E mails are wonderful things. People send them to announce joyful things like the birth of a baby to relatives far away, or sad things like the death of a loved one. In business, product sales and collaboration on projects are made easier by e mails, and whole business processes can be accomplished without ever meeting in person. E mails make it easier and quicker that ever to get things done.
And then this is the government. In government, e mails can be used to coerce, to intimidate, to hide all the machinati0ons that this administration does not want the citizens to know. Government recordkeeping is, on purpose, spotty and incomplete. From Fast and furious, to the IRS, and now to Hillary Clinton, lost or deleted e mails are the focus of damage done to this country by a socialist administration. It is so easy for them to say there is nothing to show when all it takes is the pressing of the delete button.
As far back as 2012, House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform chairman Rep. Daniel Issa was asking questions about Hillary used private e mail for government work. Issa wanted to know about the departments policies of using private e mails for government work, what the active private e mails were, and if there were hidden accounts under other names. There were other questions as well, such as are the private accounts listed on federal records and if there is any disciplinary actions taken against those in government who illegally use private e mails. Copies of this letter was also sent to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, Interior Secretary Kan Salazar Attorney General Eric Holder, and others in the administration. The only response received was from Thomas R. Gibbons the acting assistant secretary for legislative affairs.
In October of 2012 Clinton called for a review of Benghazi, convened the Accountability Review Board which requested all documents pertaining to Benghazi. This was at the same time when the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Raymond Maxwell, confirmed that there was a Benghazi document “sorting session”. It was revealed that Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan were present at the “sorting session” at the State Department
After Clinton resigned from the State Department seven weeks after Issas’ letter was sent to the State Department, it was several more weeks, until Feb 1, 2013 that a response was sent to Issa. The response was sent from the office of Thomas B. Gibbons and consisted of an overview of State Department policy on e mails and did not answer any of the questions that Issa requested.
Two points could be clearly inferred from the Gibbons response. One, that it was a clear violation of State Department policy to use personal email for official business. And two, that training was available for the proper use records and e mails.
The questions that Issa asked on that letter are at the heart of the Benghazi e mail scandal of which Hillary was an integral part. When the State Department was asked about why Issas questions were not answered, the response from State Department Spokesman Alec Gerlach was “ We respond to thousands of congressional inquiries and requests each year.” A perfect non-answer.
Even the New York Times was taken aback when FOIA requests to the State Department concerning the terror attack in Benghazi came back empty. The same can be said of the correspondence between Hillary and Sid Blumenthal, someone that even Obama would not allow in the administration but was a conduit for Hillary to Libya.
A response from James Carville, a Hillary sycophant is that the Republicans are mean, and that they were using the e mail scandal as political ammunition. It appears that Carville isn’t concerned about National Security or what information had been hacked from the server or by whom.
When Hillary became aware that the private e mail server would become a problem, close to 30,000 e mails were deleted by someone as yet unknown. These e mails were claimed to have been private emails and had no relation to official government business. No one but Hillary and her staff made that determination, and it appears there was no outside oversight by either the State Department or any other government agency. There are two takeaways that must be considered at this point.
1. It is abundantly clear that these e mails were deleted AFTER Issas request for information.
2. Hillary Clinton assumed the SHE was the sole arbiter of what should be made public and what was personal.
There was also a questions of Hillarys aides using personal e mails to correspond with her about Benghazi. Hillarys response were that all the messages were sent to other government employees who were using the government addresses they should use according to government policies, and they could be found there. This would give her the opportunity of saying she did not need to keep them, documents she had already claimed to have turned over.
Clinton, after the Susan Rice Sunday shows continued to blame the violence of Benghazi on the video. This is what she told the families, Jake Sullivan tried to tell Hillary that she was in the clear, that Susan Rice would be confronted but that Hillary was in the clear because she never characterized the motivations of those in the attacking party.
It has been found that there are very large gaps in the Benghazi emails that have been turned over to the House Select Committee and that none of them discuss military security at Benghazi, a subject that was discussed extensively before the attack. A military contingent stationed there could have blunted the attack and saved the four men who died there. There were repeated requests for military security to be placed in Benghazi and all were ignoed by the State Department. In fact the State Department actually reduced the security at the consulate. It was further shown that the Benghazi consulate was purposely set up without the “mandatory Standards” of a consulate.
It is time for Hillary to answer the questions that remain. Some questions are:
Why was Sid Blumenthal, someone even the Obama Administration didn’t want anything to do with, working in concert with the State Department under Hillary?
Why the person in charge of the State Department was allowed to use a private server against all regulations?
Why were the requests for more security in Benghazi turned down.
There are many more questions that we have received answers around the edges but no definitive answer. We need to push for the answers because with Hillary attempting a run at the Presdient, at this point, it DOES make a difference.

