The Nature of the Israeli Occupation

Never in the history of war and peace has the use and misuse of language so obfuscated the nature of events as with the Israeli – Palestinian conflict.  By now there are 67 years of multi-layered narrative that confuse the situation which is basically an issue of population exchange characterized as a military occupation. Not only have events somewhat analogous to this conflict come and gone with much less scrutiny, but population transfers in the nation building process have resolved or nearly resolved themselves with relative ease without the interference of global P.R. battles which notoriously  misappropriate the true nature of events.

Generally speaking, transfers under the watch of the Great Powers were aimed at expanding Western style democracy through the construction of nation-states. For example, the population transfers and property exchanges in the division of India and Pakistan, Balkan population exchanges in the post-Ottoman states, the relocation of Muslim inhabitants of Greece to Turkey and of Orthodox Christians in Turkey to Greece, all of which naturally involved territorial disputes, were organized to increase homogeneity and, in the end, to minimize conflict and to stabilize national boundaries.  This is part of the modernization process which has made possible a world in which a United Nations, a European Union, formalized international law, and national accountability can exist, among other things that we take for granted with respect to their civilizing roles and their origins in Western history.

When it comes to the Arab-Israeli conflict, however, public relations battles have taken center stage, obscuring the democratization process with devastating consequences.  When Israeli national defense is characterized as genocide, when the preservation of its national identity is called apartheid, when suicide bombings are seen as being a legitimate means of self-defense and the innocent victims of these bombings are cast as the villains, then reason is turned on its head and innocent lives are constantly under the threat of brutal violence.

There are a few basic concepts that have become common parlance when it comes to the Arab-Israeli conflict.  First, there is the “Israeli occupation”.  Secondly, there is the “Palestinian refugee”, and last but certainly not least, the “Palestinian right of return”. This is not to mention more marginal but equally divisive rhetorical weapons such as “genocide”, “war crimes”, and “pariah state”, all targeting Israel. Other myths include that of “stolen Arab land”, the “homeless Palestinian refugee”, and the “immigration of alien Jews who displaced a Palestinian people”. Furthermore, omissions such as the extent of Arab immigration to Israel are intentionally left out to create illusions such as that of the presence of a “native Palestinian people”. What really existed was a multiethnic expression of loosely organized peoples living under Ottoman Turkish rule. In order to properly understand the conflict as a whole, the narratives that disguise what is really happening have to be deconstructed. It has come to the point where truth and fiction are so intermingled that one cannot tell them apart.  The mixing of truth and untruth has become so thorough that a de-structuring of the whole narrative is in order.

I will start with the so-called “military occupation”.  First of all, let’s put everything in its proper context. One should bear in mind that the controversy surrounding British involvement in the middle east sways between two poles. In the traditional view, the British entered the middle east as advocates of Arab independence and of a national Jewish homeland.  According to the popular view, British advocacy was just a facade for the aggrandizement of its Empire.  After WWI, it fell to the British to partition and define loosely structured “geographic expressions” whose populations had not yet evolved into sovereign nation states.  The British mandate period involved creating a middle-east that was democratic and modern.  Indeed, the process of partitioning is another example of where a misleading narrative has come to demonize a specific group, in this case, the British. The British Empire has come to be understood as the cause of almost every difficulty that besets the peoples formerly under British rule.  The expansion of the British empire, however, carried with it the general intention of imparting its mode of civilization to the rest of the world.  Without the influence of the West in general and of the modern British state in particular, the middle-east after WWI would have likely remained in a state of pre-modern backwardness.  When Napoleon arrived in Egypt in 1798, conquering it without much resistance, he found a declining civilization that has since had to contend with its Western neighbor.  Swaying between Westernization and radicalization, the Muslim world has been struggling to assert itself in the face of the Great Powers.  This basic pattern governing the relationship between the West and Islam is repeated in the relation between Israel and the Palestinians.

The distinction between the West and the Muslim world, and the association of Israel with the West, often go unnoticed.  The West and Islam are two distinct historical entities with two different yet combining histories. Furthermore, since the United States’ recognition of Israel’s independence in 1948, Israel has come to be closely associated with the West.  Israel integrated the values and institutions of Western culture and government into the fabric of its national existence, while preserving its Jewish essence, albeit at the cost of much assimilation.  To the extent that Israel has become a Western phenomenon, the “Jew” has also become “Western”.  Never before in history has the Jew been so closely associated with the white man.  So close, in fact, that the Jew and Israel are, according to the prevailing anti-Western narrative, guilty of the same so-called crimes that the West has been charged with, which brings us back to the so-called “occupation”. One of the thematic charges brought against the West is “imperialism” which involves colonial occupation and territorial expansion, not always at the cost of the colony, as propaganda would have us believe.  Israel has been characterized as the Western Imperialist and charged with the same crimes in the context of the Arab-Israeli conflict. This is because both Western Imperialism and the Arab-Israeli conflict have been misunderstood, wrongly defined, and misrepresented.

A military occupation involves one national authority taking over that of an existing sovereign. The German occupation of France in WW2 is an example.  Under occupation the territory is not annexed, rather, authority is transferred.  After WW2, the 4th Geneva Convention established international laws for the purpose of protecting civilians in war zones and in order to return the occupied state to its former authority rather than run the risk of annexation.  These laws evolved out of the response to the excesses of the axis powers and they are informed by international law theory that goes back to Hugo Grotius in modern times, and as far back as St. Augustine’s theory of Just War which comes down to us from the 4th century CE and remains the implicit philosophical groundwork for modern international law concerning war.  Such philosophy is foreign to the Muslim world and its take on war and peace.  Israel, on the other hand, has internalized the just war theory as part of its own process of modernization and Westernization.  One would not be hard pressed, in fact, to find that St. Augustine’s moral reflections on war come from the very ideas laid down in the Torah itself.

The relation of Israel to the so-called Palestinians does not fit the definition of an occupation because there is no sovereign state that is being occupied.  What we have come to call “Palestine” is the West bank and the Gaza strip.  Under Ottoman rule, before and during WWI, “Palestine” (so named since the expulsion of the Jews by the Romans in 70 CE) included what is now Israel, Jordan, Gaza, and the West bank.  It was split in half, one piece for the Arabs (Transjordan) and one for the Jews (Israel).  Needless to say, it is not so simple as it looks on paper, but it is also not so complex as it has come to seem.  When Pakistan and India were divided, Muslims in India migrated to Pakistan and Hindus in Pakistan migrated to India.  This paints a neater picture than reality because it does not bear out the details of the complex process of how a nation state evolves. But the general idea is clear, and the basic point is simple.  When nation states were delineated by the British, a basic plan was set in motion that was reasonably accommodated in reality.  The boundaries of the nation were drawn, with population exchanges and property transfers being part of the process of streamlining the nation building process.  Let us not forget that the lines for these nations were not imagined out of thin air by the British, they were refined.  The forms of the modern nation states are approximations of geographic and demographic expressions that have taken shape over the course of history.  The influence of the West involved modernizing and streamlining these natural expressions such that national, linguistic, political and cultural boundaries neatly matched up, enabling peoples that were formerly ruled by foreign entities to achieve national sovereignty. The final product is the modern map as we know it.

