I want to say thanks to all vets pray for the ones in harms way serving now under wreckless diplomatic policy, may GOD keep you safe and your family secure we love you. we know you are doing the best under this leadership,hope all government leaders pray HARD to GOD to make wise choices.

One week ago today, I received a handwritten letter from my primary care physician stating that due to the Obamacare law she could no long administer to many of her patients including myself.  She apologized in the letter saying she was desperately hoping she could find a legal way to retain her patients. In all likelihood she and her husband (who is a physician also) will soon be closing their doors. 

She’s in the prime of her life and her passion is caring for her patients – she has always been on call 24/7 and never ever turned Medicare patients away.  After reading her letter, I wondered how many primary care physicians, surgeons or specialist will end up closing their doors if Obamacare isn’t repealed?

Then as I was listening to Bill de Blasio NY city’s new mayor rambling on about “income equality” and listening  to  Anna Galland executive director of MoveOn.org Civil Action on C-Span's Washington Journal program discussing “income equality”  http://front.moveon.org/anna_on_c-span/#.UsxHWfRDvjU   

I realized that the Obama Administration, Democrats and Liberals had their political platform in tact ready to roll out in 2014. Just keep these words in mind – weaken the troops by distracting and dividing. 

All of this merely confirms that Obama is following the Cloward - Piven plan to a “T.”  In the next three years the population of “have nots” is about to explode giving Obama the power to take over our Country via big Government.   In three years, if Obama is allowed to continue his destructive “redistribution” scheme now referred to as “income equality” the “have nots” will far out - number the “haves.”

The biggest red flags are Obamacare, minimum wage changes, immigration changes, IRS controlling our healthcare, weakening our Military and Common Core.  All of the above will trickle down creating a dependency on our Government, which by no means is safe for our Nation or Americans.   

Our Nation is going to “pot” in a hand basket – we the people have lost our voice, our Government, and our freedom and rights are being attacked daily.  Needless to say I’m not a happy camper and would love to stand toe to toe with Obama at the White House and have a serious discussion about the way he is intentionally and with malice destroying the greatest Nation in the World.,

First I would refresh his memory and go back to the day January 20^th 2009 when he and Biden took their oath before taking office.  I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Obviously he’s not qualified to serve as President of the United States of America because he hasn’t preserve, protected or defended the Constitution of the United States. It doesn’t take the Supreme Court Justices to confirm that I am correct – his actions are the proof of the pudding.

It’s not the President’s legal right to write or change laws it is his job to enforce laws as written –but we have a President who writes laws, changes laws, bi passes laws and our Constitution as he pleases.  We are governed by an Imperial President acting like a dictator. 

Americans must take a stand, if we have to shut the doors up on the White House and remove the baggage, then so be it.  The Liberals, Socialist and Communists have patiently planned for years for the day that the greatest Nation in the World is brought to her knees and turned into a Social Welfare State controlled entirely by big Government. 

It’s now just a matter of time until we the people are owned lock, stock and barrel by the Government.  If you think I’ve just presented a conspiracy theory just watch what happens as Obama, the Democrats and Liberals roll out “income equality” (Redistribution) scam in 2014.

Why do you think that Boehner keeps waving his white flag and knuckling under the Obama Administration?  He’s owned and controlled by corrupt politicians on both sides and not man enough to fight for our Nation, Constitution and American’s freedom and rights.  He’s not just a “wimp” he’s the Republican Poster Child.

I am really tired of hearing conservatives bitch about the comedian who diss'ed  the veterans with some jokes made about their age.

I have never heard of her. And I haven't seen or heard the content of her joke about veterans, but I feel I can safely contend that if someone is telling a joke about gays, blacks or whatever unmentionable subject the leftist have taken as their cause this week and let's say some famous person at some famous event cracks a joke about gays, or some other joke about some other group of people the left feel it is their duty to be offended for, then the political correctness police get up arms over it and a circus begins. To get up in arms about her joke, is upholding the same attitude of political correctness.

