Gentlemen,

For some of you, I am a constituent, for others, an information source or worse case, a pain in the rear... please forgive me if you feel I fall into the latter category as I am not a politician and I am certainly not "politically correct".

I write today on the topic of our current Federal Government shutdown.

I re-read Supreme Justice Roberts decision on the Affordable Care Act this morning - and I re-read the Constitution of the United States. I determined there is something I believe you may have missed in the chaos and misdirection found today on the Hill.

In a nutshell;

1. Supreme Justice Roberts ruled that the Affordable care Act is in fact a tax. Congress has within its power to impose a tax in this Nation.

2. The Constitution of the United States, Article I, section 8, paragraph 1 states: "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;"

Therefore, The Supreme Court rules that the Affordable Care Act is Constitutional, but a tax. The Constitution states that any tax (excises) imposed by Congress MUST be "uniform throughout the United States;"

President Obama has, by Executive Legislative Fiat, excluded the entire Federal Government from the Affordable Care Act.

This appears to be unconstitutional as the Affordable care act no longer meets the requirements of Article I, section 8, paragraph 1 - the federal Government has now been exempted from this "tax".

Gentlemen, this entire Federal Government shutdown appears to be unconstitutional!

The argument from Senator Reid is that if the funding for the Affordable Care Act is not within the budget approved from the House - it will be rejected.

From the White House; President Obama has clearly stated he will veto any budget if it does not include funding the Affordable Care Act.

Dozens of polls have been run by credible organizations Nation-wide over the past few months, all asking the American Public if they wanted or did not want the Affordable Care Act...

The lowest poll results I found was 68% against the Affordable Care Act and the highest poll results I found was 92% against the Affordable care Act. This tells me - and should tell any elected listening to their constituents  - the American Public does not want the Affordable Care Act!

Gentlemen - it appears the American Public has voiced their opinions against this "law" and wants no part of it. The House did the right thing and voted to de-fund the Affordable Care Act then provided their budget to the Senate, who rejected it....

Yet, President Obama exempted all Federal Employees from the Affordable Care Act - and therein lies the Constitutional issue... the Affordable Care Act no longer meets the requirements of Article I, section 8, paragraph 1. Moreover - Senator Reid wants no part of the Affordable Care Act upon himself or his friends. He knows for a fact it is NOT "affordable".

I ask that all of you join together, ask your peers to join together - and hand carry if necessary this argument to the Supreme Court for a ruling. If Supreme Justice Roberts agrees to clear the decks and hear this - this may be a method to restore our government budget constitutionally and get our Government back in the game.

As a sidebar, it de-funds the Affordable Care Act and places those supporting funding it on notice the People of this Nation are tired of the unconstitutional actions of those we elected to office and will no longer tolerate these abuses.

How disgraceful for Capitol Hill Democrats to turn their back on our Veterans who have served our nation!

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is ‘RIGHT’ on this issue and others.

Why should any Republican on Capitol Hill negotiate on anything to President Obama as he has ‘blasted’ Republicans on a daily basis for more than 4 years?

Remember, we are approaching $17 Trillion in deficit spending; more than $6 Trillion under this President Obama administration in the past 4 plus years.  When will the spending stop?

Stopping President Obama, Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV), Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), and many other Capitol Hill Democrats from spending the USA into bankruptcy is the only way to same our nation.

To win in 2014, Capitol Hill Republicans must remain strong to stop the out-of-control spending. For all of those RINO Republicans who fail to agree, we will find a replacement for each of you.

Las Vegas, Nevada . . . America's playground and a city that promises "Whatever Happens There, Stays There."  With attractions such as these, it's no wonder why Vegas holds a special place in American's hearts, as well as their wallets . . .

