customers who buy large amounts of ammo. In another provision, therapists, doctors and other mental health professionals will be required to tell state authorities if a patient threatens to use a gun illegally. The patient’s weapon could then be taken away.

It wasn’t immediately clear how aggressively the state of New York is enforcing the new magazine restrictions or if law enforcement planned to send out similar notices to the one above to gun owners across the state. Phone calls made late Wednesday night to the Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office, the NY State Police and the NYPD were not returned.

BUYING GUNS ON BLACK FRIDAY BECOMES TRADITION UNDER OBAMA!-Posted on Big Governement-By AWR HAWKINS-On November 30, 2013:

Although much of the gun control push under President Obama has failed to result in new laws, it has succeeded in creating a new tradition where shoppers scoop up guns on Black Friday so they can place them under the tree on Christmas Day.

Consider the numbers: in 2008, ABC News reported 97,848 background checks on Black Friday. In 2009, the numbers remained somewhat static but then began to grow exponentially as the Obama administration and Congressional Democrats began to flex their muscles.  By 2011, there were 129,166 background checks on Black Friday alone. 

As the National Shooting Sports Foundation reported, the jump in 2011 marked “a 32.01 percent increase over” the sales on 2008 Black Friday—the year Obama was first elected.

In 2012, the number of Black Friday background checks rose to 154,873. Remember that because numerous guns can be purchased with each background check, these figures don’t even begin to indicate how many firearms may actually have been sold. 

This information is not lost on retailers like Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shops, and Wal-Mart. Cabela’s literally gave away shotguns to early bird customers in some cities on Black Friday—those receiving the guns went through a background check—and Huffington Post reported that Bass Pro Shops was running hot deals on Bushmaster AR-15 rifles. 

Wal-Mart ran a “Manager’s Special Sale” that translated into “20 percent off select rifles and shotguns.”

Buying a firearm on Black Friday has fast become an American tradition under President Obama.

• First let us consider testing for learning disabilities(this could be diagnosis or other conditions).
• Mental disorders or mental illness(this is diagnosis,an instrument, implement, mitigation in man).
• Treatment and prevention(I would say they are used this way)

• A book by the name of The Cult of Personality : How Personality Tests Are Leading Us To Miseducate by Annie Murphy Paul. One can read a few pages free on Online Shopping for Electronics, Apparel, Computers, Books, DVDs & more. The introduction part will provide enough basic information for him/her to get an idea about some of the issues with these tests.
• Here is a website where one can see a psychologist's view of the famous inkblot test. Which is that it is basically worthless. You even get to see the inkblots. Here it is Page on Deltabravo
• Here is a website to an article by a law professor, I think. You can be certain when you go there. It talks about how the tests are normed and that they are accurate. He does admit that the math involved is very complicated. My problem deals with the groups they are normed against. Also, the people that make the test verify the data and do not submit it to anybody else. Drug companies must submit their data to the FDA before a drug can be brought to market to make sure it is safe. I recommend just glancing over this site. Page on Momnd
• This one is amazing. It deals with the development of the MMPI. It talks about how great this test is. It says the MMPI is normed against people in a hospital and friends or relatives that visited the hospital. It fails to mention, as Paul clarifies in her book, that the hospital is a mental hospital. The common theory out today, almost taken as gospel, is that mental illness has a very high genetic component. Variations on specific areas of the DNA are associated with a higher incidence of bipolar, schizophrenia and autism. Thus these run in families according to current theory(check The U.S. Government's Official Web Portal search genetic connection of all). Here is the kicker.  Everyone says the MMPI is so accurate. This lists what I have read in other sources. Want to guess how accurate? WELL THE ACCURACY OF THE MMPI IS RATED AT 60%. That is about as good as a coin toss. • Why would the American Psychological Association not want a separate agency to regulate them? It would show the tests are verified by an independent source.
• How can the publishers of these test get out of any liability?  And just state all the problems rest on the person that gave the test? Let me use the MMPI as an example. If it is almost a toss up at being right say drug treatment is started based on it or someone is deemed and unfit parent? Assume later it is found out the test finding were wrong, wouldn't you want some way to fight back at the test? I know I would. Can a drug company just day talk to the doctor that gave you the drug? Of course not.
• Now let us go back basic things that the tests makers, providers and publishers should have to do. A person should  be given clear instructions about the test, how it is given, what it is for, the success/failure rate, what can influence it, if they can decline to answer some questions and how that will effect the outcome, if it is given to a child how it can effect that child's mental health for the rest of his/her life, what trauma can be inflicted........?
• Drug companies have to hand out inserts on specific drugs, most pharmacies give information on drugs the first time you get if not every time, patients have to read something before surgery(by the way there are long term studies on things implanted in you) and every one knows about hippa. Shouldn't these tests come with information leaflets? After all they are used in court everyday to help determine custody and more.