I am working on a book about the strange psychology of US progressives (neo-communists) and so-called “conservative-republicans”  (republicans are a wholly owned subsidiary of the neo-communist democrat party).  Following is an excerpt from that book.

     Many “conservative republicans” white people harbor incongruent, highly stressful, and contradictory thoughts about black racism and “white racism”. Such people are mostly leftists, just under the skin, who swear that they are not leftists. However, their stress level is very high as they observe large numbers of hate crimes, rapes, riots, murders, bullying and criminal behavior by blacks, 24-7. White “conservative-republicans” are afraid to face the truth about the sorry attitudes of: racism, racial-supremacy, minority parasitism and anti-Constitutionalism among blacks. Most blacks harbor no patriotism for the government and flag, that exploits the white majority’s hard economic labors in order to treat blacks like an ersatz nobility of crime.   

      “Conservative-republicans” also fear black violence, bullying, rioting, and hate crimes for which blacks are never punished. They also choose to remain in ignorance about the endless number of above-the-law, special privileges extended by federal government racists to petulant, hate-filled blacks. “Conservative-republicans” can be summed up as pretending to harbor, "white middle-class goodness," an orientation that is more concerned with establishing anti-racist (wnti-white) bona fides than with confronting systematic black racism in all its evil forms.

          Internal psychological contradictions between black racist reality and false leftist fantasies of down-trodden, angelic blacks, cause much suffering among white people trying to lie to themselves and others. There are complex relationships between class and race that seriously endanger contemporary white identity. In fact black racists rave about totally genociding not only white values but also white lives.

       There are four ways pro-black orientation is expressed among white people, each serving to establish their own lack of racism: the denigration of lower-class white people as responsible for ongoing white racism, the demonization of antebellum slaveholders, an emphasis on colorblindness-especially in the context of white childrearing-and the cultivation of attitudes of white guilt, shame, and betrayal.

True white liberals, on the other hand, are even sicker. They deny ALL evidence of black racist crime and displace it entirely, as blame on other whites. Is it any wonder that so many of them are drug addicts, drunks, and practitioners of sexual perversion?  US leftists pretend that blacks are law-abiding, non-criminal, not-racists, not minority parasites and are of no danger to white families.

White people should become aware of black supremacist reality and quit denying it, since “the ostrich approach” encourages more black demands and murders. White men and women, should ask themselves if their tax-paying (used to give black racists a free ride), is actually morally correct.  They should also ask why they are being taxed without enjoying fair representation in government or in any aspect of society. They should further ask themselves, “why do blacks get away with so much criminal behavior unpunished,” while whites are punished very hard for “crimes” that could more honestly described as impotent venting or speaking one’s mind.

Whites need a new ethos of moral courage and aggressiveness that honestly acknowledges black criminality, racism, race supremacy, constant deceit, minority racism, bullying, special racial privileges and intimidation. Then whites should band together for self defense and political action, by creating a political party that represents ONLY the best interests of the white majority. A new, white-representative political party will transform whites into more fully functioning human beings who will be honest and courageous role models for their children.  White people, must mobilize their whiteness in the pursuit of racial justice against black criminality, racism, race supremacy, constant deceit, minority racism, bullying, special racial privileges and intimidation, rather than seeking a self-righteous distance from it.

Freedom from Religion Atheists tackle Football Players

In the film A League oif Their Own, manager Tom Hanks advises a tearful player on a women’s baseball team, “There’s no crying in baseball.” According to the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF), a group of permanently offended atheists that are also in a league of their own, there is no praying in football, not to mention “Hail Mary” passes to win the big game. Why does nearly everyone of you never criticize the hate crimes of black supremacists? The "black lives matter" movement has advocated hate crimes including white genocide,  innocent whites have been murdered because of the hate crime propaganda of your brothers. That's double hate crimes! Why do you not renounce that? Why are black supremacists allowed to spread propaganda on this site, while white people  are not allowed to address your racist black sites? Why should blacks be allowed to get away with murder, advocacy of murder and circulation of pictures of blacks wiping their asses on the US flag?  That flag represents a government of traitors whose power is "black-racistly" brought to bear ONLY on enemies of black racism! The Confederate Flag represents civil rights for white people. If you are as objective as you pretend, why don't you denounce black hate crime? Does that mean that you agree with murder of whites as justified black supremacy privilege? Race criminality law was supposed to apply to all, not just whites. No more special privileges for blacks! We are the majority and we should demand that every BLACK HATE CRIME be punished!

