about is, what am I going to eat next, who am I going to screw next, and can

I have a co-worker who was born in the US to parents who were in the country illegally. She told me that there is a loophole in the E-verify system. Employers only verify that a social security number is a legitimate number issued by the US government. Employers DO NOT have to verify that the SS number submitted is the actual SS number issued to the person submitting it. There's the loophole. She told me her aunt, who was in the country illegally, used her SS number to get a job. Other relatives used numbers belonging to other people and then passed the number along to other people.
Has anyone heard of something like this happening? I don't know if this is true, but my co-worker has no reason to lie. She could potentially be getting her family into trouble....but not during the Obama administration!

In 2000, over vehement dissents from Kennedy and Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas, the court upheld an 8-foot buffer zone in Colorado. The new case, McCullen vs. Coakley, to be heard in January, gives the court under Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. a chance to restrict buffer zones to 8 feet or, as the advocates propose, reject them entirely.
Kennedy signaled the potential for a major shift on abortion regulation six years ago. He spoke for a 5-4 majority to uphold the federal ban on "partial-birth abortions" and declared the "government has a legitimate and substantial interest in preserving and promoting fetal life."
Anti-abortion lawmakers read this as an invitation to enact new restrictions. "Justice Kennedy's opinion was a foundation changer," said John Eastman, a Chapman University law professor who appealed the decision striking down Arizona's 20-week limit on abortions. "We're optimistic this will force the court to confront the issue of fetal pain."
Since 2010, Arizona and 12 states have adopted bans on abortion after 20 weeks, citing "scientific evidence of fetal pain." Some of these states have adopted laws mandating ultrasound tests for patients seeking abortions and requiring costly changes in clinic facilities.
Although some measures have been blocked by federal judges, the goal was to get the issue to the Supreme Court.
It will be many months before the court decides whether it will take up an abortion regulation, but leaders of the anti- abortion movement are hopeful. The Arizona appeal "may well be the case that leads the Supreme Court to examine and acknowledge the risk of abortion to women," said Charmaine Yoest, president of Americans United for Life.

The lead plaintiff is Shaun McCutcheon, a 46-year-old electrical engineer from Birmingham, Ala. If he wins, it will help those in the political fundraising business because they could solicit millions of dollars from wealthy donors.
On Nov. 6, the court will consider whether town leaders can invite a Christian minister to open their meetings with a prayer to Jesus Christ. The case is Town of Greece (N.Y.) vs. Galloway.
Two race-related cases will also be heard. The justices will be asked to uphold Michigan's voter initiative forbidding "preferential" admissions based on race. The case, Schuette vs. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, is set for Oct. 15. And the court could limit housing bias claims in a case from Mount Holly, N.J., due to be heard Dec. 4, 2013.

Folks, not only am I excited about Palin's endorsement, I am most excited about Steve Lonegan, the man. While visiting in Denver Colorado this summer I came across a few visitors from Australia. The topic of crime came up and quickly eluded to no way to protect themselves or families. The mere fact that crime in the different cities of which the visitors come from seems to be getting worse. By the time the police get there its usually to late. So there seems to be a strong need to purchase weapons underground and more and more people are willing to take their chances as opposed to the other choice.
On another note a friend of mine told me that in the areas of Alberta Canada people are also having the same problem with crime in the cities and don't know what to do about it. This information comes from my friends brother-in-law who just happens to be from the Canadian Mounted Police out near there. Interesting?
It really amazes me how a young person is forced to buy health insurance. While between patients I had time to look at the average costs in each state and although the monthly premium seemed low I had to reflect on the additional cost for a young person on top of his or her auto insurance combined with there housing and cost of living I just don't know how these kids are going to accomplish this. I further question what the real deductible will be 1000.00, 5000.00/ year? How will they do this. Most young people I personally know cant afford this.