When Palestine was cut in half during the British mandate period, this streamlining process, together with the general British goal of connecting the totality of the empire from the Atlantic to the mid-Pacific by incorporating Palestine, were interrupted.  Neither before nor after the war of 1948 did the Arab nations absorb the overflow of Arabs who remained in and around Israel.  The same thing happened in a much more definitive way in the aftermath of the 1967 war.  Upon gaining the territories called Gaza and the West bank in a successful defensive war, Israel did not annex those regions – which it could justifiably have done under the circumstances – nor did the Arab nations absorb the Arab refugees that remained there.  This tactic of refusing to absorb refugees was the common tactic all along on the Arab side.  If the refugees are not absorbed by their Arab brethren, then the Israelis can easily be cast as occupiers while the Arabs in limbo can be cast as “displaced homeless native refugees”.  Furthermore, the idea of placing the responsibility on Israel to absorb refugees who are violently opposed to Israel’s very existence is not within the boundaries of reason by any stretch of the imagination.  If the public believes the narrative that charges Israel with genocidal imperialism against a so-called native Palestinian people, then a “Palestinian nationalism” can be constructed ex post facto, so long as the public, and the so called Palestinians believe that a native Palestinian people existed as a national entity before the refugee problem.  Today this myth has become a common assumption.  It is taken for granted in the public sphere of debate regarding the crisis.

What is commonly referred to as the “Israeli occupation” is in fact a matter of “territorial dispute”.  This is because there was no Palestinian national state to be occupied in the first place. The so called occupation is really an unresolved population exchange.  The territories will remain contested until the national status of Israel is conclusively defined, and the Arabs called Palestinians are allowed to return to the lands of their brethren to become citizens.  Without these appropriations the so-called “peace process” will continue with no end in sight.

Vladimir Putin's recent outrages, from his unflinching support for the murderous regime of Bashar Assad in Syria to its violent and illegal annexation of parts of Ukraine to his apparent complicity in shooting down a civilian airliner last week, killing more than 290 innocent people, are affronts to the civilized world.

We can send a message to Putin: Boycotting Russian fish strikes at the heart of a strategic, $2.4 billion Russian export and supports one of America’s most proud industries!

A new petition has been started by former U.S. Congressman George Hochbrueckner, calling on Congress and the White House to ban imports of Russian fish, which has infiltrated American restaurants, supermarkets, and homes under the guise of American seafood (the FDA shockingly allows Russian pollock to be sold as "Alaska" pollock)! You may have seen op-eds about the campaign in The Daily Caller and The Hill this week.

I encourage you all to sign our petition on change.org and share with all your friends! We need national support to send a message to Vladimir Putin that we won't stand for his violent behavior, nor his attempts to undermine hard-working American workers.

As recent events continue to show us, one never knows when either a man-made or natural disaster can strike. Normal, routine, everyday life can change in the twinkling of an eye. Part of being a responsible adult (especially if one has a family to protect and care for) is to be mentally and physically prepared to face a wide variety of crisis and scenarios. SHTF scenarios unfold everyday across the world and have claimed the lives of countless millions. It doesn't take a genius to realize that the increasing complexity and fragility of our modern technological society and financial systems, increased concentration of governmental power, and deepening ideological divides are a cause for concern.  While we are blessed to live the relatively comfortable and secure lives that we do, there is no guarantee that cannot change overnight. It is far better to be prepared for a serious crisis that never happens, than be unprepared for the one that does. There are many useful hints, tips, and ideas you can easily implement to not only survive, but perhaps even thrive, in a moment of crisis. Here are just a few ideas for your consideration.

Use solar-powered lawn lights instead of candles

solar_lights_01

This is a 'trick' I just recently heard about and I can only wonder why I hadn't actually thought of such a simple but effective idea before. Pick up a dozen or so at your local big box store and stick them in the plants in your windowsill and you'll have all the light you'll ever need if you lose your electric power. At that time you can spread them around the house in other potted plants or even in vases giving you lots of long-lasting and comforting light without having to dip into your all important and limited stash of candles. Plus, you are actually a little less likely to burn down your humble abode by following this advice. These are cheap, found nearly everywhere, and can be purchased for as little as 99 cents a piece. There is no reason any home should be without them. Such simple, easy to use, and inexpensive technology is your friend. Take advantage of it.

Use bleach or natural sunlight to purify water

sodismethod

A clean and safe water supply or stockpile is underrated and often not spoken about. Whether it's kept in the back of the guest closet, in the crawl space, or under the bed, you need to be storing water. But if not, you still need to be able to purify any water you may have to collect from local lakes, streams, or rain runoff in an extended emergency situation.

If you are using water from a stream or lake pour the water through two coffee filters and into a clean, airtight container. The coffee filters will remove large particles of impurities. Let the water stand for 15 minutes so it can settle. Fill a liquid dropper with bleach and then add eight drops of bleach to the water. Mix well. Wait 30 minutes, then smell the water. The water should have a very faint bleach odor that is present but barely noticeable. If you cannot smell the bleach, add two more drops and mix it again. Do not exceed 16 drops of bleach per gallon of water. If you purifying water that came from a safe well or municipal water system you can skip the first and last steps.

I believe it is better to add the bleach just prior to drinking versus adding the bleach before storing it. Some sources say that is perfectly acceptable to skip the bleach step if the stored water came from an already chlorinated source. Either way, definitely keep a gallon of new and unopened bleach around 'just in case.' The active ingredients do start to break down over time so rotate your emergency water purification bleach bottle once a year or so. For just a couple of dollars you can reliably purify thousands of gallons of water in a SHTF scenario. And that simple fact may save your life someday.

The SODIS method of water purification, on the other hand, uses the natural UV rays from the sun to purify water stored in clear water or soda bottles. Used effectively around the world, this method does not seem to be as well-known in the U.S. but would be a good trick in a pinch and when other water purification methods may not be available. I do not rotate my water storage (though it is kept in a cool, dry place) and will just line even several year old water up along the roof gutter for a days worth of sunning before deeming them good and safe to drink if I need to. Obviously, the cleaner the water source you are starting out with the better off you'll be. Just remember, it only works with clear bottles.

