Never so few gave so much for their fellow man... than the 56 original signors of the 'Declaration of Independence'. Out of their sacrifice and devotion to liberty our heritage was secured and now we stand anew ... to be tested in our resolve too serve liberty. Will we measure up to our name sake and the call of liberty as did they?
Shall we all rally round the flag... too, lift it high that our fellow patriot may see and rise to the occasion or will we sit silently restrained by personal indulgences and the need for security... over liberty? Can there be security without liberty? Let us examine our call and know our metal must be strong and resolute in the face of tyranny. We must not surrender what our father's so unselfishly bequeathed us... Our dignity, our heritage .... yeah, our very honor, rests in our resolve to pass on that heritage to our children and grand children.
What then can we do... but stand true to the words of our forefather's and in faith to their quest, restoring liberty to her rightful place, at the head of our nation. Rise up ye men of valor and strength ... take hold of thy neighbors hand and together forge new weapons for the Armory of liberty. Let not the heat of the day brake your will, nor discourage your course.... but hold true to the words of life, given to us by our Father in Heaven and of the field, this day... That neither shall be shamed by our resolve, to return government to its Constitutional purpose.
Galleria Mall, Cambridge, Massachusetts
The engineering company where I worked had sent me on a field trip to Boston. On Saturday we took a break to visit the Galleria Mall in Cambridge, Massachusetts. A nice respite from the job and a chance to buy a gift for my wife. A pleasant day of shopping, eating, fun and relaxation. The job had exhausted the four of us and we all agreed we needed this peaceful, safe and calm time in the mall, besides the company paid for our meal. Walter, Steve and Ruben searched for gifts for their children. I continued browsing the store windows and I especially enjoyed watching the shoppers. It wasn’t like Walmart. These shoppers were affluent and wealthy. We were probably the exceptions.
A few security guards strolled casually through the mall making everyone feel safe and secure.
Some men in dark brown shirts and khaki colored pants with the DHS logo on their shirts strolled past. We continued deeper into the mall, weaving our way through the multitude of shoppers. I noticed more DHS agents in the mall and I also many gay couples both men and women. It still feels strange to see men holding hands. I had friends that are gay and it really didn’t bother me until they started kissing. Then I saw a few more DHS agents in the brown shirts.
For a moment I mused how they reminded me of Germany’s “brown shirts.” I passed it off but saw a few more. Now I had seen about ten and thought it very strange. Maybe they were having a meeting or one of those expensive conventions the taxpayers seem to always be paying.
A few walked away with mall security and I looked around to see if there was a disturbance, but I saw nothing unusual, just more DHS agents. Some of the agents carried military type duffle bags but I only gave it a casual passing thought. Then I saw more. I peered at one for a moment and noticed he carried a duffle bag that touched the floor, his hands over the opening. The bag reminded me of when I played baseball because this man had what appeared to be a bat and the bag filled with balls or something bulky. Half of the DHS men looked like guys I had played ball with in high school. The other half darker complexion and serious looking but some of those appeared to be Middle Eastern and to me somewhat ominous, which was surprising because I liked everybody. I passed it off to an unwarranted paranoia of people from the Middle-East although I didn’t really like women wearing veils out in public. I have always associated masks with criminals. I saw no masks but this was America where they had freedom. At that moment the man I had been watching turned and looked at me. I felt uneasy as his eyes pierced me like bullets. The eyes tell you a lot and, well, I felt uneasy.
Then I noticed they all carried duffel bags and for some reason I felt uncomfortable. For some reason I looked around the mall and turned in a small circle, intent to see what the other DHS agents were doing and sub-consciously hunting for an escape route. To my dismay the area was surrounded with the DHS agents and most of them had duffel bags like the first one I had seen. Something was wrong and I knew it. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe with any of these DHS agents.
It was also too late.
On queue all the bags dropped open at once revealing automatic weapons; they looked like AK-47’s, and wicked looking machetes. I had a permit to carry a concealed weapon, but I never brought my thirty-eight into malls. Instantly, I regretted not bringing my gun but in reality what could I have done with my gun against more than twenty automatic weapons. For some reason I continued to stare at the bags in disbelief and awe, refusing to believe what my eyes saw, but it was really happening. What I thought were probably balls were really dozens of preloaded clips, knives of varying lengths, rope, miscellaneous tools including numerous types of pliers, and what appeared to be giant fishhooks.
Like time had stopped everyone froze, disbelieving staring, gawking. There was no doubt they were terrorists and had come to kill. They continued to move quickly like a rehearsed play. It was surreal. Things moved in slow motion. I tried to run but I felt like I wasn’t even moving.