Yet . . . as much as American's have earned a "well deserved getaway," they also understand that our country is undergoing a transformation to the likes and speed it has "never" experienced before . . . and sadly, not for the better.  No doubt, there's plenty of blame to go around in both the Republican and Democrat parties but there is no disputing that Harry Reid and a majority of Democrats "want total control over our country" rather than "humbling themselves" to the requests of their EMPLOYER'S . . . the American people !  This arrogant and authoritative attitude has been blatant and unyielding, revealing there is no plan to act on behalf of those they're there to serve because Harry Reid and minions know better than the American people.  Of course, the latest example of this is Mr. Reid's tirade in the Senate, unwilling to compromise on any of the issues, American's backed "post ponement" of Obamacare and last but not least, blaming The Tea Party for the gridlock and government shutdown.  All the while the Dems. have forced a government shutdown, not one scandal has been addressed, terrorist are increasing their attacks across the world but of utmost urgency, their attacks here at home !  As I write this post, the news announces that a Bosnian immigrant brought a bomb into the Jacksonville, Florida airport, to which it has been evacuated . . .

How many more attacks, shutdowns, sequestrations, scandals, etc... etc... etc...  can go unaddressed before America implodes ?  I believe we are witnessing that the "majority of Americans" don't want to wait around to find out but rather are desperately seeking immediate ways to change course - hence, boycotting the city that got Harry Reid elected ?  When voices of reason go unheard . . . THE POCKETBOOK SPEAKS VOLUMES !

As Ronald Reagan said, “… the government is the problem”.

Rather than having government to entice entrepreneurs in creating more jobs, President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats continue to obstruct more barriers for capitalists to overcome.

Today, President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats are immovable on ‘ObamaCare’, a ‘job-killing’ law that Americans, Businesses, and even, Labor Unions reject; however and to the end, President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats are determined to ‘cram ObamaCare down (y)our throat’.  

Some four years ago, it was Capitol Hill Democrat Party House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi who was driving Capitol Hill Democrats to ‘cram ObamaCare down (y)our throat’.  Today, it is Democrat Party Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid, who is driving the issue.

It appears that all President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats know and/or understand is First; more spending and all deficit spending in excess to government income.  Secondly; it appears these Democrats demand is more taxes on working Americans; a group of those who are willing to work harder and smarter to enhance their family income, and Thirdly; for Democrats, it is all about fully funding and enforcing ‘ObamaCare’.

President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats seek to support and give more government giveaways to the voters who lack the personal initiative(s) to work harder and smarter to improve their own everyday lifestyle.

A majority of Americans do reject ‘ObamaCare’.  Businesses in the ‘private sector’ reject ‘ObamaCare’.  Labor Unions reject ‘ObamaCare’.  ‘ObamaCare’ is a ‘job-killer’ in our ‘free-market’ economy.  Americans have reached a peak whereas working Americans are over-taxed or Taxed Enough Already (TEA).  Many Americans are determined, willing, and enthusiastic in rebuilding our economy with jobs, jobs, and more jobs in the private sector as soon as government obstructions are removed.

President Obama, Capitol Hill Democrats and the NAACP support ObamaCare.  The ‘main-stream’ Medias support President Obama, Capitol Hill Democrats, and ‘ObamaCare’, most of all who appear to have little knowledge, experience, and/or wisdoms other than their desire for ‘ObamaCare’.

If and whenever President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats wake up and ‘perceive’ the problems with government, and American voters become engaged in government abilities to recognize that ‘government knows best’ is the wrong direction, and these voters start voting accordingly, then and only then will our US economy explode with growth; more new jobs in the private sector than ever expected.

Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) of General Election 2014 is now acting the same in ‘cramming ObamaCare down (y)our throat’; acting the same as Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) did in General Election 2010 season in ‘cramming ObamaCare down (y)our throat’.

GOP leaders and many other Republicans voted for ObamaCare in joining Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats to defeat Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX); an attempt to restore our Health Care and our fragile economy.  Americans want jobs.  ObamaCare is choking our economy.  Businesses are having a difficult time by adding ObamaCare to their cost and competing in a world economy.  Many of our manufacturing jobs have left the USA for friendlier nations.

Most Americans expected Harry Reid’s Senate Majority Democrats to, again, shove an unwanted, unwanted, and unneeded edition of ObamaCare crammed down our throats; however, no one ever expected so many Republicans to weaken in support of such a collapsing national economy damaging piece of legislation as ObamaCare and strained us and now perceive a forced re-run on Americans’ who are coveting jobs, not additional economic failures.