Keep the extent of your preparations and supplies a secret

quiet

This is a hard thing for most people to do, especially in the age of Facebook, blogging, and the Internet. Perhaps it is a bit hypocritical of me to say so in a publicly posted article, but the truth is that Operational Security must be exercised if you store or stockpile extra weapons, ammunition, food, or supplies. Human nature is such that it is in fact very hard to not be tempted to 'show off' your preps and hard work to those around you. But the opposite must be practiced. Do not advertise the fact to random people, your neighbors, and friends who do not share your viewpoint when it comes to preparedness. By doing so you only make yourself a serious target if, God forbid, any serious WROL or SHTF scenario was to unfold. Networking with like-minded individuals is advisable but showing off your "stash" to all the neighbors and everyone who ever stops by the house may be very tempting, but it is extremely unwise.

If you are making the necessary preparations to keep your family and yourself safe, secure, and supplied in a crisis then do not, under any circumstances, let a careless (or purposeful) word, FB post, or YouTube video compromise all the hard work and financial outlay you have already committed to that cause. The veneer of civilization and civil behavior is a thin one at best and it is in your best interest to remember that. A bunch of unexpected mouths showing up at your door expecting you to feed or supply them in a crisis situation because of your past "indiscretions" can only end badly for all involved. Remember to lay low, keep calm, keep quiet, and be smart if you are suddenly thrust into a serious man-made or natural disaster. Advertising your preps before hand is foolish, and advertising them during such a time can potentially have deadly results. Loose lips will indeed sink your ship, endanger your loved ones, and sabotage your own efforts to be prepared in a world of surprises.

Plan on bugging in, not bugging out

bugin

There is a huge amount of talk in Prepper circles about the need to 'bug out.' Everyone's secret fantasy seems to be to go play "Wolverines" in the nearest forest or hole up at some secret survival retreat in the wilderness at the first sign of serious trouble. The truth is not one out of a thousand people would survive a month in the wilderness (let alone in the middle of winter) and most do not have the financial resources to purchase the type of Bug Out location that would be of any true benefit in a major emergency. The average modern man doesn't really have the knowledge anymore to survive as Jeremiah Johnson if he were just thrust into the wilderness. And those woods would get crowded pretty darn fast as undoubtedly a great many people share the same half-baked scheme if worse comes to worse.

The reality is that one should plan to hunker down and bug in except in the most dire of extreme emergencies. And there are numerous ways one can strengthen and fortify ones own home to make it less of a target and more defensible if necessary. I was forced from my home and played refugee for four days following a massive tornado that ripped through my hometown a few years ago. I was given fifteen minutes to get out by the local police so I know the value of being prepared to leave if one has too and the importance of having a place in mind to go (in this case to my brothers home a few miles up the road). But I also know that leaving your home base of supplies, comforts, and frankly all 'your stuff' simply sucks and the minute you hit the road without a very well stocked and friendly place to go you are really simply becoming a refugee. And refugees quickly become hungry, desperate, and victimized in a serious crisis and have since the beginning of time. Ask the stinking, desperate hordes that got stuck in the Superdome during Hurricane Katrina about how having to rely on government help during an emergency can work out.

The other thing that no one seems to think about that if you tried to get out of dodge along with the rest of the lemmings you will get hopelessly stuck on some clogged roads with a bunch of increasingly desperate, panicky, and potentially dangerous other people. Unless your life or humble abode is in immediate danger or you were smart enough to perhaps decipher some early warning signs of a disaster and hit the roads before the Golden Horde, you will probably simply not be able to reach your perceived sanctuary at Grandma's house in the country. Think about how bad it is during rush hour if there is even a single accident. Multiply that by a thousand fold during a true SHTF crisis. Now take the time to rethink that bug out plan again. You either have to get out extremely early, or hunker down.

If you can, it is best to hunker down, fortify your home as best you can, lie low, and try to ride out the first wave of panic and violence. Stay inside, wisely use your stockpiled supplies, have your defensive arms at the ready, and avoid drawing any attention to yourself whatsoever from anyone including LEO's (law enforcement officers) who can often get both trigger happy and extremely gun grabby in a SHTF scenarios. If you absolutely must leave your home, then do have a very specific place in mind to go that is safe, dry, stocked, and with reasonable accommodations that is as close as possible to your current location. The closer it is the more reasonable chance of you actually being able to reach it in a serious and scary situation. Generically "heading for the hills" on the other hand is not a plan, but merely an act of desperation and thinking that you can easily flee to Aunt Betty's country farmhouse 300 miles away is probably little more than a pipe dream.

Get to know your neighbors

mr-rogers-neighbor-hello-welcome

This is far more important than most people realize. You do not need to fully blab all your secrets and reveal all your preparations to everyone on the block or be an annoying idiot, but it is a very good idea to be on a cordial and first name basis with all your neighbors in case you may ever have to turn to them for help or assistance. In a crisis scenario they will undoubtedly have ideas, skills, resources, and tools that you do not. The ability to quickly band together can be imperative for safety when needed and even possibly save your life or property. You should not live in just a sea of strangers on your block but at minimum have a decent, friendly relationship of some sort if possible with those around you. You do not need to be everyone's best buddy on the block, but you should be able to easily show up on their front door without them seeing you as a stranger or even as potential prey or danger instead of a friendly neighbor if things 'go south' quickly. Friendly relations before a SHTF fan event can quickly turn into an important 'we need to stick together' alliance afterwards.

I live on a cul-de-sac where everyone knows everyone to one degree or another and some of us know each other quite well. I regularly share fresh eggs from my backyard chickens and extra harvest from my garden with all my neighbors. And the casual wave as one drives by or the friendly greeting at the mailbox can pay handsome dividends in the end. Such gestures costs you absolutely nothing more than the most minimal of effort. My neighborhood banded together magnificently when it was hit hard by the tornado that I referenced earlier and the lessons I learned from that experience have stuck with me to this day.

In conclusion, let me state that reasonable "prepping" is not paranoia but merely insurance to help you get through an unexpected, potential crisis in the future. It is wise to prepare for the unexpected and be ready to respond effectively to "disagreeable" future events that may unfold without warning. Planning ahead dramatically decreases your chances of being a frightened refugee or merely another desperate person in a sea of others if disaster strikes. It buys you valuable time to adapt to a fluid and potentially dangerous situation and will help you keep a clear head when possible panic rears its ugly head. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst should be your motto and adapted into your everyday life.

WHEN Egypt had initially put in MORSI, with the pressure from Obama and Valerie Jarrett due to her involvement in the Muslim Brotherhood. The plan was that Egypt after receiving the Tanks and Fighter Jets sent from Obama to Egypt, this was the first stage. Than it was Morsi that was going to join forces with Hamas; due to the affiliation with the muslim Brotherhood. However that all went sour, when Morsi tried to force his hand on the Egyptian people with Sharia law;

At that point the Egyptian people that have been Americas ally's for many many years, was now in a catch 22. So they did what any Sovereign nation would and should do, they removed the cancerous tumor Morsi. And in time the truth will come out that Morsi was in fact involved in the attack on Benghazi.

