Here are pictures of Michael Jordan's home, a far cry from his ancestors’ slave existence.  What a change!  Where did he get money to buy his fine home?  He got it from job holders. Why are America's leaders of industry, who are the producers of jobs, who are the basic creators of wealth, judged greedy capitalists and athletic heroes earning greater incomes not judged greedy?  The American people are not getting the truth from the news media or politicians of the liberal persuasion.    If the establishment beats the liberal drums long enough, for the majority, the truth is totally blocked.  I was not born to follow the lead. “Largely peaceful” demonstrations, we are told by the news media—worldwide—by  anarchists, revolutionaries, Muslim terrorists, fascists, and communists, tell of a change.  Astrologers tell of a change of ages, from the Age of Pisces, whose symbol is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions, to the Age of Aquarius, whose symbol is the water-bearer, an age of brotherhood, fraternity, and spiritual growth.  Take your choice of who to believe, the press or astrologers. 

The ancient sages of India said, “so is the microcosm, so is the macrocosm.” The cutting edge of science agrees. Classical physics says the cutting edge of science is trying to smuggle God into physics. Take your choice on who to believe.

I was born Virgo with Aquarius rising. According to astrology, this means I can envision the future.  I believe the cutting edge of science is right and classical physics is wrong. The cutting edge says that although some things about natural law don’t give us physical proof, nevertheless, the proof is in circumstantial evidence.

The Danger of Article 82 and Obama's Latest Treaty

Back in 1982, President Ronald Reagan decided not to sign a treaty known as "Law of the Sea" (LOST), a United Nations convention that would raid America's treasury for billions of dollars, then redistribute that wealth to the rest of the world by an international bureaucracy headquartered in Kingston, Jamaica. But today, the Obama Administration has revived that treaty, and tomorrow Senator John Kerry (D-MA) will hold hearings designed to illustrate its supposed benefits and generate support for its ratification. Without a doubt, Reagan's decision should stand, and LOST should remain relegated to the trash bin of history.
The rationale for LOST is that it supposedly brings order to the world's oceans, defines the rights and responsibilities of nations as they navigate and conduct business across the seas, protects the marine environment, and allows for the development of natural resources of the deep seabed. On the surface, these all sound like worthwhile goals. The thing is, the United States doesn't need to join another United Nations treaty to make it happen.
For more than 200 years before LOST was adopted in 1982 and for 30 years since then, the U.S. Navy has successfully protected America's maritime interests regardless of the fact that the United States has not signed on to the treaty. The United States'Â navigational rights and freedoms have been secure, and they are best guaranteed by a strong Navy.
LOST is not without consequences, either. One of the more nefarious and insidious of its provisions is Article 82, which requires the United States to forfeit royalties generated from oil and gas development on the continental shelf beyond 200 nautical miles - an area known as the "extended continental shelf." That money, which one estimate says could be worth many billions, if not trillions of dollars, would go to the International Seabed Authority, a new international bureaucracy created by the treaty and based in Jamaica. Heritage's Steven Groves explains that from there, America's money could be shipped to the Middle East, Africa, China, and even state sponsors of terror:

Article IV, Section 4.  In my opinion, (minor as it may be), the best line in the entire Constitution.  “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,..”  We are guaranteed a republic, not a democracy.  Sure, we have all heard the word democracy used to explain our nation, but it isn’t a democracy.  It can’t be.  Art IV Set 4 has the only guarantee in the entire Constitution.  Madison’s discussion here can help explain the founders thinking on this.  Simply put, a majority on one side or another does not mean their interests are the right one.  Maybe this should be part of a required seminar for all legislators and the executive branch on a regular rotation, like once a month!

So, what should we do?  Ephesians 6:18 has a hint.  Pray for all on every occasion.  And “Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.”  Stay alert and be persistent.  Keep our federally elected employees in your prayers, all of them; they need it.  But don’t let that be your only effort to correct their misguided ways.  Be persistent in your dealings with them; call, write, visit.  Tell them where they are wrong or right.  Don’t let them think they are in control.  If they do, then offer a copy of the Constitution’s Article I Section 1; “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress’..”  And that does say we the people shall grant powers to the congress.  NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!

I love the Constitution.  It has so many cool ways to smack down the Government, don’t you think?