Things changed quickly; a gun fired, women screamed, men yelled and everyone ran but the terrorists. More weapons fired, people fell to the mall’s tile floors bleeding and screaming. I ran like a chicken with its head cut-off; no reason and no direction. We all ran and with each shot changed direction. Steve was on one side and Walter on the other. We ran for our lives Steve took a bullet and dropped like a rock. Walter and I never slowed. I glanced at Walter just as he took a bullet in the neck. The look in his eyes was of shock and disbelief as blood shot in a stream from his neck like an uncontrolled water fountain only it was dark red. What could I do? Walter crumbled to the fine-polished, cold concrete floor, his blood spraying me as I tried to escape. I never slowed down or hesitated; I continued to run and cover my head as though my fingers would protect me from the flying bullets that seemed to come from all directions. A bullet screeched past my ear; I ran faster. Then a brown shirt in front of me yelled for me stop. I did, also holding my handsup in surrender. Most of the people had stopped running and were being herded into a group like sheep to slaughter. I lowered my arms and moved with my heldless flock. Ten or more guarded us while the others moved to kill more and protect the entrances. We continued to hear gunshots. The wounded moaned and screamed. Many were already dead. Blood and glass littered the floor. My feet felt wet like I had walked through a puddle. When I glanced down I noticed my moccasins gone; I had literally run out of my shoes. My socks were dripping wet—with blood! It was not my blood and it was then that I realized blood from the dead and dying covered the floor. The mall had transformed from a thing of beauty and enjoyment to a tomb of death.
The terrorists shouted a victory cry over and over, “Allah Akbar!”
A girl screamed, “Who are you?”
One of them sneered at her and shook his rifle in the air, “We are the Muslim Brotherhood and today is a good day to die.”
The girl cried.
I’d seen it before on television, even read about the horror and cruelty in books, but I never thought it would happen to me; not me, not here in America. But the signs and warnings had been there for all to see. America had seen it at the Twin Towers or the Boston Marathon. Today would be another deadly sign from the Muslim Brotherhood. There would be no quarter from the Muslim Brotherhood. I was about to die. I thought about the mall in Kenya and realized it had come to America. I was helpless there was nothing I could do but watch the events as they transpired. I guessed there were sixty or more of us clustered together. Dozens lay dead or dying on the blood spattered floor.
One man walked through the group and to people that appeared they might be Middle Eastern. He asked them questions. Many he nodded to and said, “Go.” Some he asked questions and when they responded in what I guessed to be Arabic he motioned for them to leave. None hesitated and they all moved quickly to freedom. While he did this two others moved through the group separating them. Quickly I noticed on group was probably gay and lesbian as they all tended to be clusters of two men together or two women together. All showed affection either clinging together or holding hands which was a dead giveaway. It was then I saw the two men I had noticed holding hands and obviously gay, were still clinging to each other. I had read enough from books to know what Muslims thought of gays and lesbians. None of them realized what was happening. For an instant I felt safe I was in the other group. Or was I safe? And Ruben? Did he escape? The sickness in the pit of my stomach told me otherwise. My friends were dead. Why was I alive?
A dozen of the terrorist surrounded the first group. They carried guns and nasty looking machetes. Suddenly, they attacked the first group hacking off hands and legs so they couldn’t escape. Their plan was cold calculating and hideous; maim and dismember but keep them alive for the effect. With one swing a hand would fly through the air. They went for the legs to prevent them from escaping and while their prisoners lay helpless on the floor they hacked on the extremities. They might crawl but they would never run. Others had their fingers pulled off with pliers. I never dreamed what hideous things could be done with simple tools. It was gruesome. All screamed hysterically. Blood flowed across the floors like it was coming from hoses. I could smell the blood; metallic like iron or rust. The smell boded ill for everyone. Why I don’t know but I remembered going to the shooting range and the smell of gun powder. The smell was exhilarating and had given me a sense of control and power. Today the smell of gun powder hung in the air heavy and terrifying. The mixture of blood and gun powder in the air was ominous; the smell of death. The terrorists tortured all those in the first group leaving them in painful agony. Some they hung with the rope from signs in front of the various store fronts using what I now realized were meat hooks. A once beautiful woman crying and moaning tried to crawl away on her elbows; she no longer had hands. A terrorist marched over and in one motion grabbed her foot pulled it up to waist height, took a mighty swing with his machete. With the foot in hand he knelt to his knees next to the woman’s face. He flashed her a malicious sneer and held her foot closer, nodding as though offering it to her. She groaned and mumbled, her terrified eyes on her foot as he lay near her head. The woman moaned and gasped for breath. Still she tried to crawl leaving a snail trail of blood where her foot had been. The terrorist laughed and walked back to us. Others tried to crawl away but it was obvious none were capable of escape. Death would be soon in coming.