Kim Davis, a devout Christian has been sent to jail for the belief that homosexuality is immoral. The Christian church has been under considerable pressure to change its teachings on homosexuality to conform to the modern “standards” that are being forced on society, Christian children in public schools are being indoctrinated into believing that homosexuality is a “right” because the Supreme Court said so. The State is not required to follow and religious teachings as evident in some of the decisions that our courts have made. Neither do the courts, as symbols of the state have to ability to enforce laws against religious teachings.
Mrs, Davis is an employee of the State and as such is required to fulfill the duties of her office as required by law. She is paid well, and as any employee, is required to follow the rules as pertains to her job. Being a Member of public service she is required to follow the laws and do the jobs as given to her. Even the White House, through Josh Earnest stated today that” she should follow the law just as President Obama does”. (OK, stop laughing, Earnest really said that, I saw it on video.)
Mitch McConnell, that bastion of conservatism, wouldn’t comment, calling it a state issue. Rand Paul stated this” If you want to convince people that same sex marriage is something that should be acceptable, I would say try to persuade people. If you are going to use the federal government and get involved in every locality it is going to harden peoples resolve.”
That being said, there are troubling issues here. Christians are being sacrificed on the altar of political correctness. Following the word of God is the responsibility of every Christian. The damage is done when the word of a tyrannical government is considered more than the word of God.
I am confident in saying there is no right anywhere in the Constitution that requires gay marriage be allowed. It is only the power of the Supreme Court and five progressive judges who sit there that has given this so called right to homosexuals. The constitution makes quite clear that the states have the right to make laws on subjects not specifically given to the federal government. This is one of those cases where the Supreme Court is making laws rather than examining, and enforcing them. County attorney Watkins, said “ he will not and can not support her” in her refusal to obey the Constitution. I would appreciate if he could show me where the founders wrote anything that condones homosexual marriage. This is a Christian nation founded on Christian principles no matter how much the atheist and progressives dislike it.
Kim Davis is a Christian, of that there in no doubt. She is willingly putting her Christian faith above all else in an act of civil disobedience that puts all she holds dear at risk.
Of course, rather than holding a respectful discussion about what should be done in this situation, the gay mafia descended. She has been threatened to have her house burned down she has had her personal past thrown to the wolves in the media, and has even been threatened with bodily harm. This from the same gay lobby that only a few years ago claimed they would have been happy with civil unions, that they only wanted to be recognized. It is hard for them to understand that there are those who will not agree with their lifestyle, but wish them no harm. It is depressing that they feel all must agree with tem, or pay the price that they feel is sufficient to make the point. We must bake them cakes, we must perform wedding ceremonies, we must do everything they want in order for them to feel they are superior to a heterosexual way of life. I always chuckle when I hear those who confidently espouse, “She must follow the law or get out”. What a bunch of self righteous self centered tyrants. What makes you think you are any better than anyone else, or that you have all the answers. There are a great many people who refuse to live in your culturally decadent world, and live by God’s law not mans.
If we don’t we are castigated like Mrs. Davis. Words will be splashed everywhere about our personal lives. They will make sure everyone knows she has been married four times and divorced three. She has I am sure made other mistakes in her life as we all have that will be trumpeted to all as soon as they are found. What all the news reports don’t tell you is that she found Christ at the age of 44 about four years ago. As all Christians can, she has repented her sins and pledged to live her life for the Lord. Does this mean she will sin no more, of course not. We are all sinners and it is only through the grace and mercy of God that we are saved. She is an Apostolic Christian, whose followers are strict adherents to the teaching of the Bible as the infallible word of the Lord. I belong to a congregation that is much the same. I came to God at 55, after thirty years of laughing at those who believed in God. There are things that I have done in my past that I am not proud of, but there is a deep fundamental peace that non believers can not understand. So they ridicule those that do believe abd try to shake their faith. I imagine Mrs, Davis faith is being attacked from many sides right now, by the media, by progressives and other non believers who always fight so hard to tell you that you are wrong about something that they claim doesn’t exist. But her faith will hold, and as Christ said in the Bible “ let he who is without sin cast the first stone’.