But it is okay to censor if WE don't like what was said? Double standard anyway you look at it. And I believe laughing at ones self very healthy and most of the time when we are offended. It is because we choose to be offended. (I choose to be offended at what Kathy Griffin said about Jesus) But I imagine I will live, And really people, aren't there problems in our world , country, jobs, Hell! even our families, to deal with that are a bit weightier? Mainly halting the progress of our enemies. Enemies that have infiltrated our country at it's highest level with the agenda to destroy what these veterans, we are offended for, have fought, sacrificed and died for. AMERICA! Lets put some energy into getting the dude who high jacked the office of POTUS and his minions of sedition put in prison where they belong. So while I do believe our vets deserve the utmost respect and to be honored. Most of them can probably take a joke. And if they can't take a joke, then they can choose to be offended. it is a right they fought for. But don't infringe on the rights of others to crack a joke because you didn't like it. Did it do bodily harm? Did it take food off your table? Or any thing that really matters? Because if someone just pissed you off because you don't like their idea of humor. (I blame the FCC) OK? So it isn't the first time you have been pissed off and it probably won't be the last. It seems we live in a society that goes out of its way not to offend anyone. Except God! And really! Isn't He the only one we should worry about pissing off?

The following 'Republicans' either voted yea, or did not vote at all- which is just about the same as voting yea for Janet Yellen. Janet Yellen is a Bernanke clone and will continue to monetize debt and create currency out of thin air. The Fed policy of holding down interest rates and further diluting the money supply and increasing our total debt is a tax against all of us who have saved all of our lives for a retirement. The value of the hundred dollars we saved last year is worth what, 90 cents. We need sound money and a currency backed with something of value, not backed by debt.

The following Senators have betrayed us all, either by voting for Janet Yellen, or by not voting at all-de facto voting for Yellen.

What got the snake elected was he appealed to the masses on public assistance. Most of them do not have a clue that they are sheep being led to the slaughter. The bleeding heart, everyone is a victim culture that is so readily promoted in this country got him elected. The people too lazy to think for themselves wanting a free ride got him elected. His lies, deceit, and a grip of terrorist money got this germ elected. Racist people got him elected. It is racist to hate someone because of color but is also racist to love them because of color.  People that blog how they hate capitalism on their Apple computers got him elected. The fact that the good hardworking people that have carried this country on their back for decades were too busy keeping the wolf from the door and not paying enough attention, got this terrorist elected. His resurrection of dead people to vote got him elected. There are so many mitigating factors to this atrocity. He could never have gotten elected if the mind set of The American people were not deteriorated from years of what was subtle mind control , (now not so much subtlety.) programming. Call it what you will. We were primed and groomed for this by the very system that we support with our tax dollars. Tax dollars they misappropriate without shame. We have essentially been enslaved for decades.
If we are lucky enough to hold another election in America. I truly pray that some lessons have been learned. I fear I am seeing history repeat itself and someone that is going to make Hitler look like Pollyanna is going to maintain control of our government until he accomplishes his goal of running this nation into the ground and destroying it just like Muslims do with every area of the planet they control.
I will be bold and say that Islam needs to be eradicated from the planet. And Obama not only should be removed from office but put in Gitmo, right along with his minions of sedition (Hilary, Biden, Pelosi,Holder, MCain, Fienstien and Rice to mention a few) His Hyena's of Hype the liberal media that he employs,bullies or what ever he does to keep them eating out of his hand,   should be executed for the damage their propaganda machine has spread. Or at the very least deported to a communist country since they are so fond of Marxist ideology. Let them live the dream.                                                                                                      

They take liberty with our liberties. Arm our enemies, abuse our veterans, and regard us the  with scorn and derision.                                                                                                      

I admit to feeling sick to my stomach every time I think about who lives in our White House. He is not worthy of the office. Hell he should call the trees and apologize for using oxygen they worked to provide.  He and his wife are nothing more than parasites who have invited their army of maggots to a feeding frenzy and America is the main course                              

Yet through all the scandals  lies, treason and even murder,  nothing sticks to him. The man made of teflon still sits in the office. At this point even Obama himself must to be wondering how the hell he has gotten away with so much.                                                                

We must remember that he is just the front man. He is not bright enough to have pulled this all off. He is just the face we see. There are many we don't. He was bought and payed for by some very powerful snakes.

It is time for the Republicans to stop reacting to failed Democratic positions on policy and become proactive in all matters.  Take for instance the debate regarding extending the Federal Unemployment Insurance Program.  The Republicans once again are merely reacting to the talking points of the Democrats.  When will they learn to be proactive.  Here is an easy solution that most Americans will understand and may actually bring a small level of respect back to the Republican Party should they have the manhood to even propose a creative and intellectually consistent idea for once this decade. 