Our group had clustered together as though the closeness would save us. I had seen animals going to slaughter do the same thing before they were killed. The animals knew, we knew, but we still felt there was a way, some way but we had no idea what it would be. Funny how people cling to hope even when it is hopeless.
I thought about my wife. I felt a lump swell up in my throat. I would never see her again. I wanted to find someone so I could send her a message. I wanted to say, “I love you. And I’m sorry.” God flashed through my mind and again I thought of my wife and wanted to ask her, “When the resurrection comes and if I make it to Heaven will you ask God if you can be the one to wake me? I’d like to see your face first.” But there was no one to give the message. My thoughts soothed me and gave me comfort for a moment but they were rudely jerked back to reality. My thoughts would die with me. Where was God?
Then the terrorists came for those of us that remained; their evil work finished on the first group.
It was then that I realized I hated malls. I hated the crowds the traffic—I hated malls! Why had I come today? Of all days why today?
My thoughts were interrupted when the obvious leader of the terrorists stood in front of us and told us to look at him. When he had our attention he said, “If any of you turn to look behind you we will shoot you.”
The terrorist walked up to a man, pulled him out of the group and in front of us. He said, “Are you Christian?”
“Yes,” he cried.
“Give up your God and swear allegiance to Allah,” he demanded.
“Okay,” he whined.
The terrorist looked at the quivering man and screamed, “Allah Akbar!” He screamed again.
The mall shook when the terrorists roared, “Allah Akbar!”
The shopper, trembling confused and scared managed only a whimper, “What? I don’t understand?”
“Repeat after me. I give up my God. Allah Akbar!”
His voice quivered, the horror surrounding him stifled his words, “I give up my God. Allah Akbar.”
Irritated he yelled, “Louder!”
This time the man managed a terrified but louder, “Allah Akbar.”
The terrorist grinned from ear to ear and pointed behind us and said, “You are free to go.” He took one step toward the shaken man and screamed, “Run!”
Horrified the man stepped back, tripped, fell to his knees, but scrambled to his feet and ran and ran as fast as his terrified legs would take him. I could hear him running down the blood stained tile floor of the Galleria Mall. The terrorist picked the man next to me and started to go through the same ritual as he had with the first.
I realized there was hope, a way to live, and a way to save my life. I would see my wife again. I would live! The words would be easy. I considered myself a good Christian but I wasn’t perfect. I would figure out things later. I was scared. I wanted to live. I was already mumbling, “Allah Akbar,” as the second man began to run to freedom.
A pretty girl just in front of me and slightly to the right, probably not over seventeen with fear and terror filling her face still wet with tears and mascara running down her cheeks that looked like hideous tattoos, turned her head slightly to watch the man run. An alert terrorist noticed and without hesitation, took two steps toward her reached over and shot her in the head. Her blood splattered all over me. Momentarily I gasped for air. As I looked down on her she blinked twice in horror, gurgled, then closed her eyes in death. I was suddenly jolted back to reality but with a plan where I would survive. I stared at the girl; how foolish, she could have lived. But I would live to tell about this hell hole. Tell about the girl at my feet and the others. Later I would ask God to forgive me. I would be able to hug my wife again and tell her how much I love her. As I stared at the woman who had been shot I noticed a slight movement from the colorful glass panes decorating the store in front of me. It had a reflection that you could just barely discern the man running who had just been set free. I was excited to see he was only inches from freedom. Triumphantly he reached the mall door and passed through to safety and life. He shook his hands victoriously in the air. Yes! He was free and I would soon follow. But as he passed through the doors to freedom, two terrorists charged him and started hacking his body with quiet but deadly machetes. When he fell I knew he was dead.
We were all going to die! At that moment I realized I was a coward and had turned my back on God. I would forsake him so I could live. I had always considered myself brave even a hero, someone who could survive anything. I didn’t want to die, I was afraid and with that realization, I knew that I was a coward.
A woman was now reciting the same words. As she began to run the lead terrorist grabbed me and pulled me forward. I slipped and almost fell in the blood. Strange I never knew blood was so slippery.
The terrorist went through the same ritual with me. Terrified, afraid and a coward I wanted to cry but my response surprised even me, “Stick it up your ass.” He hit me with the butt of his rifle, my knees buckled and I fell to the floor in all the blood. My nose bled profusely as I spit my front teeth into my hand as though I could save them. I had beautiful straight teeth; now they were bloody and ugly. I wondered why my mouth didn’t hurt more.