I have seen a good number of those who profess to be Conservatives out there RAILING on Fiorina…”SO MUCH FOR BEING A CONSERVATIVE” they say…if she thinks some county clerk should be issuing marriage licenses…to GAY people…she’s just not fit to be a Conservative.

Recently, I questioned my 87 year old dad. “Was it a dream or did you and mom allow a man dressed like a woman to run through our home and out the back door?” Dad replied, “Wow! How on earth could you possibly remember that?” I was a toddler then, now in my sixties. Dad said the man was being chased by the police and my mom felt sorry for him.

Today, transvestites are celebrated, awarded for courage.  And yet, more Americans than ever view themselves as victims.

A caller on a radio show said people are fed up with both sides complaining about being victims. He cited conservatives' bogus claim that there is a war on Christmas. I thought, “Sir, the Left's war on Christianity is real.”

The Left's (Democrats, Hollywood and MSM) gospel of Victim-hood-ism is a despicable lie designed to create division, paranoia, fear and hate in Americans. The entire Democratic party platform is based on the lie that everyone is a victim of someone or something. Women are victims of American men.  Blacks are victims of whites, police and America.  The poor are victims of the rich. Homosexuals are victims of heterosexuals. Illegals are victims of American citizens. Kids of bad parents are victims of wholesome households.

Employees are victims of employers.

The Democrats' list of bogus inequalities goes on and on. Meanwhile, in the few incidences in which the inequalities are real, Democrat fixes have caused or exacerbated them.

Exploiting the goodness of Americans, Democrats insidiously package their infectious victim mindset disease in passionate sounding terms such as “white privilege”, “income inequality” and “social justice.” What decent American does not desire justice for all?

So along comes Bryce Williams, a nut-job black homosexual bad employee who bought the Left's victim crap hook, line and sinker. This guy's victim mindset sounds like a comedy bit from a movie. For example. When his employer talked about “out in the field” reporter assignments, Williams was offended; convinced this white man was sending him back to the field as in cotton and black slavery.  Don't laugh folks. The Left's rhetoric has gotten that crazy. Allow me to remind you of an article alerting us that peanut and belly sandwiches are now racist.

A black interviewer on TV explained why he was offended when a police officer used the term “low income neighborhood.” The paranoid interviewer concluded that the term was really code, actually meaning that the black residents are unworthy of police respect. Therefore, the term is racist. I thought, “Dude, you need help.”

Two things turned my stomach this week – bad Salmon from the grocery store and Hillary Clinton exploiting the murders of the reporter and cameraman in Virginia to further the Left's gun grabbing agenda.  While I realize this is what brain-dead emotion-driven Leftist zealots do, common decency says, must you guys politicize everything? From the weather (acts of God) to humans behaving badly, Leftists immediately brainstorm how to use it to further their anti-God, anti-freedom and anti-American agenda.

The Left's arguments against gun ownership are totally illogical. Good people with guns stop bad people with guns. Also, a gun is the great equalizer. If my petite wife is alone, approached in a parking garage, do I want her attacker staring at a can of mace or down the barrel of a gun in her hand? And yet, Leftists claim to be great defenders for women.

Stats overwhelmingly confirm that states where folks carry guns, murder is down.  In cities with the strictest guns laws, murder is way up.

Criminals acquire guns illegally. Gun laws, disarming law abiding citizens, empowers criminals. Why do Leftists vehemently reject this obvious truth?

Conspiracy theorists offer various reasons why the Left is hellbent on disarming the American people. I believe the simple answer is Leftist males are metro-sexual wimps. Feminized and PC (politically castrated), Leftists males join radical feminists in viewing guns and the slightest display of testosterone, power or aggression for any reason as bad. This is why Leftists are drugging little boys into femininity.

Deceptively, liberals always claim to put people first. The reality is liberals eat, drink and sleep increasing the Democrat voter rolls. Why? Because Democrats in power equals more liberal radical agenda items, that the American people would never vote for, crammed down our throats.

Liberals only care about empowering government, repealing Americans' freedom of choice. Liberals view the pain, suffering and lives of We the People as acceptable collateral damage towards achieving their goal.

Unless they can blame Republicans or inanimate objects (guns), Leftists treat bad behavior as always the fault of someone else. I believe individuals are solely responsible for their behavior. However, Bryce Williams was unquestionably a fanatic; a terrorist of the Left's religion of Victim-hood-ism.

