I guess we’d better watch out to see what Obumer does with this shooting in Colorado. He’ll try very hard to shove “Gun Control” down our throats. Guns do not kill it’s the nut case behind the gun pulling the trigger.
People are always thinking were are we going wrong, that’s really not hard to figure out. Our justice system is so bad, and yet we blame the problem on guns, Wrong!!!!!!!!! Just how many people that have done these crimes have either got life in prison or a slap on the hand. On top of that it cost the taxpayers tons of money for lawyers and all. I do not know at this time if Colorado has the death penalty, but I can guess what these parents and all are wanting right now. And I don’t think it’s life in prison.
A lot of these problems I blame on are Justice System along with Corrupt DC. No we do not need Gun Control, we need our so called Justice System to do their Job. I do not care if our jails are over crowded, I don’t care if there is 20 crooks per cell. They are the ones that broke the laws. A lot of these states do not believe in the death penalty, please tell that to families of these that got killed.
Our Justice system would rather figure how they can get away with Voter Fraud.

I was looking forward to the news analysis on the Muslim Brotherhood threat to American freedoms that Michelle Bachman brought to my attention on Glen Beck’s radio talk show.  Instead, I got the news of the shooting in Aurora, Colorado.  Here we go again with the blame game. The Aurora shooting was explained as anger out of control. We need gun control.

In 1975, I blamed government—the will of the people—for my woes.  My wife was divorcing me. My business enterprise was on the rocks. The will of the people is always to take from those who have by force and lawlessly give to those who do not have.  With my anger out of control, I might have done the same as the Aurora shooter.  

I could have taken out my anger by mowing down as many stupid voters as possible. Instead, I became a tax protester, described by the press as a crazy trying to get out of paying his fair share of the tax burden, and the courts calling me a “spurious constitutional objector.”

In 2012, I’m living in my dream home in the tall timber near Mt. Hood, Oregon—without a care in the world. How I got from my disaster in 1975 to 2012—to my dream come true—explained in great detail in my book of memoirs, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012, briefly, it was a caring government. Redistribution of the wealth of the nation by the force of law got me where I am, unconstitutional robbery.

With my life in ruins in 1975, and blaming government, I studied the Constitution with the idea of using it to attack my enemy, the federal government, not with a machine gun, but with the law. The Aurora shooter, blaming the world for his woes, his anger out of control, took it out on the people.

Thanks to the will of the American people, their unconstitutional robbery, I’m living a good life, reminiscent of Southern gentlemen during the days of slavery. President Obama talks about someone there to help the American people, namely Obama; and the Supreme Court has ruled that Obamacare is a tax—the taxpayer, government property, reminding us that the Supreme Court held black slaves to be the property of southern gentlemen.  

Many of those paying tax so that I might live my good life are living hard lives. America is divided, and angry. We’ve been here before. A house divided soon falls. We can look forward to gun control and Sharia law, a giant step backward.  Obey the law or off comes your head.

Howdy all!  You know I read a lot of things yesterday about what happened in Colorado.  In almost every one, it appeared that those writings were making some attempt to take advantage of the situation either politically, or at least to support a certain vain they promote.  Saddest thought:  this came from every direction, even tea party groups.  The victims had not even been fully cared for, and the language of the left, the right, the up and the down were all pointing at something that would support their position, or point at someone for falsely accusing others.  I don’t know about you, but I didn’t get shot.  My relatives and friends were not there.  So what I believe about this tragedy, or what anyone to somehow include this into their political agenda means absolutely nothing.  What has happened to so many families in that town means absolutely EVERYTHING!  Just as in the shooting in Tuscon, the tragedy was still unfolding, when someone tries to make it political.  And just like in Tuscon, someone answers back.  And the distractions begin. 

I do remember what I went through personally; worrying about my family and friends in NY on 9/11/01.  I remember that what was being said on tv and radio about what happened and who did it meant NOTHING.  The only thing that mattered was that those I know are ok.  There are families in Colorado who don’t care about what is said on tv or radio.  They only care about their family members.