The terrorist jerked me to my feet and I dropped my teeth. Then he gave me a second chance. He repeated the now hated words.
If I said them I died. If I didn’t say them I died. The bastard was going to kill us all and I found myself saying, “Mohammed is a faggot.” He roared his outrage and again he hit me and I crumbled to the floor, this time sure my jaw was broken. Again they pulled me to my feet. But before I was erect they took two of the wicked meat hooks and impaled me under each armpit. The shooting pain was excruciating but the fear was greater than the pain. A rope attached to both hooks must have already been thrown over the sign and I screamed as they pulled me from my feet, leaving me dangling a few inches above the floor. The pain was unbelievable unbearable, nothing like I had ever felt in my life. Two men came toward me with evil looking butcher knives. I refused to let them gut me like a deer. I squirmed and shook, and momentarily the terror took away the pain as the hooks sunk deeper. Then a third terrorist came up behind me and I felt a bit of pain just below my neck. My legs and arms quit shaking and went limp at my sides, while my head slumped over on my chest. I couldn’t move anything but my eyes. I felt nothing, there was no longer any pain. A new terror set in as I realized they had cut my spine. All I could do was watch the horrifying attack as they split me from my sternum to below my navel.. My intestines rolled to the floor. There was so much. I felt a tugging sensation but no pain. I could hear but I couldn’t feel as my intestines uncoiled and rolled to the floor. Thank God there was no pain. With my head hanging on my chest I could see part of my lungs moving spasmodically, and the bottom of my heart still beating. Still I tried in my mind to struggle free but no movement came from my body. The veins in my neck pounded like drums. My breathing was labored; I was choking.
The lead terrorist put his face in mine reached for my heart and said, “Take this final memory with you. You are the first. Millions more will die when they drink the Boston water.” He flashed a wicked grin, “Die Infidel!”
He started to cut and everything turned black.
I shot erect in bed coughing, choking surrounded in darkness. I was dead! Mechanically I grabbed my chest; my heart was still there and still beating! The fear subsided as I became aware the choking came from the cold and sinus drainage in my head. I was alive, and breathing. I was also wet from sweating. My pillow was soaked. I turned and watched my wife’s rhythmic breathing and sighed in relief. I bent over kissed her on her cheek and mumbled, “I love you.”
I rolled around and sat on the edge of the bed and tried to relax. I was afraid to go back to sleep. Afraid the dream might continue, I told myself it was just a bad dream. Just a bad dream. Or was it a sign of what was coming to America?

Dear Senator Udall:
On or about July 12, 2014, I sent you my fourth letter respectfully demanding the “Return of Government to Our Constitutional Principles” and to-date I have not received a response from your office regarding this extremely disturbing issue.
In said letter I also included the contents of a letter that I had sent your office, on or about August 9, 2011, regarding Mr. George Soros’ anti-American agendas, along with other extremely disturbing information, which revealed that: 1) in one of his most significant and effective efforts to re-shape the American political landscape, he was the prime mover in the creation of the so-called “Shadow Democratic Party” or “Shadow Party” in 2003; 2) he was one of your major political campaign contributors; and 3) your voting record, while a member of the House of Representatives, seemed to be in line with his anti-American agendas.
I also mentioned in said letter, of July 12, 2014, that I had never received a response from your office regarding this extremely disturbing information, but, be that as it may, today I would like to take the liberty of sharing the following recent article and/or blog that revealed that Mr. Soros and the Shadow Party are currently behind the crisis that we are experiencing in the U.S. today as a means of taking America down, which I believe not only relates to this disturbing issue, but further supports my request:

From undermining the Second Amendment and influencing elections to sponsoring color revolutions in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, the ominous footprint of George Soros is everywhere.
The Hungarian-born billionaire and currency speculator who considers himself a messianic figure was voted “the single most destructive leftist demagogue in the country” by respondents to a poll published by the Human Events newspaper in 2011.
“George Soros is the most dangerous man in the world because, just like the crazy megalomaniacs in old fifties movies, he is deceiving everybody into believing that he is altruistic, when in fact, he is using his Open Society/Shadow Party to undermine the very fabric of American society,” the newspaper explained.
If not for Soros’ immense wealth a sizable number of leftist organizations would be far less influential. He has fed more than $7 billion to the likes of Media Matters, ACORN, La Raza, the Huffington Post, the Southern Poverty Law Center, Planned Parenthood, the Center for American Progress, MoveOn.org and dozens of other organizations pushing a socialist and ultimately globalist agenda on the American people.