Most Americans and more than half of all small business now want ObamaCare to be repealed and/or defunded.  Even Labor Unions are calling to end ObamaCare.  Our US economy is in shambles; however, Capitol Hill GOP leaders led many Republicans to join in with President Obama, Sen. Harry Reid, and other Capitol Hill Democrats.  Did you ever believe so many Republicans could and/or would make such a left turn.  It is as if too many Capitol Hill legislators are drinking too much ‘Kool-Aid’ or consuming some other ‘mind bending’ substance(s).

Unfortunately, most Capitol Hill Democrat and Republican Party leaders have betrayed (y)our American businesses and their employees on ObamaCare.

Pennsylvania Avenue and many Democrat, Republican, and Independent Capitol Hill legislators are well overdue for replacements.  Watch their Senate challengers ascend in 2014!

To win, Capitol Hill Republicans in the House must ‘stay firm’, take Harry Reid’s CR, ‘re-attach’ defunding ObamaCare, and return it to the Senate.

In the end, the Republican Party ‘will win’ if they ‘stand firm’ and require ‘defunding of ObamaCare’ while funding other balances of the bloated budget.  Americans want ObamaCare to go away; either ‘repeal or defund’ this economy killing ‘atrocity’. No more debating!

If the Republicans weaken or bow, President Obama, Harry Reid, and Capitol Hill Democrats win.

Just as the American electorate held Nancy Pelosi and Capitol Hill Democrats responsible for ‘cramming’ ObamaCare down the throats of Americans in 2009/2010, the American electorate will hold President Obama, Harry Reid, and Capitol Hill Democrat responsible in 2014 for not negotiating, repealing, or defunding.

If Republicans fail to continue the fight to defund or repeal, Americans will hold Capitol Hill Republicans responsible, and many Republicans will be coming home after the November 2014 General Election. 

Republicans must stay strong.  It is President Obama, Sen. Harry Reid and other Democrats who, by refusing to negotiate what Americans desire, are forcing the government ‘shut-down’.

President Obama and/or any others are ‘off target’ in referring to ObamaCare as the ‘Affordable Care Act’.  ‘Affordable’ is actually the reverse.   ObamaCare in not ‘affordable’ for almost all Americans with the exception being to those whose plan is to ascertain their Health Care ‘free’.

America, we have and had a very well working Health Care system prior to ObamaCare legislation.  A majority of Americans were pleased with their own Medicare, employer/employee group(s), family and/or individual plans, or other forms of Health Care; including Medicaid.

Obama’s and Capitol Hill Democrats’ ObamaCare is merely a ‘redistribution’ of the wealth.  ObamaCare is taking more from the working ‘middle class’ employers and employees while giving more to so many who are unwilling to work at all, or unenthusiastic about working smarter and harder for greater personal achievement(s).

President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats continue to say Republicans haven’t offered any alternative.  While you and I understand that is a ‘lie’, the Democrats are making points with the ‘less than informed’.  Capitol Hill Republicans have offered multiple responsible plans in Health Care; all voted down by Liberal Democrats.

Again, a large majority of working and retired Americans were satisfied and/or pleased with their previous plans of Health Care.  All Americans must be reminded as such.

How many legislators voted to pass Obama care based on false pretenses!     All officers are oath and duty bound to the highest standards of honesty, truth, and integrity.    Are there any who had read and understood the legislation when they voted for it?    How many yes voters have completely read the bill, understand it and can explain the laws and recite a firm cost per year with truthful disclosure of who is going to pay for it.    Is there an accounting and consensus on the legality of stripping hundreds of billions from MEDICARE Funds that are required for retiree SSI-MED benefits... as part and parcel of SSI trust fund covenants?

If any of the naked ignorance and deception discussed in the media over the past several years is remotely true, we are following the Pied Piper of fraud over the cliff and into a sea of destruction.    It isn't enough to defund Obamacare, we have fraud in treasonous proportions to prosecute, and no one seems to have the guts to file charges!

A Little Knowledge Is a Dangerous

Allow me to begin by explaining a few things about myself.  I am most politically incorrect.  I hold a few things as tenets of my American citizenship.

One:    This is and was intended to be a Christian nation. 

Two:    Muslims and the muslim religion are something to be feared and distrusted.