One would think Leftists might feel a little responsible and back off their spreading of hate (victim-hood-ism). Don't bet on it. These people are evil. Pure and simple. The murdering of reporter Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward are gifts to further the Left's mission to disarm Americans. I realize that sounds harsh. Sadly, my analysis is true.

An outgrowth of the Left's despicable gospel of Victim-hood-ism is its equally despicable Black Lives Matter movement which is based on the lie that cops routinely murder young black men. The Left's calculated impugning of police has lead to police across America ambushed and assassinated.

Upon completing this article, I turned on the TV hearing breaking news. As the result of a black radical group's clarion call to kill cops, Texas Deputy Darren Goforth was assassinated, shot from behind execution-style while fueling his patrol car by a black man. When Goforth fell to the ground, his assassin stood over him shooting multiple times. Deputy Goforth leaves behind a wife and two kids.

The time has come that so many of you have dreaded since 2008. The dictator obama has decided to unleash a genocidal war against white people in stages. The stages include:

(1)               Sporadic criminal violence by black supremacists in urban areas leads to protection efforts by local police. Then the blacks initiate rioting that is supported by the immediate arrival of Department of Justice armed thugs who intimidate, threaten and warn away any attempt at self defense by the local citizens. At the same time black racist rabble- rousers from Chicago and New York arrive to begin negotiating a surrender by the white local government. The local government is forced to hire a black racist chief of police and a mostly black police force. Then the segregated police force is tested by local and imported black racists in further rioting. If the police force folds to black rioting and refuses to protect the local white populace, the city is taken over by a black supremacist soviet. The unfortunate town disappears into the darkness of continuous black racist terror.

(2)             Black racist organizations are created to murder and terrorize white police. Since white police refuse to give in to criminal terrorists, the obama dictatorship protects black murder groups and arson squads from any attempts of the police to defend themselves. Obama threatens local towns  and cities with black martial law hundreds of thousands of police and white people are mass murdered. All over America, local police agencies are paralyzed or wiped out by FBI and DEA airmobile infantry battalions.

(3)             A few white self defense groups get partially organized. Where those white groups are victorious, federal troops are sent in to wipe them out. Entire white populations of resisting urban areas are herded into already built federal concentration camps.

(4)             Obama declares himself dictator for life and begins to mass murder all resisters while their families are raped and enslaved. Millions of white conservative republicans shuffle off into federal incarceration, starvation, disease and brutality executed by black racist guards. Few white people will survive will survive those camps.

(5)             Within two years over 30 million white people are dead, Millions of blacks from Africa and Moslems from the near east immigrate into the USA and occupy white homes.

(6)             The conservative-republicans continue to select black racists as presidents of their organization.

A Warning to All White People.

1. Organize white self defense groups now. Deploy your families into defensive areas and fortify them.
2. Approach local police and national guard to seek collaborative efforts and receive crew served weapons and ammunition.

The right name, the correct name, the historically accurate name, is fascism. I don’t use that word as an insult only. It is accurate.” Is Trump a fascist?

Graham, Huckabee, Bush and all of the others have become desperate to posture to the right in response to Trumpism. This includes attacks on the concept of “birthright” citizenship that’s part of the 14^th amendment. Trump has gone as far as declaring the Reconstruction-era amendment “unconstitutional.” Heretofore, all republican conservatives were afraid to resist any of the hundreds of totalitarian pushes carried out by Dictator Obama.

Of course, it’s possible for a right-wing populist movement to grow over into overt fascism, but this is not what we are seeing now. The ruling class doesn’t need a fascist movement to keep its hold on power against a rising workers’ movement, to control immigration, to support Islam, or to keep the Black Lives Matter movement alive and lethal. The communists control all policing in America and have bragged that they can "easily crush" any non-violent resistance by the “weak white consumer class.”

Trump’s rhetoric on immigration and accurate characterization of Mexican illegal immigrants as criminals and rapists has tapped into a reservoir of reactionary middle class, majority sentiment that goes deep in U.S. society. The fact that a minority of communist/black/Moslem fanatics hates that white population segment is enough for their propaganda machine to brand it as fascist.