Dangerous Globalist
Dismantling national sovereignty is at the top of the Soros list. “Insofar as there are collective interests that transcend state boundaries, the sovereignty of states must be subordinated to international law and international institutions,” he said in 1998.
The United Nations, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund are organizations he believes should be dictating economic, social and political policy.
“To stabilize and regulate a truly global economy, we need some global system of political decision making. In short, we need a global society to support our global economy,” he writes in The Crisis of Global Capitalism.
Individual states and national populations should not be allowed to govern their own economic affairs – instead, this process will be accomplished by a global financial elite, according to Soros. “Given the decisive role that international financial capital plays in the fortunes of individual countries, it is not inappropriate to speak of a global capitalist system,” he writes in Open Society: Reforming Global Capitalism Reconsidered.
For Soros and the financial elite nations that fall under their control are democracies while those beyond their reach are autocratic, totalitarian and abusive of human rights.
“It is a historical fact that the countries that constitute the center of the global capitalist system are democratic but the same is not true of all the capitalist countries that lie on the periphery,” Soros explains. “Rulers are reluctant to relinquish their power; they need to be pushed.”
Pushing Color Revolution
Since the early 1980s Soros has used his immense wealth and influence to “build vibrant and tolerant democracies whose governments are accountable to their citizens,” in other words, governments answerable to the financial elite.
Following the fall of the Soviet Union, Soros played an instrumental role in moving former satellite nations into the globalist fold.
“From 1979, he distributed $3 million a year to dissidents including Poland’s solidarity movement, Charter 77 in Czechoslovakia and Andrei Sakharov in the Soviet Union,” writes Neil Clark. “In 1984, he founded his first Open Society Institute in Hungary and pumped millions of dollars into opposition movements and independent media. Ostensibly aimed at building up a ‘civil society”, these initiatives were designed to weaken the existing political structures and pave the way for eastern Europe’s eventual exploitation by global capital. Soros now claims with characteristic immodesty, that he was responsible for the ‘Americanization’ of eastern Europe.”
In 2000, following a NATO bombing campaign, Soros began his color revolution push in Serbia. His color revolution NGOs ran the Slobodan Milosevic opposition. “TheYugoslavs remained stubbornly resistant and repeatedly returned Slobodan Milosevic’s reformed Socialist Party to government. Soros was equal to the challenge. From 1991, his Open Society Institute channeled more than $100 million to the coffers of the anti-Milosevic opposition,” Clark explains.
After Milosevic fell and was sent to stand trial for war crimes before the internationalist court at the Hague, “Serbia, under the auspices of Soros- backed ‘reformers’” became “less, not more, free,” Clark writes. The Serbian people were subject to the standard round of globalist economic medicine as Soros “copied a pattern he has deployed to great effect over the whole of eastern Europe of advocating ‘shocking therapy’ and ‘economic reform’, then swooping in with his associate to buy valuable state assets at knock-down prices.”
Soros repeated the pattern in neighboring Georgia where funds from his Open Society Institute funded the so-called Rose Revolution that threw out Eduard Shevardnadze and installed former justice minister Mikhail Saakashvili. Georgian activists were tutored by the Soros-backed Serbian Otpor (Resistance) movement on how to use peaceful revolution to topple a government disfavored by the international elite.
Georgian Foreign Minister Salomé Zourabichvili told the French journal Hérodote that Soros’ NGOs were not only responsible for toppling Shevardnadze, but had subsequently become an integral part of the resulting governmental power structure.
A few years later Soros would employ the tactics sharpened in Eastern Europe to foment the Arab Spring in the Middle East and Africa.
“The Soros center’s job in eastern Europe is nearly finished. Its main focus now is the Islamic world, Arab countries, Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc,” The Open Society Institute consultant Dr. Kian Tajbakhsh told Iranian officials following his arrest for trying to undermine the government.
In Egypt the color revolution turned blood red and managed to ultimately install a military dictatorship after a cobbled together plan to have a Muslim Brotherhood puppet rule the country failed. The Muslim Brotherhood has served for decades as an asset of U.S. and British intelligence.
Violence also ruled in Ukraine when a group of fascists selected by the U.S. State Department overthrew the country’s democratically elected president. In May George Soros told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria he is responsible for establishing an NGO in Ukraine that ultimately contributed to the overthrow of Viktor Yanukovych and the installation of a junta.
“Many of the participants in Kiev’s ‘EuroMaidan’ demonstrations were members of Soros-funded NGOs and/or were trained by the same NGOs in the many workshops and conferences sponsored by Soros’ International Renaissance Foundation (IRF), and his various Open Society institutes and foundations. The IRF, founded and funded by Soros, boasts that it has given ‘more than any other donor organization’ to ‘democratic transformation’ of Ukraine,” writes William F. Jasper.
