First, I wish to thank everyone for all that you have done to aid our country in its time of greatest need since the Revolution itself. 

Following is a conservative action plan that I first developed in 2009.  It was rejected by all of the tea party leaders that I could find at that time as too drastic.  Perhaps it is, but it could be incredibly effective.  The bottom line is that since the beginning of time, power = control of resources.

This nasty nation, the USA, created a new paradigm enshrining private property where individuals control their own resources, producing untold prosperity to the point where our poorest people now have a standard of living that would be the envy of kings of yore.  In fact, it has a built-in method of wealth redistribution that until recently prevented a handful of people getting control of most of the resources. 

At present, the single largest pool of money is the private retirement accounts of the baby boomers, totaling around $17 trillion.  I am sure this is the next target of the government.  Prior to the Obama administration, the pool of wealthiest people in the nation was very fluid, with most people only staying there briefly.  We saw that our greatest financial successes, from the infamous robber barons to today’s wealthiest, eventually tire of making money, and promote themselves to positions of philanthropy. 

From the Carnegies and Mellons to today’s Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, they reach the pinnacle of power and CHOOSE to redistribute their wealth.  That is the end result of unleashing the liberty of self interest, people get tired of “themselves” and seek deliberately to aid others.  There has never been a more benevolent system of economics in history.  It is only opposed by those who cannot create and crave control over others' resources.  This conflict dates to the dawn of history.  Our free market system defeats that conflict, and therefore, must be destroyed by those who thrive on conflict.   

Since 1776, the Royalists and their descendants have been trying to put the genie of liberty back in the bottle.  The only reason that “social” issues have any relevance at all is that they are used to cajole us out of our resources.  That’s it, power mongers don’t care about health care, the environment, children, gay people, religion, God or gun crime; they only care about getting their grubby hands on our accumulated wealth.  They use all of the social issues and often create social issues to use as emotional levers to expand their control, not to improve our lives.

The only hammer we have to control our out-of-control government is our cumulative wealth.  It is the only tool we have refused to use to date.  For the past 3 years, conservatives have spent untold dollars and hours in a futile effort to get our government to respond to our demands.  We tried the election method, only to be subverted by a combination of a deceitful media and election fraud.  I am presenting this very simple and very doable action plan because I hope you will take it seriously and help to promote it.

Another aspect of conservative activism that we have been ignoring is that we don’t have the manpower to reach all of our possible voters.  We have fewer foot soldiers because most of us have jobs, families and commitments to churches and civic groups.  Liberals don’t have most of that, or don’t invest much time and energy in them.  Additionally, approximately 40% of the population self-identifies as conservative – we have twice as many people to contact door-to-door.  It’s a logistical nightmare, and as we saw in 2012, it didn’t work.  The reason my proposed plan can work is because it is a 2-stage spending freeze program for individuals.  They don’t have to do anything, they just have to not do something.  It is a very passive protest not requiring any particular time or energy.  But it directly targets government revenues to the degree that we can disseminate this program.

We want the government to stop spending.  They won’t.  The obvious solution is to give them an object lesson in “not spending”.  The following action plan focuses on a short term plan to bring this government to its knees and submit to our demands, then a long term plan to restore our Constitution to actual use, not just rhetoric.  If it shocks you too much after first reading, please save it, mull it over and read it again in a week or so.  It’s really incredibly simple and would be 100% effective if we can get it promoted broadly.  If we can get it to enough people through back-channels, it can work:

One of the major premises of a representative republic is that collectively, we are wiser than competent statesmen. I believe that is correct and look forward to hearing from all of you as I believe this plan can be improved.

CONSERVATIVE ACTION PLAN
To
Restore the Republic

Since I first drafted this Conservative Action Plan in 2009, we have seen our nation deteriorate on many levels.  It appears that our government is on the verge of yet another destabilizing spending binge.  In the past 3 years I have yet to see a bold plan that will enable us to rein in our government to constitutional limits.  In the absence of a successful plan of action, I am proposing this Conservative Action Plan again.

We the People of the United States of America hereby demand our nation and our government back. We demand all egregious spending, including the Stimulus Package, Omnibus Spending bill and the Budget be rescinded immediately.  All socialist legislation, including Health Care Reform, Cap and Trade and any other wealth redistribution legislation must be rescinded immediately.  All restrictions to energy exploration and development must be revoked.

As an object lesson for our government, We the People, are about to embark on an object lesson in how to "not spend money".

EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN

We have concluded that our government no longer represents us.  After calls and letters to the government were between 100 to 1 against the TARP program and all subsequent spending, Congress passed all of that legislation in open defiance of the American people.  Indeed, our government has demonstrated such contempt for us, for life, liberty and pursuit of happiness that we have difficulty recognizing it as a government of the United States of America.

These actions constitute gross betrayal and abuse of our trust and shall not stand.

Emergency Demands

     1.  Repeal the Stimulus Package.
     2.  Repeal the Omnibus Spending Bill
     3.  Recall the Budget, eliminate all unnecessary spending and pork and resubmit for a vote
     4.  Rescind health care reform
     5.  Reject Cap and Trade legislation
     6.  Revoke all restrictions to domestic energy exploration, development and production
     7.  Engage in immediate and serious reform of all entitlement spending to relegate most safety net
          activities to private charities where they belong.

Phase 1 Protest

     1.  Weekly 24-hour spending freezes on Mondays beginning immediately
     2.  When the media can no longer ignore the spending freezes and begins to report on it, Phase 1 is
          complete.

During Phase 1, no one will reduce spending, and may increase it while stocking up on non-perishable consumables.  Businesses can participate in and support this freeze by not transacting business on Mondays.  Retailers can close on Mondays, or stay open with a skeleton crew for emergencies.  They can also prepare for the long-term spending freeze by saving cash to sustain their businesses during that period or supplement their services and products to include consumable necessities.

Phase 2 Protest

Halt the 24-hour spending freezes and engage in a long-term discretionary spending freeze.  During this long-term freeze we will refrain from making any purchases or investments which are not absolutely necessary to hold our jobs and feed our children.

This spending freeze will continue until all of the above terms are met.

While engaging in the spending freeze, we will further research and debate the following initial recommendation for a long term strategy to fully restore our republic and self government:

STRATEGY TO RESTORE THE REPUBLIC

     1.  Restructure the House of Representatives to equal either the 1 Representative per 30,000 citizens as
          stated in the Constitution, or at a level at which citizens can successfully run for House seats.

          1. Split all Congressional districts during each succeeding census, increasing the number of
              Representatives until the target ratio is met. (Recommend 1 representative for every 100,000
              citizens as I believe modern technology can support such a ratio.)
          2. As the House becomes better populated, more and more Representatives can reside in their
              districts most of the year and participate in debates and votes electronically from their home
              offices.
          3. Offices in Washington, D. C. can be shared and rotate to allow all Representatives some time in
              Washington, and most of their time in their home offices where they are available to their
              constituents.

     2.  Repeal the 17th Amendment allowing general elections to select State Senators. Restore to the State
          Legislatures the right of selecting the Senators to hold office in the Federal Senate as this
          amendment has diminished the sovereignty of the States.