1. In hospital ROSS Informational Processing tests says I'm okay. Further testing the next day with WJIII test of Cognitive abilities given when I was high on IV Morphine, Sublimaze and oral Lortab. I voiced my my desire to not participate in test that I learned later was being given by a graduate speech therapist student under another therapist, not present, that had been licensed less than one year. I was never told this could have a bearing on my career or if I had a husband that was a bad father, could have obtained custody at that time. My main goal was to get out of hospital and into a rehab one.
2. At rehab hospital did fine except with speech therapist. In the hospital did okay with neuropsych it was later that I has issues with her advice. Again the speech therapist did not tell me her testing had a bearing on my career. An issue of flexibility came up. I really didn't pay much attention to her because my focus was on getting physically well. The test that showed I had flexibility issues is stupid. I filled in blank boxes on the basis of info given. She said what if I had to do it another way. I said is this correct. She said that is not the issue. I am like what then. How can you find a flaw in the logic if I was correct? How does this determine someone is inflexible? I can see how it might if I were working with stupid people that would not might argue my information was wrong. Then the discussion went to the fact that I was paid to be inflexible. I told her if I didn't think a drug order was filled correctly I would not let it go out the window. She was fit to be tied. She also went on to say how she had shown me to adapt to my problems by taking notes. I said you did nothing. I have always done better with a pen in my hand by writing things down.
3. The speech therapist that I had during home health was also a pain with their testing. I was asked what a sun shinning, lemonade and a school bus might remind me of. I said my son coming home from school and having a refreshment on a nice day. Well I should have said yellow. What do kerosene, gasoline and oil have in common? I said they are all combustible fuels. Wrong she wanted the answer liquids. I was given some tasks to do...she could not do she said because she had read the directions recently. Well if she needs help she should not be giving the test or evaluating a person doing the tasks.
4. Without going in to a long story I was vindicated in being proven right about having 2 more fractures but still felt out of sorts. I asked for counseling thing it was the mild brain injury. This neuropsychologist tried to help. Bear in mind they are considered the experts on how the brain injury has affected a person both emotionally and in fine motor function. She said I was bipolar and was before the accident. I was pretty moody. I was in pain and having bad headaches. What I had was missed by my very good PCP, neurologist and optometrist trained inn treating brain injured. It took some time but a vestibular test revealed dysfunction which could cause one to be tired, dizzy and complicate headaches. I would think it could contribute to my anger and short fuse. My research had shown that vestibular research could help. Yet, every time I asked her if the brain injury could have anything to do with my issues the answer was a big fat no. My neurologist put me on something for the headaches which helps but the therapy helped a great deal also.
5. I could go one with more but I will leave you with this. If neuropsych's are the primary providers treating our military when they return, how many are getting the wrong treatment? It has been stated that those with brain injury often end up with a drug problem. Could it be that given the right test and treatment they might not end up that way? How many are put on mental health drugs that just need this therapy and some medication for real headaches?

The new health care law, is hurting millions of people right now. This new health care law should be optional not mandatory. People in office should not be aloud to tell me what kind of health insurance I am going to have, or pay out the rear in penalty's and if you don't pay, they take everything you have of value to get the money you so call owe them, in reality you owe them nothing. This makes me sick! Please get this new health care law out of law, before America goes down so deep in this whole we will never get out.

Thanksgiving being over it's House cleaning time.

Being the Leader in my house, I make all the rules and am in charge of carrying out all, and enforcing Punishment with needed. This Position comes with Great Responsibility and Great Moral Judgement, however the pay is only in the understanding that every leader is allowed to be in power under the Authority of God.

I do get to Clean my house as I see fit. Knowing that even as the Boss my 10 year old will reap the benefits of seeing that being a good leader is to be a Great Servant. This precept is laid down by the Lord Jesus when He Washed the Disciples feet at the Last Supper, then on the Cross when giving His life for our sin.

I say these things because the United States of America NEEDS A House Cleaning NOW!!!

We have a so called leader that,even as a supposed expert in Constitutional Law, seems to never have READ the Constitution. My 10 year old has pointed out several times in her studies that Obama has not followed the Law and should be "Put in Prison or Kicked out of being President".

I only teach the child, she didn't need to be told what to think. We don't waste any time with Liberal news outlets or outright lies from anyone.

If she ask me a question I simply State the Facts and let her decide.

In the Preamble of the Constitution for the United States of America States Thus:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The results of the actions of our current Dictator putting himself before both God, AND We the People can easily dealt with through these very words from the Constitution for the United States.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

“(Sep. 17, 2012) — Apparently Obama has decided to give up on US Embassies in foreign countries that are ruled by the Islamic hordes…aka “Obama’s people.” Sudan has rejected Obama’s and his administration’s begging to allow the US Marines into that country to protect the US Embassy there. Therefore, instead of demanding it, Obama has told the staff there to get out if they can and essentially said “You’re on you own” while he continues to party with Beyoncé, Jay-Z and other celebs.

It has also come out in the last couple of days that there was little-to-no security protecting the US Embassy in Libya which consisted of virtually, if not literally, locking the doors! This information did NOT come from the “protect-Obama-at-all-costs-and don’t-report-the-truth-even-if-it-destroys-the-USA” American media. Instead it came from the liberal UK Telegraph. From the article “US consulate attack in Libya: security lapses disclosed” the Telegraph opens with: “The comparative lack of security at the US consulate in Benghazi was disclosed as officials admitted that it was only an “interim facility” with no bullet proof glass, reinforced doors or marine guard.” This is criminal! US Marines had to be flown in from Tripoli and by the time they arrived…well, we know what had happened by then. The US Ambassador and three members of his staff had been tortured and then murdered.