I have been trying to figure out the best way to really get heard and make a stand, is if we all band together and just boycott paying taxes all together. They can't throw everyone in jail if there is enough of us. I think we need our troops to band together also to back us up and just stop fighting a war for the government and fight for us the American People. If organized properly we could win this hands down. It will be hard at first and yes it might make things come to a stand still for a bit but as Americans we can help one another out while this all takes place. (just a thought not even an opinion at this time, but i would like to hear your thoughts and opinions, is it to far fetched or could it be possible)

added note: If they really want to over populate the U.S. with immigrants, then charge them double on taxes at least until they do become a citizen, least this way it will filter out a lot that aren't willing to pay and Americans that were born here or at least legal citizens can get a break.

I know that many people still support Obama.  They along with America in 2008 and The Entire World were greatly deceived by the DNC and the Electoral College of America which  was headed by Nancy Pelosi D. of California.

There has  been so many Violations of the US Constitution by Obama and members of This Administration that I have lost count!   And for those of you who believe that the Constitution Doesn't Count anymore.  I have a bit of American History to show just how Important the US Constitution Is for America!   During The American Revolution.  Dolly Madison ran through the streets of Washington DC carrying a Document to the White House. When she got there, out of breath - Her husband (The President) asked her, "Dolly, what in the world where you doing running through bullets and the war going on outside?"   She said, "I was saving the Nation!"  She was carrying the US Constitution!   Where it had been was hit and was on fire!  If she didn't take the US Constitution - America would have been lost.   There were several people there at the White House that All Agreed with her!   She Saved the Nation of America!    Without the Constitution - America Doesn't Exists!

The Obama person just jumped out of the closet and like Weiner exposed himself to the World.  No wonder he is the laughing stock of the foreign Countries – Putin, the Muslim Brotherhood, terrorists and foreign leaders didn’t need to vet him they had the inside scoop on him before he was inaugurated in 2009.

The terrorists thought he would protect their cause by disposing of Gitmo and the Muslim Brotherhood felt very secure in ravaging and taking over other Countries because Obama was their point man and he would open the door for them.  Putin and Angela Merkel regard Obama somewhat like we do when swatting at a fly – just a pest to be knocked out of the way. 

China realized that the minute Obama was inaugurated their quest to become the super power of the World was well within their reach. They didn’t have to wait long to buy the USA for a pittance, because Obama’s first move was to weaken us financially with the stimulus bill in order to initiate his redistribution process.  We’re not just beholdin’ to China they own and control our every move. 

So how did a total stranger take over the highest most prestigious office in our Country without being vetted?  It started in the early 1990’s when Soros, Penny Pritzker, Abner Mikva, and a slew of other Rothchilds Zionists and Communists hand - picked Barack Obama to do their dirty work.  Why was Obama picked – was it due to intelligence, political savvy or his prowess as a leader?  Absolutely not!

Obama was nothing but a “thing” a creation of Frank Marshall Davis, Mikva, Professor Charles Ogletree, Soros, Axelrod, Anita Dunn, Derrick Bell, Bill Ayers, Rezko, Dorhn and so many more were involved in the creation of this “Political Puppet.”  The puppet is only the messenger (a thing) but the teleprompter is the message to fear hand crafted by the radicals.

It’s a tangled web for sure and few people will ever know the exact truth about Obama’s past, because from the time they started creating the puppet, they spent millions to cover up their corrupt bunny tracks.

The fight America is facing is not Obama, but the teleprompter that conveys the Communist, Marxist and Rothschild message.  Obama can’t stand alone without the teleprompter; he’s incapable of communicating intelligently without his prompter.  The face we see daily during his campaign is the face of a robot gone bad, nothing more and nothing less. Frequently the robot malfunctions such as his latest comment about businesses and the reason for their success.