Obama famously failed to act when warned that ISIS was preparing to mount an offensive in Western Iraq. This left ISIS free to conquer, with virtually no resistance, city after city in the defense of which American soldiers have shed blood.

Now Obama is receiving new warnings, this time from the Kurds in Northern Iraq. In fact, according to the Washington Post, the Kurds are “pleading for U.S. military aid.”

Unlike the Iraqi government, the Kurds possess a viable military that is prepared to fight ISIS. Indeed, they are fighting ISIS, and fairly effectively.

However, the Kurds now have a 650 mile border to defend, thanks to the abandonment of the area by Iraq’s military forces. Thus, the Kurdish forces are stretched extremely thin.

The Kurds should be receiving a share of the weapons the U.S. is supplying to the Iraqi government. But that, of course, isn't happening. Mansour Barzani, the Kurdistan Regional Government’s intelligence and security chief, told the Post that Baghdad hasn’t provided “a single bullet.

Meanwhile, says the Post, the ISIS forces attacking the Kurds have seized weapons worth hundreds of millions of dollars from retreating Iraqi soldiers. In effect, Baghdad is supplying ISIS while providing the Kurds with nothing.

Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, the Obama administration has rejected Kurdish pleas for arms with which to fight ISIS. Its rationale is that assistance must come through the central government.

But the central government is (a) dysfunctional and (b) unwilling to lift a finger to help the Kurds in any case. In fact, the Iraq government’s unwillingness to “play nice” with the Kurds has been part of the Obama administration’s rationale for not doing more to help the government.

Unlike the government of Iraq, the Kurds are ready and willing to inflict defeat on ISIS. With assistance from the U.S. in the form of weaponry, the Kurds would probably be able to inflict that much-needed defeat.

It seems criminal for Obama to deny this assistance in the name of defending the interests of a central government that Obama has condemned for its dealings with the Kurds (among others).

ISIS is looking to establish a caliphate, and making good progress toward that end. Meanwhile, Obama dithers, using the Iraq government’s poor treatment of the Kurds as an excuse for not doing more to help it fight ISIS, and the Kurd’s natural animosity to the government as an excuse for not helping them.

It’s almost as if Obama is indifferent to the progress of ISIS and willing to embrace any excuse for standing idly by in the face of that progress.

check-1.jpg?width=270Jumping the shark is the term used in show business when any particular series, movie or television, has gone past the point of no return with something so inane and ridiculous that people, even their die-hard fans, simply give up and stop watching.

It originated when Fonzie used water skis to jump over a tank with a live shark swimming in it and basically, that was the end of any interest in Happy Days.

The Obama regime has, officially, jumped the shark.

All but the completely Kool Aid soaked liberal/socialists and progressives, those so overtly inebriated on the juice that they can no longer utter a three word sentence, are now asking themselves…What in THE HELL???

Folks, you cannot make this stuff up. They actually said these things and there is no turning back because…they actually MEANT to say these things.

First…let’s lend an ear or an eye to the shark-jumping words of one Hillary Clinton…

phone message plan

I have read the phone message message. I don't know who thought that up, but you are preaching to the choir. By identifying your message as the tea party in the opening statement, people will hang up. You need to hit them where it will hurt most, in their pocket book, in the lives of their children, and in the communities where they live. The truth of the matter is that they need to be scared into opening their eyes to the dangers of how this border crisis, and obama in general will affect them.

The opening should say:

Your job could be at risk if millions of illegals are granted any sort of amnesty by president obama.  Only 25 percent of the illegals at the border are children, the rest are adults, and families as well as many others being teenage gang members, and criminals. Some of these are diseased children who will be allowed to start school in the fall putting your own children at risk. Your local communities will have to pay for food, housing, school, and medical treatment putting a burden on already broke local governments. President obama has done nothing to stop illegals entering this country and in fact has issued a change to the immigration law to allow them to come in. Congress writes and changes laws and the president enforces them. We as a country must stop president obama from acting as a dictator, no matter what race, creed, political party or opinion you have, he is not above the law.  This is not just about illegals at the border, this is about our constitution, our freedoms and the future of our children and grandchildren. Please allow us to call you back to explain our plan to stop this president from putting Americans out of work, creating a healthcare crisis, and giving citizenships to millions of people who break our laws.

This may be too technical for some to grasp, but we need to not turn people off with too many issues, if we can get them to come together on the border issue and see what obama is dong there then maybe they will be open to others. The border issue will eventually affect all Americans with a domino affect overload all our systems ( obama's plan) , especially if he gives blanket amnesty to all illegals (10-20 million or so)in this country. As we know Boehner is afraid to do anything but bluster, and the Senate is handcuffed by Harry Reid, so Congress is worthless.

Just a thought

The root cause of the border crisis is directly attributable to President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty created under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) plan. DACA created the incentive for illegal aliens to break our laws as Obama deliberately undermined our nation’s sovereignty by simply creating his own. American’s must realize that this administration is solely responsible for the breakdown of our southern border. The factual evidence cannot be refuted.

This map is provided by NumbersUSA and it outlines how systematically widespread the relocation of unaccompanied minors has become throughout our country. Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and Oklahoma have literally been invaded. As of today, 16 states have confirmed “relocation centers” that are currently responsible for housing illegal immigrants.

The map below outlines the states who have implemented these centers (red triangles), proposed centers (yellow), and rejected centers (blue pins).

Screen Shot 2014-07-25 at 11.16.10 AM

These states were not chosen at random either. The evidence proves this in the form of grants awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services to Non-Profit Private Non-Government Organizations. The grants were specifically awarded to organizations under the Office of Refugee Resettlement. While there are hundred’s of organizations who were awarded grants, they pale in comparison to the amount awarded to the Baptist Child and Family Services organization and the Southwest Key Programs.

The Baptist Child and Family Services (BCFS) is labeled as “a global system of non-profit health and human service organization’s operating programs throughout the U.S., Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa”. In the United States their principle offices are located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington, D.C.

Screen Shot 2014-07-25 at 12.46.32 PM

To say that this organization is massive would be an understatement given that HHS has awarded them $280 million this year alone. When you combine that with the $61 million in 2013, $64 million in 2012, $18.9 million in 2011, and $11.7 million in 2010, the total equals $457 million. In short, BCFS has been awarded more money this year then all of the previous years combined, but why?

The answer comes in the form of an official BCFS announcement given after they had been awarded $190 million on July 7, 2014. According to the announcement, “BCFS will be expanding with 6 new regional hubs for BCFS’ new family support and evaluation programs“. The new hubs will be located in, “New York, N.Y., Miami, FL., Houston, TX., Dallas, TX., Sacramento-area, CA., Los Angeles area, CA.”

The President and CEO of the company is Kevin C. Dinnin. According to the San Antonio Business Journal, “Dinnin concluded FY 2012 with more than $100 million in revenue”. Meaning, his nonprofit organization made $36 million that year.

