Obama is talking about using a Exectutive Order to put severe restrictions on Guns. His already used his Signiture to go over the head of Congress before with ACTA's attacks of the First Admendment. Since Copyrighted material is every where in the US, he now has a international treay to give legal way to punish pretty much any US citizen or Company. With his planned exectutive order, her removes any threat that the US general populastion would have to control the US government.

Exectutive orders have been used to order some the worst crimes in would history. Examples of Exective orders include the Soviet military purges of the 1930's by Stalin, or  the 'Great Leap Forward' in 1956, or 'Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in 1966 by Mao Ze Dong in China. Thoselast 2 exectutive orders caused over 40 million dead.

Obama and other liberals jumpped all over a person that said compared Obama to Hitler. Every action that Nazi Germany did againsat the Jews was a Exectutive order by Hitler, Obama is using Hitler's same method to remove any possible controls by the People of the Nation he's supposed to serve for!

He Got away with ACTA, ( even reelected) and it seems he will continue o see just how far he can push it, maybe far enough to totally take over.

I'v been very worried about whats going on in our government for years now. I joined the tea party when it first started, and still am a member, but realized about a year ago, that we don't have a clue as to what we are we gonna do about it. I'm tired of sending faxes to people in congress, people who probably wipe their butts with it.                 Is Black History Month still necessary with Barack Obama Election

Has Black History Month met its end with the re-election of Barack Obama? One could make a solid case for calling a halt to the month of February as an official celebration of the achievements of Black Americans, since many of the injustices of the past have died away along with the perpetrators. In the 21st Century should not the focus be on a unified America that celebrates and acknowledges the achievements of all Americans throughout the year?

The advent of Black History month began in 1926 as the second week in February, and was known as Negro History Week. Its creator, black historian Carter G. Woodson was clear about its purpose and eventual end. He insisted at the time that the holiday be eliminated, when “black history became fundamental to American history.”

Last year, noted international author Maya Angelou appeared to agree when she explained in an interview, "We want to reach a time when there won't be Black History Month, when black history will be so integrated into American history that we study it along with every other history," according to Fox News.

Well, it appears apparent that the jury is in and the verdict is clear, the need for Black History Month has met it original purpose. Woodson’s edict was that the need for the month to continue into perpetuity was not its purpose. Black history has been mainstreamed into what it always has been, and that is; part of America’s history. Even Academy Award winning actor Morgan Freeman strongly asserted in a Sixty Minutes interview, "Black History Month is ridiculous… Black History is American History!"

Well it seems that Barack Obama’s election has sealed the deal on that, considering that February was chosen as the official month to honor Abraham Lincoln’s birthday. Lincoln freed the black slaves and, is it not fitting that the end of this holiday has indeed run its natural course with the election and re-election of the first black president of the United States?

Americans have an opportunity to move on and stop reliving the practices and outrages of racism which once permeated every aspect of the nation’s culture. Blacks have been elected governors, and congress has growing numbers of black elected leaders. Now with a president who is black, where again is the need for Black History Month?

It is unnecessary to keep track of black achievement in areas of professionalism and other fields of achievement. These achievements are American achievements, and should not continue to be segregated or celebrated by racial designation.

The nation should be focused on celebrating the future of a united nation where racial designations have no purpose or place. If America is to truly become one nation, indivisible with justice for all, then it must do away with the categories and the special designations which continue to keep Americans separate and apart. Is this not now the spirit and practice of reverse racism?

In 2011, Congress passed a law saying that if both parties couldn’t agree on a plan to reach our deficit goal, about a trillion dollars’ worth of budget cuts would automatically go into effect this year. These sudden, harsh, arbitrary cuts would jeopardize our military readiness, they’d devastate priorities like education and energy and medical research. They would certainly slow our recovery and cost us hundreds of thousands of jobs. And that’s why Democrats, Republicans, business leaders, and economists have already said that these cuts -- known here in Washington as “the sequester” -- are a really bad idea.