1.         Acknowledge in the Bill authorizing the extension of Unemployment Insurance that the program is an insurance program which must be fully funded and is not an entitlement.

 2.         That the program can be fully funded without either increasing the current fiscal year deficit or the total Federal debt by merely reducing the budgets of all Federal Programs by the amount of the waste and abuse found by Mr. Tom Coburn and published in his annual Report. 

 3.         That the amount of unemployment insurance benefit be changed to reflect a decreasing amount of benefit of 25% for each 6 month period of time after the first year of insurance benefits resulting in zero insurance benefit after 3 years of unemployment.

 In addition, the amount of waste and abuse found in Mr. Coburn's report should be added up by department and legislation should be passed that require the suspension of any and all bonuses and raises for all employees in any department whose level of waste and abuse equals 1% or more of their budget.

 This issue is just another situation where the Republican Party has the opportunity to succeed or fail in their intellectual war for the future of this country with the progressives.

WHEREAS, Banks and their affiliated companies issuing credit cards have a right to be fairly compensated for their risk,

WHEREAS, Credit card holders have the responsibility to compensate credit card issuers for there risk,

WHEREAS, If the interest rate on a credit card is 20%, then the total amount of interest charged over a 5 year period will equal an individual card’s credit limit,

WHEREAS, If the interest rate on a credit card is 30%, then the total amount of interest charged over a 3.5 year period will equal an individual card’s credit limit,

WHEREAS, The long term health of the national economy is substantially based upon maintaining a high level of consumer spending,

WHEREAS, The Federal Government, in conjunction with the Federal Reserve, has embarked on fiscal and monetary policies to protect the financial stability of banks operating in the United States,

WHERAS, The Federal Government, in conjunction with the Federal Reserve, has embarked in a program to lend funds to banks for their direct use and the indirect use of their affiliated credit card companies at significantly low interest rates,

WHEREAS, the Federal Government desires to continue to stimulate the national economy,

WHEREEAS, The Supreme Court has ruled in Marquette vs. First Omaha Service Corp that Credit card companies may charge interest rates that are usurious in one state if the card is issued in a different state, absent any preempting Federal Legislation,

WHEREAS, The Federal Government has not participated in the protection of the rights of credit card holders by limiting interest rates to a level that appropriately compensates credit card issues for their risk,

WHEREAS, The Federal Government desires to protect the rights of all consumers and credit card holders,

WHEREAS, The Federal Government considers that the ability of a credit card holder to pay off there outstanding balance is a mandatory basis for recalculating the risk of the credit card issuer.

The following rules shall immediately be adopted by the Federal Government into the Federal Statutes and will be applicable to all credit cards both (1) currently issued, with or without outstanding balances, and (2) to be issued in the future:

1. On any date the total interest charged over a 5 year period may not exceed the then current credit limit on an individual credit card.
2. Credit Card companies may not charge interest rates at a rate that is more than 10 times the interest rate which they or their bank affiliate or parent is charged upon any funds borrowed from either the Federal Government or the Federal Reserve.
3. A credit card company, in conjunction with the credit card holder, may agree to suspend use of a credit card and keep a low interest rate of 15%, in lieu of raising the interest rate and maintaining the current credit limit.
4. If on any date a credit card holder offers the issuer of a credit card a settlement that equals the recalculated balance, based upon an interest rate of 10% over the immediately preceding 5 years, then the credit card issuer must accept the settlement as payment in full, reduce the associated interest rate to 10.0% for the next 6 months, and reduce the going forward credit limit by not more than 50%. This settlement will be considered as a retroactive reduction of interest rate and will not be considered as a debt reduction or cancellation of debt for any purpose including both Federal and State income tax purposes and Credit Ratings.

Circular Creation of Risk by the Credit Card Companies

When a person elects to not pay off the entire balance of their credit card and elects to make monthly payments they are creating risk in excess of that which was contemplated at the issuance of the credit card. As a result, the Credit Card company has the right to begin raising the credit card interest rate. However, as the interest rate rises the debtor begins experiencing a much higher probability of defaulting upon their debt due to the compounding of the interest cost. This results in the sequential additional increase in the credit card issuer's risk, an additional increase in the interest rate charged, and the subsequent increase in the probability of default by the debtor.