One must consider his ineptness during his 2008 campaign speeches when he mentioned visiting 57 States in our Union, his inability to remember dates, names and times when signing the guest book in England dating it the May 24^th, 2008.  When talking to the troops he said, “A comrade of yours Jared Monti was the first person I was able to award the Medal of Honor to who actually came back and wasn’t receiving it posthumously. “ Oops, Sgt. Jared Monti was killed in action!  By the way what is a “Corpse man, a corpse man or a corpse man? 

In 2008, he showed his total ignorance about the placement of our states – he didn’t even know that his home state of Illinois shares a border with Kentucky, not Arkansas.  When he mentioned the Austrian language in his comment about “wheeling and dealing” he didn’t have a clue that there isn’t any Austrian language.

No wonder people question his faith – in an interview with George Stephanopolis he said, “You’re absolutely right John McCain hasn’t talked about my Muslim faith.  To top it all off when he was trying to sell Obamacare he said, “The reforms we seek would bring greater competition, choice, savings and inefficiencies to our healthcare system.”

He’s nothing but a “thing” programmed by the Communists, Marxists, Rothschild Zionists and Alinsky worshippers. What we do need to fear are the puppeteers who are working behind the scene to destroy our beautiful America.

Take his teleprompter away for one week and he’d be packing his bags and high tailing it out of town.

I borrowed my title from The Physics of Consciousness: The Quantum Mind and the Meaning of Life.  The author, Evan Harris Walker, shows how operation of bizarre yet actual properties of elementary particles support a new and exciting theory of reality based on the principles of quantum physics.

What is God? In Through a Wormhole with Morgan Freeman, on the Science Channel, we learn that it is estimated that humanity generates more data in two days than we did in all the time we’ve been here up to the year 2003, and that the data is growing exponentially. Also, the idea is introduced that if we stored all of this data on the hard drive of a computer, we would have a brain eons ahead of human development. The idea is introduced that it is technologically possible to produce a robot that you could not tell from a human. 

Freeman asks, “What happens when we die?”  We are informed that science is toying with the idea of bringing the dead back to life. It is technologically possible, says Freeman. Just put the brain in a state of suspended animation, by freezing it, and wait until science finds the way to bring us back to life.

There is just one problem Freeman didn’t mention, the human soul. The experts know zero about it. Freeman didn’t mention that the ancients gave us Akashic Records, all that ever happened, a cosmic super hard drive. When we die the record remains. Freeman needs to take another look through the wormhole.

From quantum physicist and brain doctor Walker, we learn that before there can be anything there has to be consciousness; we possess a fragment of the consciousness of the universe. Freeman brings to our attention how little the masses know about the workings of the universe. While the awareness of the cutting edge of science is growing by leaps and bounds, and seeping into the mainstream, the masses remain living in the past.

We are told by religious authorities that this is the end time, when all but the godly perish.  Given the facts, this is entirely possible, but in the reverse—when all the misinformed perish.

From classical science we get half answers, like bringing the dead back to life. Classical science imagines that we exist solely within the self.  From quantum physics, we learn that it depends on what we observe. In quantum physics, we are the co-creators of reality. Our minds, or the immaterial essence, the animating principle, the actuating cause of our human lives—the soul—is interactive with the consciousness of the universe. When we die our souls, which are in a state, not a place, remain.  Bringing the dead back to life could not bring our immortal souls back to life, since our souls never die. Science can’t change natural law.   

Which is more reasonable, that our souls return in other lives to correct the wrongs of his life, or that they are  here on earth but once. From then on it is either pie in the sky or an eternity of suffering.

Did man come from the consciousness of the universe or from a strictly earthbound process? If an earthbound process, why is it that man is vastly more conscious than any other life form on the planet?  That makes no sense. Did universal consciousness, or what we call God, create man or did man immerge from a one cell organism here on earth?

Quantum physics, the study of the universe’s smallest excitations, finds that from the smallest to the universe, there exists consciousness. “In earth as it is in heaven, But seek ye first the kingdom of God,” said Jesus. You can look here, or look there, said Jesus, but the kingdom of God is in you.