BUT They passed it… it was bad then and it is bad now…. Reducing Spending by $1Trillion isn a single giant step IS bad. So is promising to reduce it gradually over the next 10 or 20 years…long after those in office are gone.

Why do we have to “plunge” in or “drag it out forever?

My Debt Reduction Initiative is a softer walk into first killing the Deficit, over three years, and then buying down our debt. Instead of “the big gulp”, my Debt Reduction Initiative provides spending cuts in smaller steps of 0.5, 0.3, and 0.2 Trillion over 3 years. It gets the job done in a reasonable time.

ON MARCO RUBIO AND RAND PAUL’S RESPONSE TO THE PRESIDENT

Both Marco Rubio and Rand Paul, will be real contenders for a presidential run in 2016.  It appears that Hillary might be the sole Democrat candidate I don’t think Biden stands a chance; Sarah Palin did much better than Biden in the debates. Biden has neither the class or the vernacular suitable for a person to run as president. I just hope that too many more Republicans don’t pile on, in the contest to be their presidential candidate.

In the last two campaigns the Republicans had almost a dozen candidates each vetting the others digging up dirt on each other rather than Obama, who would be their opponent. The Democrats sat back and picked up political ammo thanks to the Republican circular firing squad. Both times the conservatives split their votes and the more liberal, some would say RINOs or “establishment Republicans”; McCain and Romney came forward. Neither the main stream media nor the Republican Party or their candidates vetted Obama and he got a free pass.

Chris Christie was an attractive potential candidate, prior to his cuddling Obama,  After having given the keynote speech for Romney, he panders to Obama, offering him praise before Obama even did anything? What was Christie thinking?

Last night Rubio and Paul reminded me of Bobby Jindal’s  response to the president four years ago.  If you recall it appeared that Jindal was standing alone, in  the hallway of his home, with dull, drab and dark surroundings.  At least Rubio had the flag behind him, but Paul did not.  Why didn’t Rubio, and more so Paul,  have a background suitable to lend excitement and a presidential aura to them as speakers?  Two American flags should have been placed behind them on both sides.  Couldn’t they find a few dozen people, an audience to respond to what they were saying, with applause and cheering?  Rubio’s reaching for the water which was out of his reach, and the expression on his face, makes one want to shake their head in disbelief.

Hearing both Rubio and Rand I felt that Rand made more cogent points and was more assertive than Rubio. The Republicans need their candidates to speak with a dynamic and passionate tone, to inspire and encourage their constituents.

Obama is the movie cliché loudmouth guy in westerns who stands on the jailhouse steps and works town folks into a frenzied mob. The rabble-rouser yells, “If I were you guys, I would not allow them to get away with it!”

In response, the angry mob breaks into the jail, overtakes the sheriff, drags out the terrified prisoner and hangs him without a trial as they are too enraged to wait for the judge to arrive on the morning train.

Obama uses his jailhouse-steps-instigator tactic to destroy his opposition, thus, winning him every policy debate. Beginning with his 2008 presidential campaign, the message of every Obama speech and supportive marketing is Republicans are selfish racists who want you poor and/or dead. If I were you guys, I would not allow them to get away with it!

A prime example is team Obama's irresponsible blatantly lying Medicare ad showing Republican Paul Ryan murdering granny by pushing her over a cliff. The truth is Ryan's Medicare reform proposal did not affect people over 55 years old and simply gave citizens more options and control of their health care.

Republicans/Conservatives misjudged the effectiveness of team Obama's over-the-top crazy absurd lying rhetoric. Little did we know that low info voters (TMZ, late night talk show and Two and a Half Men viewers) were perceiving it as the gospel truth.

Occupy Wall Street was nothing more than an instigator Obama and company's created mob. OWS so-called 99 percenters politically dragged out the one percenters and politically lynched them in the public square without a fair trial or anyone speaking the truth about how prosperity is achieved.