Therefore, the Federal Government should legislate a maximum interest rate charged on unpaid interest at the statutory rate in the state of the taxpayer's residency, which in California is 10%. Current credit card statements show two categories of charges, (1) actual purchases, and (2) cash advances. The Federal government should legislate that there must be three categories of charges, (1) actual purchases, (2) cash advances, and (3) Unpaid interest. All payments should be first to Cash advances, second to purchases and third to interest charged.

Underlying Principles

1. This provision essentially limits credit card interest rates to a maximum rate of 20%.
2. This provision may periodically limit credit card interest rates to a maximum rate of 10%.
3. This provision is the basis to limiting certain credit cards to 15% while limiting the associated risk of the credit card issuer.
4. This provision will limit credit card interest rates to a maximum of 10% for individuals who pay off their recalculated balance in full.

This is what happens when you start acting like all religions have equal merit. We were, and considered ourselves, a Christian nation for close to two hundred years, and now we have rejected that label. This is the result.

One has a hard time understanding Satan worshippers. What has he ever done to deserve gratitude, respect, or worship? If you believe in Satan, you must also believe there is a God. For one was created by the other, and then that creation rebelled. One represents all that is good, and one represents all that is evil. If you choose the latter, it shows what kind of person you really are.

And that is a good point. Once we start to believe that all religions have equal validity, then this is what you end up with. History tells that this nation was founded by Christians on Biblical principles. One may not like that, but the truth is the truth. The concept of ‘freedom of religion’ was specifically designed so we wouldn’t have one official church that everyone had to belong to as the case had been in Britain. But it in no way diminished or downplayed the role Christianity prominently played in society and the culture at large, both in and out of government.

It is the courts, not the people or the Constitution as originally written or understood, that have attempted to remove Christianity from its historical place and role in our nation. But such politically correct, liberal ideas have led us down this path to where it would be conceivable for such a hateful blasphemy to even be considered acceptable or legal to display next to the Ten Commandments.

Interestingly, the greatest champions of this proposal have turned out to be atheists. I do not believe in the lie of blind tolerance no matter what. I do instead believe in wise discernment. The people and Oklahoma have every right to display the Ten Commandments and just as much right to reject a statue of Satan. The Founding Fathers would have had no problem with that decision, and would have mocked us for being played the fool by those who think otherwise.

Although Hillary Clinton is out trying to recoup the women’s votes she had in 2008, it might behoove her avid followers to review this woman’s sordid past.

One can hide and run for a while but sooner or later the past does catch up with us.  It’s not propaganda about the murders, suicides and accidental deaths of her business associates, bundlers and colleagues that plague her past.

For those women who believe Hillary is pro - abortion, please read the following to understand that Hillary does not feel abortion is a fundamental right that only a woman should be the decision maker.

"Yes, we do have deeply held differences of opinion about the issue of abortion," she said. Now Hillary will skirt the abortion issue as she makes a run for the Presidency again, because she realizes that if she stands for abortion she will lose those who are against abortion and vice versa.

The fact is although she’ll say that she supports women’s rights to choose, in 2006 she and minority leader Harry Reid promoted the “Prevention First Act.”  This bill did make it easier for women to obtain contraceptives, but in the end the bill was not in favor of women’s abortions.

The working class and poor will be relegated to the ancient history shelf if Hillary wins the 2016 election.  Just because she’s female is no excuse for even considering her for the most prestigious position in our Nation. 

African Americans, Hispanics, the poor are just about to get a shellacking by one who espouses to be a champion of women.  Her platform will be big on “Hope and Change” but in the end just like Obama she’ll dump these poor unsuspecting Americans just like Obama did.  For those concerned with the real issues our Nation faces, it time to put Hillary Clinton’s campaign for the 2016 Presidency into an honest prospective.

The Liberals and their aggressive New Media will paint a picture of bravery, intelligence, leadership and competence but that is merely a fake do-over for a woman in politics for 20 years who hasn’t accomplished “zilch.”  She talks a good game but that’s as far as it goes.