GENERAL GEORGE WASHINGTON's PROPHECY for the UNITED STATES of AMERICA

The father of our country, George Washington, was a man of prayer. We have all read of how he went to the thicket many times to pray during the winter his army was at Valley Forge. However, little publicity has been given to the vision and prophecy he received at that time. The account of this vision was given in 1859 by an old soldier. He gave it to a writer, Wesley Bradshaw, who published it. In the vision God revealed to George Washington that three great perils would come upon the Republic. He was given to know that America was going through the first peril at that time. The old soldier who told the story of the vision said that the nation would soon see the account verified by the second peril descending upon the land. We give the account here as it was reprinted in the U. S. war veterans' paper The National Tribune, in December, 1880. The National Tribune is now called The Stars and Stripes. This article was reprinted in the Stars and Stripes December 21,1950. Here is the report of this phenomenal and most important heavenly message for us at this hour. Wesley Bradshaw wrote: The last time I ever saw Anthony Sherman was on the fourth of July 1859, in Independence Square. He was then ninety-nine years old, and becoming very feeble. But though so old, his dimming eyes rekindled as he gazed upon Independence Hall, which he came to visit once more.

MESSAGE DISCLOSED
"Let us go into the hall," he said. "I want to tell you of an incident of Washington's life-one which no one alive knows of except myself; and if you live, you will before long see it verified. Mark the prediction, you will see it verified." "From the opening of the Revolution we experienced all phases-of fortune, now good and now ill, one time victorious and another conquered. FIRST GREAT PERIL

I now beheld a heavy white vapor at some distance rising fold upon fold. This gradually dissipated, and I looked upon a strange scene. Before me lay, spread out in one vast plain, all the countries of the world-Europe, Asia, Africa and America. I saw rolling and tossing between Europe and America the billows of the Atlantic, and between Asia and America lay the Pacific. 'Son of the Republic,' said the same mysterious voice as before, 'look and learn.' "At that moment I beheld a dark, shadowy being, like an angel, standing, or rather floating in mid-air, between Europe and America. Dipping water out of the ocean in the hollow of each hand, he sprinkled some upon America with his right hand, while with his left he cast some over Europe. SECOND GREAT PERIL

I cast my eyes upon America and beheld villages and towns and cities springing Up one after another until the whole land from the Atlantic to the Pacific was dotted with them. Again, I heard the mysterious voice say, 'Son of the Republic, the end of the century comes, look and learn." "And this time the dark shadowy angel turned his face southward. From Africa I saw an ill-omened specter approach our land. It flitted slowly and heavily over every town and city of the latter. As I continued looking I saw a bright angel on whose brow rested a crown of light, on which was traced the word 'UNION.' He was bearing the American flag. He placed the flag between the divided nation and said, 'Remember, you are brethren.' "Instantly the inhabitants, casting down their weapons, became friends once more and united around the National Standard." THIRD AND MOST FEARFUL PERIL
"Then my eyes beheld a fearful scene. From each of these continents arose thick black clouds that were soon joined into one. And throughout this mass there gleamed a dark red light by which I saw hordes of armed men. These men, moving with the cloud, marched by land and sailed by sea to America, which country was enveloped in the volume of cloud. And I dimly saw these vast armies devastate the whole country and ~ the villages, towns and cities which I had seen springing up." "As my ears listened to the thundering of the cannon, clashing of the swords, and the shouts and cries of millions in mortal combat, I again heard the mysterious voice saying, 'Son of the Republic, look and learn." HEAVEN INTERVENES
"Instantly a light as of a thousand suns shone down from above me, and pierced and broke into fragments the dark cloud which enveloped America. At the same moment the angel upon whose head still shown the word UNION, and who bore our national flag in one hand, and a sword in the other, descended from the heavens attended by, legions of white spirits. These immediately joined the inhabitants of America, who I perceived were well-nigh overcome, but who immediately taking courage again, closed up their broken ranks and renewed the battle." "Again, amid the fearful noise of the conflict I heard the mysterious voice saying, 'Son of the Republic, look and learn.' As the voice ceased the shadowy angel for the last time dipped water from the ocean and sprinkled it upon America. It is becoming increasingly difficult to escape the left's in-your-face aggressive campaign to make homosexuality normal. Flipping through the channels, I caught a lesbian scene (two women kissing) on the Lifetime channel. The SiFi channel has a new series in which bi-sexual scenes involving the lead actress are a main staple of the show.

For crying out loud, I can not even get ideas to remodel my patio without homosexuality forced in my face on the Home and Garden channel. A homosexual couple is featured on most, if not all of their series. Given that gays are less than 2% of the population, clearly Home and Garden network producers are pushing the gay agenda.

And make no mistake about it folks, the left is extremely cunning and aggressive in their quest to make homosexuality considered normal – equal to heterosexuality. Heck, the left believes bisexuality is more enlightened and superior to both.