That means the total citizens have given the republicans 27 more members of congress than democrats, Yet one non member of the duly elected congress dictates to the congress that if you don't play to my rules, I won't let you have the ball, typical sandlot style. The president seem that the house of representatives is the house of the PEOPLE/all the people, while the Senate is supposed to represent the individual states. where should the priority lie, with the people or the states. I believe that the founding fathers assumed, that the people would be given priority inasmuch as the house of the people was given the SOLE authority to provide the funds for the operation of the federal government, yet one person has seen fit to take the page from the way Adolph Hitler and Joseph Stalin's playbook in how to govern.
While the house of the people continues to do their constitutional duty in funding the various departments
of Government (a process that was used for over 100 years) and served the republic well and allowed the COUNTRY to grow in stature and power to be the greatest and most powerful political force the world has ever seen. This country is much more than the sandlot that fostered the, "play by my rules or I will not let you have the ball" attitude.
This is a story I found from a man that tried to sign up for ObamaCare; this is why I contend Obama has the IRS enforcing his precious law.
A man who attempted to sign up for Obamacare online was told that a fine of over $4,000 dollars a year for refusing to take out mandatory health insurance could be taken directly from his bank account, and that his drivers license would be suspended and a federal tax lien placed against his home, according to an entry on the HealthCare.gov Facebook page.
If true, the implementation of Obamacare is going to be a whole lot more draconian than Americans have been led to believe.
Will Sheehan claims that when he tried to sign up for Obamacare and then register to opt out, he received an ominous warning. Sheehan’s full Facebook post reads;
“I actually made it through this morning at 8:00 A.M. I have a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and my income base was 45K-55K annually I chose tier 2 “Silver Plan” and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I “opt-out” and chose to continue along with no insurance.
I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return. Then you make it to the “REPERCUSSIONS PORTION” for “non-payment” of yearly fine. First, your drivers license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with “Non-Payment” and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home. You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy “Automatically withdraw” your “penalties” weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! This by no means is “Free” or even “Affordable.”
Sheehan went on to point out that the site makes you input all your personal information before giving you an indication of the costs, meaning a database of the “uninsured” is being built. He added that he could not afford to pay the premium so would have to break the law and pay the fine, leaving him with no health care coverage.
The federal government has consistently denied that any fines pertaining to Obamacare non-compliance could be seized from bank accounts, despite reports last year that the IRS had hired 16,500 new agents to harass citizens who attempt to evade the new law.
“There’s no criminal sanctions for not paying this, and there’s no ability to levy a bank account or do seizures,” then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman said in April 2010.
In addition, Americans who refuse to pay for mandatory health insurance “shall not be subject to any criminal prosecution,” according to the law itself.
Section 1501(g)(2) of the Affordable Care Act also states that the IRS cannot “file notice of lien with respect to any property of a taxpayer by reason of any failure to pay the penalty imposed by this section.”
EIther Sheehan’s claim that he received this notice is a lie, or the feds have been dishonest with the American people all along, and the revolt against Obamacare is about to take “don’t tread on me” to a whole new level.
Educating the Uneducated
Obamacare is revealing just how unaffordable the ‘Affordable Care Act’ is and the Democrats are STILL not willing to negotiate. Obama knows the midterm election hangs on this one issue. The people are learning that this abomination is going to cost them much more than most can afford and he remains intransigent. The question is why?
It all goes back to the man’s personality profile. He is a pathological narcissist as declared by a minimum of four world class psychologists and psychiatrists of which I am aware. So just what is a pathological narcissist? The best definition I have found reads: Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is a personality disorder in which the individual is described as being excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power, prestige and vanity. This condition affects one percent of the population. First formulated in 1968, it was historically called megalomania, and is severe egocentrism.
You see he actually believes, like Stalin and Hitler, that he cannot be wrong and there is no amount of evidence that can change that.
The undereducated voter is now learning what that means to their personal financial well being. One lady on the government’s face book page had this to say and I quote from a Tea Party news post: A single mother of two said she is in school and working full-time while living “75% below the poverty level.” She said she was shocked to learn she did not qualify for a healthcare subsidy. “Are you F’ing kidding me????” she wrote on the government’s Obamacare Facebook page. “Where the HELL am I supposed to get $3,000 more a year to pay for this ‘bronze’ health insurance plan!?!??? And I DO NOT EVEN WANT INSURANCE to begin with!! This is frightening,” she wrote. End quote.
My research, which is far from complete shows that there are now more than 3 million people in this country that have had their work hours reduced in direct response to the coming of this law. Several companies have closed their doors and I have read the comments of five business owners that were in the process of expanding their businesses who actually cut back and is today even smaller, not larger. Why? They found out the cost of the insurance they would be forced to buy would be prohibitive. One of these is a lady in SC that had dug herself out of poverty and off the welfare roles with a small business that had grown to the point of providing incomes for her own and fifty one other families. She was elated to learn that she had been approved for a loan to expand and located a new location so that she could double her employees and probably her own income. Then she found out the cost of The Affordable Care Act and its effect on her plans. She was forced to not only forgo her expansion, but actually to reduce her work force by two to get under the act’s trigger point and save her existing business. Gee, thanks all you democrats.
I took a look at the Facebook page mentioned above and the reviews are somewhat more mixed than that one, but the trend seems to be those who can afford their health care now will be getting a better deal while those that are at poverty level or below will be slammed very hard. If they don’t sign up they will be charged a tax they can’t afford to pay. If they don’t pay they can be subject to fines, interest, penalties and fees plus, after three years of this increasing debt they can’t afford, they could see a tax lien on their house, bank accounts, saving including, but not limited to their retirement accounts.
Last week a poll was released that stated the majority of Americans were opposed to “Obamacare”, but were in favor of “the Affordable Care Act!” Wait a minute … They are one and the same thing! But NOW they are learning. We need to keep up the tutoring.