All of this is due to the Obama “policy of American weakness“…a policy that has directly led to–as if planned because no president of the USA could really be that stupid…right?–the current burning, pillaging and assassinations of US Embassy personnel in an exponentially growing number of countries. These US Embassies have not been well-protected by Barack Hussein Obama and, even now, he is still trying to ignore the problem. That is why an increasing hue and cry is rising up amongst even Democrats that something doesn’t pass the smell test with Obama’s lack of handling of any of these catastrophes in any rational manner. Even leftist columnist and FNC Commentator Kirsten Powers said yesterday morning on Fox News that the film had nothing to do with the conflagration in the Middle East.

Is Obama allowing this to happen and continue so that people will turn their attention to these crises (which he will blame on Bush when he can no longer sell the blame as the fault of the scapegoat film) instead of his policies which are–intentionally–destroying our country? Logically, it would appear to be so.

Again, the obscure anti-Muhammad film had nothing–whatsoever–to do with anything. In fact, conflicting reports say the film (that few to none have seen) had been out for two months to over a year. These riots were and are not spontaneous. They were and are still being planned. The initial Libyan attack was reported as a two-part militant assault–an assault that included well-armed (with RPGs) and trained assault personnel. No. It was not about any film. It was and is, however, about the Obama syndicate’s lack of any viable foreign policies and Obama’s handling of this huge explosive crisis…a crisis that he does not seem to want to stop anytime soon. In the meantime, folks, Dictator Obama seems to be washing his hands of the entire problem…or leaving it to his flunkies to sort out for him. After all, a Dictator, King or Emperor shouldn’t have to be bothered with those petty peasants below him. That would be beneath his dignity. And, it was announced today on FNC that Iran will have full nuke capability within the next few months. With Obama at the helm…we are doomed.

If we are to survive at all, Obama has now let us know that we will have to place someone other than “his nibs” into the office of the Presidency of the United States. I suggest that we agree with him and do it.

“While our president parties with Jay-Z and David Letterman; while our State Department blames a movie for four murders in Libya; while our Embassy in Cairo doubles down on an apology to the terrorists who attacked it; while Obama farms out embassy security to private security firms in Britain; while we refuse to point to our enemy and call it by name; while Obama treats the atrocities in Egypt and Libya as crime scenes instead of terrorist attacks—the message this White House is sending out to the world is that if you target American ambassadors the repercussions might be a strongly worded statement.

How else to explain yet another brazen attack on an American ambassador:

“A car carrying the U.S. ambassador to China was mildly damaged after becoming the target of boisterous anti-Japan demonstrators who were expressing outrage over a territorial dispute and marking the 81^st anniversary of Japan’s invasion of China.

The State Department said in a statement Wednesday that Ambassador Gary Locke was unhurt in Tuesday’s incident, and that diplomats have expressed concerns to the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

The statement said around 50 protesters surrounded Locke’s car as he tried to enter the embassy and were eventually removed by Chinese security personnel.

The incident comes amid heightened vigilance for American diplomats following violent attacks on U.S. embassies in Libya, Yemen and Egypt. The statement said embassy officials have asked the Chinese government to do everything possible to protect American facilities and personnel.”

It’s wholly obvious that under the feckless leadership of President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton that the United States is no longer respected or feared. And why would anyone fear us?

Our response to the attacks in Egypt and Libya looked like an episode of “C.S.I” meets “Law and Order,” which means the Beijing protesters knew they had nothing to fear.

And they were right.

Look at our reaction to this latest attack:

Why does it matter who Barak Obama’s father really is?

It matters because Barack Obama sold himself to America as the multi-cultural ideal, a man who stood above politics. His father was a goat herder from Kenya, so he would bring people together, so the story went. As a result, the public perceived Barack Obama as a nice man with an inspiring family story.

However, as shown in Dreams from My Real Father, Barack Obama in fact has a deeply disturbing family background, which he intentionally hid, in order to obscure a Marxist political foundation. While voters will overlook some fudging by politicians, promoting a false family background to hide a Marxist agenda irreconcilable with American values is a totally unacceptable manipulation of the electorate.

Based on Obama’s own accounts, there can be no doubt that Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist Party USA Propagandist, and former Soviet Agent, indoctrinated Obama with a Marxist world view during his formative years.  This is a known phenomenon amongst the radical left, referred to as “Red Diaper Babies” or “hand-me-down Marxism.”  Much of the leadership of the SDS and Weather Underground were children of Communist Party USA members, including Katherine Boudin, Jeff Jones, and many more. David Axelrod is also a “Red Diaper Baby”, his mother was a Red journalist.

The Journalist’s Creed

Obama’s election was not a sudden political phenomenon. It was the culmination of an American socialist movement that Frank Marshall Davis nurtured in Chicago and Hawaii, and has been quietly infiltrating the US economy, universities, and media for decades.

As I speak today, here at the National Press Club in Washington DC, what strikes me as most disturbing is that any one of the hundreds of American journalists in this building could win the Pulitzer Prize, just by writing about the evidence presented in Dreams from My Real Father.

So today, here at the National Press Club, a great American Institution, I would like to recall the Journalist’s Creed. The Journalist’s Creed is a code of ethics for the profession of Journalism. It is posted on the wall in the lobby of this building in bronze. It was written by Walter Williams in 1906, when he founded the Missouri School of Journalism. The Journalist’s Creed stipulates:

1) That journalists must be public trustees with the full measure of responsibility to the public

2) That accuracy and fairness are fundamental to good journalism

3) That a single standard of truth must prevail for all

4) That suppression of the news is indefensible

5) And that journalism must be independent, unbiased by personal opinion, and always unafraid.