     3.   Repeal the 16th Amendment allowing the Federal government to tax income.  This will reduce federal
           revenues by about 50%.

     4.   Dismantle all Federal agencies, bureaus and departments not specifically authorized by the
           Constitution, delegating those deemed necessary to the States.

           Where desired by the States, they can assume authority over those federal bureaus, departments and
           agencies as are hosted within state borders and continue their operation at the individual state
           discretion.

SUPPORTING LOGIC

Recipe for Tyranny

In 1911 the number of Representatives in the House was limited to 435. Two years later, the 16th Amendment granted the Federal Government the right to tax “income” (though the exact definition of “income” remains in some dispute).

These two events created two corresponding statistics, one going up and one going down, that have reached critical mass in their relationship.

The two statistics are:

     1.  Per capita representation in Congress which is going down. At present, with a population of over
          306,000,000 and approximately 435 members of the House of Representatives, we have
          Representative for every 703,000 people. When the Constitution was written, it stated “The Number
          of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least
          one Representative;”
     2.  Federal revenues from income tax are going steadily up. The liberal desire to “spread the wealth” may
          have some merit. We currently have, by one revenue chart, as much as 40% of the GDP of our entire
          nation under the incontestable and un-monitored control of 535 people who are more answerable to
          campaign contributors and lobbyists than to their constituents.

This is a recipe for tyranny. Whether it results in an oligarchy that engages in socialism, communism or any other ism is immaterial. Losing our right to control our individual and national destiny is a problem that warrants some attention, even some action.

The Citizen Statesman and Self-Government

The purpose of the lower house, the House of Representatives, is to ensure self government by the Citizens of the United States of America. The House was to be composed of citizen statesmen, not professional or career politicians. The term is only for 2 years for multiple reasons, to prevent too long of an interruption in the citizen statesman’s career, and also to prevent complacency and self indulgence to take root.

This body of citizen statesmen is the only arm of the government empowered to introduce new legislation to raise revenues. Yet, our President repeatedly demanded such of them, and they have complied against the will of the people they represent.

The upper house, the Senate was to be composed of longer term, career statesmen who can provide balance and guidance to the members of the House. Neither the executive branch nor the judicial branch is empowered to introduce new legislation, only Congress. And that lower house was to be composed, not of politicians, but of citizens.

With each Representative representing a constituency of over 700,000, it is no longer possible for a common citizen to communicate effectively with enough of these people to acquire a majority of votes.  Only the independently wealthy are able to run for office.  People who need to work fulltime jobs are prohibited by logistics from office.  This is the greatest tragedy and the single greatest reason for the deterioration of our republic to an oligarchy.  We must, reduce the ratio of citizens to representatives to a level which will enable an average working citizen to campaign and fund-raise on a part-time basis and be able to win.  If it means enlarging the House of Representatives to a full 10,000 members, to the level of 30,000 citizens per representative, then so be it.

Summary

The Constitution of the United States of America was so designed that all laws are to originate with the people, via Congress, not the government.  It was designed to prevent the tyranny of an elite minority over the majority, to prevent a cabal from seizing the reins of government.  Yet, over the past century, this is exactly what has transpired.  Per our Declaration of Independence, it is not only our prerogative to take action, but our duty.

This proposal is submitted to the people of the United States of America for consideration, debate, and comment. It is a starting point; please feel free to add comments and refinements to help us Restore the Republic.

                  Anti Obamacare activists given new life with U.S. Supreme Court order

                               for new hearing on Obamacare religious school challenge

The U.S. Supreme Court has breathed new life into the anti Obamacare movement by ordering the 4th U.S. Circuit Appeals court to hear Liberty University’s challenge to the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare. The university had brought an action against having to implement the law on the grounds of equal protection and religious freedom. President Obama insisted during the presidential campaign that religious freedom would not be inhibited or an issue for religious colleges and religious organizations would have to consider.

According to Fox News, the school is challenging being forced to provide insurance which pay for birth control against the institution’s constitutional rights. Liberty University and many opponents firmly believe that religious institutions are protected from having to adhere to this constitutional violation under the free exercise of religion clause in the First Amendment.

It appeared that many had seemingly resigned themselves to being victimized by the June U.S. Supreme Court decision as well as the recent reelection of Obama which appeared to defeat overturning the bill. But, legal sanity still prevails in the form of state leaders that are now openly opposing the merits of the law with renewed determination.

A number of republican governors are not waiting for the U.S. Supreme Court to analyze the tea leaves in order to take concerted action against this draconian and oppressive federal interventionist law. The governors refuse to have their citizens burdened as Governor Kasich of Ohio warned, “States do not have any flexibility to build and manage exchanges in ways that respond to unique needs of their citizens or markets.”

Monday, November 26th, according to Fox News’ Megyn Kelly, over 16 states have already indicated that they will not be implementing Obamacare’s health insurance exchanges in their states. In fact, Ohio governor John Kasich was joined by Texas governor Rick Perry, Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, Sean Parnell of Alaska, and John Heineman of Nebraska, among others in opposition to state-run health exchanges.

In effect, these governors are providing the lead for Obamacare battleground opponents who can slow down and eventually reduce the implementation of the most odorous and oppressive aspects of the bill.

Democrats who have been doing the happy dance over the reelection of President Obama should slow down that roll to a “wait and see” crawl. More and more states and their citizens will rally against full implementation of the law based upon being deprived of their right to equal protection under the 14th Amendment. Others will seek protection of their religious freedom under the 1st Amendment.

Will you vote against Obama’s war on The Soul of America and its religious freedom Tuesday, November 6th? In President Barack Obama's first term he took advantage of the 340,000 social conservative who did not show up at the polls in 2008’s presidential election. Armed with this free pass given to him, Obama has riddled America’s landscape with executive orders and legislation that abandoned congressional law on gay marriage, abortion, religious choice and many other issues.

Now, four years later in battle ground states like Ohio, Florida, Nevada, and Virginia he wants to complete his anti-religious assault on religious freedoms which are America’s bedrock. So one has to ask, what it will take to motivate social and religious conservatives to vote to preserve and to save America’s freedoms.

Understand this, that the race for the presidency is as close as it could ever be in swing states all over the nation. Gallup just released its final pre-election survey of likely voters on Monday, November 05, 2012 and Mitt Romney is holding onto a bare one percent difference over Obama. Romney’s 49% to Obama’s 48% truly means that ever religious and social conservative voter holds the keys to religious freedom in his or her hands.

What’s at stake is more serious than one might imagine.

Do you believe that your child’s right to be protected from being assaulted with pro-abortion literature in school or gay rights seminars in elementary school against your protests will be listened to, your wrong. School systems have already begun to implement this in schools across the nation.

The Catholic universities and colleges across America are under assault daily from the Obamacare edicts that mandate they obey the Obama pro-contraception insurance mandates. They are being forced to disregard their constitutional right to their religious freedom, or risk the legal wrath of Obama’s federal government.

In fact in Ohio, in May of 2012, Catholic University, in Steubenville, Ohio, decided to fight back against the attempt by the Obama Administration to strip their institution of its religious freedom. Catholic University refused to implement the Obama administration mandates that require a school use their health care plan to provide sterilization, contraceptives or other pregnancy prevention drugs to students.