The Liberals have praised her with unearned rewards and trumped up stories bestowing them on a “has been.”  There’s been no major achievements during her term as Sec of State – it’s all show and no go, but she did keep foreign seats warmed with her posterior  and she did travel thousands of miles during this time. 

Hillary cheerleaders brag that she logged nearly a million miles of air travel as Secretary of State. "She reminded the world that Woody Allen was right even when it comes to diplomacy: 80 percent of success really is simply showing up," Megan Garber cheered in The Atlantic

So much for showing up, she showed up after running out of excuses and testified under oath about Benghazi. She informed Americans that she was responsible and would accept full responsibility – edited that merely means she lied under oath, didn’t know or remember anything and willing walked away from the Benghazi murders without even looking back for she had a campaign to prepare for... 

Like Obama, Hillary is a died in the wool Saul Alinsky worshipper and she’s an expert at keeping America distracted and divided, which is what we’ll experience in the near future if she begins her run for the White House. 

Hillary will use Saul Alinsky’s Rule # 8 as she kicks her campaign into high gear.

* RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.) 

Obama has kept our Nation off balance for 5 years, we have three more years to face his radical onslaught - actually Obama and Hillary will join hands the next three years because Obama owes Bill and Hillary several big favors and the Clintons will collect.

Former NBA basketball champion Dennis Rodman has launched a new basketball diplomacy effort by picking former NBA basketball players for a North Korean basketball exhibition game.  The American players will play against North Korea’s top basketball stars in the upcoming game.

Rodman, who is not shy about calling North Korean dictator and leader Kim Jong Un his “friend for life” is going to Pyongyang in celebration of Jong Un’s January 8^th birthday, according to Fox News.

Should anyone in America really care about this move by Rodman to use a basketball game as a diplomatic way to ease tensions between the United States and North Korea?  In a word: NO!

It seems clear that for the past two decades Rodman has been a man and basketball player in pursuit of his own mind-bending absurdities and by establishing a friendship with the 30-year-old leader Rodman is simply now over his head.  The former basketball star has been questioned on several occasions about using his friendship with the North Korean leader to ease some that nation’s horrendous human rights problems like the “indiscriminate killings, torture and rapes,” reports Fox News.

Yet, this basketball player seems to be either oblivious or simply operating in another physical universe. He recently commented that even with the recent horrendous murder of Kim’s uncle by way of feeding him to a pack of hungry dogs was not his concern.

So in truth, what is Rodman’s concern and what does he hope to accomplish with his so-called “Basketball Diplomacy?”

How have we the USA become such a regulation nation? Why is it that “We the People” cannot make our own decisions? Let me explain, if you will.

When Obama ran for the Presidency, he promised a lot for the citizens of this nation. However, he soon learned this was not how he wanted to RULE. He was and still is ruling his way. Whether he makes a good or bad decision, it is to be followed one hundred percent. Moreover, Congress goes along with it instead of trying to put an end to his dictatorship.

Congress' jobs from Wikipedia, the Constitution grants each chamber some unique powers. The Senate ratifies treaties and approves presidential appointments while the House initiates revenue-raising bills. The House initiates impeachment cases, while the Senate decides impeachment cases.^[1] A two-thirds vote of the Senate is required before an impeached person can be forcibly removed from office. Congress needs to be accountable for not following the Constitution or doing the will of the people!

Of course, whenever the citizens squawk about how the President or Congress is doing and the unnecessary regulations, Obama and Congress go into excuse mode, using racism. Some of the media agree with their accusations of racism, too.

However, when an African American speaks the same way towards White Americans it isn't racismand goes unchallenged. At least Congress or the national media never stand up against it nor voice their anger over such atrocities. The same goes with the young blacks who beat up and/or kill, (a male veteran in his eighties), white people of any nationality. the President, Congress, and many well-known African Americans never condemn this. Does this sound like double standards to you?

What I am trying to explain is that “WE The People” need to stop bellyaching; all citizens need to stand up against the wrongs done by our governments and to each other. How? We need to vote, rally,  tell our representatives enough is enough and see that our land. As for Congress and the President, (future President, too), they must follow the Constitution and treat every citizen equally or YOU ARE FIRED!

The New York Times just delivered a mortal blow to the Obama administration and its Middle East policy.

Call it fratricide. It was clearly unintentional.