Three:  This country was founded on the principles of freedom and individual  responsibility.

Four:    An ignorant electorate is a very dangerous thing.

Now let’s take a look at those tenets in order

This country was founded and by Christians.  Yes they wrote into that marvelous document we know as our Constitution.  Yes they wrote into the first ten amendments, better known as the Bill of Rights, and into the very first of them these words: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; …” but there is no way they intended that to be interpreted as the outlawing of governmentally sponsored and approved religious symbolism or practices on or near governmentally supported institutions. Thomas Jefferson ,our third president and author of the Declaration of Independence and founding father certainly knew of that amendment when he began holding church services in the White House after he was elected.  A tradition that lasted for fifty years..  Nor were they ignorant of them when they inscribed out money with “In GOD We Trust” and placing various references to God on many of our government buildings in Washington DC.  I am of the firm opinion that the Supreme Court was way out of bounds in declaring school prayer unconstitutional.

The Muslim religion has as one of their tenets that infidels that cannot be converted must be killed.  I cannot be converted.  I have reason to distrust and fear any and all Muslims.  AND I do.  This says nothing of the fact that the largest of the muslim sects- The Shiites - has formally declared a “jihad” against America which is tantamount to a declaration of war.

The first Amendment to the Constitution states in full “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”  I take that to mean I am allowed to write this blog and say what I choose or to give a speech on any topic and on any street corner of these United States without government interference.  Were you aware that a man and his wife were detained, in handcuffs, inside a national park, Liberty Park ironically, for the act of handing out pamphlets regarding the Constitution of this country?  It is true.  Look it up.

And the last point regarding an uninformed electorate.  One minor example I’ll give you is the recent “Overpass” rallies held by many Tea Party organizations around this nation.  The county I live in doesn’t have an overpass so the local Tea Party held theirs by the side of one of the major highways in the county.  That organization received this post on it’s Face Book page.  "Your display on Route 19 today is an embarrassment to the state. I hope those unfortunate enough to have seen it don't think the entire community shares your hatred for the President of the United States."  She is apparently unaware that one poll shows that fifty seven pct. of AMERICAN voters disapprove of that president and a growing faction (Hovering near the 50% level) believe he has committed crimes deserving of impeachment.  She is unaware that a majority of her fellow citizens in West (By God) Virginia feel that way.  Then there are the people who get their information about the state of this country only from the mainstream media.  Even true idiots don’t limit themselves to one source of information.  Gad woman, WAKE UP.

This one fact leads us to a very dangerous situation for Americans.  Obamacare is so feared by the informed public that even agencies of the federal government are protesting being covered by it.  Just as an aside I have a good friend in the corporate world whose insurance premium has already doubled and they are looking at more increases every few months.  All because of Obamacare.  My personal physician has opted out of the Medicare system because of it and now sees only privately insured or cash customers.  I am one of those people covered by Medicare so I don’t get to see a Dr. very often these days.  Just can’t afford it. I could go on about the liberal overreach and destruction of freedoms as well as the encroachment on our Constitution, but I will save that for another day.

Why won't Nancy Pelosi go away? You would think that someone who's done that much damage to this country would hide her Botox riddled face in shame. But no, she's back trying to defend the monstrosity that she helped force on the American people in the form of the Patient Persecution and Unaffordable Care Act, commonly known as Obama-don't-care. CNS news reports that Pelosi was questioned about the rising cost of health insurance in a recent press conference (link provided below). Her answer, "Well, some of the people don't have health insurance, and they certainly will have their premiums go up. But for anyone that that is a challenge there are subsidies in the exchanges...but if you don't have health insurance and you don't qualify for a subsidy, and you're mandated to have health insurance, yes, you will have an increase." Amazing, so you're saying that buying something carries a higher price than not buying it? So insightful, this woman should really be teaching economics.

     But that's only the beginning. She goes on, "It's also what you get for the money. In other words people will be getting no lifetime or annual limits on their coverage, no discrimination because of a preexisting medical condition. It has a whole array of quality that is in the legislation." Yes, it's all about the quality. And somehow that quality won't diminish because of the shortage of doctors that's already being reported? Due to such a shortage California recently lowered the standards needed to give medical care. You can now get a prostate exam from an eye doctor, or open heart surgery from a dentist. What could possibly go wrong?