BCFS actually has its own Emergency Management Department (BCFS-EMD) which, according to the official BCFS-EMD website “is a nonprofit partner of federal, state, and local government and private industry”. These are the so called “Brown Shirts” who have been tasked to convert military bases throughout the country into shelters.

They have been tasked to Joint Base Lackland, SA.Fort Still, OK.Joint Base Lewis – McChord in Dupont, Wash., and Naval Base Ventura County, in Port Hueneme, Calif.

The second organization, Southwest Key Programs, is just as concerning as BCFS. According to their official website, Southwest Key is “the largest provider of services to unaccompanied alien children in the United States”. Similar to BCFS, they are connected to the Office of Refugee Resettlement of Health and Human Services.

Southwest Key currently has over 65 operating programs throughout the country. They have 4 in California, 3 in Arizona, 18 in Texas, 15 in Georgia, 1 in Wisconsin, 1 in Delaware, and 2 in New York.

Health and Human Services awarded Southwest Key its largest grant with $122 million this year, following a pattern similar to BCFS. When you combine that with $86 million in 2013, $50 million in 2012, $35 million in 2011, and $30 million in 2010, the total equals $324 million.

The $122 million awarded to Southwest Key this year suggests that they will continue to expand and their ideology is driven by something much more sinister than the “pursuit of happiness”.

The President and founder of Southwest Key is Dr. Juan Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez founded the program in 1987 and today it has become the 4th largest hispanic-led nonprofit organization in the country. Juan Sanchez also serves on the board of the National Council of La Raza.

If Not Impeachment, What?

With some exceptions, pundits and politicians alike are, for the most part, stifling meaningful discussions about impeachment, choosing instead to dwell on the electoral ramifications of impeachment rather than upon the dangerous impact of a lawless Chief Executive on the Rule of Law.
images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQ6KrJbd2wPK2cdiIKSNp-CQwcMzzxNtRXwlOhURtDZFdGmNGP9SwIn  a nutshell, this is the awful truth today: at last count, Obama has committed over 52 manifestly impeachable offenses. (See my previous OPINERLOG posts dtd  8/1/11 and 1/9/13 for an explanation of what our Founders defined as an impeachable offense.) However, without a knowledgeable, fully engaged and appropriately incensed electorate which insists upon the Rule of Law, there is insufficient support for impeachment. It's that terribly simple. Knowing this and for purely political reasons, the Democrats are now cynically attempting to rouse their electoral and donor base by warning them about "bogus", "contrived", "grand-standing", "groundless" impeachment efforts emanating from the bogeymen on the right. And without adequate public support for impeachment, Republicans are now compelled to embark on a less confrontational, less politically suicidal, albeit untried, course of action, that being to sue Obama in a court of law.
Talk about a ruinous equation: an ignorant and apathetic electorate + a lawless Chief Executive + a politically weakened/undermined Congress = Tyranny.
Though impeachment is THE constitutional remedy to Executive overreach, in the absence of public support for such a remedy, and with their future Senatorial political fortunes at stake, Republicans simply have no reasonable recourse but to sue. And, quite naturally, the Democrats are demeaning that remedial effort as well.
To my knowledge, Congress's suing a Chief Executive on the grounds that he has violated the Constitution and the separation of powers doctrine clearly breaks new constitutional ground. And who really knows how it will all play out.
Let's say the court accepts the case and rules in favor of Congress. A long shot, but a possibility. Then what? Since the court has no executive authority, it's ruling would be just that--a ruling without teeth, but, presumably, with some measure of moral authority. Given that scenario, it can only be hoped that Obama would relent. But, if he doesn't back off, then what? In that case, my guess is that public support for impeachment might well appreciably increase, thus, perhaps, persuading Obama to back off. But, what if Obama still doesn't back off even then?
The political gamemanship and wonky calculations aside, when the Chief Executive overreaches his Art II constitutional authority--something Obama clearly has done--thus violating his oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, our Founders would have quickly and unreservedly counseled impeachment and removal. In the absence of impeachment, the Founders, to a man, would have encouraged the States and We the People to take all appropriate remedial actions to stop Executive overreach in order to defend our Liberty and our Republic.
As originally designed, we must always bear in mind that determining what is and what is not constitutional rests ultimately with the People. Thus, the burning question becomes this: what will the People and the States, their immediate fiduciary agents, do to restore constitutional order if Obama--or any lawless Chief Executive in the future--cannot be effectively checkmated and stopped by impeachment? The constitutional options are crystal clear: Civil Disobedience, Nullification, Secession, Rebellion. Of course, the People are certainly within their power to simply yield to the lawlessness, a predilection, I'm afraid, which, among too many Americans today, is becoming more and more apparent.

We have over two more years ahead of us to somehow contend with this runaway, transformational Chief Executive. Will he be effectively reigned in before being permitted to plunge the country into chaos, dictatorship or disunion? As God is my judge, I simply do not know how to answer that troubling question. But, disturbingly, the vision of a compliant, shackled American population continues to assail my thoughts.

Personally, whatever remedial actions espoused by our Founders which will restore constitutional order and the Rule of Law is fine by me and should be single-mindedly pursued by us all. But, why do I again feel like a majority of one.

Former Washington lobbyist Jack Abramoff is warning that efforts to prohibit states from legalizing online gaming is a form of corruption.  Speaking to Human Events, Abramoff warned that legislation pushed by billionaire Las Vegas casino owner Sheldon Adelson is a form of bribery.  Adelson has pledged to "spend whatever it takes" to enact the ban and has hired an army of lobbyists to see it done.  News reports suggest he will write a $100 million check to the GOP over the next few months, money that could help grease the skids to get the legislation passed:

Washington’s most notorious lobbyist told Human Events that the effort by gambling mogul Sheldon Adelson to outlaw online gambling is corruption. Adelson has crossed the line, but he is not alone, said Jack Abramoff, a former Washington operator and author of  “Capitol Punishment: The hard truth about Washington corruption from America’s most notorious lobbyist.” Abramoff served 43 months in federal prison for activities related to his lobbying. In addition to his media and speaking appearances, he comments on Washington events and people at his website: abramoff.com. Adelson is the CEO and chairman of Las Vegas Sands, a $14 billion-a-year gambling conglomerate and a major contributor to the Republican Party.