A wise man said there is nothing worse than a small person in a powerful position. Tragically, America has elected a lying deceitful small man who viciously targets achievers; a bully armed with the ultimate bully pulpit committed to destroying any opposition to him transforming America into his fantasy socialistic utopia.

Why can you cut our Foren aid by 10% to each one we give to. And stop the sequester why would we give our enemy money rather then save our military? Conservatives have had nothing but one failure after another since 2008.

Each legal challenge has been met with either superior power, in terms of money spent in that particular fight, or simply, and unlawfully, ignored.

Given the fact that conservatives, apparently, have no senators (or elected officials in general), no justices, no law enforcement or even our own military who have taken a position opposing obama's faction and nearly maniacal grab for power over the body of the Constitution, of the service men and women who've died because of his utter disregard for American lives,  American Freedoms and the ideals that formerly made this country great, I ask:

Do American's have any choice's left, or are we set on an irreversible road to domestic servitude.

I would like to know where are our leaders.  I can think of none that have not been cowed by either obama and/or the republican party.  Do we have at least one leader willing to sacrifice his or her all for the sake of the American people.

I ask this in all honesty, because I see no general, no senator, no head of law enforcement and no judge (all those we foolishly thought were our leaders against tyranny) no one willing to go toe to toe with ANY of obama's minions, let alone obama himself.

It has been the rule for well over 200 years that "we the people" are the deciders of policy, that "we the people" are solely responsible for the governance of this country and it is "we the people" who are the ultimate arbitrators in this nation of right and wrong.  Yet I see no one.  Not one man, not one women who have publicly stated that they are willing to devote themselves wholeheartedly to freeing our country of a wanton despot, an obvious charlatan, a dedicated criminal and easily the most corrupt and lawless individual ever to call himself president.

Most Americans grew up believing literally that WE were the "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave." 

These words ring hollow today in our America.

I see no Brave men or women willing to say We Are Free, and mean it.  I see no men or women willing to give more than platitudes.

How can we Americans claim any longer to be free if there is no single person brave enough to fight for the freedom so many millions of Americans have died for.

The wife of whoever that is in the whitehouse has said that she can finally say she is proud to be an American, I cannot agree with her, I can no longer say I am proud of my nationality.  Indeed, I am terribly ashamed, not of our country but of our people.  We have become gutless, we have become spineless, we have as a nation done things that I find reprehensible and we have accepted those actions as Americans.

Perhaps the idea of disgrace has been abandoned in the USA of the 21st century.  Perhaps the meaning of freedom has been changed to mean freedom to be subservient, or free to be taxed into poverty.  Maybe freedom now means free to remain alive at any cost to our honor, or fidelity or our individual liberty.

So again I ask: Freedom or Servitude, Do Americans have any choices left?

I find this so amusing, that the DOJ  Eric Holder would allow this kind of police actions on black men.  Yes, they are looking for murderer Chris Dorner, but not all black men look like Chris Dorner with the exception of one black man I can think of named,  LL Cool J.

American's seem to have a very shot memory for things like what is happening in the San Diego police department as to their stance on stopping every black man and checking their ID. 

Remember back about 3 years when President Obama sued the state of Arizona run by Governor Jan Brewer because she went around Federal Laws that are suppose to protect state citizens from illegals coming across and into their states?  Well, Ms. Brewer put AZ state law into operation because Obama would not give her help in stopping illegals coming across her border.  She said that she would protect her citizens because Obama would not.

Remember the issue with police stopping Hispanics and all the uproar by the liberals because the police would stop Mexicans to see if they were in that state legally?  And how the Liberals railed the governor because they felt it unconstitutional that she was commanding her states police to profile Mexicans without cause?

Where is the Eric Holder DOJ  NOW, in regards to San Diego police profiling black people???  OH, its OK now because Obama got re-elected so now concerns, right? He politicalized this whole mess for votes. A lot of time, money and energy was wasted.  Move along now is what he would say.  It was unconstitutional for Arizona to profile Mexicans as illegals but it is OK now to profile black people for being Chris Dorner.