     Pelosi continued, "I don't remember saying that everybody in the country would have a lower premium," well I don't remember you saying anything that was even remotely true. She goes on, "because everybody in the country doesn't have health insurance. So how could it be lower? But the fact is, the value of what you get for the cost that you pay is a reduction in cost to you." So by paying more I'll somehow be paying less? Those pearls around her neck must represent her little pearls of wisdom. Although she conveniently ignores that people who do have insurance are seeing their premiums rise by as much as 400%. But by her crazy new math that's a reduction in cost, too.

     Pelosi went on, "But for everybody it's going to be, again, a liberation, a freedom." Ah, the glorious new age. Now we have the freedom to have the government decide what medical care we receive. The freedom to have the government decide if we should be treated at all. Soon we'll have the freedom to have the government decide when and what we eat, when we use the bathroom, when and for how long we sleep. Oh, and don't forget, the freedom to have the IRS delve more deeply into our personal lives. Isn't that wonderful? How did we manage to live before the government gave us all this freedom?

     I think I'm going to buy Nancy a dictionary for Christmas. This woman obviously has no idea what the word freedom means. Governments, by there very nature CAN NOT provide freedom, they can only restrict it. They can only trample over it. The recent parade of scandals and government abuses proves that. Freedom is only nurtured when government is restrained within it's constitutional limits.

     Furthermore, if Obamacare is such a liberation why did congress exempt themselves and their families from it? If it's truly so liberating, why isn't Pelosi the first in line to sign up at the government exchange? And why did the Senate, earlier this year, vote down a bill that would force on congress and the president the same health insurance that they forced on us? I guess some people just refuse to be liberated.

     Pelosi added that, "under Obamacare young people could pursue careers as writers or photographers." They can't write or photograph something without government mandated health insurance? Again, how did we manage to live before government gave us all this freedom? She went on, "But you just see, I mean, be optimistic about it. It's a very, very exciting enterprise."

     WOW, the same idiots that run the DMV, the same incompetents that run the post office, and the same crooks that run the IRS are going to provide my health care. How exciting. I think I'm going to be sick.

Obamacare.  It has a ring to it.  To a conservative it is mocking and placing blame all at once.  Exactly what we want to do.   To a liberal it is a badge of pride and the crowning glory of their hero-in-chief.  For those two groups it fails to move the needle.  Then there are the masses in between.  And to those masses it plays like an ad campaign.  To the uninformed it states exactly the opposite of what it is... "Obama Cares".

I cringe every time I hear the Affordable Care Act referred to as Obamacare.  It is the type of advertising that money just cannot buy.  The sound clip audience simply hears "Obama Cares" over and over, and just like that it becomes an accepted fact.  So the other guy automatically becomes the opposite.  If Obama cares, the other guy doesn't care.  Opposition means that you don't care.  This is critical.  We are talking about soundbite voters who don't know a lick about current events or politics.  They just absorb a few words and let their minds fill in the blanks.  And every time they hear Obamacare it makes the man dearer to their hearts.  

These are voters, like it or not.  And if we want to win elections we need to speak the language that they listen to.  That does not mean changing our values or sucking up to this interest group or that.  It is as simple as using different language when we mock.  That is why I prefer the term Unaffordable Care Act.  It tells it exactly like it does; it makes health care unaffordable.  There are enough ways to mock the President without giving him inadvertent positive branding in a soundbite sized culture of low information voters. 

So, no Obamacare.  I like Unaffordable Care Act.  What other names for it do you like to use?

Below are 2 things that are currently driving the Obummer backers. The Obummer/Dem/Progressive Propaganda Spin Machine is in high gear. The first is a letter sent from the DNC to party loyalists. The second is a piece from Current TV. In the foretelling of George Orwell, the Progressives continue to believe, that Ignorance is Strength.  A word of caution: groups calling themselves Progressive Coalitions are gaining grass roots sympathy by publicly focusing on libertarian causes, but they will ensnare those to their side. A prime example is the Colorado Progressive Coalition. Publicly they work to help unemployed and those facing foreclosure, behind the scenes they are plotting along with the rest to do away with our freedoms. We have to stand strong. Remember when the revolution began, only 3% of the population was in favor of independence. God Bless the United States of America.