The left's indoctrination of our kids regarding homosexuality begins in kindergarten. Kids are taught Heather having two moms is really cool. As for us old farts, they simply bully us into submission. They put us in a political stranglehold with our arms bent behind our back; apply painful pressure until we yell, “OK, OK, homosexuality is normal!”

Now, every time I deal with the topic of homosexuality, liberals go crazy! They cuss me out and say I hate gays. I do not. As cliche as this might sound, some of my closest friends and family, who I love dearly, are gay. But loving someone does not mean one should be forced to approve their behavior.

Calling the opposition “haters” is a tried and true effective tool of the left to get-their-way. If you disagree with government forcing taxpayers to fund abortion against their religious beliefs, the left says you “hate” women. If you disapprove of the president ignoring the Constitution to implement his Socialistic agenda, the left says your disapproval is really “hate” for a black man. If you say gay civil unions are fine, but marriage should remain defined as one man and one woman, the left says you “hate” homosexuals. The left actually exploits our sense of decency, compassion and fair-play. They know accusing us of “hate” will in many cases silence our opposition and give them whatever they want.

The left are pretty selective regarding who they call intolerant haters. For example, the left claims Christians are vitriolic haters of gays. While the Bible does call homosexuality a sin, it says “with loving kindness have I drawn thee.”(Jeremiah 31:3)

As a teen touring Maryland black churches while on the Baltimore Youth Choir, gays were active in the black church. Black pastors preached the Bible, but I never saw homosexuals mistreated.

Meanwhile, the Muslim faith has zero tolerance for homosexuals. And yet, the left defends Islam to the max. The Noble Quran's punishment for unrepentant homosexuality is execution, crucifixion or cutting off of hands and feet. (The Noble Quran 5:33) So why does the left, which include the mainstream media, enthusiastically defend Islam while despising and aggressively attacking Christianity? The answer is the left has a problem with Jesus; but that's for another article.

Recently, VP Joe Biden came out boldly in favor of same-sex marriage. Biden was laying the foundation for Obama to secure gay campaign contributions.

In typical democrat fashion of dividing Americans into various percieved voting blocs, Obama has thrown a bone to numerous groups to win their votes in November; women, college kids, blacks and occupiers. Now Obama is going after the gay vote/contributions. During a recent interview, Obama said he supports gay marriage.

Obama coming out in support of gay marriage might be the single issue which awakens black Christian voters from their Obama Zombie trance.

As a black American who ignores skin-color, I can not begin to tell you how frustrating it has been attempting to persuade fellow blacks to see the devastating effects Obama's Socialistic policies have had not just on America in general, but particularly on the black community. Nothing seems to break their Black Code loyality to the first black president.

But this "gay thing" may be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

My dad and a super-liberal black minister friend consider a vote for a Republican to be a vote for the KKK. And yet, they both voted for Bush's second term to protest the Democrat's support of gay marriage.

As I stated, blacks fellowship with gays in church – love, live and play with them. But trying to make blacks say homosexuality is normal – “ain't happenin'”.

We have all read of how he went to the thicket many times to pray during the winter his army was at Valley Forge. However, little publicity has been given to the vision and prophecy he received at that time. The account of this vision was given in 1859 by an old soldier. The so-called Ring of Fire, the moon’s eclipse of the sun, brings to mind the order of the universe. It brings to mind a lawyer’s explanation of ordered liberty, in legal terms.  (Hitler was legal.) Roughly half of the American people support the legal definition.  Half don’t and yet vote for politicians who support the legal definition.  More than half of the American people depend on government and support government entitlement.  The courts support government entitlement, actually above the right to the fruits of one’s own labor.

America’s Constitution was written with the idea of a balance of power, but rewritten to give government all the power.  The American people are unaware of ordered liberty. This was my conclusion when I studied the Constitution in 1975.  It was voices of the past speaking to me—empowering me. 

If I had a personal stake in the outcome, it was my constitutional right to challenge the law. It has nothing to do with a lawyer’s legal term.  Legal is merely the form of law. It changes more often than the weather. Legal and reason are in no way connected. Given this, the government maintains that I can’t legally challenge the income tax.  It is the people’s choice over the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  It is a colossal fraud—Nazi law.  America’s law will end the same as Nazi law.

At the time, my wife was divorcing me and my business enterprise was on the rocks.  Everyone I knew thought I needed to see a psychiatrist.  Wouldn’t you?

When my personal world was in ruins, and everyone against me, I met an astrologer who created my astrological chart. He said my planets told the story of my life so strongly that one could read about me in astrology books.

From the first, my challenge has been to convince people that there is vastly more to human life than we realize, by placing my own life into the order of the universe.  How I was able to do this is in itself something worth knowing.  During the eleven years I spent writing my story, every morning, first thing, I wrote my thoughts on a yellow pad, later to type them into my word processor, which gave me the opportunity to move them around to connect with other thoughts, and finally to give me a picture of my life I never knew.