White nationalism is a more mainstream political idea now than it has ever been. White nationalism is the notion that the U.S. has always been, and always should be, a white-controlled nation. Most white American Independents accurately perceive that the future of this nation is in danger because of the demographic changes initiated by obama, as he continues to pour into the US annually, millions of illegal blacks, Moslems and other criminal types. For example, obama sent millions of Somalian jihadist "refugees" into Maine cities, where no blacks ever resided before. "That's the idea, I promised change," obama smirked. At the same time, the US communist media constantly celebrates their shaped, projected future where whites will no longer be a majority.  Most intelligent people decry the acceptance of minority dictatorships by conservative republicans while simultaneously those pretend-patriots brazenly deny the first edict of democracy, majority rule. Talk of revenge is heard frequently in America as bad blood boils in answer to the discovery of new traitors almost daily.

Yet,there is a significant white nationalist milieu inside the Republican Party around people like Pat Buchanan and Paul Craig Roberts, a former Reagan Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Economic Policy and associate editor of the Wall Street Journal. Roberts is also a frequent contributor to Counterpunch, and his work is often reposted by unwitting antiwar activists and progressives because his work often comes off as left-sounding.

The politics of white nationalism is a distinct political current in the U.S. right wing (libertarians and conservatives are now on the left wing) that exploits shifting demographics, but also economic fears, a backlash against perceived successes gained by over 50 years of illegal special privileges for blacks. The  eagerness of America's mainstream media to proclaim "white racism" where none exists,  in- congruently clashes with reluctance of the same media to challenge more pernicious black racism. The  permission given by republican and conservative black racists to advance the black supremacy agenda and elect a perennial black president while denying a white president for eternity, is viewed with silent, simmering hostility by the white majority.

An informed citizenry is vital for the preservation of our democracy. Truth and knowledge diffused among the people are necessary for the preservation of our Democracy, rights, freedom and liberties.

Fellow Americans, what all human beings want is freedom and Liberty. When President Obama was re-elected, he did promise an immigration reform but to this date nothing happens; today in the name of justice, we must turn our attention to this fractured immigration law, it might be helpful to remember that in 1986, Ronald Reagan signed a sweeping immigration reform bill into law. It was sold as a crackdown on illegal immigration; this legislation promised to the American people that; there would be tighter security at the Mexican border, and employers would face strict penalties for hiring undocumented workers.
This bill also made any immigrant who'd entered the country before 1982 eligible for amnesty and become a legal resident of this United States. Today we Americans are frustrate because this Reagan legislation “ The 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act” is a failure, because Washington fail to enforce the law, Washington was as today in the pockets of the big business and stripped the strict sanctions on the employers and fail to enforce the law, as consequences today we have 12 million illegal aliens in our country, they come in search for a better future and the freedom that this country guarantee to their citizen by our Constitution.
The question is; who is responsible for this immigration mess we made. I believe we are.  Washington is to blame and our duty is to fix this mess by passing an immigration reform bill that will give every undocumented foreign person an opportunity to become a resident and eventually citizen of this United States.     
The truth is, that we the citizens of this country has an investment on millions of these undocumented persons, we educated them they are part of our community and our country, they believe in our system of government and should be part of this great country. It is time for us to stop this injustice, we know that anyone who is here illegally is being abuse in many ways, financially, physically and used as human slaves because they have no rights.
I as millions of Americans believe that those who have put down roots and lived here, even though they entered our country illegally, must be given the opportunity to be part of this great country by passing a comprehensive immigration reform bill. We acknowledge that Washington fail to enforce our immigration laws, secure our borders and made the 1986 amnesty provision law’s an incentive for others to come to America illegally, that is why we must make this reform simple and explicit without any loop holes that can be used by the corrupt Washington lawyers to deceive the American people again and make this amnesty provision another promotion for illegal immigration.
Fellow Americans we must fix this immigration mess now and stop this injustice that is promoted by Washington to be used to gain political power. Please tell Washington that you want an immigration reform now with the following conditions:
Border security. Military staffed border fence to stop not only illegal aliens but the human, drug and arms traffickers.
Interior security. This comprehensive immigration reform will give an employee ID to all the beneficiaries of this legislation that pass the provision of this legislation and make all employers accountable for enforcing the employment verification act. The person that will be responsible for any violation of this act. Will be the owner, president and CEOS of the firm. Definition of employer;  any one person, Business,  non-profit corporation, Multinational corporations, U.S. Corporation, foreign corporations or persons doing business in the U.S.A or in need of domestic services that will care for their homes, transportation or the care of their children.
This Immigration reform act will benefit all undocumented foreign person that enter our country before January 1st 2015. That never committed any crimes classified as felony by our criminal system. That is not members of any drug trafficking organization or street gangs. That is not member or affiliated with any terrorist organization-(al Qaeda, Asis, radical Islamist extremism, Hamas, Hezbollah or any domestic terrorist organization operating in the U.S.A.). That is not a Person that practice Honor killings.   Member of a communist party or any person that is not willing to learn our laws, the English language and be loyal to our country The United States of American.
This legislation will deport all foreign felony convicted criminal that are free in our streets and any person that is convicted of a felony  that was beneficiary of this act but is not an American citizen when conviction take place.
This legislation will set rules and criteria to deport any person that is a chronic economic burden and is not willing to get an education and become a productive member of this country.
This legislation will not allowed any sponsorship by the beneficiary of this act to facilitate the immigration of their parents, brothers, sister, any relative or any other person and prosecute any beneficiary or person that is engage in the promotion, act or contributing in the illegal entry of any foreign person. The penalty for conviction of this immigration clause should be 20 year in prison and not judge should have the power to set a lower sentence.
Not organization or law firm should be engage in behalf of a beneficiary of this act to facilitate the immigration of a relative of the beneficiary of this immigration legislation.  
This immigration act from the date that become a law, will not allowed the citizenship of new born from any illegal person and do not recognize the marriage of an American citizen or a beneficiary of this act, with an illegal person for the purpose of obtaining a legal residence in this United States.
This immigration reform act will make a felony to enter the United States or remain in the United states illegally and punishable by law and if convicted punishable from 5 to 10 years in prison and not judge should have the power to impose a less sentence for a violation of the immigration laws.
This immigration act must be making public and available to all U.S. Embassies and consulates for distribution to persons interest in visiting the United States.           
The intend of this Immigration reform act is: to legalize all the foreign undocumented persons now living in the United States and given them a permanent resident immigration status and eventually a citizenship; and most important to eradicate the magnet that attract people to come to our country in violation of our laws and our sovereignty.
President Obama must call for a bipartisanship on this immigration legislation, Republicans and Democrats should stop using this immigration legislation to gain political power. As even more of Hillary’s emails are released by the department of State, some 7121 pages of them on Monday night, we find the hole Hillary is digging for herself getting deeper and deeper. One thing of note here…the Monday night document dump is quite telling as most often, documents the Obama regime doesn’t want front and center are released late on Friday afternoons…meaning THIS dump of documents, directly related to Hillary Clinton’s email scandal…WERE meant, by the regime, TO be front and center lending further credence to the idea that the DNC is pulling Obama’s strings as they do NOT want Hillary going too much further in the 2016 race.