Oct. 6, 2013) — I want to start this with the words, “God Bless America.” I say these words with a devout feeling although I would understand how He looks down upon what used to be the Land of Liberty and the Home of the brave to all who wished for a better life of freedom and their opportunity to pursue the American Dream, and He says, “How much more help and direction must I give these Americans? Everything is out in the open, very visible, but they will not open their eyes or their ears to see and hear My message.”
As many of you know, I am an immigrant to this blessed country, having arrived full time upon its’ shores in October 1994. I am a very well travelled but simple man, 57 years young, I am reasonably well educated in the University of hard knocks and life, an independent man, a doer and a deep thinker. I am trained in the use of firearms and tactics. I read a lot. Some say I am overly opinionated and many say my Class A personality can be brash at times and offensive, not allowing for a difference of opinion. (My poor but beautiful and strong wife Marty would probably agree with this!)
I speak out, without fear, because my citizenship in these United States of America allows me that right, at least for now it does, although many would say on a reduced level. I have proved myself on the field of battle from 1973 to 1980 in a land whose name is long forgotten by most and one which is soaked in the blood of patriots, many of whom were friends of mine. That country was sold down the river in the name of Political Correctness and Marxism. I am willing to prove myself again on the field of battle, wherever that may be inside these 50 states, to ensure that this country that has given me my biggest honor ever and adopted me, will not be sold down the river on the same corrupt boat of Political Correctness and Marxism in order to further the aims of a New World Order.
I want to briefly now paint a picture in words for you on how I find this country 19 years after my arrival. I arrived, full of hope, excited, limited funds in my pocket, with a wife and an 8 year old daughter. We took some time out to look around the new State we had adopted, Florida, and found it to be everything we wanted. Casual, laid back, beautiful, great people, economically sound and vibrant. I could almost ride my motorcycles year round! I settled down, politics a million miles from my mind. I just wanted to earn some money and support my family.
Then 9/11 happened and I awoke to the real possibility that the ugly face of Islam had reached out and touched my country, killing many of my Americans. I had seen the damage done in Europe by this cult and I began to realize that they were a bigger danger here than I had thought.
Then along came the 2008 elections and I watched in wonderment how an unknown Senator from the corrupt state of Illinois was suddenly a front-line possibility for the office of President of these United States. Something was really wrong but it took me a while to put my finger on it. Then it hit me like a metal pole on the forehead. Obama spoke the same language of Socialism and Marxism that I had heard from the man who the west allowed to take over my old country, Robert Mugabe. I started to realize that the evils I had fought against once before were now rearing their ugly head right here again. Deja vu.
What could I do? I started sounding the alarm, looking for people to warn, thinking my story would make a difference. I looked for a platform that would listen but there was none. There was no Save America Foundation then. People did not listen carefully to the many words of Barack Hussein Obama, just the few chosen ones designed by his professional propagandists that would sink in. They heard “Hope and Change” They saw a black man and the chance to wipe any guilt they felt away in one swoop. We all know now that this was just so many words. The Hope and Change he meant was the fundamental changing of all that America stood for, was admired throughout the rest of the world for.
He really was a puppet, elected by uninformed, uneducated fools, to complete the dastardly task that begun so many years ago. The removal of America as a super power, a shining light on the hill, the wealth to be redistributed and the entrepreneurial spirit broken. The exceptionalism that was the American people was bad, we were told. We were not exceptional, just spoilt and doing nothing but harm to the rest of the world, damaging the climate, killing the polar bears, eating all the food, using all the fossil fuels and we needed to pay for that.