The “democratic transformation” of Ukraine has resulted in ethnic cleansing and may soon serve as a pivot for World War III.
Installing a President in America
The lesson Soros learned in 1989 when he used his wealth to install Vaclav Havel in the Czech Republic is that elections and preferred candidates can be bought with due diligence and a lot of money.
In the United States he has donated substantial amounts of cash to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Charles Rangel, Al Franken, Tom Udall, Joe Sestak, and Sherrod Brown in a determined effort to transform America.
During the 2004 election cycle he donated “$23,581,000 to various liberal 527 Groups dedicated to defeating President George W. Bush. Soros contributed $3 million to the leftist propagandist Center for American Progress and $5 million to radical leftist MoveOn.org,” according to Conservapedia.
The so-called “Shadow Party” – conceived by Soros, Hillary Clinton and Harold Ickes – sidestepped reforms put in place by Senators John McCain and Russ Feingold and donated millions in soft money to the Democrat Party.
“Without Soros and the Shadow Party, Barack Obama would be, at best, a senator from Illinois attending social gatherings with domestic terrorists Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn and sitting in the pews of black liberation theologist Reverend Jeremiah Wright,” notes Human Events. “At worse, he’d be an unremarkable and unheard of state senator. Instead, Barack Obama is the President of the United States.”
The cozy personal relationship between Obama and Soros dates back to 2004 when Obama ran for the Senate and became Soros’ “Chosen One.” He was selected by the “Phoenix Group” – a confab of wealthy Democrat donors – and was guided through the Senate and ultimately installed in the White House.

According to Yale University…an asylum of higher indoctrination… ‘Robots Helping Kids,’ will ultimately “deploy” robots into homes and schools to teach English as a second language, and encourage kids to exercise.
Says nerd Brian Scassellati of the asylum, “What we want to do is move these robots out of the laboratory and into schools and homes and clinics, places where we can directly help children on a day-to-day basis. Just like a good personal trainer, we want the robots to be able to guide the child toward a behavior that we desire.”

Nondiscrimination has been the law of the land for over three decades, yet, in some workplaces, the standard for treatment of pregnant women has remained in the dark ages. Some are fired or demoted, with no hesitation, when a modest accommodation would allow them to continue to work and support their families.

The stories are heart-wrenching and preventable. There's thepregnant woman who was terminated when, in violation of company policy, she started carrying a water bottle on advice of her doctor to fight urinary and bladder infections.
With women composing nearly half the American workforce and increasingly serving as the primary breadwinner for families, we can't afford to treat pregnant women differently than their counterparts, especially when slight job modifications could help them stay in the workforce at no risk to their health.

American employers must end exploitation.
It is a shame that American employers use their employees at will to enhance their profits only, without any regards for their employees own time, abuses on scheduling, time off, vacations, working hours extended to meet employer’s needs, not Breaks and demanding caregivers to preform duties that should be preform by two employees.
Currently, there are 7.5 million “involuntary part-time” workers in the US. These are workers who weren’t able to find a full-time job or whose hours have been cut back. In June alone, about 275,000 of such part-time jobs were created. Struggling to make ends meet, about 1.89m Americans are currently working two part-time jobs. About 52% of retail workers and 80% of janitors and housekeepers and care givers know their schedule only a week or less in advance, according to the National Women’s Law Center. Retail Action Project found that about 20% of workers got their schedule just three days in advance.
Lack of stable, reliable schedules for part-time workers is "a growing national crisis in the American workplace", according to The Center for Popular Democracy. In addition to the weekly schedule changes, part-time workers are often victims of last-minute schedule changes as well.
Workers need scheduling predictability so they can plan and arrange for child care, pick up kids from school, take an elderly parent to the doctor and manage their own time to do other things not relate to work, employers must understand that they do not own the employees time 24/7 that employees need to know what time they should be schedule to work in advance so they can plan and manage their own time.

Plus we are releasing gang members on unsuspecting communities throughout the country, as well as not screening many of these illegals for health issues before sending them out to God only knows onto the streets of America, this is insane, when will we get some commonsense back into our government. All of the people calling for letting these illegals stay, should be made to take as many as possible to their homes, they will then be responsible for schooling, healthcare, and any criminal activity done by these so called children for the rest of their lives, after all only 20% are reportedly children.
I am amazed at how blacks and hispanics can defend this character when it is their jobs, their children, and their ability to take care of their families that will be the most affected by the millions of illegals that have been allowed in the country. How ignorant can you be to not see what the end result of this invasion will do to our already fragile economy, and job availability.