In one email released Monday night, Hillary is asking how to charge her iPad and doesn’t know whether or not she has WiFi at home.

Alarmingly, those who believe Islam and its repressive anti-Constitutional Shariah must rule the whole world, are making serious inroads in towns and cities right here in America - sometimes with our own tax dollars!

Worse yet, Islamic leaders are cleverly using our own 1st Amendment rights to establish and defend so-called "Islamic Centers" here in our country, that in reality are Shariah-adherent mosques that advance "Jihad" against America . . .

. . . often providing safe-havens for terrorist recruitment and indoctrination in their quest for world dominance and power.

• An undercover investigation found that a staggering 80% of Islamic mosques or "cultural centers" in America are under the influence of the Shariah-promoting Saudi (Wahabbist) wing of Islam. Great Britain now has 85 Shariah courts. In Germany, Shariah law has been used to defend a husband's right to beat his wife and practice polygamy. France has overhauled its domestic tax laws to accommodate "Islamic Finance."

Just think about what is already happening in America:

Secure Freedom has identified 146 U.S. court cases in which an attempt was made to use Shariah to decide the dispute. In one in five instances, the judge agreed. We expect those numbers to grow. And recently, a group of Muslims in northern Texas tried to establish the first official "Islamic tribunal" to dispense Shariah law in the United States.

How can this be happening in our country?

It's because of a clever technique used by a particularly dangerous Islamic supremacist group, the Muslim Brotherhood. They call it "civilization jihad," a term that describes how the Brotherhood is aiming at, in their words, "eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within."

Here are some of the ways the civilization jihadist leaders are stealthily trying to take us down:

• Islamists are placing Muslim Brothers into positions as advisors to and, in some cases as employees of, our government - placements that facilitate their insidious influence operations.

• Islamists seek to prevent our free speech - particularly the kind that might allow us to understand and effectively counteract their secretive assaults on our country and its institutions.

Islamists are trying to use the "Common Core" curriculum - our children's textbooks - to promote Islamic supremacism in our academic institutions.