I Accuse

I accuse all major American Television networks and most Cable News networks of gross violations of the Journalists Creed.

I accuse ABC, NBC, and CBS network news Divisions of violating the public trust by refusing to cover my documentary film, and for ignoring all the revelations about Obama’s background that other researchers have produced.

I accuse MSNBC of an intentional and often vile campaign of lies and misrepresentations to protect Barack Obama’s false narrative.

I accuse Newmax.com of censorship and suppression of the news.  On May 2 of this year, I paid Newsmax $ 4,350, in advance, for an advertising campaign.  They pulled it at the last second.  “Why?” They said it was because they wanted “to move to the Center”. 

I accuse all leftist website-based news organizations of intentional bias - like Talkingpointsmemo.com. On April 26^th, they requested a review copy of Dreams from My Real Father, which we provided, but instead they illegally copied parts of the film and put them You Tube, and wrote that now people don’t need to buy the film.

I also accuse all the main stream print media, like the Washington Post, the New York Times, Newsweek, Time Magazine, all their ilk, of intentionally suppressing the truth about Barack Obama’s history and agenda and refusal to cover my findings.

The public looks to all of the news organizations in this building, the National Press Club, for truth.  However, an astounding number, almost all of them, have all failed to live up to the Journalist’s Creed, and thus failed their responsibility to the public.  Only a very few news organizations, like WorldNet Daily, Drudge Report, USA Survival and a handful of independent journalists like Jack Cashill, have done their jobs as journalists - with courage and honesty.

Report the Truth Now

My message to the journalists, then, here at the National Press Club is:

Don’t suppress the truth, it is vitally important.    

America needs a truthful press, unafraid. 

America is worth it!

Take any risk to expose the truth, about a candidate or even a sitting President.

And what is the truth? 

• All evidence points to Barack Obama building his political career upon a fairy tale.  There was no Obama family, he is not the son of a Kenyan goat herder. 
• All evidence points to a sham marriage to cover an illicit affair between Ann Dunham and Frank Marshall Davis. 
• All evidence indicates that Barack Obama was raised and indoctrinated by Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist Party USA Propagandist, during his formative years.
• All evidence indicates Barack Obama has pursued the Dreams from his Real Father.

And what are those dreams? 

They are the forced imposition of a classic Stalinist Marxist agenda upon America at home and abroad.

And what is the history of Marxism?

Ladies and Gentlemen, the results are already in!

Marxism leads to economic ruin, and the biological destruction of the populations in societies that have employed the Marxist model.

American Journalists have a key role to play in revealing the truth, and they must do so immediately without further delay. Obama’s style is to minimize, misdirect, and outright lie about damaging information about his past. America needs honest journalism now more than ever, so the public can the public understand what Obama means by “change” and “fundamentally transforming America.”

I call upon all news organizations and journalists in this building, the National Press Club, to live up to the Journalists creed.  Nothing is more important at this late hour - not playing it safe, not worrying about advertising contracts for medications, nothing. The future of America is at stake.

Obama and the Subprime Mortgage Crisis

Not only does the media refuse to look at Obama’s personal and political foundations, they refuse to even look at simple facts of the current campaign. 

For example, when speaking of the economy, Obama says:

“My opponent wants to go back to the policies which got us into this mess.” and

“The Free Market doesn’t work”

A journalist only has to recite simple facts:

1 - The major cause of the economic meltdown was the subprime mortgage debacle, and Obama was in on it, on the ground floor.

2 - Obama was asked about his role with Acorn during the 2008 campaign.  He was not truthful when he said his law firm only represented Acorn to sue the State of Illinois to implement the Motor-Voter Act - and recall that nine of the 9/11 hijackers used this to registered to vote, allowing them to get US Identification.

2 - In 1995 Obama alsop represented Acorn in suing Citibank, forcing them to lower their lending standards to lend to minorities even if they were unqualified borrowers. Acorn immediately took this model to HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros, who convinced President Clinton to require Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to force all banks across the system to lower their lending standards. This Acorn model, that Obama helped create, crashed the economy 12 years later, no the free markets.

This was all by design. It was part of the socialist strategy taught at the socialist conferences Obama attended in the early 1980’s, to use minorities and the poor to “collapse Capitalism”. “Problem solving” and “fair play” were the new code words that socialists learned. The strategy was to move the Democratic party to the far left, and embrace socialism as their natural ideology. Obama now uses terms like “helping middle class families”.  Simply speaking, socialist economies do not have a middle class! They have just one big lower class with a handful of political elites controlling the wealth.

With assets of $1.93 billion as of 2008, OSI alone donates scores of millions of dollars annually to these various groups. • Amnesty International: In 2005, this group’s then-executive director William Schulz alleged that the United States had become “a leading purveyor and practitioner” of torture. Irene Khan, who charged that the Guantanamo Bay detention center, where the U.S. was housing several hundred captured terror suspects, “has become the gulag of our time.” Schulz’s remarks were echoed by Amnesty’s then-secretary general
• Global Exchange was founded by Medea Benjamin, a pro-Castro radical who helped establish a project known as Iraq Occupation Watch for the purpose of encouraging widespread desertion by “conscientious objectors” in the U.S. military. In December 2004, Benjamin announced that Global Exchange would be sending aid to the families of terrorist insurgents who were fighting American troops in Iraq.