Michael Hernon, the VP of Advancement at the University, stressed to Fox News in May that Obama Care’s mandates amounted to “moral and economic injustice.” This is clearly a deliberate and intentional act of war on America’s religious freedom!

What more evidence do you need than the very dismissive conduct portrayed at the August Democratic National Convention, where God was booed and denied on the convention floor. Democrat convention organizers under supervision from White House political operatives removed God from the convention platform. When it was discovered, Obama quickly moved to cover up the exclusion with denials from convention handlers. Soon after, Obama’s convention handlers brought it to a vote and God was booed and voted down several times by convention attendees.

The rejection of God in the original Democrat Platform which is a statement of the position of the Democrat Party and its President going into the fall election should serve as a true call to arms by America’s religious community. The move to remove God from the Pledge of Allegiance, abandonment of religious prayer in public schools, at public meetings and at football and other games is just the beginning.  (  read more  )

Hobby shop chain faces backlash for stance against ObamaCare

National arts and crafts retail chain Hobby Lobby is facing backlash after filing a lawsuit opposing the HeathCare Mandate, with the owners claiming that it goes against their Christian Values. (AP)

A Christian-owned chain of hobby shops is facing a bitter backlash after suing the Obama administration over new requirements to provide insured employees with contraceptive and abortion coverage.

Oklahoma-based Hobby Lobby filed the suit Sept. 12 in U.S. District Court in Oklahoma City, alleging that the ObamaCare mandate violates the religious beliefs of the company's owners. The suit followed similar suits by Catholic colleges and a Denver-based company whose owners also objected to the mandate on religious grounds. While a judge has not yet ruled on Hobby Lobby's suit, a Facebook page calling for a boycott of the company, which operates 500 stores in 41 states, has appeared online, and several other forums have featured posts urging customers to steer clear of Hobby Lobby.

“I’m boycotting Hobby Lobby!” reads the heading of one posting on image posting site Flickr. “Even if you're pro-life this kind of action stinks to high heaven! If things like this can be allowed then what's next?!,” the user added.

“They’re being told they have two choices. Either follow their faith and pay the government half-a-billion dollars or give up their beliefs."

Others have taken to social media to protest against Hobby Lobby, with a “Boycott Hobby Lobby” page on Facebook.

“I've been to two Hobby Lobby parking lots today and they were fairly empty. I used to have trouble finding a parking spot!” read one posting from the administrator of the Boycott page. “I think the boycott is catching on! I do not think they are getting the reaction they hoped for.”

Hobby Lobby owner David Green is a devout Baptist who owns one of the world's largest collections of Biblical artifacts. The Barret Fund for Religious Liberty, which represents Green in his suit, argued that compliance with the offending portion of the health care law that the nature of their suit is “would force religiously-motivated business owners like plaintiffs to violate their faith under the threats of millions of dollars in fines.”

Lawyers argued that company employees are well aware of Green's views and their bearing on the company.

“The Green family’s business practices ... reflect their Christian faith in unmistakable and concrete ways,” the complaint states. The company employs full-time chaplains; close all store locations on Sundays and monitors all marketing and operations to make sure that it is consistent with their beliefs.

Failure to comply with the mandate could subject the company to as much as $1.3 million in daily fines, according to Barret Fund attorneys.

"They’re being told they have two choices: Either follow their faith and pay the government half a billion dollars or give up their beliefs," Lori Windham, an attorney from theBarret Fund, told Foxnews.com. "We believe that’s a choice no one should have to make.”

David Green could not be reached for comment, but in a recent USA Today Op-Ed, he blasted the Obama administration for imposing mandates he believes he cannot comply with.

“Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy," Green wrote. "Our government threatens to fine a company that’s raised wages four years running. Our government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs. It’s not right.”

The company does not object to providing coverage that includes birth control pills, but refuses to provide or pay for two specific abortion-inducing drugs such as the so-called "morning after" pill, because Green's "most deeply held religious belief" is that life beginning at conception, the family said in a statement released through its attorneys.

As for the boycott, the company's founders believe customers have the right to vote with their feet.

"The Green family respects every individual's right to free speech and hopes that others will respect their rights also, including the right to live and do business according to their religious beliefs.," the statement said.

Hobby Lobby is believed to be the first non-Catholic company to file an objection to the healthcare mandate. The Newland family, the devoutly Catholic owners of Denver-based Hercules Industries filed a similar suit this past summer and won a court injunction that ruled that they are not obligated to follow the mandate.

“I think the law and precedent set by this case is very strong for Hobby Lobby and the Green Family,” Windham said.

A poll claims Romney will receive zero percent of the black vote. Well, if the poll proves correct, it means that a vast majority of black voters are ignorant of the truth... or else they're racist.

Black Christians who vote for Obama knowing his crimes against Christianity and biblical principles haven chosen to worship the idol of racial loyalty over their discipleship to Jesus Christ. Pure and simple.

Incredibly, some blacks have completely forsaken their Christianity for Obama. A fellow PK (preacher's kid) said her parents recently changed their stance on same-sex marriage in support of their black president. I find this remarkable.

Though I disagree, I have been sympathetic and understanding with black seniors who have suffered dearly, with hearts still bearing scars of racial injustice.

A year or so ago, I hosted the first Black Conservative Press Conference at the National Press Club in DC. Several prominent black conservatives from numerous black conservative groups/organizations spoke. My brother brought my 84-year-old black dad from Baltimore. That evening, Dad said, “Everything I heard today is true. But, because of racism I suffered in my youth, I can not turn against Obama.”

At that time, I respectfully gave my hero, my preacher dad, a pass. Some may criticize me, saying, Lloyd, either you stand for conservatism or you do not. While you may have a valid point, it is in my DNA to respect my parents. How do you respectfully tell your usually character-driven parent that his decision to support Obama, no-matter-what, is rooted in racism and a refusal to forgive?

But now that Obama has been exposed as the most anti-Christian president in U.S. history, senior black Christians must no longer be given a pass for supporting this man.

At stake is something extremely important; their fellowship with Christ versus an idolatrous worship of skin-color.

A growing number of black clergy are publicly choosing Jesus over Obama -- denouncing Obama for his support of same-sex marriage and his vow to be an advocate for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities.

Talk about hard core anti-Christian beliefs; not only does Obama support abortion, but he supports infanticide – killing babies who survive failed abortions.

Obama taught Alinsky tactics to university students from a book which its author dedicated to Lucifer. “Rules for Radicals” was written by Saul Alinsky.

Alinsky's dedication says, “...the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer”

Obama's attacks on religious freedoms are numerous. Over 40 Catholic groups are suing Obama for mandating in Obamacare that faith-based institutions provide contraception and abortion services.

Make no mistake about it: the black church is home base/campaign headquarters for Democratic Party politics. IRS rules against political campaigning from the pulpit only applies to Republicans.

In his shameful, blatantly race-baiting “African-Americans for Obama” campaign ad, Obama says to go, “to your faith community” to promote his campaign. Obama actually instructs black churches to recruit “congregation captains” for his re-election campaign.

Rest assured; black churches which dis Jesus for Obama will not be investigated by the IRS for violating their 501c3 non-profit status.