Indeed, is far from clear that the paper realizes what it has done.

Last Saturday the Times published an 8,000-word account by David Kirkpatrick detailing the terrorist strike against the US Consulate and the CIA annex in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012. In it, Kirkpatrick tore to shreds the foundations of President Barack Obama’s counterterrorism strategy and his overall policy in the Middle East.

Obama first enunciated those foundations in his June 4, 2009, speech to the Muslim world at Cairo University. Ever since, they have been the rationale behind US counterterror strategy and US Middle East policy.

Obama’s first assertion is that radical Islam is not inherently hostile to the US. As a consequence, America can appease radical Islamists. Moreover, once radical Muslims are appeased, they will become US allies, (replacing the allies the US abandons to appease the radical Muslims).

Obama’s second strategic guidepost is his claim that the only Islamic group that is a bona fide terrorist organization is the faction of al-Qaida directly subordinate to Osama bin Laden’s successor, Ayman al-Zawahiri. Only this group cannot be appeased and must be destroyed through force.

The administration has dubbed the Zawahiri faction of al-Qaida “core al-Qaida.” And anyone who operates in the name of al-Qaida, or any other group that does not have courtroom-certified operational links to Zawahiri, is not really al-Qaida, and therefore, not really a terrorist group or a US enemy.

These foundations have led the US to negotiate with the Taliban in Afghanistan. They are the rationale for the US’s embrace of the Muslim Brotherhood worldwide. They are the basis for Obama’s allegiance to Turkey’s Islamist government, and his early support for the Muslim Brotherhood-dominated Syrian opposition.

They are the basis for the administration’s kneejerk support for the PLO against Israel.

Obama’s insistent bid to appease Iran, and so enable the mullocracy to complete its nuclear weapons program. is similarly a product of his strategic assumptions. So, too, the US’s current diplomatic engagement of Hezbollah in Lebanon owes to the administration’s conviction that any terror group not directly connected to Zawahiri is a potential US ally.

From the outset of the 2011 revolt against the regime of Muammar Gaddafi in Libya, it was clear that a significant part of the opposition was composed of jihadists aligned if not affiliated with al-Qaida. Benghazi was specifically identified by documents seized by US forces in Iraq as a hotbed of al-Qaida recruitment.

Obama and his advisers dismissed and ignored the evidence. The core of al-Qaida, they claimed, was not involved in the anti-Gaddafi revolt. And to the extent jihadists were fighting Gaddafi, they were doing so as allies of the US.

In other words, the two core foundations of Obama’s understanding of terrorism and of the Muslim world were central to US support for the overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi.

With Kirkpatrick’s report, the Times exposed the utter falsity of both.

Kirkpatrick showed the mindset of the US-supported rebels and through it, the ridiculousness of the administration’s belief that you can’t be a terrorist if you aren’t directly subordinate to Zawahiri.

One US-supported Islamist militia commander recalled to him that at the outset of the anti-Gaddafi rebellion, “Teenagers came running around… [asking] ‘Sheikh, sheikh, did you know al-Qaida? Did you know Osama bin Laden? How do we fight?” In the days and weeks following the September 11, 2012, attack on the US installations in Benghazi in which US ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and four other Americans were killed, the administration claimed that the attacks were not carried out by terrorists. Rather they were the unfortunate consequence of a spontaneous protest by otherwise innocent Libyans.

According to the administration’s version of events, these guileless, otherwise friendly demonstrators, who killed the US ambassador and four other Americans, were simply angered by a You- Tube video of a movie trailer which jihadist clerics in Egypt had proclaimed was blasphemous.

In an attempt to appease the mob after the fact, Obama and then-secretary of state Hillary Clinton were filmed in commercials run on Pakistani television apologizing for the video and siding with the mob against the movie-maker, who is the only person the US has imprisoned following the attack. Then-ambassador to the UN and current National Security Adviser Susan Rice gave multiple television interviews placing the blame for the attacks on the video.

According to Kirkpatrick’s account of the assault against the US installations in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, the administration’s description of the assaults was a fabrication. Far from spontaneous political protests spurred by rage at a YouTube video, the attack was premeditated. US officials spotted Libyans conducting surveillance of the consulate nearly 15 hours before the attack began.

Libyan militia warned US officials “of rising threats against Americans from extremists in Benghazi,” two days before the attack.