They've been caught red-handed making up so-called 'scandals' out of thin air

While Republican leaders were focused on stirring up controversy, Michele
Bachmann was talking about impeaching President Obama for absolutely no reason,
and Republicans in the House voted to repeal Obamacare -- for the 37th time.

That's how they think they should be spending their time and your money.

Make sure the President knows that you stand behind him and his agenda right
now -- and that you won't let Republican games distract you from advocating for
real change that will benefit all Americans.

Stand with President
Obama today -- and send the message to Republicans that it's time to stop
playing political games and get back to work for the American people:

If one should wonder who’s minding the “hen house,” in DC they either just landed here from Mars or they can’t speak or read English.  The “hen house” was exterminated back in early 2009 and the foxes have taken up residence.  They receive exorbitant salaries for hiding, participating and creating crimes against Americans and our Nation. 

First on the list of devious activities would be the disappearance of taxpayer’s money amounting to 787 billion dollars.  Rapidly following that smooth move was the Fast and Furious gunrunner program funded by Obama and choreographed by Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano.  Ask them who was responsible for these crimes and Obama would shake his head and say, “I don’t know anything about this, but I’ll set up a special committee to investigate it meaning his sidekick Holder will sweep everything under the rug.

Then came Obamacare and one must wonder how a bill can be passed when no one has read it.  But, that didn’t bother the foxes – they passed it, helped themselves to a huge bite of our Medicare and sent the insurance companies, the medical field and taxpayers the bill. Obama will tell you it’s the greatest thing since Ford’s auto invention and not to worry because IRS will monitor who’s naughty and nice.  And a bunch of Obama creeps will dictate who gets healthcare and who doesn’t.    

Obama said cost of insurance will be reduced; we can keep our own primary care physician and live happily ever after. News flash – he lied doctors are leaving their professions, insurance rates are skyrocketing along with horrendous out of pocket charges, businesses are in limbo and quality of patient care just keeps taking one hit after another. As of May 16th, 2013 there’s not one Republican, Democrat or rocket scientist in the “hen house” who has the guts to remove this bill. 

We learned that we own all of these various expensive solar panels that no one will buy and ugly defunct wind mills, electric cars that blow up, expensive batteries for the electric cars that don’t work and a bunch of green companies continuing to declare bankruptcy as we speak.

Next comes the Benghazi murders, Obama, Clinton and Panetta all knew about the attack and flew the coop knowing that our Ambassador and other Americans were being attacked by terrorists.  Guess Lamb was the only pigeon in the hen house watching the massacre in real time. 

But to hear the three tell the story, not one of them knew about it and not one of them was in charge – so the question is who really is running the hen house?  Could it be Valarie Jarrett and the old Soros clown? 

Along comes the AP and IRS scandal - Obama does what Obama always does he shakes his head, scratches his ear and says he doesn’t know anything about anything and passes the buck one more time.  Behind the scenes Obama and his administration are frantically scrambling to cover up the cover ups and they’re up to their armpits in lies and on the verge of self destruction. 

Maxine Waters probably followed Debbie Wasserman’s footsteps opening mouth and inserting foot when she started bragging about Obama’s secret database to Roland Martin.

WATERS said: The president has put in place an organization that contains the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life. That's going to be very, very powerful. That database will have information about everything on every individual in ways that it's never been done before.

Ironically Maxine just exposed why the IRS and AP scandals preempts all other news at this time. This confirms why Conservatives, churches, donors to Mitt Romney etc. are being targeted.

Big brother is watching you, knows what you eat for breakfast, taps your personal phone lines, watches your every move and has infringed on all of your freedoms and rights. Is this really America?

Do you know what Capitol Hill Democrats are doing to you?  Are you aware of Senate and House Democrats’ efforts to add more government debt on you and I as well as more taxes from your take-home pay, and/or leave more owing debt to (y)our children and their children; for them to pay?  Republicans have offered a list for cutting $2.5 Trillion spending.  Capitol Hill Democrats reject almost all spending cuts.  Why does Capitol Hill Democrats refuse to cut out-of-control spending to balance the budget?  Repeal of ObamaCare, alone, would save Hundreds of Billions of dollars for Americans’ working taxpayers.