Please go to the above link, fill out the form and ask this committee to repeal USFSPA. Let those who are divorced be free from the insane belief that a former spouse of a military person deserves being paid for life by those who served.
Todays military spouse has more benefits and job career opportunities than those in the general public. They get job placement OVER (before) veterans.
Joining the armed services is voluntary and so is marriage. No one should be paid for life simply because they said "I do." End this "cottage industry".
Have all of your family and friends also ask for repeal of this law that leaves those who served a tin can and cardboard box when they divorce and the former spouse gets a penthouse.
Those who served should not be the only people in the US who are forced to pay a former spouse for life out of wages "earned after divorce."
Civilians get a chance after divorcing and so should those who served.
The reasons for granting these former spouses pay for life makes no sense as most of them remarry another person in the armed services. The real winners are the attorneys.
I want to make this short ... I have a question I would love to ask you and possibly read your thoughts on it. The question is, "Do you believe our votes (in government held elections) count any longer?" If you do, why? If you don't. why? If you don't, when do you think that your vote stopped counting (1 year ago, 5, years ago, 25 years ago ... whatever).
I have another question to toss around with you. Do you think something is brewing within our government ranks that will change the country forever if we allow it? Do you believe someone other than that ignorant Muslim terrorist (Obama) is behind it?

Since President Obama was sworn in as President in January 2009, the Senate majority Democrat Party has passed legislation in difference to the requests of Americans. The Senate Democrat Party supports the radical socialistic ideals as instituted by President Obama.
During many Senate hearings for originating new legislation, the Republican Party has offered amendments as supported by America’s taxpayers. Senate Democrat leaders defeated GOP amendments in committees and on the floor of the US Senate.
Majority Democrats on Capitol Hill “crammed down our throats” ObamaCare while American were saying “NO” then and are still saying “NO”. Americans are now witnessing radical costs as reflected by ObamaCare. Even Labor Unions are now saying “NO” to ObamaCare.
Capitol Hill Democrats passed a $787 Billion “stimulus” bill that Americans were told was critical for immediate passage to create jobs. Since passage, unemployment has increased, rather than decreasing. Where are the jobs?
America is now facing a near $17 Trillion debt; an enormous debt outside any reasonable payback except for our children, their children, etc. More than $6 Trillion debt has mounted during Obama’s less than 5 years as President.
Sen. Ted Cruz is promoting and practicing “test and proven” economic ideas to restore our nation’s economy. These are the Tax Enough Already (TEA) Party principles most Americans understand and trust.
Building the Keystone pipeline is a known source of creating thousands of new jobs; however, President Obama continues to force Americans to purchase higher gasoline prices from Muslim nations who hate America.