My experiences connect in a way that verifies the fact that we humans are selling ourselves short. For instance, on September 11, 2001, I was working on my book.  I thought of a biblical saying. I opened The Scofield Study Bible to find the reference and stopped at the Introduction. I had underlined “The saying that ‘anything may be proved by the Bible’ is both true and false—true if isolated passages are used; utterly false if the whole divine revelation is in view.” At that moment, the telephone rang. It was my wife calling from her office. She told me to turn on the TV.   What I saw was horrifying. To think that human beings could be provoked to do such a thing.

Many have placed the event as a message from Jesus; that we are our brother’s keeper.  A piece of wreckage forming a cross has been placed in the World Trade Center memorial building. (Lawyers are currently trying to get it removed. It’s a legal matter, something judges love to rule on.)  Notwithstanding the legal matter, under the term ordered liberty, let the World Trade Center be the reminder:  Religion is false unless the whole divine revelation is in view.  There have been many such messages in my life.  

I also underlined this on 9-11: “Distinguish the ages and the scriptures harmonize.”  We are entering the Age of Aquarius, an age when we become our brother’s keeper.  My astrologer told me that I’m Virgo with Aquarius rising, and able to see the future.  By the way, what I was looking up on 9-11 was, “Ask, and it shall be given you, seek, and ye shall find” (Matthew 7:7).

In 1975, I received a bigger than life calling that empowered me.  I’m convinced that our lives have far greater meaning than we realize.  It is not a theory; it is a fact.  By knowing ordered liberty, my dreams have all come true.

This is a crucial time. A teacher told a student that he could be arrested for saying bad things about Obama. German students were told they could be arrested for saying bad things about Hitler.  It may not be long before books like mine will be legally banned.  If you will but take the time to read the story of my life, perhaps you , too, will understand the true meaning of ordered liberty and be personally empowered.  In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012 will be published this June.

Dear Representative:

Federal Judge Kathleen Forrest granted a preliminary injunction against those sections of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2012 which gave Barack Obama power to indefinitely detain and deny Fifth Amendment rights to U.S. citizens (See http://www.westernjournalism.com/judge-strikes-down-ndaa-rules-obama-must-obey-constitution/#comment-103312).  Judge Forrest declared the NDAA did not pass Constitutional muster, which ALL laws must pass as the Constitution, which includes all Amendments, is the supreme law of the land. 

It is shocking that Congress passed such an unconstitutional law in the first place, but it is better to have the issue resolved in court today rather than have it be a large loophole for terrorists later.  As a United States Representative in Congress please do your job and go back and remake the NDAA Constitutionally sound, only targeting criminal jihad terrorists who actually engage OR support violent and/or seditious action in the United States.

Please also deal with the unconstitutional power-grab inherent in the President's Executive Order regarding the Defense Production Act by which the President has declared war powers in conflict and in peace time (See http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/03/16/executive-order-national-defense-resources-preparedness).  Along with this, President Obama has prepared large FEMA camps and assigned U.S. troops to guard them (See http://info.publicintelligence.net/USArmy-InternmentResettlement.pdf) in order to enforce these unconstitutional measures.  Again, please do your job and your oath of office and preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States and make all these laws Constitutional.

Until and unless you receive a decision from a United States Court of Appeals or highest state court within which a decision could be had this Court does not have jurisdiction of your case.             Sir, I understand what you’re alluding to, however your statement is just not true and please, follow me as I explain because I do feel, while it is unusual, that the Court has Original Jurisdiction in my case. Now keep reading.. don’t stop there. Please Sir, Let me explain this as I understand it.

While it is true that the Court may only review "final judgments rendered by the highest court of a state in which a decision could be had" if those judgments involve a question of federal statutory or constitutional law, the Constitution specifies that the Supreme Court may exercise original jurisdiction in cases affecting ambassadors and other diplomats, and in cases in which a state is a party, as well as when a Act of Congress is called into question: See #1 in Jurisdiction Statement. i.e. the Court is hearing the  The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)- Action by Congress considered in Joint Session is an Action of Congress the Court has jurisdiction to hear in a Direct or Original Appeal as underlined in my Writ.