From his account, the initial attack – in which the consulate was first stormed – was carried out not by a mob, but by a few dozen fighters. They were armed with assault rifles. They acted in a coordinated, professional manner with apparent awareness of US security procedures.

During the initial assault, the attackers shot down the lights around the compound, stormed the gates, and swarmed around the security personnel who ran to get their weapons, making it impossible for them to defend the ambassador and other personnel trapped inside.

According to Kirkpatrick, after the initial attack, the organizers spurred popular rage and incited a mob assault on the consulate by spreading the rumor that the Americans had killed a local. Others members of the secondary mob, Kirkpatrick claimed, were motivated by reports of the video.

This mob assault, which followed the initial attack and apparent takeover of the consulate, was part of the predetermined plan. The organizers wanted to produce chaos. As Kirkpatrick explained, “The attackers had posted sentries at Venezia Road, adjacent to the [consulate] compound, to guard their rear flank, but they let pass anyone trying to join the mayhem.”

According to Kirkpatrick, the attack was perpetrated by local terrorist groups that were part of the US-backed anti-Gaddafi coalition. The people who were conducting the surveillance of the consulate 15 hours before the attack were uniformed security forces who escaped in an official car.

Members of the militia tasked with defending the compound participated in the attack.

Ambassador Stevens, who had served as the administration’s emissary to the rebels during the insurrection against Gaddafi, knew personally many of the terrorists who orchestrated the attack.

And until the very end, he was taken in by the administration’s core belief that it was possible to appease al-Qaida-sympathizing Islamic jihadists who were not directly affiliated with Zawahiri.

As Kirkpatrick noted, Stevens “helped shape the Obama administration’s conviction that it could work with the rebels, even those previously hostile to the West, to build a friendly, democratic government.”

The entire US view that local militias, regardless of their anti-American, jihadist ideologies, could become US allies was predicated not merely on the belief that they could be appeased, but that they weren’t terrorists because they weren’t al-Qaida proper.

As Kirkpatrick notes, “American intelligence efforts in Libya concentrated on the agendas of the biggest militia leaders and the handful of Libyans with suspected ties to al-Qaida. The fixation on al-Qaida might have distracted experts from more imminent threats.”

But again, the only reason that the intelligence failed to notice the threats emanating from local US-supported terrorists is because the US counterterrorist strategy, like its overall Middle East strategy, is to seek to appease all US enemies other than the parts of al-Qaida directly commanded by Ayman al-Zawahiri.

Distressingly, most of the discussion spurred by Kirkpatrick’s article has ignored the devastating blow he visited on the intellectual foundations of Obama’s foreign policy. Instead, the discussion has focused on his claim that there is “no evidence that al-Qaida or other international terrorist group had any role in the assault,” and on his assertion that the YouTube video did spur to action some of the participants in the assault.

Kirkpatrick’s claim that al-Qaida played no role in the attack was refuted by the Times’ own reporting six weeks after the attack. It has also been refuted by congressional and State Department investigations, by the UN and by a raft of other reporting.

His claim that the YouTube video did spur some of the attackers to action was categorically rejected last spring in sworn congressional testimony by then-deputy chief of the US mission to Libya Gregory Hicks.

Last May Hicks stated, “The YouTube video was a non-event in Libya. The video was not instigative of anything that was going on in Libya. We saw no demonstrators related to the video anywhere in Libya.”

Kirkpatrick’s larger message – that the reasoning behind Obama’s entire counterterrorist strategy and his overall Middle East policy is totally wrong, and deeply destructive – has been missed because his article was written and published to whitewash the administration’s deliberate mischaracterization of the events in Benghazi, not to discredit the rationale behind its Middle East policy and counterterrorism strategy. This is why he claimed that al-Qaida wasn’t involved in the attack. And this is why he claimed that the YouTube video was a cause for the attack.

This much was made clear in a blog post by editorial page editor Andrew Rosenthal, who alleged that the entire discourse on Benghazi is promoted by the Republicans to harm the Democrats, and Kirkpatrick’s story served to weaken the Republican arguments. In Rosenthal’s words, “The Republicans hope to tarnish Democratic candidates by making it seem as though Mr. Obama doesn’t take al-Qaida seriously.”