The American Dream ended on November 6th, 2012. The second term of Barack Obama will be the final nail in the coffin for the legacy of the white Christian males who discovered, explored, pioneered, settled and developed the greatest Republic in the history of mankind.
A coalition of Blacks, Latinos, Feminists, Gays, Government Workers, Union Members, Environmental Extremists, The Media, Hollywood, uninformed young people, the "forever needy," the chronically unemployed, illegal aliens and other "fellow travelers" have ended Norman Rockwell's America. The Cocker Spaniel is off the front porch... the Pit Bull is in the back yard.
The American Constitution has been replaced with Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" and Chicago shyster, David Axelrod, along with international Socialist George Soros will be pulling the strings on their beige puppet to bring us Act 2 of the New World Order.
Our side ran two candidates who couldn't even win their own home states, and the circus fatty Chris Christie helped Obama over the top with a glowing "post Sandy" tribute that elevated the "Commander-in-Chief" to Mother Teresa status.
People like me are completely politically irrelevant, and I will never again comment on or concern myself with the aforementioned coalition which has surrendered our culture, our heritage and our traditions without a shot being fired.
You will never again out vote these people. It will take individual acts of defiance and massive displays of civil disobedience to get back the rights we have allowed them to take away. It will take Zealots, not moderates--not reach-across-the-aisle RINOs to right this ship and restore our beloved country to its former status.
Those who come after us will have to risk their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to bring back the Republic that this generation has timidly frittered away due to "white guilt" and political correctness..... I'm done.

It's a shame the concern I get from good people who feel there is some risk of retaliation because I speak out against Black On Black crime in my role as an anti-crime activist who happens to be Black.

On second thought, I am facing the homicidal hatred of the 21st Century, with one big BUT!
The big BUT in this case isn't below the waist but is between the ears of murderous Black boys and men who have convinced reasonable people of all colors that they're savages waiting to pounce on anyone Black who opposes them!
Racism isn't making people of all colors increasingly warn me to be careful- realism is!
I'm not Malcolm X, but like him the Klan statistically most likely to harm me is a chocolate Klan- not the original one!
It's worth noting when the famous above picture of him was taken, he wasn't on the look out for White racists.
He was on guard against Black men who were members of the Nation of Islam he'd left.
I've found most ( up to the 99th percentile ) of chocolate Klansmen to bullies who need you to believe their " street theater " where they scream curses; shout threats but don't bust a grape!
That said, let me assure concerned friends I am very, very careful but most public threats are a frightened person trying to impress others.

When we hear things like "government shutdown" we understand you folks on the Hill are arguing with each other and have not reached a solution... this time, under this president, a few among you have decided, "They must pay" and are causing as much "pain" to the People of the Nation as you can possibly cause.... all for a political agenda the majority of people in this Nation do. not. support....
Well, folks - I pray that ALL of you read and heed this... as those of you who are allowing this government shutdown to continue are now going to cost the American taxpayer a few Billion more dollars by your actions.....
What insults intelligence; those in the House who listened to the American People and did the right thing (defund the ACA) - are being publicly accused of shutting down government by those who are actually guilty of refusing to listen to the American People and who did shut down the government!
Guilty are the very same people in this administration and Congress who hold the opinion “they must pay”.
There was conjecture in the press yesterday that this “government shutdown” might blow-up in the faces of President Obama and the Senate Democrats - well, now you know how it's going to begin...
Folks; yawl ought to educate yourselves before you open your mouth or act... as eventually all your chickens are gona come home ta roost. This government shutdown is likely the most serious miscalculation you have made to date!
The federal government leases land and buildings to individuals and private business - and with orders originating from the White House ordering these properties “closed” - yet the federal government gave up legal right to “close” by leasing them out to said individuals and private business.....
Those in this administration and in Congress who are forcing this shutdown neglected to consider that a LEASE runs for an average period of twelve (12) months. Since the leasee now owns legal rights to that property (and paid for those rights) - the federal government has NO right to "close" it............ And the leasee has every right to sue the federal government in a Court of Law - since the federal government is already, obviously and unconstitutionally in the wrong - no questions as to the outcome of all the countless lawsuits that will eventually be filed.... and the damages the Courts will inflict on the federal government the taxpayer is going to end up paying for....
This will probably be held true as the same reasoning for open air Veterans Memorials that are privately funded - but on federal property and we have Federal Law Enforcement directed by the White House preventing U.S. Military Veterans access........