But there is a higher authority. Woe unto black pastors who encourage their flocks to vote racial loyalty over biblical principles.

Incredibly, the roots of racial hatred run so insidiously deep into the hearts of some blacks who profess Christianity that Obama has their vote – period. These blacks will claim that my facts are lies, that videos have been doctored, and that I am a paid Uncle Tom sell-out to the Republicans. The Bible speaks of those who would rather believe a lie than the truth. Such are in my prayers.

In the biblical account of Christ's Passion, the law gave the mob an opportunity to free one condemned prisoner, thus, saving their choice from crucifixion. Pilate asked the crowd, do I free Jesus or Barabbas? The crowd yelled, “Give us Barabbas!” Jesus was crucified.

Two thousand years later, biblical principles are scheduled for crucifixion in America. Black Christians are faced with a crucial choice; Jesus or Obama. I pray that come November, a majority of black Christians will not yell, “Give us Obama!”

Mary and I accepted Becky's gracious offer to use her condo for a week of relaxation. The panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony is breathtakingly beautiful. The spectacular scene of varying shades of blue sky and alive water is always in a continuous state of change. From our high vantage point, we realized that the gulf is a mirror reflecting the heavens, gifting the sky an opportunity to behold it's own glory.

We were thrilled to witness a pod of dolphins swimming in one direction across our view in the mornings and swimming in the opposite direction in the evenings. Their amazing water ballet featured dolphins two by two, in unison, gracefully leaping into the air and reentering the water in one silky smooth movement.

Surfing the TV channels, I caught the media frenzy over stupid statements made by Republican Todd Akin. One could only conclude that Akin was the most important news story on the planet. This is yet another example of irresponsible, reprehensible and sold-their-souls-to-the-devil behavior by the mainstream media. Their motto is anything that helps Obama or makes Republicans look bad must be exploited to the max. So Akin will receive 24/7 coverage until they have milked every ounce of negative PR for Republicans out of the story.

Remarkably, the mainstream media functions as if getting Obama reelected trumps everything including world affairs, national security, the U.S. economy and nation race relations.

While our media imitates sharks responding to blood in the water ripping apart Akin, Iran unveiled a new upgraded missile. In response, Israel is talking about possibly attacking Iran. Food and gas prices continue to skyrocket. Mary said, “Can you believe a quart of mayo is five dollars on sale?” One in seven Americans are on food stamps.

Have you heard the mainstream media talk about any of these crucial issues? The answer is no because these extremely important news stories do not further the mainstream media's mission to reelect Obama.

As I stated, even national race relations is fair game to be sacrificed for Obama. For example: The mainstream media has ignored the New Black Panthers' call for violence on Republicans at the Republican National Convention in Tampa.

The New Black Panthers' rant on a radio program against Republicans was vile, profane, racist and hate-filled. And yet, we have not heard one peep of rebuke or denouncement from Obama, the Democrats or the mainstream media. The Panthers outrageously and absurdly claim that Republicans hate black people. Therefore, the Panthers claim moral authority to say to the RNC: our “Feet will be on your motherf***king necks”

Judging by their silence regarding the Panthers' hate-filled threat of violence on whites, one can only conclude that the Obama camp believes that the New Black Panthers ginning up hatred in blacks, against white Republicans is good for Obama's reelection. So what if their evil lie rhetoric sets back national race relations, inspires violence and furthers racial division. The Obama camp is not going to look a gift horse in the mouth.

The Obama justice department and mainstream media simply yawned when the New Black Panthers broke the law by putting a bounty on the head of George Zimmerman. Could the under reported epidemic of black flash mob attacks on whites across America be the fruit of the mainstream media supporting Democrat race-baiting and ignoring New Black Panthers threats of violence?

This is the evil we good people of America are up against folks. It truly is a war of us against them who harbor evil intentions. This election is not politics as usual; Democrats vs Republicans fighting for control of America's purse strings.

Given their obvious agenda to reelect Obama, lack of fair and balanced analysis and refusal to report news which really affects our lives, I have no, I repeat, no respect for the mainstream media. My gag reflex is growing increasingly weak watching small minded arrogant people on TV pontificating about premises which are flawed at their root; such as, all opposition to Obama is racist.

This week, it was 24/7 coverage of Akin. In these days leading up to the November presidential election, expect the mainstream media to triple down on their coverage of minor stories that they believe will help Obama while ignoring major news that impacts our lives.

The New Black Panthers are pushing for a race war. And yet, the president, his justice department, the Democratic Party and the mainstream media say nothing. Absolutely contemptible.

These three kids wanted to run for the tall grass. It was early 90's at the U.S. Citizenship Ceremony in Maryland. Around 1500 people filled the hall comprising of citizenship applicants, supportive family and friends.

I was backstage with a trio of extremely nervous and intimidated teenagers who were scheduled to sing our National Anthem. These kids had never performed for such a large audience.

I had been the grand finale of the ceremony for years, performing my original song, “Celebrate America” after applicants took their oath of allegiance. I took great pride that my song was the first song thousands heard as official Americans.

When the MC introduced the trio from so-and-so junior high school, the kids were visibly shaking. They began the anthem fine, but one got nervous and stopped singing which threw off the other two and they stopped singing as well. The trio stood in silence.

I walked from backstage and joined the kids center stage. I told the audience that these kids were symbolic of what it really means to be an American and the great family they would soon become a part of. I shared that the kids were very frightened because the event was much larger than they expected. They could have backed down and refused to perform. But despite their fear, these kids found the courage to face the difficult challenge, keep their word and give it a try. This is the American Way.

Together, the trio and I sang the National Anthem. The audience gave us a standing ovation.

Performing my song at U.S. Citizenship Ceremonies rewarded me an opportunity to chat with brand new “proud” Americans. They understood the sacrifice and divine blessing required to make this extraordinarily unique experiment called “America” a thriving reality. They gleefully desired to assimilate into our culture.

Some applicants were extremely old in wheelchairs; their raised right hand assisted by a family member as they tearfully recited their oath of allegiance.

As the sacred sound of the applicants reciting their oath of allegiance, in unison, came to an end, the hall always erupted in cheers and applause. These jubilant people of various races from numerous countries were officially Americans! They respected our laws, followed the rules and were awarded the precious gift of U.S. Citizenship.

With a stroke of his executive pen, Obama awarded amnesty to illegals, pushing them to the head of the line, in front of applicants who are following the legal process to become U.S. citizens. Obama is disrespecting the efforts of those seeking citizenship legally and the value of what it means to become an American.

And yes, there is a dramatically different mindset between those I witnessed at the ceremonies who earned their precious U.S. Citizenship verses those who got it for free because Obama seeks to purchase Hispanic votes.

Many illegals given instant free citizenship by Obama could not care less about assimilating into our society. They refuse to learn English and have little or no respect for our flag. America is simply the place the go for freebies while still proudly waving their Mexican flag.

Meanwhile, American kids are banned from wearing clothing which features the U.S. flag to school on Cinco de Mayo, a Mexican holiday. The song “God Bless The USA (Proud to be an American)” is banned from public school deemed potentially offensive to other cultures.