In the 2012 election cycle, Adelson is the man who stepped into keep the presidential campaign of former speaker Newton L. “Newt” Gingrich afloat, enabling him to come back and win the Georgia primary and seriously challenge the eventually nominee former Massachusetts governor W. Mitt Romney. After Romney was the GOP nominee, Adelson supported him, too. In the 2014 election cycle, Adelson has given Republicans notice that if they want his support, they need to pass a ban online gaming. To organize this effort, he created a front group, The Coalition to Stop Internet Gambling, has gathered up a roster of strange bedfellows, such as Republican Texas Gov. Richard J. “Rick” Perry, former Republican New York governor George Pataki, as well as, Democrats, such as Massachusetts Attorney General Martha M. Coakley and former speaker of the California Assembly Willie Brown. The pressure to ban Internet gambling comes as Adelson is getting ready to stroke a massive check to fund the final mile of the GOP’s campaign to win the Senate in November. Some Capitol Hill whisperers put the check at $100 million based on the plans Republican strategists presented to Adelson. The political world is full of similar examples of businesses or industries using politicians to improve their own situation, Abramoff said. “It is a line that everybody is crossing all day,” he said. “Everytime an individual contributes money to a public official and then asks that politician to do something, you have crossed that line—that is the essence of D.C.—it is not just Sheldon Adelson.” Abramoff said he wanted to be careful in his phrasing regarding Adelson. “I don’t know all the details,” he said. “But, in general, if someone is giving money and asking for things back that is crossing that line—and unfortunately it is going on all over the place.” It is bribery. It might not be statuary bribery, but it is bribery, giving a public servant money, he said “I don’t know Sheldon Adelson, I only know what I read about him,” he said.

“But it seems to me that he has been very active politically with significant money before he jumped into this Internet gambling thing,” he said. “I don’t see any reason to believe that this is the reason he got active or gave money in the past,” he said. “I think it was more related to Israel and conservative issues.” The move against online gaming is new turn for Adelson, he said. “Obviously, this relates directly to his business and he is hiring lobbyists to protect his business,” he said. Adelson may profess to have traditional or other reasons to oppose online gaming, he said. “But, this has a major impact on his land-based casinos—or at least, he feels it does.” Then Abramoff was actively operating in the capital, he worked against banning online gamble because he believes the Internet should be free from government control, he said. The former president of the Massachusetts College Republicans said there are two reasons why he opposed the ban. “I didn’t want to see the government regulating the Internet, except for national security reasons,” he said. The second reason was that given that there were already land-based casinos, the real concern was being able to protect children from going to the sites to gamble, he said. The Adelson bid to outlaw online gaming is not really what he considers crony capitalism, he said. “It is different from what we have seen with the Obama administration, where the donors use their political connections to get the government to bail them out, give them loans, give them huge grants, give them contracts, and that kind of thing.” It could be that plying the government to outlaw your competition is a cousin to crony capitalism, he said. “Frankly, it is under the category of corruption.”

Joe Biden is a Vile Little Man

4063939223?profile=originalWords can not express my disdain for the reprehensible behavior of VP Joe Biden and his Democrat co-conspirators. At a gathering of mostly black civil rights leaders Biden strategically launched a nasty false narrative for the sole propose of ginning up racial hate and division.

Republicans are requesting that Americans show an ID to vote, which is only common sense. This vile little man, Joe Biden, characterized the Republicans' identification requirement as racial hate and an attempt to block blacks from voting.

As my late mom would say, adding yeast to his lie, Biden claimed Republicans have tried to curtail voting rights 83 times this year.

Biden's accusation is absurd; a self-serving evil lie conceived by a deviant mind. Insidiously, Biden's game plan is to rip open and pour enough salt into old 1960s civil rights movement wounds to motivate blacks to flock to the polls in November to vote against their perceived white racist enemies.

POLL: Should Voter ID be required in every state?

I refuse to give Biden's “hate speech” a pass by chalking it up to politics as usual. Stoking the flames of racial hatred for political gain, polarizing Americans along racial lines is serious business, irresponsible and extremely dangerous.

Biden and his fellow Democrats cavalierly throwing “race grenades” whenever it serves their political purpose is a slap in the face to Americans, black and white, who suffered, sacrificed and died to bring us to where we are today; a black man occupying the Oval Office.

My 86 year old black dad, Dr. Rev. Lloyd E. Marcus was very active in the early civil rights movement. Dad knows the price that was paid to win blacks the right to vote. Upon my four siblings and me reaching voting age, Dad stayed on our case. “Today is election day -- make sure you vote!” Dad instilled in us that voting is a duty and a privilege of being a citizen.

And yet, Dad's Democratic party people are attempting to devalue the right to vote by giving it away to anyone they believe will vote Democrat, regardless of their legal status. The Democrats' propensity for voter fraud cheapens the value of every American's vote . This is why Biden and the Democrats vehemently oppose voter ID.

Meanwhile, rather than challenging the Democrats' absurd claim that Republicans are trying to keep blacks from voting, political know-it-alls advise Republicans to concede the point. They say Republicans must convince blacks that they are not racist by lightening up on requiring blacks to show an ID to vote. Surrendering to the Democrats' ridiculous claim and pandering in accordance to it is sickeningly immoral and cowardice.

By the way, as a proud American who happens to be black, I am extremely insulted by the Democratic Party's entrenched bigotry of lowered expectations. While Americans are required to present an ID to complete a plethora of daily transactions, Democrats are saying presenting an ID is too challenging for us blacks. We're special...a bit slower than other Americans. With friends like the Democrats, blacks do not need any enemies.

In regards to national race relations, America has come a long way, baby. Older Americans have powerful memories, deep scars and countless stories of Americans behaving at their best and worse in our struggle to achieve Dr Martin Luther King Jr's dream. I am talking much blood, sweat and tears.

And yet, Biden and the Democrats have callously tossed hard-fought national race relations on the alter into the fire to be burned as a sacrifice in worship of Obama and furthering their socialist/progressive agenda.

There is talk of Joe Biden running for president in 2016. The last thing America needs is another vile little man in the Oval Office willing to fuel the flames of division and racial hate, pitting Americans against each other for political expediency.

As my patriot brothers in New Jersey would say, “So you wanna be president Joe? Forget about it!”

Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions said today that the Obama Administration's proposed "Executive Order" amnesty for "5-6 million more illegal immigrants is unlawful and that:

"...Any action Congress might consider to address the current border crisis would be futile should the President go forward with these lawless actions. Congress must speak out and fight against them. It must use its spending power to stop the President’s executive amnesty..."

SESSIONS.jpg

In a communique to the press the Senator said in reference to what is known as "the Granger Package," organized and introduced by Texas Representative Kay Granger:

"...That the House leaders’ border package includes no language on executive actions is surrender to a lawless President. And it is a submission to the subordination of congressional power.

Sessions said that after years of falling wages and rising joblessness, American workers are pleading for someone to hear them.  "How can it be that our President is brazenly advertising that he will nullify and strip away American workers' immigration protections, and their own elected leaders will not rise to their defense?  Or to the defense of our laws and our Constitutional order?" Sessions asked.

Sessions said "...because it does not fix our asylum rules and loopholes, the end result of the additional judges and hearings will be more illegal immigrants gaining asylum and access to U.S. welfare. It is a plan for expedited asylum, not expedited removal...Nor will this package make our rogue President actively enforce anything, coming nowhere close to the kinds of reasonable enforcement activities needed to restore the interior application of our immigration laws..."