II. Organizations that advocate America’s unilateral disarmament and/or a steep reduction in its military spending:

• The American Friends Service Committee, which views America as the world’s chief source of international strife, has long had a friendly relationship with the Communist Party USA. Lamenting that “the United States spends 59% of the discretionary federal budget on military-related expenses,” the Committee seeks to “realig[n] national spending priorities and to increase the portion of the budget that is spent on housing, quality education for all, medical care, and fair wages.” In 2000, George Soros himself was a signatory to a letter titled “Appeal for Responsible Security” that appeared in The New York Times. The letter called upon the U.S. government “to commit itself unequivocally to negotiate the worldwide reduction and elimination of nuclear weapons,” and to participate in “the global de-alerting of nuclear weapons and deep reduction of nuclear stockpiles.”

“In the wake of the attack of the U.S. embassay in Cairo, President Barack Obama on Wednesday told Telemundo that Egypt was not only not an ally of the United States, but also not an enemy.

“You know, I don’t think that we would consider them an ally but we don’t consider them an enemy,” he said. “They are a new government trying to find its way, they were democratically elected. I think we are going to have to see how they respond to this incident, to see how they respond to maintaining the peace treaty with Israel.” 

President Obama further explained saying:

“So far at least, what we’ve seen is that in some cases, they’ve said the right things and taken the right steps – in others, how they’ve responded to other events may not be aligned with some of our interests so I think it’s still a work in progress. But certainly in this situation what we’re going to expect is that they are responsive to our insistence that our embassy is protected that our personnel is protected – and if they take actions that indicate they are not taking those responsibilities like all countries do where we have embassies, I think that’s going to be a real big problem.”

The president’s remarks caused confusion as to what exactly Egypt’s current relationship is with the United States. The White House attempted to help clarify Mr. Obama’s remarks later the next day.

“Ally is a legal term of art,” said Tommy Vietor, a White House spokesman. “We don’t have a mutual defense treaty with Egypt like we do with our NATO allies. But as the president has said, Egypt is long-standing and close partner of the United States, and we have built on that foundation by supporting Egypt’s transition to democracy and working with the new government,” said Mr. Vietor.

The U.S. State Department only added to the confusion when State Department spokeswoman spokeswoman Victoria Nuland contradicted the president’s comments on Thursday. 

Ms Nuland initially said, “But as a matter of fact and practice, the word ally generally is used with a treaty ally, which is a different matter than the fact that we have a very close and longstanding partnership with the government of Egypt, and we are working together to support their democratic transition.”

However, a reporter pressed Nuland and asked, “Well, wait a second. Egypt is an ally. It’s a Major Non-NATO ally.”  Nuland answered: “Correct, yeah.”

Nuland was then asked if the president was attempting to tell Egypt that its relationship with the United States has changed. Nuland responded: “Well, that was certainly, I don’t think, the intention. I’m going to refer you to the White House for further parsing on this.”

Finally, another reporter inquired: “So forget about the President’s words. You’re saying that the Administration, the State Department, still regards Egypt as a Major Non-NATO Ally and it is still a recipient of all the – of the privileges that that entails?” Nuland answered: “Yes.”

It appears the president and the rest of his administration have no idea what the exact status Egypt has with the United States.

Mr. Obama seemed assured of his foreign policy decisions last year when he declared peace in our time during a speech he gave at the United Nations: 

“This has been a remarkable year.  The Khadafy regime is over. Gbagbo, Ben Ali, Mubarak, are no longer in power. Osama Bin Laden is gone, and the idea that change could only come through violence has been buried with him.  Something’s happening in our world.  The way things have been is not the way that they will be.”

One year later, anti-American riots that have resulted in the death of our own citizens, including a U.S. ambassador, are popping up all over the the middle east and White House press secretary Jay Carney told reporters that the protests are not directed at the United States.

Reports show that the White House was warned of the attack to the U.S. consulate in Libya days before it happened but failed to act to take appropriate measures to protect the staff at the embassy. This information came out only after it was revealed Mr. Obama only attended half of his daily intel briefings. 

While Mr. Carney has said that the administration is “very proud of the president’s record on foreign policy,” it seems that the president does not want to realize what his own foreign policies have brought upon the United States and the rest of the world.”

Over the years, a certain CIA faction have become experts at toppling governments. It is also why McCain near the end of his campaign started telling the people of America to“Stand-up and fight for America. It is the greatest country in the world, fight for her!!”

And, like in the past, the Muslim brotherhood and Muslim intelligence agencies have been fooling this CIA faction by placing their props in a position for CIA recruitment. In other words, putting their guy in front of the right people at the CIA (Brzezinski) to be noticed and recruited.

Does this make Obama a dual agent for both the CIA NWO (New World Order) objective AND the radical Islam (world order under Islam) objective?

In effect it does, and this is why you’re seeing Obama do both agendas simultaneously. Eventually, one will collide with the other, but the people of the USA don’t have that long to wait before their freedoms are eroded. The time to step-up is now.

• This is directed to Megyn Kelly, Jay Sekulow, Judge Andrew Napolitano, Mark Levin, Bill O’Reilly, the entire 113^th Congress, and ALL other public figures who present themselves as Protectors and Champions of TRUTH.    

America NEEDS you NOW.