Illegals given free citizenship from Obama join the socialists/progressives in their “what's-the-big-deal-about-being-an-American” attitude.

So illegals who are clueless as to what it truly means to be an American and have no emotional connection to our amazing country enjoy benefits not even available to legal U.S. Citizens. For example: Thanks to Obama, illegals from outside any given state can get in-state tuition while U.S. Citizens can not.

Even more painful, Obama continues to lower the bar of what it means to be an American.

Some pundits say Obama has so successfully transformed America into a “gimme society” that the food stamp president will win re-election in a landslide. Other political wizards say the bloom is off the rose. A majority of Americans realize that Obama is a far-left, radical, socialist/progressive, anti-American, lawless dictator. His reign of terror will end come November. Arguments are strong supporting both scenarios.

Folks, candidly, I do not know which political egghead's election predictions are correct. Life has taught me never to invest total trust in my knowledge or in that of any man.
So yes, Obama appears to be doing a great job rallying his base: the lazy racists, the entitlement-minded socialists, the progressives and plain old haters of America. And yes, Obama does own the mainstream media.

Nevertheless, I am confident and strong. What is my response to all the odds appearing overwhelmingly in Obama's favor? Two words: “But God...”
I realize that some on our side get the heebie-jeebies whenever the “G” word is brought into the mix. This is a sad commentary to the effectiveness of the left's relentless campaign to ban God from the public square. America was founded on God and godly principles.

Without going into a lengthy personal testimony, I will say that countless times, when it appeared that all hope was lost, God intervened and turned things around in my favor. My future looked dark. “But God...”

Benjamin Franklin said, “God governs in the affairs of man.” History documents many incidences when America was on the verge of receiving a death-blow, foiled by divine intervention.

The Battle of Long Island was decided by sudden mysterious fog.

In August 1776, with the water full of British warships, George Washington and his Continental Army faced certain defeat by the British in New York City. Besides being extremely outnumbered, Washington's troops were freezing and starving. Adding insult to injury, unseasonable bad weather moved in and it was raining.

The rain turned out to be an extraordinary blessing in disguise. The next morning it was so blindingly foggy that the Brits could not attack. They were forced to wait until the fog passed.
Even more freaky is that the fog only appeared in areas in which it was needed to conceal Washington’s operations from the British. Remarkably, other areas of New York City were perfectly clear.

The fog provided Washington enough cover and time to slip his army to Manhattan without losing a single troop. Washington did not have to fight the British that day. He eventually won the war.

The Brits appeared to have the battle against America all sewn up. “But God...”

Patriots, like you, my heart aches for America. Unbelievably, the mayors of two major cities threatened to punish a restaurant chain if it attempted to do business in their towns because the CEO is a Christian who does not embrace same-sex marriage.

A Supreme Court justice bent the Constitution to uphold the greatest attack on freedom in American history, essentially sealing the death of America as intended by God and our Founding Fathers.

Religious institutions are decreed to fund contraceptive services against their faith or suffer the wrath and iron fist of Obama.

Public schools are indoctrinating our children, beginning in elementary school, to believe that homosexuality is normal -- no different from being born left-handed. Outrageously, our kids are even encouraged to give homosexuality a try before deciding their sexuality.

I find it particularly disturbing that what it means to be an American continues to be diminished. Our parents' legacy of hard work, individuality, and independence is being suppressed. Americanism under Obama means as many people as possible dependent on government. Forget striving to be all you can be; forget pursuing the American dream for you and your family. The message of our socialist dictator is work to share everything equally.

Meanwhile, many Christians either are not interested in voting or refuse to vote for a candidate less perfect than Jesus Christ. To win approval from the left, some Christians caution their brethren not to be too outspoken regarding their faith like that embarrassing Tim Tebow.

Still, I remain vigilant in my quest to defeat Obama. “All that's necessary for the forces of evil to win in the world is for enough good men to do nothing.”

At dinner, a patriot asked, “Mr. Marcus, do you ever get depressed about our country.” I could, very easily. “But God...”

If you can't stand behind our troops, PLEASE, PLEASE feel free to stand in front of them.

I jump on every opportunity to respectfully challenge my 84 year old black dad's loyalty to Obama. Dad has been a Christian pastor over 50 years. He lives in Maryland and I live in Florida. I called Dad to ask if he participated in Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day. He said, no he had not heard about it. Then, he added, “All I know is Chick-fil-A discriminates against gays.”

Folks, I was outraged. Struggling to keep my composure, I passionately said, “Dad, that is a lie! You have got to stop getting your news from the mainstream media!”

I went on to explain to my dad what the protest and appreciation day were really about. Dad was shocked. He does not support same-sex marriage. Dad was pretty grossed out when I told him that in retaliation homosexuals have planned a “kiss-in” at Chick-fil-A restaurants.

I also took the occasion to inform Dad that black pastors across America have organized to protest Obama's support of same-sex marriage. Again, Dad knew nothing about the black pastor's protest.

At my local Chick-fil-A restaurant, Mavis and I were the only blacks there in support of the protest, amongst hundreds of white Christians and Tea Party patriots.

So what is going on? Why is the truth not getting to a majority of black Americans? I fault a majority of black media outlets and the mainstream media.

For the most part, conservative talk radio is a white thing. Even black conservative radio talk show hosts have a mostly white following.

How do we get the truth to black America? Since I am writing about this problem, one might assume I have a solution. Well, I do not, and it frustrates me.

My conversation with Dad was yesterday. He called me at 9AM this morning. “Why haven't I heard about what Christians were doing in support of Chick-fil-A?” I told Bad the reason is because the mainstream media, where he gets his news, is in the pocket of the socialists/progressives who embrace same-sex marriage. The mainstream media (CNN, ABC, CBS, and NBC) gave the phenomenon minimal coverage.

Dad was surprised to learn that all who oppose same-sex marriage are branded bigots and haters by his beloved Democratic Party and the mainstream media. Dad said he does not hate or judge anyone. However, the Bible says homosexuality is wrong. He must stand on the Word of God.

Patriots, my excitement was overwhelming. For years I have been waiting for the correct moment and approach to “respectfully” tell Dad that his blind loyalty to Obama and the Democrats contradicts everything he has stood for and taught me. The moment was miraculously here. Dad was on the phone, asking questions and listening.

My mind was racing, “OK! OK! How can I give him a history lesson and Conservatism vs Liberalism 101 in as few words as possible?” I thought, “Calm down and take it slow.”We talked for an hour.

Dad did not know that not only did Obama say that he supports same-sex marriage, but he vowed to be an advocate of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities. Dad told me to send him the link, which is pretty amazing, considering I have not been successful getting dad to check his email.

Dad was unaware that the Democratic Party is considering making same-sex marriage a part of its platform.

I explained to Dad that the mainstream media spins the truth and, in many cases, lies to support its socialist/progressive anti-Christian anti-God agenda.

For example: Dad heard from his media sources that Republicans, Christians, and Conservatives are trying to ban contraception for women. Yes, Dad was familiar with the reported “War on Women”.

I told Dad no one is trying to stop women from obtaining birth control. Contraception is cheap – available at Walmart for five bucks. I explained that under Obama Care, Christian institutions and Christians will be forced to fund contraception and abortion services against their will and their faith. Again, Dad was shocked. Dad said he does not want to fund such services.