The "Granger Package"  purports to "...address the national security and humanitarian crisis at the southern border..."

The Congresswoman issued a statement today that said:  "...This is a crisis that deserves decisive leadership from President Obama, but his Administration has failed to lead, so the House will take action this week to resolve the urgent situation at the southern border. It would be irresponsible to allow this crisis to continue unabated for another month without immediate action to secure the border and deter more unaccompanied minors from making the journey and crossing the border illegally.

“The working group recommendations that have been included are the options I believe represent the most urgent actions that need to be taken to curb the flow of unaccompanied minors, along with women with children, from making the perilous journey to the U.S. border. Additionally, this plan provides the tools necessary to process and humanely return unaccompanied children and family units home as quickly as possible as well as to secure our southern border..."

The statement lists the salient points of the measure:
Policy Recommendations Included in the House Border Crisis Supplemental Package
•    Amend the Trafficking Victims Protection and Reauthorization Act of 2008 to require that all unaccompanied minors are treated the same as unaccompanied minors from Canada and Mexico for the purpose of removals. Additionally, this would require unaccompanied children who do not wish to be voluntarily returned to their home country to remain in Health and Human Services custody while they await an expedited immigration court hearing that must occur not more than 7 days after they are screened by child welfare officials. Priority removal will be given to the children who have most recently arrived in the United States.
•    Deploy additional temporary judges to expedite the hearing of asylum and credible fear claims.
•    Change the Immigration and Nationality act to strengthen the law prohibiting criminals with serious drug related convictions from applying for asylum.
•    Prohibits the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) from denying or restricting U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) activities on federal land under their respective jurisdictions within 100 miles of the US-Mexico border.
•    Deploy the National Guard to the Southern border to assist Border Patrol.

Today's statement from session follows yesterdays address by the Senator in Congress, where he said:

"...The president is preparing to assume for himself the absolute power to set immigration law in America.  'Well, I'll just enforce what I wish to enforce.'  The absolute power to determine who may enter and who may work, no matter what the law says, by the millions.  Our response now is of great import.  It will define the scope of executive and congressional powers for years to come..."

In his address broadcast by C-Span, Sessions issued a warning:

"...Let me state a warning... The American people are being roused to action -- and once activated, their power will be felt.  They will not be mocked.  They have begged and pleaded for our nation's immigration laws to be enforced for 30 or 40 years.  The politicians have refused, refused, refused...There's one thing the powers in Washington fear; that is being voted out of office.  Before a member of Congress acquiesces to any action of this kind, they should consider their responsibility to their constituency...Mr. President, you work for the American people, they don't work for you, and they will not accept nullification of their law passed by their elected representatives...I'm calling on all members of Congress today to stand up to these lawless actions and sponsor legislation that will block them... I'm calling on every person in this body and in this house and in the House of Representatives to stand and be counted at this perilous hour..."  (See the full video HERE)

In today's statement, Sessions addresses the Granger Package and concludes with:

"...And finally, a package that is silent on blocking executive amnesty creates an opportunity for Senate Democrats to add elements of their party’s open borders and mass immigration agenda.  This legislation is unworthy of support.”

putin-1.jpg?width=304After yesterday’s article, “MH-17: Searching for the Truth,” co-written by myself and Diane Sori, a small handful of readers, those with connections to Ukraine, got their panties in a wad and accused us of all manner of things.

Naturally, they have a right to do so but none of them offered any viable or even veiled facts to refute anything in that article. They did however, resort to personal attacks in their knee-jerk reactions as they blindly follow their Ukrainian government the way liberals here are velcroed to the ass of Obama.

In examining evidence and pouring through sources, none of which are the sources we were accused of pouring through by the way, both Diane and I presented the possibilities and identified what, according to the available information, looks like the most likely scenario for the downing of MH-17.

Sometimes, the intel doesn’t lead in the direction you would like it to but that will never keep us from exposing where it DOES lead.

But let’s get something clear right off the bat here…

Palestine Makes You Dumb

To argue the Palestinian side, in the Gaza war, is to make the case for barbarism.

By

Bret Stephens

July 28, 2014 7:29 p.m. ET

Of all the inane things that have been said about the war between Israel and Hamas, surely one dishonorable mention belongs to comments made over the weekend by Benjamin J. Rhodes, deputy national security adviser for strategic communications.

Interviewed by CNN's Candy Crowley, Mr. Rhodes offered the now-standard administration line that Israel has a right to defend itself but needs to do more to avoid civilian casualties. Ms. Crowley interjected that, according to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Jewish state was already doing everything it could to avoid such casualties.

"I think you can always do more," Mr. Rhodes replied. "The U.S. military does that in Afghanistan."

How inapt is this comparison? The list of Afghan civilians accidentally killed by U.S. or NATO strikes is not short. Little of the fighting in Afghanistan took place in the dense urban environments that make the current warfare in Gaza so difficult. The last time the U.S. fought a Gaza-style battle—in Fallujah in 2004—some 800 civilians perished and at least 9,000 homes were destroyed. This is not an indictment of U.S. conduct in Fallujah but an acknowledgment of the grim reality of city combat.

Oh, and by the way, American towns and cities were not being rocketed from above or tunneled under from below as the Fallujah campaign was under way.

Maybe Mr. Rhodes knows all this and was merely caught out mouthing the sorts of platitudes that are considered diplomatically de rigueur when it comes to the Palestinians. Or maybe he was just another victim of what I call the Palestine Effect: The abrupt and often total collapse of logical reasoning, skeptical intelligence and ordinary moral judgment whenever the subject of Palestinian suffering arises.

Consider the media obsession with the body count. According to a daily tally in the New York Times, as of July 27 the war in Gaza had claimed 1,023 Palestinian lives as against 46 Israelis. How does the Times keep such an accurate count of Palestinian deaths? A footnote discloses "Palestinian death tallies are provided by the Palestinian Health Ministry and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs."

OK. So who runs the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza? Hamas does. As for the U.N., it gets its data mainly from two Palestinian agitprop NGOs, one of which, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, offers the remarkably precise statistic that, as of July 27, exactly 82% of deaths in Gaza have been civilians. Curiously, during the 2008-09 Gaza war, the center also reported an 82% civilian casualty rate.

When minutely exact statistics are provided in chaotic circumstances, it suggests the statistics are garbage. When a news organization relies—without clarification—on data provided by a bureaucratic organ of a terrorist organization, there's something wrong there, too.

But let's assume for argument's sake that the numbers are accurate. Does this mean the Palestinians are the chief victims, and Israelis the main victimizers, in the conflict? By this dull logic we might want to rethink the moral equities of World War II, in which over one million German civilians perished at Allied hands compared with just 67,000 British and 12,000 American civilians.