Impeach him, how many acts of treason and deriliction of duties does it take to get rid of this evil doer. This is not a single incident, if it was, you could say that it was a incompetent mistake, but this is a pattern of willfull neglect, deliberate refusal to enforce the rule of law and

America and the world are finally recognizing what Russian expansion means to the world; invading a neighbor nation, firing a missile to shoot down an airliner, 2 military jets in protection of their own nation, and who knows what comes next.

“STEP RIGHT UP…GET YOUR SUBSIDIES HERE!!! THIS WILL CURE WHATEVER AILS YOU…OBAMACARE…THE MIRACLE ELIXIR WITH A SECRET INGREDIENT…SUBSIDIES!!!”
To liberals, that meant something for nothing.
To those with a working brain cell…it meant $1 TRILLION DOLLARS of AMERICAN TAXPAYER MONEY as part of THE largest tax increase in American history.
Yesterday, 2 federal courts offered up two opposite opinions on that spoon full of sugar-coated crap in the Kool Aid pitcher.
Let’s take the second opinion first.
The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, hearing a case challenging the subsidies related to those who somehow managed to sign up for socialism on that malfunctioning Obamacare federal website and THEY found that the subsidies were A-ok and upheld the federal government’s ability to give your tax dollars to the something for nothing crowd.
Now…the first court decision from yesterday…
A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled 2-1 that those subsidies, to be paid to the something for nothings who signed up on the federal site are null and void.
Oh my, what are we gonna do NOW?
Well, according to the lone dissenter from the DC Court of appeals…“This case is about Appellants’ not-so-veiled attempt to gut the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (‘ACA’).”
Hmmmmm…

And that is the question that should be asked. It boggles the mind and offends the senses that there is EVEN ONE MEMBER OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION who is upset that Israel is pummeling the Palestinian wing of the Muslim Brotherhood. Under Ariel Sharon, Israel forcibly removed its citizens from Gaza and turned the land over to the Arabs. Israel has been rewarded for that gesture of conciliation with the abduction and killing of its citizens and the launching of hundreds of rockets into its territory.
Such provocations have finally goaded the state of Israel into launching a ground invasion of Gaza to take on the infamous Hamas, a terrorist group famous for hiding behind women and children even as they target the same. Death and destruction is a deserving end to all those who purposefully target, kidnap, and murder young, innocent civilians. That’s the tragic event that triggered this latest round of the current conflict. May all those in Gaza who support such practices pay a very severe price for doing so.
In reality, Hamas has constructed a terror state on the border of Israel which, at its core, seeks to fulfill the vision of Hitler and “drive the Jews into the sea.” And now, right on cue, the Left, and the Muslims it has allowed into the West, are now marching, protesting, and rioting outside synagogues shouting “Death to the Jews” and “Hitler was right.” It is disgusting for any member of the supposedly civilized West to embrace the cult of the belly-bombers and they should be roundly condemned at every opportunity. It seems that every generation forgets the lessons of history.
The terrorist society that inhabits the Gaza strip teaches its children to hate and kill the Jew from birth. It is a culture of death and destruction that celebrates the concept of genocide and the massacre of innocents. How can we consider such a society to be worth defending or sympathizing with? It’s hard to attain any sort of peace agreement when you up against a culture that teaches blind hate from such a young age.
The enemies that Israel faces have a long history of hostage taking, targeted killings of children, the slaughter of innocents for political purposes, airline and ship hijackings, machine gunning at airports, suicide bombings and civilian massacres. Couched in the language of liberation and the struggle for a homeland, is always a thinly - veiled crusade to slaughter Jews at every opportunity and orchestrate the destruction of the state of Israel.
Perhaps Zahir Muhsein, a former PLO executive committee member, stated it best in an interview with the Dutch newspaper Trouw on March 31, 1977.
The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct 'Palestinian people' to oppose Zionism.
Encouraging and highlighting the deaths of civilians in a crowded war zone is part and parcel of the Hamas propaganda strategy and that there are those who willingly play that game and promote the Hamas storyline is sickening and disgraceful. The fact that the Left falls for this gambit is simply embarrassing and all their hand-wringing over collateral damage purposefully orchestrated by Hamas hiding itself and its arms among the civilian population is either willful ignorance or dangerous complicity.
In fact Hamas, purposefully and as a matter or policy and strategy, welcomes the death of the civilians it hides behind during these periods of conflict (for propaganda purposes) while the Israelis themselves are sallying forth in an effort to protect civilians from acts of terrorism. There is a stark difference and no moral equivalency between the two.