• He has committed numerous offenses against our Constitution and our Citizens; all requiring Impeachment and Conviction
• It is the Duty and Responsibility of the 113^th Congress to Impeach and Convict
• As Officers of our Courts, ALL Lawyers are “Oathed” to    “….support the Constitution of  the United States….”               Admission to the Bar              Michigan Oath
• IF you , each or collectively, fail in your duty to Impeach and Convict or to support Impeachment and Conviction the only remaining remedy will be the Citizens.

The Charges

By virtue of his Oath Barack Hussein Obama (BHO) is guilty of High Crimes and Misdemeanors, Impeachable under our Constitution. Some of his offenses may also qualify as Criminal. I am not a Lawyer so cannot make those judgments.

The bottom line is that there are more than plenty of documentable, Unconstitutional , Illegal, actions by BHO that demand Impeachment.

I call on the 113^th Congress to do their duty or become accessories, accomplices, aiders, and abettors of these many illegal, Impeachable offenses.

Motives and Means

The MEANS are easiest to describe;

• He has illegally managed to gain control of our Presidency. From that vantage point his
  • Illegal Executive Orders
  • Illegal proclamations that overrun Congress ( with little or no pushback)
  • His bully blamecalling
  • Installation of communist partners into high level government positions

provide THE MEANS.

His motives are deep and complex. All of these have established BHO as one who believes America is unfair and needs to be Socialized then taken to full Communism.

• His entire youth was spent being indoctrinated, brainwashed, into Communist ideology.
• His reported education was at America’s dens of Socialism.. Columbia;  Cloward-Piven
• His 20 years as a congregant of J Wright’s Black Theology Church. He lied when he said nothing rubbed off, or.... he is too intellectually challenged to be President.
• His Chicago affiliation with terrorists(Ayres) and political thugs(Alinsky) have “refined” his hatred of America

In summary, the BUCK stops at BHO. He IS responsible for his own lies and illegal actions. But he is also responsible and accountable for all his subordinates and their illegal acts.

Can anyone provide a reference to BHO publicly or privately DEMANDING that those responsible for Fast & Furious or Benghazi-gate or the IRS scandal etc.,  be identified, prosecuted, fired and jailed?

This section is simple.  To the 113^th congress, your Oath to Support our Constitution demands that you support and move on Impeachment and Conviction of BHO.

To Megyn and all other officers of our Courts, we need you to help America NOW. My prior pleas to GOP leaders in the House and Senate have fallen on deaf ears. I did not even get a courtesy reply to my Faxes.

If you fail, as is true so far, then YOU TOO ARE GUILTY and need to be removed from Office.

Appendix A – The BUCK STOPS at BHO

This is long but instructive…………from succinct language in our Constitution to exploring the meaning and bounds of High Crimes and Misdeanors.

Grounds

The legal term "high crimes and misdemeanors" is found in Article II § 4 of the U. S. Constitution; quoting the section in its entirety:

"The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High crimes and Misdemeanors."

This section constitutionally secures a provision for the involuntary removal from office of the President, Vice-President, Cabinet Secretaries, other executive officers, as well as federal judges.  The reason for this provision is the observation at the Constitutional Convention by Benjamin Franklin that the removal of "obnoxious" chief executives had, historically, been accomplished by assassination, and his recommendation that a proceduralized mechanism for removal would be preferable.

Treason and bribery are well understood crimes, and don't need much explanation here.  (Treason is even specifically defined in Article III § 3.)  But high crimes and misdemeanors . . . hmm, what's that?  Jerry Ford once famously asserted, "An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history."  To the extent that the U. S. House of Representatives is the sole and final arbiter of what constitutes grounds for impeachment of a federal official, he's right; but to the extent that this is even a remotely accurate description of the scope of high crimes and misdemeanors, it's not even close.

At the Constitutional Convention, treason and bribery were readily adopted as grounds for impeachment, but two other proposals, corruption and maladministration, were rejected as being overbroad and too vague.  Instead, George Mason proposed the phrase "high crimes and misdemeanors against the state," which was shortened to "high crimes and misdemeanors" and then adopted with little discussion.  The reason for the ready adoption is that the Founding Fathers were well acquainted with the concept, because it had about four centuries of precedent (since 1386) in English parliamentary use.  Explaining the grounds for impeachment in Federalist Paper # 65, Alexander Hamilton wrote (emphasis in source):

"The subjects of its jurisdiction are those offences which proceed from the misconduct of public men, or, in other words, from the abuse or violation of some public trust.  They are of a nature which may with peculiar propriety be denominated political, as they relate chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself."

This concept survives today in the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which  recognizes as punishable offenses such things as refusal to obey orders, abuse of authority, dereliction of duty, moral turpitude, and conduct unbecoming.  These would not be prosecutable offenses if committed by a civilian with no official position, but in the military they are offenses which bear on the accused's fitness for the duties he holds, which he is bound by oath or affirmation to perform.  Thus, the emphasis in the phrase "high crimes and misdemeanors" is the word high, because we're referring to offenses that an ordinary person, who is not serving as an elected or appointed-and-confirmed federal executive (or as a duly seated federal judge) is incapable of committing.  As an example, an ordinary person isn't going to have any official powers to misuse or abuse, but an elected executive (or one who has been appointed and duly confirmed) could face impeachment for precisely that reason.