The year 2012 is a crucial year. The Mayan calendar bears this out. Our world ends on this year’s winter solstice. Coincidentally, the ancients found that our planet is moving from the Age of Pisces, the symbol of which is two fish swimming in opposite directions, to the Age of Aquarius, when we become our brother’s keeper. The Symbol for Aquarius is the water-bearer. With this in mind, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012, the story of my reinvented life, beginning in 1975, is an image of the whole of things.

In 1975, when I studied America’s Constitution, based on the law of all times, voices of the past spoke to me.  Neither man’s law, man’s religions, nor classical science is based on the law of all times.  For expedience’s sake, the law in practice leaves individual fiefdoms' domains in their own rights. But common sense tells you that the Higher Law of the universe cannot be divided. Common sense tells you that you are not man’s creation, nor is government in any way responsible for your success or failure.  The fruits of your own labor—that which you depend on for your existence—under the law of all times may not be taken from you in a tax.  On the front page of The Palm Beach Post, the IRS admitted that it was mistaken.  Under the law of all times, Obamacare may not deprive you of your existence. And it is up to you to see that it does not.

 In 1887 Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh, had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years prior: "A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse over loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship."

The experience that shaped my future was World War II. As a combat rifleman in Nazi Germany, I’m a personal witness of the fall of The Third Reich. One of the judges of the Nuremburg trials, Justice Jackson, wrote the majority opinion for the Supreme Court in West Va. State Board of Education v. Barnette. “The very purpose of the Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy….” Chief Justice Roberts recently wrote the majority opinion on the constitutionality of Obamacare.  He called it a tax. In so doing, essentially, he declared that tax is unlimited. The question he left needs to be addressed, and not by government, but by the people. Your government has succumbed to personal consideration above public service. It is the people who have a personal stake in the outcome.  On my own, with my Constitution, I forced the IRS to eat crow. It takes determination. I you think you can, you can.  If you think you can’t, you can’t.

 With the above revelation in mind, your President recently claimed, essentially, that without your government, you could not exist. Your President has taken it upon himself to make the law. He says that welfare recipients no longer need to show that they are looking for a job. As long as Obama is President, welfare recipients can sit and live out of the taxpayer’s pocket. Your representatives in Washington have done zilch to stop Obama. The Supreme Court gave him the go ahead.

Alexander Tyler’s prophecy has come true. Instead of answering you for their misdeeds, the politicians are in a mud-slinging fight.  With your government spending forty percent more than it collects in revenue, and your President doing all he can to spend more of your hard earned money, the biggest spending fraud in history, you have no idea of the power that lies within you.  In Earth as It Is in Earth 2012 gives you answers you are not getting. All Over America Government Control Freaks Are Forcing Preppers Back On To The Grid

In recent years there have been huge numbers of Americans that have sought to go “off the grid” and live a more independent lifestyle. It has been estimated that there are now approximately 3 million “preppers” in the United States, and many of them just want to be left alone so that they can take care of themselves and their families on their own land. But that is not the way America works anymore. In many areas of the country, government control freaks have essentially declared war on preppers and are attempting to force them back on to the grid. In some states, “nuisance abatement teams” are conducting armed raids on off the grid properties. Property owners are being cited for “code violations” and are being told that they are “bothering the neighbors”.

In some cases, trees and gardens are being forcibly removed. In other cases, entire structures are being relocated or torn down. And in the most extreme cases, property owners are actually being forced off of their properties completely by these control freaks. You see, the truth is that in America you don’t really own your property. You are essentially renting it, and you can only do with it what the government allows you to do. And the government does not like people disconnecting from the grid and living an independent lifestyle. So these battles over property rights are probably going to get even more intense in the years ahead.

These days, many Americans are choosing to grow “survival gardens” as a way to help feed their families and become more independent of the system.