My 84 year old dad joined the Democratic Party in his youth, believing it to be for the hard working little guy. I informed Dad that that Democratic Party no longer exists. In short, spoiled-brat old hippies run the Democratic Party today.

A majority of the Democratic Party leadership are far-left liberals who hate America and believe that man can fix every problem. God is an imaginary being clung to by ignorant, bitter, and racist middle Americans. These Democrats believe they are intellectually superior – and thus far better-qualified to manage our lives. This is why the Democratic Party seeks ever-expanding governmental controls over our behavior. Outrageously, death panels in Obama Care even give government power to decide who lives and who dies.

In response to the socialists/progressives' disbelief in God, Dad, a preacher over 50 years, said, “Your house had a builder. I did not see him. Nor do I know him. But I know he exists. Man also had a builder.”

Dad ended our conservation with “I'm going to Chick-fil-A today to spend some money.”

Some might think me to be just a naïve sentimental old fart. I still remember living in the projects of Baltimore and seeing my dad walking to work. Every eye was on the handsome young black man in his dress blue uniform with polished brass buttons, starched white shirt and spit shined black shoes. Dad was one of the first blacks to break the color barrier into the Baltimore City Fire Department. I was nine years old and so proud of my dad.

While race baiters and haters love to bash our great country saying there should have never been a “color barrier” into the Baltimore City Fire Department, the truth of the matter is black and white Americans together saw this evil and corrected it. Jesus said he who is without sin cast the first stone. It is time that we move on. For crying out loud, we now have a black president of the United States.

Dad went on to be Baltimore City Fire Department's first black Firefighter of the Year, paramedic and Chaplin.

My wife Mary said when she first met dad at a family cookout, she was surprised. She expected a huge man. What she saw was a little pleasant man wearing a funny hat attending the grill, cooking hotdogs and burgers. Dad is around five-eleven medium built. But in my mind, he has always been a very big man.

Dad once commented to me how it saddened him to see the deterioration of standards in the fire department – firefighters being slapped on the wrist for not showing up for their shift and serious laps of character.

Dad, now 84, is very much like Ronald Reagan. Both men came up the hard way and worked for everything they got. Both epitomized the American Dream. Reagan was an eternal optimist; so is my dad. Reagan loved laughter and jokes. Dad who lives in Maryland calls me in Florida to tell me his latest joke. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to still laugh at dad's corny jokes.

Dad is a good guy. Am I naïve or old fashioned expecting the good guy to win? Has America changed so dramatically that being good – a person of character is considered naïve?

Public schools are teaching our children that patriotism is ignorant and prejudice – rude to the rest of the world. These schools force Gay Pride Day down our kids throats. But, wearing a t-shirt to school with the U.S. Flag on it is banned; considered offensive. They teach our kids songs praising Obama while banning God Bless the USA.

So, where are the prominent voices who are standing up and celebrating the goodness and greatness of America? Reagan always touted the goodness of America and how God is with us. Michael Reagan said his dad was America's last great cheerleader. Sadly, I must agree. Although, there is one strong contender.

Sarah Palin has stood up touting the greatness of America and look what the Obama administration and the mainstream media have attempted to do to her. Disgracefully, millions of ill-informed Americans view Palin as a nut-case far-right extremist.

Think about that folks. Because Palin boldly stands up for traditional family values, God and country, the left has tried to crucify not only Palin, but her entire family. Showing more “cajones” than many Republican males, Palin continues to be a relentless cheerleader for Ronald Reagan and my dad's America. But Sarah Palin is only one courageous woman. To conquer the shock and awe assault on our country by Obama and his media minions, we need an army of cheerleaders.

To pass patriotism on to our children and our children's children, we need many more American cheerleaders – teaching character, hard work, education, the goodness and greatness of this extraordinary unique successful experiment called America.

A female relative of mine said, “Sarah Palin – and she wants to tell women – no, no no!” My ranting cousin never did tell me specifically what Palin said that was so offensive. All she knew was Palin was bad for women. While in reality, Sarah Palin epitomizes everything the feminist movement claims to desire for women. Palin is a successful homemaker and businesswoman. My clueless relative clearly bought into the left's campaign to destroy Palin.

I sang God Bless America the other day and towards the end of the song my eyes welled-up. I felt a little embarrassed, silly and old-fashioned. Good things such as love, honor, character and courage stir my emotions. For a moment I thought, “Toughin' up Lloyd, people today do not feel such passion for their country and traditional values.” I rebuked such media inspired nonsense. A majority of Americans still do believe, like my dad and Reagan did, in truth, justice and the American way.

People on both sides of the political aisle, some secretly, liked Reagan because he was a man of character.

As a young black kid clueless about politics, Reagan speeches made me feel good and believe in myself and my country. Who will help Palin fill the void – courageously pick up the baton of inspiration which has laid dormant since the passing of President Reagan.

Will you stand with Sarah Palin cheering on America – risk being demonized and persecuted for the greater good – the future of our country?

In the heat of passion during a radio interview, I said,“The NAACP, Congressional Black Caucus and Democratic Party are more destructive to blacks than the KKK!”

After the radio show, I thought my statement may have been a bit over the top. Upon further thought, I concluded that my statement is true. Before calling me crazy, please hear me out.

The mission of the KKK is to stifle black liberation via intimidation which is exactly what the modern black civil rights coalition continues to do to blacks. Both organizations despise self-starter, self-reliant and free thinking blacks.

The primary mission of the black civil rights coalition (NAACP/ CBC) and Democratic Party is to keep black Americans believing themselves eternal victims of an eternally racist white America. Many blacks have been successfully indoctrinated into believing every problem in the black community is the result of white oppression.

This is why the black civil rights coalition verbally brutalized black actor/comedian Bill Cosby for suggesting that blacks embrace moral responsibility, hard work and self-reliance to solve problems in their community.

This is also why the black civil rights coalition hates two of the most powerful blacks on the planet; Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Thomas and Rice achieved extraordinary success competing without special concessions or lowered standards due to their race. The KKK shares the black civil rights coalition's disdain for such uppity self-reliant “n------”.

As I stated, the mission of the KKK is to suppress blacks. The black civil rights coalition has assisted in the fulfillment of the KKK's mission for decades.

Democratic Party failed-policies supported by the black civil rights coalition have destroyed the black family and sparked epidemic out-of-wedlock births. They have created fatherless black boys who run to gangs in search of male bonding. Blacks are disproportionately represented in prisons, have epidemic high school dropout rates and genocidal levels of black abortions – all due to Democrat led government intrusion.

Yes, monolithic loyal voting for Democrats has truly paid off for blacks. It would be fitting and proper for the KKK to send the black civil rights coalition a “Thank You” card for wreaking such havoc in the black community.

A black man in the White House is the ultimate symbol of America's repentance from her sin of slavery. And yet, to preserve its relevance, the black civil rights coalition strives to convince blacks that race relations have progressed very little since the 1950s. Meanwhile, President Obama is the huge black elephant – or perhaps, I should say donkey – in America's living room proving otherwise.