The Founding Fathers were well aware of the concept of "executive accountability" (a concept also well understood by anyone who's served in the military), which means that an executive is legally responsible, and accountable, for all of his subordinates, as well as their agents and contractors (most certainly not limited to only those over whom he has direct supervision).  The legal concept is a form of vicarious liability, and the standard of proof is "preponderance of evidence."

Keep in mind that that which can be "lain at the feet" of the official in question and "proven beyond a reasonable doubt" is way too narrow an interpretation of the accountability threshold.  The executive in question is expected to be aware, at all times, of what every single one of his subordinates (and their agents and contractors) is doing - or is supposed to be doing - and must thoroughly remedy any misconduct committed by any of them as soon as he becomes aware of it.  Nor is it necessary to show that such violations occurred at the executive's instigation or with his foreknowledge, but only that, based upon the preponderance of the evidence, the executive was, or reasonably should have been, aware of misconduct on the part of his subordinates.  "Plausible deniability" is void ab initio as a defense, because the executive doesn't have the luxury of ignorance.

That executive accountability would be grounds for impeachment recognizes that holding an executive or judicial office of public trust is not a right, but a privilege, and that violating the trust invested in the office forfeits the privilege of holding it.  Nor is it just presidents and federal judges who are liable under Article II § 4; there is precedent for impeaching a cabinet secretary (see: Secretary of War, William W. Belknap, impeached on March 2, 1876, and Treasury Secretary, Andrew W. Mellon, who resigned on February 12, 1932, with impeachment proceedings in progress).  And it stands to reason that executive agency/bureau directors, especially those who hold a de facto cabinet rank (such as the Director of the EPA), should count as "civil officers" for impeachment purposes.

After test-marketing the excuse that the IRS selectively slow-walking non-profit applications was due to the Citizens United v. FEC decision, the Obama Administration has started floating the umbrella defense that systemic incompetence isn't the same thing as corruption, and now that they're aware of the problems, we can trust that they will exercise all due competence at getting to the bottom of this.  Someone needs to get the memo to Jay Carney that even the typically disinterested voters aren't buying the cockalayne that BHO learned about these things in the same place we did, the newspapers, and that outraged cluelessness isn't inspiring a whole lot of confidence in America's chief executive.

That a cabinet secretary (let alone the president) would have left key policy decisions to management-level subordinates, without so much as reviewing them, is a critical point of their culpability.  Quite frankly, it boggles my mind that blatant acts of malfeasance would have heretofore escaped executive scrutiny.  Specifically:

• Who ordered the political witch hunt by the IRS against Tea Party, Pro-Israel, Pro-Life, Conservative, and Christian organizations?
• Who ordered a stand down to the military response in Benghazi?  (General Carter Ham and Rear Admiral Charles Gaouette should know the answer to this one.)
• Further, who ordered the coverup of what really happened in Benghazi?  (12 major revisions to the "talking points" . . . seriously.)
• Who ordered that at least 20 phone lines used by Associated Press reporters be tapped?
• Who ordered the EPA to provide fee waivers to green-leaning groups but deny them to conservative groups?

We already know that these weren't the actions of rouge operatives who'd decided to frolic outside the scope of their duties as employees of the federal government.  More than one person is already on record that the orders came from much further up the management food chain than some random field office.  The record is already beginning to show that executive-level officers had been briefed on some of these matters as far back as two years ago.  At some point, the question must be officially asked, "What did the President know and when did he know it?"  Throwing an "acting director" - who's gone in a month anyway - under the bus isn't going to cut it.

The connect-the-dots on Benghazi is enough alone to warrant the establishment of a select committee (or perhaps the appointment of a special prosecutor) to investigate what Rand Paul has labeled "staggering abuses of power" . . . maybe another marathon filibuster is in order.

I suspect that the reason that there isn't more public outcry is, in my opinion, twofold: (1) the co-opted media is having a helluva time getting past their pro-commie bias; and (2) the "bread and circuses" American culture is more interested in what's going on with the Kardashians (or the latest "teen mom" story) than what's going on in Washington.  It's uncertain at this point whether the wiretapping scandal is going to arouse the media from their kool-aid-induced stupor, but Mr. Carney's job doesn't seem to be getting any easier.  As for the hoi polloi . . . well, judging by the "magazine" covers that I see in the grocery store checkout aisle, until either the people's house or the fourth estate start doing their jobs, don't expect the typical disinterested voter (~68.26% of the electorate) to give a damn, and more's the pity because of it.

Because, quite frankly, and for whatever my opinion is worth, not only should Barack Obama and Eric Holder be staring down the business end of impeachment charges, but so also should Hillary Clinton, Tim Geithner, Leon Panetta, and Lisa Jackson.  The abuse of power is just that egregious, and the example that needs to be set is just that severe.  I have no idea what the precedent is for impeaching a federal executive who's no longer in office, but a hypothetical conviction could, theoretically, bring about the punishment specified in U. S. Constitution Article I § 3, Clause 7 (specifically, permanent disqualification from holding any office of honor, trust, or profit in the federal government going forward).  That'll throw a wrench into Hillary 2016.

(And if there's any truth to the scuttlebutt that Kathleen Sebelius is using the authority of her office to conduct a shakedown of the healthcare industry in order to raise funds for the federal exchanges, then throw her in with the rest of the lot.)