But in some areas of the country these survival gardens are being forcibly ripped out by government control freaks. Just check out what happened to one unemployed woman in Tulsa, Oklahoma….

A Tulsa woman is suing the city’s code enforcement officers after she said they cut down her garden with no cause.

Denise Morrison said she has more than 100 plant varieties in her front and back yards and all of them are edible and have a purpose.

She knows which ones will treat arthritis, which will make your food spicy, which ones keep mosquitoes away and treat bug bites, but she said none of that matter to city inspectors

The Constitution of the United States[i] is much more than just a piece of paper; it is a document written by God fearing men who believed in Liberty and Justice for all who are citizens of this great nation and their Posterity. While the U.S. Constitution is a guide for ourselves and for those who represent us, the U.S. Constitution is much more; it is the “law of the land” and should be viewed as such, as well as considered whenever any of the three branches of government, i.e., Executive, Legislative or Judicial, enact new laws or perform the duties of their respective offices. I also believe every Citizen of the United States should question themselves with regard to their actions; are we Just, are we promoting the general Welfare, are we striving to ensure Liberty, are our actions helping to form a more perfect Union? These ideals cannot simply be for one, they must be for all, as eloquently stated by our fore-fathers, “We the People of the United States.”

On the 17^th day of September in 1787 the ordination and Establishment of the Constitution was ratified. This document gave us reasonable guidelines by which to govern ourselves in a responsible and civil manner and the delineation of the process by which we elect government officials, the formation and function of the three separate branches of government and the duties of each within the boundaries of the Constitution of the United States. Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution also guarantees to each and every State in the Union a “Republican Form of Government,” whereby the individuals as well as the States themselves are sovereign.

Enough cannot be said about the value and intent of the words within the U.S. Constitution itself. Article II, Section 1 clearly states the President shall, “Preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Article VI clearly states, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States; shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.” Article VI goes on to further state, “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.” Undeniably, the framers of the Constitution of the United States demanded the continued preservation, protection, defense and support of the Constitution in perpetuity for the People of this great nation. There can be no doubt the Constitution of the United States is the Law of the Land. Our leaders are bound by the oaths of their offices to uphold the Constitution of the United States.

The U.S. Constitution is a means to promote not only the general Welfare, but to promote an equitable system of governance, through just laws which provide the framework to form a more perfect Union. As stated in Article III, Section 2, “The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority.” The U.S. Constitution is the conception of an ideal by decent, free thinking men, whose sole purpose was to live a life free of tyranny from those who would oppress us, and to ensure those same ideals existed for their Posterity.

The United States of America is, in effect, not only a conglomeration of people, but of ideas as well. Through the supreme Law of the Land, the U.S. Constitution, sovereign citizens of sovereign States, within a sovereign nation act to establish a just and equitable society, where Liberty is unfettered and the government exists to serve the People.

While the art of articulation does not elude me, I find myself unable to match what I consider to be a perfect man-made statement of Truth and Wisdom: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and to our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

I tell you it’s just too hard to pass up a quote from George.  There is so much encouragement in this one.  He truly believed in the spirit.  Not just the spirit of America, but the spirit of mankind; all of us.  No difference, no separation.  He believed that man will realize that slavery, even slavery of tyranny will finally be overcome by the will of the people.  I wish we could see his reaction to the tea party and 9/12 movements, as well as all the other groups founded on the values and principles that he and the founders used to formulate our nation and our government.  So many say he would be discouraged by the direction our elected employees (THEY ARE NOT TRUE LEADERS!) are taking us.  I submit he, as well as all the founders would be delighted beyond belief of the efforts we all have made and continue to make.  So, don’t be discouraged by a setback, diversion, or other frustration.  Remember 1 Peter 5 – “Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.”  He is with us.  Don’t be discouraged by what you read, or what you don’t read.  Be encouraged!

From the news, we can be certain that the world is moving ever closer to war. How can we use the collective wisdom of the ages to turn the tide toward peace?  Rest assured that it will not come from the world’s authorities.