In the end, maybe the lesson will be learned by the people living in the Gaza strip that abducting and killing helpless Israeli teenagers just for the heck of it and lobbing rockets at civilian targets carries a very high price indeed and perhaps should not be repeated in the future. I know they want to take a turn at playing "exterminate the Jew", but they seem to be discovering that the Jews are putting up a bit more of a fight this time around. I respect the Israelis; they at least have learned a lesson from history. “Never again.”
The Bible tells us that Ishmael will be “a wild one, and that he will be against everyone, and everyone will feel the same towards him, but that he will live near the rest of his relatives.” Israel is an island of civilization in a sea of barbarism and Islamic fanaticism. The struggle of the Israeli people to preserve their state and their existence continues to this day and they deserve the support of the civilized world against the barbarians of the modern age.
Whether one likes it or not, the physical state of Israel exists and is here to stay. Israel's Arab neighbors can either choose to accept the reality of the situation and peacefully coexist with the Jewish state, or accept the sometimes tough consequences of waging war upon it. If you kick a hornet’s nest, you might just get stung. As any homeowner will tell you, you may not get to choose your neighbors but how you treat them can make a huge difference in the end. You can choose to get along with them as best you can, or you can set yourself up for a lifetime of misery. That is the choice the people of Gaza and all those that border Israel must make, and the right decision will put them on a path to peace.

Hamas’ charter, Article 7, calls directly for the killing of all Jews on a global scale and, in Article 15, the Hamas charter directly calls for the destruction of Israel.
Both the United States and the European Union recognize Hamas as a terror organization.
Last month, in June of 2014, Hamas and the ‘Palestinian’ Authority entered into a “unity agreement” meaning that the Palestinian Authority is now the defacto “government’ of the terrorist organization, Hamas.
The “unity agreement” was carefully crafted to barely meet certain requirements that will ensure continued financial support from…the United States and among those requirements are that the PA continue to recognize the state of Israel, renounce violence and honor past agreements with Israel.
As those criteria are diametrically opposed to the charter of Hamas…the “promises” briefly outlined above…are not worth the toilet paper upon which they have been written.

Hamas has launched more than 1700 rockets into Israel from Gaza and the West Bank.
Hamas has NOT altered their charter ONE BIT to remove the calls for the murder of Jews or the destruction of Israel…

So, with 48% contributing to the 'Benefits of All' the burden gets to high for all. What we have with the shooting down of Malaysian flight MH-17 last week is an act of war perpetrated by Eastern Ukraine separatists rebels.
There are people who have seized a portion OF Ukraine, claiming it as their own but, in fact, they are nothing but Putin’s proxy. His regional puppets. Those trying to take Ukraine the way Putin took Crimea. Those “rebels” are doing FOR Putin what Putin says HE’S not doing at all.
The Ukraine “rebels” would be nothing without Putin, without Russia and they know it, Putin knows it and we know it too.
The mere notion that they would have had he capability or the training or the hardware necessary to bring down ANY aircraft without Putin’s deep assistance in PROVIDING the missiles and the training is pure folly and that they have used that very system several times over the past couple of weeks points directly to their months if not years old partnership with Putin’s army.
The SA-11 system takes at least a full year of training to be used and those rebels have been able to bring down planes for several weeks now.
Make NO mistake here…these are NOT Ukrainians who shot down flight MH-17…these are RUSSIANS who want nothing more than to return Ukraine over to Putin and his new Russian Empire at the end of the day.
Vladimir Putin is blaming Ukraine for the deadly attack on that civilian airliner because HE wants the world to believe that HE had nothing to do with the act of war.

I was born and raised in America, but for the first time I feel like a foreigner. I was surrounded by a group of people speaking Spanish but it didn’t bother me because I do understand a little. I guess I asked too many questions because one fellow, rather exasperated, said, “You need to learn Spanish so you can communicate better with Americans.”
I guess its time for me to swim south across the Rio Grand. When you are in Mexico what number do you need to dial for English? A few months ago an American was laid off from his job because he couldn't speak Spanish and they said he was unable to communicate with those on his crew. Is there a problem with expecting everyone to speak English. If you have come here for a new like English will really help. Obama is a big help; he just said you can't lay off someone because they doesn't speak English. Only in America can you get laid off because you don't speak a foreign language but you must keep an employee that doesn't speak the local language.
They say in twenty years there will be only two languages spoken in the United States; Spanish and Arabic.
Don’t worry, Obama has America’s back…kinda like an assassin.
Well, out of all the guns "Fast and Furious" gave them, the .50 Cal Barretts were my greatest concern. Any president in his right mind would call in the military at this point, but.....when one's goal is to destroy the U.S., well...