The NAACP further revealed its true colors when Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney addressed its members at their convention.

Clearly, this once-great organization, which comprised champions of civil rights, has morphed into a shameful liberal activist hate group. They do not give-a-hoot about real black empowerment. Their mission is solely to advance a far-left, liberal, socialist/progressive and anti-America agenda. The NAACP has sold its soul for a seat at its white liberal massa's table. This disgraceful bunch no longer deserves our respect.

The NAACP called Romney offensive for speaking about family values, self-reliance, character and hard work – values touted by MLK.

The liberal NAACP audience wanted Romney to give an Obama type speech proclaiming that business owners are rich selfish SOBs! They wanted Romney to vow to punish achievers and redistribute their ill-gotten gain (earnings) to black America. Such a speech would have won Romney a standing ovation.

This is why, as a black conservative, I have disassociated myself from the evil low-rent modern black civil rights coalition. They consistently appeal to black America's lower nature, promoting victimhood-ism, class envy and racial hatred. I refuse to be a part of such a bottom-feeding mindset.

Also, there are grave consequences associated with constantly telling blacks they need lower standards and special concessions to succeed. Such bigotry of low expectations sends a not-so-subliminal message to blacks. The message is blacks are intellectually challenged and inferior. The KKK could not do a better job of negatively impacting the self-esteem of black Americans.

Further insulting blacks is the black civil rights coalition's argument that requiring a photo ID to vote will disenfranchise black voters. In essence, they are saying blacks are too stupid to find their way to acquire a photo ID.

A photo ID is required to board an airplane, cash a check and do a host of other things. But somehow, acquiring a photo ID is too challenging for blacks. It appears the KKK, black civil rights coalition and Democratic Party all agree that blacks are just not as smart as whites.

The black civil rights coalition and the Democrats have a cow when conservative Republicans bring up morality. They are outraged when conservatives suggest that it might be problematic that 73% of black babies are born out of wedlock.

Here is what the Obama administration, praised by the black civil rights coalition, considers black empowerment. Proudly declared as an effort to assist black America, the Obama administration announced it has softened the penalty for possession of crack cocaine.

I suspect the KKK cheered, “Right on brothers! Right on!”

We are going to end Obamacare at the state level by using the KISS principle – Keep It Simple, Stupid, so let’s get it started!

Using simplicity and common sense, we Americans can take this into our own hands and do what we need to do to prove that Obamacare is irrelevant and unnecessary at the state level.  All we need is a simple solution, which this article provides, and one state that will pursue this by doing a little homework.

Let me start by telling you what this is NOT… this solution is not reliant on the politicians who foisted this upon us or the spineless politicians doing nothing to end it.  It is not dependent upon repeal, courts, nullification, state-wide voting, Constitutional amendments, petitions or polls.

Now let me tell you what this is… it is about picking one or more states that will do some simple homework to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Obamacare law is not applicable in their state.  If we do this, we can proactively take control of the narrative to announce that Obamacare is irrelevant because the state is already compliant.

BACKGROUND:

First, Obama and his comrades established that the fundamental basis of Obamacare is to ensure that everyone has healthcare.  They claimed that 12 to 30 million people are going without healthcare and these people have a right to it.  Has anyone challenged this with actual data that shows who these people really are?  Read on and you will find out.

Second, Obama and his comrades claim that the 12 to 30 million phantom people are our poor and disadvantaged.  This enables a powerful narrative that the media and left-wing talking heads can push onto the uninformed and ignorant 26% who support Obamacare.  Is anyone challenging this narrative with actual truth?  Not yet.  That’s why, when we convey facts and even show sections of the actual legislation to uninformed people, their bottom line response is, “Well I think everyone should have healthcare.”  Again, the false narrative wins the day, the uninformed remain ignorant and they actually believe that these phantom people who want healthcare cannot get it.

Third, the Obama narrative has now advanced to “States need to expand the Medicaid rolls” and some GOP Governors are flatly saying “No.”  What these Governors fail to see is where this narrative is going.  Medicaid is for the poor and disabled, so the spin masters are setting the stage for their next assertion; “Republicans won’t expand the Medicaid rolls because they want poor and disabled people to die.”  When are these GOP Governors going to flatly say that the poor and disabled are ALREADY covered by Medicaid?  And tell the truth that expanding the Medicaid rolls is a false narrative.

GOP Governors are playing checkers while Obama and his comrades are playing chess and are a few moves away from checkmate.  Instead of responding to Obama’s narrative and falling into his trap, do some homework and speak boldly to create a completely different narrative.  In other words, expose the truth.

SIMPLE SOLUTION:

States can take control of the narrative by defining a clear, true and concise narrative that lets people know that, from our poor to our elderly and everyone in between, all who want healthcare can already get it without Obamacare.

Can a state prove this?  Yes.  I contend that all a state needs to do is gather totals… the total number of people served by each of the categories delineated below.  Every provider, insurer and program know how many people they serve in a given state.

Get the totals, add them up and then compare that number with the total population of the state to see how many people are not receiving healthcare from any of these categories.  The number will either be zero or a very small percentage of the state population.  Then, just a little more homework will reveal that the vast majority of this small segment of the state’s population is actually young, healthy people who choose not to spend their money on it because they don’t need it, they don’t use it and they don’t want it.

Take a very close look at all these programs and healthcare-delivery vehicles (below) that have been in place without Obamacare and before Obama took the Presidency.  Look at all the people covered in these categories.  A majority of working Americans who already have healthcare plans actually have no idea that all these programs exist and, unfortunately, Obama’s lies sound believable to them when no one counters him with the truth.

• Medicare: for everyone aged 65 and older.
• Medicaid and/or SCHIP (e.g. CA has MediCal and Healthy Families): for everyone who is poor and disabled.
• TRICARE: for service members, retirees and their families.
• Veterans Administration: for Veterans.
• Employer-based: for individuals and families covered through their employer.
• University-based: for University/College attendees (e.g. CA has a mandatory fee that all students must pay which provides healthcare coverage whether they want it or not).
• COBRA: for individuals and families who are in-between jobs/left their job for whatever reason.  If they are unable to find new employment and their income remains low (e.g. unemployment), they become eligible for Medicaid, Hospital/Doctor Financial Waivers, and they can go to clinics or even private providers.  One size doesn’t fit all and these people have choices.
• Tribes: for individuals and families who are members of an Indian Tribe.
• Clinics: for individuals and families who receive healthcare from community-based/free clinics.
• Private Provider: for individuals and families who choose to pay for their own healthcare through private providers.
• Religious Exemption: for individuals and families who choose to be exempt for religious reasons, which includes people such as the Amish, Muslims, Mennonites and Hutterites (because purchasing insurance violates their religious beliefs).
• Hospital/Doctor Financial Waiver: for individuals who receive free healthcare directly from doctors/hospitals because they submitted a ‘financial hardship’ form.

Don’t forget that Obama and his comrades gave the states another category:

• Obama/HHS Waiver: for millions of Obama’s lobbyists/special-interest friends/campaign contributors who received an Obamacare waiver directly from Obama’s HHS secretary.