• Islamists are working to insinuate Shariah into U.S. courts and establish their own parallel "Islamic tribunals" to subvert our rule of law and Constitution.

• Islamists are using our immigration system - especially our refugee resettlement program - to engage in what the Islamic supremacists call the hijra, a Muslim colonization of America.

• Islamists enlist leaders of other faiths through so-called "interfaith dialogue" to obscure and enable what is fundamentally a subversive political, not a legitimate religious, agenda. And,

• Islamists use what is known as "Shariah-Compliant Finance" to penetrate and coopt our capitalist system.

While the Europeans are further down the tubes than we are at the moment, I think you'll agree there is reason to believe we are catching up. For example:

• Many national food chains are selling unmarked Shariah-compliant "Halal" meat (the animal is ritually-slaughtered by a Muslim who sacrifices it to Allah), unbeknownst to most Americans who are buying and consuming it.

• Our own U.S. Treasury Dept. has hosted in its headquarters a course called "Islam Finance 101" to promote Shariah-compliant financial activities. And today, most of our major banks and financial institutions - including one-time government-owned and taxpayer-funded AIG - offer "Shariah-Compliant" products that are overseen by Muslim "scholars" to ensure they comply with Islamic law.

• Some public and taxpayer-funded university gyms are now providing separate hours for male and female swimming . . . to comply with Shariah laws for Islamic followers.

• Several years ago, at a Tyson's chicken processing plant in Tennessee, the American Labor Day holiday was REPLACEDwith an Islamic religious holiday. A public outcry forced the company to reverse that decision, but it did so by making accommodations for both holidays.

• A New Jersey judge denied a protective order to a Moroccan-American woman being systematically beaten and tortured by her Muslim husband on the grounds that he was just practicing his faith according to Shariah. And in Virginia, an Islamic school operating under Shariah not only ignored the reports by a little girl that she was being molested by her father, but the principal sent her home for him to "handle it".

• A Muslim father murdered his two daughters in Houston a few years ago in an act known as "honor killing" for dating American boys. Others are having their girls' genitals mutilated - yes, here in the United States.

So you can see why it is so critical to the future of America to participate in this unprecedented national effort. We must shine the light of day on how supremacist Islam and Shariah are gaining ground. And we must get millions of our fellow citizens behind our effort to prevent Shariah from taking hold here and to counter the jihad of all kinds in America.

The rise of the barbaric Islamic State (ISIS) and the resurgence of al Qaeda and its affiliates have begun to arouse many of our countrymen and women to the ever-expanding forces of Shariah-adherent Muslims and the clear and present danger their violent jihad increasingly poses to our homeland and citizens.

Now we need to ensure that our fellow Americans are aware as well of the other principal form of jihad - the Muslim Brotherhood's civilization jihad.

With your help and the help of others today, I feel confident that we can effectively counter these stealthy Islamic supremacists and the agenda they share with the violent jihadists: imposing Shariah on America.

Currently, Secure Freedom's "Counter Jihad Campaign" is working on 4 principal fronts. For our efforts to succeed we must:

2) Take out newspaper and radio advertisements, use the Internet - even produce TV ads - to expose the truth about Shariah to tens of millions of citizens and create even more public pressure to defeat jihad.

3) Ramp up our ongoing work to foster among key groups - law enforcement, veterans and other military personnel, pastors and community leaders - awareness of and what to do about the insidious, and growing, Islamic supremacist movement.

Such folks have, after all, an urgent need to know of this danger since in many cases, their towns, cities or states are being systematically subjected to the Islamists' civilization jihad, colonization or other subversive operations.

4) And I must continue holding one-on-one strategy sessions with Members of Congress, presidential candidates, leading folks in the media and other influential figures in our effort to encourage the necessary course-correction for our country. We have to educate them about the true nature of Shariah and the imperative of preventing it from subverting our Constitution and way of life.

Simply put, Shariah is anti-Constitutional and incompatible with the rule of law in a republic such as ours.

That's because our Constitution guarantees that every individual citizen is "endowed by our Creator" with an identical set of rights, no matter their gender or religion. But if the Islamic supremacists succeed in hiding their true agenda and the progress they are making towards realizing it, they will continue to erode our freedom of speech and other rights and continue to subvert our country.

By engaging our legislators, enlisting our community leaders and educating millions of concerned Americans around the county with information kits and critical alerts, I believe this is a battle we can win. But not without help like yours and others who we are asking to give us a hand.