So pathetically, in a bid to defend Obama and Clinton and the rest of the Democrats, the Times published a report that showed that Obama’s laser-like focus on the Zawahiri-controlled faction of al-Qaida has endangered the US.

By failing to view as enemies any other terror groups – even if they have participated in attacks against the US – and indeed, in perceiving them as potential allies, Obama has failed to defend against them. Indeed, by wooing them as future allies, Obama has empowered forces as committed as al-Qaida to defeating the US.

Again, it is not at all apparent that the Times realized what it was doing. But from Israel to Egypt, to Iran to Libya to Lebanon, it is absolutely clear that Obama and his colleagues continue to implement the same dangerous, destructive agenda that defeated the US in Benghazi and will continue to cause US defeat after US defeat.

In the letter to Boehner, which was delivered on early Monday afternoon and provided exclusively to Breitbart News, Sean Smith’s mother, Pat Smith, and uncle, Michael Ingmire, along with Tyrone Woods’ father, Charles Woods, joined the call for a select committee to investigate the Benghazi scandal. Other notable signers include former Rep. Allen West (R-FL), conservative leader Ginni Thomas of Liberty Consulting, Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton, retired Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin, Freedom Center president David Horowitz, and scores of other military and conservative movement leaders.

“We write to express our grave concern over the failure of your House of Representatives to extract the truth from the Obama administration concerning the attack on our diplomatic and intelligence facilities in Benghazi, Libya; and, the brutal deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, U.S. Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith, and security officers Ty Woods and Glen Doherty,” the coalition wrote to Boehner.

Specifically, a House select committee on Benghazi would be similar to the Watergate select committee formed in the U.S. Senate during the scandal that took down President Richard Nixon. It would be a focused committee with members from both the Democrat and Republican parties and staffed with the proper resources to conduct a thorough investigation of the matter. Thus far, Boehner has had five separate House committees investigating the matter that have not succeeded. He has also publicly opposed the creation of a select committee, saying he does not think it is necessary.

There is currently a bill in the House of Representatives, H. Res 36 from Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), that would create such a committee. It has, including Wolf, 179 cosponsors according to the Library of Congress, well more than the majority of the House GOP majority—which is 232 Republican members strong. Yet, despite the overwhelming support from the House GOP conference, Boehner continues to refuse to allow a vote on the installation of a select committee to investigate the Benghazi scandal and continues to block efforts to bring the bill forward.

Now that this new coalition is stepping forward, Boehner may end up facing enough pressure to force him to create the committee.

For 175 years the nuns of Little Sisters of the Poor have been ministering to the elderly, poor and dying. Under decree mandated in Obamacare, the Little Sisters are ordered to bow down in worship to King Obama's golden idol, abortion. Non compliance threatens to be the death of their extraordinary ministry.

We are witnessing a modern day version of King Darius ordering that Daniel be thrown into the lion's den for refusing to deny his faith. Either the Little Sisters of the Poor ministry submit to King Obama's decree or die; metaphorically thrown into the lion's den.

Displaying deceit characteristic of our Liar-in-Chief, Obama's DOJ have offered the Little Sisters a serpent disguised as an olive branch. The DOJ told the Little Sisters that if they would simply sign a document condoning abortion services for their employees an exemption from the mandate would be granted.

The wise Little Sisters refused to sign what they perceived to be a “permission slip” for abortion services; a back door scheme by the DOJ to get the Little Sisters to betray their religious faith.

Like Daniel in his day, the Little Sisters remain faithful. Their case has gone to the U.S. Supreme Court.

It is profoundly evil to persecute a Christian ministry that has been ministering to the needy for 175 years. Surely, the DOJ has to know that legally bludgeoning the Little Sisters of the Poor into submission will be a PR nightmare for the Obama Administration.

So why is Obama's DOJ hellbent on forcing the Little Sisters to betray their commitment to God? The answer is our country is under siege in the process of a tyrannical hostile takeover.

The Obama Administration has transformed governmental agencies into his iron-fist enforcers. Their laser focused mission is to assist in the full implementation of the liberal socialist/progressive agenda; Obama's vowed fundamental transformation of America.

Like every hostile takeover by a regime, opposition is dealt with swiftly and severely. Everyone must be politically beaten into silence and submission; even the Little Sisters of the Poor.