Contemporaneous comments on the scope of impeachment are persuasive as to the intention of the framers. In Federalist No. 65, Alexander Hamilton described the subject of impeachment as

those offences which proceed from the misconduct of public men, or, in other words, from the abuse or violation of some public trust. They are of a nature which may with peculiar propriety be denominated POLITICAL, as they relate chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself.⁵⁹

Comments in the state ratifying conventions also suggest that those who adopted the Constitution viewed impeachment as a remedy for usurpation or abuse of power or serious breach of trust. Thus, Charles Cotesworth Pinckney of South Carolina stated that the impeachment power of the House reaches "those who behave amiss, or betray their public trust."⁶⁰ Edmund Randolph said in the Virgina convention that the President may be impeached if he "misbehaves."⁶¹ He later cited the example of the President's receipt of presents or emoluments from a foreign power in violation of the constitutional prohibition of Article I, section 9. ⁶² In the same convention George Mason argued that the President might use his pardoning power to "pardon crimes which were advised by himself" or, before indictment or conviction, "to stop inquiry and prevent detection." James Madison responded:

[I]f the President be connected, in any suspicious manner, with any person, and there be grounds tp believe he will shelter him, the House of Representatives can impeach him; they can remove him if found guilty...⁶³

History is repeating itself. The recent interim nuclear deal signed by the United States and other major powers with Iran in Geneva paves the way for war. President Obama is the new Neville Chamberlain, the British prime minister who boasted of creating “peace in our time” after signing an agreement with Nazi Germany. In fact, the deal at Munich guaranteed only one thing: another bloody conflict. Mr. Obama has given the world a second Munich. He will rue the day.

On Sept. 30, 1938, Britain and France capitulated to Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler. Czechoslovakia was betrayed in order to appease Hitler’s expansionist ambitions. Sacrificing Czechoslovakia’s territorial integrity, however, only whetted Hitler’s appetite for further aggression. In fact, Chamberlain’s cowardly act only increased the Nazi strongman’s contempt for both England and the West. Munich gave Hitler the time and military capability to eventually conquer most of Europe. It was a prelude to much greater disasters — the invasion of Poland, the Nazi-Soviet pact, the fall of France, the Holocaust and more than 50 million deaths caused by World War II. The lesson of Munich was clear: Genocidal dictatorships bent on domination cannot be appeased. They must be contained and eventually defeated.

The Obama administration has forgotten this. Desperate for some kind of a deal, Secretary of State John Kerry has made a historic, almost unforgivable blunder. The agreement gives Iran’s Islamist mullahs a very precious gift: the time they need to achieve a nuclear bomb.

Mr. Obama’s first — and gravest — mistake is to assume the regime in Tehran is rational and genuinely seeks peace with its neighbors. It doesn’t. From its inception in 1979, the Islamic republic has been driven by a messianic radical Shiite ideology. Its mission is to dominate the Middle East in order to create a global caliphate — one they believe will usher in the coming of the 12th Imam, the Shiite Muslim savior prophesied in the apocalypse. In short, religious fanatics control Iran’s theocracy. They champion salvation through Armageddon.

For decades, Tehran has been waging a covert war against America and Israel. It is the greatest sponsor of state terrorism in the world. It has armed, trained and funded Shiite militias in Iraq responsible for killing numerous U.S. troops. It backs jihadists in Afghanistan, who are killing and maiming our troops. The Iranian regime has American blood on its hands. Iraq has fallen under its sphere of influence. It supports Hezbollah and Hamas. It has turned southern Lebanon into a political vassal. It props up Syrian strongman Bashar Assad, enabling him to continue his brutal civil war. It imprisons and tortures dissidents. Homosexuals are stoned and killed. Women are relegated to second-class status. Christians are routinely persecuted; some of them are lashed simply for taking Communion wine. It is a murderous, Islamic police state.

Yet the linchpin of Iran’s theocracy — like Nazi Germany — is anti-Semitism. The reason is simple: For the revolutionary Shiite prophecy to be fulfilled, the Jews, and especially, the Jewish state, must be annihilated. Tehran’s leaders have repeatedly and publicly called for Israel’s destruction. They believe the blood of dead Jews will consecrate the coming world Muslim empire. For example, just prior to the deal in Geneva, supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Jews are “the rabid dogs of the Middle East” and that the “Zionist regime is doomed to destruction.” This is why Israel, as well as Sunni Muslim powers, such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt, are convinced that a nuclear-armed Iran poses an existential threat. Deranged mullahs with nuclear weapons could plunge the entire region into a cataclysm.

Since becoming president, Mr. Obama has promised Israel and our Arab allies that he would never allow Tehran to acquire the bomb. He has prevented Jerusalem and Riyadh from taking unilateral military action. The Israelis and Saudis — similar to the Czechs in 1938 — have been betrayed. The deal does nothing to stop Iran from enriching uranium. Its centrifuge stockpiles will not be eliminated. Its Arak plutonium reactor will not be dismantled. In other words, the mullahs’ nuclear-weapons program will not be hindered in any meaningful way. In exchange, sanctions will be eased, and the regime will gain access to nearly $8 billion in frozen assets.

Like Munich, the Geneva deal is a fool’s bargain. In return for cosmetic concessions, Iran now has a clear path to go nuclear. The end result almost ensures a war. Either Israel (and maybe Saudi Arabia) must launch a military strike against Tehran’s nuclear sites before it is too late, or Iran attains the bomb and makes good on its repeated promise, thereby sparking a nuclear holocaust. Mr. Obama has committed a historic diplomatic bungle. His name should go down in infamy.