My understanding of the Constitution comes from my unique personal experience.  I forced the United States to admit that it lawlessly confiscated my property.

 I studied the Constitution for the purpose of taking legal action against the United States, and without a lawyer.  I was directed by voices of the past, the same voices that directed America’s Founding Fathers. Those voices were my archetype, a fragment of universal consciousness.  On the day we celebrate America’s Declaration of Independence, July 4^th, in 1776, astrologically, America was born under the sign of Aquarius, the water-bearer. In the Age of Aquarius, we become our brother’s keeper.

I was born Virgo with Aquarius rising, which meant that as I aged I could become more Aquarian. According to astrologers, Aquarius could be a big influence in my life.  I studied the Constitution in 1975.  According to astrologers, it was when my ruling planet Uranus had transited from the time of my birth to a position opposing itself. It meant change. At the time, my wife was divorcing me and my business enterprise was on the rocks.

In ancient times, astrologers advised kings. Persian astrologers followed the Star of Bethlehem to the birthplace of the Christ child, so we read in the Bible.  Those Persian astrologers said that Jesus was the king of Jews. The Jews were looking for a king that would conquer the Romans. Jesus was not their man.

In Matthew 6, Jesus said, “in earth as it is in heaven; followed by, “No man can serve two masters;" followed by “But seek ye first the kingdom of God.”

In Luke 17: 20-21, “And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them, and said, ‘The kingdom of God cometh not with observation.  Neither shall they say, Lo here! or lo there! for behold, the kingdom of God is within you.’”

The Jewish people were awed when Jesus defied authority. But after Jesus was arrested, nobody knew him. He was not a miracle man. Authority crucified Jesus.

When I departed my old life at age forty-nine, looking within for answers, I knew nothing about what Jesus said. Jesus had nothing to do with my departure. However, I happened to have departed on the day Jesus is supposed to have been crucified, arriving in Miami, Florida on Easter Sunday for the first day of my new life.

In numerology, my departure was seen as the pioneer seeking a new identity. In Christianity, I was reborn. In numerology, step two was finding the right mate for me, which I did.

When I departed, everyone I knew thought I’d lost my mind. Who in his right mind would challenge the United States?  When everything should have gone wrong for me, everything started going right. All of my dreams came true.

America is in a downward spiral, the Constitution little more than a historical document. According to America’s President, somebody is helping us out and it is not God.  The American people are being swayed by external authority. Astrologically, we are at the end of the Age of Pisces, whose symbol is two attached-fish swimming in opposite directions. Hello!

McCain was a wimp and gave the last election to Barack. We are watching Romney playing the same role. We all know that Obama is a liar and dishonorable. Romney needs to put our little "doper president" in his place. I hope he does not pick a wimpy V.P. We NEED CONSERVATIVES not communists. We must get these communists out of the White House. Let's Be Honest About Outsourcing

Both candidates in the presidential race have been accusing the other of "outsourcing." It's one of those words that is loaded with negative meaning, implying that the perpetrator is un-American. But does America have an outsourcing problem?
What is popularly referred to as "outsourcing" is the practice of offshoring business functions, including building facilities and employing workers in other countries. Liberals often argue that "sending jobs overseas" is harming America's economy.
They are missing two important truths: The reality of jobs in America, and the ways to bring even more jobs to the home front.
Jobs in America