After a state gathers the grand total of all the above categories and subtracts it from the state population, the state can create their own waiver in order to protect young peoples’ right to choose and once they are in this new category, everyone is accounted for in terms of healthcare and Obamacare is proven irrelevant and unnecessary because the state is already compliant.  Everyone who wants healthcare already has it.

• *Freedom-of-Choice Waiver: this is a new category (if needed) for the majority of young people who seek to exercise their unalienable Right, as granted by our Declaration and Constitution, to choose not to spend their hard-earned money on healthcare because they do not use, want or need it while they’re young and healthy.  The Freedom-of-Choice Waiver accomplishes the exact same thing as the waiver granted at the Federal level by Obama – it exempts people who want exemption; therefore, it is completely consistent with Federal precedence.

Take control of the narrative Governors!  Do your homework!  Don’t fall into the latest trap.  Expanding Medicaid rolls is a false flag.  Our poor and disabled are already on Medicaid and, in fact, many who are not poor and can afford healthcare are on the Medicaid rolls already.  We don’t have $100 million a year in Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse by accident.  So don’t take the bait!  Medicaid rolls don’t need expanding because our poor and disabled already have Medicaid.  So get out there and spread the truth!

While we’re on the subject of going on offense and getting the truth out there, notice that Obama’s campaign rhetoric includes sound-bites that give the false impression that Obamacare will give people whatever healthcare they want – for free – and up to now, his lies remain unchallenged.

Know this… Obamacare does not address the quantity or quality of healthcare; it merely asserts that once the federal government controls our healthcare, a 15-member panel and about 159 new government agencies will decide the quantity, quality and location of treatment IF they allow you to have it.

Who is challenging Obama about the federally controlled Medicare program that, by far, denies more claims for the people it serves than any other form of healthcare coverage?  Quantity or quality is not even part of the debate when talking about Obamacare because Medicare already shows us what happens when the federal government controls healthcare.  Get out there and spread the truth about this!

Make no mistake, Obamacare does not make healthcare a “right,” it takes away our right to choose and it forces our young people to pay into a monstrous system that destroys the best healthcare system in the world, transforms citizens into serfs, creates another massive redistributive system that seizes the fruits of our labor and gives the federal government control of our finances and our lives.  As Mark Levin says, it forever changes the relationship between government and citizen.

So… which states will remain on defense and constrain their public responses to the false narratives and clichés thrown at them by Obama and his comrades?

And… which states will do their homework, gather the totals and create the media firestorm that will stop Obamacare dead in its tracks?

Which state will be the first to prove that Obamacare is irrelevant in their state because they are already compliant and everyone who wants healthcare already has it?

Which state is ready to go on offense and protect individuals and businesses in their state from Obamacare? 

Let’s get it started!  If states do their homework, take control of the narrative and spread the truth, we’ll be kissing Obamacare goodbye in short order.

News that the Department of Health and Human Services was promulgating a rule that would destroy about 35% of the Health Savings Account market comes as no surprise to Tea Party activists who warned everyone who would listen that ObamaCare would kill the private insurance market.

The rule known as the "Medical Loss Ratio" rule would deny private and small business issued policies from being sold on the ObamaCare health care exchanges.  There are currently five million people who have small business and individual issued policies. Those policies will be ripped from their hands should the rule go into effect.

HHS does not seem to care that the rule will be directly violate President Obama's promise that "[I]f you like your health plan, you'll keep your health plan."   They also don't seem to care that their edict will decimate the Health Savings Account market.

Since their creation in 2003, HSAs have become the fastest growing health care product in history.  14 million Americans enjoy their benefits.  They are, in fact, the real alternative to government-run health care.  They are a market-based product that encourages people to save money by shopping for health care services.  No wonder they are the first victims of ObamaCare.

Find out who voted Obamacare into office, and let them know they are in their last term.

On July 4^th I co-hosted the Campaign To Defeat Obama Telethon. We raised funds to wage campaigns in four states which Obama won last election, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan and Nevada. Our goal is to win those states delivering 50 electoral votes to Mitt Romney. Patriots across America responded well making the telethon a success.

I thought it might be interesting to share a little behind the scenes info with you.

After the broadcast, a few of our staff who were taking donations over the phones said they were shocked at the number of hate-filled emotion driven idiotic calls from Obama supporters.

Obama brain dead callers expressed outrage that we would dare oppose America's first black president on Independence Day. A caller said, “I'm gonna find out where that traitorous n-----, Lloyd Marcus, lives and kick his a--! I will go to a tea party and punch him in the face!”

Obama callers were equally vile expressing their anger at Dr Alveda King, niece of Dr Martin Luther King, Jr. for her appearance on the telethon. An Obama caller absurdly claimed Obama was responsible for Dr King and I having the freedom to be on the telethon. Another Obama caller said if Republicans had their way, African-Americans would still be slaves. Patriots, can you believe they believe such nonsense?

Black Obama zombies who have a knee-jerk hatred toward black conservatives such as Dr Alveda King are particularly frustrating. These Democratic Party indoctrinated blacks believe any black who does not scream from the rooftops, “I am a victim!” must be a traitor to their race.

While in reality, black conservatives are true heroes, advocates of “real” black empowerment via education, hard work and self reliance. MLK would turn over in his grave upon learning that such values are considered too high minded, too much to expect from blacks and a turn-off in the modern civil rights movement.

Dr Alveda King is laser focused on her life's mission to protect innocent unborn babies. Black babies are aborted at a genocidal high rate -- more than any other ethnic group in America. So why on earth do black leaders side with cheerleaders of abortion and seek to destroy Dr. Alveda King? Stupid black supporters of policies which harm blacks called into our telethon trashing Dr King.

Some Obama supporters called into the telethon inquiring, “Is this where I call to vote for Obama?” I kid you not folks. These clueless, ignorant, racist and lazy people make up a large percentage of Obama's base. I pray there are more of us than them in November.

Our telethon was packed with so many top conservatives who wished to chime in that we were forced to reduce some interviews down to two minutes to fit everyone in before the end of the program.

Our distinguished guest list included David Limbaugh, Herman Cain, Dick Morris, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Pamela Gellar, Judson Philips and Melanie Morgan just to name a few.

I was thrilled to hear a common theme which dominated the telethon. Conservatives across America are well aware of the seriousness of the situation in which we find ourselves as freedom loving Americans.

They realize the dire consequences of Obama having a second term to fully implement his vowed “fundamental transformation of America.” A second term for Obama would mark the end of America as we know it.

America's top conservatives are united in their commitment to defeat this evil tyrannical enemy-within threatening our great country. Obama MUST be a one term president.

Judging from the number of Obama supporters who called our telethon accusing us of racism, media attacks calling us racist and threats on my life for daring to be a freedom loving black patriot, clearly the old and tattered “race card” will play a prominent role in Obama's reelection campaign.

Think about that folks. For the first time in U.S. History, we have a president we are not allowed to disagree with or criticize in any way. Those who dare oppose King Obama will suffer the pain and humiliation of having “racist” branded on their forehead by the White House and Obama's mainstream media enforcers.

Patriots, we cannot and will not be silenced by their absurd baseless accusations. You MUST remain bold and fearless Americans, standing up for truth, justice and the American Way!

And God will continue to bless the United States of America.