The real utility of the body count is that it offers reporters and commentators who cite it the chance to ascribe implicit blame to Israel while evading questions about ultimate responsibility for the killing. Questions such as: Why is Hamas hiding rockets in U.N.-run schools, as acknowledged by the U.N. itself? What does it mean that Hamas has turned Gaza's central hospital into "a de facto headquarters," as reported by the Washington Post? And why does Hamas keep rejecting, or violating, cease-fires agreed to by Israel?

A reasonable person might conclude from this that Hamas, which started the war, wants it to continue, and that it relies on Israel's moral scruples not to destroy civilian sites that it cynically uses for military purposes. But then there is the Palestine Effect. By this reasoning, Hamas only initiated the fighting because Israel refused to countenance the creation of a Palestinian coalition that included Hamas, and because Israel further objected to helping pay the salaries of Hamas's civil servants in Gaza.

Let's get this one straight. Israel is culpable because (a) it won't accept a Palestinian government that includes a terrorist organization sworn to the Jewish state's destruction; (b) it won't help that organization out of its financial jam; and (c) it won't ease a quasi-blockade—jointly imposed with Egypt—on a territory whose central economic activity appears to be building rocket factories and pouring imported concrete into terrorist tunnels.

This is either bald moral idiocy or thinly veiled bigotry. It mistakes effect for cause, treats self-respect as arrogance and self-defense as aggression, and makes demands of the Jewish state that would be dismissed out of hand anywhere else. To argue the Palestinian side, in this war, is to make the case for barbarism. It is to erase, in the name of humanitarianism, the moral distinctions from which the concept of humanity arises.

Typically, the Obama administration is hedging its bets. The Palestine Effect claims another victim.

An Obama Impeachment is a must solution

By Oscar Y. Harward

Capitol Hill GOP leaders are joining President Obama and Senator Harry Reid to ‘cram ‘illegal’ immigration down (y)our throat’, one way or the other; very much replicating the 2009 Capitol Hill Democrat Party’s majority to ‘cram’ ObamaCare down (y)our throat.  Conservative Republicans are rejecting their decisions on this issue.

GOP leaders, McConnell, Boehner, and their co-leaders appear to be in support of President Obama’s ‘illegal’ immigration AND/OR changes in our current Immigration laws.  Do not be misled!  There are NO major problems to our US Code on ‘Immigration’ laws.  All ‘illegals’ must be compelled to obey the laws.

Veterans injured, damaged, delayed, and/or rejected by the Veterans Administration for accidents and other sicknesses as legally covered under VA services, funded by our Capitol Hill legislators, and signed into law by the then sitting President(s), are forcing Veterans to suffer and/or die under Government agencies’ erroneous decisions; yet continuing to invite more ‘illegal’ immigrants into America, and at taxpayers’ expense.

Speaker Boehner must lay out the facts; appoint or elect a proficient leader with a solid knowledge under US Law, to bring charges of ‘Impeachment’ against President Obama.

The Senate GOP then, must elect a Senator as defined under law to join the process in prosecuting the ‘Impeachment’ of President Obama, as the Majority Democrats defend Obama.

Impeachment is the solution as Americans are now witnessing an ‘ unneeded, unwanted, and unlawful’ invasion.  A 1984 Wendy’s Restaurant advertisement emphasized, ‘Where is the beef’ as now related to ‘illegal’ immigration today? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dnUs2AqWvs

Enforce our immigration laws.

"Americas must realize that self-scrutiny is not treason. Self-examination is not disloyalty."

Seek the truth and let the people know. America will never be destroy from the outside; it will be destroy from within. The love for money is evil. The evil factors-Corporate greed bribes and corrupts our government. If we falter, and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves by ignorance and apathy.

Conservative columnist George Will, stunned "Fox News Sunday" host Chris Wallace when he said that the thousands of children who have entered the United States illegally should be welcomed to America with open arms and say to these children, 'Welcome to America. You're going to go to school and get a job and become Americans,'" Will said, We have 3,141 counties in this country," he said. "That would be 20 per county. The idea that we can't assimilate these 8-year-old criminals with their teddy bears is preposterous. "George Will said the country has plenty of space to accommodate the 57,000 children who have flooded across the border since October last year, most of whom are from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.
MR. Will is right, we can do what he proposed, but the problem is that we will reinforce the Reagan’s immigration solution, the amnesty of 1986. The only solution to this huge immigration problem is to enforce the immigration laws that we have in place today and work on our immigration law to make our immigration law simple. The only criteria for admission to this United State  as an immigrant, must be: 1- to subscribe to our system of government, to our American culture, values and believe in our constitution and the natural rights to all people without compromising their religion as private and be allowed to be practice in any place and respected as an individual right. 2- To be a person of good moral character and no criminal records. 3- To be educated and able to provide for his support and no be a public charge. 4- Visas for students should be granted to students from countries friendly to the USA. only.

There should not be any immigration laws to fill employments needs, refuges programs, religious immigration, political asylums, or the immigration of person’s enemy of our country for the purpose of using their intellectual knowledge or technical expertise.

This United States should focus in reforming the character of the American people, principles and values that will make our Nation a Nation of laws that promote the education, culture our system of government and the economic and welfare of the people of this United States.

MH-17…Searching for the Truth

By Craig Andresen on July 29, 2014 at 5:26 am

mh-17-1a.jpg?width=292

Article Co-Written by Diane Sori

On July 17th another Malaysian plane…MH-17… went down but this time it was different. Different than MH-370 in that this one did indeed crash. However, crashing is NOT what makes this different…being shot down out of the sky does.

While early reports have everyone blaming Vladimir Putin or Russia for this take down there are a few things that just do NOT add up.

First, Putin was the one who told Obama that a plane was down and that in and of itself seems an odd thing for someone supposedly involved to have done. What’s even odder is that Obama was fast to accuse Putin of downing the plane before the debris of the plane even had a chance for its fires to die down.

The more we learn…in mere bits and pieces…the more questions are raised. Questions like…was this an actual surface-to-air take down or was this done by an air-to air-missile?

The actual flight path as compared to what should have been the flight path was changed. According to Malmh-17-2.jpg?width=316aysian air officials, the common route for these planes traveling to Asia would have been about 200 miles south of the flight path this plane was on. Malaysian Air is saying that air traffic control out of Kiev moved MH-17 to a flight path 200 miles north of the one normally used which sent MH-17 directly over the war zone, an alteration probably done while the plane was still in Polish airspace.

Why did they move this plane 200 miles north over the exact area where other military planes had recently been shot down? Part of the problem is that the Kiev government has reportedly seized those records from air traffic control so we might NEVER know.

Another part of the problem is that air traffic control knew damn well this was a civilian airliner and NOT a military plane yet they diverted it over rebel held territory, which raises the question of why would Ukrainian officials send a civilian plane over enemy territory?