• The U.S. actually leads the world in manufacturing. Yes, you read that correctly. We produce 21 percent of global manufactured products, while China comes after at 15 percent. According ot the National Association of Manufacturers, "manufacturing supports an estimated 17 million jobs in the U.S.—about one in six private sector jobs."
• Big manufacturers are building new plants here. BMW is adding 300 new jobs to its South Carolina plant this year, and Airbus recently announced it will employ 1,000 at a new plant in Alabama. (Both South Carolina and Alabama are right-to-work states, meaning that workers aren't forced to join unions.)
• Multinational corporations still employ more Americans. U.S.-based multinational corporations employ 22.9 million Americans—more than twice as many people as they employ in China, Mexico, and all other countries combined.
• There is no "giant sucking sound" of jobs and money fleeing the United States. According to the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, the total value of foreign investment in the United States exceeds the value of U.S. investments in other countries by more than $4 trillion. Foreign-owned multinational corporations employ 5.5 million people in the United States.
• "Insourced" businesses are a tremendous boon for the U.S. economy. "Insourced" jobs—jobs brought to America by foreign-based companies—account for nearly 5 percent of private-sector employment. These businesses buy more than $1.8 trillion in goods and services from local suppliers and small businesses in the areas where they locate.

How to Boost American Jobs Even More
With an 8.2 percent unemployment rate, America still needs more jobs. There are many steps policymakers could take that would make locating—or relocating—in the U.S. more attractive to businesses.
A quick look at the Index of Economic Freedom, produced by The Heritage Foundation and The Wall Street Journal, reveals America's competitive disadvantages.
Hong Kong, ranked No. 1 in the Index, has an economy that has been growing at 7 percent. That's astounding. In contrast, U.S. GDP growth in the first quarter of 2012 was a paltry 1.9 percent.
There are several reasons why Hong Kong is No. 1 and America is No. 10. Hong Kong's top corporate tax rate is only 16.5 percent, compared to the U.S. rate of 35 percent. Hong Kong's trade regime is one of the world's most competitive and efficient, with a zero tariff rate. And its regulatory environment is "highly supportive of business efficiency."
Meanwhile, in the U.S., runaway regulations growing by the day make doing business vastly more expensive and difficult. The government is holding back the economy through regulation and its nonstop deficit spending, as Heritage's Bryan Riley explains:

Excessive federal spending and the resulting budget deficit continue to be a problem. Foreign investors spent more than $400 billion on U.S. Treasury securities in 2011. This is another way to say that the government borrowed more than $400 billion from foreign investors. Those dollars could have been invested otherwise in the private sector of the U.S. economy or spent on U.S. exports.

While concern about outsourcing is misplaced, there are many ways the U.S. could attract even more jobs than it already does. Increasing our own economic freedom would spur growth in the economy, bringing greater prosperity and new enterprises to our shores.

Since the birth of the Tea Party, we have had great success if replacing liberal, establishment Republicans with Tea Party conservatives.  When Mike Lee defeated "Bailout Bob" Bennett, we sent a shot across the bow of the RINO Republicans.  

This year Richard Mourdock defeated 36 year incumbent Dick Lugar and soon, in Texas, Ted Cruz can send more shockwaves through the establishment by beating insider David Dewhurst in the Republican primary.  But those aren't the only battles.

In Florida, redistricting placed two incumbents John Mica and Tea Party freshman Sandy Adams in the same district.  Mica is a career politician who has now been caught with his hands in cookie jar.

Since his election to Congress 20 years ago, Mica has become a world traveler -- on the taxpayer dime.  

Adams estimates that Mica's trips to countries like Malaysia, Italy and France have cost taxpayers in excess of $4 million.  Adams spokesman Lisa Boothe said, "John Mica’s decision to put his international travel bucket list ahead of Central Florida taxpayers is appalling.  While Mica has been attempting to pull the wool over voters’ eyes by denying his long history of runaway spending and record-setting earmarks, his 20 years in Congress tell a different story.  On top of adding $10 trillion to our nation’s debt and requesting $4 billion in earmarks, Mica has been earning frequent flyer miles on the backs of hard-working Americans.  At a time when Central Florida families and small businesses are struggling to pay their bills, how can Mica justify jet setting on their dime to some of the world's most popular international travel destinations?”

Conservatives and Tea Party activists in Florida's 7th district have an easy choice to make this August 14th in the GOP primary.  They can continue the Tea Party revolution by going with Sandy Adams or they can reward a RINO for his earmarks, K-Street connections and extensive taxpayer travel.  The choice is ours.