What does Americans know about ObamaCare?  Importantly, a current Rasmussen Reports finds that 54% think the U.S. Health Care System will likely worsen over the next couple of years. 

What Americans do know, they do not like.  Regardless, Senate Democrats continue to ‘cram ObamaCare down (y)our throats’.

On March 22, 2013, the US Senate voted on a Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) Amendment for full repeal of ObamaCare.  The Amendment is totally clean: ‘To establish a deficit-neutral reserve fund to provide for the repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 and to encourage patient-centered reforms to improve health outcomes and reduce health care costs, promoting economic growth.’

With all of these and more barricades harming Americans and our US economy, on a March 22, 2013 Roll Call, the US Senate Democrats rejected ObamaCare repeal.  All 45 Republicans voted “YEA” to ‘repeal’ ObamaCare.  All 52 Democrats and 2 Independents who usually vote Democrat (Exception- Lautenberg (D-NJ)-No Vote) voted “NAY” on repealing ObamaCare.

Based on the Congressional Budget Office, ‘ObamaCare is still projected to have a gross cost of over $1.6 trillion from 2013 to 2022.’  Reports now say Americans’ consumer costs under ObamaCare will double their current insurance costs.  With a failing economy with more and more Americans losing their jobs under President Obama’s economic hardship, how will our people survive? 

Who is responsible for paying ObamaCare for ‘Illegal immigrants’?  On March 23, 2012, Senate Democrats rejected new legislation that would have prevented ‘illegal immigrants’ granted legal status and federally subsidized health care.  All 44 Republicans except Sen. Murkowski (R-AK) voted “YEA” to stop ObamaCare from insuring ‘illegal immigrants’.  All 52 Democrats and 2 Independents who usually vote Democrat (Exception- Lautenberg (D-NJ)-No Vote) voted “NAY” in allowing ObamaCare to insure ‘illegal immigrants’.

The Hill says, ‘Comprehensive immigration reform could make millions of people suddenly eligible for assistance under President Obama's healthcare law, assuming a final deal paves the way for undocumented immigrants to receive papers.’

In most states, owners/operators of most cars, trucks, and other motorized vehicles driven on our public roads and highways are required to maintain liability insurance.  The liability insurance costs are based on his/her vehicle(s), their personal and/or hazardous lifestyle, their personal history, their driving record, and/or other histories, etc.  Each individual’s liability insurance cost is reflective to the individual and their vehicle(s), and each person must pay accordingly.

Under ObamaCare, the more “good living and healthier lifestyle” individuals are “penalized” and “forced to pay” the excessive costs for the “not so good living with a more different, and, perhaps, dangerous lifestyle” individual.  Regardless of anyone’s age, sex, personal, and/or hazardous lifestyle (illegal drugs, alcohol. etc.), and/or any other reason, all individuals and their costs are treated exactly the same; just as others in Socialists and/or Communists countries.

The Wall Street Journal reports, ‘Central to ObamaCare are requirements that health insurers (1) accept everyone who applies (guaranteed issue), (2) cannot charge more based on serious medical conditions (modified community rating), and (3) include numerous coverage mandates that force insurance to pay for many often uncovered medical conditions.’

Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-Kan.) says, “Defunding Obamacare would save the government a few billion dollars."  Beyond that, Huelskamp said "it will help millions of Americans keep their current employer-sponsored health insurance, it will stop HHS (Health and Human Services Department) from continuing to implement a very unpopular law that's driving up premiums."

Repeal of ObamaCare will benefit all working Americans personal budgets while helping to create and expand more jobs leading to an American economic recovery.

In today’s society, there are folks who ‘work for a living’, and there are folks who ‘vote for a living’.  These prior listed motives include and are revealing as to how President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats are playing Santa Clause spending (y)our taxpayers’ money on countless ‘giveaways’ to others who ‘vote for a living’ as well as on issues to ascertain ‘illegal immigrants’ in voting on elections, if approved.  Are there any uncertainties?