Five days ago an Australian politician, Ann Bressington, came out with a “shocking” revelation of what is going on in her country behind the scenes (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrdmjBAX0E0). I put “shocking” in quotation marks as this entire UN scheme is not new to anyone who has been paying attention for the past 20 years. For decades researchers and political activists have been warning us all about UN Agenda 21, the Humanity and Habit Treaty and what “sustainability” really means. Today even the left is waking up and there is an organization Democrats Against UN Agenda 21 that has taken up a cause that previously only the John Birch Society on the right has been fighting. People are waking up in droves but as yet the bubbleheads on the right have been deathly silent about it.

The dreaded moniker “conspiracy theory” still hovers over anyone who brings up the UN programs, even though spending only an hour researching it today one finds a plethora of evidence linking everything we see happening in America to these treaties. One cannot ask why federal, state and environmental organizations are working together to depopulate rural areas without coming face to face with these treaties. Also the smart growth movements in every one of our cities, towns and jurisdictions are promoting the same core ideals and plans to be implemented nationwide. Money from a non-profit organization from the UN, ICLEI, is giving funds to any city or municipality that goes along with the Agenda add to that the federal funds being given to cities to implement these changes and you see an interrelated network of programs and players to bring about this drastic change to the American political, economic and social system.

One of the greatest threats that go along with this communitarian agenda is the rise of the Council of Regional Governments. Your state probable has them. No one, not even conservative republicans asked, “what the heck are these councils and why do we need a parallel system of governance that is soaking up so much of the taxes in our communities." These councils are the realization of a program begun under the Nixon administration but were fought and eliminated by the republicans and Blue Dog democrats back then.  They were seen rightfully for what they were, a sure fire step into socialism. These councils, also known in Russian as Soviets, are a parallel system of government staffed by unelected bureaucrats who are taking over more and more of the functions of government. In some cases they are limiting our access to our elected government officials. They represent an ingenious ploy that was used by the Nazis before they gained power in Germany.  While they were yet weak and didnt have any political authority, the Nazis put into place parallel government systems that were ready upon their achieving power to be activated and to replace the existing democratic government system. While no one was looking or paying attention these councils propped up everywhere. Here in CA where I live they are the defacto shadow government gaining more and more power every year. 

While patriots slept and their chosen guardians were pointing them in the wrong direction, this vast interwoven conspiracy has been going on under our very noses for decades. The few Cassandras out there crying for us not to bring their Trojan horse into our city went unheeded for far too long.  The Tea Party is an organization with a vast army at the ready that only needs to be pointed in the right direction. Uniting and working with such organizations as Democrats Against Agenda 21 and others, a vast united front against UN tyranny can be established. The left likes to say, work locally and think globally, and that is what we have to do, work locally to end UN interference with our political, social and economic system, act globally to shut the UN down. If we feel we can’t get our elected official in Washington to do what we want, we sure as heck can get our local elected officials to do so. Our town halls, our city councils and our local boards are ours; they are there to do the “will of the people,” not the will of unelected radicals. Sitting right there at the city council board meeting and all of the local political boards is our opportunity to end Agenda 21, the smart growth sustainable communitarian nonsense designed to radically change our nation.  Here is where the real battle lies, for if we win the local battle the larger battle in Washington is far more easily won, but if we won in Washington it would not change the local takeover of the American system as we have never had a Republican president willing or knowledgeable enough to unsign and pull us out of any UN treaty or rescind executive orders that help implement the program.

You are the political militia of today, and your first and urgent task is to throw the degenerate socialist UN tea into the bay. Gather as a mighty force and organize to win this most important battle, the battle on the local home front. Every win there helps us win nationally and then globally. UN Agenda 21 is not a conspiracy theory, it is a conspiracy fact! United as one with a unified mission, to save America from the neo-communist hoards, we can win to victory! If we slothfully or ignorantly sleep another 10 years it will be too late.  This is the generation that will either Win America back, or lose America forever.