 I do understand that in most all cases,  the Court has only appellate jurisdiction and that it considers cases based on its original jurisdiction very rarely; while almost all cases are brought to the Supreme Court on appeal and in practice the only original jurisdiction cases heard by the Court are disputes between two or more states, or when an Act of Congress is called into question- my case involves both- two states with two Secretaries of States official capacity in a Federal Election question in which I as a party INDEED CAN RECEIVE RELIEF FROM INJURY with a favorable decision in future primaries of western States, and also in the Democratic Party National Convention where I am free to court delegates who are un- bound in the Primaries of New Hampshire and Georgia by a decision of the U.S. Supreme Court that Barack Obama is not eligible under the U.S. Constitution Art. II, Sect.1, clause 5 referring to us only a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ is eligible for the Office of the President. Arizona’s Secretary State is now in contention of not placing Obama’s name on the Ballot because he’s not eligible. How is this not an Original Jurisdiction moment in our history Sir?

The power of the Supreme Court to consider appeals from state courts, rather than just federal courts, was created by the Judiciary Act of 1789 and upheld early in the Court's history, by its rulings in Martin v. Hunter's Lessee (1816) and Cohens v. Virginia (1821). The Supreme Court is the only federal court that has jurisdiction over direct appeals from state court decisions, although there are several devices that permit so-called "collateral review" of state cases, in my jurisdiction statement I include the act of Congress that also invites original jurisdiction as Joint Session of Congress Action failed to ask for dissention or hear those hands raised in the electorate count of Jan. 8^th, 2008.

Since Article Three of the United States Constitution stipulates that federal courts may only entertain "cases" or "controversies", the Supreme Court avoids deciding cases that are moot and does not render advisory opinions, as the supreme courts of some states may do. For example, in DeFunis v. Odegaard, 416 U.S. 312 (1974), the Court dismissed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a law school affirmative action policy because the plaintiff student had graduated since he began the lawsuit, and a decision from the Court on his claim would not be able to redress any injury he had suffered, however, the mootness exception is not absolute.

If an issue is "capable of repetition yet evading review", the Court will address it even though the party before the Court would not himself be made whole by a favorable result. In Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), and other abortion cases, the Court addresses the merits of claims pressed by pregnant women seeking abortions even if they are no longer pregnant because it takes longer than the typical human gestation period to appeal a case through the lower courts to the Supreme Court, and it is the same with the contention of one Presidential
Candidate against another in the eligibility of a candidate in regards to this very case.

You Sir, are prohibiting the U.S. Supreme Court from acting on a case while the Court still can without desecrating the ‘political doctrine question’ in the 2012 election. As a candidate I have provided the case precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court and the violations of that precedent the NEW HAMPSHIRE SUPREME COURT, and Georgia lower Courts that with all due diligent conscience could be heard by the 1^st Circuit, the 11^th Circuit, or the Chief Justice himself in Original Jurisdiction. Original Jurisdiction seems the logical action in my case so I didn’t place “for the 1^st Circuit” or “for the 11^th Circuit” in the caption of the case.

Regarding your insinuation that action is denied based on a case in which “a decision could be had’, while the Primary is over and a decision from the U.S. Supreme Court cannot undo the results of New Hampshire’s Supreme Court decision, remedy is available by the delegates in the electorate who CAN be unbound with the exclusion of an unqualified candidate especially before the Sep. 2012 Democratic Party National Convention. I remind you Sir, that candidate Obama is NOT elected President 2013, and I am not contending against him as President as your letter blatantly and prejudicially states in the following statement from your letter “RE: Cody Robert Judy v. Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States.”

Do you see any such mention of my listing him as President of the United States in my action against him? Why have you inserted that if it is not perilously discriminatory to my action? That to me Sir is a blatant representation that you have taken sides actually prohibited by your position and I do note that insertion as insult to my action- Constitutional Authorization of eligibility trumps Declaration by your office.

Yes Sir, this is an unusual case, it’s not normal as far as your regular Appeals from State courts or for that matter U.S. Courts,.. but let me ask you a question Sir:

Where in the law does it state that the U.S. Supreme Court shall be bound, or have their hands tied up as hostages, by the Court Clerk from hearing a case by a Presidential Candidate by reason of avoiding, extending, and stalling until the National Democratic Convention is over regarding the eligibility of a candidate directly in opposition to the Constitution?

That’s the law I need you to please point out for me or I need you to file my case and get me a case number Sir.

If a women by law has a right of choice in an abortion, and she does right now, then I as a Candidate also have a right to be heard before the Democratic Party- a major party in the United States, in which I am running, chooses an ineligible and constitutionally unqualified candidate by those who protect precedent- The United States Supreme Court.

Thank you for your attention to my original jurisdiction argument. Its just amazing to me that I’m having this argument with you in the first place but the American people will see eventually how transparent this has been if you send me my Writ back without a case number and the embarrassment of this argument will undoubtedly last longer than Obama will in any illegal capacity.
